随着电厂循环冷却水系统中杀菌灭藻剂的长期及不科学使用,细菌对杀菌灭藻剂的抗药性问题日益严峻。研究循环冷却水系统中相关细菌的抗药性具有一定的理论价值及实用价值。本文综述了近年来有关硫酸盐还原菌对各类杀菌灭藻剂的抗药性及其抗药性机制的研究进展,内容主要涉及细菌对杀菌灭藻剂的抗性概念、国内外细菌的抗药现状、杀菌灭藻剂的杀菌机制和细菌的抗药机制等。  相似文献

本试验采用杯碟法、试管稀释法和显微直接计数法测试异噻唑酮对常见菌藻的抑杀效果,并用该药剂对循环冷却水主要危害菌——硫酸盐还原菌,铁细菌和形成粘液的异养菌进行室内静态杀菌试验。结果表明,其杀菌灭藻效果优于目前常用的工业杀菌剂,投药量10ppm,对水中主要危害菌的杀灭率达到99%以上。  相似文献

调查了山西太原市集中供热循环水系统中主要造成管网腐蚀的有害微生物,包括粘液异养菌,硫酸盐还原菌,铁细菌,真菌,测定了各菌群的数量分布,类型及与水温之间的关系。结果表明:在管网供热期间,循环水中有害菌菌数普遍低于管网腐蚀的菌数指标;停止供热期间,循环水中菌数超标,对管网赞成一定的腐蚀。  相似文献

In this paper, five kinds of bactericidal algicide with different characteristics are studied and compared with each other by a microbiological method. The results show that when the dosage of OACL is between 1.0 to 10 mg·L-1, the best synergistic effect with the corrosion and scale inhibitor can be obtained. After dosing OACL for 8 hours, the bacteria reduction ratio is more than 90%.  相似文献

研究了特丁基三嗪(tertbutyl triazille)对塔玛亚历山大藻和球形棕囊藻两种赤潮生物的杀灭和控制作用。结果表明,特丁基三嗪能有效地控制和杀灭塔玛亚历山大藻和球形棕囊藻,其中96h杀灭塔玛亚历山大藻的有效浓度为0.2mgL^-1,杀灭球形棕囊藻的有效浓度为0.3mgL^-1。特丁基三嗪具有高效、作用时效长的特点,可能是一种比较理想的赤潮藻去除剂。  相似文献

本文报道了硫酸盐还原菌的菌学特征,以其具有吸附和絮凝作用,使工业废水得到净化。用硫酸盐还原菌处理印染废水,废水的脱色率为92.5%,COD(cr)和BOD5亦达到排放标准。对城市生活废水和含铬的电镀废水亦有很好的处理效果,各项指标分别达到了排放标准,其中净化后的电镀废水还可作为循环水使用。  相似文献

Summary Free residual chlorine and bromine can be generated in water from bromochlorodimethylhydantoin (BCDMH). Efficacy of chlorine from inorganic sources has been studied extensively, but there is much less information on the efficacy of bromine againstL. pneumophila; only a few efficacy studies of organically-derived. halogen appear in the literature and the results from different studies conflict or are difficult to interpret. This paper describes the efficacy of halogen from BCDMH against planktonic, pure cultureL. pneumophila in an industrial cooling water. There was no difference in efficacy between halogen derived from organic or inorganic sources in controlled laboratory experiments. Effective doses in laboratory studies cannot be translated directly to field applications because of significant differences in the microbiology. However, the data suggest that disinfection (>99.9% reduction in viability within 10 min) of planktonic, pure cultureL. pneumophila can be achieved with about 1 ppm free residual halogen (expressed as chlorine) from BCDMH in a typical industrial cooling water.  相似文献

Summary The monosaccharide composition of exopolysaccharides extracted from mixed microbial slimes from cooling towers and process waters of paper machines was determined. Gas chromatographic evidence demonstrated that the microbial slimes found in these industrial systems were heteropolysaccharides, each composed of more than one monosaccharide. Monosaccharides identified in deposit samples were glucose, mannose, galactose, rhamnose, fucose, and glucuronic acid. The methods reported allow efficient extraction and analysis of microbial exopolysaccharides, and the results have implications for slime control strategies in industrial systems.  相似文献

Legionella pneumophila is known as the causative agent of Legionnaires’ disease and free-living amoebae (FLA) can serve as vehicles for legionellae. The aim of this study was to screen industrial waters for the occurrence of FLA and their co-occurrence with legionellae. A total of 201 water samples, including 129 cooling waters and 72 process waters, and 30 cooling lubricants were included in the study. Treated waters were screened periodically, pre and post treatment. Altogether, 72.6% of the water samples were positive for FLA, acanthamoebae being most prevalent (in 23.9% of the samples) followed by Vermamoeba vermiformis (19.4%). Only one cooling lubricant was positive (Acanthamoeba genotype T4). Legionella spp. were detected in 34.8% of the water samples and in 15% in high concentrations (>1000 CFU/100 ml). Altogether, 81.4% of the Legionella-positive samples were positive for FLA by standard methods. By applying a highly sensitive nested PCR to a representative set of random samples it was revealed that Legionella spp. always co-occurred with Acanthamoeba spp. Although the addition of disinfectants did influence amoebal density and diversity, treated waters showed no difference concerning FLA in the interphases of disinfection. It appears that FLA can re-colonize treated waters within a short period of time.  相似文献

In this study, the detachment rates of various microbial species from the aerobic and anoxic biofilms in a circulating fluidized bed bioreactor (CFBB) with two entirely separate aerobic and anoxic beds were investigated. Overall detachment rate coefficients for biomass, determined on the basis of volatile suspended solids (VSS), glucose and protein as well as for specific microbial groups, i.e., for nitrifiers, denitrifiers, and phosphorous accumulating organisms (PAOs), were established. Biomass detachment rates were found to increase with biomass attachment on carrier media in both beds. The detachment rate coefficients based on VSS were significantly affected by shear stress, whereas for protein, glucose and specific microbial groups, no significant effect of shear stress was observed. High detachment rates were observed for the more porous biofilm structure. The presence of nitrifiers in the anoxic biofilm and denitrifiers in the aerobic biofilm was established by the specific activity measurements. Detachment rates of PAOs in aerobic and anoxic biofilms were evaluated.  相似文献
