We studied predator-induced changes within a slowly growing mixed microbial assemblage that was sustained by algal exudates in a continuous cultivation system. In situ hybridization with fluorescent monolabeled oligonucleotide probes was used for a tentative community analysis. This method also allowed us to quantify the proportions of predators with ingested bacteria of different taxonomic groups. In addition, we determined grazing rates on bacteria with fluorescently labelled prey. Bacteria belonging to the alpha and beta subdivisions of the phylum Proteobacteria ((alpha)- and (beta)-Proteobacteria, respectively) showed very different responses to the addition of a bacterivorous flagellate, Bodo saltans. Within one day, filamentous protist-inedible bacteria developed; these belonged to the (beta)-Proteobacteria and constituted between 8.7 and 34% of bacteria from this subgroup. Total abundance of (beta)-Proteobacteria decreased from 3.05 x 10(sup6) to 0.23 x 10(sup6) cells ml(sup-1), and estimated cell division rates were low. Other morphologically inconspicuous protist-edible bacteria belonging to the (alpha)-Proteobacteria were found to respond to predation by an increase in growth rate. Although these bacteria were heavily grazed upon, as on average >85% of flagellate cells had ingested (alpha)-Proteobacteria, they numerically dominated after the addition of B. saltans (mean, 1.35 x 10(sup6) cells ml(sup-1)). It was thus mainly those fast-dividing strains of (alpha)-Proteobacteria that supported the growth of the flagellate population. We conclude that bacteria in mixed assemblages can adopt at least two distinct strategies as a reaction to intense flagellate predation: to outgrow predation pressure or to develop inedible, inactive filaments. Since these strategies occurred within 24 h after the addition of the flagellate, we hypothesize that chemical stimuli released by the predator may have triggered bacterial responses.  相似文献

Hydrolysis of an artificial fluorogenic substrate, 4-methylumbelliferyl-beta-N-acetylglucosaminide, has been studied in a monoculture predator-prey system with either a flagellate (Bodo saltans) or a ciliate (Cyclidium sp.) fed upon pure bacterial culture (Aeromonas hydrophila or Alcaligenes xylosoxidans). Aeromonas hydrophila produced a low-affinity beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase-like enzyme (K(m), >100 mumol liter) but Alcaligenes xylosoxidans did not. Inoculation of both bacterial strains with bacterivorous protozoa induced the occurrence of another, high-affinity, beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase-like enzyme (K(m), <0.5 mumol liter). The latter enzyme showed significant, close correlations with total grazing rates of both B. saltans (r = 0.96) and Cyclidium sp. (r = 0.89) estimated by using uptake of fluorescently labelled bacteria. Further significant correlations between several protozoan parameters and kinetic parameters of this enzyme suggest its likely protozoan origin. If both types of enzyme occurred together, they could be satisfactorily distinguished by using kinetic data analysis. Hence, measurements of beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase-like activities might be promising to use to improve estimations of protozoan bacterivory.  相似文献

Ultrapure waters (UPWs) containing low levels of organic and inorganic compounds provide extreme environment. On contrary to that microbes occur in such waters and form biofilms on surfaces, thus may induce corrosion processes in many industrial applications. In our study, refined saltless water (UPW) produced for the boiler of a Hungarian power plant was examined before and after storage (sampling the inlet [TKE] and outlet [TKU] waters of a storage tank) with cultivation and culture independent methods. Our results showed increased CFU and direct cell counts after the storage. Cultivation results showed the dominance of aerobic, chemoorganotrophic α-Proteobacteria in both samples. In case of TKU sample, a more complex bacterial community structure could be detected. The applied molecular method (T-RFLP) indicated the presence of a complex microbial community structure with changes in the taxon composition: while in the inlet water sample (TKE) α-Proteobacteria (Sphingomonas sp., Novosphingobium hassiacum) dominated, in the outlet water sample (TKU) the bacterial community shifted towards the dominance of α-Proteobacteria (Rhodoferax sp., Polynucleobacter sp., Sterolibacter sp.), CFB (Bacteroidetes, formerly Cytophaga-Flavobacterium-Bacteroides group) and Firmicutes. This shift to the direction of fermentative communities suggests that storage could help the development of communities with an increased tendency toward corrosion.  相似文献

We analyzed changes in bacterioplankton morphology and composition during enhanced protozoan grazing by image analysis and fluorescent in situ hybridization with group-specific rRNA-targeted oligonucleotide probes. Enclosure experiments were conducted in a small, fishless freshwater pond which was dominated by the cladoceran Daphnia magna. The removal of metazooplankton enhanced protozoan grazing pressure and triggered a microbial succession from fast-growing small bacteria to larger grazing-resistant morphotypes. These were mainly different types of filamentous bacteria which correlated in biomass with the population development of heterotrophic nanoflagellates (HNF). Small bacterial rods and cocci, which showed increased proportion after removal of Daphnia and doubling times of 6 to 11 h, belonged nearly exclusively to the beta subdivision of the class Proteobacteria and the Cytophaga-Flavobacterium cluster. The majority of this newly produced bacterial biomass was rapidly consumed by HNF. In contrast, the proportion of bacteria belonging to the gamma and alpha subdivisions of the Proteobacteria increased throughout the experiment. The alpha subdivision consisted mainly of rods that were 3 to 6 microm in length, which probably exceeded the size range of bacteria edible by protozoa. Initially, these organisms accounted for less than 1% of total bacteria, but after 72 h they became the predominant group of the bacterial assemblage. Other types of grazing-resistant, filamentous bacteria were also found within the beta subdivision of Proteobacteria and the Cytophaga-Flavobacterium cluster. We conclude that the predation regimen is a major structuring force for the bacterial community composition in this system. Protozoan grazing resulted in shifts of the morphological as well as the taxonomic composition of the bacterial assemblage. Grazing-resistant filamentous bacteria can develop within different phylogenetic groups of bacteria, and formerly underepresented taxa might become a dominant group when protozoan predation is the major selective pressure.  相似文献

通过构建16S rRNA克隆文库及采用核糖体DNA扩增片段酶切分析(ARDRA)的方法,研究施用生物防治剂枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂对烟草根际土壤细菌群落结构以及多样性的影响.采用文库库容值(C)、Shannon多样性指数(H)、Pielou 均匀度指数(E)和Margalef丰富度指数(R)对细菌多样性进行评价.系统发育分析表明: 对照及处理样品均检测到12个细菌类群:酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、变形菌门(α 、β 、δ 、γ-Proteobacteria)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes);但各细菌类群的结构组成及所占比例在不同样品间有较大差别.对照土壤中优势菌群为Acidobacteria(27.1%)和Proteobacteria(26.5%);处理土壤中则为Proteobacteria(38.0%)和Acidobacteria(29.6%);菌剂处理后土壤中,γ-Proteobacteria和α Proteobacteria所占比例明显提高,而β Proteobacteria、Planctomycetes和Firmicutes等菌群的数量则相对降低.多样性分析表明,土壤样品均具有丰富的细菌多样性,经枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂处理后,土壤细菌多样性指数和丰富度指数均提高.

A modified fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) method was used to analyze bacterial prey composition in protistan food vacuoles in both laboratory and natural populations. Under laboratory conditions, we exposed two bacterial strains (affiliated with beta- and gamma-Proteobacteria -- Aeromonas hydrophila and Pseudomonas fluorescens, respectively) to grazing by three protists: the flagellates Bodo saltans and Goniomonas sp., and the ciliate Cyclidium glaucoma. Both flagellate species preferably ingested A. hydrophila over P. fluorescens, while C. glaucoma showed no clear preferences. Differences were found in the digestion of bacterial prey with B. saltans digesting significantly faster P. fluorescens compared to two other protists. The field study was conducted in a reservoir as part of a larger experiment. We monitored changes in the bacterial prey composition available compared to the bacteria ingested in flagellate food vacuoles. Bacteria detected by probe HGC69a (Actinobacteria) and R-BT065 were negatively selected by flagellates. Bacteria detected by probe CF319a were initially positively selected but along with a temporal shift in bacterial cell size, this trend changed to negative selection during the experiment. Overall, our analysis of protistan food vacuole content indicated marked effects of flagellate prey selectivity on bacterioplankton community composition.  相似文献

The effect of temperature on length of time for digestion of bacteria was evaluated, by using fluorescently labeled bacteria (FLB), for phagotrophic flagellates and ciliates isolated from coastal northwest Mediterranean waters. Accumulation of FLB in protozoan food vacuoles was followed until a plateau of FLB per cell occurred; then after a 1:10 dilution of FLB with unlabeled bacteria, disappearance of FLB in food vacuoles was monitored. For both 3- to 5-μm flagellates and 10- to 40-μm ciliates, the absolute linear slopes of FLB uptake and disappearance were nearly identical in individual experiments over a temperature range of 12 to 22°C. We inferred from these results that the leveling off of the uptake curves resulted when equilibrium between ingestion and digestion of bacteria was attained. The time to leveling off then represented the average time needed for complete digestion of the bacteria ingested at the start of the experiment, and the inverse of this time represented a bacterial digestion rate. The digestion rate increased exponentially from 12 to 22°C for both a mixed flagellate assemblage and the oligotrichous ciliate Strombidium sulcatum, with a Q10 of 2.8 for the flagellates and 2.0 for the ciliate. Although bacterial ingestion rates varied greatly, depending on protozoan cell size, total bacterial abundance, and temperature, digestion times appeared to be significantly influenced only by protozoan cell size (or type of protozoan) and by temperature.  相似文献

The influence of grazing by a mixed assemblage of soil protozoa (seven flagellates and one amoeba) on bacterial community structure was studied in soil microcosms amended with a particulate resource (sterile wheat roots) or a soluble resource (a solution of various organic compounds). Sterilized soil was reinoculated with mixed soil bacteria (obtained by filtering and dilution) or with bacteria and protozoa. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) of PCR amplifications of 16S rRNA gene fragments, as well as community level physiological profiling (Biolog plates), suggested that the mixed protozoan community had significant effects on the bacterial community structure. Excising and sequencing of bands from the DGGE gels indicated that high-G+C gram-positive bacteria closely related to Arthrobacter spp. were favored by grazing, whereas the excised bands that decreased in intensity were related to gram-negative bacteria. The percentages of intensity found in bands related to high G+C gram positives increased from 4.5 and 12.6% in the ungrazed microcosms amended with roots and nutrient solution, respectively, to 19.3 and 32.9% in the grazed microcosms. Protozoa reduced the average bacterial cell size in microcosms amended with nutrient solution but not in the treatment amended with roots. Hence, size-selective feeding may explain some but not all of the changes in bacterial community structure. Five different protozoan isolates (Acanthamoeba sp., two species of Cercomonas, Thaumatomonas sp., and Spumella sp.) had different effects on the bacterial communities. This suggests that the composition of protozoan communities is important for the effect of protozoan grazing on bacterial communities.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to determine the shifts in the PCR-DGGE profiles of bacterial communities associated with the rhizosphere soil of ginseng at varying age levels. Differences in the dominance of intense DNA bands in the DGGE profile was observed over the age of the plants indicating the fluctuation in the microbial community structure. The bacterial orders of actinomycetales of Actinobacteria and Spingomonadales and Rhizobiales of α-Proteobacteria were predominant in the ginseng soil.  相似文献

The influence of insulin (17.4 nmol l-1) on total gas and methane production, the concentration of total and individual fatty acids and dry matter degradability was investigated in the rumen ciliate culture of Entodinium caudatum. The experimental groups consisted of control group (without insulin) and two groups with insulin application--single shot and long-term application (over 30 days). Fermentation activity of each experimental group was observed on two subgroups: whole protozoan culture (protozoa plus bacteria) and bacterial fraction (bacteria without protozoa). Long-term application of insulin significantly increased methane production and DM degradability in the whole protozoan culture. Total VFA concentration was significantly increased by long-term as well as single-dose application of insulin (by 255% and 158%, respectively). The growth of the protozoa was not influenced by insulin treatments. It can be concluded that the fermentation activity of the community of the rumen ciliate Entodinium caudatum culture was marked stimulated by application of insulin.  相似文献

The effect of exposure period and concentration of algae on the frequency of infection of aposymbiotic ciliates by algae obtained from the same clone of Paramecium bursaria syngen 2, was studied. The frequency of infection was roughly proportional to the algal concentration and to the exposure time of ciliates to algae. The relationship of algal concentration to infection frequency closely fitted the Poisson distribution curve for N = 1, suggesting that the minimum number of algae required to infect a single ciliate is 1. However, the data also strongly suggested that the average number of algae required to initiate infection of an average ciliate was ? 1,000. Three possible resolutions of this situation are: (a) the selection by the ciliate of a rare infective variant from a heterogeneous population: (b) the rare escape of an alga from digestion by the ciliate; and (c) the requirement for a large number of algae-ciliate contacts to induce susceptibility in the ciliate. Splitting the exposure of ciliates to algae into 2 periods of 0.5 h, separated by 5 h in the absence of algae, produced a much higher frequency of infection than a single l-h exposure, supporting the suggestion that the large number of algae is required to induce susceptibility in the ciliate which can then be infected by as few as a single algal cell.  相似文献

In the present paper, the bacterial communities in two soils, one from an agricultural sugarcane cropped field and the other from an unperturbed soil with similar geopedological characteristics, were characterized using the Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) method. FISH consists of in situ identification of bacteria using fluorescent labeled 16S rRNA targeted oligonucleotide probes visualizable under epifluorescence microscope. In the cultivated soil, in line with agricultural practice, the pre-emergence herbicide atrazine had been regularly applied each year at a concentration of 5 L/ha. The Shannon Diversity and Evenness Indices were also calculated using the phylogenetic data obtained from the FISH analysis. Although, at the sampling time (6 months after soil atrazine treatment), no residual herbicide concentration was found, the overall bacterial community results show a lower diversity and evenness in the agricultural soil than in the unperturbed one, demonstrating how microbiological indicators are sensitive to anthropogenic disturbance. In the natural soil, the dominant groups were α-Proteobacteria, β-Proteobacteria, and γ-Proteobacteria (representing more than 50 % of the bacteria), but in the agricultural soil, their abundance decreased significantly and represented just 31 % of the bacteria domain.  相似文献

The taxonomic composition of the ciliate assemblage and their taxon‐specific bacterial grazing rates in Lake Constance were investigated over the course of one year. Bacterial grazing rates were measured using natural fluorescently labelled bacteria (FLB) and compared to bacterial production. Small species such as Balanion planctonicum/Urotricha furcata and Rimostrombidium spp./Halteria sp. were the most numerous ciliates on the annual average. Larger ciliates such as Rimostrombidium lacustris and Limnostrombidium spp. contributed significantly to total ciliate biomass, but were relatively unimportant as bacterial grazers. Per capita ingestion rates ranged from 0–194 bacteria ciliate−1 h−1 and changed seasonally up to a hundredfold within a given taxon. 2005年在长江口赤潮频发海域调查期间,分别于4月27日、5月4日和5月8日,在zzf1、zc18a和ra5站位利用现场船基培养的方法,研究了添加到赤潮密度10^6cells L^-1的东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)对原生动物群落结构的影响。结果发现,赤潮密度的东海原甲藻抑制了小型无壳纤毛虫的种群数量,而没有抑制中大型砂壳纤毛虫和夜光虫(Noctiluca scintillans)的种群数量,从而使得原生动物群落向中大型种类演替,这种影响的程度与原生动物本身的群落组成和浮游植物的组成密切相关。添加东海原甲藻72h后,在以小型无壳纤毛虫管游虫(Cyrtostrombidium sp.)为优势种的zzf1站位,演替为以大型原生动物夜光虫为优势种的群落;在以中大型原生动物百乐拟铃虫(Tintinnospsis beroidea)和夜光虫为优势种的zc18a站位,仍然是以此为优势种,且大型原生动物夜光虫在群落中的比例上升;在以小型无壳纤毛虫急游虫2(Strombidium sp.2)为优势种的ra5站位,演替为以中大型原生动物百乐拟铃虫和亚速岛网纹虫(Favella azorica)为优势种的群落。zzf1和ra5站位实验组中原生动物的总丰度都呈下降趋势,而zc18a站位变化不明显,这是由于前两个站位的最优势种管游虫(zzf1站位)和急游虫2(ra5站位)的丰度迅速下降,而zc18a站位的优势种百乐拟铃虫和夜光虫的丰度比较稳定造成的。在zzf1和zc18a站位,对照组和实验组中原生动物的总生物量在实验前后都没有大的变化,而在ra5站位却均呈下降的趋势。这可能与浮游植物的组成有关,zzf1和zc18a站位是以无毒的锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)和螺旋环沟藻(Gyrodinium spirale)为主,而ra5站位是以有毒的亚历山大藻(Alexandriumsp.)为主。综上可见,可预测当东海大规模赤潮爆发时,会使原生动物群落向中大型种类演替,进而可能影响海洋生态系统的结构和功能。  相似文献

【目的】为了解东太平洋中国多金属结核勘探合同区西区2个站位(WBC1305和WBC1316A)深海沉积物细菌群多样性。【方法】直接提取环境样品总基因组,通过PCR和TA克隆策略构建了2个站位6个层次16S r RNA基因文库,对2个站位沉积物表层泥样中细菌多样性和群落结构特征进行分析,并通过构建系统发育树,进行系统发育学分析。【结果】2个站位6个文库共获得有效克隆533个,其中472个克隆包括α-变形菌纲、β-变形菌纲、γ-变形菌纲、δ-变形菌纲、浮霉菌门、酸杆菌门、硝化螺旋菌门、放线菌门、绿弯菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、迷踪菌门、芽单胞菌门、Hydrogenedentes、Chlorobi和Nitrospinae16个细菌类群,而另外61个克隆为不可分类细菌类群。【结论】结果表明γ-变形菌纲和厚壁菌门分别是WBC1305和WBC1316A站位的优势种群;WBC1316A站位细菌群落结构更加丰富和复杂。  相似文献

We investigated the diversity of the bacterial 16S rRNA genes occurring on the abdominal setal tufts and in the emptied midgut of the marine mudshrimp Pestarella tyrrhena (Decapoda: Thalassinidea). There were no dominant phylotypes on the setal tufts. The majority of the phylotypes belonged to the phylum Bacteroidetes, frequently occurring in the water column. The rest of the phylotypes were related to anoxygenic photosynthetic α-Proteobacteria and to Actinobacteria. This bacterial profile seems more of a marine assemblage rather than a specific one suggesting that no specific microbial process can be inferred on the setal tufts. In the emptied midgut, 64 clones were attributed to 16 unique phylotypes with the majority (40.6%) belonging to the γ-Proteobacteria, specifically to the genus Vibrio, a marine group with known symbionts of decapods. The next most abundant group was the ɛ-Proteobacteria (28.1%), with members as likely symbionts related to the processes involving redox reactions occurring in the midgut. In addition, phylotypes related to the Spirochaetes (10.9%) were also present, with relatives capable of symbiosis conducting a nitrite associated metabolism. Entomoplasmatales, Bacteroidetes and Actinobacteria related phylotypes were also found. These results indicate a specific bacterial community dominated by putative symbiotic Bacteria within the P. tyrrhena’s midgut.  相似文献

Top-down control of lower trophic levels, e.g., bacteria, has been suggested to increase along aquatic productivity gradients. The response by the bacterial community may be to become more predation resistant in highly productive environments. To test this hypothesis, samples were taken from 20 aquatic systems along a productivity gradient (dissolved organic carbon from 7 to 71 mg/L), during late summer. The results showed that the biomass of bacteria, phytoplankton, and ciliates increased along the gradient (r2 = 0.532, 0.426, and 0.758, P < 0.01, respectively). However, the organisms did not increase equally, and the ratio of protozoan to bacterial biomass showed a 100-fold increase along the gradient. Ciliates dominated the protozoan biomass in the more nutrient-rich waters. The edibility of colony-forming bacteria was tested using a ciliate predator, Tetrahymena pyriformis. Bacterial edibility was found to decrease with increases in nutrient richness and ciliate biomass in the aquatic systems (r2 = 0.358, P < 0.01; r2 = 0.242, P < 0.05, respectively). Quantile regression analysis indicated that the selection pressures on edible bacteria were increasing along the productivity gradient. Thus, inedible forms of bacteria were selected for in the transition from oligotrophic to eutrophic conditions. Isolated bacteria were distributed among the alpha-, beta-, and gamma- Proteobacteria and the Actinobacteria and Firmicutes taxa. We conclude that bacterial predation resistance increases in nutrient-rich waters with high protozoan predation.  相似文献

Bacterial mortality was studied using two complementary methods between 2002 and 2004 in the two main basins (north and south) of Lake Tanganyika. The disappearance of radioactivity from the DNA of natural assemblages of bacteria previously labeled with tritiated thymidine was used to estimate the mortality due to grazing by predators (72%) and due to the cell lysis (28%). Measurements of ingestion rate of bacteria by protozoa using fluorescent micro-particles yielded protozoan grazing rates similar to those provided by the thymidine method, and showed that heterotrophic nano-flagellates were responsible for most of the grazing pressure on the bacterial community of the pelagic zone (92-99%). Bacterial cell lysis was the second process involved in bacterial mortality, ranking before ciliate grazing. Overall, bacterial mortality was balanced with bacterial production. With regard to the assessment of the trophic role of bacteria, it was estimated that c. 5-8% of the organic carbon taken up by bacteria was converted into protozoan biomass and was thus available for metazoans.  相似文献

We studied the planktonic food web in eutrophic Sau Reservoir (Catalonia, NE Spain). Along the longitudinal axis from the Ter River downstream to the dam, we characterized a microbial succession of food web dominance of bacteria‐HNF‐ciliates. The Ter River transports a large load of organic material into the reservoir, with a bacterial density of ∼9 · 106 large cells per ml. While at the first lacustrine station of the Reservoir HNF were the dominant bacterial consumers, at the others, an oligotrich ciliate, Halteria grandinella, was the main protozoan bacterivore. Most of the bacterial production in the reservoir epilimnion was consumed by grazing. The spatial succession of the reservoir microbial food webs was followed downstream by maximum densities of their potential predators among zoo‐plankters – rotifers, and early developmental stages of copepods.  相似文献

We studied the influence of temperature (4 to 66(deg)C) on the microbial dechlorination of 2,3,4,6-tetrachlorobiphenyl (2,3,4,6-CB) incubated for 1 year in anaerobic sediments from Woods Pond in Lenox, Mass., and Sandy Creek Nature Center Pond (SCNC) in Athens, Ga. Seven discrete dechlorination reactions were observed, four of which occurred in both sediments. These were 2,3,4,6-CB (symbl) 2,4,6-CB, 2,3,4,6-CB (symbl) 2,3,6-CB, 2,4,6-CB (symbl) 2,6-CB, and 2,3,6-CB (symbl) 2,6-CB. Three additional reactions occurred only in Woods Pond sediment. These were 2,4,6-CB (symbl) 2,4-CB, 2,4-CB (symbl) 2-CB, and 2,4-CB (symbl) 4-CB. The dechlorination reactions exhibited at least four different temperature dependencies in SCNC sediment and at least six in Woods Pond sediment. We attribute the discrete dechlorination reactions to different polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-dechlorinating microorganisms with distinct specificities. Temperature influenced the timing and the relative predominance of parallel pathways of dechlorination, i.e., meta versus para dechlorination of 2,3,4,6-CB and ortho versus para dechlorination of 2,4,6-CB and 2,4-CB. meta dechlorination of 2,3,4,6-CB to 2,4,6-CB dominated at all tested temperatures except at 18 and 34(deg)C, where para dechlorination to 2,3,6-CB dominated in some replicates. The dechlorination of 2,4,6-CB was restricted to (symbl)15 to 30(deg)C in both sediments. Temperature affected the lag time preceding the dechlorination of 2,4,6-CB in both sediments and affected the preferred route of its dechlorination in Woods Pond sediment. para dechlorination dominated at 20(deg)C, and ortho dechlorination dominated at 15(deg)C, but at 18 and 22 to 30(deg)C the relative dominance of ortho versus para dechlorination of 2,4,6-CB varied. These data indicate that field temperatures play a significant role in controlling the nature and the extent of the PCB dechlorination that occurs at a given site.  相似文献
