Putative living entities called nanobacteria (NB) are unusual for their small sizes (50–500 nm), pleomorphic nature, and accumulation of hydroxyapatite (HAP), and have been implicated in numerous diseases involving extraskeletal calcification. By adding precipitating ions to cell culture medium containing serum, mineral nanoparticles are generated that are morphologically and chemically identical to the so-called NB. These nanoparticles are shown here to be formed of amorphous mineral complexes containing calcium as well as other ions like carbonate, which then rapidly acquire phosphate, forming HAP. The main constituent proteins of serum-derived NB are albumin, fetuin-A, and apolipoprotein A1, but their involvement appears circumstantial since so-called NB from different body fluids harbor other proteins. Accordingly, by passage through various culture media, the protein composition of these particles can be modulated. Immunoblotting experiments reveal that antibodies deemed specific for NB react in fact with either albumin, fetuin-A, or both, indicating that previous studies using these reagents may have detected these serum proteins from the same as well as different species, with human tissue nanoparticles presumably absorbing bovine serum antigens from the culture medium. Both fetal bovine serum and human serum, used earlier by other investigators as sources of NB, paradoxically inhibit the formation of these entities, and this inhibition is trypsin-sensitive, indicating a role for proteins in this inhibitory process. Fetuin-A, and to a lesser degree albumin, inhibit nanoparticle formation, an inhibition that is overcome with time, ending with formation of the so-called NB. Together, these data demonstrate that NB are most likely formed by calcium or apatite crystallization inhibitors that are somehow overwhelmed by excess calcium or calcium phosphate found in culture medium or in body fluids, thereby becoming seeds for calcification. The structures described earlier as NB may thus represent remnants and by-products of physiological mechanisms used for calcium homeostasis, a concept which explains the vast body of NB literature as well as explains the true origin of NB as lifeless protein-mineralo entities with questionable role in pathogenesis.  相似文献

The MHC class I- restricted processing and presentation pathway is frequently nonfunctional in tumor cells; therefore, the direct targeting of tumor cells by CTLs may be difficult, if at all possible, to achieve. We used neuroblastoma (NB), which represents a striking example of a tumor with an impaired MHC class I pathway, as a model to study bystander effects of activated T lymphocytes on tumor cells. We found that NB cell lines are susceptible to killing by differentiated CD8(+) CTL clones in a MHC class I-nonrestricted manner that involves two programs of cell death distinguished on the basis of different kinetics, sensitivities to caspase inhibitors, and cytokine-blocking reagents. The "early" death exhibited characteristic features of apoptosis, whereas the "delayed" caspase-independent death exhibited features associated with necrosis and was partially inhibited by TNF-alpha-blocking and prevented by overexpression of Bcl-2 or Bcl-x(L). Our data reveal a previously unappreciated complexity of death pathways induced in tumor cells by immune activation and suggest that redirecting nonspecific effector CTLs to even a small proportion of NB cells or activating CTLs in a tumor's proximity may have therapeutic effects in patients with NB.  相似文献

A recent study identified a haplotype on a small region of chromosome 12, between markers D12S1725 and D12S1596, shared by all patients with familial neuroblastoma (NB). We previously localized the human MGST1 gene, whose gene product protects against oxidative stress, to this very same chromosomal region (12p112.1–p13.33). Owing to the chromosomal location of MGST1; its roles in tumorigenesis, drug resistance, and oxidative stress; and the known sensitivity of NB cell lines to oxidative stress, we considered a role for MGST1 in NB development. Surprisingly there was no detectable MGST1 mRNA or protein in either NB cell lines or NB primary tumor tissue, although all other human tissues, cell lines, and primary tumor tissue examined to date express MGST1 at high levels. The mechanism behind the failure of NB cells and tissue to express MGST1 mRNA is unknown and involves the failure of MGST1 pre-mRNA expression, but does not involve chromosomal rearrangement or nucleotide variation in the promoter, exons, or 3' untranslated region of MGST1. MGST1 provides significant protection against oxidative stress and constitutes 4 to 6% of all protein in the outer membrane of the mitochondria. As NB cells are extremely sensitive to oxidative stress, and often used as a model system to investigate mitochondrial response to endogenous and exogenous stress, these findings may be due to the lack of expression MGST1 protein in NB. The significance of this finding to the development of neuroblastoma (familial or otherwise), however, is unknown and may even be incidental. Although our studies provide a molecular basis for previous work on the sensitivity of NB cells to oxidative stress, and possibly marked variations in NB mitochondrial homeostasis, they also imply that the results of these earlier studies using NB cells are not transferable to other tumor and cell types that express MGST1 at high concentrations.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the effectiveness of 2-methylene-19-nor-(20S)-1alpha-hydroxybishomopregnacalciferol (2MbisP) in inhibiting the growth of retinoblastoma (RB) and neuroblastoma (NB). METHODS: For the RB study, the xenograft athymic mouse/human retinoblastoma cell (Y-79) model and the transgenic beta-luteinizing hormone-large T antigen (LHbeta-Tag) mice were systemically treated with 2MbisP or vehicle for 5 weeks. For the NB study, the xenograft athymic mouse/human neuroblastoma cell (SK-N-AS) model was treated with 2MbisP or vehicle for 5 weeks. Tumor size and toxicity were assessed. RESULTS: In the xenograft models of RB and NB, 2MbisP caused statistically significant inhibition of tumor growth. Tumor growth inhibition was also observed in the transgenic RB mice, but did not achieve statistical significance. In all the groups, no biologically significant toxic effects were observed using the following variables: serum calcium levels, degree of kidney calcification, changes in body weight or survival. CONCLUSIONS: In athymic mice, 2MbisP was effective in inhibiting RB and NB growth compared with controls. A lesser effect was seen in the transgenic RB model. 2MbisP did not cause hypercalcemia or a significant increase in mortality. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: 2MbisP should be considered for use in clinical trials of RB and NB.  相似文献

Aim Several lines of evidence suggest that NK cell immunotherapy may represent a successful approach in neuroblastoma (NB) patients refractory to conventional therapy. However, homing properties, safety and therapeutic efficacy of NK cell infusions need to be evaluated in a suitable preclinical murine NB model. Materials and methods Here, the therapeutic efficacy of NK cell infusions in the presence or absence of NK-activating cytokines have been evaluated in a NB metastatic model set up in NOD/scid mice, that display reduced functional activity of endogenous NK cells. Results In NOD/scid mice the injected NB cells rapidly reached all the typical sites of metastatization, including bone marrow. Infusion of polyclonal IL2-activated NK cells was followed by dissemination of these cells into various tissues including those colonized by metastatic NB cells. The early repeated injection of IL2-activated NK cells in NB-bearing NOD/scid mice significantly increased the mean survival time, which was associated with a reduced bone marrow infiltration. The therapeutic effect was further enhanced by low doses of human recombinant IL2 or IL15. Conclusion Our results indicate that NK-based adoptive immunotherapy can represent a valuable adjuvant in the treatment of properly selected NB patients presenting with metastatic disease, if performed in a minimal residual disease setting. Roberta Castriconi and Alessandra Dondero equally contributed to the work.  相似文献

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have attracted much interest in oncology since they exhibit marked tropism for the tumor microenvironment and support or suppress malignant cell growth depending on the tumor model tested. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of MSCs in the control of the growth of neuroblastoma (NB), which is the second most common solid tumor in children. In vivo experiments showed that systemically administered MSCs, under our experimental conditions, did not home to tumor sites and did not affect tumor growth or survival. However, MSCs injected intratumorally in an established subcutaneous NB model reduced tumor growth through inhibition of proliferation and induction of apoptosis of NB cells and prolonged the survival of hMSC-treated mice. The need for contact between MSCs and NB cells was further supported by in vitro experiments. In particular, MSCs were found to be attracted by NB cells, and to affect NB cell proliferation with different results depending on the cell line tested. Moreover, NB cells, after pre-incubation with hMSCs, acquired a more invasive behavior towards CXCL12 and the bone marrow, i.e., the primary site of NB metastases. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that functional cross-talk between MSCs and NB cell lines used in our experiments can occur only within short range interaction. Thus, this report does not support the clinical use of MSCs as vehicles for selective delivery of antitumor drugs at the NB site unless chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy create suitable local conditions for MSCs recruitment.  相似文献

Neuromedin B (NB), a bombesin-like peptide, highly concentrated in rat pituitary gland, has been shown to act as an autocrine/paracrine inhibitor of thyrotropin (TSH) release. Here it is shown that a single injection of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH, 1.5 microg/animal, ip), the most important stimulator of thyrotropin secretion, induced approximately 35%-45% decrease in pituitary NB content in rats, as well as an important decrease in NB mRNA at 15 and 30 min (P < 0.05). Acute cold exposure, which induced higher serum TSH with a peak at 30 min, was associated with progressive decrease in pituitary NB, starting at 15 min although only reaching statistical significance after 2 hr (P < 0.05). Although not involved in the early peak, the decrease in NB may be contributing to maintenance of higher serum TSH in cold-exposed animals compared with those at room temperature. Fed rats, 2 hr after being subcutaneously injected with mouse recombinant leptin (8 microg /100 g body wt), showed a x2 increase in serum TSH and 38% reduction in pituitary NB (P < 0.05). In conclusion, TRH and leptin rapidly decreased pituitary NB and it is first proposed that the reduction of the inhibitory tonus of NB on TSH release will ultimately contribute to the amplification of TSH secretion elicited by TSH secretagogues.  相似文献

For the first time, we could detect lymph vessels in neuroblastoma (NB) by immunohistochemistry with the antibody D2_40. Furthermore, we demonstrate expression of the lymphangiogenic factors VEGF-C and VEGF-D and their receptors VEGFR-2 and VEGFR-3 in NB in vitro and in vivo by RT-PCR. However, addition of recombinant human VEGF-C or -D results in the absence of autocrine growth stimulus in NB cells. Treatment of NB cells with retinoic acid did not lead to a change in VEGF-C or VEGF-D mRNA expression. Incubation of the NB cells Lan-5 with 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine led to the up-regulation of VEGF-C mRNA expression, suggesting that the promotor of VEGF-C is methylated. Finally, VEGF-C mRNA expression could be effectively down-regulated by transfection with a specific siRNA in the NB cells Kelly. We conclude that lymphangiogenesis is involved in NB biology and that siRNA directed against VEGF-C may have a future role in anti-lymphangiogenic strategies in NB.  相似文献

Neuroblastoma (NB) is a heterogeneous, and particularly malignant childhood neoplasm in its higher stages, with a propensity to form metastasis in selected organs, in particular liver and bone marrow, and for which there is still no efficient treatment available beyond surgery. Recent evidence indicates that the CXCR4/CXCL12 chemokine/receptor axis may be involved in promoting NB invasion and metastasis. In this study, we explored the potential role of CXCR4 in the malignant behaviour of NB, using a combination of in vitro functional analyses and in vivo growth and metastasis assessment in an orthotopic NB mouse model. We show here that CXCR4 overexpression in non-metastatic CXCR4-negative NB cells IGR-NB8 and in moderately metastatic, CXCR4 expressing NB cells IGR-N91, strongly increased tumour growth of primary tumours and liver metastases, without altering the frequency or the pattern of metastasis. Moreover shRNA-mediated knock-down experiments confirmed our observations by showing that silencing CXCR4 in NB cells impairs in vitro and almost abrogates in vivo growth. High levels of CXCL12 were detected in the mouse adrenal gland (the primary tumour site), and in the liver suggesting a paracrine effect of host-derived CXCL12 on NB growth. In conclusion, this study reveals a yet unreported NB-specific predominant growth and survival-promoting role of CXCR4, which warrants a critical reconsideration of the role of CXCR4 in the malignant behaviour of NB and other cancers.  相似文献

Metastases in the bone marrow (BM) are grim prognostic factors in patients with neuroblastoma (NB). In spite of extensive analysis of primary tumor cells from high- and low-risk NB patients, a characterization of freshly isolated BM-infiltrating metastatic NB cells is still lacking. Our aim was to identify proteins specifically expressed by metastatic NB cells, that may be relevant for prognostic and therapeutic purposes. Sixty-six Italian children over 18 months of age, diagnosed with stage 4 NB, were included in the study. Metastatic NB cells were freshly isolated from patients' BM by positive immunomagnetic bead manipulation using anti-GD2 monoclonal antibody. Gene expression profiles were compared with those obtained from archived NB primary tumors from patients with 5 y-follow-up. After validation by RT-qPCR, expression/secretion of the proteins encoded by the up-regulated genes in the BM-infiltrating NB cells was evaluated by flow cytometry and ELISA. Compared to primary tumor cells, BM-infiltrating NB cells down-modulated the expression of CX3CL1, AGT, ATP1A2 mRNAs, whereas they up-regulated several genes commonly expressed by various lineages of BM resident cells. BM-infiltrating NB cells expressed indeed the proteins encoded by the top-ranked genes, S100A8 and A9 (calprotectin), CD177 and CD3, and secreted the CXCL7 chemokine. BM-infiltrating NB cells also expressed CD271 and HLA-G. We have identified proteins specifically expressed by BM-infiltrating NB cells. Among them, calprotectin, a potent inflammatory protein, and HLA-G, endowed with tolerogenic properties facilitating tumor escape from host immune response, may represent novel biomarkers and/or targets for therapeutic intervention in high-risk NB patients.  相似文献

Neuromedin B(NB), a bombesin-like peptide, has been shown to inhibit thyrotropin (TSH) release in pituitary explants of male rats and to stimulate Prolactin (PRL) release in male pituitary cell cultures. We investigated the effect of estrogen status of female rats on the response of thyrotrophs and lactotrophs to neuromedin B (NB) in vitro. Ovariectomized rats were treated with near-physiological or high doses of 17beta estradiol benzoate (0.7 or 14 EB microg/100 gBW/daily, 10 days) or with vehicle (OVX). EB treatment induced a dose-dependent increase in serum prolactin and an increase in pituitary NB content, measured by specific RIA, that was similar in both EB groups (P < 0.05). TSH release from isolated hemipituitaries of OVX rats was significantly reduced (P < 0.05) in the presence of 10(-7) M NB. OVX + EB0.7 glands responded to NB with a not statistically significant dose-dependent decrease in TSH release. However, glands from hyperestrogenized rats (OVX + EB14) required a higher dose (10(-5) M) of NB to inhibit TSH release (P < 0.05). PRL release was highly increased (p < 0.001) by the presence of 10(-5) M NB only in glands of hyperestrogenized rats, while no effect of NB was observed in the other groups. In conclusion, estrogen status of female rats modulates the inhibitory effect of NB on TSH release in vitro and hyperestrogenism is required for stimulatory effect of NB on PRL release in vitro. It is suggested that the induction of PRL release by neuromedin B is a pharmacological rather than a physiological effect, but neuromedin B may contribute to the increased release of PRL associated with hyperestrogenism.  相似文献

Steroid hormones, particularly 17beta-estradiol (E2), regulate the development and expression of neural structures and sexual behavior. Recently, we demonstrated that E2-regulated responses are controlled by quantitative trait loci. In this study, we quantified 1) volume of the sexually dimorphic nucleus (SDN) of the preoptic area (POA); 2) medial basal hypothalamic (MBH)-POA aromatase and 5alpha-reductase enzyme activities during prenatal development and in adults; 3) serum LH, testosterone, FSH, E2, prolactin (PRL), and corticosterone levels; 4) reproductive organ (i.e., testis and ventral prostate) weights; and 5) male mating behavior in Noble (NB/Cr) and Wistar-Furth (WF/NCr) rat strains to determine the genetic influence on the measured parameters. Maximal phenotypic divergence in male SDN-POA volumes was seen between NB/Cr versus WF/NCr and BDIX/Cr rats (among nine rat strains initially examined), with the average SDN-POA volume of NB/Cr male rats being significantly greater ( approximately 30%) than that of either WF/NCr or BDIX/Cr males. Subsequent experiments investigated WF/NCr versus NB/Cr male rats in further detail. Significantly higher MBH-POA aromatase activity was seen in adult WF/NCr versus NB/Cr males, while MBH-POA 5alpha-reductase rates were not significantly different (within or between sex) for the two rat strains assayed. Serum LH levels were significantly higher (by greater than sixfold) in WF/NCr versus NB/Cr males, whereas testis organ:body weight and ventral prostate:body weight ratios in WF/NCr versus NB/Cr males were significantly smaller (by approximately 6-fold for testis and approximately 1.5-fold for prostate values). Serum FSH levels were significantly higher (by twofold) in WF/NCr versus NB/Cr males. However, serum testosterone levels were not significantly different, whereas E2 levels were approximately twofold higher (but not significantly different) in WF/NCr versus NB/Cr animals. No significant differences were found in basal (i.e., nonstress) serum PRL or corticosterone levels between the WF/NCr and NB/Cr males. In male copulatory tests, NB/Cr males exhibited significantly more aggressive sexual behavior (e.g., in mounting, intromission, and ejaculation parameters) compared with WF/NCr males. Taken together, these findings indicate that WF/NCr males are, in general, low responders, whereas NB/Cr males are high responders to hormonal signals. The obtained data suggest that the correlative, phenotypic variation in SDN-POA volume (i.e., structure) and reproductive hormone patterns and mating behavior (i.e., function) of WF/NCr versus NB/Cr males is regulated by potentially E2-mediated mechanisms that are genetically controlled.  相似文献

Immune isoantisera and hybridoma monoclonal autoantibodies against syngeneic C1300 neuroblastoma (NB) cells were produced from BALB/c mice. Isoantisera were obtained (i) from mice immunized with membrane preparations from cloned NB cells and (ii) from mice bearing NB tumors. After repetitive absorptions on several different syngeneic or allogeneic tumor cell lines and syngeneic normal kidney, liver, spleen, bone marrow, and brain mouse tissue powders, these sera still retained antibodies reacting with tissue-differentiation antigens present on both NB cells and normal nerve sympathetic cells on cryostat whole body sections of neonatal mice. Monoclonal autoantibodies against NB cells were the products of the fusion between plasmacytoma cells and spleen cells from mice bearing syngeneic NB tumors. These anti-NB monoclonal antibodies revealed a restricted spectrum of distinct alloantigenic specificities against syngeneic bone marrow, fetal and adult brain cells, and nerve sympathetic cells present on neonatal rather than adult mice. A mixture of four monoclonal antibodies, recognizing, respectively, an epitope of the Ia complex and three distinctive neuronal-restricted antigens, proved to be a powerful and specific probe for histological immunodiagnosis of neuroblastoma, on cryostat sections of NB tumors, metastases, and tumor-draining lymph nodes.  相似文献

SYNOPSIS. The lateral hypaxial musculature (LHM) of salamandersmay serve as a useful model for understanding the functionsof LHM in tetrapods more generally. Salamanders have betweentwo and four layers of LHM, arranged segmentally in myomeres. These layers produce three primary mechanical actions: theybend the body, pressurize the body, and produce or resist torsionabout the long axis of the body. The optimum muscle fiber anglefor forceful bending is 0° to the long axis, the optimumangle for pressurization is 90°, and the optimum angle fortorsion is 45°. For generating bending and torsional moments, lateral (superficial) muscle layers have greater mechanicaladvantage than medial (deep) layers. For increasing body pressure,by contrast, medial layers have greater mechanical advantage.A comparison of muscle fiber angles in aquatic and terrestrialsalamanders reveals that some aquatic salamanders have one musclelayer with a low fiber angle which may represent a specializationfor swimming. Overall, however, the fiber angles in the LHMof terrestrial and aquatic salamanders are surprisingly similar. In contrast, the pattern of fiber angles in caecilians is different, suggesting that these amphibians use their LHM differently. The fiber angle models and morphological observations presentedhere form a framework which may be useful in future studiesof lateral hypaxial musculature.  相似文献

Sindbis virus can infect a broad range of insect and vertebrate cell types. The ability to restrict tissue tropism and target virus infection to specific cell types would expand the usefulness of engineered alphaviruses as gene expression vectors. In this study, virus pools derived from libraries of full-length Sindbis virus cDNA clones containing random insertion mutations in the PE2 or E1 virion glycoprotein gene were screened for mutants defective for binding to vertebrate cells. Binding-competent mutants were depleted by serial adsorption to chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) monolayers at 4 degrees C, and the remaining population was amplified by immune-enhanced infection of P388D1 cells. From the PE2 libraries, 12 candidate mutants showing reduced cytopathic effects on CEF monolayers were isolated and three representative mutants, NB1, NB2, and NB12, were characterized in detail. Insertion mutations for NB1 and NB12 were found near the PE2 cleavage site, whereas the insertion in NB2 occurred between residues 69 and 74 of E2. Although virion assembly and release occurred normally for all three mutants, PE2 cleavage was completely (NB1) or partially (NB12) blocked for the mutants with insertions near the PE2 cleavage site. Both NB1 and NB2 were defective for binding to CEF and BHK-21 cells. Mild trypsin digestion of isolated NB1 virions resulted in PE2 cleavage and partially restored binding to CEF. Besides defective binding, NB1 also exhibited slower CEF penetration kinetics. Consistent with previous work, these results implicate PE2 cleavage and domains in the N-terminal portion of E2 as important determinants of alphavirus binding and penetration. Binding-defective mutants such as NB2, which exhibit normal particle assembly, release, and penetration, may be useful for future efforts to target Sindbis virus infection.  相似文献

Neuroblastoma (NB) is one of the most deadly solid tumors of the young child, for which new efficient and targeted therapies are strongly needed. The CXCR4/CXCR7/CXCL12 chemokine axis has been involved in the progression and organ-specific dissemination of various cancers. In NB, CXCR4 expression was shown to be associated to highly aggressive undifferentiated tumors, while CXCR7 expression was detected in more differentiated and mature neuroblastic tumors. As investigated in vivo, using an orthotopic model of tumor cell implantation of chemokine receptor-overexpressing NB cells (IGR-NB8), the CXCR4/CXCR7/CXCL12 axis was shown to regulate NB primary and secondary growth, although without any apparent influence on organ selective metastasis. In the present study, we addressed the selective role of CXCR4 and CXCR7 receptors in the homing phase of metastatic dissemination using an intravenous model of tumor cell implantation. Tail vein injection into NOD-scid-gamma mice of transduced IGR-NB8 cells overexpressing CXCR4, CXCR7, or both receptors revealed that all transduced cell variants preferentially invaded the adrenal gland and typical NB metastatic target organs, such as the liver and the bone marrow. However, CXCR4 expression favored NB cell dissemination to the liver and the lungs, while CXCR7 was able to strongly promote NB cell homing to the adrenal gland and the liver. Finally, coexpression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 receptors significantly and selectively increased NB dissemination toward the bone marrow. In conclusion, CXCR4 and CXCR7 receptors may be involved in a complex and organ-dependent control of NB growth and selective homing, making these receptors and their inhibitors potential new therapeutic targets.  相似文献

Neuroblastoma (NB) is a typical childhood and heterogeneous neoplasm for which efficient targeted therapies for high-risk tumors are not yet identified. The chemokine CXCL12, and its receptors CXCR4 and CXCR7 have been involved in tumor progression and dissemination. While CXCR4 expression is associated to undifferentiated tumors and poor prognosis, the role of CXCR7, the recently identified second CXCL12 receptor, has not yet been elucidated in NB. In this report, CXCR7 and CXCL12 expressions were evaluated using a tissue micro-array including 156 primary and 56 metastatic NB tissues. CXCL12 was found to be highly associated to NB vascular and stromal structures. In contrast to CXCR4, CXCR7 expression was low in undifferentiated tumors, while its expression was stronger in matured tissues and specifically associated to differentiated neural tumor cells. As determined by RT-PCR, CXCR7 expression was mainly detected in N-and S-type NB cell lines, and was slightly induced upon NB cell differentiation in vitro. The relative roles of the two CXCL12 receptors were further assessed by overexpressing CXCR7 or CXCR4 receptor alone, or in combination, in the IGR-NB8 and the SH-SY5Y NB cell lines. In vitro functional analyses indicated that, in response to their common ligand, both receptors induced activation of ERK1/2 cascade, but not Akt pathway. CXCR7 strongly reduced in vitro growth, in contrast to CXCR4, and impaired CXCR4/CXCL12-mediated chemotaxis. Subcutaneous implantation of CXCR7-expressing NB cells showed that CXCR7 also significantly reduced in vivo growth. Moreover, CXCR7 affected CXCR4-mediated orthotopic growth in a CXCL12-producing environment. In such model, CXCR7, in association with CXCR4, did not induce NB cell metastatic dissemination. In conclusion, the CXCR7 and CXCR4 receptors revealed specific expression patterns and distinct functional roles in NB. Our data suggest that CXCR7 elicits anti-tumorigenic functions, and may act as a regulator of CXCR4/CXCL12-mediated signaling in NB.  相似文献
