苔藓植物是环境污染的重要指示生物,目前,国内开展的主要是应用苔藓植物进行大气污染的监测,事实上国外已有较多应用苔藓植物进行水体质量监测的工作。该文首先统计分析了国际上应用苔藓植物进行水环境质量监测研究文献,然后从苔藓植物监测的水体污染物类型、监测用苔藓植物种类、苔藓植物材料存活状态对监测效果的影响、影响苔藓植物富集水体重金属元素的环境因素、应用苔藓植物进行水体污染监测的主动与被动方法、样品预处理方法和水体质量监测的应用案例等方面,系统介绍了国际上应用苔藓植物进行水体污染监测的研究和应用概况,提出了今后应用苔藓植物监测水体污染研究值得关注的领域。 相似文献

Population surges and local extinctions are not uncommon among insects. In response to climatic changes in the past, insects have often shifted their ranges. This long-term range shifting and the vagaries of short-term weather makes reserve selection unrealistically rigid for many species. Although some insect species are surviving in reserves, others have disappeared from such small areas because of adverse weather. In contrast, many other insects depend on localized disturbance for survival. In response to anthropogenic disturbance, some native insects have become more abundant and widespread, such as Orthoptera in response to grazing and burning, and some Odonata in response to aquatic weeds and water impoundment. The effect of some exotic invasive insects on some native ecosystems is of major concern. Human-induced insect population crashes and species extinctions are becoming more common and widespread, and exacerbated by the synergistic effect of the various local impacts with global changes. A major insect population and species extinction discontinuity is beginning to take place. Yet, there is also an increase in range and abundance of some other insects. The world is becoming increasingly species-poorer and more homogenous in its insect fauna. 相似文献

1660 gastric and duodenal ulcers were examined, of which 61 per cent showed allergic complications. The eosinophilic infiltrate associated with endarteritis and fibrinoid necrosis in the area, more accentuated than in ulcers without eosinophils is produced through a mechanism of atopic hypersensitization to food antigens. A more frequent appearance of allergic complications in the gastrointestinal tract explains why some ulcers do not heal and why certain groups of food tolerated by some patients, are rejected by others. It also imposes in some cases a desensitization treatment concomitantly with the antiulcerous one. 相似文献

Viruses are being redefined as more than just pathogens. They are also critical symbiotic partners in the health of their hosts. In some cases, viruses have fused with their hosts in symbiogenetic relationships. Mutualistic interactions are found in plant, insect, and mammalian viruses, as well as with eukaryotic and prokaryotic microbes, and some interactions involve multiple players of the holobiont. Though acrylamide polymers are widely used in electrophoretic and chromatographic techniques, many research works aim at optimizing these media. As polyacrylamide presents some drawbacks, new acrylic monomers with particular properties are proposed. In this paper, we describe some approaches for obtaining polymers which are more porous, more hydrophilic and more resistant in alkaline solutions. Physicians are confronted with more and more psychological problems in their daily practice. Not only must a physician be able to recognize the problems, he must also be prepared to treat a certain number of them. Some of the patients will improve just because of a good relationship with the physician. Others will require more definitive, yet comparatively simple, psychotherapy. On the other hand, some patients with clear-cut emotional problems are best treated by the physician''s traditional medical approach rather than by some type of “formal” psychotherapy. This current supplementary and systematic survey of 237 preclinical AIDS vaccine challenge/protection studies in nonhuman primates enumerates and broadly describes the recent status of different vaccine strategies in macaque and chimpanzee experimental models. Published studies since the previous survey were compiled and categorized by their vaccine types, challenge parameters, and challenge results. These models have supportively verified that some prophylactic vaccine approaches, though rarely preventing infection (which is observed in these models with some passively administered antibody-based vaccines), can control to some degree primate lentivirus replication and disease development, and this is encouraging because it places more potentially effective immunogens on the precipice for early clinical studies. Many of these promising approaches may benefit from more testing in mucosal challenge models, and resources will be needed to follow more of these partially protected vaccinees for longer periods. 相似文献
