心叶三脉蕨(新属,新组合)及大羽羊齿类的分类位置   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
报道大羽羊齿类中的一真蕨植物新属和新组合。标本采自福建将乐县晚古生代的“龙潭组”。曾以脉序介于重网状和单网状之间,鉴定为心叶单网羊齿(新种)(Gigantonoclea cardio-phylla Zhu etGeng)。重新研究后,根据其三出脉和不完全的重网状脉式,又发现了其孢子囊群,从营养叶看,可归入大羽羊齿类,介于大羽羊齿和单网羊齿之间,从孢子囊群看,则肯定是真蕨,重新命名为心叶三脉蕨(新属、新组合)[Trinerviopteris cardiophylla (Zhu et Geng)Zhu gen.et com b.nov.]。与之同时发现的其它植物有:Sphenophyllum em arginatum 、Bow -m anites laxus、Lobatannularia lingulata、Chansitheca palaeosilvana、Ch. cf. kidstonii、Pecopteris anderssonii、P.echinata、P.? taiyuanensis、P.unita、Danaeites m irabilis、Fascipterisdensata、Cladophlebis ? perm ica、C  相似文献

对贵州省六枝县郎岱地区的种子蕨类化石———丁菲羊齿属(Thinnfeldia)进行了外部形态与表皮结构的研究,确定其种为菱形丁菲羊齿(T.rhomboidalisEt.)。与已知各种对比研究后,将产于陕北延长层的座延羊齿型丁菲羊齿(T.alethopteroidesSze)和松弛丁菲羊齿(T.laxaSze)并入菱形丁菲羊齿。同时就丁菲羊齿在中国的研究,提出该属不应并入厚羊齿属(Pachypteris)的观点。  相似文献

对北祁山东段和鄂尔多斯西缘新材料的研究表明,甘肃景泰红水堡晚石炭世早期的杂羊齿属(Palaeoweichselia)与西欧的模式标本存在明显差异,遂另建一新属-Reticalethopteris gen.nov.。新属与Neuralethopteris是脉延羊齿类植物中分别代表网状叶脉和羽状叶脉的一对姐妹属。  相似文献

用盆栽试验研究了不同形态N、P、K肥对菜心(Brassicachinensis)吸收Cd的影响以及华南地区多个菜心品种对Cd的吸收累积的差异.结果表明,化肥形态主要影响土壤pH、水溶性和交换性Cd含量.5个品种菜心茎叶Cd浓度高低顺序为:迟菜心2号≥四九菜心19号>迟菜心29号≥特青菜心80天>特青菜心60天.水培试验表明,特青60天单位根表面积吸Cd速率和向地上部的迁移率比迟菜心2号低.  相似文献

Cardiopteris is unique in the expanded Cardiopteridaceae for several distinctive features, including its gynoecial structure and ovular morphology. We studied the floral development of Cardiopteris to clarify floral morphology and document floral development. Cardiopteris has three carpel primordia, which are separate at their tips but congenitally fused at their bases. The synascidiate zone (the fused proximal part) develops into the unilocular ovary; the three discrete carpel apices diverge in development: the apex of the adaxial carpel differentiates into a style and stigma, while the apices of the two lateral-abaxial carpels elongate and develop into a fleshy appendage only after fertilization. The ovules are attached to the lateral-abaxial carpels. At anthesis, the ovules are ategmic and orthotropous without funicles (morphologically undifferentiated). Functional differentiation occurs in the three carpels of Cardiopteris: the adaxial one is the site of pollination, while the lateral-abaxial two produce ovules. The ategmic orthotropous ovule is unusual in Cardiopteridaceae and is an apomorphy of Cardiopteris.  相似文献

记述的两种新植物分别来自秦岭地区的凤县和镇安县。产于凤县草凉驿红花铺草凉驿组的Adiantites honghuapuensis sp.nov.,至少二次羽状复叶,羽片线形,以宽角着生于羽轴上;小羽片椭圆形,羽片基部的小羽片偶尔分裂为2—3个裂片。小羽片基部收缩,有短柄或以较宽的基部着生于羽轴上,扇状脉。另一产自镇安县茅坪东山梁二峪河组的Qinlingopteris orientalis gen.et sp.nov.,其特征是二次羽状复叶,末二级羽轴与末级羽轴夹角较小,大约30^#左右。小羽片亚对生,长卵形或亚圆形,顶端较窄,中部较宽,基部较狭并具短柄;叶脉扇状;羽轴上具间小羽片,间小羽片与正常小羽片等形同大。草凉驿组的地质时代大致为纳缪尔期至维斯发早期,而二峪河组则为早石炭世维宪期。  相似文献

Analyses of DNA sequences from four genes (ndhF, rbcL, atpB, and 18S rDNA) and morphological data show that the members of the tropical forest tree family Icacinaceae do not have a common origin. All of the genera earlier placed in Icacinaceae are euasterids but placed in the following three different orders: Garryales, Aquifoliales, and Apiales. Icacina and related genera are members of Garryales and, pending more data, are still best treated as Icacinaceae (sensu stricto). The genera related to Aquifoliales are placed in Cardiopteridaceae and a new family, Stemonuraceae. The genus Pennantia is a member of Apiales and the family Pennantiaceae is recognized. Morphological characters delimiting these groups are discussed. Twenty-six new ndhF sequences were obtained for the study (25 from former Icacinaceae and 1 from Cardiopteris).  相似文献

利用光学显微技术和电镜扫描技术研究了琼榄的小孢子发生、雄配子体发育和花粉粒形态以增加广义心翼果科的胚胎学和孢粉学资料。主要结果如下:(1)花药四孢囊;(2)花药壁四层,从外到内分别为表皮、具纤维性加厚的药室内壁、退化早的中层和细胞具2~4核的分泌型绒毡层;(3)小孢子母细胞胞质分裂同时型,形成四面体型排列的小孢子四分体;(4)成熟花粉粒为二细胞型;(5)花粉粒具3个隐形萌发孔,外壁为网状纹饰。琼榄与心翼果属的小孢子发生和雄配子体发育特征非常相似,稍有不同。琼榄的花粉粒形态特征与同属其它种基本相同。  相似文献

创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus)是一种重要的"人鱼共患病"病原菌。通过克隆创伤弧菌反式翻译系统核心因子小蛋白B(Small molecular protein B,SmpB)基因,构建携带目的基因的原核表达质粒,为后续研究SmpB蛋白的互作网络、SmpB蛋白与创伤弧菌致病性之间的关系并以此开发新型的抑菌靶标奠定基础。使用LiCl沉淀法提取创伤弧菌基因组DNA,以它为模板,PCR扩增目的基因,并构建到pET-28a原核表达载体上测序鉴定后对SmpB序列进行生物信息学分析,将正确的重组质粒转化E.coli BL21(DE3),IPTG诱导表达,SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳鉴定。结果表明使用LiCl沉淀法成功提取到高质量创伤弧菌基因组DNA,以其为模板,扩增到smpB基因,并成功构建pET-28a原核表达重组质粒,测序鉴定正确;smpB基因全长为486 bp,编码161个氨基酸,分子量为18.41 kD,理论等电点为10.28,不稳定系数为35.02,总平均亲水性为-0.635,SmpB蛋白整体表现为稳定亲水性蛋白。生物信息学分析显示其高级结构核心部分为5个β折叠组成的桶状结构,外围由3个α螺旋组成,SmpB C-端亦为α螺旋。诱导表达的重组融合蛋白相对分子质量大小在25.0 kD附近,显示在E.coli中成功表达了SmpB蛋白。  相似文献

利用Fe3 + 能够和葛根素生成可溶性络合物的性质建立了一种从中药野葛根中萃取葛根素的新型分离方法。以甲醇冷浸从野葛根中提取葛根总黄酮 ,将其进行水解、中和 ,再给水解葛根总黄酮中加入FeCl3 使葛根素与Fe3 + 络合溶解 ,过滤除去其它不溶性物质 ,用盐酸解聚Fe3 + 葛根素络合物 ,则得葛根素粗品 ,将其重结晶可得葛根素。同时 ,利用分光光度法确定了Fe3 + 葛根素络合物解聚的最佳酸度。利用TLC标准品对照、IR和分光光度法对产品进行了定性和定量分析。该方法从葛根中提取葛根素收率为 1 2 % ,纯度为 96 5 % ,具有操作简便、工艺流程简单 ,容易实现工业化的优点。  相似文献

目的:探索猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)病毒样颗粒(VLPs)的高效组装技术,提高VLPs的稳定性。方法:利用大肠杆菌表达PCV2 Cap蛋白自组装为VLPs,分析不同离子强度下VLPs的稳定性。利用切向流技术添加尿素,降低pH,可使VLPs解组装,利用硫酸铵分级沉淀、阴离子交换层析纯化获得Cap蛋白,去除尿素,提高离子强度和pH,实现VLPs的高效再组装。结果:PCV2 Cap蛋白自组装VLPs在150mmol/L NaCl下稳定性较差,而在500mmol/L NaCl下可提高VLPs的稳定性,但仍较易发生聚集,核酸含量均较高。在150mmol/L NaCl、300mmol/L尿素和pH 5.5的缓冲体系条件下,能够使VLPs解组装。经25%~50%饱和硫酸铵(V/V)分级沉淀粗纯,阴离子交换层析500mmol/L NaCl下洗脱获得精纯Cap蛋白,蛋白质纯度≥95%,并能够有效去除核酸。通过切向流技术去除体系中的尿素,并将NaCl浓度提高至1mol/L、pH提高至8.0,改变蛋白质表面静电荷分布,实现VLPs的高效、均一再组装,组装效率≥99%,回收率为65.85%,并明显提高VLPs的稳定性,能够稳定保存6个月以上。结论:利用硫酸铵分级沉淀、阴离子交换层析纯化获得Cap蛋白,去除尿素,提高离子强度和pH,实现VLPs的高效再组装。  相似文献

The flower-inducing and -inhibiting activities of phloem exudate (PE) prepared from cotyledons of Pharbitis seedlings were examined, using apex cultures in vitro from Pharbitis as a bioassay system.The PE was prepared from photoperiodically-induced cotyledons (SD-PE). The SD-PE was subjected to the following fractionations: When the SD-PE was extracted with CHCl3 and then ethyl acetate, the inducing activity was located in the final aqueous fraction. The activity was localized in the diffusate when the aqueous fraction was dialyzed (molecular weight cut off was 10,000). The diffusate was fractionated by ion exchange chromatography, and flower-inducing activity was found in the fraction adsorbed onto anion exchange resin. When the fraction was applied to a Sep-Pak C18 cartridge, the activity eluted with 25% MeOH. As a result of the above fractionation, activity was increased about 30-fold.The nature of the flower-inhibiting activity of the PE taken from cotyledons exposed to continuous-light conditions was examined (CL-PE). The inhibiting activity was decreased as the cotyledons were exposed to longer dark periods; it appeared to be heat-stable. The CL-PE also inhibited flowering in Lemna. The CL-PE was subjected to the following fractionations: When the CL-PE was extracted with CHCl3 and ethyl acetate, activity was located in the final aqueous fraction. Activity was localized in the diffusate when the aqueous fraction was dialyzed (molecular weight cut off was 10,000). When the diffusate was fractionated by ion exchange chromatography, the activity was found in the flow-through fraction. When the fraction was applied to a hydroxyapatite cartridge, the activity eluted with 25 mM sodium phosphate buffer. When the fraction was re-dialyzed (molecular weight cut off was 1,000), the diffusate contained the activity. As a result of the above fractionation, activity was increased about 10-fold.  相似文献

测定了61、2月份青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)的营养成份,并对其营养价值进行综合评定。结果表明,6月份青蛤的营养较12月份好,其粗蛋白比12月的高出2.84%,粗脂肪含量高出1.74%;6月和12月的氨基酸总含量分别为826.3 mg/g蛋白质和804.0 mg/g蛋白质,其中必需氨基酸分别占36.1%和33.6%,氨基酸计分(AAS)和化学评分(CS)是6月的较高,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)则分别为64.23和59.88。其不饱和脂肪酸占脂质总量的67.7%,其中单烯酸占24.9%,多烯酸占42.8%,“脑黄金”DHA和EPA的含量分别达到11.3%和18.4%。还含有多种微量元素和维生素。  相似文献
