3种入侵植物叶片挥发物对旱稻幼苗根的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
入侵植物通过化感作用对入侵地的生态系统构成了严重的威胁,影响了入侵域农作物的生产。采用石蜡切片技术,利用光学显微镜进行观察,研究了不同质量浓度的黄顶菊、三叶鬼针草、胜红蓟3种入侵植物的叶片挥发物对旱稻幼苗初生根的结构以及根系发育的影响,结果表明:低质量浓度(5g)的三叶鬼针草和胜红蓟叶片挥发物对根皮层起抑制作用,低质量浓度(5g)的三叶鬼针草挥发物对维管柱有促进作用,而黄顶菊挥发物对髓腔影响比较大,表现为低浓度抑制,高浓度促进;20g质量浓度的三种入侵植物叶片挥发物对旱稻幼苗初生根结构影响最大,均出现结构上的变异;对侧根的发育随浓度的增加而呈现明显的抑制作用,20g质量浓度时没有侧根的发生。表明入侵植物对受体植物根结构的影响随植物种类和挥发物浓度的不同而有不同的特点。  相似文献

A stairway that allows the collection of kinetic data is essential for biomechanical studies on stair climbing. There is a need to validate the measured center of pressure (COP) on the surface of a stair in order to verify the accuracy of the calculation of joint kinetics. The purpose of this study was to validate a new stairway design for kinetic analysis of stair climbing through a calibration and error analysis of the COP obtained from this system. The new stairway design allows the collection of kinetic data for multiple steps without any constraint to foot placement. Known vertical forces were applied to known locations on the surface of each stair and each force plate. Multiple regression analyses were conduced to determine the distribution pattern of the error in the measured COP. It was found that the error in the COP was a function of location on the stair or force plate. The magnitude of the vertical force had no significant effect on the error in the measured COP. The distribution pattern of the error in the measured COP on the force plates used in this study matched the results in the literature. A healthy female subject was used as the subject in a stair climbing test. The error in the measured COP had a significant effect on the calculated joint resultant moments, especially the abduction-adduction and internal-external rotation moments. The correction of these errors should make the kinetic calculation in stair climbing more accurate.  相似文献

The effects of the deformation of red blood cells on non-Newtonian viscosity of a concentrated red cell suspension are investigated theoretically. To simplify the problem an elastic spherical shell filled with an incompressible Newtonian fluid is considered as a model of a normal red cell. The equation of the surface of the shell suspended in a steady simple shear flow is calculated on the assumption that the deformation from a spherical shape is very small. The relative viscosity of a concentrated suspension of such particles is obtained based on the "free surface cell" method proposed by Happel. It is shown that the relative viscosity decreases as the shear rate increases.  相似文献

The composition of plasma proteins adsorbed on the surface of perfluorocarbon emulsions stabilized by different triblock copolymers and their quantitative ratio were analyzed. The results allowed us to describe three types of protein adsorption on the surface of emulsion droplets. Opsonin proteins prevailed during the first type of adsorption. Their adsorption occurred on a dense and inactive layer of triblock copolymers. The second type of adsorption occurred due to the hydrophobic effect on a dense and mobile layer, with low-molecular-weight proteins being predominantly adsorbed (monoadsorption). The third type of adsorption occurred on a loose layer of triblock copolymers. In this case, the adsorption of a large amount of proteins with a molecular weight of 10–500 kDa was observed, while the total molecular weight was distributed over a large number of proteins.  相似文献

The effect of a series of amino acids on the eutectic behavior of NaCl solutions at isotonic concentration has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The inclusion of different amino acids had different effects on eutectic formation. The amino acids were grouped into four categories based on their effect on eutectic formation: category C were amino acids that had no effect on eutectic formation; category D amino acids inhibited eutectic formation; category T amino acids shifted the melting of the eutectic to a lower temperature; category E amino acids caused the formation of a new eutectic with a melting temperature approximately -5 degrees C. The mechanism of these different effects on eutectic behavior is discussed, based on the chemical structure of the amino acids.  相似文献

The coexistence of competitive species with a shared predator is well established. The effect of 'food-value' on predator-prey dynamics has also received much attention. However, the study of a nutrient bound of prey, specifically on predator-mediated competitive-coexistence has not received much attention. Here we study the effects of the caloric content or a nutrient bound of prey on the dynamics of competitive-coexistence with the shared predator in a specific model. We propose and analyze a mathematical model for exploitative competition of two prey species with a shared predator. The change of dynamic stability due to the variation of a nutrient bound of each prey on predator-mediated dynamics is studied through extensive numerical experiments. Our analytical and numerical results demonstrate that variation in a nutrient bound promotes the switching of dynamics and may be treated as a driving force for the dynamics of competitive-coexistence with the shared predator.  相似文献

The seasonal dynamics of the species structure of epiphytic yeasts on the leaves and in the flowers of 25 plant species was studied throughout the period of their vegetation. It was shown that, on average for the vegetation period, the composition of epiphytic yeast communities was nonspecific. The same species of epiphytic yeasts dominated on different plant species, irrespective of their taxonomic identity and ecological peculiarities. However, different species of yeasts exhibited different types of seasonal dynamics of relative abundance. Therefore, a combination of the dynamics of yeast species and the ontogenetic cycles of plants creates a pattern of the dynamics of the epiphytic yeast population, which is unique for each plant species. The species diversity of yeasts on the leaves of a plant is determined by the duration of its ontogenetic cycle: the longer the vegetation of a plant, the higher the diversity of the epiphytic yeasts population. The greatest diversity of epiphytic yeasts was revealed on the leaves of perennial hygrophytes and mesophytes; the minimal diversity, on ephemeroids and annuals with a short ontogenetic cycle.  相似文献

Previous studies have examined the effects of red light (R) on phototropism of maize ( Zea mays L. cv. Royaldent Hit 85) coleoptiles. The R effect on time-dependent phototropism (TDP) was further studied by characterizing its fluence-response relationship. The results showed the R effect was a low-fluence-response, unlike those on pulse-induced phototropisms that show a very-low-fluence-response mode. A subsequent pulse of far-red light (FR) could reverse the R effect. TDP responsiveness, however, recovered as the following FR was extended. The FR-dependent increase in TDP responsiveness was obtained even coleoptiles were pretreated only with FR. It suggested that TDP responsiveness could also be established in response to a FR signal. The fluence-response relationship for the effect of FR was then investigated. The effect of FR depended on the time of irradiation and required high photon fluences. Because reciprocity was invalid at the higher fluence range, the effect of FR would be a high-irradiance-response mode. Relation between phytochrome action modes and possible multiple pathways for phototropic signal transduction was analyzed based on the experiment results.  相似文献

A simple one-step technique for the analysis of nucleotide composition of oligodeoxyribonucleotides is described. The method is based on enzymatic hydrolysis and subsequent separation of hydrolysate on a "combined" column with Aminex A 28 anionite, on which top immobilyzed on DEAE cellulose snake venom phosphodiesterase is layed. The germination of the spores of Thermoactinomyces vulgaris formed on a complex medium is stimulated by suspending them in solutions containing Mg2+ and Ca2+ ions. The stimulation is not the result of the initiation of the spores in the presence of the ions since the experiments were carried out at a temperature of 20 degrees C at which the initiation did not virtually take place. The ions of Na+ and K+ have almost no effect on the germination of the spores. The fraction of the resting spores of Thermoactinomyces vulgaris depends on the composition of the growth medium, especially on its amino acid composition. The addition of Mg2+ and Ca2+ ions to a minimal synthetic growth medium stimulates the growth of the cultures and decreases the dormancy of the spores. The spores formed on the synthetic medium are less thermostable than the spores formed on the complex medium. Thermostability of the spores increases upon the addition of Mg2+ to the synthetic medium. Spore suspensions obtained on the synthetic medium with Mg2+ or Ca2+ are initiated more completely than spore suspensions obtained on the complex medium.  相似文献

Characterization of a glycerol kinase mutant of Aspergillus niger   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
A glycerol-kinase-deficient mutant of Aspergillus niger was isolated. Genetic analysis revealed that the mutation is located on linkage group VI. The phenotype of this mutant differed from that of a glycerol kinase mutant of Aspergillus nidulans in its ability to utilize dihydroxyacetone (DHA). The weak growth on glycerol of the A. niger glycerol kinase mutant showed that glycerol phosphorylation is an important step in glycerol catabolism. The mutant could still grow normally on DHA because of the presence of a DHA kinase. This enzyme, probably in combination with an NAD(+)-dependent glycerol dehydrogenase, present only in the mutant, is responsible for the weak growth of the mutant on glycerol. Enzymic analysis of both the mutant and the parental strain showed that at least three different glycerol dehydrogenases were formed under different physiological conditions: the NAD(+)-dependent enzyme described above, a constitutive NADP(+)-dependent enzyme and a D-glyceraldehyde-specific enzyme induced on D-galacturonate. The glycerol kinase mutant showed impaired growth on D-galacturonate.  相似文献

The action of a low-intensity 632.8 nm-wavelength laser radiation on blood elements was studied. The degree of binding the fluorescence probes 1.8 ANS by blood proteins and cells was taken to be the index of the response to irradiation. The change of fluorescence of the oppositely charged probes indicates that a He-Ne laser radiation causes processes leading to a change of charge in proteins of a blood plasma with the negative charge decreased in most cases. The effect depends on individual characteristics of a biological object, on the exposure dose and the incubation time following the irradiation.  相似文献

先前的研究考察了红光对玉米(Zea mays L.cv.Royaldent Hit85)胚芽鞘向光性反应的影响,本研究进一步分析了红光对蓝光照射时间依赖型向光性(TDP)影响的光具-反应曲线,发现该反应不像红光对脉冲蓝光诱导的向光性的影响那样属于超低光量反应,而是一种低光量反应,且之后的脉冲远红光可以逆转红光对TDP影响的效果。但远红光预处理延长后,逆转了的TDP反应性可以得到恢复。不仅如此,暗适应胚芽鞘接受不同时间的单独远红光预处理后可同样获得与预处理光量成比例的TDP反应性,表明暗适应胚芽鞘在接受远红光顶处理后亦可建立起长时间向光性蓝光照射的反应能力。远红光对TDP反应性影响的光量-反应曲线分析揭示,该远红光影响依赖于照射时间并要求高光量。鉴于高光量范围内上述远红影响不符合所谓反比定律,远红光对TDP反应性的影响很可能属一高辐照反应,根据上述研究发现探讨了植物光敏素作用模式与不同光性反应信号转导途径之间可能存在的相互关系。  相似文献

Evaluation was made of a novel technique, combining semi-continuous culture on membrane filters and assessment of the incorporation of titrated thymidine. The optimal temperature of incubation is 20--25 degrees, the period of incubation--3 hours; the initial activity of tritiated thymidine--0.5 muC/ml. There is a linear relation between the initial number of bacteria on a filter and the level of 3H-thymidine incorporation. 北半球500hPa高度场的遥相关指数(遥相关指数)是一个综合了气温,降水以及气压等众多气象因素的气候变化指数,很多生物学现象都与其有关;为了探究遥相关指数是否对我国的草地螟的发生危害有影响,作者分析了我国草地螟Loxostege sticticalisL.成虫物候期及幼虫发生面积的变化趋势及两者与遥相关指数的相关关系,结果表明:我国草地螟成虫始见期年际间有显著提前的趋势,平均每年提前0.40d,与1—5月极地-欧亚型遥相关指数均值(POL1-5)相关性最大;终见期有显著延后的趋势,平均每年延后1.31d,与6—10月东太平洋型遥相关指数均值(EP-NP6-10)相关性最大;全国草地螟幼虫发生面积年际间有显著增长的趋势,平均每年增长57.07khm2,与1—10月东大西洋型遥相关指数均值(EA1-10)相关性最大。  相似文献

The inhibitory effect of creosote compounds on the aerobic degradation of benzene was studied in microcosm experiments. A total removal of benzene was observed after twelve days of incubation in microcosms where no inhibition was observed. Thiophene and benzothiophene, two heterocyclic aromatic compounds containing sulfur (S-compounds), had a significant inhibitory effect on the degradation of benzene, but also an inhibitory effect of benzofuran (an O-compound) and 1-methylpyrrole (a N-compound) could be observed, although the effect was weaker. The NSO-compounds also had an inhibitory effect on the degradation of p-xylene, o-xylene, and naphthalene, while they only had a weak influence on the degradation of 1-methylnaphthalene, o-cresol and 2,4-dimethylphenol. The phenolic compounds seemed to have a weak stimulating effect on the degradation of benzene whereas the monoaromatic hydrocarbons and the naphthalenes had no significant influence on the benzene degradation. The inhibitory effect of the NSO-compounds on the aerobic degradation of benzene could be identified as three different phenomena. The lag phase increased, the degradation rate decreased, and a residual concentration of benzene was observed in microcosms when NSO-compounds were present. The results show that NSO-compounds can have a potential inhibitory effect on the degradation of many creosote compounds, and that inhibitory effects in mixtures can be important for the degradation of different compounds.  相似文献

A formula to calculate the area of samples that would provide the necessary level of completeness for a species richness survey of a cenosis has been deduced. The model is based on a stochastic differential equation that describes random fluctuations in species abundance and on the assumption that a Poisson distribution of individuals in space occurs. The calculations are illustrated based on the example of the littoral polychaete taxocene in Vityaz Bay of Possiet Bay of the Sea of Japan.  相似文献

The spreading of the muscle proteins myosin and actomyosin depends both on the salt solution in which the proteins are dissolved and on the solution on which they are spread. The spreading is more complete the lower the concentration of the salt solution in which the proteins are dissolved and the higher the salt concentration of the solutions on which the proteins are spread. This effect seems to be due partially to the difference in density allowing the spread droplets a longer life on the surface, and partially to the effect of salt on the charge of the protein. A change in the pH of the substrate has a smaller effect than a change in the salt concentration. Heavy metals like Cu++ or Zn++, inhibit spreading almost completely. The dependence of spreading on these salts and on time was investigated in detail.The effect of the different salts was also compared with the effect of different phosphate compounds. It was noted that the above substances, including the different salts, phosphate compounds, and heavy metals, affect the mechanism of spreading but not films already spread. The viscosity of these fibrillar proteins was compared with other proteins in the monomolecular film state and in myosin an unusually high viscosity was found.  相似文献
