在中国,云南是一个多民族的省份,又是植物资源极为丰富的“天然花园”。据我们近年的民族植物学调查,发现云南少数民族中食花相象相当普遍,在民族文化中有着悠久的历史,尤其是白族、彝族、傣族,文化内涵丰富。据调查,云南各族群众经常食用的花卉种类有近200种之多。从用途分,有家常食谱花卉、药膳花卉和具有宗教文化意义的食用花卉三大类。在不同地域的各民族之间,所食花卉又有所不同,形成了云南少数民族食花文化的多样性。云南盛产杜鹃花,尽管其中许多种的花有毒,但在云南少数民族的食花文化中仍占有重要地位,已知至少有16种…  相似文献

应用民族植物学的方法,对云南各民族食用的花卉作了较为全面的调查和研究,发现云南各民族对植物花的食用均有不同程度的喜爱,食用过程中的加工方法和烹调技巧都各不相同,食花的部位也有所选择,本文首次全面报道了云南的303种食用花卉,它们分别属于74个科,178个属。其中广泛分布或栽培的70种,热带地区118种,亚热带地区93种,温带及寒冷地区22种,本文还对食花的地理分布和生态环境,不同民族之间食用花卉的异同等方面进行了讨论,分析了食用花卉的开发利用前景,文末附云南少数民族食用花卉名录,包括拉丁名、当地名(含民族语名和汉语名),中文名、科名、分布地区、食用部位及食用方法,其它用途等。  相似文献

对拉祜族的食疗花卉进行了探讨.结果表明,拉祜族有着丰富的食疗花卉知识,其形成有着特殊的医药和文化背景以及朴素的早期传统民族医药特征;拉祜族民间普遍存在的花卉食疗现象,是对其生存空间内现有食物的自然选择结果,是传统知识的积累使然,是在与各民族相互学习交流中得到启迪而加以利用的结果,具有原住民文化特征,是民族文化多样性的重要组成部分.拉祜族食疗花卉约有53种,分别隶属于28个科,较有特色的花卉包括杜鹃花(Rhododendron spp.)、姜花(Alpinia spp.、 Amomum spp.、 Zingiber spp.)、山茶花(Camellia spp.)、蜜蒙花(Buddleja officinalis Maxim.)等.此外还探讨了拉祜族传统文化与当地自然资源及其生物多样性的关系,认为今天拉祜族聚居地还保留有丰富的森林植被和物种,与他们对自然资源的管理与合理使用有着密切的关系.  相似文献

为了摸清云南省菜食花植物资源种类、自然分布与食用地区、食用方法等土著知识,对云南省16个地州102个县(市)农贸市场、地方菜餐馆、民间食花者进行了访问调查,对菜食花植物进行了植物学实地鉴定。调查到云南省菜食花植物140种,隶属52科108属,其中木本植物82种,草本植物58种;人工栽培76种,人工驯化栽培14种,野生资源50种。首次报道苦绳(Dregea sinensis Hemsl.)、云南山楂(Crataegus scabrifolia(Franch.)Rehder)、滇海水仙花(Primula pseudodenticulata Pax)、长毛黄葵(Abelmoschus crinitus Wall.)、尖叶美容杜鹃(Rhododendron caloplytum var.openshawianum(Rehd.et Wils.)Chamb.)、大纽子花(Vallaris indecora(Baill.)Tsiang et P.T.Li)、大花虫豆(Cajanus grandiflorus(Benth.ex Baker)Maesen Vaniot der Maesen)、须弥葛(Pueraria wallichii DC.)、白花灯笼(Clerodendrum fortunatum L.)等9种植物的花可以做菜食用。菜食花植物自然分布区与食用地区并非完全重叠,食用地区一般分布有该植物,而分布有该植物的地区不一定食用;食用种类具有从南向北逐渐减少的特点,与食花植物丰富度和少数民族有一定的关系;食花习俗具有一定的民族性,主要体现食花的种类和烹饪口味上。不同菜食花食用的部位不同,烹饪方式也呈多样化。本文针对食用花传统文化的消失与野生菜食花资源的开发利用提出了相关建议。  相似文献

十字花科植物花蜜腺的比较形态学研究   总被引:24,自引:0,他引:24  
十字花科植物普遍具有花蜜腺。通过对该科9族、36属的74种和1变种植物花蜜腺的形态和结构的比较研究,发现它们的内部结构都由分泌表皮、产蜜组织以及维管束(有些种类缺乏)组成。分泌表皮上分布有变态气孔器,为分泌蜜汁的通道。其外部形态多样,花蜜腺的数量、形状、组成和着生位置等在同族的不同属或同属的不同种间都存在一定差异。根据花蜜腺在分布、形态和结构上的差异可将该科植物花蜜腺分为侧蜜腺型,侧中蜜腺型和环状蜜腺型,在三型下又可划分出19个亚型,并对该科各类型花蜜腺的形态演化关系以及各族间的亲缘关系进行了探讨。  相似文献

秋海棠属植物除了具有较高的观赏价值外,在中国还作为药用、食用、饮料和饲料等被利用。本文应用民族植物学研究方法,通过野外调查、文献和标本收集整理和研究,共记载了中国产26种秋海棠属植物被作为药用、食用、饮料和饲料加以利用。在所记载的26种国产秋海棠属植物中,有24种作药用,8种作食用(蔬菜)或饮料,5种作饲料。3种作饮料的种类在其自然分布地被广泛利用。9种秋海棠作为多种用途加以利用,其中8种既被作为药用、食用和饮料,也被作为饲料加以利用。本研究还表明,国产秋海棠属植物中,有些种类由于过度采集利用或其它因素已变得稀有或濒危。由此提出,合理开发利用和有效保护应成为今后中国秋海棠属植物研究的重要内容。  相似文献

为了探索我国梨属植物资源种类、分布及传播途径,本研究选择与陆地隔离的山东省长岛县为调查地域,对该地域梨属植物资源进行了实地调查和遗传分析。结果表明,长岛县梨属植物资源较为丰富,主要有杜梨、豆梨、沙梨等种类,变异类型较多,并发现一种特异类型;野生资源主要分布在山脊和半山腰,较为集中,且在小范围内能够发现多种资源类型。遗传分析结果显示,长岛梨属植物资源与邻近陆地资源关系较近。通过田间果实调查证实,鸟类吃食梨属植物,推定鸟类在梨属植物资源传播中可能充当一定的角色,这为进一步了解我国梨属植物的资源分布及演化提供了新的研究思路。  相似文献

运用民族植物学方法,以广西西部的1市1区10县为研究区域,对桂西壮族饮食文化中利用野生食用植物的传统知识进行了调查和研究.结果显示:桂西壮族饮食文化中常用的野生食用植物有46科102种,其中菊科(Asteraceae)种类最多(13种),其次为苋科(Amaranthaceae)、伞形科(Umbelliferae)、蔷薇科(Rosaceae)和豆科(Leguminosae)(各6种).食用部位常为嫩枝叶、果实、全株、花、根和茎等,其中,食用部位为嫩枝叶的种类最多(48种),食用部位为根和茎的种类最少(8种),食用部位为果实、全株和花的种类分别有18、17和11种.食用方法有炒、煮汤、生食、凉拌、水煮、茶饮、上汤和配菜等,常见的食用方法为炒和煮汤.采摘时间主要为春季和夏季,部分种类可全年采食.不同区域的壮族民众对野生食用植物的选择具有随机性,主要依据方便、易得、适用、无污染等标准进行选择,且生活在不同区域、不同环境的壮族民众对野生食用植物的选择具有较明显差异.综合分析结果表明:桂西壮族民众拥有丰富的利用野生食用植物的传统知识,具有食用植物种类丰富、食用部位多样、食用方法多样等特点,形成了富有民族特色的饮食文化.此外,根据研究结果,对桂西壮族特色饮食文化的保护和传承进行了探讨,并对当地野生食用植物资源的可持续利用提出了一些建议.  相似文献

The local herdsmen were served as informants, methods of interviews and voucher specimen collection and identification have been used to conduct ethnobotanical field investigations on wild edible plants in the Xilingol typical steppe area, Inner Mongolia. The results show that 29 species and two varieties of wild plants used for food and drinks by the Mongolians in Xilingol typical steppe area. The edible parts of the plants are whole plant, aerial parts, roots, stems, bulbs, leaves, flowers, fruits or/and seeds respectively. Among them, the leaf is the most widely used part. Six categories of food uses based on the mode of folk edible use were established to classify wild food plants, including wild grain, vegetables, fruit, substitute for tea, seasoning, and snacks. Among them, vegetables were the largest group, followed by plants used as substitute for tea, and plants used for seasoning. Wild plants are usually eaten raw or cooked by the local people. Raw materials and prepared food from wild plants are preserved through the method of pickling and drying. A distinguishing feature of region and ethnic group is that mutton, beef, fresh milk and yoghourt are necessarily used in cooking dish and making milk tea from wild plants by local Mongolians.  相似文献

We tested the hypothesis that traits traditionally thought to function in pollination can also influence attack by floral herbivores. Because distylous species produce two different flower types, we used Gelsemium sempervirens, a distylous vine of southeastern USA, to examine the frequency and pattern of floral herbivory in relation to floral characteristics. Flowers of the short-styled morph had larger corollas but showed no difference in the volume or concentration of nectar produced. Over the 2 yr of this study, 20-30% of plants suffered floral herbivory. The pattern of damage was morph-specific. Long-styled flowers were more likely to have damaged pistils, while stamens were more often damaged in short-styled flowers. In this distylous species, exserted flower organs were more likely to be eaten. Such differential herbivory based on the position of floral organs within a flower may result in reduced fitness via either male (short-styled morph) or female function (long-styled morph).  相似文献

Summary The aims of this paper were to consider the coevolution between bumblebee movement patterns within plants and various properties of the plants such as the spatial distribution of their flowers, and to determine the extent to which the bumblebees and the plants can be considered to be maximally adaptive or optimal. Attention was restricted to plants which have flowers arranged on vertical inflorescences and to the bumblebees which visit these plants.It was found that the bumblebees tend to commence foraging at the bottom of each infloresence, that they tend to move from one flower to the closest vertically higher flower, that they miss flowers as they move upwards and that they tend to leave each inflorescence before reaching the top. It was also found for the four common plant species considered that nectar abundance per flower decreases with flower height on an inflorescence, that the flowers with receptive stigmas are restricted to the bottoms of the inflorescences while the flowers shedding pollen occur above them, and that the flowers are arranged approximately in spirals on the inflorescences.The pattern of movements of the bumblebees and the various properties of the plants appear to represent coevolved adaptations. Furthermore the bumblebees' movement patterns appear to be optimal in the sense that they result in the maximum net rate of energy gain to the bumblebees. Further studies are necessary, however, to determine whether or not the plants can be considered to be optimal.An exception to the above scheme is provided by a plant which is quite uncommon in the study area. This plant also has flowers on vertical inflorescences and appears to be pollinated by bumblebees. However, while the pattern of movements of the bumblebees on this plant species are extremely similar to those on the four common species, this plant species exhibits quite different properties from the other four. Observations of hummingbirds feeding at flowers longer or shorter than their bills seem to contradict the view that bill lengths of hummingbirds evolved in concert with the lengths of their flowers. Recent experiments, however, indicate that a hummingbird's ability to feed at artificial flowers of different lengths depends on the widths of the flowers. We examined if the broad range of flower lengths visited by many hummingbird species can be explained by the widths of the flowers. We predicted that both short‐ and long‐billed hummingbirds would include long, wide flower species in their diets, but that short‐billed hummingbirds would not include long, narrow flower species because nectar in these species might be beyond the reach of their bills. If so, the slope of the regression for flower width versus flower length should be smaller for flower species visited by longer‐billed hummingbirds relative to those visited by shorter‐billed hummingbirds. Analyses of data sets for some North American and Monteverde hummingbirds and their food plants were consistent with this prediction, and bill lengths were significantly correlated with the slopes of the regressions of flower width versus length for seven hummingbird species. Comparisons of observed flower use by some Monteverde hummingbird species to flower assemblages generated at random suggest that these significant regressions were not simply a result of allometric relationships between flower lengths and widths, but in some cases reflected active choice by the birds. The two hummingbird–flower data sets also differed significandy in the scaling of corolla width relative to corolla length. In particular, the Monteverde data set contained a large number of long, narrow flower species, which we suggest is a consequence of a different floral evolutionary history and association with long‐billed hummingbird species. The evolutionary effects of hummingbirds and their flowers upon one another are more complex than has generally been realized, and a consideration of corolla length jointly with other floral characters may improve our understanding of hummingbird‐flower relationships.  相似文献

In some species pollination may result in rapid changes in perianth colour and form (petal senescence and abscission, flower closure), rendering the flowers less attractive to pollinators. It has been suggested that this effect is mediated by ethylene. Flowers from about 200 species and 50 families were exposed to ethylene (3 ppm for 24 h at 20 degrees C). The effects on petal senescence and abscission have been described previously. Flower closure and perianth colour changes were generally ethylene-sensitive, but responses showed no consistency within families. Several flowers known to respond to pollination by rapid cessation of attractiveness were also exposed to ethylene: this produced the same effect as pollination, both on flower colour and form. Species that respond to pollination by changing flower form or colour were found exclusively in families in which the species are generally ethylene-sensitive (with regard to changes in perianth form and colour). However, several families are generally ethylene-sensitive but contain no species reported to respond to pollination.  相似文献

The variability of pistillate flower qualitative morphology and size in the palm species Astrocaryum urostachys in the Ecuadorean Amazon is analysed. In total 4393 flowers were sampled from 145 inflorescences born on 135 individual palms. Sampling was performed in 4 regions, north, western centre, southwestern centre and south. The results show that (i) qualitative morphology and relative proportions of flower parts are weakly variable, (ii) size of pistillate flowers is very variable within the total sample, within a region, within an individual palm and even within one inflorescence, (iii) no significant difference exists in flower size between the northern, western central and southwestern central regions, and (iv) there is a significant tendency to produce smaller pistillate flowers in the southern region. The low variation in qualitative morphology and in the relative proportions of pistillate flower parts within Astrocaryum urostachys provides new arguments in favour of the relevance of these characters in the taxonomy of Astrocaryum section Ayri.  相似文献
