The tissue damage induced by various organic pollutants in aquatic animals is well documented, but there is a dearth of information relating to the histological alterations induced by copper in the spiny lobster. In the present study, intermoult juveniles of the spiny lobster Panulirus homarus (average weight 150–200 g) were exposed to two sublethal concentrations of the copper (9.55 and 19.1 μg/l) for a period of 28 days. The muscle, hepatopancreas, midgut, gills, thoracic ganglion and heart of the lobsters were then dissected out and processed for light microscopic studies. Exposure to copper was found to result in several alterations in the histoarchitecture of the muscle, hepatopancreas, midgut, gills, thoracic ganglion and heart of P. homarus. The alterations included disruption and congestion of muscle bundle in muscle tissue; blackened haemocytes; distended lumen and F cell; necrosis of the tubules of the hepatopancreas; disarrangement of circular muscle of the midgut; accumulation of haemocytes in the haemocoelic space; swelling and fusion of lamellae; abnormal gill tips; hyperplastic, necrotic, and blackened secondary gill lamellae of the gills; damaged neurosecretory cell and sensory and motor fibre; necrotic of the thoracic ganglion; dispersedly arranged muscle bands; clumped satellite cells and nucleus of the heart. The results obtained suggest that the muscle, hepatopancreas, midgut, gills, thoracic ganglion and heart of lobsters exposed to copper were structurally altered. Such alterations could affect vital physiological functions, such as absorption, storage and secretion of the hepatopancreas, digestion of gut and respiration, osmotic and ionic regulations of the gills, which in turn could ultimately affect the survival and growth of P. homarus. Thus, all possible remedial measures should be adopted to prevent the occurrence of copper contamination in the aquatic environment.  相似文献

The susceptibility of two species of lobsters, Panulirus homarus and Panulirus ornatus to white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) was tested by oral route and intramuscular injection. The results revealed that these lobsters were as highly susceptible as marine shrimp when the WSSV was administered intramuscularly. The WSSV caused 100% mortality in both Panulirus homarus and Panulirus ornatus, at 168 and 120 h, respectively, after intramuscular injection and failed to cause mortality when given orally. The presence of WSSV in moribund lobsters was confirmed by single-step and nested PCR, Western blot, histology, and bioassay test. It was found in eyestalk, gill, head muscle, tail muscle, hemolymph, appendages, and stomach. In lobsters with oral route infection, all tested organs except stomach and head muscle was negative for WSSV by nested PCR at 120 h post-inoculation. The stomach and head muscle was positive by nested PCR at 120 h p.i., but negative at 168 h p.i. Western blot analysis was negative in all the tested organs of both species of lobster at 120 h post-inoculation by oral route.  相似文献

The high export value of the Indian spiny lobster Panulirus homarus increasingly attracts the aquaculturists for farming and fattening. However, lack of knowledge on the effect of environmental parameters on the immune system of this animal could result in high mortality, which ultimately may cause major loss to the industry. Here, we report the effect of salinity (20, 25, 35, 40, and 45 per thousand), pH (5.0, 8.0, and 9.5), dissolved oxygen (DO) (1 and 5 mg L(-1)), and ammonia-N concentration (0, 0.5, 1.5 and 3 mg L(-1)) on the immune response of P. homarus measured in the haemolymph in terms of Total Haemocyte Count (THC), phenoloxidase (PO) activity, and NBT-reduction. Our data showed significant reduction (P<0.05) in THC, and NBT-reduction at lower (20 per thousand) and higher (45 per thousand) salinities. However, PO activity showed significant disparity, showing an increasing trend from 20 to 45 per thousand. Significant reduction (P<0.05) in THC and PO activity under acidic and alkaline conditions, under hypoxic condition (1 mg L(-1)), and at the higher ammonia-N concentrations than their respective optimal conditions were observed. Thus, suggesting that extreme environmental parameters can induce modifications in the immune system of the spiny lobster P. homarus, which may enhance their susceptibility to opportunistic pathogens. The humoral parameters such as THC, PO activity, and NBT-reduction can be used as potential stress indicators for healthy management of spiny lobsters.  相似文献

Methoprene is a pesticide that acts as a juvenile hormone agonist.Although developed initially against insects, it has since beenshown to have toxic effects on larval and adult crustaceans.Methoprene was one of several pesticides applied to the WesternLong Island Sound (WLIS) watershed area during the summer of1999; the other pesticides were malathion, resmethrin, and sumethrin.These pesticides were applied as part of a county-by-countyeffort to control the mosquito vector of West Nile Virus. Subsequently,the seasonal lobster catches from the WLIS have decreased dramatically.The lethality of the pesticides to lobsters had been unknown.We studied the effects of methoprene while other investigatorsstudied effects of the other pesticides. We questioned whethermethoprene, through its effects on larvae, adults or both, couldhave contributed to this decline. We found that low levels ofmethoprene had adverse effects on lobster larvae. It was toxicto stage II larvae at 1 ppb. Stage IV larvae were more resistant,but did exhibit significant increases in molt frequency beginningat exposures of 5 ppb. Juvenile lobsters exhibited variationsin tissue susceptibility to methoprene: hepatopancreas appearedto be the most vulnerable, reflected by environmental concentrationsof methoprene inhibiting almost all protein synthesis in thisorgan. Our results indicated that methoprene concentrates in the hepatopancreas,nervous tissue and epidermal cells of the adult lobster. Methoprenealtered the synthesis and incorporation of chitoproteins (cuticleproteins) into adult postmolt lobster explant shells. SDS PAGEanalyses of adult post–molt shell extracts revealed changesin the synthesis of chitoproteins in the methoprene-treatedspecimens, suggesting that methoprene affects the normal pathwayof lobster cuticle synthesis and the quality of the post-moltshell. Although it is likely that a combination of factors ledto the reduced lobster population in WLIS, methoprene may havecontributed both by direct toxic effects and by disrupting homeostaticevents under endocrine control.  相似文献

The crustacean intestine and hepatopancreas display a variety of solute transport mechanisms for transmembrane transfer of dietary contents from lumen to epithelial cytosol. An in vitro intestinal perfusion apparatus was used to characterize mucosal to serosoal (MS) and serosal to mucosal (SM) Zn(2+) -dependent (3)H-L-leucine transport by the intestine of the American lobster, Homarus americanus. Transmural 20?μM MS (3)H-L-leucine fluxes across lobster intestine were a hyperbolic function of luminal zinc concentration (1-50?μM) following Michaelis-Menten kinetics (K(m) = 2.67 ± 0.74?μM; J(max) = 19.56 ± 2.22?pmol/cm(2) ×min). Transmural 20?μM SM (3)H-L-leucine fluxes were not affected by serosal zinc, resulting in a highly significant stimulation of net amino acid transfer to the blood by luminal metal. MS fluxes of 20?μM (3)H-L-leucine were also hyperbolic functions of luminal [Cu(2+)], [Mn(2+)], [Na(+)], and [H(+)]. MS flux of (3)H-L-leucine was a sigmoidal function of luminal [L-leucine] and was stimulated by the addition of 20?μM luminal zinc at both pH 7.0 and 5.5. A greater enhanced amino acid transport occurred at the lower pH 5.5. MS flux of 20?μM (3)H-L-leucine in the presence of 20?μM zinc was significantly inhibited by addition of 100?μM luminal glycylsarcosine, and MS flux of 20?μM (3)H-glycylsarcosine was inhibited by 100?μM L-leucine in the presence of 20?μM zinc. Results suggest that (3)H-L-leucine and metals form a complex (e.g., Leu-Zn-Leu] that may functionally mimic dipeptides and use a dipeptide-like transporter during MS fluxes as suggested for fish and mammals.  相似文献

In 2012 and 2015, blooms of Alexandrium tamarense occurred in Tasmania, Australia, and paralytic shellfish toxins (PST) were identified in the hepatopancreas of Southern Rock Lobsters. The human health risk was unclear, because consumption data were not available for lobster hepatopancreas. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the types of lobster tissues consumed, hepatopancreas portion size, and consumption format (boiled, steamed, raw, etc.), for Tasmanian and South Australian recreational harvesters.

A significant proportion of harvesters (15%) eat lobster hepatopancreas, with the majority consuming it as a dipping sauce for cooked (boiled or steamed) lobster meat. Two different methods were used to estimate portion size, a recollection-based food consumption questionnaire (FCQ) and a prospective Food Diary – mean portion size estimates showed good agreement: 3.4 g and 4.8 g, respectively. These results are critical for assessing the exposure of recreational harvesters to acute contaminants, such as PST, in lobster hepatopancreas. Results from the FCQ showed that lobster hepatopancreas is not consumed as often as white meat, suggesting that exposure to contaminants in hepatopancreas may be less frequent than white meat. This should be considered when evaluating human health risk from repeated or long term (chronic) exposure to contaminants in lobsters.  相似文献

One major form of cytochrome P450 has been isolated from the hepatopancreas of untreated spiny lobsters, Panulirus argus. This form, termed here D1, was purified to a specific content of 12.1 +/- 1.8 nmol/mg protein. Two minor forms, termed D2 and D3 were partially purified to 4.6 +/- 1.6 and 2.3 +/- 0.2 nmol P450/mg protein, respectively. No NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase activity was detected in spiny lobster hepatopancreas microsomes and no purification of spiny lobster reductase was achieved in this study. Very low NADPH-cytochrome c reductase activity was found in hepatopancreas microsomes and also in cytosol. Indirect evidence suggested that proteolysis of spiny lobster P450 reductase during the preparation of hepatopancreas microsomes may in part account for the lack of detectable monooxygenase activity in hepatopancreas microsomes. The catalytic activities of the D1 or D2 forms of spiny lobster P450 were measured by mixing D1 or D2 with NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase isolated from pig or rat liver microsomes. D2 was very efficient in demethylating benzphetamine, with a turnover number of 122 per minute, and D1 was an efficient catalyst of progesterone 16 alpha-hydroxylation, with a turnover number of 43 per minute. Other good substrates for D1 and D2 forms were aminopyrine, testosterone, benzo(a)pyrene, and 7-ethoxycoumarin. Little activity was found with methyl-, ethyl-, pentyl-, or benzyl-phenoxazone ethers as substrates. The profile of metabolites formed by D1 or D2 with benzo(a)pyrene as substrate were more similar to those formed with uninduced rat liver microsomes than to those formed by liver microsomes from uninduced flatfish species.  相似文献

Assessing the nutritional condition of field‐caught animals has obvious ecological utility, but few indices of condition have been developed for spiny lobsters. We evaluated two potential indices of nutritional condition for the Caribbean spiny lobster, Panulirus argus, using early benthic stage lobsters maintained in the laboratory on two food treatments (100% and 25% of maximum daily consumption) for four months. Every two weeks, we sampled lobsters to ascertain their condition using both a weight/carapace length ratio and triacylglycerol/bodyweight ratio. Triacylglycerol (TAG) content in the hepatopancreas, abdominal, and periopod tissue was determined using thin‐layer chromatography‐flame ionization detection. There was a significant difference in both carapace length and weight of lobsters in the two experimental treatments through time, confirming that our feeding treatments created a detectable difference in growth. We also found a corresponding significant difference between treatments for the weight/carapace length ratio, but the TAG/bodyweight ratio did not differ between treatments, and the variance among individuals was high.  相似文献

Summary The karyotype of two human meningiomas are reported in which, besides other aberrations, a deleted chromosome 1 and 6 could be observed. In these chromosomes most of the short arm is missing. After silver staining for the detection of NORs, not only the satellite regions of most of the acrocentric chromosomes were stained but also the deleted ends of chromosomes 1 and 6. Besides other explanations for this unusual NOR-staining, the possibility is discussed that NORs of acrocentric chromosomes are easily translocated to deleted chromosomes.Parts of this work are included in the doctoral thesis (M.D.) of H.H.  相似文献

The decline in kelp habitat on coastal reefs resulting from changes in ocean climate and the distribution and abundance of herbivorous species is common in many temperate regions of the world. Kelp habitat is highly productive, biodiverse and provides a complex habitat into which many organisms recruit, including spiny lobsters, such as the Australasian red spiny lobster, Jasus edwardsii. The displacement of kelp habitat by less-complex barren reef habitat has the potential to influence the risk of predation for early juvenile lobsters. Therefore, relative predation risk on the juvenile spiny lobster, J. edwardsii, was compared for kelp and barren habitats on the northeast coast of New Zealand using juvenile lobsters held in transparent containers and recording predators with a video recorder. In total, 188 predation attempts were observed within 420?h of video recordings gathered over 3 weeks of sampling. There was an overall higher predation risk in barren habitats. Daytime predation attempts were higher in barren compared to kelp habitat; however, there was no difference between the habitats for night time, dawn or dusk observations, when juvenile lobsters are emergent from shelters and vulnerable to predation. Similar numbers of predatory species were identified in kelp (13) and barren habitat (12). Other factors, such as food availability and time spent away from shelter, especially during night and crepuscular periods, need consideration in future studies when investigating the cause of differences in juvenile lobster mortality among habitats.  相似文献

Concordant/discordant associations at chromatid level were compared and found significant (P less than 0.05) in females with primary amenorrhea. This probably suggested that the acrocentric association pattern in this group of ASD and infertility did not follow a random segregation in subsequent cell divisions and that the concordant acrocentric chromosomes have regularly established physical connections with one another, held together for several cell cycles. It could only be speculated that the association of acrocentric chromosome anomalies in some females with abnormal sex chromosomes are due to this reason. In the event that chromosome association has a bearing on chromosome aberrations, the non-random pattern of acrocentric association probably would increase the choice for translocation and non disjunction in the somatic cells in females with primary amenorrhea during ontogenesis.  相似文献

Crustaceans exhibit a remarkable variation in their feeding habits and food type, but most knowledge on carbohydrate digestion and utilization in this group has come from research on few species. The aim of this study was to make an integrative analysis of dietary carbohydrate utilization in the spiny lobster Panulirus argus. We used complementary methodologies such as different assessments of digestibility, activity measurements of digestive and metabolic enzymes, and post-feeding flux of nutrients and metabolites. Several carbohydrates were well digested by the lobster, but maize starch was less digestible than all other starches studied, and its inclusion in diet affected protein digestibility. Most intense hydrolysis of carbohydrates in the gastric chamber of lobster occurred between 2–6 h after ingestion and afterwards free glucose increased in hemolymph. The inclusion of wheat in diet produced a slow clearance of glucose from the gastric fluid and a gradual increase in hemolymph glucose. More intense hydrolysis of protein in the gastric chamber occurred 6–12 h after ingestion and then amino acids tended to increase in hemolymph. Triglyceride concentration in hemolymph rose earlier in wheat-fed lobsters than in lobsters fed other carbohydrates, but it decreased the most 24 h later. Analyses of metabolite levels and activities of different metabolic enzymes revealed that intermolt lobsters had a low capacity to store and use glycogen, although it was slightly higher in wheat-fed lobsters. Lobsters fed maize and rice diets increased amino acid catabolism, while wheat-fed lobsters exhibited higher utilization of fatty acids. Multivariate analysis confirmed that the type of carbohydrate ingested had a profound effect on overall metabolism. Although we found no evidence of a protein-sparing effect of dietary carbohydrate, differences in the kinetics of their digestion and absorption impacted lobster metabolism determining the fate of other nutrients.  相似文献

The European lobster is distributed throughout the south and western regions of the Norwegian coast. A previous lobster allozyme investigation (1993) in the Tysfjord region, north of the Arctic Circle demonstrated that the lobster population from this region was genetically different from lobster samples collected in other parts of Norway. More detailed investigation including supplementary extensive sampling and additional allozyme, microsatellite and mtDNA analyses are reported here. This investigation supports the genetic distinctness of the Tysfjord population and shows that this is mainly due to a reduction (60–70%) in gene diversity (observed heterozygosities and number of alleles) compared with lobsters from more southern regions. In addition to the Tysfjord region, the comprehensive sampling also included lobsters found in the adjacent Nordfolda fjord system. Genetic analyses provided evidence for significant differences between the lobster populations of Tysfjord and Nordfolda, even though they are separated by a coastal distance of only 142 km. The two populations were also different with regards to several biological characteristics such as body size. The genetic difference between these two geographically close populations is likely to be due to the local hydrological conditions, preventing larval dispersal between the fjord systems. Assessment of lobster abundance in the north-west region suggests that the sub-arctic lobster populations are geographically isolated.  相似文献

Paralytic shellfish toxins (PST) were identified in the hepatopancreas of Southern Rock Lobster (Jasus edwardsii) during Alexandrium tamarense blooms in Tasmania, Australia. Human health risk from PST in lobsters was unknown – this study assesses exposure to PST from hepatopancreas consumption. Lobster hepatopancreas samples collected during blooms (n = 181) were mostly positive for PST (>88%), the highest concentration was 4032 μg STX-2HCl eq/kg. Consumer exposure to PST was estimated using a 2-D Monte Carlo model. Mean PST intake (pi) from hepatopancreas consumption (raw and cooked) was below the lowest-observed-adverse-effect-level (LOAEL) for PST (<2.0 μg/kg bw), however the 97.5th percentile pi for raw meals (2.64 μg/kg bw) exceeded the LOAEL. A total of 4.1% of raw hepatopancreas meals were estimated to exceed the LOAEL. Lobster hepatopancreas consumption during A. tamarense blooms may be concerning for a small proportion of consumers, particularly those that eat large meals at the bloom peak. However, when the model was re-run with PST concentration capped at the bivalve regulatory limit (800 μg STX-2HCl eq/kg) pi decreased, with the 97.5th percentile values below the LOAEL. Thus, issuing public health warnings and harvesting restrictions for lobsters when levels exceed 800 μg STX-2HCl eq/kg would reduce the probability of illness occurring.  相似文献

Invasive organisms have the potential for competition with native organisms. In the Southern Gulf of St. Lawrence, juvenile American lobsters have a potential spatial overlap with adult green crabs. Crustaceans use agonistic behaviour to settle disputes, with the larger organism often winning contests for limited resources such as food and shelter. Two experiments were carried out using adult green crabs (53-76 mm carapace width) and juvenile American lobsters (28-57 mm carapace length). The first experiment used a limited food resource. We found that green crabs were the first to the food in all trials, fed in significantly more trials than lobsters and spent a significantly greater proportion of time with the food. The lobsters were only able to displace the green crabs from the food in 2 of 65 attempts. The second experiment was designed to examine shelter competition; unexpectedly some predation by green crabs on lobsters occurred, which allowed us to test hypotheses about how relative size and shelter use affect predation. Green crabs captured and consumed juvenile lobsters in 6 of 11 trials. The lobsters that survived spent significantly more time in shelter. There was no clear relationship between shelter use and size of lobster. The lobsters that were larger in relation to the green crabs suffered a higher rate of predation, which we believe was due to more conspicuous activity and less use of shelter. It appears that green crabs have the potential to negatively impact native juvenile lobster.  相似文献

Information on steroid hormones and fatty acids that play roles in lobster reproduction is still very limited although the data are indispensable to seed production in hatchery. The study was designed to identify steroid hormones and fatty acids during gonadal maturation of spiny lobster (Panulirus homarus). Male spiny lobsters were treated with and without thyroxine injection. Female spiny lobsters were treated with and without eyestalk ablations during mature and immature gonad developments. Androst-5-en-17-one,3β (androst) and estran-3-one,17β (estran), two steroid hormones were identified at different levels of gonadal maturity of spiny lobsters. High concentrations of androst and estran were detected in the male spiny lobsters treated with thyroxine injections. Estran showed high concentrations in female brood stock of spiny lobsters during oogenesis stages both without eyestalk ablation and with ablation of one or two eyestalks, except in the immature female gonads. It was found that stearic acid was the highest and dominant fatty acid in mature male spiny lobster. Stearic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and caprylic acid were fatty acids with high concentrations in immature and mature female spiny lobsters. After 30 days in captivity, only stearic acid and oleic acid were found dominantly in eyestalk ablated mature female spiny lobsters.  相似文献

Panulirus argus Virus 1 (PaV1) is the first virus known to be pathogenic to a wild lobster. It infects the Caribbean spiny lobster P. argus from the Florida Keys, and has a predilection for juveniles. The monitoring of the virus in wild populations and study of its behavior in the laboratory require the development of reliable diagnostic tools. A sensitive and specific fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) assay was developed for detection of PaV1. The lower detection limit using a 110 bp DNA probe in a dot-blot hygridization for PaV1 DNA was 10 pg of cloned template PaV1 DNA and 10 ng of genomic DNA extracted from the hemolymph of diseased spiny lobster. The fluorescein (FITC)-labeled probe specifically hybridized to PaVl-infected cells in the hepatopancreas, hindgut, gills, heart, foregut, and nerve tissues. FITC staining was observed around the inner periphery of the nuclear membrane, with lighter staining in a more dispersed pattern within the nucleus. The probe did not hybridize with host tissues of uninfected spiny lobsters, nor did it cross-react with 4 other virus samples tested. This assay will facilitate our understanding of the pathogenesis of the viral disease and help in monitoring efforts directed at determining the prevalence of PaV1 in juvenile nurseries for this lobster.  相似文献

We describe the characterisation of four alpha satellite sequences which are found on a subset of the human acrocentric chromosomes. Direct sequence study, and analysis of somatic cell hybrids carrying specific human chromosomes indicate a unique 'higher-order structure' for each of the four sequences, suggesting that they belong to different subfamilies of alpha DNA. Under very high stringency of Southern hybridisation conditions, all four subfamilies were detected on chromosomes 13, 14 and 21, with 13 and 21 showing a slightly greater sequence homology in comparison to chromosome 14. None of these subfamilies were detected on chromosomes 15 and 22. In addition, we report preliminary evidence for a new alphoid subfamily that is specific for human chromosome 14. These results, together with those of earlier published work, indicate that the centromeres of the five acrocentric chromosomes are characterised by a number of clearly defined alphoid subfamilies or microdomains (with at least 5, 7, 3, 5 and 2 different ones on chromosomes 13, 14, 15, 21 and 22, respectively). These microdomains must impose a relatively stringent subregional pairing of the centromeres of two homologous chromosomes. The different alphoid subfamilies reported should serve as useful markers to allow further 'dissection' of the structure of the human centromere as well as the investigation of how the different nonhomologous chromosomes may interact in the aetiology of aberrations involving these chromosomes.  相似文献

Nucleolus organizer regions were detected by the Ag-AS silver method in fixed metaphase chromosomes from human and primates. In the human, silver was deposited in the secondary constriction of a maximum of five pairs of acrocentric chromosomes: 13, 14, 15, 21 and 22. The chimpanzee also had five pairs of acrocentric chromosomes stained, corresponding to human numbers 13, 14, 18, 21 and 22. A gibbon had a single pair of chromosomes with a secondary constriction, which corresponded to the nucleolus organizer region. In each case the Ag-AS method detected the sites which have been shown by in situ hybridization to contain the ribosomal RNA genes. An orangutan had eight pairs of acrocentric chromosomes stained with Ag-AS, probably corresponding to human numbers 13, 14, 15, 18, 21 and 22, plus two others. Two gorillas had silver stain over two pairs of small acrocentric chromosomes and at the telomere of one chromosome 1. The larger gorilla acrocentric chromosomes had no silver stain although they all had secondary constrictions and entered into satellite associations.  相似文献

Karyotypic and cytogenetic characteristics of catfish Harttia carvalhoi (Paraíba do Sul River basin, S?o Paulo State, Brazil) were investigated using differential staining techniques (C-banding, Ag-staining) and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) with 18S and 5S rDNA probes. The diploid chromosome number of females was 2n = 52 and their karyotype was composed of nine pairs of metacentric, nine pairs of submetacentric, four pairs of subtelocentric and four pairs of acrocentric chromosomes. The diploid chromosome number of males was invariably 2n = 53 and their karyotype consisted of one large unpaired metacentric, eight pairs of metacentric, nine pairs of submetacentric, four pairs of subtelocentric, four pairs of acrocentric plus two middle-sized acrocentric chromosomes. The differences between female and male karyotypes indicated the presence of a sex chromosome system of XX/XY1Y2 type, where the X is the largest metacentric and Y1 and Y2 are the two additional middle-sized acrocentric chromosomes of the male karyotype. The major rDNA sites as revealed by FISH with an 18S rDNA probe were located in the pericentromeric region of the largest pair of acrocentric chromosomes. FISH with a 5S rDNA probe revealed two sites: an interstitial site located in the largest pair of acrocentric chromosomes, and a pericentromeric site in a smaller metacentric pair of chromosomes. Translocations or centric fusions in the ancestral 2n = 54 karyotype is hypothesized for the origin of such multiple sex chromosome systems where females are fixed translocation homozygotes whereas males are fixed translocation heterozygotes. The available cytogenetic data for representatives of the genus Harttia examined so far indicate large kayotype diversity.  相似文献
