Background

The ratio of NAD+/NADH is a key indicator that reflects the overall redox state of the cells. Until recently, there were no methods for real time NAD+/NADH monitoring in living cells. Genetically encoded fluorescent probes for NAD+/NADH are fundamentally new approach for studying the NAD+/NADH dynamics.

Methods

We developed a genetically encoded probe for the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD(H), redox state changes by inserting circularly permuted YFP into redox sensor T-REX from Thermus aquaticus. We characterized the sensor in vitro using spectrofluorometry and in cultured mammalian cells using confocal fluorescent microscopy.

Results

The sensor, named RexYFP, reports changes in the NAD+/NADH ratio in different compartments of living cells. Using RexYFP, we were able to track changes in NAD+/NADH in cytoplasm and mitochondrial matrix of cells under a variety of conditions. The affinity of the probe enables comparison of NAD+/NADH in compartments with low (cytoplasm) and high (mitochondria) NADH concentration. We developed a method of eliminating pH-driven artifacts by normalizing the signal to the signal of the pH sensor with the same chromophore.

Conclusion

RexYFP is suitable for detecting the NAD(H) redox state in different cellular compartments.

General significance

RexYFP has several advantages over existing NAD+/NADH sensors such as smallest size and optimal affinity for different compartments. Our results show that normalizing the signal of the sensor to the pH changes is a good strategy for overcoming pH-induced artifacts in imaging.  相似文献

Summary Gastric fundic metabolism was studied by spectroscopic observation in frog mucosa during transitions of secretory status in vitro and by direct measurement of pyridine nucleotides and associated metabolites in biopsies of dog fundic mucosa also during secretory oxidation of the redox components from flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) to cytochromea 3. Addition of histamine resulted in reduction of these components with onset of secretion by about 50%. In contrast, the effect of apparently, burimamide and subsequently histamine on the ratio of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced (NAD+/NADH) was relatively slight. Further, the presence of burimamide substantially reduces the effect of amytal on the pyridine nucleotide spectrum and abolishes the effect of amytal on FAD and the cytochromes. Measurements of lactate, pyruvate, -ketoglutarate, NH3 and glutamate in the dog showed that whereas the calculated NAD+/NADH ratio in the cytoplasm declined with onset of secretion, the calculated mitochondrial ratio rose. No change was noted in the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate/nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, reduced (NADP+/NADPH) ratio. It is concluded that (1) H2 antagonists act by blocking substrate flow into the mitochondrial respiratory chain, (2) conversely, histamine stimulation acts at the level of substrate mobilization, and (3) there may be a cross-over in the mitochondrial chain between NAD+ and FAD.  相似文献

The nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dimers (NAD)2 obtained by electrochemical reduction of NAD+ are oxidized by adriamycin in anaerobic photocatalyzed reaction yielding NAD+ and 7-deoxyadriamyci-none. Under the same conditions NADH is not oxidized.  相似文献

Perturbed metabolism of ammonia, an endogenous cytotoxin, causes mitochondrial dysfunction, reduced NAD+/NADH (redox) ratio, and postmitotic senescence. Sirtuins are NAD+-dependent deacetylases that delay senescence. In multiomics analyses, NAD metabolism and sirtuin pathways are enriched during hyperammonemia. Consistently, NAD+-dependent Sirtuin3 (Sirt3) expression and deacetylase activity were decreased, and protein acetylation was increased in human and murine skeletal muscle/myotubes. Global acetylomics and subcellular fractions from myotubes showed hyperammonemia-induced hyperacetylation of cellular signaling and mitochondrial proteins. We dissected the mechanisms and consequences of hyperammonemia-induced NAD metabolism by complementary genetic and chemical approaches. Hyperammonemia inhibited electron transport chain components, specifically complex I that oxidizes NADH to NAD+, that resulted in lower redox ratio. Ammonia also caused mitochondrial oxidative dysfunction, lower mitochondrial NAD+-sensor Sirt3, protein hyperacetylation, and postmitotic senescence. Mitochondrial-targeted Lactobacillus brevis NADH oxidase (MitoLbNOX), but not NAD+ precursor nicotinamide riboside, reversed ammonia-induced oxidative dysfunction, electron transport chain supercomplex disassembly, lower ATP and NAD+ content, protein hyperacetylation, Sirt3 dysfunction and postmitotic senescence in myotubes. Even though Sirt3 overexpression reversed ammonia-induced hyperacetylation, lower redox status or mitochondrial oxidative dysfunction were not reversed. These data show that acetylation is a consequence of, but is not the mechanism of, lower redox status or oxidative dysfunction during hyperammonemia. Targeting NADH oxidation is a potential approach to reverse and potentially prevent ammonia-induced postmitotic senescence in skeletal muscle. Since dysregulated ammonia metabolism occurs with aging, and NAD+ biosynthesis is reduced in sarcopenia, our studies provide a biochemical basis for cellular senescence and have relevance in multiple tissues.  相似文献

Objectives: Mitochondrial oxidative stress is involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease. The objective of our study is to identify the mechanisms of renal mitochondrial oxidative stress, focusing on Sirt3, which is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+; oxidized NAD)-dependent deacetylase in mitochondria.

Methods: Renal mitochondrial oxidative stress and Sirt3 activity, using Zucker diabetic fatty rats (ZDFRs) and cultured proximal tubular cells under high-glucose condition were evaluated.

Results: At 28 weeks of age, ZDFRs exhibited the increased urinary albumin/liver-type fatty acid-binding protein (L-FABP)/8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) excretion, histological tubular cell damage, compared to non-diabetic Zucker Lean rats. In renal mitochondria, acetylated isocitrate dehydrogenase2 (IDH2) and superoxide dismutase2 (SOD2), accompanied with mitochondrial oxidative stress and mitochondrial morphologic alterations, were increased in ZDFRs, indicating inactivation of Sirt3. Additionally, expression of the NAD-degrading enzyme, CD38, was increased, and the NAD+/NADH (reduced NAD) ratio was reduced in the renal cortex of ZDFRs. High-glucose stimulation in cultured proximal tubular cells also resulted in an increase in acetylated IDH2/SOD2, CD38 overexpression and a reduction in the NAD+/NADH ratio.

Conclusions: Enhancement of mitochondrial oxidative stress in the diabetic kidney was mediated by the reduction of Sirt3 activity. CD38 overexpression may be related to a reduction in the NAD+/NADH ratio in the diabetic kidney.  相似文献

Fluorescent silver nanoclusters (Ag NCs) displaying dual-excitation and dual-emission properties have been developed for the specific detection of NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, oxidized form). With the increase of NAD+ concentrations, the longer wavelength emission (with the peak at 550 nm) was gradually quenched due to the strong interactions between the NAD+ and Ag NCs, whereas the shorter wavelength emission (peaking at 395 nm) was linearly enhanced. More important, the dual-emission intensity ratio (I395/I550), fitting by a single-exponential decay function, can efficiently detect various NAD+ levels from 100 to 4000 μM, as well as label NAD+/NADH (reduced form of NAD) ratios in the range of 1–50.  相似文献

The cardiac Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX) is the major Ca2+ efflux pathway on the sarcolemma, counterbalancing Ca2+ influx via L-type Ca2+ current during excitation-contraction coupling. Altered NCX activity modulates the sarcoplastic reticulum Ca2+ load and can contribute to abnormal Ca2+ handling and arrhythmias. NADH/NAD+ is the main redox couple controlling mitochondrial energy production, glycolysis, and other redox reactions. Here, we tested whether cytosolic NADH/NAD+ redox potential regulates NCX activity in adult cardiomyocytes. NCX current (INCX), measured with whole cell patch clamp, was inhibited in response to cytosolic NADH loaded directly via pipette or increased by extracellular lactate perfusion, whereas an increase of mitochondrial NADH had no effect. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation was enhanced by increasing cytosolic NADH, and NADH-induced INCX inhibition was abolished by the H2O2 scavenger catalase. NADH-induced ROS accumulation was independent of mitochondrial respiration (rotenone-insensitive) but was inhibited by the flavoenzyme blocker diphenylene iodonium. NADPH oxidase was ruled out as the effector because INCX was insensitive to cytosolic NADPH, and NADH-induced ROS and INCX inhibition were not abrogated by the specific NADPH oxidase inhibitor gp91ds-tat. This study reveals a novel mechanism of NCX regulation by cytosolic NADH/NAD+ redox potential through a ROS-generating NADH-driven flavoprotein oxidase. The mechanism is likely to play a key role in Ca2+ homeostasis and the response to alterations in the cytosolic pyridine nucleotide redox state during ischemia-reperfusion or other cardiovascular diseases.  相似文献

Oxidation of NADH in submitochondrial particles, with O2 or ferricyanide as electron acceptor, was inhibited by micromolar concentrations of NAD+ when measured in 240 mM sucrose or, in a lesser extent, in 120 mM NaCl or LiCl. In 120 mM solutions of either KCl, RbCl, CsCl or NH4Cl the inhibition by up to 100 μM concentrations of NAD+ did not occur. The inhibition observed in the sucrose medium disappeared after solubilization of the particles with detergents and re-appeared when the membranes were reconstituted. The inhibitory effect was potentiated by palmitoyl-CoA. The possibility is discussed that the inhibition of NADH oxidation by low concentrations of NAD+ and its release by K+, Rb+, Cs+ and NH4+ depend on the interaction between NAD+ and the negatively charged mitochondrial membrane.  相似文献

The redox-mediated regulation of palmitoylcarnitine oxidation was studied in isolated rat liver mitochondria in which the mitochondrial free NADH/NAD+ ratio was controlled by graded concentrations of acetoacetate and ketomalonate in a rotenone and malonate-inhibited system in the presence of ADP. The NADH/ NAD+ ratio was buffered kinetically by adjusting the concentrations of the hydrogen acceptor substances and determined by calibrated NAD(P)H fluorometry of the mitochondrial suspension. A two-fold variation in the β-oxidation rate and a five-fold variation in the free NADH/NAD+ ratio was obtained in the presence of rotenone. A non-linear negative correlation was found between the acetyl-CoA concentration and the β-oxidation rate and a negative correlation between the long-chain acyl-CoA concentration and the β-oxidation rate. The data indicate that the redox state is a partial controller of the β-oxidation rate in liver mitochondria. The contribution of acetyl-CoA, a putative regulator of β-oxidation at the acyl-CoA thiolase step is small under the conditions used.  相似文献

Summary Cessation of gluconeogenesis during oocyte maturation inMisgurnus fossilis L. is accompanied by an increase of pyruvate dehydrogenase activity (EC 1.2.4.1). The activity of other enzymes of citrate and pyruvate metabolism (citrate synthetase, EC 4.1.3.7, pyruvate carboxylase, EC 6.4.1.1., malate dehydrogenase, EC 1.1.1.37) remains constant during oocyte maturation and early embryogenesis. In the course of oocyte maturation the levels of acetyl-CoA, pyruvate and citrate remained unchanged, but the level of malate and oxaloacetate underwent drastic increase. The level of phosphoenolpyruvate increased about two-fold. The mitochondrial (NAD+)/(NADH) ratio was calculated by measurement of intermediates of the glutamate dehydrogenase reaction and it was found to increase six-fold during oocyte maturation. The lower mitochondrial (NAD+)/(NADH) ratio in oocytes compared to that in the embryos is likely to be responsible for the transfer of reducing equivalents from mitochondria to cytoplasm, while in embryos transfer in the opposite direction takes place.  相似文献

Ralstonia eutropha is a hydrogen-oxidizing (“Knallgas”) bacterium that can easily switch between heterotrophic and autotrophic metabolism to thrive in aerobic and anaerobic environments. Its versatile metabolism makes R. eutropha an attractive host for biotechnological applications, including H2-driven production of biodegradable polymers and hydrocarbons. H2 oxidation by R. eutropha takes place in the presence of O2 and is mediated by four hydrogenases, which represent ideal model systems for both biohydrogen production and H2 utilization. The so-called soluble hydrogenase (SH) couples reversibly H2 oxidation with the reduction of NAD+ to NADH and has already been applied successfully in vitro and in vivo for cofactor regeneration. Thus, the interaction of the SH with the cellular NADH/NAD+ pool is of major interest. In this work, we applied the fluorescent biosensor Peredox to measure the [NADH]:[NAD+] ratio in R. eutropha cells under different metabolic conditions. The results suggest that the sensor operates close to saturation level, indicating a rather high [NADH]:[NAD+] ratio in aerobically grown R. eutropha cells. Furthermore, we demonstrate that multicomponent analysis of spectrally-resolved fluorescence lifetime data of the Peredox sensor response to different [NADH]:[NAD+] ratios represents a novel and sensitive tool to determine the redox state of cells.  相似文献

The proton magnetic resonance spectra of the dihydronicotinamide ring of αNADH3 and the nicotinamide ring of αNAD+ are reported and the proton absorptions assigned. The absolute assignment of the C4 methylene protons of αNADH is based on the generation of specifically deuterium-labeled (pro-S) B-deuterio-αNADH from enzymatically prepared B-deuterio-βNADH. The C4 proton absorption of αNAD+ is assigned by oxidation of B-deuterio-αNADH by the A specific, yeast alcohol dehydrogenase to yield 4-deuterio-αNAD+.The epimerization of either αNADH or βNADH yields an equilibrium ratio of approximately 9:1 βNADH to αNADH. The rate of epimerization of αNADH to βNADH at 38 °C in 0.05, pH 7.5, phosphate buffer is 3.1 × 10?3 min?1, corresponding to a half-life of 4 hr. Four related dehydrogenases, yeast and horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase and chicken M4 and H4 lactate dehydrogenase, are shown to oxidize αNADH to αNAD+ at rates three to four orders of magnitude slower than for βNADH. By using specifically labeled B-deuterio-αNADH the enzymatic oxidation by yeast alcohol dehydrogenase has been shown to occur with the identical stereospecificity as the oxidation of βNADH. The nonenzymatic epimerization of αNADH to βNADH and the enzymatic oxidation αNADH are discussed as a possible source of αNAD+in vivo.  相似文献

The respiratory control and rate of oxidation of exogenous NADH in vitro by liver mitochondria from vitamin E deficient rats were studied as a means of providing information concerning possible mitochondrial membrane alterations due to the deficiency. When mitochondria were aged at different temperatures for various periods of time, half-maximal inhibition of respiratory control occurred at lower temperatures and shorter aging periods in deficient mitochondria than in normal ones. Also, respiratory control was lost more rapidly in deficient mitochondria than in normal ones in the presence of either digitonin or low (hypotonic) concentrations of mannitol.Microsomes, both freshly prepared and boiled, dramatically lowered respiratory control and the effect was greater in the deficient mitochondria. Bovine serum albumin overcame the suppressed respiratory control, and exogenously added fatty acids mimiced the action of the microsomes.NADH oxidation by normal mitochondria proceeded slowly in isotonic media, while mitochondria of vitamin E deficient rats oxidized NADH much more rapidly. When mitochondria were subjected to ultrasonic disruption or incubated in hypotonic media, the rates of NADH oxidation by both types of mitochondria were similar.Respiratory decline associated with oxidation of β-hydroxybutyrate by the deficient mitochondria was decreased by including in the medium either a high concentration of NAD+, 0.5 mm oxalacetate, or 2 mm aspartate plus 1 mm α-ketoglutarate. This observation, plus the finding of similar activities of malate dehydrogenase and glutamic-oxalacetic transminase in normal and deficient livers, suggests that the action of each was due to an elevation of the mitochondrial NAD+/NADH ratio via a malate shuttle and cytoplasmic and mitochondrial glutamic-oxalacetate transaminase. It is postulated that the marked mitochondrial respiratory decline in the deficient rats is attributed to a limiting availability of NAD+ and a low ratio of NAD+ to NADH.  相似文献

Several flavin-dependent enzymes of the mitochondrial matrix utilize NAD+ or NADH at about the same operating redox potential as the NADH/NAD+ pool and comprise the NADH/NAD+ isopotential enzyme group. Complex I (specifically the flavin, site IF) is often regarded as the major source of matrix superoxide/H2O2 production at this redox potential. However, the 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH), branched-chain 2-oxoacid dehydrogenase (BCKDH), and pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) complexes are also capable of considerable superoxide/H2O2 production. To differentiate the superoxide/H2O2-producing capacities of these different mitochondrial sites in situ, we compared the observed rates of H2O2 production over a range of different NAD(P)H reduction levels in isolated skeletal muscle mitochondria under conditions that favored superoxide/H2O2 production from complex I, the OGDH complex, the BCKDH complex, or the PDH complex. The rates from all four complexes increased at higher NAD(P)H/NAD(P)+ ratios, although the 2-oxoacid dehydrogenase complexes produced superoxide/H2O2 at high rates only when oxidizing their specific 2-oxoacid substrates and not in the reverse reaction from NADH. At optimal conditions for each system, superoxide/H2O2 was produced by the OGDH complex at about twice the rate from the PDH complex, four times the rate from the BCKDH complex, and eight times the rate from site IF of complex I. Depending on the substrates present, the dominant sites of superoxide/H2O2 production at the level of NADH may be the OGDH and PDH complexes, but these activities may often be misattributed to complex I.  相似文献

Age‐related hearing loss (ARHL) is a major neurodegenerative disorder and the leading cause of communication deficit in the elderly population, which remains largely untreated. The development of ARHL is a multifactorial event that includes both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Recent studies suggest that NAD+/NADH ratio may play a critical role in cellular senescence by regulating sirtuins, PARP‐1, and PGC‐1α. Nonetheless, the beneficial effect of direct modulation of cellular NAD+ levels on aging and age‐related diseases has not been studied, and the underlying mechanisms remain obscure. Herein, we investigated the effect of β‐lapachone (β‐lap), a known plant‐derived metabolite that modulates cellular NAD+ by conversion of NADH to NAD+ via the enzymatic action of NADH: quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1) on ARHL in C57BL/6 mice. We elucidated that the reduction of cellular NAD+ during the aging process was an important contributor for ARHL; it facilitated oxidative stress and pro‐inflammatory responses in the cochlear tissue through regulating sirtuins that alter various signaling pathways, such as NF‐κB, p53, and IDH2. However, augmentation of NAD+ by β‐lap effectively prevented ARHL and accompanying deleterious effects through reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, sustaining mitochondrial function, and promoting mitochondrial biogenesis in rodents. These results suggest that direct regulation of cellular NAD+ levels by pharmacological agents may be a tangible therapeutic option for treating various age‐related diseases, including ARHL.  相似文献

The introduction of an NADH/NAD+ regeneration system can regulate the distribution between acetoin and 2,3‐butanediol. NADH regeneration can also enhance butanol production in coculture fermentation. In this work, a novel artificial consortium of Paenibacillus polymyxa CJX518 and recombinant Escherichia coli LS02T that produces riboflavin (VB2) was used to regulate the NADH/NAD+ ratio and, consequently, the distribution of acetoin and 2,3‐butanediol by P. polymyxa. Compared with a pure culture of P. polymyxa, the level of acetoin was increased 76.7% in the P. polymyxa and recombinant E. coli coculture. Meanwhile, the maximum production and yield of acetoin in an artificial consortium with fed‐batch fermentation were 57.2 g/L and 0.4 g/g glucose, respectively. Additionally, the VB2 production of recombinant E. coli could maintain a relatively low NADH/NAD+ ratio by changing NADH dehydrogenase activity. It was also found that 2,3‐butanediol dehydrogenase activity was enhanced and improved acetoin production by the addition of exogenous VB2 or by being in the artificial consortium that produces VB2. These results illustrate that the coculture of P. polymyxa and recombinant E. coli has enormous potential to improve acetoin production. It was also a novel strategy to regulate the NADH/NAD+ ratio to improve the acetoin production of P. polymyxa.  相似文献

The concentration of proline in shoots of rice (Oryza sativa) seedlings raised in distilled water was about 3.3 times higher than in the seedlings raised in modified B5 medium. The shoots of seedlings raised in B5 medium which was depleted of calcium, iron, magnesium or potassium had a higher concentration of proline than those grown in standard B5 medium. The shoots of seedlings raised in distilled water with iron had a lower level of proline than those in distilled water. These results suggest that iron deficiency leads to high proline accumulation. The electron transport activity of mitochondria from shoots of etiolated seedlings raised in distilled water or iron-depleted B5 medium was significantly lower than those from equivalent seedlings raised with an iron source. As suppression in mitochondrial electron transport leads to an increase in NADH/NAD+ ratio, we propose that the prime cause of the proline accumulation during iron deficiency is to readily maintain NADH/NAD+ ratio.  相似文献

The NADH and NADPH ferricyanide reductase activities present in mitochondrial NADH-CoQ reductase preparations have been studied utilizing two photoaffinity pyridine nucleotide analogues: arylazido--alanyl NAD+ (A3-O-{3-[N-(4-azido-2-nitrophenyl)amino]propionyl}NAD+) and arylazido--alanyl NADP+ (N3-O-{3-[N-(4-azido-3-nitrophenyl)amino]-propionyl}NADP+). For the NADH-K3Fe(CN)6 reductase activity, arylazido--alanyl NAD+ was found to be, in the dark, a competitive inhibitor with respect to both NADH and K3Fe(CN)6 withK i,app values of 9.7 and 15.5 µM, respectively. In comparison the NADP+ analogue exhibited weak noncompetitive inhibitor activity for this reaction against both substrates. Upon photoirradiation arylazido--alanyl NAD+ inhibited NADH-K3Fe(CN)6 reductase up to 70% in the presence of a 25-fold molar excess of analogue over the enzyme concentration. This photodependent inhibition could be prevented by the presence, during irradiation, of the natural substrate NADH. In contrast complex kinetic results were obtained with studies of the effects of the pyridine nucleotide analogues of NADPH-K3Fe(CN)6 reductase activity in the dark. Photoirradiation of either analogue in the presence of the enzyme complex resulted in an activation of NADPH-dependent activity. The possibility that the NADPH-K3Fe(CN)6 reductase activity of complex I represents a summation of the combined ferricyanide reductase activity of the NADPH-NAD+ transhydrogenase and NADH oxidoreductase is suggested.  相似文献

Here, we report that the smooth muscle and endothelium of the pig coronary artery differ in the profiles of energy metabolism nucleotides. ATP levels in the freshly isolated smooth muscle (1490 ± 93, all the values are in pmol/mg protein) were significantly greater than in the endothelium (418 ± 68). In contrast, endothelium contained higher levels of NADH (328 ± 21), NAD+ (1210 ± 28), NADPH (87 ± 2), and NADP+ (77 ± 4) than smooth muscle (17 ± 2, 96 ±14, 7 ± 1, and 8 ± 1, respectively). However, smooth muscle and endothelium do not differ from each other in the ratios of NADH/NAD+ or NADPH/NADP+. Cells cultured from smooth muscle and endothelium contained less ATP (93 ± 2, 141 ± 6) and had lower ratios of NADH/NAD+ than the freshly isolated tissues but the NADPH/NADP+ ratios remained similar. We conclude that (a) freshly isolated smooth muscle and endothelium differ in their profiles of the energy metabolism nucleotides, and (b) culturing the cells alters the profile.  相似文献

Addition of NAD+ to purified potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) mitochondria respiring α-ketoglutarate and malate in the presence of the electron transport inhibitor rotenone, stimulated O2 uptake. This stimulation was prevented by incubating mitochondria with N-4-azido-2-nitrophenyl-aminobutyryl-NAD+ (NAP4-NAD+), an inhibitor of NAD+ uptake, but not by 1 mm EGTA, an inhibitor of external NADH oxidation. NAD+-stimulated malate-cytochrome c reductase activity, and reduction of added NAD+ by intact mitochondria, could be duplicated by rupturing the mitochondria and adding a small quantity to the cuvette. The extent of external NAD+ reduction was correlated with the amount of extra mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase present. Malate oxidation by potato mitochondria depleted of endogenous NAD+ by storing on ice for 72 hours, was completely dependent on added NAD+, and the effect of NAD+ on these mitochondria was prevented by incubating them with NAP4-NAD+. External NAD+ reduction by these mitochondria was not affected by NAP4-NAD+. We conclude that all effects of exogenous NAD+ on plant mitochondrial respiration can be attributed to net uptake of the NAD+ into the matrix space.  相似文献
