应用五室方法研究了三叶草根间菌线桥传递衰亡根系中磷的作用。三叶草生长至10周切除供体地上部让根系衰亡,11周收收获样品进行分析测定。结果表明:菌线桥可以在植株间传递^32P,从而使受体三叶草地上部磷营养状况得到改善;供体植株地上部切除后有利于^32P通过菌丝桥从衰亡根系向受体植株的转移,表现为受体植株含磷量有所增加,但对植株的生长影响不大。  相似文献

采用^32P示踪和4室根箱方法研究了外生菌根菌丝桥对板栗磷营养和植株间磷素传递作用的效应。给一株板栗幼苗(供体)接种外生菌根真菌美味牛肝菌(Boletus edulis)、褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus),菌根真菌在侵染供体植物以后其根外菌丝继续生长并侵染邻近的另外一株板栗植株(受体)。同位素示踪试验表明,供体板栗体内的^32P可通过菌丝桥传递给受体板栗,受体植株不仅根中^32P放射性强度高于对照,而且茎中^32P强度也显著高于对照。说明外生菌根真菌在不同板栗植株间形成了菌丝桥,但是菌丝桥传递的磷的数量很有限,仅占供体植株体内总磷量的5%-8%。美味牛肝菌和褐环乳牛肝菌侵染供体板栗植株以后,使植株含磷量、总吸磷量和生物量较对照明显增加。受体板栗幼苗在菌丝桥建立以后其植株含磷量和总吸磷量显著高于对照,但生物量与对照没有显著差别。  相似文献

 应用四室隔网系统研究了菌丝桥在日本落叶松(Larix kaempferi)幼苗间传递磷的作用。结果表明,供体接种卷缘桩菇(Paxillus involutus)和彩色豆马勃(Pisolithus tinctorius)后,其外延菌丝可以穿过隔离层侵染受体落叶松,在供体和受体落叶松间形成了菌丝桥。供体植株接种菌根真菌后生物量明显增加,但是对受体植株没有显著的影响。菌根真菌侵染的供体和受体植株的根、地上部吸磷量均分别显著高于对照,而且供体植株根、地上部吸磷量增加的程度明显高于受体。被卷缘桩菇和彩色豆马勃侵染的受体植株体内32P的放射性强度分别是对照的10倍和6倍,两者形成菌丝桥后传递到受体植株的32P分别为供体植株体内32P的1.10%和0.22%。供体植株吸收的32P可以通过菌丝桥传递给受体,但是绝对数量十分有限,对受体植株磷营养没有产生显著的影响,但P. involutus和P. tinctorius侵染受体植株后,促进了受体落叶松对磷的吸收,这是菌丝桥形成后,真菌帮助受体植株吸收磷引起的。  相似文献

为探究外生菌根真菌菌丝对马尾松Pinus massoniana幼苗氮素的吸收、传递及分配规律的影响,本研究应用15N示踪技术,采用四室隔网系统进行盆栽试验。研究表明:供体接种外生菌根真菌后,根外菌丝能够穿过粘土层和隔离层到达受体室,在供、受体植株之间形成菌丝桥。接种不同外生菌根真菌均显著增加供体植株苗高、地径及生物量(P<0.05),但对受体植株的影响有差异,其中接种橙黄硬皮马勃Scleroderma citrinum (Sc)对植株苗高、地径及生物量具有显著的促进作用(P<0.05)。接种对供、受体植株全氮含量无显著性的规律(P>0.05),只有接种东方豆马勃Pisolithus orientalis (Po)的植株全氮含量显著高于其他处理。接种能够显著提高供体植株根、茎、叶的吸氮量,且叶>根>茎,受体植株中,接种Po、Sc和褐环乳牛肝菌Suillus luteus (Sl)的植株总吸氮量较不接种(NE)显著增加(P<0.05),而接种混合菌(Sm)的植株与NE无显著差异(P>0.05)。接种Sl的植株15N传递率最高(75.86%),受体植株对15N吸收量最大(91.68 μg/pot),Po次之。供体植株中,除接种Sl的植株15N主要分配在叶外,其他处理的15N分配中心均在根部,在受体植株中,接种Po、Sl、Sm的植株15N主要分配在根部,而NE和接种Sc的植株15N主要分配在茎。综上,在马尾松供、受体苗木间能形成菌丝桥,接种外生菌根真菌能够促进马尾松供体植株苗高、地径的生长及生物量的积累,提高植株吸氮量,对于受体植株不同菌种的作用有差异,其中接种Sc的苗木表现最好。此外,不同的菌种菌丝对植株的全氮含量、15N吸收量、传递率及分配率的影响也不同,其中,以接种Po和Sl的苗木表现较好。  相似文献

应用^32P同位素示踪法,人工接种VA菌根菌(Glomus mosseae),对种植在根箱中的杨树(Populus euramericana cv.‘I-214')和刺槐(Robinia pseudoacia)苗木进行了树种间P素养分转移途径的研究.结果表明,5室根箱中,接种VA菌根菌的杨树一例,菌根侵染率为34%,根箱隔网另一侧的刺槐根系侵染率为26%,而对照的杨树和刺槐根系侵染率均为零.在杨树一例施放射性同位累^32P,施用后第14—27天,刺槐一例的放射性同位素值,处理显著高于对照(P<0.05)、在根箱中的杨树和刺槐根系间观察到菌丝连接,表明人工接种VA菌根菌能在杨树和刺槐根系间产生菌丝桥,菌丝桥可以在杨树和刺槐根系间传递P素.养分转移定量分析表明,根系接触和根系分泌物是树种间P素转移的主要途径,其转移P素量占转移总量的62%;菌根菌等微生物活动及其与根系接触和根系分泌物两种途径的交互作用占38%;菌丝桥通过隔网发挥的作用仅表现为一种趋势.  相似文献

菌根菌丝桥是植物间在地下进行物质交流的通道, 但它能否作为植物间地下化学通讯的通道来传递抗病信号则缺乏研究. 本文利用丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)摩西球囊霉在供体与受体番茄植株间建立菌丝桥, 对供体植株接种早疫病病原菌茄链格孢菌, 研究供体与受体番茄植株根系间是否存在抗病信号的传递. 荧光定量PCR检测表明, AMF侵染后的供体番茄植株再接种病原菌, 其根系中苯丙氨酸解氨酶基因(PAL)、脂氧合酶基因(LOX)和几丁质酶基因(PR3)的转录水平显著高于仅接种病原菌、未接种病原菌和AMF, 以及只接种AMF的番茄植株. 更重要的是, 与供体有菌丝桥连接的受体番茄根系中PAL、LOX和PR3的基因的表达量也显著高于无菌丝桥连接、菌丝桥连接被阻断以及有菌丝桥连接但供体植物未接种病原菌的处理,3个基因最高转录水平达到无菌丝桥连接对照受体植物的4.2、4.5和3.5倍. 此外, 供体植株根系启动防御反应的时间(18和65 h)比受体(100和140 h)早. 表明病原菌诱导番茄供体根系产生的抗病信号可以通过菌丝桥传递到受体根系.  相似文献

选取感染和未感染的黑麦草为材料,在田间盆栽条件下研究内生真菌感染对宿主植物抵抗磷胁迫方面的贡献。结果表明,土壤中缺磷或内生真菌感染对黑麦草地上部生长的影响不显著,但内生真菌感染对植株地下部生长和生理指标有明显影响。缺磷条件下,内生真菌感染有助于黑麦草地下部分的生长,表现在根系总长度更长,生物量更大;同时根中酚类物质和有机酸的含量也显著高于未感染植株,但因酚类物质和有机酸总量增加的同时并未伴随着二者浓度的增加,由此推测,内生真菌在改变宿主黑麦草根系代谢活动方面的贡献有限。此外,内生真菌感染显著提高了宿主植物的磷利用效率,这可能和缺磷条件下内生真菌感染植株具有更高的酸性磷酸酶活性有关。  相似文献

Pisatin and homopisatin have been identified as antifungal compounds in red clover infected with either Botrytis cinerea, a non-pathogen, or Sclerotinia trifoliorum a clover pathogen. In addition 6a- hydroxymaackiain and 6a-hydroxymedicarpin have been detected. The effects of root feeding by larvae of Sitona hispidulus (F.) (a common weevil pest of white clover) on the rate of transfer of nitrogen between plants of white clover (Trifolium repens L.) and perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) were investigated using a nutrient slant board technique. Clover plants, labelled with 15N were grown adjacent to ryegrass plants and were either infested with Sitona larvae or not infested. Ryegrass plants associated with the infested clover plants had a significantly higher dry matter yield and nitrogen content (75% and 74% respectively) than the uninvested plants, after 33 days exposure to insect herbivory. It was concluded that root feeding insects could play an important role in the cycling of nitrogen in grass/clover swards.  相似文献

Arrowleaf clover (Trifolium vesiculosum Savi) and annual ryegrass Lolium multiflorum Lam.) commonly are overseeded in dormant bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon L. Pers.) sod on coastal plain soils in the southeastern United States. Two field experiments were conducted in consecutive years at different sites to estimate the amount of N transferred from the clover to the annual grass. Nitrogen treatments included 50 kg N ha-1 as 15N depleted ammonium nitrate applied in either February or April, and a check (no N applied). Three clippings were made during the cool-season from March to June. In both experiments, less than 5 kg N ha-1 were transferred from the clover to the grass. Ryegrass yields of dry matter and total N were not increased by growing with clover. Clover growth was typical for the region; average dry matter yield in pure stand was 2,615 kg ha-1 over the two-year period. Clover in mixed stand fixed between 20 and 60 kg N/ha. Less than 13% of N contained in ryegrass was transferred from arrowleaf clover to ryegrass at any clipping while clover was actively growing. The quantity of N transferred over the entire season was not statistically significant.  相似文献

The apparent transfer of N from clover to associated grass was evaluated over a four year period both on the basis of harvested herbage and by taking account of changes in N in stubble and root (to 10 cm depth) in swards with perennial ryegrass and three different white clover cultivars differing in leaf size. The large leaved Aran transferred 15% of its nitrogen while Huia transferred 24% and the small leaved Kent Wild White transferred 34%. When changes in stubble and root N were taken into account the percentage of N transferred was calculated to be 5% less than in harvested herbage only, as the small leaved types had proportionately more N in the roots and stolons, but the large leaved type was probably more competitive towards the grass.Loss of N from clover roots from July to October was compared to that from grass roots in a grass/white clover sward continuously stocked with steers using a method which incorporated tissue turnover and 15N dilution techniques. Less than 1 mg N m-2 d-1 was lost from the grass roots. In contrast 8 mg m-2 d-1 were estimated to be lost from clover roots while 12 mg N m-2 d-1 were assimilated.It is concluded that clover cultivar and competitive ability on grass have to be taken into account together with the relationship between N turnover in roots and N available for grass growth when modelling N transfer in grass/clover associations.  相似文献

Summary Three legume species (alfalfa, red clover, and birdsfoot trefoil) in combination with five grass species (timothy, bromegrass, red fescue, tall fescue, and orchardgrass) were used to study N transfer in mixtures, using the 15N dilution technique. The advantage of grass-legume mixtures was apparent. Total herbage and protein yields of grasses in mixtures were higher than those alone, especially at the later cuts. This benefit of mixed cropping is mainly due to N transfer from legumes to associated grasses. N2-fixation and N transfer by alfalfa rated highest, red clover intermediate, and birdsfoot trefoil lowest. The importance of each pathway of N transfer from legumes appeared to differ between species. Alfalfa and red clover excreted more N than trefoil, while the latter contributed more N from decomposition of dead nodule and root tissue. The greatest advantage from a grass-legume mixture, with respect to the utilization of N released from the legume, varied with early maturing tall fescue (Kentucky 31), orchardgrass (Juno), and bromegrass (Tempo), to intermediate timothy (Climax), and least with late maturing red fescue (Carlawn). Seasonal variation in N2 fixation, N transfer from clover to ryegrass, and soil N absorption in white clover–ryegrass swards were investigated under field conditions over three consecutive years. The plots were established with different seeding ratios of clover and ryegrass and contrasting fertilizer N ranging from 3 to 72 kg ha-1 year-1.An initially poor clover population needed at least one growing season to reach the same yield output as an initially well established clover population. The clover content of the sward decreased by the annual application of 72 kg N ha-1 but not by smaller N dressings.The total amount of atmospherically derived N in clover growing in mixture with ryegrass was, on average over the three years equal to 83, 71, 68 and 60 kg N ha-1 for the treatments of 3, 24, 48 and 72 kg N ha-1, respectively. The proportion of atmospherically derived N declined with increasing N application, but never became smaller than 80% of total clover N. The proportion of atmospherically derived N in a pure stand white clover amounted to 60–80% of the total N content, equivalent to 109, 110, 103 and 90 kg N ha-1 for the treatments of 3, 24, 48 and 72 kg N ha-1, respectively.Only small amounts of atmospherically derived N was transferred to the associated ryegrass during the first production year, while in each of the following years up to 21 kg ha-1 was transferred. The average amount of N transferred from clover to ryegrass was equivalent to 3, 16 and 31% of the N accumulated in ryegrass in the first, second and third production year, respectively. Expressed relative to the total amount of fixed N2 in the clover–ryegrass mixture, the transfer amounted to 3, 17 and 22% in the first, second and third production year, respectively. Thus transfer of atmospherically derived N from clover contributed significantly to the N economy of the associated ryegrass.The clover–ryegrass mixture absorbed constantly higher amount of soil derived N than the pure stands of the two species. Only 11% of the total accumulated fertilizer N and soil derived N in the mixture was contained within the clover component. Lower water use efficiencies for the plants grown in mixture compared to pure stands were mainly related to the increased N uptake in the mixture, with the subsequent increase in growth compared to the pure stands.It is concluded that positive interactions between clover and ryegrass growing in mixture ensure a more efficient fixation of atmospheric N2 and absorption of fertilizer N and soil derived N than pure stands of the same species.  相似文献

Root extracts from 1.5 and 2.5-year-old red clover (Trifolium pratense) were obtained using supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). GC–MS analysis and Kovats indices allowed identification of the volatile compounds as butyl acetate, E-2-hexenal, α-pinene, benzaldehyde, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, limonene, acetophenone, methyl benzoate, nonanal, octanoic acid and decanal.  相似文献
