By means of silver nitrate impregnation after V. V. Kupriianov of blood vessels it has been revealed that the blood microcirculatory bed of the borderline structures in the anterior part of the inferior mediastinum, united by their topographical proximity and common sources of blood supply, are characterized by a high concentration of microvessels, arterioles, precapillaries, capillaries, postcapillaries and venules. In each structure investigated peculiar features of the blood microcirculatory bed organization are defined. Richness in vessels and their borderline position ensure potency of transudation and resorption of liquids from the inferior mediastinum in the cases, when the mediastinal part studied becomes the reservoir for pathological exudates (at traumas, at mediastinitis).  相似文献

By means of the multilayer graphic and plastic reconstruction methods using series of semithin sections, spatial tridimensional organization of the epithelial complexes and blood microcirculatory bed in the rat palatal salivary glands and the lacrimal gland of the human newborn have been studied. Since their ducts serve not only for discharging their secrete into the external medium, but also for accumulation (as collectors), the sublobular unit--adenomere should be referred to as a part of elementary level of organization of the epithelial complexes. The adenomere has in its composition a collecting centrally situating duct. However, while studying structure of the blood microcirculatory bed, it is found out that there is not any strict territorial correspondence between its functional units and structural units of the glandular epithelium. Nevertheless, giving a great importance to a tight syntopic connection of the collecting ducts of the adenomeres with the postcapillary venules (that belong to filtrating microvessels), these are sublobular units--adenomeres that are distinguished as structural-functional units in the glands.  相似文献

By means of combined morphological methods blood vessels have been studied in 54 uterine tubes of child-birth women. The main pathways for carrying and distribution of blood to corresponding parts of the tube are sector arteries. They are situated in the subserous tela along the anterior and posterior semicircles of the organ. The microcirculatory bed (MCB) of the uterine tube is presented by serous, subserous, muscular and mucosal plexuses. The MCB of the serous tunic is characterized by vascular compositions--modules. Angioarchitectonics of the mucosal tunic is determined with differences in vascularization of complex and simple folds. Organospecific for small arteries and veins of the tubes is presence of vascular mechanisms, regulating the blood stream (intimal cushions, muscular-elastic constrictors, valves and others). Blood capillaries of the mucosal tunic possess a number of ultrastructural peculiarities: thickened peripheral part of endotheliocyte cytoplasm, that contains fenestrae; wide continuous basal membrane with pericytes in its duplication; three types of pericytic-endothelial contacts etc.  相似文献

Hearts of 220 human corpses, who had not any cardiovascular system disease during their life, have been distributed into age groups, beginning from fetuses up to old age. By means of injection, silver nitrate impregnation and scanning electron microscopy methods, applied to corrosive preparations, morphological mechanisms of the blood stream regulation in the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the human heart have been revealed in ontogenesis. The first group of the regulation mechanisms includes proper mechanisms inherent in the links of the microbed: spatial orientation of microvessels, precapillary sphincters, anastomoses between these vessels, sequence in arrangement of the endothelial cell nuclei, length, diameter and number of links in the microcirculatory bed. The second group embraces those mechanisms, that depend on structure of the myocardial wall, influencing the microcirculatory bed.  相似文献

By means of impregnation of the microcirculatory bed vessels after V. V. Kupriyanov and transmissive electron microscopy, topological picture of hemomicrovessels has been estimated in the glomerular constructions of the dog mediastinal pleura. The composition of cell elements and peculiarities in distribution of the latter in the zone of the milk spots are examined. Their structural characteristics are manifested as presence of mesothelium of a decomplexated type accumulation of macrophagal and lymphocyto-plasma cells, glomerular organization of the capillary network and postcapillary venules, two types of endothelial lining of the metabolic microvessels. The role of the milk spots in ensuring immune protection, in migration of macrophages and in filtration of the pleural liquid is discussed.  相似文献

The auricular and ventricular microcirculatory bed has been studied in persons of mature age, not suffering from any cardio-vascular diseases during their life. As a whole, 48 objects have been studied. The microcirculatory bed has been revealed in sections of the cardiac wall 70-100 mcm thick using silver nitrate impregnation after V. V. Kuprianov. Organ- and tissue-specific properties of the vascular microcirculatory bed are revealed in interrelations of the vessels and the structural elements of the cardiac wall (myocardium, and connective tissue structures), in position of nuclei of the endothelial cells of the capillary wall and in places of the capillary branchings. Principle differences in structure of the auricular and ventricular microcirculatory bed are demonstrated. The notion the organ- and tissue-specific properties of the microcirculatory bed vessels is discussed.  相似文献

In preparations impregnated with silver nitrate (25 corpses of mature persons), the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the intestine wall tunics has been stated to possess a layer-by-layer organization. The most powerful submucosal vascular plexus, formed by branches of the arteries perforating the external tunics of the intestine, supplies with blood all the layers of the intestinal wall and their main working and integrating elements: intestinal and duodenal glands, villi, neural ganglia and trunks of the submucosal and intermuscular plexuses. Summarizing morphometrical criteria for estimating the capillary bed of the tunics of all the anatomical parts and the large duodenal papilla, it is clear that there are specific conditions in microvascularization of the upper part of the organ.  相似文献

By means of injecting the vessels with vegetative peroxidase, scanning electron microscopy of corrosive preparations, biomicroscopy, transmissive electron microscopy and in serial semithin sections, spatial organization of the blood microcirculatory bed of the villus in the white rat jejunum has been studied and identification of various microvascular segments has been made. Increasing dimentions of the villus result only in multiplication of the outflow and inflow pathways of blood, while the number of the marginal capillary-distributers remains unchanged--one along each lateral part of the villus. The cause of this regularity should be sought in certain requirements to orientation of transport processes in the villose stroma and, first of all, in the conditions of the hemato-lymphatic transference at adaptation.  相似文献

Extra- and intraorganic blood bed of the lumbar vertebrae has been investigated by means of the cast method and vital injection of the vessels with Indian ink-gelatin mixture and subsequent serial translucent preparations. Existence of constant topographo-anatomical relations has been stated between the segmentary arteries and veins with the lumbar vertebrae. Peculiarities in spatial organization of the microcirculatory bed have been revealed in different zones of the vertebral body, as well as peculiarity of blood supply of the epiphyseal osseous marginal plate. Topography and localization of changes in the intraorganic vertebral blood bed have been studied under conditions of bilateral crossing of the segmentary vascular fasciculi at the level of one, two and three vertebrae. Compensatory resources of the vertebral column blood bed are discussed, when large extra-organic trunks in the lumbar part are damaged.  相似文献

The feline gastric microvasculature was studied by corrosion of the injected vascular bed, which allowed evaluation of the vascular pattern of the different tunics. The serosal pattern consisted of numerous interconnected capillary vessels, forming a delicate network. Submucosal arteries supplied the muscular tunic through numerous anastomosing vessels that followed the direction of the smooth muscle fibers. The entire mucosal tunic was supplied by arterioles derived from the submucosal plexus; these gave rise to capillaries that surrounded the gastric glands and terminated in a diffuse, anastomosing subepithelial capillary network. Venules coursed through the mucosa in a perpendicular manner, forming submucosal veins.  相似文献

In the experiment performed on 108 test and 28 control dogs, by means of injection and histological methods, the effect of arteriovenous fistula on the cardiac microcirculatory bed has been studied. The arteriovenous blood shunting results in plethora and stasis in the cardiac microcirculatory bed, in dilatation of all its links, in aggregation and adhesion of the blood formed elements, in increased permeability of microvessels, in diapedesis of erythrocytes and in myocardial edema, in winding microvessels, in development of the venoarterial reaction, in hypertrophy of myocytes, recalibration and sclerosis of the microvascular walls.  相似文献

In 43 test animals the state of the blood bed in the retrobulbar formations and the eyeball vasular tunic has been studied under venous congestion produced by ligation of the anterior vena cava (in dogs) and both external jugular veins (in rabbits). A complex of histological, histotopographic, morphometric and variation-statistical techniques has been used. The results obtained demonstrate that disturbances in the venous outflow in the anterior vena cava system produce certain responses in all parts of the retrotubular adipose tissue, of the eyeball muscles, of the optic nerve tunics, of the vascular tunic. Certain stageness is noted in the course of venous congestion. Places of the greatest morphological changes in the eyeball vascular tunic are determined. They are zones of vorticose veins formation and the area corresponding to the posterior pole of the eyeball. The analysis of the specific areas of the intermuscular arteries and veins cross sections demonstrates that in the reaction of these vessels to the different venous outflow in the anterior vena cava system these is certain unevenness in different ofthalmic muscles.  相似文献

The spatial interrelationships of osteon canals were studied in corrosion preparations with the help of rastral electron microscopy. The structure of microvessels, their belonging to a definite link of the microcirculatory bed, the interaction of vessels and their position with respect to the osseous matrix were studied in bone sections impregnated with silver nitrate after V. V. Kuprijanov. Haversian canals in the compact substance of the bone are longitudinally oriented, can duplicate and form a single system of canals. The neighbouring canals of osteons might be bound by means of Volkmann's canals. The investigation of the Haversian canals in serial sections has shown that the diameter of the same canals of osteons can change at different levels, the diameter of the osteons themselves remaining unchanged. This seems to speak of uneven development of osteons in their different parts. In the Haversian canal there are one-two or occasionally three vessels having all three links of the morphocirculatory bed. The course and ramification of the vessel are identical to the shape of the osteon canal which includes them. The vessels are closely connected with the bony matrix by means of connective tissue bundles directed from the canal wall to the vessel wall. These bundles appear to serve as a peculiar anchor or amortizing apparatus and its elasticity might be a factor of a change of the shape and direction of the canal vessels in the bone development process.  相似文献

Using a complex approach in studying microcirculatory bed of the human heart, possibilities of scanning electron microscopy of corrosive preparations, those of silver nitrate impregnation after V. V. Kuprianov are demonstrated. The silver nitrate impregnation makes it possible to study the wall structure of the microcirculatory pathways, to analyse arrangement of nuclei in the endothelial and muscle cells of the microcirculatory links, to reveal together with the vessels the surrounding tissues. Scanograms of the corrosive preparations of the arterioles demonstrate "circulatory strips", that are absent in the venular part. The relief of the luminal casts of the microcirculatory bed vessels in the human heart is presented as impresses of nuclei of the endothelial and smooth muscle cells. Peculiarities in form and distribution of these nuclei in various links of the microbed are demonstrated.  相似文献

The intraorganic venous bed of the gastric cardial part has been studied in 27 organs, obtained from children corpses of both sex beginning from birth up to three years of life. They died from causes that were not connected with gastric or vascular system pathology. The results of the investigation prove the presence of mucous, submucous, muscular and serous-subserous venous plexuses in the wall of the gastric cardial part in children of the first three years of life. Every membrane of the stomach wall has its specific structure of the venous link in the microcirculatory bed. In the stomach mucous membrane already in a newborn there are complexly built microcirculatory pathways. Age changes are mostly expressed in the venous link of the gastric mucous membrane; this is probably connected with functional activity of the given layer of the organ. The largest venous vessels are situated in the gastric submucous base. By the end of the newborn period and, especially fully, during the successive age periods immune protection of the gastric wall is formed as an accumulation of lymphoid tissue to an antigenic effect of food. In these age groups certain structural mechanisms of blood outflow from the gastric wall appear.  相似文献

The intraorganic veins of the human urinary bladder have been studied in a vast sectional material. The veins within the organ make an enormous multilayered plexus which is differently organized in various layers of its wall. Abundant anastomoses, multiplicated ways for outflow from every layer, manifested interactions between the venous plexuses are specific for the intraorganic venous bed of the urinary bladder. The structures for an active regulating the hemomicrocirculatory blood stream are widely presented in the urinary bladder. In its every tunic certain specific morpho-functional features for organization and adaptation of the intraorganic venous bed are revealed.  相似文献

The effect of argon laser irradiation on the microvessels of the subcutaneous fat tissue of rabbit's ear placed into Clark's transparent chamber was studied. Capillaries and venules were found to be sensitive to argon laser irradiation; functional disturbances of microcirculation were most distinct. Following laser irradiation an active reconstruction of the microcirculatory bed with the redistribution of the blood stream took place along with destruction of the vascular wall and perivascular inflammation.  相似文献

Effects of different periods of hypokinesia upon the structure of the main arteries wall and the microcirculatory bed of the aorta adventitia were studied in rabbits by histological methods. It was shown that hypokinesia lasting more than 4 weeks resulted in the atrophy of the medical sheath and dystrophy of the elastic framework in the wall of main arteries. In the microcirculatory bed of the aorta adventitia there occurred blood stagnation, the integrity of the microvessels wall (mainly capillaries, postcapillaries and venules) was broken. The degree of the above morphological changes depends on duration of hypokinesia.  相似文献

By means of the biomicroscopy method under vital conditions, conjunctival microvessels in the eyeball have been investigated in 240 healthy boys 7-17 years of age at the state of rest and at the antiorthostatic action. The rearrangement of the conjunctival microcirculatory bed of the eyeball completes on the whole by 13-14 years of age and is characterized by transition from diffuse to a more refulate structure (the number of the main magistrals lessens, they become larger, the number of capillaries functioning simultaneously decreases, the role of the shunting blood stream becomes more important). With this process in ontogenesis, certain changes in reactivity of microvessels are connected. The quickest and the most adequate responses of the microvessels appear in the development by the time when the definitive composition of the conjunctival microcirculatory bed in the eyeball is formed. Since that time the microcirculatory system reaches its optimal level of functioning and all the processes are performed in the most economic regimen.  相似文献

Age peculiarities of common structure of the microcirculatory pathways, specific volumes and amount of microvessels, zonal parameters of pericapillary microcirculation of metabolites, glycosamine glycans and glycoproteins contents, phosphatase and ATPase activity, collagen and elastic fibers of the microcirculatory bed vessels have been studied in 190 unchanged uteri, beginning from 36-week-old fetuses up to 35 years of age. The microcirculatory bed of myometrium during the period of postnatal ontogenesis investigated possesses a polymer-homonomous structural organization; its base make myoangiomas, including the terminal arteriole with precapillaries and collecting venule, that run from it. Similar structure of the myometrium microcirculatory pathways is already observed in fetuses of late antenatal period. In endometrium formed glanduloangionomas are revealed in the prepubertal age. Increase in glycosamine glycans contents is stated in the microvessel walls and in the uterine stroma during the process of its development. Compensatory-adaptive changes in the uterine microcirculatory bed are described during the newborn period up to the puberty. Functionally mature structures of the microcirculatory pathways in the submucosal and vascular layers of myometrium, endometrium and in the cervix uteri are found to be formed earlier than in other areas of the organ.  相似文献
