Mechanism of monoterpene volatilization in Salvia mellifera

Monoterpene volatilization in Salvia mellifera is primarily dependent on the vapor pressures of the terpenes as they are influenced by temperature, the humidity of the air surrounding the leaf and the surface area of oil present on the leaf.     

Diterpenes from Marrubium sericeum, Marrubium supinum and Marrubium alysson

From some Marrubium species endemic in the Iberian Peninsula, four new diterpenoids, 6-acetyl-marrubenol, 19-acetyl-marrubenol, premarrubenol and 6-acetyl-premarrubenol, have been isolated. The previously known diterpenes marrubiin and marrubenol have also been obtained from the same sources.     

Diterpenes from the roots of Salvia canariensis

The new diterpenes, deoxocarnosol 12-methyl ether, salvicanol and 6α-hydroxydemethylcryptojaponol, and the known ones, sugiol and demethylcryptojaponol, have been isolated from the bark of the roots of Salvia canariensis.     

Diterpenes from Ballota species

Hispanolone was isolated from Ballota andreuzziana; B. pseudodictamnus contains ballonigrin, 18-hydroxyballonigrin, marrubenol, and the flavone 7, 4′-di-O-methylapigenin.     

Diterpenes from Dictyota dichotoma

Diterpenes from Heteropappus altaicus

The aerial parts of Heteropappus altaicus afforded, in addition to more widespread compounds and known clerodane derivatives, three new ones and a seco-clerodane acid. Furthermore, a neryl geraniol derivative was present. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The stereochemistry was solved by NOE difference spectroscopy and by the Horeau method.     

Diterpenes from Baccharis species

The aerial parts of Baccharis minutiflora afforded in addition to known compounds eight new ent-kaurane derivatives, one being a homo kaurane, while the aerial parts of B. alatemoides gave two pairs of epimeric clerodane derivatives, which, however, had to be modified chemically before they could be separated. The stereochemistry of these diterpenes could not be elucidated with certainty.     

红根草三萜类化学成分的研究

该研究利用大孔吸附树脂D101、MCI树脂、正相硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法,对红根草95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行了分离。结果表明:通过分离共得到了10个化合物,经波谱数据分析鉴定为3-表-白桦脂酸(1)、白桦脂醇(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、3β,6β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(4)、高根二醇(5)、2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(7)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(8)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12,20(30)-二烯-28-乌苏酸(9)、山奈酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷(10)。其中,化合物1为首次从鼠尾草属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4、5、6、7、8、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

南丹参三萜类化学成分的研究

为研究南丹参根中三萜类化学成分,该文采用95％乙醇浸泡提取,依次应用D101大孔吸附树脂、MCI、硅胶柱色谱、ODS及反相高效液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其化合物的结构.结果表明:从南丹参根提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(2)、...     

Diterpenes from the seed of Sciadopitys verticillata

Thirteen new labdane-type diterpenes have been isolated from the seeds of Sciadopitys verticillata together with six known ones, sciadin, sciadinone, dimethyl sciadinonate, lambertianic acid and its methyl ester and trans-communic acid. Their structures have been determined by chemical and spectral methods.     

Diterpenes from Koanophyllon species

The investigation of two Koanophyllon species afforded, in addition to known compounds, several new diterpenes, two new geranylgeraniol derivatives and four diterpenes, most probably closely related to clerodanes; their structures, however, could not be deduced with certainty. The chemotaxonomic situation of this genus is discussed briefly.     

Four new diterpenes from Sideritis serrata

Four new diterpenes have been isolated from Sideritis serata: lagascol (4, ent-8,5-friedopimar-5-ene-15S,16-diol), tobarrol (8, ent-15-beyerene-12α,17-diol), benuol (12, ent-15-beyerene-7α,17-diol) and serradiol (18, ent-16R-atis-13-ene-16,17-diol). The previously known diterpenes lagascatriol (1, ent-8,5-friedopimar-5-ene-11β,15S,16-triol), jativatriol (2, ent-15-beyerene-1β,12α,17-triol), conchitriol (3, ent-15-beyerene-7α,12α,17-triol) and sideritol (17, ent-16R-atis-13-ene-1β,16,17-triol) have also been obtained from the same source.     

New diterpenes from Sideritis candicans

The three new diterpenes candol-A (ent-16-kauren-7α-ol, I), candol-B (ent-16-kauren-18-ol, III) and epicandicandiol 7β-monoacetate (ent-7α-acetoxy-16-kauren-18-ol, V) as well as epicandicandiol (VII) have been isolated from Sideritis candicans.     

荔枝草中一个新的倍半萜

为了研究荔枝草全草中的倍半萜类化学成分,该文运用大孔吸附树脂D101、MCI、硅胶和反相HPLC等色谱技术对其进行分离纯化,根据HR-ESI-MS、NMR波谱数据鉴定了化合物的结构。结果表明:从荔枝草全草95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到3个桉叶烷型倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为8-ethoxy-eudebeiolide B(1)、salplebeone D(2)、salplebeone A(3)。其中,化合物1为新化合物。     

Diterpenoids from galeopsis angustifolia

The structures of two new diterpenoids, galeopsin and pregaleopsin, isolated from aerial parts of Galeopsis angustifolia (Labiatae) have been shown to be 8β-acetoxy-15,16-epoxy-9α-hydroxylabda-13(16),14-dien-7-one and 8β-acetoxy-9α,13R; 15,16-diepoxylabd-14-en-7-one, respectively, by chemical and spectroscopic studies. The previously known diterpenoid hispanolone (15,16-epoxy-9α-hydroxy-8α-labda-13(16),14-dien-7-one) has been also obtained from the same source. A thermal retroaldol reaction in the absence of solvent experienced by these 9-hydroxy-7-keto-labdanes is also described.     

Diterpenes from Baccharis species

The investigation of ten Baccharis species afforded in addition to known compounds eight new diterpenes, four ent-labdanes, three kaurenes and a clerodane derivative. Furthermore, two new p-hydroxyacetophenones, a flavone, 3′-methoxyxanthomicrol and two matricaria ester derivatives were isolated. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and a few chemical transformations. The chemotaxonomic situation of the large genus is discussed briefly.     

New diterpenes from Sideritis sicula

Two new diterpenes have been isolated from Sideritis sicula: sideripol, ent-18-acetoxy-7α-hydroxykaur-15-ene and epoxysideritriol, ent-15β,16β-epoxykauran-7α,17,18-triol. The previously known diterpene eubol, ent-7α-acetoxykaur-16-en-15β,18 diol has also been obtained from the same source.
