乳酸菌可以作为发酵剂、保鲜剂用于发酵食品的生产和保藏。由于无法进行呼吸产能,乳酸菌在生长过程中会面临氧化胁迫。研究表明,乳酸菌具有一定的抗氧化能力,能清除体内的活性氧分子,并使其保持相对稳定。综述了乳酸菌的抗氧化作用机制,主要从抗氧化酶、维持细胞还原状态、金属离子螯合等方面进行了介绍,以期为深入了解乳酸菌的抗氧化机制以及改善乳酸菌的环境生存能力提供一定的理论参考。  相似文献

Life cycle inventory (LCI) is becoming an established environmental management tool that quantifies all resource usage and waste generation associated with providing specific goods or services to society. LCIs are increasingly used by industry as well as policy makers to provide a holistic ‘macro’ overview of the environmental profile of a good or service. This information, effectively combined with relevant information obtained from other environmental management tools, is very useful in guiding strategic environmental decision making. LCIs are very data intensive. There is a risk that they imply a level of accuracy that does not exist. This is especially true today, because the availability of accurate LCI data is limited. Also, it is not easy for LCI users, decision-makers and other interested parties to differentiate between ‘good quality’ and ‘poor quality’ LCI data. Several data quality requirements for ‘good’ LCI data can be defined only in relation to the specific study in which they are used. In this paper we show how and why the use of a common LCI database for some of the more commonly used LCI data, together with increased documentation and harmonisation of the data quality features of all LCI data, is key to the further development of LCI as a useful and pragmatic environmental management tool. Initiatives already underway to make this happen are also described.  相似文献

Methodology for developing gate-to-gate Life cycle inventory information   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology evaluates holistically the environmental consequences of a product system or activity, by quantifying the energy and materials used, the wastes released to the environment, and assessing the environmental impacts of those energy, materials and wastes. Despite the international focus on environmental impact and LCA, the quality of the underlying life cycle inventory data is at least as, if not more, important than the more qualitative LCA process. This work presents an option to generate gate-to-gate life cycle information of chemical substances, based on a transparent methodology of chemical engineering process design (an ab initio approach). In the broader concept of a Life Cycle Inventory (LCI), the information of each gate-to-gate module can be linked accordingly in a production chain, including the extraction of raw materials, transportation, disposal, reuse, etc. to provide a full cradle to gate evaluation. The goal of this article is to explain the methodology rather than to provide a tutorial on the techniques used. This methodology aims to help the LCA practitioner to obtain a fair and transparent estimate of LCI data when the information is not readily available from industry or literature. Results of gate-to-gate life cycle information generated using the cited methodology are presented as a case study. It has been our experience that both LCI and LCA information provide valuable means of understanding the net environmental consequence of any technology. The LCI information from this methodology can be used more directly in exploring engineering and chemistry changes to improve manufacturing processes. The LCA information can be used to set broader policy and to look at more macro improvements for the environment.  相似文献

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) represent a functional group of bacteria that are fundamental in human nutrition because of their prominent role in fermented food production and their presence as commensals in the gut. LAB co-evolution and niche-adaptation have been analyzed in several phylogenomic studies due to the availability of complete genome sequences. The aim of this study was to provide novel insights into LAB evolution through the comparative analysis of the metabolic pathways related to carbohydrate metabolism. The analysis was based on 42 LAB genome sequences of representative strains belonging to Enterococcaceae, Lactobacillaceae, Leuconostocaceae and Streptococcaceae. A reference phylogenetic tree was inferred from concatenation of 42 ribosomal proteins; then 42 genes belonging to the Embden–Meyerhof–Parnas (or glycolysis; EMPP) and pentose phosphate (PPP) pathways were analyzed in terms of their distribution and organization in the genomes. Phylogenetic analyses confirmed the paraphyly of the Lactobacillaceae family, while the distribution and organization of the EMPP and PPP genes revealed the occurrence of lineage-specific trends of gene loss/gain within the two metabolic pathways examined. In addition, the investigation of the two pathways as structures resulting from different evolutionary processes provided new information concerning the genetic bases of heterofermentative/homofermentative metabolism.  相似文献

Purpose

This study discusses the use of parameterization within the life cycle inventory (LCI) in the wooden pallet sector, in order to test the effectiveness of LCI parametric models to calculate the environmental impacts of similar products. Starting from a single case study, the objectives of this paper are (1) to develop a LCI parametric model adaptable to a range of wooden pallets, (2) to test this model with a reference product (non-reversible pallet with four-way blocks) and (3) to determine numerical correlations between the environmental impacts and the most significant LCI parameters; these correlations can be used to improve the design of new wooden pallets.

Methods

The conceptual scheme for defining the model is based on ISO14040-44 standards. First of all, the product system was defined identifying the life cycle of a generic wood pallet, as well as its life cycle stages. A list of independent and dependent parameters was used to describe the LCI flows of a generic wooden pallet. The LCI parametric model was applied to calculate the environmental impacts of the reference product, with regard to a selection of impact categories at midpoint level (climate change, human toxicity, particulate matter formation, agricultural land occupation, fossil depletion). The model was then applied to further 11 wooden pallets belonging to the same category.

Results and discussion

The definition of a LCI parametric model based on 31 independent parameters and 21 dependent parameters streamlined the data collection process, as the information required for fulfilling the LCI are standard information about the features of the wooden pallet and its manufacturing process. The contribution analysis on the reference product revealed that the most contributing life cycle stages are wood and nails extraction and manufacturing (positive value of environmental impact) and end-of-life (avoided impact). This result is driven by two parameters: mass of wood and average distance for transport of wood. Based on the results of the application of the LCI parametric model to the identified products, one parameter-based regression and one multiple non-linear regression allowed to define a correlation between the life cycle impact assessment (LCIA) category indicators considered and the most influencing parameters.

Conclusions

The definition of LCI parametric model in the wooden pallet sector can effectively be used for calculating the environmental impacts of products with different designs, as well as for obtaining a preliminary estimation of the life cycle environmental impacts of new products.  相似文献

Background, aim, and scope

The development of robust and up-to-date generic life cycle inventory data for materials is absolutely crucial for the LCA community since many LCA studies rely on these generic data about materials. LCA databases and software usually include within their package such generic LCI datasets. However, in many cases, the quality of these data is poor while the methodology and the models used for their development are rarely accessible or transparent. This paper presents the development of robust European LCI datasets for the production of primary and recycled aluminium ingots and for the transformation of aluminium ingot into semi-finished products, i.e. sheet, foil and extrusion.

Materials and methods

The environmental data have been collected through an extensive environmental survey, organised among the European aluminium industry, focusing on the year 2005 and covering EU27 countries as well as EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland and Switzerland). From this survey, European averages, i.e. foreground data, have been calculated for the direct inputs and outputs of the various aluminium processes. Using the GaBi software, the foreground data have been combined within LCI models integrating background LCI data on energy supply systems, ancillary processes and materials. For the primary aluminium production (smelters), a specific model for the electricity production has been developed. The methodology for the data consolidation and for the development of the various models is explained as well as the main differences between the new modelling approach and LCI models used in the past. An independent expert has critically reviewed the entire LCI project including data collection, models development, calculation of LCI data and associated environmental indicators.

Results

As confirmed by the critical review, the new LCI datasets for aluminium ingot production and transformation into semi-finished products have been developed though a robust methodology in full accordance with ISO 14040 and 14044. Most significant environmental data and LCI results are reported in this paper with an emphasis on energy use and the major emissions to air. The full environmental report, including the critical review report and the calculation of environmental indicators for a pre-set of impact categories, is available on the website of the European Aluminium Association (EAA 2008). Whenever possible, the updated European averages and the new LCI data are compared with previous results developed from two past European surveys covering respectively the years 2002 and 1998. For the aluminium processes related to primary production, European averages are also benchmarked against global averages calculated from two worldwide surveys covering the years 2000 and 2005.

Discussion

While some data evolutions are directly attributed to the variation of foreground data, e.g. raw materials consumption or energy use within the aluminium processes, modifications related to the system boundaries, the background data and the modelling hypotheses can also influence significantly the LCI results. For primary aluminium production, the evolution of the foreground data is dominated by the strong decrease of PFC (perfluorocarbon) emissions (about 70% since 1998). In addition, the electricity structure calculated from the refined electricity model shows significant differences compared to previous models. In the 2005 electricity model, the hydropower share reaches 58% while coal contributes to 15% only of the electricity production. In 1998, the respective share of coal-based and hydro-electricity were respectively calculated to 25% and 52%. As a result, the electricity background LCI data are then significantly affected and influence also positively the environmental profile of primary aluminium in Europe. For the semi-production processes, the reduction of process scrap production, especially for extrusion and foil, demonstrates the increase of process efficiency from 1998. In parallel, a significant reduction of energy use is observed between 1998 and 2005. However, this positive trend is not fully reflected within LCI data due to the significant contribution of the background electricity data. The choice of the electricity model plays also a critical role for these transformation processes since electricity production contributes to about 2/3 of the consumption of the non-renewable energy and to about the same level of the air emissions. In such a case, the move from the UCPTE electricity model used in the past towards the EU25 electricity model used for the development of the updated LCI data has a detrimental effect on the environmental profile of the three LCI datasets respectively related to sheet, foil and extrusion. In addition to energy and process scrap reduction, the reduction of the VOC (volatile organic compounds) emission is also a major trend in foil production. Finally, for old aluminium scrap recycling, the new LCI data show a dramatic improvement regarding energy efficiency, reinforcing the environmental soundness of promoting and supporting aluminium recycling within the aluminium product life cycles.

Conclusions

This paper shows the development of generic LCI data about aluminium production and transformation processes which are based on robust data, methodologies and models in full accordance with ISO 14040 and 14044 standards, as confirmed by the critical review. The publishing of these LCI datasets definitely shows the commitment of the European aluminium industry to contribute in a transparent, fair and scientifically sound manner to product sustainability in a life cycle thinking perspective.

Recommendations and perspectives

Software houses and LCA practitioners are invited to update their generic European data on aluminium with the herewith datasets. Even if the quality and the completeness of these LCI data reach a high standard, some areas for data improvements have been identified, as described within the review report. Land use, water use and solid waste treatment appear as three priority areas for data refining and improvement. The land use dimension, particularly meaningful for bauxite mining, is not covered in the current LCI data while it is now integrated within many LCA studies. Up to now, the reporting of meaningful and robust data on water origins and use have not been possible due to the huge discrepancies between the surveyed sites combined with the difficulty to report coherent input and output water mass flows. The development of water data, only focussing on water-stressed areas, will most probably make more sense in the future. Finally, collecting more qualitative information about solid waste processing and treatment will help to include such operations within the system boundaries and to model their associated air, water and soil emissions.

An input‐output‐based life cycle inventory (IO‐based LCI) is grounded on economic environmental input‐output analysis (IO analysis). It is a fast and low‐budget method for generating LCI data sets, and is used to close data gaps in life cycle assessment (LCA). Due to the fact that its methodological basis differs from that of process‐based inventory, its application in LCA is a matter of controversy. We developed a German IO‐based approach to derive IO‐based LCI data sets that is based on the German IO accounts and on the German environmental accounts, which provide data for the sector‐specific direct emissions of seven airborne compounds. The method to calculate German IO‐based LCI data sets for building products is explained in detail. The appropriateness of employing IO‐based LCI for German buildings is analyzed by using process‐based LCI data from the Swiss Ecoinvent database to validate the calculated IO‐based LCI data. The extent of the deviations between process‐based LCI and IO‐based LCI varies considerably for the airborne emissions we investigated. We carried out a systematic evaluation of the possible reasons for this deviation. This analysis shows that the sector‐specific effects (aggregation of sectors) and the quality of primary data for emissions from national inventory reporting (NIR) are the main reasons for the deviations. As a rule, IO‐based LCI data sets seem to underestimate specific emissions while overestimating sector‐specific aspects.  相似文献

Goal, scope and background  

Integrating environmental issues into the traditional product design process, for powerful eco-efficiency, is now one of the major priorities for steelmakers. Life cycle assessment (LCA) is currently undertaken as the most holistic approach for assessing environmental impact and selecting new technologies to reduce emissions for steel industry. However, in order to identify new ways for environmental friendly production of steel, it is essential to carry out the process Life cycle inventory (LCI) which is the core part of LCA. According to LCA practitioners, the quality and the availability of data are the main important limiting factors when applying this methodology for new steelmaking processes without large industrial application. In this paper, we propose a new approach of LCIA of steelmaking, based on the simulation of traditional processes which guarantees the quality of data, the mass and the energy balances. This approach is validated for an existing integrated plant and will be used to assess the inventory for breakthrough steelmaking technologies.  相似文献

Hamei and Marcha are mixed dough inocula used as starters for preparation of various indigenous alcoholic beverages in Manipur and Sikkim in India, respectively. These starters are traditionally prepared from rice with wild herbs and spices. Samples of Hamei and Marcha, collected from Manipur and Sikkim, respectively, were analysed for lactic acid bacterial composition. The population of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) was 6.9 and 7.1 Log cfu/g in Hamei and Marcha, respectively. On the basis of phenotypic and genotypic characters, LAB strains isolated from Hamei and Marcha were identified as Pediococcus pentosaceus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus brevis. Technological properties of LAB such as antimicrobial properties, effect on acidification, ability to produce biogenic amines and ethanol, degree of hydrophobicity and enzymatic activities were also performed. Pediococcus pentosaceus HS: B1, isolated from Hamei, was found to produce bacteriocin. None of the strains produced biogenic amines. LAB strains showed a strong acidifying ability and they also produced a wide spectrum of enzymes.  相似文献

The Eco-efficiency of Lead in China's Lead-Acid Battery System   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Improving eco-efficiency can contribute to sustainable development. This article defines the societal services and environmental impacts of the lead-acid battery (LAB) system and offers definitions of eco-efficiency, resource efficiency, and environmental efficiency in the context of LAB systems. Based on the actual lead-flow in the LAB system, we develop a model that considers changes in production, the time interval between production and disposal, direct linkages between the final product and the societal service it provides, and the fiscal year as the statistical period. From this model, equations for eco-efficiency are derived and changes in eco-efficiency are predicted.
The results show, not surprisingly, that increased lead recycling and reduced lead emissions will both improve ecoefficiency. The resource and environmental efficiencies for LAB in China are 119 and 131 kilowatt-hour-years per metric tonne (kWh. yr/t), respectively, versus a value for both of 15, 800 kWh. yr/t in Sweden. The difference results from a lower lead recycling rate (only 0.312 tonne/tonne, which means that nearly 70% of the old lead scrap is not recycled based on official statistics) and higher lead emissions (0.324 tonne/tonne, which means that nearly 33% of the lead inputs used in the LAB system were lost into the environment) in China. Further analysis shows that these problems result from inefficient management of lead scrap, poor quality lead ore, and an abundance of small-scale lead-related plants. Ways to improve eco-efficiency are proposed.  相似文献

The growth-retarding activity of the norbornenodiazetine tetcyclacis and the di-oxanylalkenyl triazole LAB 150 978 as well as the ethylene-forming compounds 2-chloroethyl-phosphonic acid (ethephon) and 1-amino-cyclopropane-l-carboxylic acid (ACC) on stem histogenesis and ethylene production of sunflower plants ( He-lianthus annuus L. cv.Spanners Allzweck) has been studied. The shoot growth of plants hydroponically grown and treated was reduced by the compounds. The shortening in the length of the 1st internode caused by tetcyclacis and LAB 150 978 was mainly induced by inhibition of cell division (the internode possessed fewer cortical cells per cell file). In contrast, ethephon and ACC decreased internode elongation mainly by reducing the rate of cell enlargement.
The ethylene production of sunflower seedlings cultivated on agar nutrient medium rose with increasing concentrations of ethephon and ACC, the shoot length of the plants being progressively reduced.
Tetcyclacis and LAB 150 978 inhibited both the formation of ethylene and shoot growth. It is suggested that in contrast to ethephon and ACC, tetcyclacis and LAB 150 978 do not achieve their growth-retarding effect by influencing the production of ethylene.  相似文献

The microbial composition and its spatial distribution of Grana Trentino, a hard Parmesan-like cheese, was determined, from vat milk to cheese. After cutting along the vertical axis of the cheese wheels, three layers were sampled diagonally across the cheese: under the cheese rind, an intermediate section and the cheese core. After two different ripening periods (9 and 18 months), the cheese samples were analysed using traditional culture dependent and culture independent methods. Milk samples were dominated by mesophilic and psychrophilic bacterial counts. Thermophilic bacteria (Lactobacillus helveticus) were found in high amounts in cooked whey and natural whey starter cultures. After 9 months of ripening, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) counts were higher than those after 18 months. Furthermore, the LAB numbers in the cheese core was lower than those under the rind or in the intermediate section. The main LAB species isolated from milk (Lactococcus lactis, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Streptococcus uberis and Lactococcus garvieae) were not found in the corresponding cheeses. Some differences were observed in the species composition among the three cheese sections. Microbiota under the rind and in the intermediate section was similar and dominated by Lactobacillus paracasei and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. The core, after 18 months of ripening, was characterized by a total absence of LAB. In each sample, all LAB were genotypically grouped and the different biotypes were subjected to several technological tests indicating that some non-starter LAB (NSLAB) displayed technological features that are favorable for the production of Grana Trentino cheese.  相似文献

目的实验评价的2株乳酸菌DM9054和DM9057均分离于泡菜,分别具有降胆固醇和降血压功能,由于其功能性强,性状优良,故本实验对其安全性进行评价,为应用于食品药品生产提供参考依据。方法通过急性毒性试验、耐药性、机体指标、有害代谢产物的评价试验以及其他安全性评价试验检测两实验菌株的安全性。结果在一次性分别使用DM9054和DM9057大剂量灌胃后,动物体征指标无异常;两菌株对部分抗生素具有抗性,但不携带可转移的耐药质粒;使用实验菌株后,机体指标MDA、GSH和SAA的变化基本正常;菌株代谢不产生胆盐羟化酶、硝基还原酶和氨基脱羧酶,但产生乳酸;无溶血作用,长期使用,不发生易位现象。结论乳酸菌DM9054和DM9057总体上是安全的。  相似文献

Aims: Poor butanol tolerance of solventogenic stains directly limits their butanol production during industrial‐scale fermentation process. This study was performed to search for micro‐organisms possessing elevated tolerance to butanol. Methods and Results: Two strains, which displayed higher butanol tolerance compared to commonly used solventogenic Clostridium acetobutylicum, were isolated by evolution and screening strategies. Both strains were identified as lactic acid bacteria (LAB). On this basis, a LAB culture collection was tested for butanol tolerance, and 60% of the strains could grow at a butanol concentration of 2·5% (v/v). In addition, an isolated strain with superior butanol tolerance was transformed using a certain plasmid. Conclusions: The results indicate that many strains of LAB possessed inherent tolerance of butanol. Significance and Impact of the Study: This study suggests that LAB strains may be capable of producing butanol to elevated levels following suitable genetic manipulation.  相似文献

Aim: To identify and compare lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from alkaline fermentations of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) leaves, roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and African locust bean (Parkia biglobosa) seeds for production of, respectively, Ntoba Mbodi, Bikalga and Soumbala. Methods and Results: A total of 121 LAB were isolated, identified and compared by phenotyping and genotyping using PCR amplification of 16S–23S rDNA intergenic transcribed spacer (ITS‐PCR), repetitive sequence‐based PCR (rep‐PCR) and DNA sequencing. The results revealed a diversity of genera, species and subspecies of LAB in African alkaline fermentations. The isolates were characterized as nonmotile (in most cases) Gram‐positive rods, cocci or coccobacilli, catalase and oxidase negative. ITS‐PCR allowed typing mainly at species level, with differentiation of a few bacteria at subspecies level. Rep‐PCR permitted typing at subspecies level and revealed significant genotypic differences between the same species of bacteria from different raw materials. DNA sequencing combined with use of API 50CHL and API 20Strep systems allowed identification of bacteria as Weissella confusa, Weissella cibaria, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Enterococcus casseliflavus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus avium and Enterococcus hirae from Ntoba Mbodi; Ent. faecium, Ent. hirae and Pediococcus acidilactici from Bikalga and Soumbala. Conclusion: LAB found in African alkaline‐fermented foods belong to a range of genera, species and subspecies of bacteria and vary considerably according to raw material. Significance and Impact of the Study: Our study confirms that LAB survive in alkaline fermentations, a first crucial stage in determining their significance and possible value as probiotic bacteria.  相似文献

This article applies a combined input−output and life cycle inventory (LCI) method to the calculation of emissions and material requirements of the Czech economy in 2003. The main focus is on materials and emissions embodied in the international trade of the Czech Republic. Emissions and material extraction avoided due to imports are calculated according to an input−output approach that assumes the same production technology for imports as for domestic production. Because not all products are provided by the domestic economy, the LCI data are incorporated into the monetary input−output model.
The results show that incorporating the LCI data into an input−output model is reasonable. The emissions embodied in the international trade of the Czech Republic are comparable to the domestic emissions. We compare the economy-wide material flow indicators, such as direct material input, domestic material consumption, and physical trade balance, to their raw material equivalents. The results of our calculation show that the Czech Republic exerts environmental pressure on the environment in other countries through international trade.
We argue that raw material equivalents should be used to express the flows across national boundaries. Furthermore, we recommend a raw material consumption indicator for international comparisons.  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background In contrast to inventory data of energy and transport processes, public inventory data of chemicals are rather scarce. Chemicals are important to consider in LCA, because they are used in the production of many, if not all, products. Moreover, they may cause considerable environmental impacts. For these reasons, it was one goal of the new ecoinvent database to provide LCI data on chemicals. In this paper, the methods and procedures used for establishing LCIs of chemicals in ecoinvent are presented.Methods Three different approaches are suggested for situations of differing data availability. First, in the case of good data availability, the general quality guidelines of ecoinvent can be followed. Second, a procedure is proposed for the translation of aggregated inventory data (cumulative LCI results) from industry into the ecoinvent format. This approach was used, if adequate unit process data was not available. Third, a procedure is put forward for estimating inventory data using stoichiometric equations from technical literature as a main information source. This latter method was used if no other information was available. The application of each of the three procedures is illustrated with the help of a case study.Results and Conclusion When sufficient information is available to follow the general guidelines of ecoinvent, the resulting dataset is characterized by a high degree of detail, and it is thus of high quality. For chemicals, however, the application of the standard procedure is possible in only a few cases. When using industrial data, the main drawback is the fact that those data are often available only as aggregated data, thus being out of tune with the quality guidelines of ecoinvent and its main aim, the harmonization of LCI data. As a third approach, the use of the stoichiometric reaction equation is used for the compilation of LCI datasets of chemicals. This approach represents an alternative to neglecting chemicals completely, but it contains a high risk to not consider important aspects of the life cycle of the respective substance.Outlook Further work in the area of chemicals should focus on an improvement of datasets, so far established by either of the two estimation procedures (APME method; estimation based on technical literature) described. Background and theory  

Life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle inventory (LCI) practice needs to engage with the debate on water use in agriculture and industry. In the case of the red meat sector, some of the methodologies proposed or in use cannot easily inform the debate because either the results are not denominated in units that are meaningful to the public or the results do not reflect environmental outcomes. This study aims to solve these problems by classifying water use LCI data in the Australian red meat sector in a manner consistent with contemporary definitions of sustainability. We intend to quantify water that is removed from the course it would take in the absence of production or degraded in quality by the production system.  相似文献

为了揭示青贮玉米在发酵过程中乳酸菌数量及种群的动态变化,以及微生物添加剂对乳酸菌种群变化的影响,采用了培养方法计数发酵过程中乳酸菌数目的变化,利用16S rRNA基因序列比对方法分析青贮玉米中乳酸菌的多样性及种群变化趋势。经过对15d时间内青贮玉米中乳酸菌变化趋势的分析显示:一周后对照组乳酸菌数最高达到2.1×106CFU/g,两处理组中处理组Ⅱ乳酸菌数达到最高5.5×107CFU/g;利用MRS平板分离、培养出典型乳酸菌菌落152株,经16S rRNA基因序列比对分析为乳杆菌属和片球菌属,其中86%的菌株属于乳杆菌属。此研究表明微生物添加剂有利于青贮玉米发酵过程中乳酸菌的快速增殖,乳杆菌属和片球菌属都是青贮玉米发酵的启动菌之一,在发酵前期一直存在,但发酵后期乳杆菌属是玉米青贮过程中乳酸菌的主要菌群。  相似文献
