The ultrastructure of chloroplasts and the photosynthetic physiological properties of Panax ginseng C. A. Mey. grown under different light qualities with same light transmission rate (25 % of sun light) were investigated. The results showed that the thylakoid membranes of Panax ginseng chloroplasts are well deve lopted, and the number of grana and granal lame llae under green and violet film are more than that under red and blue film. The content of chlorophyll in the same area of leaves and the absorption spectra area of chlorophylls and leaves under violet and green film are higher than those under other films. All the photosynthetic rates are very low, and their sequence from high to low are violet, green, red and blue . Green film is advantageous to the accumulation of chlorophylls and the development of thylakoid membranes and red film is advantageous to the accumulation of chlorophyll b. Blue film reduced granal thylakoid staking and decreased the photosynthetic rate. A superior trend of the photosynthetic physiologic properties as well as the structure of chloropiasts of Panasc ginseng leaves under violet film,being composed with red and blue film is significant.  相似文献

PurposeThe accuracy and precision of the dose estimates obtained with radiochromic film dosimetry are investigated in a clinical environment. The improvement in the accuracy of dose estimates reached with corrective methods is analyzed. Two novel re-calibration algorithms for radiochromic film dosimetry are presented.MethodsTwo different EBT3 lots are evaluated in two different centres. They are calibrated in Varian linacs and read in two different EPSON scaners. Once the lots are calibrated, three films per lot are considered and divided into stripes that are exposed to known doses. Several dosimetry protocols usually employed in radiochromic film dosimetry are used to convert film responses to absorbed doses. These protocols are characterized by different choices of the film responses or different sensitometric curves. Finally, the accuracy and reproducibility of the dose estimates is investigated with and without the corrective methods.Results and ConclusionsThe variabilities that affect radiochromic film dosimetry, such as intra-lot variability, inter-scan variability, post-exposure time and film autodevelopment may give rise to inaccuracies in the dose estimates. However, the implementation of re-calibration methods leads to more accurate dose estimates. All the investigated protocols showed more accurate and reproducible results when the re-calibrated methods were employed. So, the novel re-calibration methods may be applied in order to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of radiochromic film dosimetry.  相似文献

It is shown that Polaroid film may be used in place of X-ray film in many experiments employing radioautographic techniques. In 14C experiments, the sensitivity of PolaPan Type 57 film is at least comparable to that of X-ray film, while radioactive iodine results in a slight increase in sensitivity of the Polaroid film over X-ray film. Darkroom facilities and time-consuming developing procedures are not necessary when Polaroid film is used. The background exposure usually acquired by X-ray film is nonexistent with Polaroid film. Under certain circumstances the differentiation of isotopes is possible in double-isotope experiments.  相似文献

有色膜遮光对烤烟生长和光合特性及其初烤品质的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以自然光为对照,采用红色、白色、蓝色、黄色4种有色薄膜于2010~2011年从团棵期开始对大田烤烟进行遮光处理,研究不同光质对烤烟生长、光合特性及初烤品质指标的影响。结果显示:(1)红膜处理最大叶长宽比最小、叶面积最大,黄膜处理则相反。(2)红、蓝膜处理烟叶净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率明显高于自然光处理,白、黄膜处理略高于对照或与对照持平,且遮膜处理前期红膜高于蓝膜处理,后期蓝膜高于红膜处理。(3)红、蓝膜处理有利于提高倒5叶SPAD值,黄膜处理则相反。(4)红膜处理显著降低了中部叶蛋白质、总氮含量和氮碱比,提高了施木克值,并显著提高了上部叶可溶性糖含量和氮碱比,降低了施木克值;蓝膜处理显著提高了中部叶烟碱和多酚含量,降低了可溶性糖含量、施木克值及氮碱比,并显著提高了上部叶蛋白质、总氮、烟碱和多酚含量,降低了施木克值,提高了氮碱比;黄膜处理显著降低了中上部叶蛋白质、总氮、烟碱和多酚含量,提高了上部叶施木克值、降低了氮碱比。研究表明,红、蓝膜处理更利于烟叶发育和光合特性的提高,初烤烟叶化学成分更协调,利于优质烟叶的形成。  相似文献

Phospholipid films can be preserved in vitro when adsorbed to a solidifiable hypophase. Suspensions of natural surfactant, lipid extract surfactants, and artificial surfactants were added to a sodium alginate solution and filled into a captive bubble surfactometer (CBS). Surfactant film was formed by adsorption to the bubble of the CBS for functional tests. There were no discernible differences in adsorption, film compressibility or minimal surface tension on quasi-static or dynamic compression for films formed in the presence or absence of alginate in the subphase of the bubble. The hypophase-film complex was solidified by adding calcium ions to the suspension with the alginate. The preparations were stained with osmium tetroxide and uranyl acetate for transmission electron microscopy. The most noteworthy findings are: (1) Surfactants do adsorb to the surface of the bubble and form osmiophilic lining layers. Pure DPPC films could not be visualized. (2) A distinct structure of a particular surfactant film depends on the composition and the concentration of surfactant in the bulk phase, and on whether or not the films are compressed after their formation. The films appear heterogeneous, and frequent vesicular and multi-lamellar film segments are seen associated with the interfacial films. These features are seen already upon film formation by adsorption, but multi-lamellar segments are more frequent after film compression. (3) The rate of film formation, its compressibility, and the minimum surface tension achieved on film compression appear to be related to the film structure formed on adsorption, which in turn is related to the concentration of the surfactant suspension from which the film is formed. The osmiophilic surface associated surfactant material seen is likely important for the surface properties and the mechanical stability of the surfactant film at the air-fluid interface.  相似文献

In order to assess possibility of radiation dose reduction during mammography at direct film radiation, a comparative studies have been carried out. The studies involved Roentgen XT-2 film without intensifying foil compared with Mammoray MR-3 (Agfa Gevaert), Ortho M-MO-1 (Kodak) in the original cassettes, and Fluorfilm TK-1 (WZF Foton) with foils Min.-R. Film-intensifying foil systems are four and six times more sensitive than Rentgen XT-2 film. Sensitometric and diagnostic properties of Fluorofilm TK-1 are comparable with Mammoray MR-3 film. Therefore, films Rentgen XT-2 which are presently used in mammography should be replaced with Fluorofilm TK-1 with the intensifying foils.  相似文献

Pectins are anionic polysaccharides that are sensitive to cations, a property that is widely used in food science. The interactions of a cationic lipid film (dimethyldioctadecylammonium bromide, DODAB) with a set of pectins bearing the same charge, which was either distributed randomly or pseudorandomly or blockwise, are investigated. The combination of Brewster angle microscopy BAM and infrared reflection-absorption spectroscopy IRRAS at the air-water interface reveals that pectin strongly binds to the cationic lipid film in forming a stacked layer underneath the lipid film. The detailed vibrational study of this stable mixed film indicates furthermore that pectin induces a disorder in the internal structure of the cationic film. The strong binding induces a splitting of the carboxylate stretching mode of pectin that is pressure and charge distribution dependent. The occurrence of an intermediate plateau below the collapse of the mixed film originates probably from a change in conformation of the pectin structure underneath the film.  相似文献

The effect of pectin charge density on the formation of multilayer films with chitosan (PEC/CHI) is studied by means of electro-optics. Pectins of low (21%) and high (71%) degrees of esterification, which are inversely proportional to the pectin charge density, are used to form films on colloidal beta-FeOOH particles at pH 4.0 when the CHI is fully ionized. We find that, after deposition of the first 3-4 layers, the film thickness increases linearly with the number of adsorbed layers. However, the increase in the film thickness is larger when the film is terminated with CHI. Irregular increase of the film thickness is more marked for the PEC with higher density of charge. Oscillation in the electrical polarizability of the film-coated particles with the number of deposited layers is also registered in the PEC/CHI films. The charge balance of the multilayers, calculated from electrical polarizability of the film-coated particles, is positive, with larger excess of positive charge within the film constructed from CHI and less charged PEC. This is attributed to the ability of CHI to diffuse into the film at each deposition step. Despite the CHI diffusion, the film thickness increases linearly due to the dissolution of unstable PEC/CHI complexes from the film surface.  相似文献

Conductive composite films comprised of single‐walled carbon nanotubes coated with molecularly imprinted poly‐4‐vinylphenol are produced and characterized using ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopies, confirming the successful molecular imprinting of the film with cotinine. The electrical resistance of the imprinted film changes significantly upon binding cotinine, by more than 30 kΩ, while the unimprinted film in comparison elicits little response. Additionally, once the cotinine template desorbs from the film, the resistance of the imprinted film returns to a value close to the pre‐adsorption baseline. Scanning electron microscopy is used to study the morphology of the film compared with the unimprinted control, and gas chromatography quantitatively confirms that the imprinted film selectively detects cotinine while discriminating against the structurally similar alkaloid, nicotine. Human leukocytes in a blood film exhibit a significantly larger diameter than in the circulation. This is due to the fact that white cells are highly deformed during preparation of a blood film. Instead of having the usual spherical shape, the cells are compressed to "pancake" forms with a thickness of about 1 micron. Hematological investigation is usually performed on these compressed cells, but in the circulation they are not observed. The deformation of the cells on a blood film is due to compression by the glass edge used to spread the blood. After deformation leukocytes do not have enough time to recover since the blood film usually dries in a shorter period than is needed for cell recovery. The shape and size of the leukocyte on the blood film is not only determined by cell volume but also by the cell membrane area. This is shown for each kind of leukocyte by independent prediction of the pancake dimensions from previous measurements of cell volume and membrane area. Leukocytes which are strongly compressed during blood film preparation may exhibit mechanical damage with rupture of membranes.  相似文献

We apply the multibody dissipative particle dynamics method to exhibit evaporation- and surface-induced morphology of diblock copolymer thin films. We find that when the interactions between A components and B components of the diblock copolymer are symmetric, it is easy to obtain a lamellar morphology perpendicular to the surface. On the contrary, if the interactions between A-blocks and B-blocks are asymmetric, it is easy to obtain a lamellar morphology parallel to the surface. Spherical morphology and disorder morphology are formed when the solvent vapour and surface effect are considered. The order parameter and the film thickness are calculated during the phase-separation process for characterising the film properties. The attractive solvent vapour increases the film thickness and impacts the film morphology of the interface. The attractive surface decreases the film thickness and impacts the film morphology near the surface. Our results are partially helpful for the control of film morphology and film thickness in such kind of materials.  相似文献

The surface structure of films prepared by casting aqueous solutions of mixtures of water soluble chitosan (WSC) and amylose as well as a fully deacetylated chitosan was studied. Zeta potential measurements indicated that the surface of WSC and fully deacetylated chitosan films is positively charged but very weakly, whereas, a film of amylose blended with WSC exhibited an obvious positive charge. X-ray photoelectron spectra of these films suggest that less amino groups are exposed on the surface of WSC and fully deacetylated chitosan films, whereas, more amino groups are exposed on the surface of a WSC film blended with amylose. A sheet structure in which free amino groups are less exposed on the surface of the film of WSC or fully deacetylated chitosan is proposed. This accounts for the loss of antibacterial activity of chitosan on the WSC film surface. When blended with amylose, the morphology of the film may be disrupted, resulting in strong antibacterial properties.  相似文献

A computer simulation model of human airborne movement is described. The body is modelled as 11 rigid linked segments with 17 degrees of freedom which are chosen with a view to modelling twisting somersaults. The accuracy of the model is evaluated by comparing the simulation values of the angles describing somersault, tilt and twist with the corresponding values obtained from film data of nine twisting somersaults. The maximum deviations between simulation and film are found to be 0.04 revolutions for somersault, seven degrees for tilt and 0.12 revolutions for twist. It is shown that anthropometric measurement errors, from which segmental inertia parameters are calculated, have a small effect on a simulation, whereas film digitization errors can account for a substantial part of the deviation between simulation and film values.  相似文献

High‐performance perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) with absorber layer thickness insensitive features are important for practical fabrication, however these features are difficult to be realized. There are very few reports of the fabrication of polycrystalline PVSCs with power conversion efficienies (PCE) insensitive to film thickness beyond 600 nm. The main reason lies in more serious recombination of the thick perovskite layer compared to the thin layer. Herein, this challenge is addressed by a simple hot casting method to formulate high‐quality perovskite film with enlarged grain size, high carrier mobility, and reduced defects. It is found that increasing the temperature to 70 °C can dramatically increase the film thickness and enlarge the perovskite crystal, therefore boost the efficiency from ≈16% to ≈19%. Notably, a record PCE of 19.54% is achieved with 850 nm thick perovskite film, which is among the highest efficiency for thick‐film PVSCs. The PCE remains steady around 19% when modifying the perovskite layer from 700 to 1150 nm. Moreover, these thick‐film PVSCs show good stability with 80% of its initial efficiency after 30 d in air with a humidity of 50%. Overall, this simple yet effective method has a great potential in the mass manufacture of PVSCs.  相似文献

A planar texture in dried film samples of DNP was found by X-ray study. Axes of DNA macromolecules are located in the film plane and the 77 A reflection is directed along this axis. Periodic structures corresponding to 55 and 34 A are packed parallel to the film plane. The results obtained do not contradict with a supercoil DNP model, however they all allow other possible packing models of DNP molecules, in particular, histone layers alternating with DNA layers in oriented films.  相似文献

A polymer film of porphyrin was formed through electropolymerization of p-amino-substituted tetraphenylporphyrin on indium tin oxide (ITO) surfaces. The adhesion and proliferation of MCF-7 cells (human breast cancer cell line) on the film were investigated. It was found that cells cultured on this film could attach and spread more rapidly than on glass, ITO and tissue culture polystyrene (TCPS), and thus the film was demonstrated to be a good adhering substrate. MTT experimental results show that the viability of cells cultured on this film is higher than on TCPS, and fluorescence microscopic observation indicates that cells cultured on the film are not under apoptosis. Based on its excellent cytocompatibility, the polyporphyrin film was used to modify the gold electrode surface of a piezoelectric quartz crystal, and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) technique was applied for real-time monitoring of MCF-7 cell growth and assessment of chemical cytotoxicity. The proliferation and condition of cells on the surface of the film-modified quartz crystal gold electrode were investigated through fluorescence microscopic observation. The results obtained from QCM experiments are consistent with that from microscopic observation. Additionally, the polymerized film on gold surface can be removed completely and easily, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the quartz crystal gold electrode.  相似文献

Excitation of microplasma discharges in the interaction of a plasma flow with a metal surface partially covered with a dielectric film is investigated experimentally and theoretically. A new phenomenon—the excitation of microplasma discharges at the boundary between the free metal surface and the area covered with the film—is discovered. Microplasma discharges at the edge of the dielectric film are initiated by a strong electric field that arises between the free metal surface and the outer surface of the film in the interaction with the plasma flow. This field gives rise to surface breakdowns at the film edge, followed by the development of primary microplasma discharges. In turn, the dense plasma of primary microplasma discharges causes secondary microplasma discharges, which also arise at the edge of the dielectric film after the external plasma flow has already terminated. Microplasma discharges gradually evaporate the dielectric film, and the surface cleaned of the film acquires a microrelief due to the local melting and subsequent fast cooling of the metal at the sites of microplasma discharges.  相似文献

地膜是农业生产中重要的生产资料之一,过去30多年,地膜用量和农作物覆膜面积一直稳定增长,2014年地膜用量达到了144万t,覆膜面积超过1 800万hm~2,该技术对保障我国农产品安全供给作出了重大贡献。与此同时,地膜残留污染问题越来越严重,一些农田的地膜残留量超过250 kg/hm~2,在我国西北的局部区域,地膜残留已经对农田土壤、作物生长发育、农事作业等造成严重影响和危害。生物降解地膜成为替代普通PE地膜、解决地膜残留污染的一种有效措施和手段,目前生物降解地膜正处于产品研发和评价试验的关键阶段,部分生物降解地膜产品在马铃薯、花生、烟草生产上显示出良好的效果,但总体上还面临巨大挑战,主要包括需要进一步提高地膜产品质量,提高地膜产品破裂和降解可控性,改善地膜的增温保墒能力,实现满足农作物对地膜覆盖功能的要求;此外,需要降低生物降解地膜综合成本,促进生物降解地膜规模化应用。总体上,随着技术进步和农业生产环境的变化,生物降解地膜应用将具有良好的前景。  相似文献

In order to make heat and mass transfer processes in bioreactors more intensive, the turbulent liquid film flow which is proposed for realization in multitubular reactors has been developed. Experiments have been carried out in tubes with smooth and rough surfaces at cocurrent gas and liquid film downward flows with a view to determine the values of the mass transfer coefficients in turbulent liquid hold-up in contact tubes. The liquid viscosity and REYNOLDS number are changing in a wide range (from 2000 to 60000). The results show that the maximum values of the mass transfer coefficients and an acceptable hold-up can be obtained in tubes with rough surfaces at high REYNOLDS numbers of the liquid film. The results of culturing yeasts on hydrolyzate in a laboratory-size liquid film fermenter are also presented.  相似文献
