An amperometric biosensor was developed for determination of urea using electrodeposited rhodium on a polymer membrane and immobilized urease. The urease catalyzes the hydrolysis of urea to NH4+ and HCO3 ions and the liberated ammonia is catalytically and electrochemically oxidized by rhodium present in the rhodinized membrane on the Pt working electrode. Three types of rhodinized polymer membranes were prepared by varying the number of electrodeposition cycles: membrane 1 with 10 deposition cycles, membrane 2 with 40 cycles and membrane 3 with 60 cycles. The morphologies of the rhodinized membranes were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and the results showed that the deposition of rhodium was like flowers with cornices-like centers. The influence of the amount of electrodeposited rhodium over the electrode sensitivity to different concentrations of ammonia was examined initially based on the cyclic voltammetric curves using the three rhodium modified electrodes. The obtained results convincingly show that electrode with rhodinized membrane 1, which contain the lowest amount of electrodeposited rhodium is the most active and sensitive regarding ammonia. It was found that the anodic oxidation peak of ammonia to nitrogen occurs at 0.60 V. In order to study the performance of urease amperometric sensor for the determination of urea, experiments at constant potential (0.60 V) were performed. The current–time experiments were carried out with urease rhodinized membrane 1 (10 cycles). The amperometric response increased linearly up to 1.75 mM urea. The detection limit was 0.05 mM. The urea biosensor exhibited a high sensitivity of 1.85 μA mM−1 cm−2 with a response time 15 s. The Michaelis–Menten constant Km for the urea biosensor was calculated to be 6.5 mM, indicating that the immobilized enzyme featured a high affinity to urea. The urea sensor showed a good reproducibility and stability. Both components rhodium and urease contribute to the decreasing of the production cost of biosensor by avoiding the use of a second enzyme.  相似文献

In this article we report a selective urea electrochemical biosensor based on electro-co-deposited zirconia-polypropylene imine dendrimer (ZrO2-PPI) nanocomposite modified screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE). ZrO2 nanoparticles, prepared by modified sol–gel method were dispersed in PPI solution, and electro-co-deposited by cyclic voltammetry onto a SPCE surface. The material and the modified electrodes were characterised using FTIR, electron microscopy and electrochemistry. The synergistic effect of the high active surface area of both materials, i.e. PPI and ZrO2 nanoparticles, gave rise to a remarkable improvement in the electrocatalytic properties of the biosensor and aided the immobilisation of the urease enzyme. The biosensor has an ampereometric response time of ∼4 s in urea concentration ranging from 0.01 mM to 2.99 mM with a correlation coefficient of 0.9985 and sensitivity of 3.89 μA mM−1 cm−2. The biosensor was selective in the presence of interferences. Photochemical study of the immobilised enzyme revealed high stability and reactivity.  相似文献

A biosensor for trace metal ions based on horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilized on maize tassel-multiwalled carbon nanotube (MT-MWCNT) through electrostatic interactions is described herein. The biosensor was characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), UV–vis spectrometry, voltammetric and amperometric methods. The FTIR and UV–vis results inferred that HRP was not denatured during its immobilization on MT-MWCNT composite. The biosensing principle was based on the determination of the cathodic responses of the immobilized HRP to H2O2, before and after incubation in trace metal standard solutions. Under optimum conditions, the inhibition rates of trace metals were proportional to their concentrations in the range of 0.092–0.55 mg L−1, 0.068–2 mg L−1 for Pb2+ and Cu2+ respectively. The limits of detection were 2.5 μg L−1 for Pb2+ and 4.2 μg L−1 for Cu2+. Representative Dixon and Cornish-Bowden plots were used to deduce the mode of inhibition induced by the trace metal ions. The inhibition was reversible and mixed for both metal ions. Furthermore, the biosensor showed good stability, selectivity, repeatability and reproducibility.  相似文献

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was immobilized on chemically modified poly-(acrylonitrile-methyl-methacrylate-sodium vinylsulfonate) membranes in accordance with three different methods, the first of which involved random enzyme immobilization via glutaraldehyde, the second one—site-specific enzyme immobilization via glutaraldehyde and Concanavalin A (Con A) and the third method—modified site-specific enzyme immobilization via glutaraldehyde in the presence of a mixture of multiwall carbon nanotubes and albumin (MWCNs + BSA), glutaraldehyde and Con A. Preliminary tests for the activity of immobilized AChE were carried out using these three methods. The third method was selected as the most efficient one for the immobilization of AChE and the prepared enzyme carriers were used for the construction of amperometric biosensors for the detection of acetylthiocholine (ATCh).A five level three factorial central composite design was chosen to determine the optimal conditions for the enzyme immobilization with three critical variables: concentration of enzyme, Concanavalin A and MWCNs. The design illustrated that the optimum values of the factors influencing the amperometric current were CE: 70 U mL−1; CCon A: 1.5 mg mL−1 and CMWCN: 11 mg mL−1, with an amperometric current 0.418 μA. The basic amperometric characteristics of the constructed biosensor were investigated. A calibration plot was obtained for a series of ATCh concentrations ranging from 5 to 400 μM. A linear interval was detected along the calibration curve from 5 to 200 μM. The correlation coefficient for this concentration range was 0.995. The biosensor sensitivity was calculated to be 0.065 μA μM−1 cm−2. The detection limit with regard to ATCh was calculated to be 0.34 μM. The potential application of the biosensor for detection and quantification of organophosphate pesticides was investigated as well. It was tested against sample solutions of Paraoxon. The biosensor detection limit was determined to be 1.39 × 10−12 g L−1 of Paraoxon, as well as the interval (10−11 to 10−8 g L−1) within which the biosensor response was linearly dependant on the Paraoxon concentration. Finally the storage stability of the enzyme carrier was traced for a period of 120 days. After 30-day storage the sensor retained 76% of its initial current response, after 60 days—68% and after 120 days—61%.  相似文献

Four immobilized forms of glucose oxidase (GOD) were used for biotransformation removal of glucose from its mixture with dextran oligosaccharides. GOD was biospecifically bound to Concanavalin A-bead cellulose (GOD-ConA-TBC) and covalently to triazine-bead cellulose (GOD-TBC). Eupergit C and Eupergit CM were used for preparation of other two forms of immobilized GOD: GOD-EupC and GOD-EupCM. GOD-ConA-TBC and GOD-EupC exhibited the best operational and storage stabilities. pH and temperature optima of these two immobilized enzyme forms were broadened and shifted to higher values (pH 7 and 35 °C) in comparison with those of free GOD. The decrease of Vmax values after immobilization was observed, from 256.8 ± 7.0 μmol min−1 mgGOD−1 for free enzyme to 63.8 ± 4.2 μmol min−1 mgGOD−1 for GOD-ConA-TBC and 45 ± 2.7 μmol min−1 mgGOD−1 for GOD-EupC, respectively. Depending on the immobilization mode, the immobilized GODs were able to decrease the glucose content in solution to 3.8–15.6% of its initial amount The best glucose conversion, was achieved by an action of GOD-EupCM on a mixture of 100 g dextran with 9 g of glucose (i.e. 98.7% removal of glucose).  相似文献

The synthesis of chitosan (Chs) and chitin (Chi) copolymer and grafting of acrylamide (AAm) onto the synthesized copolymer have been carried out by chemical methods. The grafted copolymer was characterized by FTIR, SEM and XRD. The extracellular cutinase of Aspergillus sp. RL2Ct (E.C. 3.1.1.3) was purified to 4.46 fold with 16.1% yield using acetone precipitation and DEAE sepharose ion exchange chromatography. It was immobilized by adsorption on the grafted copolymer. The immobilized enzyme was found to be more stable then the free enzyme and has a good binding efficiency (78.8%) with the grafted copolymer. The kinetic parameters KM and Vmax for free and immobilized cutinase were found to be 0.55 mM and 1410 μmol min−1 mg−1 protein, 2.99 mM and 996 μmol min−1 mg−1 protein, respectively. The immobilized cutinase was recycled 64 times without considerable loss of activity. The matrix (Chs-co-Chi-g-poly(AAm)) prepared and cutinase immobilized on the matrix have potential applications in enzyme immobilization and organic synthesis respectively.  相似文献

In the current work nanoparticles (NPs) of α-amylase were generated in an aqueous solution using high-intensity ultrasound, and were subsequently immobilized on polyethylene (PE) films, or polycarbonate (PC) plates, or on microscope glass slides. The α-amylase NPs coated on the solid surfaces have been characterized by ESEM, TEM, FTIR, XPS and AFM. The substrates immobilized with α-amylase were used for hydrolyzing soluble potato starch to maltose. The amount of enzyme introduced in the substrates, leaching properties, and the catalytic activity of the immobilized enzyme were compared. The catalytic activity of the amylase deposited on the three solid surfaces was compared to that of the same amount of free enzyme at different pHs and temperatures. α-Amylase coated on PE showed the best catalytic activity in all the examined parameters when compared to native amylase, especially at high temperatures. When immobilized on glass, α-amylase showed better activity than the native enzyme over all pH and temperature values studied. However, the immobilization on PC did not improve the enzyme activity at any pH and any temperature compared to the free amylase. The kinetic parameters, Km and Vmax were also calculated. The amylase coated PE showed the most favorable kinetic parameters (Km = 5 g L−1 and Vmax = 5E−07 mol mL−1 min−1). In contrast, the anchored enzyme-PC exhibited unfavorable kinetic parameters (Km = 16 g L−1, Vmax = 4.2E−07 mol mL−1 min−1). The corresponding values for amylase-glass were Km = 7 g L−1, Vmax = 1.8E−07 mol mL−1 min−1, relative to those obtained for the free enzyme (Km = 6.6 g L−1, Vmax = 3.3E−07 mol mL−1 min−1).  相似文献

Porous silicon layers fabricated by the reaction-induced vapor phase stain etch method were coated with 5% polyethylenimine. Urease from Canavalia brasiliensis beans was immobilized on this support through covalent linking with 2.5% glutaraldehyde. The pH and temperature profile of the immobilized and free urease exhibited higher activity at pH 6.5 and 37 °C. After being stored for 30 days at 4 °C, the immobilized enzyme had 75% of the initial activity. The maximum apparent Michaelis constant for free urease (Km) was 94.33 mM whereas for immobilized urease was 53.04 mM. The maximum reaction velocity (Vmax) for free urease was 3.51 mmol/min and for immobilized urease was 1.57 mmol/min.  相似文献

A novel hydrogen peroxide biosensor was fabricated for the determination of H2O2. The precursor film was first electropolymerized on the glassy carbon electrode with p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid (p-ABSA) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Then thionine (Thi) was adsorbed to the film to form a composite membrane, which yielded an interface containing amine groups to assemble gold nanoparticles (nano-Au) layer for immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The electrochemical characteristics of the biosensor were studied by CV and chronoamperometry. The factors influencing the performance of the resulting biosensor were studied in detail. The biosensor responded to H2O2 in the linear range from 2.6 × 10 6 mol/L to 8.8 × 10 3 mol/L with a detection limit of 6.4 × 10 7 mol/L. Moreover, the studied biosensor exhibited good accuracy and high sensitivity. The proposed method was economical and efficient, making it potentially attractive for the application to real sample analysis.  相似文献

Biopolymer pectin stabilized gold nanoparticles were prepared at graphene and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (GR-MWNTs/AuNPs) and employed for the determination of glucose. The formation of GR-MWNTs/AuNPs was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV–vis and FTIR spectroscopy methods. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was successfully immobilized on GR-MWNTs/AuNPs film and direct electron transfer of GOx was investigated. GOx exhibits highly enhanced redox peaks with formal potential of −0.40 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The amount of electroactive GOx and electron transfer rate constant were found to be 10.5 × 10−10 mol cm−2 and 3.36 s−1, respectively, which were significantly larger than the previous reports. The fabricated amperometric glucose biosensor sensitively detects glucose and showed two linear ranges: (1) 10 μM  2 mM with LOD of 4.1 μM, (2) 2 mM  5.2 mM with LOD of 0.95 mM. The comparison of the biosensor performance with reported sensors reveals the significant improvement in overall sensor performance. Moreover, the biosensor exhibited appreciable stability, repeatability, reproducibility and practicality. The other advantages of the fabricated biosensor are simple and green fabrication approach, roughed and stable electrode surface, fast in sensing and highly reproducible.  相似文献

In this study, titanate nanotubes (TNTs) with desirable biocompatibility and hydrophilicity have been synthesized by a facile and cost-effective alkaline hydrothermal method, and used to immobilize the enzyme. The characterization results reveal that the prepared TNTs have a regular tubular morphology with a length about 100–180 nm and an outer diameter about 10 nm, and a BET specific surface area of 305.4 m2 g−1. Catalase (CAT), as the model enzyme, was pre-modified by 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) propionic acid (3,4-diHPP) via 1-ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl] carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) coupling chemistry, and then covalently immobilized on the TNTs surface by the chelation of catechol groups with Ti4+ ions. It is found that TNTs exhibits excellent performances as the immobilized supporter of enzyme: the enzyme loading is as high as 820 mg g of support−1; the relative activity of immobilized enzyme is about 60% of that of free enzyme; the immobilized CAT demonstrates enhanced storage and recycling stability.  相似文献

Large pore ordered mesoporous silica FDU-1 with three-dimensional (3D) face-centered cubic, Fm3m arrangement of mesopores, was synthesized under strong acid media using B-50-6600 poly(ethylene oxide)–poly(butylene oxide)–poly(ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer (EO39BO47EO39), tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and trimethyl-benzene (TMB). Large pore FDU-1 silica was obtained by using the following gel composition 1TEOS:0.00735B50-6600:0.00735TMB:6HCl:155H2O. The pristine material exhibited a BET specific surface area of 684 m2 g−1, total pore volume of 0.89 cm3 g−1, external surface area of 49 m2 g−1 and microporous volume of 0.09 cm3 g−1. The enzyme activity was determined by the Flow Injection Analysis-Chemiluminescence (FIA-CL) method. For GOD immobilized on the FDU-1 silica, GOD supernatant and GOD solution, the FIA-CL results were 9.0, 18.6 and 34.0 U, respectively. The value obtained for the activity of the GOD solution with FIA-CL method is in agreement with the 35 U, obtained by spectrophotometry.  相似文献

A sulfite oxidase (SOX) (EC 1.8.3.1) purified from Syzygium cumini leaves was immobilized onto Prussian blue nanoparticles/polypyrrole (PBNPs/PPY) nanocomposite film electrodeposited onto the surface of gold (Au) electrode. An electrochemical sulfite biosensor was fabricated using SOX/PBNPs/PPY/Au electrode as working electrode, Ag/AgCl as standard electrode and Pt wire as auxiliary electrode connected through a potentiostat. The working electrode was characterized by Fourier Transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) at different stages of its construction. The biosensor showed optimum response within 2 s, when operated at 20 mV s−1 in 0.1 M Tris–HCl buffer, pH 8.0 and at 30 °C. Linear range and minimum detection limit were 0.5–1000 μM and 0.1 μM (S/N = 3) respectively. The sensor was evaluated with 95.0% recovery of added sulfite in red wine samples and 1.9% and 3.3% within and between batch coefficients of variation respectively. There was a good correlation (r = 0.96) between red wine samples sulfite value by standard DTNB method and the present method. The sensor was employed for determination of sulfite level in red, white and rose wine samples. The enzyme electrode was used 300 times over a period of 4 months, when stored at 4 °C.  相似文献

d-Amino acid oxidase (DAAO) purified from goat kidney was immobilized covalently via N-ethyl-N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxy succinimide (NHS) chemistry onto poly indole 5-carboxylic acid (Pin5-COOH)/zinc sulfide nanoparticles (ZnSNPs) hybrid film electrodeposited on surface of an Au electrode. A highly sensitive d-amino acid biosensor was constructed using this enzyme electrode as working electrode, Ag/AgCl as reference electrode, and Pt wire as auxiliary electrode connected through potentiostat. The biosensor showed optimum response within 3 s at pH 7.5 and 35 °C, when polarized at 0.15 V vs. Ag/AgCl. There was a linear relationship between biosensor response (mA) and d-alanine concentration in the range 0.001–2.0 mM. The sensitivity of the biosensor was 58.85 μA cm?2 mM?1 with a detection limit of 0.001 mM (S/N = 3). The enzyme electrode was used 120 times over a period of 2 months when stored at 4 °C. The biosensor has an advantage over earlier enzyme sensors that it has no leakage of enzyme during reuse and is unaffected by the external environment due to the protective layer of poly indole-5-carboxylic acid film. The biosensor was evaluated and employed for measurement of d-amino acid level in fruits and vegetables.  相似文献

Carbonic anhydrase (CA) catalyzes the reversible reaction of hydration of CO2 to bicarbonate and the dehydration of bicarbonate back to CO2. Sequestration of CO2 from industrial processes or breathing air may require a large amount of highly active and stable CA. Therefore, the objectives of the present study were to purify large amounts of CA from a cheap and easily accessible source of the enzyme and to characterize the enzymatic and kinetic properties of soluble and immobilized enzyme. We recovered 80% of pure enzyme with a specific activity of 4870 EU/mg protein in a single step using sheep blood lysates from slaughter house waste products and CA specific inhibitor affinity chromatography. Since affinity pure CA showed both anhydrase and esterase activities, we measured the esterase activities for enzymology. The Michaelis–Menten constant, KM, pH optimum, activation energy, and thermal stability of soluble enzymes were 8 × 10?2 M, 7.3 pH, 7.3 kcal/mol and 70 °C, respectively. The immobilization of the enzyme to Affigel-10 was very efficient and 83% of purified enzyme was immobilized. The immobilized enzyme showed a KM of 5 × 10?2 M and activation energy of 8.9 kcal/mol, suggesting a better preference of substrate for immobilized enzyme in comparison to soluble enzyme. In contrast to soluble enzyme, immobilized enzyme showed relatively higher activity at pH 6–8. From these results, we concluded that a shift in pH profile toward acidic pH is due to modification of lysine residues involved in the immobilization process. The immobilized enzyme was stable at higher temperatures and showed highest activity at 80 °C. The activity of immobilized enzyme in a flow reactor at 0.5–2.2 ml/min flow rate was unaffected. Collectively, results from the present study suggested the application of blood lysate waste from animal slaughterhouses for purification of homogeneous enzyme for CO2 capture in a flow reactor.  相似文献

Pseudomonas luteola was immobilized by entrapment in alginate–silicate sol–gel beads for decolorization of the azo dye, Reactive Red 22. The influences of biomass loading and operating conditions on specific decolorization rate and dye removal efficiency were studied in details. The immobilized cells were found to be less sensitive to changes in agitation rates (dissolved oxygen levels) and pH values. Michaelis–Menten kinetics could be used to describe the decolorization kinetics with the kinetic parameters being 36.5 mg g−1 h−1, 300.1 mg l−1 and 18.2 mg g−1 h−1, 449.8 mg l−1 for free and immobilized cells, respectively. After five repeated batch cycles, the decolorization rate of the free cells decreased by nearly 54%, while immobilized cells still retained 82% of their original activity. The immobilized cells exhibited better thermal stability during storage and reaction when compared with free cells. From SEM observation, a dense silicate gel layer was found to surround the macroporous alginate–silicate core, which resulted in much improved mechanical stability over that of alginate beads when tested under shaking conditions. Alginate–silicate matrices appeared to be the best matrix for immobilization of P. luteola in decolorization of Reactive Red 22 when compared with previous results using synthetic or natural polymer matrices.  相似文献

An industrial enzyme, alkaline serine endopeptidase, was immobilized on surface modified SBA-15 and MCF materials by amide bond formation using carbodiimide as a coupling agent. The specific activities of free enzyme and enzyme immobilized on SBA-15 and MCF were studied using casein (soluble milk protein) as a substrate. The highest activity of free enzyme was obtained at pH 9.5 while this value shifted to pH 10 for SBA-15 and MCF immobilized enzyme. The highest activity of immobilized enzymes was obtained at higher temperature (60 °C) than that of the free enzyme (55 °C). Kinetic parameters, Michaelis–Menten constant (Km) and maximum reaction velocity (Vmax), were calculated as Km = 13.375, 11.956, and 8.698 × 10?4 mg/ml and Vmax = 0.156, 0.163 and 0.17 × 10?3 U/mg for the free enzyme and enzyme immobilized on SBA-15 and MCF, respectively. The reusability of immobilized enzyme showed 80% of the activity retained even after 15 cycles. Large pore sized MCF immobilized enzyme was found to be more promising than the SBA-15 immobilized enzyme due to the availability of larger pores of MCF, which offer facile diffusion of substrate and product molecules.  相似文献

The uptake rates of different nitrogen (N) forms (NO3, urea, and the amino acids glycine and glutamic acid) by N-deficient, laboratory-grown cells of the mixotrophic haptophyte, Prymnesium parvum, were measured and the preference by the cells for the different forms determined. Cellular N uptake rates (ρcell, fmol N cell−1 h−1) were measured using 15N-labeled N substrates. P. parvum showed high preference for the tested amino acids, in particular glutamic acid, over urea and NO3 under the culture nutrient conditions. However, extrapolating these rates to Baltic Seawater summer conditions, P. parvum would be expected to show higher uptake rates of NO3 and the amino acids relative to urea because of the difference in average concentrations of these substrates. A high uptake rate of glutamic acid at low substrate concentrations suggests that this substrate is likely used through extracellular enzymes. Nitrate, urea and glycine, on the other hand, showed a non-saturating uptake over the tested substrate concentration (1–40 μM-N for NO3 and urea, 0.5–10 μM-N for glycine), indicating slower membrane-transport rates for these substrates.  相似文献

Leifsonia xyli HS0904 can stereoselectively catalyze the bioreduction of 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl) acetophenone (BTAP) to its corresponding alcohol, which is a valuable chiral intermediate in the pharmaceuticals. In this study, a new carbonyl reductase derived from L. xyli HS0904 was purified and its biochemical properties were determined in detail. The carbonyl reductase was purified by 530-fold with a specific activity of 13.2 U mg−1 and found to be a homodimer with a molecular mass of 49 kDa, in which the subunit molecular-weight was about 24 kDa. The purified enzyme exhibited a maximum enzyme activity at 34 °C and pH 7.2, and retained over 90% of its initial activity at 4 °C and pH 7.0 for 24 h. The addition of various additives, such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, l-cysteine, l-glutathione, urea, PEG 1000 and PEG 4000, could enhance the enzyme activity. The maximal reaction rate (Vmax) and apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (Km) of the purified carbonyl reductase for BTAP and NADH were confirmed as 33.9 U mg−1, 0.383 mM and 69.9 U mg−1, 0.412 mM, respectively. Furthermore, this enzyme was found to have a broad spectrum of substrate specificity and can asymmetrically catalyze the reduction of a variety of ketones and keto esters.  相似文献

Cell immobilization techniques were adopted to biohydrogen production using immobilized anaerobic sludge as the seed culture. Sucrose-based synthetic wastewater was converted to H2 using batch and continuous cultures. A novel composite polymeric material comprising polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), collagen, and activated carbon was used to entrap biomass for H2 production. Using the PMMA immobilized cells, the favorable conditions for batch H2 fermentation were 35 °C, pH 6.0, and an 20 g COD l−1 of sucrose, giving a H2 production rate of 238 ml h−1 l−1 and a H2 yield of 2.25 mol H2 mol sucrose−1. Under these optimal conditions, continuous H2 fermentation was conducted at a hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 4–8 h, giving the best H2-producing rate of 1.8 l h−1 l−1 (over seven-fold of the best batch result) at a HRT of 6 h and a H2 yield of 2.0 mol H2 mol sucrose−1. The sucrose conversion was essentially over 90% in all runs. The biogas consisted of only H2 and CO2. The major soluble metabolites were butyric acid, acetic acid, and 2,3-butandiol, while a small amount of ethanol also detected. The PMMA-immobilized-cell system developed in this work seems to be a promising H2-producing process due to the high stability in continuous operations and the capability of achieving a competitively high H2 production rate under a relatively low organic loading rate.  相似文献
