Occupational exposure to diisocyanates within the plastic industry causes irritation and disorders in the airway. The aim of this study was to develop, validate and characterize a method for the determination of 2,4-toluenediamine (2,4-TDA), 2,6-toluenediamine (2,6-TDA), 1,5-diaminonaphthalene (1,5-NDA) and 4,4′-methylenedianiline (4,4′-MDA) in hydrolysed urine and plasma, and to study the correlation between the plasma and urinary levels of these potential biomarkers of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (2,4-TDI), 2,6-toluene diisocyanate (2,6-TDI), 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate (1,5-NDI) and 4,4′-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (4,4′-MDI), respectively. Samples were hydrolysed with 0.3 M NaOH at 100°C for 24 h. The diamines were extracted, derivatized with pentafluoropropionic acid anhydride, and quantified by selected ion monitoring on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The repeatability and reproducibility of the method were 7-18% and 7-19%, respectively. Dialysis experiments showed that the metabolites of 2,4-TDI, 2,6-TDI, 1,5-NDI and 4,4′-MDI in plasma were exclusively protein adducts. No free diamines were found in urine, indicating that all diisocyanate-related metabolites were in a conjugated form. For each diisocyanate-related biomarker, there were strongly significant correlations (p<0.001) between individual levels of metabolites in plasma and urine, with Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (rs) values of 0.74-0.90. The methods presented here will be valuable for the development of biological monitoring methods for diisocyanates.  相似文献

Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is a highly volatile chemical known to cause occupational asthma in exposed workers. TDI-induced asthma is associated with airway epithelium injury and repair, and subepithelial fibrosis. We investigated the effect of TDI and its hydrolysis products, the 2,4- and 2,6-toluenediamines (TDA), on viability and growth of human lung fibroblasts (HLFs) in culture, using a tetrazolium-based cell viability assay. The effects of increasing concentrations of each of these chemicals were evaluated on quiescent cells seeded at two densities (2500 and 5000 cells/well) and treated for 24 or 48 h. TDI (10–4–10–5 mol/L, as a mixture of 80% 2,4-TDI and 20% 2,6-TDI) exhibited a partial but significant cytotoxic effect (10–24%, p<0.05) on HLFs. This effect was observed at both cell densities, and was time- and concentration-dependent. 2,4-TDA, at lower concentrations (10–8–10–6 mol/L) applied for 48 h, also partially reduced HLF viability (10–15%, p<0.05), whereas it tended to trigger cell growth at concentrations higher than 10–5 mol/L. 2,6-TDA exhibited both a cytotoxic and a proliferative effect on HLFs that depended on concentration, time of exposure and cell culture density. Significant cytotoxicity was only observed after 24 h of treatment with 10–7–10–6 mol/L 2,6-TDA, and reached greater intensity in cells cultured at the highest density. In contrast, 2,6-TDA stimulated HLF growth only after 48 h of incubation at 10–4 mol/L on cells cultured at the lowest density. Taken together, our results showed that TDI and 2,4-TDA somewhat decreased HLF viability, whereas 2,6-TDA appeared to exhibit both a cytotoxic and a growth stimulatory effect on these cells. TDI and 2,4-TDA are thus suggested to contribute to airway epithelium damage associated with TDI-induced asthma, whereas 2,6-TDA might either trigger epithelial damage or induce cell proliferation that could contribute to epithelium repair or subepithelial fibrosis.  相似文献

Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 4,4'-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), used in the production of polyurethane foam, are well known for their irritating and sensitizing properties. Contradictory results have been obtained on their genotoxicity. We investigated the genotoxicity and protein binding of inhaled TDI and MDI in mice by examining micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) in bone marrow and peripheral blood and TDI- and MDI-derived adducts in hemoglobin. Male C57Bl/6J mice (8 per group) were exposed head-only to TDI vapour (mean concentrations 1.1, 1.5, and 2.4mg/m(3); the mixture of isomers contained, on the average, 63% 2,4-TDI and 37% 2,6-TDI) or MDI aerosol (mean concentrations 10.7, 20.9 and 23.3mg/m(3)), during 1h/day for 5 consecutive days. Bone marrow and peripheral blood were collected 24h after the last exposure. Inhalation of TDI caused sensory irritation (SI) in the upper respiratory tract, and cumulative effects were observed at the highest exposure level. Inhalation of MDI produced SI and airflow limitation, and influx of inflammatory cells into the lungs. Hemoglobin adducts detected in the exposed mice resulted from direct binding to globin of 2,4- and 2,6-TDI and MDI, and dose-dependent increases were observed especially for 2,4-TDI-derived adducts. Adducts originating from the diamines of TDI (toluene diamine) or MDI (methylene dianiline) were not observed. No significant increase in the frequency of micronucleated PCEs was detected in the bone marrow or peripheral blood of the mice exposed to TDI or MDI. The ratio of PCEs and normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) was reduced at the highest concentration of MDI, and a slight reduction of the PCE/NCE ratio, dependent on cumulative inhaled dose, was also seen with TDI. Our results indicate that inhalation of TDI or MDI (1h/day for 5 days), at levels that induce toxic effects and formation of TDI- or MDI-specific adducts in hemoglobin, does not have detectable genotoxic effects in mice, as studied with the micronucleus assay.  相似文献

Diisocyanates are highly reactive chemical compounds widely used in the manufacture of polyurethanes. Although diisocyanates have been identified as causative agents of allergic respiratory diseases, the specific mechanism by which these diseases occur is largely unknown. To better understand the chemical species produced when diisocyanates react with protein, tandem mass spectrometry was employed to unambiguously identify the binding sites of the industrially important isomers, 2,4- and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate, on human serum albumin at varying diisocyanate/protein ratios. The 2,4-isomer results in approximately 2-fold higher conjugation product ion abundances than does the 2,6-isomer, suggesting that the 2,4-isomer has a higher reactivity toward albumin. Both isomers preferentially react with the N-terminal amine of the protein and the ε-NH2 of lysine. At a low (1:2) diisocyanate/protein ratio, five binding sites are identified, whereas at a high (40:1) ratio, near-stoichiometric conjugation is observed with a maximum of 37 binding sites identified. Binding sites observed at the lowest conjugation ratios are conserved at higher binding ratios, suggesting a subset of 5–10 preferential binding sites on albumin. Diisocyanate–protein conjugation results in a variety of reaction products, including intra- and intermolecular crosslinking, diisocyanate self-polymerization, and diisocyanate hydrolysis.  相似文献

Toluene diisocyanates (2,4-TDI and 2,6-TDI) are important intermediates in the chemical industry. Among the main damages after low levels of TDI exposure are lung sensitization and asthma. It is therefore necessary to have sensitive and specific methods to monitor isocyanate exposure of workers. Urinary metabolites or protein adducts have been used as biomarkers in workers exposed to TDI. However, with these methods it was not possible to determine if the biomarkers result from exposure to TDI or to the corresponding toluene diamines (TDA). This work presents a new procedure for the determination of isocyanate-specific albumin adducts. Isotope dilution mass spectrometry was used to measure the adducts in albumin present in workers exposed to TDI. 2,4-TDI and 2,6-TDI formed adducts with lysine: N(?)-[({3-amino-4-methylphenyl}amino)carbonyl]-lysine, N(?)-[({5-amino-2-methylphenyl}amino)carbonyl]-lysine, and N(?)- [({3-amino-2-methylphenyl}amino)carbonyl]-lysine. In future studies, this new method can be applied to measure TDI-exposures in workers.  相似文献

The U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) conducted 2-year bioassays of commercial grade toluene diisocyanate (TDI) (80% 2,4-TDI and 20% 2,6-TDI) and 2,4-toluene diamine (TDA) and concluded that both were carcinogenic in rodents. In the TDI study, there was an unproven but likely formation of TDA either because of flawed test-substance handling and storage conditions and/or the atypical exposure conditions employed. Although the carcinogenic responses in both studies were qualitatively similar, several statistical analyses were performed to substantiate this possibility more rigorously. Seven different statistical approaches combine to yield a robust and consistent conclusion that, if only a small fraction (approximately 5%) of the dose of TDI were hydrolyzed to TDA in the TDI study, then that would be sufficient to explain the observed carcinogenic responses in the TDI study.  相似文献

Aromatic amines and nitroarenes are important antioxidants and intermediates in the synthesis of dyes, pesticides and plastics. In the present paper we introduce methods for the synthesis of deuterated standards: 3-[2H8]aminofluoranthene, 3,3′-dimethyl-[2H4]benzidine, [2H4]benzidine, N′-acetyl-[2H4]benzidine, 2,4-[2H6]toluenediamine, 2,6-[2H6]toluenediamine. These standards have been used for the quantification of haemoglobin adducts of diamines and polyaromatic amines. Haemoglobin was hydrolysed in 0.1 M sodium hydroxide and the hydrolysate extracted with dichloromethane. The extracts were derivatised with heptafluorobutyric anhydride and analysed by GC–MS with negative chemical ionisation. In one run up to 15 aromatic amines can be determined: 6-aminochrysene, 3-aminofluoranthene, 2-aminofluorene, 1-aminopyrene, benzidine, 3,3′-dichlorobenzidine, 3,3′-dimethoxybenzidine, 3,3′-dimethylbenzidine, 3,3′-methylenedianiline, 4,4′-methylenedianiline, N′-acetyl-benzidine, N′-acetyl-4,4′-methylenedianiline, 4,4′-methylene bis(2-chloroaniline), 2,4-toluenediamine and 2,6-toluenediamine.  相似文献

Diisocyanates, reactive compounds used in plastics industry and potent occupational allergens, readily bind to proteins both in vitro and in vivo, however, the pattern of adducts with individual amino acids has not been investigated systematically. In this study, potential of the proteinogenic amino acid residues for carbamoylation with 2,4-toluenediisocyanate (2,4-TDI) and hexamethylenediisocyanate (HDI) was evaluated. The diisocyanates were incubated in an in vitro system (buffer pH 7.4/dioxane 50:50) with: (a) a series of Nalpha-benzyloxycarbonyl amino acids (Z-amino acids) and N-acetylcysteine (Ac-Cys), model compounds for non-N-terminal amino acids of the protein chain; (b) dipeptides Val-Phe and Asp-Phe, model compounds for N-termini of globin and albumin, respectively. Reactivity of the compounds tested, evaluated from their depletion during incubation with the diisocyanates (measured by HPLC), was in the order: Ac-Cys = Asp-Phe > Val-Phe = Nalpha-Z-Lys > Nalpha-Z-His for 2,4-TDI, and Ac-Cys > Asp-Phe > Val-Phe = Nalpha-Z-Lys > Nalpha-Z-His > N-Z-Tyr for HDI, however, the adducts with Ac-Cys were unstable. Reactions of other amino acid residues (e.g. Ser, Thr, Met, Trp, Arg, Asn, Gln) with 2,4-TDI and HDI were not observed. Thus, N-terminal amino acids and Lys residues are likely to produce most abundant adducts with diisocyanates in proteins. Further, three amino compounds with increasing pKa values (Val-Phe, Val and Nalpha-Z-Lys) were incubated with 2,4-TDI and N-acetyl-S-[4-(2-amino)tolylcarbamoyl]cysteine, a 2,4-TDI-derived thiocarbamate with carbamoylating activity, in media with 10% and no dioxane, respectively. Here, reactivity of the amino compounds was decreasing in the order: Val-Phe > Val > Nalpha-Z-Lys, which reflects the mechanism of the amine-isocyanate reaction. The experiments also demonstrate the effect of a solvent (organic phase content) on the yield of the carbamoylation reactions.  相似文献

There are conflicting results on the mutagenicity of toluenediisocyanate (TDI) and diphenylmethanediisocyanate (MDI). It was found that the organic solvent chosen to dissolve the compounds dictates the outcome of the bacterial tests. The Salmonella/microsome tests showed uniformly mutagenic effects for all the compounds that were predissolved in DMSO. Due to the instability of aromatic diisocyanates in DMSO this solvent was replaced by ethyleneglycoldimethylether (EGDE). TDI and MDI endured the dissolving and were therefore still available for the subsequent bacterial tests. Furthermore, no aromatic diamines (TDA or MDA) could be detected in EGDE prior to the start of the assays. The Salmonella/microsome tests, however, revealed unexpected differences between TDI and MDI. As previously published the four types of MDI showed negative results, whereas the data presented in this paper demonstrated mutagenic effects of all three types of TDI if EGDE is the solvent. To gain deeper insight into the chemical changes that occurred during the Salmonella/microsome test, the possible reactions were modelled in the laboratory by mixing predissolved diisocyanates with a defined surplus of water and monitoring the progress of the chemical reactions by analytical methods. Additionally, the quality of the model was checked by exposing solutions of 2,6-TDI and 4,4'-MDI to the real biological test environment. In both cases, the reaction patterns of TDI were different to those of MDI. Within 1 min, which is the maximum time needed to mix the predissolved compounds with water before they are poured onto the agar plate, the TDI content was reduced in favour of different ureas and TDA. In addition water was replaced by the complete set of test ingredients. While the TDA content remained more or less constant, the amount of residual TDI was reduced considerably. Reactions of MDI were markedly slower than those of TDI. More than 90% of the predissolved MDI remained intact when it was mixed with water. The biological test ingredients accelerated the reduction of the MDI content. Within 45 s, more than two thirds of the MDI disappeared. Evidently, the chemical reactions continue during incubation. It is assumed that the contrasting results of TDI and MDI in the Salmonella/microsome test are due to the different reaction patterns-and reaction products-of the predissolved diisocyanates created under the specific conditions of the test. These findings indicate that the chemical interactions between reactive test compounds and solvents or test media need to be considered in the interpretation of the relevance of test results.  相似文献

Mutagenicities of 2,4- and 2,6-dinitrotoluene (2,4-and 2,6-DNT), and reduced metabolites formed by the incubation of 2,4- and 2,6-DNT with Salmonella typhimurium TA98, were tested using S. typhimurium YG strains possessing high level of nitroreductase (NR) and/or O-acetyltransferase (OAT) activities. All compounds tested showed greatest mutagenic activities toward strains YG1041 and YG1042, which possess high levels of NR and OAT activities. The relative mutagenic activities of 2,4-DNT and its related compounds toward YG1041 and YG1042 were aminonitrotoluenes (2A4NT, 4A2NT)<2,4-DNT<2,2′-dimethyl-5,5′-dinitroazoxybenzene (2,2′-DM-5,5′-DNAOB)4-hydroxylamino-2-nitrotoluene (4HA2NT)4,4′-dimethyl-3,3′-dinitroazoxybenzene (4,4′-DM-3,3′-DNAOB), and aminonitrotoluenes (2A4NT, 4A2NT)<2,4-DNT<4HA2NT4,4′-dimethyl-3,3′-dinitroazoxybenzene (4,4′-DM-3,3′-DNAOB)<2HA4NT, respectively. In addition, the relative mutagenic activities of 2,6-DNT and its related compounds toward YG1041 and YG1042 were 2,6-DNT<2-hydroxylamino-6-nitrotoluene (2HA6NT)<2,2′-dimethyl-3,3′-dinitroazoxybenzene (2,2′-DM-3,3′-DNAOB), and 2-amino-6-nitrotoluene (2A6NT)<2,6-DNT<2HA6NT, respectively. These results, together with previous findings, suggested that aminohydroxylamino dimethylazoxybenzenes or aminohydroxylamino dimethylazobenzenes produced either by the reduction of hydroxylaminonitrotoluenes or by the reduction of dimethyl dinitroazoxybenzenes are active metabolites responsible for the mutagenic activities of 2,4- and 2,6-DNT.  相似文献

Nitrotoluenes are important intermediates in the chemical industry. 2,6-Dinitrotoluene (26DNT), 2,4-dinitrotoluene (24DNT) and 2-nitrotoluene (2NT) are carcinogenic in animals and possibly carcinogenic in humans. Thus, it is important to develop methods to biomonitor workers exposed to such chemicals. The authors have monitored the air and urine metabolite levels for a group of workers in China exposed to 24DNT, 26DNT, 2NT and 4-nitrotoluene (4NT). The metabolites 2,4-dinitrobenzylalcohol (24DNBAlc), 2-amino-4-nitrobenzoic acid (2A4NBA), 4-amino-2-nitrobenzoic acid (4A2NBA) and 2,4-dinitrobenzoic acid (24DNBA) resulting from exposure to 24DNT were found in 89, 88, 91 and 78% of the exposed workers, respectively. The metabolites 2,6-dinitrobenzylalcohol (26DNBAlc) and 2,6-dinitrobenzoic acid resulting from 26DNT exposure were found in 99 and 86% of the exposed workers, respectively. Quantitatively, 2A4NBA, 4A2NBA and 26DNBAlc were the major metabolites. The nitrobenzoic acids were the major metabolites resulting from exposure to 2NT and 4NT and were present in 96 and 73% of the exposed workers, respectively. Air concentrations of DNT and 2NT did not correlate with the levels of metabolites in the urine. In conclusion, the dinitrobenzyl alcohols and aminonitrobenzoic acids determined in the urine provided a good marker for recently absorbed dose and were intrinsically related to the bioactivation and detoxification pathways of DNT. Air measurements were not a good measure to predict internal exposure.  相似文献

A method of covalent immobilization of trypsin on polyurethanes containing residues of 2.4-toluene or hexamethylene diisocyanates in a side chain is developed. It is shown that the amount of the immobilized enzyme is independent of isocyanate nature, but its proteolytic activity is higher on carriers containing 2.4-toluene diisocyanate residues. This is accounted for by higher mobility of enzyme molecules due to a decrease in the number of chemical bonds between trypsin and the polymer matrix. The immobilized enzyme is stable for a long time and does not lose proteolytic activity being cyclically used for many times.  相似文献

A procedure to determine hemoglobin adduct yields resulting from exposure to the carcinogen 2,4-diaminotoluene (2,4-TDA) was developed using gas chromatography-electron impact positive-ion mass spectrometry. Liberated 2,4-TDA was quantified following alkaline hydrolysis of hemoglobin. Optimized derivatization of free 2,4-TDA with heptafluorobutyric anhydride allowed detection of hemoglobin adduct levels as low as 5 ng/g Hb. Pure HFBA-2,4-TDA showed a linear dynamic range of 50 to 5000 pg. The quantitative extraction and recovery of liberated 2,4-TDA (ca. 100%) following hemoglobin hydrolysis allows accurate and precise determinations of adduct yields.  相似文献

1. A single oral dose of either [(14)C]Prefix or 2,6-dichlorobenzo[(14)C]nitrile to rats is almost entirely eliminated in 4 days: 84.8-100.5% of (14)C from [(14)C]Prefix is excreted, 67.3-79.7% in the urine, and 85.8-97.2% of (14)C from 2,6-dichlorobenzo-[(14)C]nitrile is excreted, 72.3-80.7% in the urine. Only 0.37+/-0.03% of the dose of [(14)C]Prefix and 0.25+/-0.03% of the dose of 2,6-dichlorobenzo[(14)C]nitrile are present in the carcass plus viscera after removal of the gut. Rats do not show sex differences in the pattern of elimination of the respective metabolites of the two herbicides. The rates of elimination of (14)C from the two compounds in the 24hr. and 48hr. urines are not significantly different (P >0.05) from one another. 2. After oral administration to dogs, 85.9-106.1% of (14)C from [(14)C]Prefix is excreted, 66.6-80.9% in the urine, and 86.8-92.5% of (14)C from 2,6-dichlorobenzo[(14)C]nitrile is excreted, 60.0-70.1% in the urine. Dogs do not show sex differences in the pattern of eliminating the metabolites of either Prefix or 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile. 3. Dogs and rats do not show species differences in the patterns of elimination of the two herbicides. 4. Prefix and 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile are completely metabolized; unchanged Prefix and 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile are absent from the urine and faeces, and from the carcasses when elimination is complete. In the hydrolysed urine of rats dosed with either [(14)C]Prefix or 2,6-dichlorobenzo[(14)C]nitrile, 2,6-dichloro-3-hydroxybenzonitrile accounts for approx. 42% of the (14)C, a further 10-11% is accounted for by 2,6-dichlorobenzamide, 2,6-dichlorobenzoic acid, 2,6-dichloro-3- and -4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 2,6-dichloro-4-hydroxybenzonitrile collectively, and 25-30% by six polar constituents, of which two are sulphur-containing amino acids. 5. In the unhydrolysed urines of rats dosed with either [(14)C]Prefix or 2,6-dichlorobenzo[(14)C]nitrile, there are present free 2,6-dichloro-3- and -4-hydroxybenzonitrile, their glucuronide conjugates, ester glucuronides of the principal aromatic acids that are present in the hydrolysed urines, and two sulphur-containing metabolites analogous to mercapturic acids or premercapturic acids. 6. Prefix is thus extensively transformed into 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile: R.CS.NH(2)-->R.CN+H(2)S, where R=C(6)H(3)Cl(2). However, the competitive reaction: R.CS.NH(2)+H(2)O-->R.CO.NH(2)+H(2)S takes place to a very limited extent.  相似文献

Reported herein are the systematic design and characterization of several novel polyurethane (PU) copolymers containing a macrocyclic porogen (β-cyclodextrin; β-CD). These copolymers were synthesized from the reaction between β-CD with different types of diisocyanate linker molecules (e.g., 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), 4,4′-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (CDI), 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate (PDI) and 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI)) at variable synthetic conditions. The copolymers were characterized using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS), solid state 13C CP-MAS NMR, 1H/13C solution NMR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and elemental analyses (CHN). The PU copolymers were generally insoluble in water and the optimal preparation of copolymer materials for sorption-based applications is for β-CD/linker synthetic mole ratios from 1:1 to 1:3. The practical upper limit of the crosslink density (∼1:7, β-CD/linker) depends on the steric bulk of the cross linker units.  相似文献

A sensitive, selective and accurate high-performance liquid chromatographic–tandem mass spectrometric assay was developed and validated for the determination of lidocaine and its metabolites 2,6-dimethylaniline (2,6-xylidine), monoethylglycinexylidide and glycinexylidide in human plasma and urine. A simple sample preparation technique was used for plasma samples. The plasma samples were ultrafiltered after acidification with phosphoric acid and the ultrafiltrate was directly injected into the LC system. For urine samples, solid-phase extraction discs (C18) were used as sample preparation. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was improved by at least 10 times compared to the methods described in the literature. The LOQ was in the range 1.6–5 nmol/l for the studied compounds in plasma samples.  相似文献

Ten potential lignan metabolites were quantified in rat urine extracts using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The rats were orally administered with the plant lignans 7-hydroxymatairesinol, matairesinol, lariciresinol or secoisolariciresinol, or with the mammalian lignan enterolactone. The samples were enzymatically hydrolysed and solid-phase extracted before analysis. Of the analysed compounds, only trace amounts of 7-oxoenterolactone could be detected in the urine extracts before administration, but after administration of any of the lignans, the excretion of 7-oxoenterolactone increased and monodemethylated matairesinol and 4,4'-dihydroxyenterolactone could be detected. In addition, other novel lignan metabolites were detected, i.e., 7-oxomatairesinol, alpha-conidendrin, and alpha- and beta-conidendric acid.  相似文献

In this investigation, a series of thermally stable and optically active polyamides (PA)s containing bulky pendant chiral functionality from polymerization of a diacid monomer containing rigid phthalimide and flexible l-leucine groups, (2S)-5-[4-(4-methyl-2-phthalimidylpentanoylamino)benzoylamino]isophthalic acid with several aromatic and aliphatic diisocyanates such as 4,4′-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate), toluylene-2,4-diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, and hexamethylene diisocyanate under gradual heating method were prepared and compared with microwave-assisted polycondensation method. The polymerization reactions occurred rapidly under microwave irradiation and produced a series of PAs with good yields and moderate inherent viscosities of 0.26–0.68 dL/g. All of the new PAs showed good solubility and were readily dissolved in aprotic organic solvents. The resulting polymers were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis technique. Thermal stability and thermal properties of PAs were evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The interpretation of kinetic parameters (E, ∆H, ∆S, and ∆G) of thermal decomposition stages have been evaluated using Coats–Redfern equations.  相似文献
