采用涂布平板法从甘蔗渣泥中共分离得到5株优势真菌,分别为头孢霉属(Cephalosporium)、曲霉属(Asper-gillus)、木霉属(Trichoderma)、毛霉属(Mucor)和地霉属(Geotrichum)。对分离得到的真菌进行产酶特性的研究。采用两种不同的产酶培养基(培养基Ⅴ,培养基Ⅵ),这两种培养基的无机盐成分、含量相同,它们的主要差别为碳源不同。培养基Ⅴ的主要碳源为葡萄溏,培养基Ⅵ的主要碳源为甘蔗渣(过60目筛)。结果表明:分离得到的真菌在这两种培养基中的产酶酶活力相差很大,最优菌株为木霉属Q-3,在培养基Ⅵ中产酶酶活最高,赖锰过氧化物酶和漆酶最高活性分别为4.2245U/mL、1.2525U/mL,相对应的纤维素酶活性较低。  相似文献

Flue-cured tobacco inoculated in the field with A. amstelodami, A. flavus, A. ochraceus, A. repens, A. ruber, and a species of Penicillium was rarely invaded by these fungi. Regardless of inoculum, the predominant fungi reisolated from green tissue were species of Alternaria and Cladosporium. After curing, A. repens, A. niger, and species of Alternaria and a species of Penicillium were the most commonly isolated fungi. The fungus used as inoculum was not the predominant fungus reisolated from green or cured tissue. Conditions during handling and storage prior to marketing probably determine when storage fungi become associated with the leaf and which species becomes predominant.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to demonstrate the occurrence of entomopathogenic fungi on Ixodes ricinus ticks in relation to the tick stage, engorgement and season. Ticks were collected from the vegetation, from small rodents and from deer. All entomopathogenic fungi found belonged to the Hyphomycetes. Paecilomyces farinosus and Verticillium lecanii were the predominant species. Other species, found only on engorged females were: Beauveria bassiana, B. brongniartii, P. fumosoroseus and V. aranearum. Eight out of 1833 ticks collected from the vegetation and three out of 269 engorged nymphs were infected with fungi. Thirty-three out of 149 engorged females were infected, whereas males and engorged larvae were not infected. Throughout the season, a significantly higher proportion of ticks collected in autumn were infected. Entomopathogenic fungi may have a significant impact on the size of the I. ricinus population, since females were the most frequently infected stage.  相似文献

AIMS: To investigate the relationship between soil water holding capacity (WHC) and biodegradation of polyester polyurethane (PU) and to quantify and identify the predominant degrading micro-organisms in the biofilms on plastic buried in soil. METHODS AND RESULTS: High numbers of both fungi and bacteria were recovered from biofilms on soil-buried dumb-bell-shaped pieces of polyester PU after 44 days at 15-100% WHC. The tensile strength of the polyester PU was reduced by up to 60% over 20-80% soil WHC, but no reduction occurred at 15, 90 or 100% soil WHC. A PU agar clearance assay indicated that fungi, but not bacteria were, the major degrading organisms in the biofilms on polyester PU and 10-30% of all the isolated fungi were able to degrade polyester PU in this assay. A 5.8S rDNA sequencing identified 13 strains of fungi representing the three major colony morphology types responsible for PU degradation. Sequence homology matches identified these strains as Nectria gliocladioides (five strains), Penicillium ochrochloron (one strain) and Geomyces pannorum (seven strains). Geomyces pannorum was the predominant organism in the biofilms comprising 22-100% of the viable polyester PU degrading fungi. CONCLUSIONS: Polyester PU degradation was optimum under a wide range of soil WHC and the predominant degrading organisms were fungi. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: By identifying the predominant degrading fungi in soil and studying the optimum WHC conditions for degradation of PU it allows us to better understand how plastics are broken down in the environment such as in landfill sites.  相似文献

A survey of the fungi isolated from the digestive tract of Panstrongylus megistus (insects vectors from Chagas' disease) used on xenodiagnosis was carried out. Two hundred and fourteen fungal strains were isolated from 180 nymphs. Aspergillus and Penicillium were the most predominant genera and some of their species were new records concerning insects. A great reduction in the fungal population was observed in the material that was positive for Trypanosoma cruzi.  相似文献

采用曝皿法(孟加拉红培养基)连续12个月对哈尔滨市实验林场、东北林业大学家属区和哈尔滨市二环路、兴路区间3个地点的空气真菌进行取样,初步确定了哈尔滨市室外空气真菌的种类及其动态变化。试验共得到9 908个真菌菌落,经鉴定为22属(或群)49种。试验结果表明:室外空气真菌的优势菌属依次为枝孢属、链格孢、曲霉属、青霉属、附球菌属、木霉属和无孢菌群,分别占总菌落数的21.54%、15.16%1、4.70%、12.20%、11.35%、7.86%和7.80%;室外空气真菌的种类在一天中基本没有变化,但菌落的数量有一定变化,总菌落数从早至晚也逐渐增加;不同季节室外真菌的种类和菌落数有明显变化,秋季最多,冬季最少;不同采样地点的空气真菌的种类变化不大,但菌落数量有差异,菌落数量依次为公路林场家属区。  相似文献

目的了解真菌耐药性变化趋势,探讨预防措施。方法对疑为深部真菌感染患者采样,用沙保罗培养基进行真菌分离,用ATB鉴定卡作菌种鉴定,用ATBFUNGUS板进行药敏试验。结果真菌感染中以白色假丝酵母菌感染为主,占57.6%。真菌对两性霉素-B、5-氟胞嘧啶保持较高的体外抗真菌活性,敏感率分别为94.99%和98.99%。结论深部真菌感染主要由白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌引起,对两性霉素-B、5-氟胞嘧啶保持较高的体外活性,两者仍是治疗真菌的有效药物。  相似文献

This study examines the biodiversity of submarine-soil filamentous fungi in Sakhalin Gulf for the first time. A total of 82 species of fungi belonging to 35 genera were isolated and identified. Of these, representatives of Anamorphic fungi were predominant. All species identified were facultative marine fungi, except one, Acremonium fuci, which was known until now only from marine habitats. The qualitative and quantitative structure of submarine-soil fungal assemblages of the eastern part (Amur River plume) and the western part (continental shelf) of Sakhalin Gulf was studied.  相似文献

Several studies have showed an association between the work in waste treatment plants and occupational health problems such as irritation of skin, eyes and mucous membranes, pulmonary diseases, gastrointestinal problems and symptoms of organic dust toxic syndrome (ODTS). These symptoms have been related to bioaerosol exposure. The aim of this study was to investigate the occupational exposure to biological agents in a plant sorting source-separated packages (plastics materials, ferric and non-ferric metals) household waste. Airborne samples were collected with M Air T Millipore sampler. The concentration of total fungi and bacteria and gram-negative bacteria were determined and the most abundant genera were identified. The results shown that the predominant airborne microorganisms were fungi, with counts greater than 12,000 cfu/m(3) and gram-negative bacteria, with a environmental concentration between 1,395 and 5,280 cfu/m(3). In both cases, these concentrations were higher than levels obtained outside of the sorting plant. Among the fungi, the predominant genera were Penicillium and Cladosporium, whereas the predominant genera of gram-negative bacteria were Escherichia, Enterobacter, Klebsiella and Serratia. The present study shows that the workers at sorting source-separated packages (plastics materials, ferric and non-ferric metals) domestic waste plant may be exposed to airborne biological agents, especially fungi and gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

Seventeen species of nematophagous fungi were recorded, three species were endoparasitic and fourteen species were predacious fungi. Among the predacious fungi Arthrobotrys oligospora, Dactylaria brochopaga and Monacrosporium eudermatum were very frequent, whereas others were recorded at lower frequency. Twelve species of nematophagous fungi from compost as well as cow dung manure, 15 species from leaf litter and only eight species from agricultural soils were recorded. In general, substrate colonization by nematophagous fungi was higher in leaf litter, compost and cow dung manure. The agricultural soil amended with FYM (farm yard manure) recorded nine species of nematophagous fungi while unamended soil recorded only seven species. Thirteen species of nematophagous fungi were recorded from soils under banyan tree. Of all these fungi unidentified net-forming fungus, M. eudermatum, A. cladodes, D. brochopaga, S. hadra, A. oligospora and A. dactyloides had higher percentage of soil colonization. In soil collected under pipal tree only eight species were recorded, of which A. oligospora, A. cladode and an unidentified fungus were more predominant as their percentage colonized in soil samples was higher. Few studies have examined root galls as a substratum for colonization of nematophagous fungi. Of all the root gall samples, okra root galls recorded maximum colonization by predacious fungi. Maximum percentage of root gall colonization was recorded for M. eudermatum followed by A. oligospora and M. ellipsosporum. M. eudermatum was also most predominant colonizer of balsam, brinjal and rice root galls.  相似文献

Structural studies on the cerebroside isolated from the yeast form of a dimorphic pathogen, Candida albicans were carried out using fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB/MS), proton magnetic resonance spectrometry, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and usual chemical methods. The component sugar was only glucose attached to ceramide in a beta-configuration. The major fatty acid was 2-hydroxystearic acid (62%). The predominant long chain base was identified as 9-methyl-C18-sphinga-4,8-dienine which is widely distributed in fungi and reported to be essential to the fruit-inducing activity of fungi. Therefore, the structure of the main molecular species of the cerebroside was determined to be N-2-hydroxystearoyl-1-O-beta-glucosyl-9-methyl-C18-sphinga-4 ,8-dienine. Cerebroside prepared from the mycelial form of C. albicans has the same structure.  相似文献

A mycological survey was carried out on wheat heads from the main production area of Argentina. The isolation frequency and relative density of species from genus Fusarium and dematiaceous fungi were calculated. F graminearum was the predominant Fusarium species; similar to that observed in the USA and Canada. An analysis of deoxynivalenol (DON) natural contamination also was performed on a limited number (44) of samples. DON contamination levels in positive samples ranged from 0.2 to 30 ppm. A stepwise regression procedure showed that, among the species analysed, F. graminearum relative density was related to the DON contamination level and that other prevalent fungi did not influence or modify that relationship.  相似文献

连续5年无菌体液标本中分离真菌的鉴定及药敏分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的回顾性调查2002-2006年华西医院住院患者无菌体液标本真菌培养的情况,分析真菌菌种及其耐药特点,为临床诊断、治疗提供参考。方法标本接种沙堡弱培养基进行分离培养,采用科马嘉念珠菌显色培养基(CHRO-Ma-gar)和API-20CAUX鉴定系统结合形态学进行菌种鉴定,使用念珠菌药敏试条(ATB-Fungus 2)对2006年来自血液标本中的真菌进行药敏试验。结果2002-2006年间检出的阳性样本数依次为7株、22株、39株、32株及57株;血液来源73株,清洁中段尿来源59株,是主要样本来源;分离真菌以白念珠菌和热带念珠菌为主,占70%以上;2006年血培养中共分离出16株念珠菌,体外药敏情况详见文中。结论临床无菌体液标本中真菌的检出率有逐年上升的趋势;菌株以白念珠菌和热带念珠菌为主,同时近平滑念珠菌、克柔念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、马尔尼菲青霉菌等菌株也有出现;样本来源以血液、清洁中段尿为主;体外药敏总体耐药率低,但是逐渐出现了对氟康唑耐药的白念珠菌和热带念珠菌,应引起高度重视。  相似文献

通过对北京海淀区2个苹果园和2个葡萄园根际捕食线虫真菌2年的季节性变化调查,共分离到199个捕食线虫真菌菌株,隶属3个属16个种,Arthrobotrysdactyloides分离频率最高,其次是A.oligospora,A.conoides和Stylopagesp.。捕食线虫真菌的数量在晚春夏初最丰富,秋季次之,冬夏最少。通过统计分析,捕食线虫真菌数量的季节性变化与温度线性相关,而与线虫总数S形相关,与土壤湿度和植物寄生线虫数量无显著相关。  相似文献

Indoor and outdoor airborne fungal propagule concentrations in Mexico City   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
Thirty homes of asthmatic adults located in Mexico City were examined to determine the predominant culturable fungi and the changes in their airborne concentrations. Fungi were cultured and identified microscopically from air samples collected in naturally ventilated homes, during both wet (July–August) and cool dry (November–December) seasons, and from settled dust from the same homes. Airborne dust from indoor yielded 99–4950 cfu m−3, and settled dust 102–106 cfu g−1 on DG18 agar. The indoor geometric mean concentration of airborne fungi during the cool dry season was 460 cfu m−3 while in the wet season it was 141 cfu m−3. Similarly, numbers of airborne fungal propagules out of doors decreased 60% between the dry and wet season. In general, the total fungal concentrations in indoor air were less than 103 cfu m−3 and a large proportion of them was collected in Stage-2 of the Andersen sampler. Moreover, the ratio between indoor and outdoor concentrations was <3:1. Five of the 30 sampled homes yielded >500 cfu m−3 of one genus, with up to 1493Cladosporium cfu m−3 or 2549Penicillium cfu m−3. Also, these two genera were predominant in both airborne and settled dust, and their concentrations were greater indoors than out, indicating a possible indoor source of fungal propagules. The predominant species wereCladosporium herbarum, Penicillium aurantiogriseum andP. chrysogenum. These results suggest that exposure to large concentrations of fungi occurs indoors and is associated with both seasons of the year and with particular home characteristics.  相似文献

2007年4月、7月和10月分别于陕西省榆林市北部沙地的油蒿(Artemisia.ordosica)根围分0~10 cm,10~20 cm,20~30 cm,30~40 cm和40~50 cm 5个土层采集土壤样品,系统研究了油蒿根围丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhiza,简称AM)真菌和球囊霉素的时空分布及与土壤因子的相关性.结果表明,油蒿根围AM真菌总定殖率为89.54%、泡囊定殖率为26.24%,丛枝定殖率为21.08%,孢子密度为2.91~6.17个/g土,说明油蒿能与AM真菌形成良好共生关系.从土壤样品中共分离出4属21种AM真菌,其中球囊霉属(Glomus)为优势属,地球囊霉 (G.geosporum)为优势种.油蒿根围AM真菌和球囊霉素具有明显的时空异质性,并与土壤因子密切相关.菌丝定殖率随季节变换逐渐增加,泡囊定殖率和丛枝定殖率在夏季最低,春秋相对较高,与孢子密度季相变化相反.油蒿根围总球囊霉素在0~20 cm 土层含量最高,随土层深度增加而递减.易提取球囊霉素含量随土层深度增加波动较大.球囊霉素春季含量最高,夏秋含量降低.总球囊霉素和易提取球囊霉素与土壤养分、土壤酶活性、AM真菌孢子密度均有极显著相关性,二者能综合反应土壤AM真菌群落、有机C动态和养分循环进程,应作为土壤质量及功能评价的新指标进一步深入研究.  相似文献

Fungal spores are important aeroallergens and proper knowledge of their qualitative and quantitative prevalence in indoor and outdoor environments is of paramount importance in the study of allergic disorders. The present investigation was aimed at the study of seasonal and annual prevalence of fungi inside a large grain storage facility. Sampling was carried out from September 1989 to August 1991. Although fungal spores occurred throughout the year there was seasonal variation.Aspergillus flavus. Cladosporium spp.Epicoccum nigrum and basidiospores had a definite seasonal pattern.Aspergillus flavus andUstilago (smuts) were the most predominant fungi in the facility. Their concentration was significantly higher (P<0.05) than in outside air. The need to reduce fungal concentration in grain storage is emphasised.  相似文献

The deposition of the airborne microorganisms onto cultural heritage is associated closely with the subsequent biodeterioration. In this study, a systematic investigation was carried out to detect the seasonal variation and diversity of airborne fungal concentration at the World Cultural Heritage Site Maijishan Grottoes in western China. A bio-aerosol sampler was deployed to collect samples over four seasons in 2016. The culturable airborne fungi were isolated, purified and then identified with the extraction of genomic DNA, PCR amplification of ITS rRNA region, sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis. The concentrations of culturable fungi ranged from 216 to 1389 CFU/m3, which varied seasonally with significant differences among the sampling sites. Fifteen different fungal genera were confirmed, among them, Cladosporium was the most predominant fungal genus, followed by Penicillium. The fungal community structure and their relationship with environmental factors were also delineated. The spatial–temporal differences of airborne fungi at Maijishan Grottoes were mainly due to height, rainfall, relative humidity, and temperature. The dominant genera Cladosporium and Penicillium may pose potential threats to the ancient painted sculptures and murals, and monitoring of the airborne fungi at such a heritage site could provide supporting data for the pre-warning and control of fungal outbreaks inside the caves for better management.

Some strains of white rot fungi, non-lignolytic fungi and litter-decomposing basidiomycetes have been recognized as PAH degraders. The purpose of our research was to enlarge the scope of PAH-degrading fungi and explore the huge endophytic microorganism resource for bioremediation of PAHs. In this study, phenanthrene was used as a model PAHs compound. Nine strains of endophytic fungi isolated from four kinds of plant from Eupharbiaceae were screened for degradation of phenanthrene. The endophytic fungus Ceratobasidum stevensii (strain B6) isolated from Bischofia polycarpam showed high degradation efficiency and was selected for further studies. Into the fungal culture, 100 mg l−1 phenanthrene was added, and after 10 days of incubation, about 89.51% of the phenanthrene was removed by strain B6. Extracellular ligninolytic enzyme activities of strain B6 were tested. The results showed that manganese peroxidase [MnP] was the predominant ligninolytic enzyme and that its production was greatly induced by the presence of phenanthrene. To confirm the involvement of MnP in phenanthrene degradation, promotion and inhibition studies on MnP in different concentration level of Mn2+ and NaN3 were performed. Additionally, fungal mycelium-free and resuspended experiments were carried out. The results showed no apparent correlation between MnP activity and phenanthrene degradation. The mycelium and fresh medium were the crucial factors affecting the degradation of phenanthrene. To date, this is the first report on PAH degradation by Ceratobasidum stevensii. This study suggests that endophytic fungi might be a novel and important resource for microorganisms that have PAH-degrading capabilities.  相似文献
