1991年5月,对新疆伊梨维吾尔族529人(男271,女258)进行了活体观察和测量。观察29项,测量92项。维吾尔族的主要特征是:黑直发,黑褐色眼,眉毛较浓密,大都有上眼脸皱褶,鼻根中等偏高,大多为直形鼻,鼻尖向前,鼻基部下垂,大多有达尔文结节,耳垢湿型。头面部指数分型,属于特短头型,阔头型和高头型。身材中等偏高,平均身高男168.6毫米,女1578.8毫米。  相似文献

麻疯树柄细蛾Stomphastis thraustica Meyrick是在我国新发现的麻疯树Jatropha curcas L.潜叶蛾类重要害虫。通过室内饲养与野外调查相结合对该虫形态、发育习性及生活史进行了研究。本文对麻疯树柄细蛾成虫、卵、各龄幼虫和蛹的形态及大小进行了详细描述。95.54%(n=426)的老熟幼虫在10点至18点结茧。89.19%(n=111)在夜间20点至次日凌晨6点羽化。交配在清晨进行, 持续30~210 min不等。87.53%(n=441)的卵在夜间20点以后至次日6点以前产出。卵多产于叶脉边缘与叶片形成的凹陷处。66.77%(n=8 266)的卵产于叶片背面, 其余产于叶片正面。每雌产卵平均60.03粒(n=32)。麻疯树柄细蛾在攀枝花全年均可发育。以成虫在每年2月至5月越冬。一年发生10代以上, 世代重叠明显。以6月室外平均气温25.15℃条件下, 全世代发育需18~20 d。卵期3~4 d, 1龄幼虫期1 d, 2龄幼虫期1~2 d, 3龄幼虫期1~2 d, 4龄幼虫期1~2 d, 5龄幼虫期2~3 d, 预蛹期1 d, 蛹期4~6 d, 成虫产卵前期1 d。  相似文献

The Henle-Koch postulates are reviewed in terms of their full validity in Koch's day and in light of subsequent developments. The changing guidelines developed for viral diseases, for viruses in relation to cancer and to chronic central nervous system infection, and for causative agents in chronic diseases are discussed chronologically. A set of guidelines for both acute infectious and chronic diseases is presented. The need for recognizing the role of the host and the spectrum of host responses, for sound biologic sense in evaluating causal roles of agents in disease, and for flexibility in adapting our guidelines to new knowledge are emphasized.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the demand for organs for transplantation and to recommend a reorganization of transplantation services in Quebec. DESIGN: Retrospective study. SETTING: Province of Quebec, 1988 to 1992. PATIENTS: All patients on waiting lists for organ transplantation and patients who received transplants registered in national data banks. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The actual annual demand for organ transplantation and the rate of transplantations performed. RESULTS: The rates of heart transplantation were lower than the actual annual demand, which resulted in many patients dying while awaiting transplantation. The actual annual demand for heart transplantation decreased during the last 5 years from 10.9 per million people in 1987 to 6.7 in 1992. The rates of heart transplantation in Quebec were higher than the Canadian average. The actual demand for lung transplantation was only 2.9 per million people on average in 1992. Demand for liver transplantation increased annually, reaching 8.6 per million in 1992. The rate of transplantation increased likewise but remained insufficient. The demand for kidney transplantation reached 27.2 per million people in 1992, and the transplantation rate was 17.8. CONCLUSIONS: Taking into account the actual demand for and supply of organ transplantation, to insure high-quality service and to control costs associated with organ transplantation, we recommend that the present system in Quebec be reorganized so that transplantations are performed in 12 centres: 7 for kidney transplantation, 2 for hearts, 2 for livers and 1 for lungs.  相似文献

The binding of 5 alpha-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), testosterone and estradiol to the sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and albumin in human plasma has been studied at 4, 20 and 37 degrees C using the method of equilibrium partition in an aqueous two-phase system based on dextran, poly(ethylene glycol) and water. The intrinsic association constants for the binding to SHBG and the apparent association constant for the binding to albumin have been determined from Scatchard-type binding plots. The affinity of SHBG for DHT is 1.2-1.3 times higher than that for testosterone and 4 times higher than that for estradiol. The affinity of SHBG for the steroids decreases with increasing temperature. The mean values of the free energy of binding, delta G degree, in the temperature range used are -52.3, -51.7 and -48.9 kJ X mol-1 for the binding of DHT, testosterone and estradiol, respectively, to SHBG. The corresponding values of the enthalpy change, delta H degree, are 73.7, 70.0 and 99.0 J X mol-1 X K-1. These values are discussed in terms of the difference in the structure of the steroids. The affinity of albumin for testosterone and estradiol is almost equal and is lower than that for DHT. The delta G degree for the binding to albumin is about 55% lower than that for the binding to SHBG.  相似文献

Evidence is provided to show that in the conventional phenol-sulfuric acid reaction procedure, phenol underwent sulfonation in situ and the phenolsulfonic acid formed decreased the color intensity for hydroxymethyl furfural (HMF), furfural, and many hexoses and pentoses tested. A modified method is described to overcome this problem in which phenol was added after the dehydration of carbohydrates by sulfuric acid and after cooling the system. The color intensity around 475-485 nm for different compounds was fairly proportional to the amount of furfural derivatives (absorption at 310-320 nm) formed from the sugars in the modified method unlike in the conventional procedure. The studies also show that for condensation of HMF derivatives with phenol, heat is not necessary. The color intensity in the modified method also increased compared to that in the conventional method. The increase in the modified method compared to that in the conventional method was 6.0-fold for furfural, 9.1-fold for hydroxymethyl furfural, 3.7-fold for fructose, 2.3-fold for xylose, and 2.0-fold for glucose and arabinose. The possible reasons for this differential increase are discussed.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to examine doctor's attitude about topics in continuing medical education (CME) using anonymous questionnaire that was given to the members of the Croatian Medical Association in Rijeka. The questions concerned doctor's interest of certain medical fields, influence of CME to their everyday practice, and importance of getting credits for re-licensure as a motive to participate in CME. The highest interest was shown for CME in emergency/intensive medicine and the lowest for transplantation medicine. The doctors in primary care showed statistically significantly higher interest for CME in family medicine, pulmology, rheumatology and rehabilitation medicine than hospital doctors. The influence of CME in everyday practice and the importance of getting credits for re-licensure as a reason to participate in CME, in the most cases, have been graded with medium grade 3. The results indicated the existence of specific needs in CME and stressed the importance of having CME with topics from clinical practice.  相似文献

The diagnostic importance of coagulation parameters was tested in 438 children with septicaemia by discriminant analysis. The values of 756 patients with other diseases had been analysed for comparison. After the selection of the parameters by multivariate analyses discriminant functions were calculated for different subgroups. The best discriminant functions were found for septic newborns up to the age of 3 days. Their use may be helpful for diagnostics in practice. A more weak discrimination power was evident in newborns beyond the 3rd day of life. A simultaneous comparison of 7 subgroups of newborns with different illnesses by 3 discriminant functions led to lower sensitivity rate and don't suit for practice. Beyond the postnatal period the diagnostic importance of coagulation parameters for septicemia is even lower. The low reparation capacity of thrombopoiesis in neonates may be a cause for the good discriminant functions for septicaemia. The reason for the better discrimination in the newborns up to the 3rd day could be the more profound defects in the coagulation system.  相似文献

The decision of the International Court of Justice in the Australia/Japan Whaling Case marks an advance in the law of the sea and the obligation on states to cooperate in common ocean resource regimes. The Court found substantially for Australia, prohibiting Japan's long-running program to capture large cetaceans in the Southern Ocean around Antarctica for scientific research. The Court's discussion of the criteria for states to design and implement scientific research whaling programs is assessed, as is the obligation for cooperation in such research and ocean research generally. The response to high concentrations of B in soil was compared for Triticum aestivum L. (vars. Chinese Spring and Halberd) and the amphiploid of Chinese Spring × Agropyron elongatum (Host). The tolerance of the three genotypes, with respect to yield at the high B treatments, was amphipolid>Halberd>Chinese Spring. The concentration of B in whole shoots was similar for the amphiploid and Halberd and significantly higher for Chinese Spring. The mechanism for tolerance to B appears to be the same for the amphiploid and wheat and is related to reduced accumulation of B in shoots.  相似文献

A 2D-model for the kinematics of the cranio-cervical system is developed from algorithms applied for robot kinematics. The model is proposed for avian cranio-cervical systems. Three main problems were to be solved. The problem of underdetermination in an open multi-element kinematic chain, which develops because only kinematics were included, is solved by the application of two approximations for economic motion. The straight-line approximation for the course of the bill tips and the least-motion approximation for all articulations are both assumed to occur in selected phases of pecking and drinking behaviour. The problem that internal constraints and constraints resulting from demands for proper functioning may be operating is solved by incorporating the measured maximal dorsal and ventral flexion of each joint, and also both the target location of the bill tips and the target orientation of head and beak. The third problem, viz. how to handle variations in initial conditions, which developed from the relatively independent working locomotory part, is solved by standardizing the foot-food distance in the experiments, and further by running the simulations for the locomotory components over the trajectories they cover in reality, rather than to allow them to move over their full work-envelope. The model is highly adaptable to changes in the number of bars involved, in bar lengths, in work-envelopes, and in motion patterns. The predicted patterns were tested against combined film- and radiographic analyses. The comparisons lead to some general conclusions. The economy principles tested appear to be confirmed from the observations. Also, the fixed-target orientation approximation seems to be confirmed while the locomotory components clearly operate primarily under different constraints.  相似文献

The aim of this research was to explore the genetic parameters associated with environmental variability for litter size (LS), litter weight (LW) and mean individual birth weight (IW) in mice before canalisation. The analyses were conducted on an experimental mice population designed to reduce environmental variability for LS. The analysed database included 1976 records for LW and IW and 4129 records for LS. The total number of individuals included in the analysed pedigree was 3997. Heritabilities estimated for the traits under an initial exploratory approach varied from 0.099 to 0.101 for LS, from 0.112 to 0.148 for LW and from 0.028 to 0.033 for IW. The means of the posterior distribution of the heritability under a Bayesian approach were the following: 0.10 (LS), 0.13 (LW) and 0.03 (IW). In general, the heritabilities estimated under the initial exploratory approach for the environmental variability of the analysed traits were low. Genetic correlations estimated between the trait and its variability reached values of -0.929 (LS), -0.815 (LW) and 0.969 (IW). The results presented here for the first time in mice may suggest a genetic basis for variability of the evaluated traits, thus opening the possibility to be implemented in selection schemes.  相似文献

A truncated regulatory subunit of cAMP-dependent protein kinase I was constructed which contained deletions at both the carboxyl terminus and at the amino terminus. The entire carboxyl-terminal cAMP-binding domain was deleted as well as the first 92 residues up to the hinge region. This monomeric truncated protein still forms a complex with the catalytic subunit, and activation of this complex is mediated by cAMP. The affinity of this mutant holoenzyme for cAMP and its activation by cAMP are nearly identical to holoenzyme formed with a regulatory subunit having only the carboxyl-terminal deletion and very similar to native holoenzyme. The off rate for cAMP from both mutant regulatory subunits, however, is monophasic and very fast relative to the biphasic off rate seen for the native regulatory subunit. The effects of NaCl, urea, and pH on cAMP binding are also very similar for the mutant and native holoenzymes. Like the native type I holoenzyme, both mutant holoenzymes bind ATP with a high affinity. The positive cooperativity seen for MgATP binding to the native holoenzyme, however, is abolished in the double deletion mutant. The Hill coefficient for ATP binding to this mutant holoenzyme is 1.0 in contrast to 1.6 for the native holoenzyme. The Kd (cAMP) is increased by approximately 1 order of magnitude for both mutant forms of the holoenzyme in the presence of MgATP. A similar shift is seen for the native holoenzyme. Further characterization of the MgATP-binding properties of the wild-type holoenzyme indicates that a binary complex containing catalytic subunit and MgATP is required, in particular, for reassociation with the cAMP-bound regulatory subunit. This binary complex is required for rapid dissociation of the bound cAMP and is probably responsible for the observed reduction in cAMP-binding affinity for the type I holoenzyme in the presence of MgATP.  相似文献

Our experience in creating and using telepathology system and multimedia database for education is described. This program packet currently works in the Department of Pathology of University Medical School in Poznan. It is used for self-education, tests, services and for the examinations in pathology, i.e., for dental students and for medical students in terms of self-education and individual examination services. The system is implemented on microcomputers compatible with IBM PC and works in the network system Netware 5.1. Some modules are available through the Internet. The program packet described here accomplishes the TELEMIC system for telepathology, ASSISTANT, which is the administrator for the databases, and EXAMINATOR, which is the executive program. The realization of multi-user module allows students to work on several working areas, on random be chosen different sets of problems contemporary. The possibility to work in the exercise mode will image files and questions is an attractive way for self-education. The standard format of the notation files enables to elaborate the results by commercial statistic packets in order to estimate the scale of answers and to find correlation between the obtained results. The method of multi-criterion grading excludes unlimited mutual compensation of the criteria, differentiates the importance of particular courses and introduces the quality criteria. The packet is part of the integrated management information system of the department of pathology. Applications for other telepathological systems are presented.  相似文献

The toxicity of some of the most commonly used insecticides in the organophosphate and pyrethroid classes were investigated against different Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) populations collected over three consecutive years (2005-2007). The populations were tested using leaf dip bioassays for residual effects and topical applications to measure the response of larvae that would come into direct contact with field application of insecticides. In leaf dip assays, the LC50 (micrograms per milliliter; 120 h) values for chlorpyrifos and profenofos were in the range of 59.3-1,023 and 180.02-1,118 respectively. The LC50 values for lambda-cyhalthrin, alphamethrin, and deltamethrin were 359.08-2,677, 112.9-923.5, and 47.81-407.03, respectively. The toxicity for the above insecticides in topical application was similar to toxicity in leaf dip assays. The susceptibility of a laboratory population, which was locally developed and designated as (Lab-PK), to deltamethrin was comparable with another susceptible laboratory population. Resistance ratios for five field populations were generally low to medium for deltamethrin, but high to very high for chlorpyrifos, profenofos, lambda-cyhalthrin and alphamethrin compared with the Lab-PK population. Our data also suggested that the five field populations had multiple resistance to two classes of insecticides. The populations showed resistance to two organophosphates tested and to lambda-cyhalthrin and alphamethrin; however, resistance to deltamethrin was only found at two locations. This pattern indicates occurrence of two divergent patterns of resistance within pyrethroids. The resistance to the insecticides was stable across 3 yr, suggesting field selection for general fitness had also taken place in various populations of C. carnea. The broad spectrum of resistance and stability of resistance to insecticides in C. carnea in the current study suggested that it could be a prime candidate for mass releases and compatible with most spray programs.  相似文献

A closed‐loop supply chain (CLSC) is considered not only an important solution for ensuring sustainable exploitation of materials, but also a promising strategy for securing long‐term availability of materials. The latter is especially highlighted in the materials criticality discourse. Critical raw materials (CRMs), being exposed to supply disruptions, create an uncertain operational environment for many industries, particularly for green energy technologies that employ multiple CRMs. However, recycling rates of CRMs are very low and engagement of companies in CLSC for CRM is limited. This study examines factors influencing CLSC for CRM development in photovoltaic panels and wind turbine technologies. The aim is to analyze how the factors manifest themselves in different companies along the supply chain and to identify enabling and bottleneck conditions for implementation of CLSC for CRM. The novelty of the study is twofold: the focus on material rather than product flows, and examination of factors from a multiactor perspective. The evidence obtained suggests that the manufacturing companies and reverse supply‐chain operators engaged in the study take different perspectives (product vs. material) regarding development of CLSC for CRM and thus emphasize different factors. The findings underline the need for interactions between supply‐chain actors, a sound competitive environment for recycling processes, and investment in technologies and infrastructure development if CLSC for CRM is to be developed. The paper provides implications for practitioners and policy makers for implementation of CLSC for CRM, and suggests prospects for further research.  相似文献

Subsurface vapor migration of volatile chemicals may impact ambient and indoor air quality, increasing the importance to investigate the fate and transport of these chemicals. This project involved both modeling and experimental work to study the vapor phase transport behavior of single, binary, and tertiary component systems present in the gas phase. The experimental phase resulted in the development of a diffusion cell for measuring vapor phase transport. Three organic compounds (toluene, cumene, and isooctane) common to petroleum-based products were selected. The objective of this research project was to evaluate how the rate of a component diffusing alone in a stagnant gas mixture compares to the rate of the same component when diffusing in the presence of multiple diffusing species. The equipment was first validated by measuring the unobstructed gas phase diffusion fluxes for each organic compound. The diffusion coefficients were then calculated from the experimentally measured diffusive fluxes using Fick's Law at 20 and 25°C and compared to the respective literature values. The experimental/literature (E/L) ratio was calculated for toluene, cumene, and isooctane. The range of the average E/L ratio for the single component data sets is 0.93 to 1.05. The validation data provided the baseline for extending the research to multicomponent data. The multi-component systems research was characterized as either binary systems or a three-component system. The binary systems were either isooctane/tolu-ene or isooctane/cumene. The three-component system consisted of a mixture of all three compounds. For both temperatures and all compounds the flux rate decreased for any single component due to the dilution effect by incorporation into a mixture. Applying Fick's Law to calculate the effective diffusion coefficient for each compound that corresponded to the resulting concentration gradient by the mixture, an enhancement in the diffusive flux of each individual species was observed. This enhancement can be explained by a compositional coupling of each component to all others which results in a total vapor phase mass flux comprised of both diffusive and pseudo-advective mass transport. This pseudo-advective component is attributed to simultaneous diffusion of other species in the presence of the one of interest. Since this research project incorporated a mixture of toluene and cumene present in a background carrier solvent of isooctane, by calculating the ratios Dexp(3-component)/ Dexp(2-component) and Dexp(2-compo-nent)/Dexp(single component), an estimate is obtained of the enhancement effect due to the advective component of simultaneously diffusing chemicals. The diffusivity ratios for the three-component system compared to the dual component system ranged from 0.8 to 3.7. The diffusivity ratios for individual compounds were for 1.5-3.7 cumene, 0.8-1.2 for toluene, and 1.0-1.2 for isooctane. The diffusivity ratios for the dual component system to the single component systems ranged from 0.8 to 4.0. The range of diffusivity ratios for individual compounds were for 2.0-4.0 for cumene, 0.8-1.6 for toluene, and 1.1-1.4 for isooctane. A ratio greater than 1.0 indicated an enhancement effect on the molecular diffusion rate due to the presence of one or more additional diffusing chemical species present. The majority of fate and transport models are based on single component behavior modeled by Fick's Law using the pure gas phase diffusion coefficient. The enhancement of the individual diffusive flux in a multicomponent mixture observed in this study and accounted for by pseudo-advec-tive mass transport results in an under-prediction of the actual multicomponent diffusive fluxes. It is recommended that a more rigorous diffusion equation such as the Stefan-Maxwell equation be considered for incorporation into vapor phase transport models when modeling multicomponent/ contaminant systems.  相似文献

目的分析蝰蛇咬伤治疗期间患者肾功能指标的变化情况。方法对近10年来我院收住院治疗的219例蝰蛇咬伤患者的临床资料进行收集整理,将符合本文动态观察要求的28例患者的资料进行分析。结果 28例患者的3项肾功能指标在第2、3次检测时均为快速上升,在第3次检测时均值达到高峰,第4次检测时均开始下降,到第6、7次检测时均基本降至正常水平。结论蝰蛇咬伤患者治疗期间肾功能损害呈动态变化,且3项肾功能指标均值升高和降低均有较好的相关性。  相似文献

The behavior of a newly developed damped oscillation type rheometer was analyzed for fibrinogen solution and blood during coagulation. This rheometer consists of a cylindrical tube suspended from a torsion wire, that is filled with liquid to be tested. The logarithmic damping factor (LDF) during coagulation for blood and fibrinogen solution was obtained by this rheometer, which was closely related to the changes of viscosity and/or viscoelasticity of the blood sample. The slight increase of LDF prior to the rapid decrease was observed for blood. The increase of LDF would be reflected in the formation of the aggregation structure of red blood cells (rouleaux network) prior to the formation of fibrin network. The value of LDF for fibrinogen solution sharply increased and then decreased through a maximum value with the progress of coagulation, although the change of LDF was remarkably dependent on the fibrinogen concentration. The initial increase in LDF for fibrinogen solution was considered to be due to the formation of small clots in the solution. The decrease in LDF after attaining a maximum value is ascribed to the formation of fully developed fibrin network. The maximum value of LDF during coagulation for fibrinogen solution is higher than that for blood. The behavior was compared with that for non-biological fluids such as viscosity standard liquids and polyvinyl alcohol solution. From those data, it was concluded that the higher value of LDF than that for Newtonian liquids was due to the formation of aggregation structure or inhomogeneous fine clots in the liquid, which was accompanied with the appearance of the elasticity.  相似文献
