茶网蝽Stephanitis chinensis是一种为害春茶的重要害虫,本文研究了天敌军配盲蝽Stethoconus japonicus和南方小花蝽Orius similis对茶网蝽的捕食能力,为茶网蝽的生物防治提供科学依据。在室内开展军配盲蝽和南方小花蝽对茶网蝽3龄若虫的捕食功能反应和寻找效应以及南方小花蝽的种内干扰反应研究。结果表明军配盲蝽和南方小花蝽对茶网蝽3龄若虫的捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型。军配盲蝽和南方小花蝽的捕食量与茶网蝽3龄若虫的密度呈正相关,但寻找效应与猎物密度呈负相关。南方小花蝽成虫、3龄若虫对茶网蝽3龄若虫的日最大捕食量(11.49头、12.82头)大于军配盲蝽成虫、3龄若虫(10.10头、6.41头);军配盲蝽成虫对茶网蝽的寻找效应高于其3龄若虫,而南方小花蝽3龄若虫的寻找效应高于成虫。南方小花蝽成虫、3龄若虫对茶网蝽3龄若虫的捕食作用均存在种内干扰反应,且符合Hassell模型,分别为E=0.4263P^-0.825和E=0.5234P^-0.762。综上研究结果,军配盲蝽和南方小花蝽对茶网蝽3龄若虫的捕食作用较强,均具有良好的生物防治潜能。  相似文献

Abstract:  A new genus of cantacaderid lace bugs, Lutetiacader gen. et sp. nov., is described from the lower Middle Eocene of Messel Quarry, Germany. It clearly belongs to the cantacaderid lineage of Tingidae, and is the second known fossil genus of the tribe Cantacaderini (after Paleocader Froeschner). It appears to be most similar to extant species of the genera Nectocader Drake (Brazil) and Teratocader Drake (Malay Peninsula). Lutetiacader occupies a central position with respect to the geographical gap between the ranges of these two extant genera. Its biogeographical significance is discussed.  相似文献

Mortality of adult Tingis ampliata H.-S. increases with decreasing temperatures from ?2 to ?13° in the laboratory. There is no differential susceptibility of the sexes to low temperatures in the above range, but a higher proportion (5%) of females tolerated longer periods of exposure to these temperatures than males. There is a great deal of individual variation in cold hardiness of bugs of both sexes. Seasonal variation in cold hardiness is associated with variations in mean air temperatures during winter. Cold hardiness increases from October to December and then decreases progressively afterwards till the following April. During the coldest month (December), undercooling point ranged from ?22.0 to ?31.5° for females and ?22.2 to ?31.4° for males. Presence of food in the gut and contact with wet organic substrate such as dead Holcus leaf, both reduce cold hardiness of bugs by about 5° compared with unfed bugs or those tested on dry, dead or living green Holcus leaf. The difference between cold hardiness of control and fed bugs is more marked in individuals that have access to food for 48 hours than in those that have access for only 24 hours.  相似文献

Adults and nymphs of the lace-bug Urentius aegyptiacus Bergevin (Tingidae) feed on leaves of the egg-plant ( Solanum melongena L.). The stylets of this insect are of typical hemipteran structure and are inserted into the leaf from either surface. Penetration of the epidermis is mainly intracellular, but may be intercellular or stomatal, while the course through the mesophyll and palisade tissues—frequently in a plane parallel to the leaf surfaces—is predominantly intracellular. The stylets terminate intracellularly, generally within a palisade cell, sometimes in a mesophyll cell, but only rarely in the vascular elements. The stylet sheath and track are absent and the saliva neither gels nor stains. Feeding damage, which results in externally visible chlorotic areas, is caused by the extraction of cell contents within feeding zones which are confined at first to the palisade but later extend to the mesophyll: it is accompanied by laceration of the cell walls and diffusion of an oral secretion of low phytotoxicity. Shrinkage of the leaf is due initially to collapse of the mesophyll and epithelial cells; the palisade and xylem cells retain their characteristic size and shape until destruction of the other tissues is complete.  相似文献

对在扫描电子显微镜下观察到的网蝽科(半翅目:异翅亚目)11个属18种网蝽的成虫及2种的若虫体表感觉结构的特征进行了比较,并根据体表感觉器官的主要特征将所观察的11个属大致划分为6个类群;进一步证实了体表感觉结构的差异性在属水平上的分类学意义,认为在属的鉴别上是一类可靠而适用的新型特征依据,在属内某些种的区分上也具有一定的参考价值;对网蝽科昆虫体表感觉器官的发生发展、系统演化作了探讨性分析并提出了见解。  相似文献
