湖南烟区土壤交换性钙、镁含量及对烤烟品质的影响   总被引:28,自引:0,他引:28  
分析了湖南烟区主要土壤类型交换性钙、镁元素含量状况及其对烟叶品质的影响,结果表明:(1)土壤交换性钙、镁含量在不同土壤类型间存在显著性差异,交换性钙含量平均为8.87cmol/kg,以红壤含量最高;交换性镁含量平均为1.16cmol/kg,以黄棕壤含量最高;交换性钙镁比值大小依次为:红壤(11.74)>水稻土(10.25)>黄壤(6.84)>黄棕壤(6.14),在烟叶实际生产中,应重视镁肥在红壤和水稻土中的施用;(2)烟叶钙含量偏高(21.93g/kg±4.37g/kg),烟叶镁含量偏低(2.52g/kg±1.26g/kg),两者均存在广泛的变异性;(3)整体来看,烟叶钙含量随土壤中交换性钙含量的升高和镁含量的降低而显著升高;烟叶镁含量随土壤交换性镁含量的升高而升高,与土壤交换性钙含量的相关性不显著;(4)典型相关分析表明,土壤中交换性镁含量的降低可能引起烟叶钾含量的提高,从而使得烟叶钾素和镁素含量达到较好的平衡;(5)土壤交换性钙、镁含量与烟叶其它化学成分指标的相关分析表明,土壤交换性钙有利于烟株对硼和氯素的吸收,对氮、锌和锰素的吸收则有显著的抑制作用;而土壤交换性镁有利于烟叶总糖、硼素和锰素的积累,对氮、磷、铁和锌素的吸收具有显著的抑制作用。  相似文献

Summary A comparison of the various indices of calcium availability and degree of dispersion of the soils showed that Mehlich's 1.0 me H method may be a good index of calcium availability for a particular group of soils, but the modified calcium-release value of the exchangeable phase was a superior index when a more diversified group of soils was involved. The type of the clay, cation-exchange capacity, organic matter content,etc. were the most likely factors to influence the choice of the method.The indices based on exchangeable ions were superior to those based on ion concentration in solution for predicting the dispersability of the soil.  相似文献

采用等温吸附法,并以1mol/L KNO3进行解吸试验,研究CaCO3对3种土壤镉吸附和解吸的影响。结果表明,3种土壤的原状土样对镉吸附总趋势为:栗钙土>棕壤>淋溶褐土,均符合Langmuir方程、Frenudlich方程和Temink方程,其中以Freumdlich方程最佳。镉的专性吸附量表现为栗钙土>淋溶褐土>棕壤。添加CaCO3使3种土壤中镉的吸附量增加,增加幅度棕壤为4%-11%,淋溶褐土2%-11%,栗钙土2%-8%。外界加入的镉浓度越高,增加幅度越大。Freundlich方程(lgX=lgK lgC/n)拟合的参数结果表明:加入CaCO3后,K和n值均下降;Langmuir方程中镉最大吸附值增加,吸附平均常数减小。可以推测,CaCO3的存在之所以能够使土壤体系吸附镉能力增加,除CaCO3本身的吸附作用增加,吸附平衡常数减小。可以推测,CaCO3的存在之所以能够使土壤体系吸附镉能力增加,除CaCO3本身的吸附作用外,还可能影响反应体系的平衡系数。加入CaCO3,土壤对镉的专性吸附明显增加,尤其以棕壤专性吸附的镉最多,淋溶褐土其次,而栗钙土增加较少,栗钙土去除CaCO3后,镉的吸附减少了2.0%-26.0%,土壤专性吸附的镉减少4.0%-38.2%。3种土壤镉的解吸能力表现为:棕壤>淋溶褐土>栗钙土。添加CaCO3,土壤镉的解吸量下降。去除CaCO3后,栗钙土匐解吸量明显增加。  相似文献

Summary Equal weight of dry mycelium of the fungusAspergillus niger was found equivalent with equal magnesium uptake from synthetic nutrient (as standard series) and from solutions with soil as magnesium source. The quantities of magnesium remaining in the nutrient solutions after growth were also the same in cultures with or without addition of soil. It may be concluded that the method employed will give a correct picture of the ability of the fungus to release magnesium from the soil.During growth the fungus releases magnesium in excess of the maximum content of magnesium exchangeable with ammonium ions. This excess was found to be derived mainly from the clay fraction of the soil, although the silt fraction gives a considerable supplement. This is emphasized by the results from up to five repeated cultivations of the fungus in the same soil or its clay-/silt-fractions.Microbiologically available magnesium was determined after removal of the exchangeable fraction in 13 soils after three years of exhaustion by crop plants. The results showed a marked correlation (r=0.90) between the magnesium uptake by the fungus and the higher plant, and in addition the actual figures for magnesium uptake were on a comparable magnitude. Analysis of the soils after the third year of experiment showed that the fraction of magnesium available toAspergillus niger was not exhausted but only reduced to approximately one-half of the original content.  相似文献

Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) seedlings were grown in a glasshouse pot experiment in soils from 11 declining and 7 healthy spruce stands from France and Germany. In soils from 9 declining stands, seedlings showed decline symptoms (needle yellowing). Soil pasteurization suppressed the symptoms, and reinoculation of the pasteurized soil with a rhizospheric extract from the corresponding stand re-induced yellowing. This suggests that a deleterious soil microflora is associated with spruce decline. The occurrence of this microflora seems to be correlated with the main chemical characteristics of the soils (low pH, low saturation of the adsorbing complex, low exchangeable Ca2+ and Mg2+, and high level of exchangeable Al). ei]R F Huettl  相似文献

Two new brassinosteroids, (22R,23R,24S)-22,23-dihydroxy-24-methyl-5alpha-cholest-2-en-6-one (secasterol) and (22R,23R,24S)-22,23-dihydroxy-2alpha,3alpha-epoxy-24-methyl-5alpha-cholest-6-one (2,3-diepisecasterone) have been identified together with a known 2,3-epoxybrassinosteroid, secasterone, in seedlings of Secale cereale. Deuterated secasterol, teasterone, and typhasterol, upon administration to rye seedlings, were incorporated into secasterone and 2,3-diepisecasterone, indicating a biosynthetic route via teasterone/typhasterol to secasterol to 2,3-epoxybrassinosteroids.  相似文献

The effects of rye chromosomes 1R and 5R on androgenesis in cultured anthers of wheat–rye substitution lines was studied as dependent on the cultivar origin of the rye chromosomes and on the wheat genome (A or D) subjected to substitution. Chromosome 1R stimulated embryogenesis in anther cultures, while chromosome 5R suppressed it regardless of whether the corresponding wheat chromosomes were substituted in the A or D genome. The effect of chromosome 1R on embryogenesis proved to depend on its cultivar origin. Along with rye chromosome 1R, wheat chromosome 1A was shown to substantially affect total seedling regeneration. Regeneration of green seedlings was dramatically affected both by rye chromosome 1R and by wheat chromosome 1D. The results supported the published data that individual androgenesis parameters (embryogenesis, total plant regeneration, green plant regeneration) are controlled by different genetic mechanisms.  相似文献

? Reductions in plant growth as a result of salinity are of global importance in natural and agricultural landscapes. ? Short-term (48-h) solution culture experiments studied 404 treatments with seedlings of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata cv Caloona) to examine the multiple deleterious effects of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na) or potassium (K). ? Growth was poorly related to the ion activities in the bulk solution, but was closely related to the calculated activities at the outer surface of the plasma membrane, {I(z)}?°. The addition of Mg, Na or K may induce Ca deficiency in roots by driving {Ca2+}?° to < 1.6 mM. Shoots were more sensitive than roots to osmolarity. Specific ion toxicities reduced root elongation in the order Ca2+ > Mg2+ > Na+ > K+. The addition of K and, to a lesser extent, Ca alleviated the toxic effects of Na. Thus, Ca is essential but may also be intoxicating or ameliorative. ? The data demonstrate that the short-term growth of cowpea seedlings in saline solutions may be limited by Ca deficiency, osmotic effects and specific ion toxicities, and K and Ca alleviate Na toxicity. A multiple regression model related root growth to osmolarity and {I(z)}?° (R2=0.924), allowing the quantification of their effects.  相似文献

In the Ardennes, spruce decline is correlated with Mg deficiency caused by acid rain leaching of soil nutrients, associated with solubilization of Al-containing soil minerals. Laboratory experiments were carried out to measure the uptake and translocation of 45Ca and 28 Mg by intact roots of spruce seedlings in solutions containing various amounts of added AlCl3. Translocation rates in the various organs of the seedlings were higher for magnesium than for calcium. A 1 mt M Al nutrient solution had a much stronger inhibitory effect on uptake and translocation of Mg than it had on Ca. These rate differences result largely from differences in the chemical characteristics of these two elements.  相似文献

Summary A pot experiment was carried out in the greenhouse, on sweet-lime (Citrus aurantifolia) seedlings grown in soils with three Mg/Ca ratios: 0.33, 0.11, and 0.05. Leaf analyses showed positive correlations between Mg/Ca ratios in the medium and magnesium contents, and Mg/Ca ratios in the leaves. Using a split-root technique it has been shown that impaired magnesium uptake at the Mg/Ca ratio of 0.05 in the medium, is not due to its low magnesium contents, but rather to an excess of calcium.  相似文献

Physiological effects of volatile substances released by the overground as well as by the underground organs of higher plants were studied. The activity of the volatile substances was tested both when these substances were allowed to act directly in the air and when they were dissolved in water in the form of solutions. Plants which do not contain essential oils or which are not rich in them as well as those abounding in essential oils and other volatiles were used in the experiments. The physiological activity of the volatile substances was tested on rye seedlings. The overground as well as underground mature organs of the tested plants were found to release volatile substances causing, when acting directly, in the majority of cases an inhibition of the growth in length and of the formation of dry matter in rye seedlings. A pronounced inhibition of the growth of rye seedlings was brought about especially by the volatile substances of “aromatic” plants such as common dill, wild thyme, yarrow milfoil, garden thyme, marjoram, etc. The volatile substances released by the organs of “non-aromatic” plants like sugar-beet, common sunflower, quackgrass, etc., were found to bring about a significant inhibition of the growth of rye seedlings, too. The volatile substances released by the plant organs were found to be altogether absorbable in water and physiologically active also in the form of water solutions. With the exception of volatile substances from hemp and quackgrass leaves, which brought about a mild stimulation of the dry matter formation in rye seedlings, inhibitory effects of these solutions were found to prevail in all cases. Most effective were the solutions of the volatiles from some of the “aromatic plants”. An assay for olefines in the atmosphere of the experimental vessels demonstrated that in almost all cases ethylene is being released by the plant organs.  相似文献

The effects of low intracellular free Mg2+ on the myoplasmic calcium removal properties of skeletal muscle were studied in voltage-clamped frog skeletal muscle fibers by analyzing the changes in intracellular calcium and magnesium due to membrane depolarization under various conditions of internal free [Mg2+]. Batches of fibers were internally equilibrated with cut end solutions containing two calcium indicators, antipyrylazo III (AP III) and fura-2, and different concentrations of free Mg2+ (25 microM-1 mM) obtained by adding appropriate total amounts of ATP and magnesium to the solutions. Changes in AP III absorbance were used to monitor [Ca2+] and [Mg2+] transients, whereas fura-2 fluorescence was mostly used to monitor resting [Ca2+]. Shortly after applying an internal solution containing less than 60 microM free Mg2+ to the cut ends of depolarized fibers most of the fibers exhibited spontaneous repetitive movements, suggesting that free internal Mg2+ might affect the activity of the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) calcium channels at rest. The spontaneous contractions generally subsided. In polarized fibers the maximal amplitude of the calcium transient elicited by a depolarizing pulse was about the same whatever the internal [Mg2+], but its decay after the end of the pulse slower in low [Mg2+]. In low [Mg2+] (less than 0.14 mM), the mean rate constant of decay obtained from fitting a single exponential plus a constant to the decay of the calcium transients was approximately 30% of its value in the control fibers (1 mM internal [Mg2+]). A model characterizing the main calcium removal properties of a frog skeletal muscle fiber, including the SR pump and the Ca-Mg sites on parvalbumin, was fitted to the decay of the calcium transients. Results of the fits show that in low internal [Mg2+] the slowing of the decay of the calcium transient can be well predicted by both a decreased rate of SR calcium uptake and an expected decreased resting magnesium occupancy of parvalbumin leading to a reduced contribution of parvalbumin to the overall rate of calcium removal. These results are thus consistent with the known properties of parvalbumin as a Ca-Mg buffer and furthermore suggest that in an intact portion of a muscle fiber, the activity of the SR calcium pump can be affected by the level of free Mg2+.  相似文献

Summary This experiment was carried out with the aim of verifying the effect of liming on three wheat cultivars, IAC-5, Alondra and Anahuac, in lowland hydromorphic soils (Low Humic Gley) rich in organic matter. The treatments consisted of five levels of liming using two recommended methods. These treatments were: control without liming; liming by the aluminium method and 1/3, 2/3 and 4/3 of the liming recommended by the buffer method of Shoemaker, McLean and Pratt (SMP buffer method). Adequate levels of calcium and magnesium in the plants were obtained with higher doses of calcium than those indicated by the aluminium method. With the aid of curves adjusted to the experimental data it was verified that the maximum yields of dry matter of 15.86, 15.88 and 12.53 g/pot for the cultivars IAC-5, Alondra and Anahuac, respectively, occurred with higher quantities of calcium at 2/3 of liming indicated by the SMP method at pH 6.0 At this rate of liming aluminium levels in the soil were not totally neutralized and the levels of calcium and magnesium adequate for maximum yield were estimated in 4.6, 4.08 and 4.7 meq/100 g of soil.The results indicate that for Low Humic Gley soils with a high level of organic matter, the level exchangeable aluminium does not constitute an adequate criterion for indicating liming requirements for wheat.  相似文献

Summary The spontaneous occurrence of chromosome breaks, deletions, and translocations in plant tissue cultures is well documented. This study investigated the usefulness of tissue culture as a method of introgressing alien genes into wheat. Wheat X rye hybrids were regenerated from embryo scutellar calli maintained in culture for 222 days. The regenerated seedlings then were treated with colchicine to produce amphidiploids (AABBDDRR). The karyotypes of ten amphidiploids were analyzed by C-banding to determine chromosome structural changes that occurred during tissue culture. Three wheat/rye and one wheat/wheat chromosome translocations, seven deletions, and five amplifications of heterochromatin bands of rye chromosomes were identified. One amphidiploid contained a reciprocal translocation between wheat chromosome 4D and rye chromosome 1R. Non-reciprocal translocations between 2B and 3R, and between an unidentified wheat chromosome and 2R, were found independently in two amphidiploids. An additional plant had a translocation between wheat chromosomes 6B and 5A. All deletions involving rye chromosomes were noted in all 10 amphidiploids. Twelve of the 13 breakpoints in chromosomes involved in translocations and deletions occurred in heterochromatin. Amplification of heterochromatin bands on 2RL and 7RL chromosome arms also was observed in five plants. These results indicate a high degree of chromosome structural change induced by tissue culture. 为探究不同改良剂对酸性土壤铝(Al)胁迫条件下镉(Cd)锌(Zn)超积累植物伴矿景天Sedum plumbizincicola生长以及镉和锌吸取修复效率的影响,分别添加不同种类改良剂(钙镁磷肥(CMP)、MgCO3、KH2PO4)和不同浓度CMP进行温室盆栽试验。结果表明,CMP能够一定程度上提高土壤pH值并降低土壤交换性Al的浓度,MgCO3能够显著提高土壤pH值和降低土壤交换性Al的浓度,KH2PO4能够降低土壤中交换性Al浓度但未改变土壤pH值。施用适量的CMP(9.39 mg/kg)能够提高伴矿景天生物量和Cd、Zn吸取修复效率,用量过高会抑制伴矿景天生长和Cd、Zn修复效率;施用MgCO3可增大伴矿景天生物量和Cd、Zn修复效率,施用KH2PO4反而抑制了伴矿景天生长。酸性土壤上施用适量的CMP和MgCO3能够缓解伴矿景天的铝毒作用,维持较高的重金属吸收效率。  相似文献

Nutrient imbalances of declining sugar maple (Acer saccharum Marsh.) stands in southeastern Quebec have been associated with high exchangeable Mg levels in soils relative to soil K and Ca. A greenhouse experiment was set up to test the hypothesis that the equilibrium between soil exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg ions influences the growth and nutrient status of sugar maple seedlings. Also tested was whether endomycorrhization can alter nutrient acquisition under various soil exchangeable basic cations ratios. Treatments consisted of seven ratios of soil exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg making up a total base saturation of 58%, and a soil inoculation treatment with the endomycorrhizal fungus Glomus versiforme (control and inoculated), in a complete factorial design. Sugar maple seedlings were grown for 3 months in the treated soils. Plant shoot elongation rate, dry biomass and nutrient concentrations in foliage were influenced by the various ratios of soil cations. The predicted plant biomass and foliar K concentration were highest at a soil Ca saturation of 38%, a soil K saturation of 12%, and a soil Mg saturation of 8%. Potassium concentration in foliage was dependent on the level of Ca and Mg saturation in the soil when soil K saturation was close to 12%. Foliar Ca and Mg levels were more dependent on their corresponding levels in soil than foliar K. Colonization by G. versiforme did not influence seedling growth and macronutrient uptake. The results confirm that growth and nutrition of sugar maple are negatively affected by imbalances in exchangeable basic cations in soils.  相似文献

The effect of sodium humate on the development of tomato seedlingsin aerated and non-aerated water cultures has been comparedwith the effect of colloidal solutions of agar-agar. Similarcomparisons have been made between the activities of humateand EDTA. The experiments have been conducted in fresh mediaas well as in nutrient solutions that had been formerly usedfor growing other tomato seedlings. Finally, a comparison betweeneffects of humate and EDTA on tomato seedlings growing in nutrientsolutions with various concentrations of calcium, magnesium,and iron salts in aerated and non-aerated water cultures hasbeen carried out. Media used for growth experiments have beentested microbiologically, and qualitative analyses of theirorganic compounds have been made. A distinct relationship between physiological activities ofhumate, EDTA, and the concentrations of calcium, magnesium,and iron cations in the medium has been found. It has also beenshown that in non-aerated media the plants mostly anifer thedeficiency of available iron; this is prevented by the additionof either humate or EDTA.  相似文献

南方稻田土壤大面积酸化是水稻生产的主要限制因子.尽管石灰作为酸化土壤调理剂已广泛应用,但大量或长期施用石灰不仅会引起土壤板结,而且会导致土壤钙、钾、镁等元素的平衡失调.硅钙钾镁肥由于溶解度更低、养分全面是良好的替代材料.为了明确硅钙钾镁肥阻控土壤酸化的效果和作用,本研究采用连续4年的硅钙钾镁肥田间定位试验,以农民习惯施肥为对照,分析在农民习惯施肥基础上增施750、1125、1500和1875 kg·hm-2硅钙钾镁肥下稻田土壤pH、交换性酸、交换性盐基离子和有效硅的动态变化.结果表明: 农民习惯施肥导致土壤pH、土壤交换性盐基和盐基饱和度逐年下降,土壤交换性酸逐年增加.与之相反,硅钙钾镁肥处理显著提高了土壤pH值,提高幅度随硅钙钾镁肥施用次数或用量的增加而增大.连续多次施用硅钙钾镁肥有效促进了盐基离子在土壤中的累积和土壤交换酸的消耗,特别是土壤交换性Ca2+、Mg2+的累积和土壤交换性Al3+的消耗,硅钙钾镁肥用量越大,积累或消耗的量越多,但速率相对越慢.土壤交换性酸消耗量中,硅钙钾镁肥释放的交换性盐基离子和相应碱贡献了108.8%,是交换性酸减少的主要途径.硅钙钾镁肥在改良稻田土壤酸性的同时,土壤有效硅含量逐年增加,增幅随硅钙钾镁肥施用量的增加而显著增大.总之,农民习惯施肥导致土壤持续酸化,酸化率为2.86 kmol H+·hm-2·a-1,硅钙钾镁肥能有效阻控酸化过程,产生了大量碱(9.69~18.44 kmol OH-·hm-2·a-1),释放的Ca2+、Mg2+盐基离子和相应碱是土壤酸化阻控的主要作用因子.  相似文献

Summary The concentration of K in the soil solution at zero change of non-exchangeable K (Co) was determined at 20°C and 50°C for six topsoils of widely different clay mineralogy. This was done with and without prior removal of the K that was exchangeable to dilute salt solutions in a two to three hour leach. Except for one case Co was greater for leached than for not leached samples, particularly at the higher temperature. This is attributed to rapid edge-weathering during leaching caused by interlayer penetration at the clay edges by calcium, sodium or hydronium ions. It is assumed that K newly exposed in this manner is not immediately exchangeable but that it exerts an influence on the equilibrium concentration of K in solution.Among soils Co was not related to the K available to ryegrass nor to the non-exchangeable K fraction of the uptake by ryegrass. However, much reduced values of Co were obtained after depletion by ryegrass in the new two soils examined.  相似文献
