摄食不同淀粉含量饲料对军曹鱼血清生化指标的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
实验旨在研究经过10周投喂不同淀粉含量的饲料的养殖实验后, 禁食1d后再投喂对170 g军曹鱼血清生化指标的影响. 饲料以鱼粉为蛋白源, 鱼油、豆油、大豆卵磷脂为脂肪源, 分别添加0%(对照组)、6%、12%、18%、24%和30%的小麦淀粉(以微晶纤维素调平), 养殖实验期间每天饱食投喂2次. 结果表明, 饥饿再投喂饲料后各处理组军曹鱼血糖含量均在(0-5)h升高, 在5h时达到峰值, 并显著高于其他时间组, 摄食5h后开始下降, 7h时基本恢复到投喂前水平; 血清总蛋白含量在不同处理组以及同一处理组的不同时间点上均没有显著差异; 血清中甘油三酯含量在(0-5)h显著升高, 5h后其含量开始下降, 7h时基本恢复到投喂前水平. 其中0%、6%和12%组, 摄食5h后其甘油三酯含量显著高于摄食前与摄食后7h和24h, 而在18%、24%和30%组中, 其含量无显著差异; 0%淀粉组血清中胆固醇含量在(0-2)h显著升高, 2h时达到峰值, 在(2-7)h呈下降趋势, 之后趋于平稳. 其他处理组都是在(0-5)h升高, 5h后开始下降, 在7h时基本恢复到投喂前水平. 18%-30%组, 摄食后5h血清中胆固醇含量显著高于摄食前与摄食后24h. 军曹鱼血清中低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇在(0-5)h显著升高, 摄食5h后其含量开始下降, 7h时基本恢复到投喂前水平, 但各组不同时间点间均无显著性差异. 而血清中高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量除在24%添加组中, 摄食后5h显著高于摄食前(0h)及投喂结束后24h处理组, 其他处理之间无显著差异. 综上所述: 170 g军曹鱼禁食再摄入不同含量的小麦淀粉后其血清中血糖含量先升高后降低, 随着饲料中糖添加量的增加, 其峰值先增加, 后趋于平稳. 军曹鱼血清甘油三酯和胆固醇的含量会升高, 对其血清中低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇影响不显著.    相似文献

以23.78±0.09g的南方鲇为实验对象,以Cr2O3作为测定饲料消化率的指示物,以大豆蛋白分别替代0%、13%、26%、39%、52%和65%的鱼粉蛋白,配制成6种等氮(粗蛋白48%)、等能(总能20KJ/g)的饲料,用于探讨饲料中大豆蛋白替代鱼粉蛋白的比例对南方鲇消化率及摄食率的影响。实验在27.5±0.02℃水温条件下进行6周,溶氧维持在5mg/L以上,光制为14L∶10D。结果表明,饲料中不同比例的鱼粉蛋白与大豆蛋白对南方鲇的消化率及摄食率均存在显著影响(P<0.05)。其中南方鲇对于物质、蛋白质、脂肪和能量的消化率随着大豆蛋白替代率的提高而逐步下降,当替代量为65%时,其消化率显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。而南方鲇的摄食率均随着饲料中大豆粉添加量的升高而升高,当大豆蛋白替代鱼粉蛋白超过39%时,摄食率显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。通过分析认为,消化率是限制南方鲇利用大豆粉的重要因素,而摄食率不是影响其利用率的主要原因。  相似文献

本研究以大黄鱼和鲈为实验对象,探讨饲料中添加植酸酶(PY)和非淀粉性多糖酶(WX和VP)对其氨氮和可溶性磷(PO3-4-P)排泄的影响.以含植物蛋白的饲料为基础饲料,分别向每千克饲料中添加200mg植酸酶(酶的活性为2500IU/g)、 800mg WX(主要包括葡聚糖酶、戊聚糖酶和纤维素酶,各种酶的活性皆为50IU/g)、 400mg VP(主要为木聚糖酶,酶的活性为1000IU/g)以及800mg WX 400mg VP配制出5种实验饲料.实验鱼在海水网箱中经过8周的摄食驯养后,转入室内水族箱中进行氮磷排泄测定实验.在水族箱中经2天的适应后,测定饥饿状态下氨氮及可溶性磷的排泄率.然后饱食投喂,并连续测定摄食后48h内鱼体氨氮和可溶性磷的排泄率.实验期间水温为26.5-32.5℃,盐度为32.5‰-36‰,溶氧在7 mg/L以上.实验结果表明,饥饿状态下实验鱼的氨氮和可溶性磷排泄不受实验饲料影响(p>0.05).而在饱食条件下,实验饲料中添加非淀粉性多糖酶(WX、VP及WX VP)显著降低了实验鱼的氨氮排泄率(p<0.05),而添加植酸酶组实验鱼的氨氮排泄率与对照组差异不显著.饲料处理对实验鱼可溶性磷的排泄率的影响不显著(p>0.05),但添加植酸酶组实验鱼的可溶性磷排泄率有增加的趋势.  相似文献

2002年6—8月对南方鲇(SilurusmeridionalisChen)(初始体重12.93±0.13g)进行人工配合饲料的喂养实验。实验以白鱼粉、玉米油、糊化玉米淀粉分别作为蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物(CBH)原料。配制等蛋白质(含量为40%),等脂肪(含量为10%),不同CBH梯度的6组饲料,饲料CBH水平分别设计为0%,6%,12%,18%,24%,30%。实验每水平设4个重复,采用室内循环水养殖系统,在27.5℃下以饱足日粮水平喂养8周。实验结果表明:随着饲料淀粉水平的增加,摄食率和生长率呈先增加后降低的趋势;当饲料CBH水平不超过18%时,不会对饲料成分的消化率产生显著影响,但添加量超过18%会降低CBH的消化率。综合实验结果分析:南方鲇生长的最适CBH为12%—18%。    相似文献

试验中采用国产鱼粉和进口白鱼粉为蛋白源, 混合油(鱼油︰豆油=1︰1)为脂肪源, 蛋白质含量为40%, 设置了五个脂肪水平: 7%、9%、11%、13%、15%, 选择壳高(2.41±0.04) cm、体重(0.85±0.03) g的管角螺, 以特定生长率和饲料转化率为指标, 研究了上述不同脂肪水平对管角螺的生长和肌肉成分的影响。结果表明, 随着脂肪含量的上升, 特定生长率和饲料转化率均呈现抛物线变化的趋势, 其中脂肪水平为13%组两项指标均最大, 分别达到了0.61%和37.81%, 15%组最小, 分别为0.37%和27.31%, 将特定生长率和饲料转化率分别与饲料脂肪水平进行拟合, 得出管角螺配合饲料最适脂肪含量为12.86%-13.33%。试验结束后对管角螺肌肉主要营养成分进行测定发现, 随饲料脂肪含量的增加, 管角螺肌肉粗蛋白和水分含量均降低, 粗脂肪含量升高, 粗灰分无显著性变化(p>0.05); 肌肉脂肪酸含量不同, 其中13%组的单不饱和脂肪酸最多, 为19.90%, 7%组的多不饱和脂肪酸最多为44.24%。  相似文献

地衣芽孢杆菌对养殖水体氨氮、残饵降解特性研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
试验对从健康养殖大黄鱼肠道中分离筛选到的一株益生地衣芽孢杆菌X3914的氨氮、残饵降解特性进行了研究。结果表明,X3914菌株降解氨氮的最适温度、盐度和pH分别为30℃、2.0%和7.0,在氨氮初始浓度为100 mg/L时,24h内的氨氮降解率达到36.2%。通过向添加1%饲料的大黄鱼养殖用水中接种1%和5%(体积比)的菌量(菌浓度约为9.0×108 cfu/L)来研究地衣芽孢杆菌浓度对降解饲料中蛋白质、淀粉的影响。结果表明,接种5%菌量的降解率均高于1%菌量的降解率,其中,48h内接种5%菌量的蛋白质和淀粉的降解率分别为35.2%和52.6%。X3914菌株具有较好的氨氮、饲料蛋白质和淀粉的降解能力,在水产养殖上具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

以饺子专用粉为原料、食用醋酸酯马铃薯变性淀粉(APS)为面皮改良剂,研究了不同添加量的APS对面粉水SRC值、速冻水饺冻裂率、烹煮损失率及吸水率的影响。结果表明:APS的添加使面粉水SRC值、速冻水饺吸水率明显升高,速冻水饺冻裂率、烹煮损失率明显降低;并且APS添加量为8%时,能有效改善速冻水饺品质。  相似文献

研究采用湿法制粒流化床包衣工艺, 分别以明胶、乙基纤维素、玉米醇溶蛋白为壁材制备微胶囊饲料, 比较其对黄姑鱼稚鱼生长和消化酶活力的影响. 粒径(178-590) m的3种微胶囊饲料质量均大于50%. 扫描电镜观察微胶囊饲料的表面均有一层较为致密的包衣薄膜. 壁材明胶、乙基纤维素、玉米醇溶蛋白微胶囊饲料的包含率分别为95.4%、95.6%和95.8%; 脂类包埋率分别为72.6%、76.5%和64.3%; 氮保留率分别为53.5%、62.3%和54.6%. 将3种微胶囊饲料分别饲喂15日龄黄姑鱼稚鱼30d. 明胶组和玉米醇溶蛋白组稚鱼的体重、全长均显著高于乙基纤维素组(P0.05), 但成活率差异不显著(P0.05); 明胶组稚鱼的体重、全长和成活率均高于玉米醇溶蛋白组, 但差异均不显著(P0.05). 明胶组稚鱼的胰蛋白酶活力显著高于乙基纤维素组和玉米醇溶蛋白组(P0.05), 但淀粉酶和碱性磷酸酶活力的差异均不显著(P0.05). 与乙基纤维素、玉米醇溶蛋白相比, 明胶更适合作为黄姑鱼稚鱼微胶囊饲料壁材.    相似文献

为比较罗非鱼对晶体蛋氨酸、包膜蛋氨酸的利用效果, 设计了鱼粉含量为9%的鱼粉饲料、鱼粉含量为0%的无鱼粉饲料(以豆粕等蛋白替代鱼粉), 在无鱼粉饲料基础上分别添加晶体蛋氨酸、包膜蛋氨酸, 使其蛋氨酸含量与鱼粉饲料一致, 共4种饲料, 饲喂平均体重为(1.220.07) g/尾的奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus O. aureus) 8周。结果表明, 各组罗非鱼增重率分别为1642.7%、1250.3%、1362.0%、1451.7%, 饲料系数分别为1.08、1.45、1.30、1.21; 在无鱼粉饲料中添加晶体蛋氨酸、包膜蛋氨酸提高增重率8.9%、16.1% (P0.05), 降低饲料系数10.34%、16.55% (P0.05); 包膜蛋氨酸组较晶体蛋氨酸组具有更高增重率和更低饲料系数(P0.05)。对摄食后不同时间点肝脏和血浆谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性变化的测定表明, 鱼粉饲料组、无鱼粉饲料组肝脏GOT、GPT活性分别在摄食后第2、第4h出现高峰; 晶体蛋氨酸组在摄食后1h出现高峰, 较无鱼粉组提前; 包膜蛋氨酸组在摄食后第5h出现高峰, 较无鱼粉组滞后; 血浆GOT、GPT活性变化趋势与肝脏的基本一致。消化率试验表明, 鱼粉饲料组干物质、粗蛋白质消化率最高, 无鱼粉饲料组最低; 在无鱼粉饲料中添加晶体蛋氨酸、包膜蛋氨酸后, 干物质、粗蛋白质消化率均得到显著提高(P0.05)。上述结果表明, 在蛋氨酸缺乏的实用饲料中补充晶体或包膜蛋氨酸, 均可显著提高罗非鱼生长性能和营养物质消化率, 包膜蛋氨酸较晶体蛋氨酸具有更高的利用效率和更好的促生长效果。    相似文献

为考察不同形式蛋氨酸对建鲤生长的作用效果, 实验以豆粕、鱼粉、棉粕为蛋白源, 配制缺乏蛋氨酸的基础饲料(对照组, 蛋氨酸含量为0.48%), 在基础饲料中分别添加晶体蛋氨酸、微囊蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸羟基类似物(MHA)及蛋氨酸羟基类似物钙盐(MHA-Ca), 使蛋氨酸含量达到0.58%, 获得5个饲料处理组, 饲养平均体重为(8.61.0) g的建鲤(Cyprinus carpio var Jian)8周。结果显示: 各组鱼体增重率分别为343.51%、350.77%、382.80%、384.02%和385.59%; 饲料系数分别为1.58、1.55、1.42、1.42和1.41; 晶体蛋氨酸组鱼体增重率、饲料系数与对照组无显著差异(P0.05), 微囊蛋氨酸组、MHA组、MHA-Ca组增重率较对照组提高11.4%、11.8%、12.2% (P0.05), 饲料系数降低10.1%、10.1%、10.8% (P0.05)。各处理组在肌肉水分、脂肪含量间无显著差异(P0.05), MHA组肌肉粗蛋白含量较晶体蛋氨酸组显著下降, 其他各组间无显著差异(P0.05)。对摄食后不同时间的血清游离氨基酸浓度变化的分析表明, 对照组在摄食后2h或3h达到峰值, 晶体蛋氨酸组、MHA组在摄食后1h达到吸收峰值, 微囊蛋氨酸组在摄食后1h或2h达到峰值, 而MHA-Ca组则在摄食后3h达到峰值。上述结果表明, 在蛋氨酸缺乏的颗粒饲料中补充晶体蛋氨酸, 对建鲤生长性能无改善作用, 而添加微囊蛋氨酸、蛋氨酸羟基类似物、蛋氨酸羟基类似物钙盐则显著提高了鱼体生长性能, 降低饲料系数。    相似文献

为研究白蚁饵料成型工艺,比较了9种胶黏剂对白蚁纤维素饵料成型效果、耐水性能以及对白蚁取食的影响。结果表明:20%、40%剂量糊精;50%、100%剂量三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,10%、20%、40%田菁胶、卡拉胶、壳聚糖、明胶;10%、50%、100%聚乙烯醇、硅酸钠对微晶纤维素的成型效果较好,经上述剂量胶黏剂处理后,纤维素饵块的邵氏硬度(HD)极显著高于对照。耐水性能试验至第30天时,50%聚乙烯醇、100%聚乙烯醇、100%三聚氰胺甲醛树脂处理的纤维素饵块的溃散程度指数分别为1.33、1.00、2.00,其余饵块的溃散程度指数均达3级。生测结果显示,在7 d的室内强迫取食试验中,白蚁对50%聚乙烯醇、100%聚乙烯醇、100%三聚氰胺甲醛树脂处理的块状纤维素饵料的取食率均极显著低于对照,说明饵块中添加的上述胶黏剂对白蚁的取食具有一定的影响。综上,50%聚乙烯醇、100%聚乙烯醇、100%三聚氰胺甲醛树脂适用于白蚁纤维素饵料成型,但若想获得白蚁喜食的饵块仍需对配方做进一步的优化。  相似文献

为提高作为家庭观赏动物金钱龟的养殖效果,进行了鲜活饲料、水龟配合饲料及二者混合饲料养殖效果的比较研究.经过320 d实验,利用粗蛋白含量35.2%的水龟配合饲料喂养,饲料成本最低,效率显著高于鲜活饲料组和混合饲料组(P<0.05),但体重增长率显著低于其他两组(P<0.05);从养殖成本、饲料转化率及日常管理考虑,配合饲料优于鲜活饲料.  相似文献

Male 21 d-old Wistar rats, were fed for 4 wk with diets containing casein or soybean proteins (10%) with 0.5, 1, 2 or 3% sodium alginate or sodium carrageenan or without any alginate or carrageenan. Daily protein intake and weight gain of casein-fed rats were not significantly different (P less than 0.05) from those of rats fed soybean meal with alginate, whatever the dose received. Rats fed 3% carrageenan in soybean meal had significantly higher feed intake than that of rats fed casein. At the levels studied, alginate had no effect on the Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER), but carrageenan did. The addition of increased quantities of carrageenan to soybean meal followed by heating the mixture led to a progressive and significant decrease in PER at all levels of carrageenan compared to casein feeding. The addition of 3% carrageenan to heated soybean meal, corresponding to 0.62% of meal diet, led to a significant decrease in PER. These results confirm the precipitating role of carrageenans on proteins.  相似文献

为探究明胶(G)、海藻酸钠(SA),沙蒿胶(ASKG)对复合水凝胶的力学性能、溶胀和保湿性能的影响,采用共混-离子交联法制备海藻酸钠/明胶/沙蒿胶复合水凝胶,并对制得的水凝胶进行结构表征和溶血率测试。结果表明:当G质量分数为2.5%,SA为1.5%,ASKG为0.7%时,复合水凝胶压缩强度达到427.2 kPa,拉伸强度达到563.449 kPa,断裂伸长率为117%,溶胀率为744%,且具有较好的保湿性能。红外光谱表明,由于沙蒿胶中存在大量羟基,因此加入沙蒿胶后在3 300 cm-1~3 600 cm-1羟基峰形变宽。G/SA/ASKG复合水凝胶溶血率低于5%,具有较好的网络孔结构和血液相容性,为复合水凝胶在医用敷料方面的应用提供一定的参考价值。  相似文献

A new cell cryopreservation strategy for cell-assembling constructs was proposed. With this strategy, different concentrations of dimethysulfoxide (DMSO) and dextran-40 were directly incorporated into the cell/gelatin/alginate systems, prototyped according to a predesigned structure, cryopreserved at −80 °C for 10 days and followed a thawing process at 17 °C. The rheological properties, bonding water contents and melting points of the gelatin/alginate hydrogel systems were changed with the addition of different amounts of DMSO. The microscopy analysis, (3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyl tetrasodium bromide (MTT) and hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining indicated that the cell numbers were progressively in a selected DMSO concentration range. With DMSO 5% (v/v) alone, the metabolic rate in the construct attained (81.3 ± 5.7)%. A synergistic effect was achieved with the combination of the DMSO/gelatin/alginate and dextran-40/gelatin/alginate hydrogel systems. These results indicated that the inclusion of DMSO and dextran-40 in the hydrogel could effectively enhance the cell preservation effects. This cryopreservation strategy holds the ability to be widely used in organ manufacturing techniques.  相似文献

Storability and germination of sodium alginate encapsulated somatic embryos of Vigna aconitifolia (Jacq.) cv. BMB-43 were tested on half strength Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium fortified with coconut water (10% v/v). The frequency of regeneration from encapsulatd embryos was affected significantly by concentration of sodium alginate and the duration of exposure to calcium chloride. Embryos encapsulated with 2.5 % sodium alginate dissolved in MS basal salts solution recorded significantly higher germination than other treatments. A relatively short (5 min) incubation with calcium chloride solution provided uniform encapsulation of embryos that gave the highest percentage (65%) of germination. Synthetic seeds could be stored at 4üC for 50 days without reduction in viability as opposed to non - encapsulated somatic embryos which showed 6% viability after 20 days at 4°C. Germinated synthetic seeds produced normal plantlets.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to establish whether alginate gel formed spontaneously in hard gelatin capsules which modifies release of a model drug, theophylline. The effects of the alginate composition, the calcium addition, and the dissolution medium on drug release were also investigated. After the capsule shell dissolved in water, at neutral pH the gel layer of sodium alginate was formed immediately as the sodium alginate hydrated and swelled on contact with the aqueous medium. In acidic pH, the contents remained intact and the matrix shape was the same. Theophylline release from capsules containing different grades of alginate demonstrated different release patterns, depending on alginate composition and the pH of the medium. The capsules containing sodium/calcium salts of alginate showed the slowest drug release at neutral pH but the fastest in acidic medium. The presence of calcium acetate in the formulations influenced the drug release kinetics. The drug release in acidic medium showed a non-Fickian diffusion-controlled release, while those in water at neutral pH exhibited a Super Case II transport mechanism. The study also provides evidence that the behavior of alginate in forming the hydrated gel layer may explain the drug release behavior at different pHs. Published: July 6, 2007  相似文献

Atlantic cod and spotted wolffish fry were fed high-M alginate containing feed for 59 and 55 days, respectively. During this period the fry showed a higher specific growth rate compared to controls. Uptake and distribution of alginate was studied by inclusion of the (125)I-labelled molecule in the feed. The stomach and intestine contained the highest amount while the kidney, liver and spleen contained some, indicating that the alginate was taken up by the gut and transported to internal organs. Cod fry fed 0.06% and 0.1% high-M alginate showed a death rate of 51.4% and 53.3%, respectively. The lowest mortality, 48.1%, was found in fry fed 0.01% high-M alginate. Controls showed a mortality rate of 49.0%. Differences were, however, not statistically significant. Challenge of the immunostimulated fry (fed 0.02% and 0.06% alginate for 62 days) with atypical Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria resulted in accumulated mortalities of 56% and 49%, respectively, 47 days after infection. The group that received 0.06% alginate for a shorter period (47 days) and then control feed until challenged, and the group that received alginate by bath reached a cumulative mortality of 59% and 60%, respectively. Lowest mortality (44%) was seen in the control group. Numerous microabscesses were found in both immunostimulated and control fish in secondary lamellae of the gills, haematopoietic tissues of the kidneys, the submucosa and mucosa of the intestine, the spleen, the liver and the myocardium of the heart.  相似文献

以欧文氏菌(Erwinia herbicola)来源的酪氨酸酚裂解酶的重组大肠埃希菌Escherichia coli BL21为研究对象,研究固定化大肠埃希菌生产L-酪氨酸的条件。以海藻酸钠为载体,采用单因素实验分别考察了载体材料、明胶浓度、反应时间、苯酚浓度和辅助剂(二氧化硅、硅藻土和碳酸钙)等因素对L-酪氨酸生产的影响,发现明胶浓度、反应时间、苯酚和碳酸钙等因素的影响较为显著,进而通过正交实验探索最优条件。结果表明,生产L-酪氨酸的最优条件:载体为4%海藻酸钠与6%明胶的混合载体,苯酚浓度0.08 mol/L,反应时间8 h,于载体中添加0.6%碳酸钙。此条件下,连续反应9次后L-酪氨酸的产量达到64.5 g/L,比优化前提高了451.3%。  相似文献

Male 21-d-old Wistar rats were fed over 3 experimental periods. During the first period of 4 wk, diets contained 10% casein or defatted soy flour proteins, with or without 0.5, 1, 2 or 3% sodium alginate or sodium carrageenan, and were heated. During the second period, they were fed a standard diet for 16 wk with 17% proteins, and during the third period, they received the same diet as in the first period, but with 20% proteins. Rat body weights were measured throughout the study period; plasma lipid levels were then determined after fasting. Presence of sodium alginate in the diet had no effect on growth, but rats fed carrageenan presented growth retardation at the end of the experimental period, which was not altered by refeeding the standard diet. Sodium alginate did not modify rat triglyceridemia, except at the 1% level. Carrageenan had a hypotriglyceridemic effect. Alginate and carrageenan had no effect on blood cholesterol. Compared to soybean protein, casein intake did not increase plasma cholesterol levels as generally described. The effect of carrageenans on growth and plasma triglyceride levels could be a result of their physico-chemical properties.  相似文献
