胶孢炭疽菌的菟丝子专化型   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文报道对寄生菟丝子的两个炭疽菌(Colletotrichum Corda)分离系(鲁保一号New-76)的鉴定结果。两分离系按其培养特性、分生孢子和附着孢的形态、大小及产孢细胞、分生孢子盘的特点,应属于胶孢炭疽菌[Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.],但在对寄主的选择性方面不同于该种的其他分离系,特别是对菟丝子(Cussuta chinensis)具有寄生专化性,故确定为胶孢炭疽菌菟丝子专化型[C.gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.f.sp.cuseutae]。  相似文献

通过测定丹宁、间苯二酚、邻苯二酚、绿原酸和咖啡因,作者对潜伏侵染在香蕉果实中的芭蕉炭疽菌Colletotrichum musae(Berk & Curt)Arx和芒果果实中的胶孢炭疽菌C.gloeosporioides Penz.的分生孢子萌发,附着胞和分生孢子的形成,以及菌丝体生长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,这几种酚类物质,在一定浓度下,可抑制两种炭疽菌的生长和发育,其中邻苯二酚对芭蕉炭疽菌的作用浓度最低,而间苯二酚对胶孢炭疽菌的作用浓度最低,丹宁则对两种菌的作用浓度最高,在一定浓度下影响着附着胞的形成。  相似文献

本文报告了壳二孢属(Ascochyta)新种4个:(木忽)木壳二孢(Ascochyta araliae Sun et Bai),朝鲜槐壳二孢(A.maackiae Sun et Bai),假酸浆壳二孢(A.nicandrae Sun et Bai)和花椒壳二孢(A.zanthoxyli Sun et Bai)。建立了新组合1个,即淡竹壳二孢(A.osmophila(Davis)L(?) et Bai))。此外,报告了国内新记录种19个。新种有拉丁文和中文描述及图。标本保存于沈阳农业大学真菌标本室(MHSAU)。  相似文献

胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)为一种丝状真菌,蓝光照射可诱导类胡萝卜素的积累。光镜下观察表明,蓝光可诱导胶孢炭疽菌菌丝积累色素颗粒,而黑暗和红光处理却无此现象。类胡萝卜素的积累受蓝光光照强度的影响。28℃且蓝光为6.5μmol·m-2·s-1时,类胡萝卜素积累量可随光照时间延长呈增长趋势,在第5天达到最高峰为71.8μg/g FW,随后含量下降。此外,胶孢炭疽菌在黑暗中预培养的时间也影响蓝光的诱导反应。  相似文献

为了解蛋白激酶A (protein kinase A, PKA)在橡胶树炭疽菌(Colletotrichum siamense)的生长发育和致病性中的功能。本研究利用同源克隆法设计引物,采用PCR和RT-PCR的方法获得炭疽菌(C. siamense)的PKA两个催化亚基PKA-C1与PKA-C2,并基于RSF-Duet载体构建两基因原核表达载体,在大肠杆菌Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)菌株中表达,利用SDS-PAGE检测蛋白表达情况。结果表明:催化亚基PKA-C1编码498个氨基酸,包含3个内含子;PKA-C2基因编码381个氨基酸,包含2个内含子;两基因均含有丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶催化结构域S_TKc和S_TK_X;聚类分析显示两基因与胶孢炭疽菌(C. gloeosporioides)依赖cAMP蛋白激酶催化亚基序列有高度同源性。SDS-PAGE检测表明目的基因在大肠杆菌中可成功表达,大小符合预期。本研究结果为进一步分析炭疽菌的PKA催化亚基基因功能提供了帮助。  相似文献

In addition to describing a new species, Cypripedium wumengense, as well as a new variety, C. bardolphianum var. zhongdianense, nomenclatural and taxonomic notes are made on its allies and the division to which they belong. They are ltrge]y found in the Hengduan Mountains in southwestern China, characterized by the absence of bract, havirg lip more or less covered with small wart-like outgrowths, and that as the capsule matures the scape becomes much elongated. Six species of this group have hitherto been reported, of which, however, C. ebracteatum and C. nutans are regarded here as conspecific with C. fargesii and C. bardolphianum respectively. Thus, including the new taxa described here, it composes five species and one variety: C. bardolphianum W. W. Sm. et Farrer (var. bardolphianum and var. zhongdianense S. C. Chen), C. micranthum Franch., C. fargesii Franch., C. margaritaceum Franch. and C. wumengense S. C. Chen. They are all grouped here into the same section, Sect. Trigonopedium (Franch.) Pfitz., the oldest legitimate name of this group in the rank of section.  相似文献

In the present paper the longstanding confusion of three uncertain species of Chloranthus, C. monostachys R. Br., C. pernyanus Solms-Laub. and C. kiangsiensis Metcalf is clarified. In addition to the new record of C. nervosus Coll. et Hemsl. to the flora of China, the distributional ranges of Sarcandra hainanensis (Pei) Swamy et Bailey and Hedyosmum orientale Merr. et Chun are also found to be much bigger than previously known.  相似文献

The present paper deals with a comparative karyotypic study of three species in Fritillaria-F. thuncergii Miq., F. anhuiensis S. . Chen et S. F. Yin and F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia. The karyotype of F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin is first reported. The karyotypes of the three species of Fritillaria are rather similar, all with K(2n)=24= 2m+2sm+12t+4st+4m (SAT), showing a close interspecific relationship. They all have two pairs of st chromosomes, one of which is the third chromosome in all the three species studied, but the other is the seventh in F. thunbergii Miq, the eighth in F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin, and the fifth in F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia. It tells us that there are some differences in their karyotypes. All of the three species possess two pairs of satellite chromosomes with the satellites located on the long arms. A heterochromatic zone is found sometimes on long arms of No. IX chromosome in each species of Fritillaria and on one of No. I chromosomes in both F. thunbergii Miq. and F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin, a chromosome polymorphism occurring between populations of Fritillaria. In addition, three B chromosomes are always found in most root-tip cells of F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C.
