The conversion of xanthine dehydrogenase to a free radical producing oxidase is an important component of oxygen-mediated tissue injury. Current assays for these enzymes are of limited sensitivity, making it difficult to analyze activities in organ biopsies or cultured cells. The xanthine oxidase-catalyzed conversion of pterin (2-amino-4-hydroxypteridine) to isoxanthopterin provides the basis for a fluorometric assay which is 100-500 times more sensitive than the traditional spectrophotometric assay of urate formation from xanthine. Enzyme activity as low as 0.1 pmol min-1 ml-1 can be measured with the fluorometric pterin assay. Xanthine oxidase is assayed in the presence of pterin only, while combined xanthine dehydrogenase plus oxidase activity is determined with methylene blue which replaces NAD+ as an electron acceptor. The relative proportions and specific activities of xanthine oxidase and dehydrogenase determined by the fluorometric pterin assay are comparable with the spectrophotometric measurement of activities present in rat liver, intestine, kidney, and plasma. The assay has been successfully applied to brain, human kidney, and cultured mammalian cells, where xanthine dehydrogenase and oxidase activities are too low to detect spectrophotometrically.  相似文献

Redox potentials for the various centres in the enzyme xanthine dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.37) from turkey liver determined by potentiometric titration in the presence of mediator dyes, with low-temperature electron-paramagnetic-resonance spectroscopy. Values at 25 degrees C in pyrophosphate buffer, pH 8.2, are: Mo(VI)/Mo(V)(Rapid),-350 +/- 20mV; Mo(V) (Rapid)/Mo(IV), -362 +/- 20mV; Fe-S Iox./Fe-S Ired., -295 +/- 15mV; Fe-S IIox./Fe-S IIred., -292 +/- 15mV; FAD/FADH,-359+-20mV; FADH/FADH2, -366 +/- 20mV. This value of the FADH/FADH2 potential, which is 130mV lower than the corresponding one for milk xanthine oxidase [Cammack, Barber & Bray (1976) Biochem. J. 157, 469-478], accounts for many of the differences between the two enzymes. When allowance is made for some interference by desulpho enzyme, then differences in the enzymes' behaviour in titration with xanthine [Barber, Bray, Lowe & Coughlan (1976) Biochem. J. 153, 297-307] are accounted for by the potentials. Increases in the molybdenum potentials of the enzymes caused by the binding of uric acid are discussed. Though the potential of uric acid/xanthine (-440mV) is favourable for full reduction of the dehydrogenase, nevertheless, during turnover, for kinetic reasons, only FADH and very little FADH2 is produced from it. Since only FADH2 is expected to react with O2, lack of oxidase activity by the dehydrogenase is explained. Reactivity of the two enzymes with NAD+ as electron acceptor is discussed in relation to the potentials.  相似文献

Xanthine oxidase has been recognized as an important source of oxygen free radicals in ischemia-reperfusion injury. In order to study this enzyme in biological tissues, the conversion of pterin (2-amino-4-hydroxypteridine) to isoxanthopterin provides the basis for a very sensitive fluorometric assay. Xanthine oxidase is typically assayed in the presence of pterin only, while an electron acceptor which replaces NAD+ is used to determine the combined xanthine dehydrogenase plus xanthine oxidase activity. 2,6-Dichlorophenol-indophenol has been used as an electron acceptor in this assay. However, it was found in this study that it acts as an effective competitive inhibitor for xanthine oxidase. We concluded that methylene blue is the electron acceptor of choice in the fluorometric assays for xanthine oxidase.  相似文献

The xanthine oxidase reaction catalyzed by chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase has been shown to give nonlinear kinetics of the type which has been identified as substrate activation. When a very wide range of substrate (pteridine) concentrations were studied, it was found that a downward deflection in reciprocal plots (substrate activation) occurs in the high region and an upward deflection in the very low region. When product (isoxanthopterin) was included in reaction mixtures, the upward deflection was enhanced and shifted to higher substrate concentration ranges. In addition, reciprocal plots with a second substrate (oxygen) and a product (isoxanthopterin) were nonlinear.  相似文献

We have detected xanthine oxidoreductase activity in unfixed cryostat sections of rat and chicken liver, rat duodenum, and bovine mammary gland using the tissue protectant polyvinyl alcohol, the electron carrier 1-methoxyphenazine methosulfate, the final electron acceptor Tetranitro BT, and hypoxanthine as a substrate. Enzyme activity was localized in rat duodenum at lateral membranes and brush borders of enterocytes and in goblet cells and mucus. Hepatocytes in pericentral areas and especially sinusoidal cells showed high activity in rat liver. Xanthine oxidoreductase was also detected in epithelial cells and milk lipid globules of lactating bovine mammary gland, which is known to contain large quantities of the oxidase form of the enzyme. Chicken liver, which contains an inconvertible dehydrogenase form, also showed high activity in sinusoidal cells. Therefore, we conclude that the tetrazolium reaction demonstrates both the dehydrogenase and the oxidase form of xanthine oxidoreductase. Control activity, in the absence of hypoxanthine or in the presence of the competitive inhibitor allopurinol, was low in all tissues studied. Addition of O2 or NAD to the incubation medium did not change the specific reaction in bovine mammary gland or chicken liver, implying that the dehydrogenase and the oxidase form are not dependent on their natural electron acceptors in this tetrazolium salt reaction. We conclude that the present light microscopic method gives specific and precise localization of xanthine oxidoreductase activity in situ.  相似文献

Xanthine dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.37) was isolated from chicken livers and immobilized by adsorption to a Sepharose derivative, prepared by reaction of n-octylamine with CNBr-activated Sepharose 4B. Using a crude preparation of enzyme for immobilization it was observed that relatively more activity was adsorbed than protein, but the yield of immobilized activity increased as a purer enzyme preparation was used. As more activity and protein were bound, relatively less immobilized activity was recovered. This effect was probably due to blocking of active xanthine dehydrogenase by protein impurities. The kinetics of free and immobilized xanthine dehydrogenase were studied in the pH range 7.5-9.1. The Km and V values estimated for free xanthine dehydrogenase increase as the pH increase; the K'm and V values for the immobilized enzyme go through a minimum at pH 8.1. By varying the amount of enzyme activity bound per unit volume of gel, it was shown that K'm is larger than Km are result of substrate diffusion limitation in the pores of the support material. Both free and immobilized xanthine dehydrogenase showed substrate activation at low concentrations (up to 2 microM xanthine). Immobilized xanthine dehydrogenase was more stable than the free enzyme during storage in the temperature range of 4-50 degrees C. The operational stability of immobilized xanthine dehydrogenase at 30 degrees C was two orders of magnitude smaller than the storage stability, t 1/2 was 9 and 800 hr, respectively. The operational stability was, however, better than than of immobilized milk xanthine oxidase (t 1/2 = 1 hr). In addition, the amount of product formed per unit initial activity in one half-life, was higher for immobilized xanthine dehydrogenase than for immobilized xanthine oxidase. Unless immobilized milk xanthine oxidase can be considerable stabilized, immobilized chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase is more promising for application in organic synthesis.  相似文献

Xanthine oxidase may be isolated from various mammalian tissues as one of two interconvertible forms, viz., a dehydrogenase (NAD+ dependent, form D) or an oxidase (O2 utilizing, form O). A crude preparation of rat liver xanthine dehydrogenase (form D) was treated with an immobilized preparation of crude bovine sulfhydryl oxidase. Comparison of the rates of conversion of xanthine dehydrogenase to the O form in the presence and absence of the immobilized enzyme indicated that sulfhydryl oxidase catalyzes such conversion. These results were substantiated in a more definitive study in which purified bovine milk xanthine oxidase, which had been converted to the D form by treatment with dithiothreitol, was incubated with purified bovine milk sulfhydryl oxidase. Comparison of measured rates of conversion (in the presence and absence of active sulfhydryl oxidase and in the presence of thermally denatured sulfhydryl oxidase) revealed that sulfhydryl oxidase enzymatically catalyzes the conversion of type D activity to type O activity in xanthine oxidase with the concomitant disappearance of its sulfhydryl groups. It is possible that the presence or absence of sulfhydryl oxidase in a given tissue may be an important factor in determining the form of xanthine-oxidizing activity found in that tissue.  相似文献

1. Cellulose acetate zymograms of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), aldehyde dehydrogenase, sorbitol dehydrogenase, aldehyde oxidase, "phenazine" oxidase and xanthine oxidase extracted from tissues of inbred mice were examined. 2. ADH isozymes were differentially distributed in mouse tissues: A2--liver, kidney, adrenals and intestine; B2--all tissues examined; C2--stomach, adrenals, epididymis, ovary, uterus, lung. 3. Two NAD+-specific aldehyde dehydrogenase isozymes were observed in liver and kidney and differentially distributed in other tissues. Alcohol dehydrogenase, aldehyde oxidase, "phenazine" oxidase and xanthine oxidase were also stained when aldehyde dehydrogenase was being examined. 4. Two aldehyde oxidase isozymes exhibited highest activities in liver. 5. "Phenazine oxidase" was widely distributed in mouse tissues whereas xanthine oxidase exhibited highest activity in intestine and liver extracts. 6. Genetic variants for ADH-C2 established its identity with a second form of sorbitol dehydrogenase observed in stomach and other tissues. The major sorbitol dehydrogenase was found in high activity in liver, kidney, pancreas and male reproductive tissues.  相似文献

The native flavin, FAD, was removed from chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase and milk xanthine oxidase by incubation with CaCl2. The deflavoenzymes, still retaining their molybdopterin and iron-sulfur prosthetic groups, were reconstituted with a series of FAD derivatives containing chemically reactive or environmentally sensitive substituents in the isoalloxazine ring system. The reconstituted enzymes containing these artificial flavins were all catalytically active. With both the chicken liver dehydrogenase and the milk oxidase, the flavin 8-position was found to be freely accessible to solvent. The flavin 6-position was also freely accessible to solvent in milk xanthine oxidase, but was significantly less exposed to solvent in the chicken liver dehydrogenase. Pronounced differences in protein structure surrounding the bound flavin were indicated by the spectral properties of the two enzymes reconstituted with flavins containing ionizable -OH or -SH substituents at the flavin 6- or 8-positions. Milk xanthine oxidase either displayed no preference for binding of the neutral or anionic flavin (8-OH-FAD) or a slight preference for the anionic form of the flavin (6-hydroxy-FAD, 6-mercapto-FAD, and possibly 8-mercapto-FAD). On the other hand, the chicken liver dehydrogenase had a dramatic preference for binding the neutral (protonated) forms of all four flavins, perturbing the pK of the ionizable substituent greater than or equal to 4 pH units. These results imply the existence of a strong negative charge in the flavin binding site of the dehydrogenase, which is absent in the oxidase.  相似文献

A spectrophotometric method for the determination of three forms of xanthine oxidoreductase, namely dehydrogenase (D), dehydrogenase-oxidase (D/O) and oxidase (O), is described. Enzymic fractions obtained from rat liver were found to contain either all three forms, or (under special conditions of preparation) only two forms, D and D/O. The conversion of form D leads to form D/O leads to form O in the presence of Cu2+ ions was shown. Form D/O acted with NAD+ as well as with O2 as electron acceptors, it exhibited greater affinity to NAD+ than to O2, and NAD+ abolished the oxidase activity of this form. Moreover, oxidase activity of form D/O was inhibited by NADH. These facts indicate that NAD+ and O2 compete for the same active site on the enzyme molecule.  相似文献

1. Reduction of chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase (xanthine: NAD+ oxidoreductase, EC 1.2.1.37) by xanthine under anaerobic condition proceeded in two phases. This biphasicity may be due to functional and non-functional enzymes in the enzyme preparation. 2. Cyanolysis of a persulfide group of chicken liver enzyme resulted in an inactivation of the enzyme. The non-functional enzyme in the standard enzyme preparation was found to lack persulfide groups at the active sites. 3. The remaining NADH-Methylene Blue oxidoreductase activity, after KI treatment of the xanthine-reduced enzyme of a high flavin activity ratio, is not at the level of 50% of the initial activity, differing from the report suggesting non-equivalence of FAD chromophores. 4. The findings in the present report indicate that FAD chromophores of chicken liver enzyme are essentially equivalent.  相似文献

The effect of isotopic substitution of the 8-H of xanthine (with 2H and 3H) on the rate of oxidation by bovine xanthine oxidase and by chicken xanthine dehydrogenase has been measured. V/K isotope effects were determined from competition experiments. No difference in H/T(V/K) values was observed between xanthine oxidase (3.59 +/- 0.1) and xanthine dehydrogenase (3.60 +/- 0.09). Xanthine dehydrogenase exhibited a larger T/D(V/K) value (0.616 +/- 0.028) than that observed for xanthine oxidase (0.551 +/- 0.016). Observed H/T(V/K) values for either enzyme are less than those H/T(V/K) values calculated with D/T(V/K) data. These discrepancies are suggested to arise from the presence of a rate-limiting step(s) prior to the irreversible C-H bond cleavage step in the mechanistic pathways of both enzymes. These kinetic complexities preclude examination of whether tunneling contributes to the reaction coordinate for the H-transfer step in each enzyme. No observable exchange of tritium with solvent is observed during the anaerobic incubation of [8-3H]xanthine with either enzyme, which suggests the reverse commitment to catalysis (Cr) is essentially zero. With the assumption of adherence to reduced mass relationships, the intrinsic deuterium isotope effect (Dk) for xanthine oxidation is calculated to be 7.4 +/- 0.7 for xanthine oxidase and 4.2 +/- 0.2 for xanthine dehydrogenase. By use of these values and steady-state kinetic data, the minimal rate for the hydrogen-transfer step is calculated to be approximately 75-fold faster than kcat for xanthine oxidase and approximately 10-fold faster than kcat for xanthine dehydrogenase. This calculated rate is consistent with data obtained by rapid-quench experiments with XO. A stoichiometry of 1.0 +/- 0.3 mol of uric acid/mol of functional enzyme is formed within the mixing time of the instrument (5-10 ms). The kinetic isotope effect data also permitted the calculation of the Kd values [Klinman, J. P., & Mathews, R. G. (1985) J. Am. Chem. Soc. 107, 1058-1060] for substrate dissociation, including all reversible steps prior to C-H bond cleavage. Values calculated for each enzyme (Kd = 120 microM) were found to be identical within experimental uncertainty.  相似文献

Native FAD was removed from chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) and replaced with a number of artificial flavins of different redox potential. Dithionite titration of the 2-thio-FAD- or 4-thio-FAD (high potential)-containing enzymes showed that the first center to be reduced was the flavin. With native enzyme, iron-sulfur centers are the first to be reduced. With the low potential flavin, 6-OH-FAD, the enzyme-bound flavin was the last center to be reduced in reductive titration with xanthine. These shifts in the reduction profile support the hypothesis that the distribution of reducing equivalents in multi-center oxidation-reduction enzymes of this type is determined by the relative potentials of the centers. The reaction of molecular oxygen with fully reduced 2-thio-FAD XDH or 4-thio-FAD XDH resulted in 5 electron eq being released in a fast phase and one in a slow phase. Reduction of these enzymes by xanthine was limited at a rate comparable to that for the release of urate from native XDH. Xanthine/O2 turnover with these enzymes (and native XDH) resulted in approximately 40-50% of the xanthine reducing equivalents appearing as superoxide. Steady state turnover experiments involving all modified flavin-containing enzymes, as well as native enzyme, showed that shifting the flavin potential either positive or negative relative to FAD caused a decrease in catalytic activity in the xanthine/NAD reductase reaction. In the case of the xanthine/O2 reductase activity, there is no simple obvious relationship between the activity and the redox potential of the reconstituted flavin.  相似文献

The reaction of 6-electron reduced chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) with molecular oxygen was studied using both stopped flow and steady-state turnover techniques at pH 7.8, 4 degrees C. Oxidation of fully reduced XDH proceeded via four phases, three of which were detected with the stopped flow spectrophotometer. The fastest phase was second order in oxygen (1900 M-1 s-1), resulted in the appearance of flavin semiquinone and yielded no superoxide. The next phase was also second order in oxygen (260 M-1 s-1), involved the loss of flavin semiquinone and yielded, on average, 1 mol of superoxide/mol of XDH oxidized. The last 2 electron equivalents were located in the iron-sulfur centers. They were released one equivalent at a time in the form of superoxide. Steady-state kinetics were found to be critically dependent on temperature and oxygen concentration. When these factors were carefully controlled, both the xanthine-oxygen and NADH-oxygen reductase reactions gave linear Lineweaver-Burk plots. The xanthine-oxygen data yielded a turnover number of 43 min-1, which was 42% of that for xanthine-NAD turnover. During turnover, with xanthine and O2, 40-44% of the electron equivalents introduced by xanthine appeared as superoxide. Reduced pyridine nucleotides, NAD and 3-aminopyridine adenine dinucleotide, dramatically reduced the formation of superoxide at levels which did not seriously inhibit oxygen reactivity.  相似文献

Xanthine dehydrogenase was purified from soybean nodules and the kinetic properties were studied at pH 7.5. Km values of 5.0 +/- 0.6 and 12.5 +/- 2.5 microM were obtained for xanthine and NAD+, respectively. The pattern of substrate dependence suggested a Ping-Pong mechanism. Reaction with hypoxanthine gave Km's of 52 +/- 3 and 20 +/- 2.5 microM for hypoxanthine and NAD+, respectively. The Vmax for this reaction was twice that for the xanthine-dependent reaction. The pH dependence of Vmax gave a pKa of 7.6 +/- 0.1 for either xanthine or hypoxanthine oxidation. In addition the Km for xanthine had a pKa of 7.5 consistent with the protonated form of xanthine being the true substrate. Km for hypoxanthine varied only 2.5-fold between pH 6 and 10.7. Product inhibition studies were carried out with urate and NADH. Both products gave mixed inhibition with respect to both substrates. Xanthine dehydrogenase was able to use APAD+ as an electron acceptor for xanthine oxidation, with a Km at pH 7.5 of 21.2 +/- 2.5 microM and Vmax the same as that obtained with NAD+. Reduction of APAD+ by NADH was also catalyzed by xanthine dehydrogenase with a Km of 102 +/- 15 microM; Vmax was approximately 2.5 times that for the xanthine-dependent reaction, and was independent of pH between 6 and 9. Reaction with group-specific reagents indicated the possibility of an essential histidyl group. A thiol-modifying reagent did not cause inactivation of the enzyme. A role for the histidyl side chain in catalysis is proposed.  相似文献

Xanthine-NAD and NADH-methylene blue oxidoreductase activities of chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase were inactivated by incubation with 5'-[p-(fluorosulfonyl)benzoyl]adenosine (5'-FSBA), an active site directed reagent for nucleotide binding sites. The inactivation reaction displayed pseudo-first-order kinetics. A double-reciprocal plot of inactivation velocity vs. 5'-FSBA concentration showed that 5'-FSBA and enzyme formed a complex prior to inactivation. NAD protected the enzyme from inactivation by 5'-FSBA in a competitive fashion. The modified enzyme had the same xanthine-dichlorophenolindophenol and xanthine-O2 oxidoreductase activities as the native enzyme, and on addition of xanthine to the modified enzyme, bleaching of the spectrum occurred in the visible region. The amount of radioactivity incorporated into the enzyme by incubation with [14C]-5'-FSBA was parallel to the loss of xanthine-NAD oxidoreductase activity, and the stoichiometry was 1 mol/mol of enzyme-bound FAD for complete inactivation. These results indicated that 5'-FSBA modified specifically the binding site for NAD of chicken liver xanthine dehydrogenase. The incorporated radioactivity was released slowly from 14C-labeled enzyme by incubation with dithiothreitol with concomitant restoration of catalytic activity. The modified residue responsible for inactivation was identified as a tyrosine.  相似文献

Milk xanthine oxidase (XO) has been prepared in a dehydrogenase form (XDH) by purifying the enzyme in the presence of 2.5 mM dithiothreitol. Unlike XO, which reacts rapidly only with oxygen and not with NAD, the XDH form of the enzyme reacts rapidly with NAD. XDH has a turnover number for the NAD-dependent conversion of xanthine to urate of 380 mol/min/mol at pH 7.5, 25 degrees C, with a Km = < or = 1 microM for xanthine and a Km = 7 microM for NAD, but has very little O2-dependent activity. There is evidence that the two forms of the enzyme have different flavin environments: XDH stabilizes the neutral form of the flavin semiquinone and XO does not. Further, XDH binds the artificial flavin 8-mercapto-FAD in its neutral form, shifting the pK of this flavin by 5 pH units, while XO binds 8-mercapto-FAD in its benzoquinoid anionic form. XDH can be converted back to the XO form by the addition of three to four equivalents of the disulfide-forming reagent 4,4'-dithiodipyridine, suggesting that, in the XDH form of the enzyme, disulfide bonds are broken; this may cause a conformational change which creates a binding site for NAD and changes the protein structure near the flavin.  相似文献

Xanthine dehydrogenase has been purified to a homogeneous state from cell-free extracts of a strain of Streptomyces. The enzyme has a molecular weight of 125,000 and consists of two subunits with a molecular weight of 67,000. The isoelectric point is at pH 4.4. The enzyme exhibits absorption maxima at 273, 355, and 457 nm and contains FAD, iron, and labile sulfide in a molar ratio of 1 : 7 : 1 per subunit. Little molybdenum could be detected. The enzyme is most active at pH 8.7 and at 40 degrees C, and is stable between pH 7 and 12 (at 4 degrees C for 24 h) and below 55 degrees C (at pH 9 for 10 min). The activity is stimulated by K+ at a concentration of 50 mM or more and also by keeping the enzyme at pH 9 to 11. The activity is inhibited by cyanide, Tiron, and p-chloromercuribenzoate and by adenine and urate. Among the compounds tested, hypoxanthine, guanine, xanthine 2-hydroxypurine, and 6,8-dihydroxypurine are oxidized at considerable rates; hypoxanthine is the best substrate. NAD+ is the preferred electron acceptor. Km values of the enzyme for hypoxanthine, guanine, xanthine, and NAD+ are 0.055, 0.015, 0.15, and 0.11 mM, respectively. Marked differences in the properties of this enzyme compared to others are the activity towards guanine, which has a higher affinity for the enzyme than hypoxanthine and xanthine, and a higher reactivity with hypoxanthine than xanthine. The organism has been identified as Streptomyces cyanogenus.  相似文献

Xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH) from the unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii has been purified to electrophoretic homogeneity by a procedure which includes several conventional steps (gel filtration, anion exchange chromatography and preparative gel electrophoresis). The purified protein exhibited a specific activity of 5.7 units/mg protein (turnover number = 1.9 .10(3) min-1) and a remarkable instability at room temperature. Spectral properties were identical to those reported for other xanthine-oxidizing enzymes with absorption maxima in the 420-450 nm region and a shoulder at 556 nm characteristic of molybdoflavoproteins containing iron-sulfur centers. Chlamydomonas XDH was irreversibly inactivated upon incubation of enzyme with its physiological electron donors xanthine and hypoxanthine, in the absence of NAD+, its physiological electron acceptor. As deduced from spectral changes in the 400-500 nm region, xanthine addition provoked enzyme reduction which was followed by inactivation. This irreversible inactivation also took place either under anaerobic conditions or whenever oxygen or any of its derivatives were excluded. Adenine, 8-azaxanthine and acetaldehyde which could act as reducing substrates of XDH were also able to inactivate it upon incubation. The same inactivating effect was observed with NADH and NADPH, electron donors for the diaphorase activity associated with xanthine dehydrogenase. In addition, partial activities of XDH were differently affected by xanthine incubation. We conclude that xanthine dehydrogenase inactivation by substrate is due to an irreversible process affecting mainly molybdenum center and that sequential and uninterrupted electron flow from xanthine to NAD+ is essential to maintain the enzyme in its active form.  相似文献

Xanthine dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.37) from Pseudomonas acidovorans has been purified to near homogeneity (approx. 65-fold). The enzyme has a molecular weight of about 275 000. Electrophoresis in gels containing sodium dodecyl sulphate showed the presence of two types of subunit with molecular weights of about 81 000 and 63 000. Thus the intact molecule probably contains two of each type of subunit. Xanthine and hypoxanthine are good substrates, and NAD+ is an effective electron acceptor. With xanthine and NAD+ as substrates the purified enzyme has a specific activity of about 20 mumol NADH formed/min per mg protein. Michaelis constants for xanthine and NAD+ are 0.07 and 0.12 mM, respectively, and for hypoxanthine and NAD+ 0.29 and 0.16 mM, respectively.  相似文献
