Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes, [PdX(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4 (X=Cl, Br, I; NS3 1Bu=tris[2-(tert-butylthio)ethyl]amine) and [PtCl(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4, were prepared, and their structures were determined by X-ray analyses. The geometry around the palladium and platinum atoms is square planar. The NS3 1Bu ligand functions as a tridentate ligand and one sulfur atom is not coordinated to the metal. The 1H NMR spectrum of [PdCl(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4 in acetone-d6 exhibited a dynamic behavior. At 20°C the spectrum showed a singlet signal at 1.60 ppm that can be assigned to tert-butyl protons, whereas at −70°C three singlet signals were observed at 1.36, 1.61, and 1.70 ppm with an intensity ratio of 1: 0.25: 2. The signals at 1.36 and 1.70 ppm are assigned to the tert-butyl protons in the square-planar structure, and these signals are consistent with the X-ray structure. The signal at 1.61 ppm can be assigned to the tert-butyl protons in a trigonal-bipyramidal structure where the three tert-butyl groups are magnetically equivalent. Thus, we concluded that the coordination-site exchange occurred via a trigonal-bipyramidal intermediate. The square-planar and trigonal-bipyramidal species of [PdCl(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4 are in equilibrium in acetone-d6. The equilibrium was shifted toward the square-planar species on decreasing the temperature. The 1H NMR spectra for [PdX(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4 (X=Cl, Br, and I) were similar to one another at the same temperature, suggesting that the site-exchange process is insensitive to the kind of coexisting halogen ligand. The site exchange reaction of [PtCl(NS3 1Bu)]BPh4 seems to occur more slowly than that of the palladium(II) analogue.  相似文献

The worldwide increase in antibiotic resistance has led to search of alternatives anti-microbial therapies such as photodynamic inactivation. The aim of this paper was to evaluate the photodynamic activity in vitro of a neutral and two cationic Zn phthalocyanines. Their photokilling activity was tested on Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Klebsiella pneumoniae Carbapenemase (KPC)-producing. After treating bacteria with phthalocyanines, the cultures were irradiated with white light. As a result, the bacteria were inactivated in presence of cationic phthalocyanines. The photoinactivation was dependent of the irradiation time and phthalocyanine concentration. The most effective photosensitizer on KPC-producing was Zinc(II)tetramethyltetrapyridino[2,3-b:2′,3′-g:2″,3″-l:2?,3?-q]porphyrazinium methylsulfate (ZnTM2,3PyPz). After irradiation using the water soluble ZnTM2,3PyPz (3 μM) the viability of KPC (30 min of irradiation) and E. coli (10 min of irradiation) decreased ≈99.995%.  相似文献

The 5-HT1AR partial agonist PET radiotracer, [11C]CUMI-101, has advantages over an antagonist radiotracer as it binds preferentially to the high affinity state of the receptor and thereby provides more functionally meaningful information. The major drawback of C-11 tracers is the lack of cyclotron facility in many health care centers thereby limiting widespread clinical or research use. We identified the fluoroethyl derivative, 2-(4-(4-(2-(2-fluoroethoxy)phenyl)piperazin-1-yl)butyl)-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazine-3,5(2H,4H)dione (FECUMI-101) (Ki = 0.1 nM; Emax = 77%; EC50 = 0.65 nM) as a partial agonist 5-HT1AR ligand of the parent ligand CUMI-101. FECUMI-101 is radiolabeled with F-18 by O-fluoroethylation of the corresponding desmethyl analogue (1) with [18F]fluoroethyltosylate in DMSO in the presence of 1.6 equiv of K2CO3 in 45 ± 5% yield (EOS). PET shows [18F]FECUMI-101 binds specifically to 5-HT1AR enriched brain regions of baboon. The specificity of [18F]FECUMI-101 binding to 5-HT1AR was confirmed by challenge studies with the known 5-HT1AR ligand WAY100635. These findings indicate that [18F]FECUMI-101 can be a viable agonist ligand for the in vivo quantification of high affinity 5-HT1AR with PET.  相似文献

A series of 1-substituted-N-(4,5-dihydro-1-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinolin-7-yl) piperidine-4-carboxamides has been synthesized and evaluated for positive inotropic activity by measuring left atrium stroke volume in isolated rabbit-heart preparations. Some of these derivatives exhibited favorable activity compared with the standard drug, milrinone, among which 1-(2-fluorobenzyl)-N-(4,5-dihydro-1-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinolin-7-yl)piperidine-4-carboxamide 6a was the most potent, increasing stroke volume by 11.92 ± 0.35% (milrinone: 6.36 ± 0.13%) at 1 × 10?4 M.  相似文献

The parkinsonian inducing agent 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and its corresponding five-membered ring analogue 1-methyl-3-phenyl-3-pyrroline are cyclic tertiary allylamines and good substrates of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B). The MAO-B catalyzed 2-electron α-carbon oxidation of this class of substrates appears to be dependent on the presence of the allylic π-bond since the corresponding saturated piperidinyl analogue of MPTP is reported not to be an MAO-B substrate. The only saturated cyclic tertiary amine known to act as an MAO-B substrate is the 3,4-cyclopropyl analogue of MPTP, 3-methyl-6-phenyl-3-azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane. As part of our ongoing studies we have examined the MAO-B substrate properties of the corresponding pyrrolidinyl analogue, 1-methyl-3-phenylpyrrolidine, and the 3,4-cyclopropyl analogue, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane. The results document that both the pyrrolidinyl analogue [Km = 234 μM; Vmax = 8.37 nmol/(min-mg mitochondrial protein)] and the 3,4-cyclopropyl analogue [Km = 148 μM; Vmax = 16.9 nmol/(min-mg mitochondrial protein)] are substrates of baboon liver mitochondrial MAO-B. We also have compared the neurotoxic potential of these compounds in the C57BL/6 mouse. The results led us to conclude that these compounds are not MPTP-type neurotoxins.  相似文献

Two series of novel 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-containing 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole derivatives C1C15 and D1D15 have been synthesized and evaluated for their B-Raf inhibitory and anti-proliferation activities. Compound C14 ((3-(4-bromophenyl)-5-(2-fluorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)(2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl)methanone) showed the most potent biological activity against B-RafV600E (IC50 = 0.11 μM) and WM266.4 human melanoma cell line (GI50 = 0.58 μM), being comparable with the positive control Erlotinib and more potent than our previous best compound, while D10 ((2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-2-yl)(5-(3-fluorophenyl)-3-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methanone) performed the best in the D series (IC50 = 1.70 μM; GI50 = 1.45 μM). The docking simulation was performed to analyze the probable binding models and poses and the QSAR model was built for reasonable design of B-Raf inhibitors in future. The introduction of 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin structure reinforced the combination of our compounds and the receptor, resulting in progress of bioactivity.  相似文献

A series of analogs of the non-peptidic urotensin II receptor agonist N-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-4-phenylbenzamide (FL104) has been synthesized and evaluated pharmacologically. The enantiomers of the two most potent racemic analogues were obtained from the corresponding diastereomeric mandelic amides. In agreement with previously observed SAR, most of the agonist potency resided in the (S) enantiomers. The most potent UII receptor agonist in the new series was (S)-N-[3-dimethylamino-1-(2-naphthyl)propyl]-4-(4-chlorophenyl)benzamide (EC50 = 23 nM at the urotensin II receptor).  相似文献

Protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO, E.C. 1.3.3.4) is the action target for several structurally diverse herbicides. A series of novel 4-(difluoromethyl)-1-(6-halo-2-substituted-benzothiazol-5-yl)-3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-ones 2az were designed and synthesized via the ring-closure of two ortho-substituents. The in vitro bioassay results indicated that the 26 newly synthesized compounds exhibited good PPO inhibition effects with Ki values ranging from 0.06 to 17.79 μM. Compound 2e, ethyl 2-{[5-(4-(difluoromethyl)-3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-6-fluorobenzo-thiazol-2-yl]thio}acetate, was the most potent inhibitor with Ki value of 0.06 μM against mtPPO, comparable to (Ki = 0.03 μM) sulfentrazone. Further green house assays showed that compound 2f (Ki = 0.24 μM, mtPPO), ethyl 2-{[5-(4-(difluoromethyl)-3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl]thio}propanoate, showed the most promising post-emergence herbicidal activity with broad spectrum even at concentrations as low as 37.5 g ai/ha. Soybean exhibited tolerance to compound 2f at the dosages of 150 g ai/ha, whereas they are susceptible to sulfentrazone even at 75 g ai/ha. Thus, compound 2f might be a potential candidate as a new herbicide for soybean fields.  相似文献

The reference standard methyl (2-amino-5-(benzylthio)thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-d-leucinate (5) and its precursor 2-amino-5-(benzylthio)thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-d-leucine (6) were synthesized from 6-amino-2-mercaptopyrimidin-4-ol and BnBr with overall chemical yield 7% in five steps and 4% in six steps, respectively. The target tracer [11C]methyl (2-amino-5-(benzylthio)thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-d-leucinate ([11C]5) was prepared from the acid precursor with [11C]CH3OTf through O-[11C]methylation and isolated by HPLC combined with SPE in 40–50% radiochemical yield, based on [11C]CO2 and decay corrected to end of bombardment (EOB). The radiochemical purity was >99%, and the specific activity (SA) at EOB was 370–1110 GBq/μmol with a total synthesis time of ~40-min from EOB. The radioligand depletion experiment of [11C]5 did not display specific binding to CX3CR1, and the competitive binding assay of ligand 5 found much lower CX3CR1 binding affinity.  相似文献

A number of 3-(phenylsulfonyl)thieno[2,3-e][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were prepared and their 5-HT6 receptor binding affinity and ability to inhibit the functional cellular responses to serotonin were evaluated. 3-[(3-Chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]-N-(tetrahydrofuran-2-ylmethyl)thieno[2,3-e][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5-amine 2{5,26} appeared to be the most active in a functional assay (IC50 = 29.0 nM) and 3-(phenylsulfonyl)-N-(2-thienylmethyl) thieno[2,3-e][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5-amine 2{1,28} demonstrated the greatest affinity in a 5-HT6 receptor radioligand binding assay (Ki = 1.7 nM). A screening of 5-HT2A and 5-HT2B receptor affinity revealed that 3-(phenylsulfonyl)thieno[2,3-e][1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines are highly selective 5-HT6 receptor ligands.  相似文献

Thirty three derivatives of 2-substituted 5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine analogues were synthesized by molecular modification of a reported antimycobacterial molecule (GSK163574A). Compounds were evaluated in vitro against actively replicative and nutrient starved non-replicative Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB), enzymatic screening and cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cell line. Among the compounds, 2-ethyl-N-phenethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (5c) was found to be the most active compound against non-replicative MTB with 2.7 log reduction of bacteria at 10 μg/mL and was more potent than isoniazid (1.2 log reduction) and rifampicin (2.0 log reduction) at same dose level. Compound 5c also showed activity against MTB alanine dehydrogenase enzyme with IC50 of 1.82 ± 0.42 μM and showed 25% cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cell line at 50 μg/mL.  相似文献

We have examined the crystal structures and the electrical and magnetic properties of the molecular compounds of a thiazyl radical, 1,3,2-benzodithiazolyl (abbreviated as BDTA). BDTA was found to be a useful building block for molecular conductors and magnets because it can operate as a counter cation, a donor or a ligand, depending on its charge. (i) A charge-transfer complex, [BDTA][TCNQ], crystallizes into a uniform segregated stacking structure with a short contact between the donor and acceptor columns. In spite of the partial charge transfer between the two components, this complex exhibits semiconductive behaviour, probably due to a large electron correlation on BDTA. (ii) The crystal structure of [BDTA][Ni(mnt)2] (mnt = maleonitriledithiolate) consists of alternating stacking columns of S = 0 [BDTA]+ and S = 1/2 [Ni(mnt)2]?, in which a ferromagnetic coupling operates between the [Ni(mnt)2]? anions through the [BDTA] + cation. (iii) [BDTA]2[Cu(mnt)2] consists of an alternating stack of a head-to-head [BDTA]+ dimer and a planar [Cu(mnt)2]2? dianion. Short intermolecular S?S contacts between the stacks give rise to an ideal 1D Heisenberg antiferromagnetic chain of [Cu(mnt)2]2? with a coupling constant of J/kB = 16–17 K. (iv) The crystal structure of [BDTA]2[Co(mnt)2] is similar to that of [BDTA]2[Cu(mnt)2] at 253 K, but this salt undergoes a phase transition at 190 K, below which a partial electron transfer occurs from [Co(mnt)2]2? to one of the [BDTA]+ cations along with formation of a coordination bond. (v) [BDTA][Ni(dmit)2]2 (dmit = 1,3-dithiol-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) exhibits room-temperature conductivity of 0.1 S cm?1 and semiconductive behaviour over the range 80–200 K, which can be interpreted in terms of multi-conducting bands.  相似文献

We report the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of a novel 99mTc 4-(4-cyclohexylpiperazine-1-yl)-butan-1-one-1-cyclopentadienyltricarbonyl technetium ([99mTc]5) as a potential SPECT tracer for imaging of σ2 receptors in tumors. [99mTc]5 was prepared in 25 ± 5% isolated radiochemical yield with radiochemical purity of >99% via double-ligand transfer (DLT) reaction from the ferrocene precursor 2b (4-(4-cyclohexylpiperazine-1-yl)-1-ferrocenylbutan-1-one). The corresponding Re-complex 4 and the ferrocenyl complex 2b showed relatively high affinity towards σ2 receptors in in vitro competition binding assay (Ki values of 4 and 2b were 64.4 ± 18.5 nM and 43.6 ± 21.3 nM, respectively) and moderate to high selectivity versus σ1 receptors (Kiσ1/Kiσ2 ratios were 12.5 and 95.5, respectively). The log D value of [99mTc]5 was determined to be 2.52 ± 0.33. Biodistribution studies in mice revealed comparably high initial brain uptake of [99mTc]5 and slow washout. Administration of haloperidol 5 min prior to injection of [99mTc]5 significantly reduced the radiotracer uptake in brain, heart, lung, and spleen by 40–50% at 2 h p.i.. Moreover, [99mTc]5 showed high uptake in C6 glioma cell lines (8.6%) after incubation for 1 h. Blocking with haloperidol to compete with [99mTc]5 significantly reduced the cell uptake. Preliminary blocking study in C6-brain-tumor bearing rats showed that [99mTc]5 binds to σ receptors in the brain-tumor specifically. These results are encouraging for further exploration of 99mTc-labeled probes for σ2 receptor tumor imaging in vivo.  相似文献

Two new complexes of composition [Cu(2-NO2bz)2(3-pyme)2(H2O)2] (1) and/or [Cu{3,5-(NO2)2bz}2(3-pyme)2] (2) (3-pyme = 3-pyridylmethanol, ronicol or 3-pyridylcarbinol, 2-NO2bz = 2-nitrobenzoate and 3,5-(NO2)2bz = 3,5-dinitrobenzoate) have been prepared and studied by elemental analysis, electronic, infrared and EPR spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility measurements and the structure of both complexes has been solved. Complex (1) shows an unusual molecular type of structure consisting of the [Cu(2-NO2bz)2(3-pyme)2(H2O)2] molecules held together by hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions. Complex (2) exhibits a polymeric chain-like structure [Cu{3,5-(NO2)2bz}2(3-pyme)2]n with copper atoms doubly bridged by two 3-pyridylmethanol molecules and the polymeric molecules are held together by van der Waals interactions. Complex (1) exhibits a magnetic moment μeff = 1.84 B.M. at 300 K that remains nearly constant within the temperature region (5–300 K). Further cooling results in lowering the magnetic moment to μeff = 1.82 B.M. at 1.8 K. The magnetic susceptibility temperature dependence obeys Curie–Weiss law with Curie constant of 0.423 cm3 K mol−1 and with Weiss constant of −0.06 K. The magnetic moment of (2) exhibits a small increase with a decrease in the temperature (μeff = 1.80 B.M. at 300 K and μeff = 1.85 B.M. at 1.8 K) with Curie constant of 0.409 cm3 K mol−1 and with Weiss constant of +1.1 K, which can indicate a very weak ferromagnetic interaction between the copper atoms within the chain. Applying the molecular field model resulted in obtaining zJ′ values −0.08 cm−1 for complex (1), and −0.07 cm−1 for complex (2), respectively, that could characterize intermolecular and interchain interactions transmitted through π–π stacking.  相似文献

N-(Chloro-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-picolinamide (3, ML128, VU0361737) is an mGlu4 positive allosteric modulator (PAM), which is potent and centrally penetrating. 3 is also the first mGlu4 PAM to show efficacy in a preclinical Parkinson disease model upon systemic dosing. As a noninvasive medical imaging technique and a powerful tool in neurological research, positron emission tomography (PET) offers a possibility to investigate mGlu4 expression in vivo under physiologic and pathological conditions. We synthesized a carbon-11 labeled ML128 ([11C]3) as a PET radiotracer for mGlu4, and characterized its biological properties in Sprague Dawley rats. [11C]3 was synthesized from N-(4-chloro-3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-picolinamide (2) using [11C]CH3I. Total synthesis time was 38 ± 2.2 min (n = 7) from the end of bombardment to the formulation. The radioligand [11C]3 was obtained in 27.7 ± 5.3% (n = 5) decay corrected radiochemical yield based on the radioactivity of [11C]CO2. The radiochemical purity of [11C]3 was >99%. Specific activity was 188.7 ± 88.8 GBq/mol (n = 4) at the end of synthesis (EOS).PET images were conducted in 20 normal male Sprague Dawley rats including 11 control studies, 6 studies blocking with an mGlu4 modulator (4) to investigate specificity and 3 studies blocking with an mGlu5 modulator (MTEP) to investigate selectivity. These studies showed fast accumulation of [11C]3 (peak activity between 1–3 min) in several brain areas including striatum, thalamus, hippocampus, cerebellum, and olfactory bulb following with fast washout. Blocking studies with the mGlu4 modulator 4 showed 22–28% decrease of [11C]3 accumulation while studies of selectivity showed only minor decrease supporting good selectivity over mGlu5. Biodistribution studies and blood analyses support fast metabolism. Altogether this is the first PET imaging ligand for mGlu4, in which the labeled ML128 was used for imaging its in vivo distribution and pharmacokinetics in brain.  相似文献

Eight novel 4,5-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-d][1,4]oxazepine derivatives have been synthesized and purified to be screened for anticancer activity. By a modified TRAP assay, some titled compounds were tested against telomerase, and compound 4a showed the most potent inhibitory activity with IC50 value at 0.78 ± 0.22 μM. Western blot assays showed that compounds 4a and 4b could inhibit expression of Cyclin D1, TERT, phospho-AKT and PI3K/AKT pathway.  相似文献

Secoisolariciresinol diglucosides (SDGs) (S,S)-SDG-1 (major isomer in flaxseed) and (R,R)-SDG-2 (minor isomer in flaxseed) were synthesized from vanillin via secoisolariciresinol (6) and glucosyl donor 7 through a concise route that involved chromatographic separation of diastereomeric diglucoside derivatives (S,S)-8 and (R,R)-9. Synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 exhibited potent antioxidant properties (EC50 = 292.17 ± 27.71 μM and 331.94 ± 21.21 μM, respectively), which compared well with that of natural (S,S)-SDG-1 (EC50 = 275.24 ± 13.15 μM). These values are significantly lower than those of ascorbic acid (EC50 = 1129.32 ± 88.79 μM) and α-tocopherol (EC50 = 944.62 ± 148.00 μM). Compounds (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 also demonstrated powerful scavenging activities against hydroxyl [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: 3.68 ± 0.27; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.09 ± 0.16; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: 1.96 ± 0.27], peroxyl [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.55 ± 0.11; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.20 ± 0.10; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: 3.03 ± 0.04] and DPPH [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: EC50 = 83.94 ± 2.80 μM; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: EC50 = 157.54 ± 21.30 μM; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: EC50 = 123.63 ± 8.67 μM] radicals. These results confirm previous studies with naturally occurring (S,S)-SDG-1 and establish both (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 as potent antioxidants and free radical scavengers for potential in vivo use.  相似文献

A group of novel 4,5-dianilinophthalimide derivatives has been synthesized in this study for potential use as β-amyloid (Aβ) plaque probes. Staining of hippocampus tissue sections from Alzheimer’s disease (AD) brain with the representative compound 9 indicated selective labeling of it to Aβ plaques. The binding affinity of radioiodinated [125I]9 for AD brain homogenates was 0.21 nM (Kd), and of other derivatives ranged from 0.9 to 19.7 nM, except for N-methyl-4,5-dianilinophthalimide (Ki > 1000 nM). [125I]9 possessed the optimal lipophilicity with Log P value of 2.16, and its in vivo biodistribution in normal mice exhibited excellent initial brain uptake (5.16% ID/g at 2 min after injection) and a fast washout rate (0.56% ID/g at 60 min). The encouraging results suggest that this novel derivative of [123I]9 may have potential as an in vivo SPECT probe for detecting amyloid plaques in the brain.  相似文献

New potent glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitors, 8-amino-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one derivatives, were designed by modeling, synthesized and evaluated in vitro. Compound 17c showed good potency in enzyme and cell-based assays (IC50 = 111 nM, EC50 = 1.78 μM). Energy-transfer rate-constants from photo-excited [Ru(N–N)3]2+ (N–N = 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (4dmb), 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (5dmb)) to [Cr(O–O)3]3− (O–O2− = ox2− ((COO)2), mal2− (CH2(COO)2)) and [Cr(CN)6]3− in encounter complexes were evaluated in aqueous solutions containing alkali metal ion. The rate constant depends on the molecular size of the ruthenium(II) complex: 1.8 × 108 s−1 for [Ru(bpy)3]2+ (molecular radius, r = 5.8 Å), 1.4 × 108 s−1 for [Ru(5dmb)3]2+ (r = 6.1 Å) and 0.96 × 108 s−1 for [Ru(4dmb)3]2+ (r = 6.7 Å) in the system of [Ru(N–N)3]2+–[Cr(ox)3]3− in aqueous solution. However, the rate constant is much more sensitive to the chromate(III) complex than to ruthenium(II) complex; 1.8 × 108 s−1 and 0.43 × 108 s−1 for [Cr(ox)3]3− (r = 4.0 Å) and [Cr(mal)3]3− (r = 4.2 Å) in the [Ru(bpy)3]2+–[Cr(O–O)3]3− systems, respectively. We conclude that the congeniality between the donor’s and acceptor’s ligands in encounter complex plays an important role in energy transfer in aqueous solution.  相似文献
