The in vitro digestibility of two-stage dried olive cake (TSDOC) and olive leaves (OL) unsupplemented or supplemented with increasing amounts of urea (U) or sunflower meal (SM) (0, 1.5, 2 and 2.5 g/100 g organic matter (OM) of the by-product) was determined. Chemical and amino acid composition, in vitro digestibility, in situ rumen degradability of crude protein and amino acids, and in situ–in vitro intestinal digestibility of SM CP and amino acids was determined. The in sacco rumen degradability and in vitro intestinal availability of CP and individual amino acids were also determined. Results obtained in Granadina goats and Segureña wethers were compared. SM provides arginine, glycine and aspartic and glutamic acids. The addition of increasing amounts of U or SM improved (P<0.001) the IVDMD and IVOMD of both TSDOC and OL. There was no effect (P>0.05) of the rumen inoculum origin on in vitro TSDOC digestibility. In contrast, values for OL were higher (P<0.001) for goats versus sheep. In sacco ruminal CP degradability of SM was relatively high, and similar in sheep and goats (ED=0.78 and 0.75 for sheep and goats). Individual amino acid ruminal degradability had different values, being lowest for methionine, leucine, proline, tyrosine and cysteine. Values obtained for individual amino acids differed from those of CP. Apparent intestinal digestibility of undegraded protein (AIDUP) of SM was high (0.86 and 0.98, respectively, for sheep and goats). The intestinally absorbable protein (IADP) was low (18.9 and 24.0 for sheep and goats, respectively). Results indicate that goats and sheep have the same capacity for TSDOC digestion, but goats showed a better capacity than sheep for OL utilisation. Although the amino acids supply to the intestine from SM is not important it could be a good supplement for low degradable protein feedstuffs such as TSDOC and OL. 相似文献

Data on lambs born per ewe put to the ram (LB/EP), lambs born per ewe lambing (LB/EL), milk production through lactation and lactation length up to six lambings of 603 Awassi (A), East-Friesian (EF), A × EF (F1), F1 × F1 (F2), EF × F1 (1/4A), 1/4A × F1 (3/8A1) and 3/8A1 × 3/8A1 (3/8A2) ewes bred in the same flock in the years 1956–1971 were analysed. The data were obtained from 2293 ewe-years, 1993 lambings and 1698 lactations. Genotype, age at lambing and sire within genotype had an (P < 0.05) effect on each trait. Effect of year of birth, genotype by age at lambing interaction and genotype by year of birth interaction were significant (P < 0.05) for milk production but not for lamb production. The effects of litter size on milk yield and lactation length were not significant. Least squares means (LSM) of LB/EP were highest in 3/8A2 (1.48) and lowest in Awassi (0.98). LSMs of LB/EL were highest in EF (1.60), and lowest in Awassi (1.11). The LSMs of milk yield of A, F1, F2 and 3/8A2 were similar, ranging from 223 to 248.1. The milk yield of EF was the lowest: only 161 1. The LSMs for lactation length were similar in all genotypes, about 198 days except for 1/4A and EF which had shorter (P < 0.05) lactations. The Awassi-transmitted effects were positive (P < 0.001) for lactation length and milk yield, and negative (P < 0.001) for LB/EL. Heterosis (P < 0.001) was found for LB/EL, milk yield and lactation length. Recombination effect was not significant for any trait. 相似文献

The ability of faecal composition to accurately predict nutritional characteristics of browse-containing sheep diets was investigated. Predictive regression models were developed using data derived from three feeding experiments conducted with Acacia saligna (i.e., Avena sativa control and five inclusion levels of A. saligna), Chamaecytisus palmensis (i.e., A. sativa control and five inclusion levels) and Atriplex amnicola (i.e., A. sativa control and five inclusion levels). The fourth experiment conducted to validate the predictive models included six levels of A. saligna and five levels of C. palmensis. Feed and faecal samples collected from six replicate sheep were analysed for neutral detergent fiber (NDFom), acid detergent fiber (ADFom), lignin(sa), ash and crude protein (CP) contents. Total phenolics (TP) and tannin (TT) contents and in vitro gas production of the feed samples were also measured. Organic matter digestibility (OMD), short chain fatty acid production (SCFA) and metabolizable energy (ME) content of diets were determined. Feed and faecal data of experiments 1, 2 and 3 were pooled. Correlation coefficients among feed and faecal variables were estimated. The predictive regression models of dietary characteristics were developed from faecal composition by a stepwise regression procedure. The significant (i.e., P<0.05) predictive model with the highest R2 and lowest residual standard deviation (RSD) was selected (i.e., best-fit predictive model). The model was used to predict nutritional characteristics of diets in the validation experiment from respective faecal indices. The predicted nutritional characteristics were then regressed against measured nutritional characteristics. The best-fit predictive regression model for dietary CP had a very low R2 (0.21). The best-fit regression models predicting dietary TP, TT, OMD, SCFA and ME from faecal N, ash and lignin(sa)/NDFom had R2 greater than 0.78 and low RSD. In the validation experiment, regressions between measured and predicted TP and TT had positive intercepts (P<0.05) and low R2. Slopes of these regressions were much lower than 1.0. Intercepts of the regressions between measured and predicted OMD, SCFA and ME did not different from zero. The R2 of these regressions were very high and slopes were close to 1. Dietary CP content of browse-containing diets cannot be predicted from faecal fiber, lignin(sa) and ash contents. However, these faecal indices collectively can predict the OMD, SCFA production and ME contents of browse-containing diets, and these predictive models have broad application. Further research is necessary to understand the poor validity of the predictive models of TP and TT. 相似文献

Cell wall-bound hydroxycinnamic acids and the composition of lignin were studied in relation to the digestibility of a collection of 91 maize silages in wethers. Total lignin and guaiacyl content showed the highest correlation coefficients with digestibility. Using the above-mentioned chemical parameters, eight equations were also developed to predict digestibility. The prediction of organic matter digestibility produced a high adjusted R 2 value (0.487) using total lignin, guaiacyl, esterified ferulic acid and esterified p-coumaric acid content as predictors. The prediction of in vivo dry matter digestibility produced a higher adjusted R 2 value (0.516) using the same variables as predictors. Cell wall digestibility depends on a multiplicity of factors and it is not possible to attribute a causal effect on in vivo digestibility to any single factor. However, total lignin, guaiacyl and p-coumaric acid content emerge as good predictors of digestibility. 相似文献

The investigation aimed at examining if the composition of grassland silage affects the microbial nitrogen assimilation in the rumen of sheep. The silages were made of vegetative summer re-growths consisting of 48% grasses, 28% legumes and 24% other forbs (GCF) or of pure grass (G). Silage GCF contained more intermediately degradable non-structural and less slowly degradable carbohydrates, more crude protein (CP), a narrower ratio between slow and very slow degradable nitrogen (N), and exhibited higher in situ degradability of organic matter and CP than Silage G. Four adult wethers equipped with rumen fistulae were used in a two factorial trial. Feed was offered either as silage alone or as a mixture of silage and barley (60:40). Microbial N was estimated using continuous intraruminal 15N infusion and measurement of 15N-enrichment in microbes isolated from rumen liquor samples. With the exception of trends for ruminal butyrate concentrations, no interactions were detected between silage and barley feeding. Sheep receiving Silage GCF exhibited larger diurnal fluctuations of ammonia, and produced more microbial N (p < 0.05) than sheep on Silage G. Feeding the silages with barley decreased ruminal pH and elevated the concentrations of butyrate (p < 0.05). The 15N incorporation into microbial N was reduced by barley feeding (p < 0.05) along with a trend to accelerated rumen fluid turnover, resulting in similar microbial N yields as found in sheep receiving silage without barley. It is concluded that the larger and better balanced amounts of intermediately degradable carbohydrate- and N-containing fractions favoured the ruminal microbial protein synthesis in sheep consuming Silage GCF instead of Silage G. 相似文献

The long-term effects of adding chestnut (CHE; Castanea sativa) and valonea (VAL; Quercus valonea) tannin-rich extracts to sheep feed were investigated. In Experiment 1, sheep (65 kg BW) were fed 842 g/day of a ryegrass-based hay. The control-treated animals (CON) received 464 g/day of concentrate, and tannin-treated animals received the same amount of concentrate additionally containing 20 g of the respective tannin-rich extract. Hay and concentrates were offered together in one meal. After the onset of treatment, methane release was measured in respiration chambers for 23.5-h intervals (nine times) in a 190-days period. Faeces and urine were collected three times (including once before the onset of the tannin treatment) to assess digestibility and urinary excretion of purine derivatives. Based on the results obtained from Experiment 1, a second experiment (Experiment 2) was initiated, in which the daily tannin dosage was almost doubled (from 0.9 (Experiment 1) to 1.7 g/kg BW0.75). With the exception of the dosage and duration of the treatment (85 days), Experiment 2 followed the same design as Experiment 1, with the same measurements. In an attempt to compare in vitro and in vivo effects of tannin supplementation, the same substrates and tannin treatments were examined in the Hohenheim gas test. In vitro methane production was not significantly different between treatments. None of the tannin-rich extract doses induced a reduction in methane in the sheep experiments. On the 1st day of tannin feeding in both experiments, tannin inclusion tended to decrease methane release, but this trend disappeared by day 14 in both experiments. In balance period 3 of Experiment 1, lower dry matter and organic matter digestibility was noted for tannin treatments. The digestibility of CP, but not NDF or ADF, was reduced in both experiments. A significant shift in N excretion from urine to faeces was observed for both tannin-rich extracts in both experiments, particularly in Experiment 2. In balance period 2 of Experiment 2, an increased intake of metabolisable energy for VAL was observed. The urinary excretion of purine derivatives was not significantly different between treatments, indicating that microbial protein synthesis was equal for all treatments. Thus, we concluded that both tannin-rich extracts temporary affect processes in the rumen but did not alter methane release over a longer period. 相似文献

Pen feeding and metabolism trials were conducted to determine intake, diet digestibility and nitrogen (N) use in three hair sheep breeds with differing growth potential offered an alfalfa hay diet. For pen feeding, 24 6-mo-old wether lambs, equally representing the Barbados Blackbelly, Katahdin, and St. Croix breeds, were paired by breed, placed in 12 enclosed cement-floor pens (2.5 m × 3.5 m), and offered chopped alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.; 17.6% CP, 50.4% NDF, and 36.4% ADF) ad libitum. Lambs were allowed a 14-d adaptation period to pens and diets, and remained on trial for 56 d. Starting body weight (BW) was different (P < 0.05) among breeds (Barbados Blackbelly: 23.8 kg; Katahdin: 36.5 kg; St. Croix: 29.1 kg). Daily gain was not different (P < 0.10) between Katahdin (131 g/d) and St. Croix (117 g/d), but both were higher (P < 0.05) than Barbados Blackbelly (87 g/d). Daily dry matter hay intake was similar among breeds (107–109 g/kg BW0.75), and feed to gain ratio ranged from 8.7 in St. Croix and 9.1 in Katahdin to 10.5 in Barbados Blackbelly, but was not different (P > 0.10) among breeds. Six lambs per breed were used in the metabolism trial. Total DMI was greater (P < 0.01) for Katahdin (1196 g/d) than St. Croix (907 g/d) and Barbados Blackbelly (858 g/d), but was not different (P > 0.10) adjusted for body weight (mean: 71 g/kg BW0.75). Coefficients of apparent digestibility for DM (P < 0.06), OM (P < 0.06), N (P < 0.05), NDF (P < 0.08), and ADF (P < 0.08) were higher for Katahdin compared to Barbados Blackbelly with St. Croix intermediate. Intake of N (P < 0.01), feces N (P < 0.08), urine N (P < 0.01), absorbed N (P < 0.01), and retained N (P < 0.05) also were greater for Katahdin compared to St. Croix and Barbados Blackbelly. Blood glucose, urea-N, and creatinine were not different (P > 0.10) among breeds. Breeds differed in their growth performance in line with breed mature size, and differences were observed in N digestibility and absorption. 相似文献

The article discusses the effect on solubility in cellulolytic enzyme suspensions, digestibility in vitro and crude protein content (F × 6.25) of treating barley straw with various dosages of NH3 (2.6–5.9%), at various temperatures (15–75°C) for various treatment times (1–14 days). An increase in any of the above factors resulted in an increased intensity of treatment, with an increase in temperature of 15°C being equal to an increased NH3-dosage level of 1.5% or prolongation of the treatment time by a factor of 4.5Digestibility in vitro increased with increased intensity of treatment, until a maximum level was obtained. Beyond this point, an increase in NH3-dosage, or especially in temperature, tended to decrease digestibility in vitro. Maximum digestibility could be obtained, for example, with 2.6% NH3, 62°C and 4 days incubation, or 5.9% NH3, 30°C and 3–7 days incubation.Likewise, both solubility in cellulolytic enzyme suspensions and crude protein content increased with increased intensity of treatment, up to a certain level. Thereafter, increased dosing with NH3, higher temperatures or longer incubation times had little or no effect. However, maximum values were obtained with a greater intensity of treatment than the maximum digestibility in vitro, and no tendency towards decreased values was observed.Increased enzyme solubility, beyond that corresponding to maximum digestibility in vitro, was accompanied by an increased rate of fermentation and a decreased content of neutral detergent fibre.Treatment with heat (100°C) and pressure after incubation, to simulate pelleting before evaporation of surplus NH3, was also investigated. Only after the lowest incubation temperatures, however, was there an obvious tendency towards increased digestibility. The enzyme solubility was, on the other hand, very obviously increased. Crude protein content was also slightly increased by the heat- and pressure-treatment. 相似文献

Combined experiments of the isotope dilution method of [1-13C]leucine, open-circuit calorimetry and nitrogen (N) balance test were used to determine the effect of the source of N supplementation on N balance, whole body protein synthesis (WBPS) and degradation (WBPD) in sheep. The experiment was performed in a replicated 3 × 3 Latin square design. The control diet consisted of timothy hay, ground maize and soybean meal. The urea diet was the control diet supplemented with 1.5% urea. The SBM diet contained the same N and metabolisable energy as the urea diet, which was reached by changing ground maize and soybean meal weights of the control diet. Nitrogen retention was greater (p < 0.05) for the urea diet than the control and SBM diets. Plasma urea concentrations were highest for the SBM diet, followed by the urea diet, and the control diet was lowest. The WBPS and WBPD did not differ between diets, but were numerically lower for the urea and SBM diets. These results suggest that in sheep, urea supplementation influenced N retention without clear changes in WBPS and WBPD. 相似文献

Dehydrated lucerne of low (L: 0.53), normal (N: 0.55) and high (H: 0.73) in vivo dry matter (DM) digestibility were treated with ammonia or urea to study the effects on in situ and pepsin-cellulase DM digestibilities, water solubility and nitrogen content (Experiments 1, 2, 4) and on cell wall composition and degradability (Experiment 3). (1) N lucerne was treated with 30 g NH3 kg−1 DM for 1 to 12 weeks at 30°C and 2 to 6 days at 80°C; (2) L, N and H lucerne were treated with increasing ammonia levels: 15 to 100 g kg−1 DM for 3 weeks at 30°C and 4 days at 80°C; (3) L, N and H lucerne were treated with 60 g NH3 kg−1 DM for 3 weeks at 30°C and 4 days at 80°C; (4) L, N and H lucerne were treated with 60 g urea kg−1 DM without addition of urease for 3 and 6 weeks at 30°C. All treatments were carried out at 40% humidity. In situ and pepsin-cellulase DM digestibilities increased significantly (P < 0.05) with the duration of treatment (up to 3 weeks at 30°C and 4 days at 80°C) and with the level of ammonia (P < 0.01) (up to 30 g kg−1 DM). The greatest improvements (similar at both temperatures) were for L, N and H of 7.3, 7.2 and 3.9 points for in situ and of 10.6, 11.3 and 6.3 points for cellulase digestibilities, respectively. Water solubility also increased with duration of treatment and level of ammonia (P < 0.01) and was greater at 80°C than at 30°C. Urea treatment significantly improved (P < 0.01) digestibilities and water solubility but the doubling of treatment duration had no influence. The degree of ureolysis was only 50 to 60%. Ammonia and urea treatments considerably increased (P < 0.01) nitrogen content.Treatment with 60 g NH3 kg−1 DM induced a decrease in ethanol insoluble residue content, which was significant (P < 0.01 for L and N, P < 0.05 for H) at 80°C but not at 30°C, and was greater for L and N than for H (about 12 and 5 points, respectively). This decrease was essentially due to solubilisation of hemicelluloses (− 15%) and uronic acids (− 26%). Thus, at 30°C, the chemical solubility of the cell wall was lower than at 80°C for the same total increase in microbial degradation. This result indicates that other phenomena are involved, such as an increase in cell wall porosity and consequently improved accessibility of cell wall polysaccharides to glycolytic enzymes. 相似文献

The present study was undertaken to investigate how three different fibre sources, sugar beet pulp, soya bean hulls and pectin residue, constituting 15% of diets for growing pigs, influenced daily body gain, feed conversion, apparent faecal digestibility and nitrogen and energy balances. Eight castrated crossbreed pigs (30-80 kg live weight) were used in a replicated 4 x 4 Latin-square design with one control diet and three fibre containing diets. Daily body weight gain and feed conversion were not affected by the dietary treatments. The apparent faecal digestibility of organic matter (OM) and energy were significantly lower for the fibre diets (OM: 0.81-0.85; energy: 0.78-0.83) compared to the control diet (OM: 0.88; energy: 0.86). The apparent faecal digestibility of crude protein (CP) was lower for the fibre diets (0.71-0.78) compared to the control diet (0.83), although it was only significantly lower for the sugar beet pulp and pectin residue diets. The pectin residue diet, which contained the highest amount of dietary fibre, lignin and insoluble non-starch polysaccharides, had the lowest digestibility of OM, CP and energy. There was a tendency (p = 0.07) for a diet effect on retained nitrogen in proportion to digested nitrogen, where the sugar beet pulp and pectin residue diets had numerically the highest values. Heat production and retained energy in proportion to metabolizable energy intake were not affected by fibre inclusion. It was concluded that the inclusion of sugar beet pulp, soya bean hulls and pectin residue in diets for growing pigs decreased the apparent faecal digestibility and in the diets with sugar beet pulp and pectin residue higher utilization of digested nitrogen for retention compensated for the lower amount of digested nitrogen. 相似文献

The aim of the experiment was to determine the impact of heat stress on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance in sheep fed silages differing in fibre quality. The digestibility trial was conducted at three different ambient temperatures (15°C, 25°C and 35°C for 24 h/d). The tested brown-midrib maize (Bm) silage had a higher nutrient digestibility, except for ether extract (EE) and a higher metabolisable energy (ME) content than the control maize (Con) silage. Nitrogen (N) excretion with faeces was higher but N excretion with urine was lower for sheep fed Bm silage, subsequently N balance did not differ between the two silages. Temperature had no effect on nutrient digestibility, except for crude protein (CP), but N excretion with urine was lower at elevated temperatures. A diet by temperature interaction was found for dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) digestibility. When the ambient temperature increased from 15°C to 25°C, the DM and OM digestibility increased in animals fed Con silage, but decreased in animals fed Bm silage. Concomitantly, ME estimated from digestible nutrients was higher for Bm than for Con at 15°C, but no differences were found at 25°C and 35°C. Effects of diet by temperature interaction, furthermore, were observed for EE and CP digestibility. Therefore, forage quality has to be considered when feeding heat-stressed animals. 相似文献

This study was conducted to assess effects of sun-drying and/or addition of an exogenous enzyme (ENZ) preparation on intake, digestibility of nutrients and recovery values of secondary metabolites (SM) in the gastrointestinal tract of sheep fed Atriplex halimus (AH) foliages. A randomized block design for 28 d was used for four experimental treatments based on either fresh (AH-F) or sun-dried (AH-S) A. halimus foliages in the absence (?ENZ) or presence (+ENZ) of 10 g/sheep/d of the exogenous of ZADO® enzyme preparation. Three adult sheep weighing 51 ± 2.7 kg were fed for each experimental treatment. The ENZ was added daily with a small amount of concentrate to help balance the dietary metabolizable energy concentration. Nutrient intake and digestibility, N balance and recovery of SM (i.e., total phenolics (TP), saponins (SP), alkaloids (AK), aqueous fraction (AF)) in the gastrointestinal tract were determined. Levels of most nutrients did not differ between AH-F and AH-S foliages, but the AH-S contained less than half of the SM in AH-F. Drying of A. halimus and ENZ addition increased (P=0.001) intake as well as OM and NDFom digestibility (P=0.02). Feed intake and digestibility were higher (P=0.01) in AH-S with ENZ addition. Intake of N by sheep fed the treatment diets depended on DM intake as the dietary concentration of N in the diets was similar. Thus AH-S sheep supplemented with ENZ had higher (P=0.001) N intake. Digestibility of N was similar to DM and OM digestibility, and was higher (P=0.03) in AH-S sheep supplemented with ENZ. Drying and ENZ addition to the diet increased (P=0.004) recovery of all SM. The fate of these compounds in the rumen needs to be evaluated considering that SM have been implicated in fiber and protein degradation in the rumen. The study showed that there are beneficial impacts of sun-drying and/or dietary exogenous enzyme addition for sheep fed A. halimus. 相似文献

Highly adaptable and versatile populations of domestic sheep, the result of millennia of intense husbandry, are found in almost every corner of the world. Here we describe a genetic survey of sheep from the western fringe of its European distribution. We studied the mitochondrial DNA control region sequences from 161 individuals belonging to 7 Portuguese sheep breeds. Our study revealed a high level of genetic diversity, with an average breed haplotype diversity of 0.983, substantially above that observed in central European breeds, as well as the presence of maternal lineages until now only found in the Middle East and Asia. A broad north-south pattern describes the most important trend in the Portuguese sheep population with a southern population clearly distinct from most other breeds. A recurrent influx of new genetic diversity, probably via the Mediterranean Sea, may explain these patterns and appears to corroborate the importance of this maritime route in the history of both mankind and livestock. Zooarchaeological studies of sheep bones from southern Portugal indicate a marked size increase during the Moslem period that may reflect an improvement of this animal--perhaps part of the well known "Arab agricultural revolution" in Andalusia. This could have been a time when the gene pool of Iberian sheep was substantially enriched and may help to explain the history of modern sheep breeds in this peninsula. 相似文献

The effective degradability of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) and amino acids (AA), and the intestinal effective digestibility (IED) of DM and CP of a green forage corn (GC) and its silage (EC) were determined on freeze-dried samples using three rumen and duodenum cannulated wethers. Two rumen incubations with duplicate bags were performed for each feed. Rumen degradation was determined on one series of bags from each incubation. The other series was freeze-dried and used to determine IED using mobile nylon bags. Microbial contamination of rumen incubated residues (determined with 15N techniques) fitted exponential functions, which showed a greater microbial contribution in EC than in GC in the undegradable DM (18.6% vs. 13.5%) and CP (81.7% vs. 69.4%). Degradability was calculated considering the particle rumen outflow rate (kp : 0.056/h) of the EC (EDp) or additionally the rate of comminution and mixing (kc : 0.130/h) of these particles (EDcp). Ensiling increased EDp (9.33%, p < 0.01) or EDcp (5.30%, p = 0.062) of DM and was associated with losses of nitrogen and with large changes in the AA profile. It is necessary to correct the microbial contamination, because it represents 32.0% (GC) and 42.5% (EC) of the undegraded CP when using kp and kc . Ensiling caused higher degradabilities for some AA as well as large differences in the changes due to the rumen fermentation on the AA profile. However, it had only limited effects on the undegraded protein profile. Ensiling also reduced the IED of DM (23.3% vs. 14.6%; p = 0.057). In conclusion, results do not show losses of nutritive value by ensiling corn cut at vitreous grain stage. 相似文献

Barley straw in a 10-t stack was treated with anhydrous ammonia (40 kg t?1 straw dry matter). Four bales, two buried in the stack and two with one face exposed, were sampled before treatment, at 54 days (1 day after the stack was first opened) and at regular intervals thereafter for a further 12 days. The total nitrogen content of the straw increased from the 6.7 g kg?1 straw dry matter present before treatment to 20.7 g kg?1 at day 54. Ammonia nitrogen contributed 7.4 g and non-ammonia nitrogen 6.6 g of this increase. There was a rapid loss of ammonia on opening the stack and this continued for the first week; thereafter ammonia was lost at a much slower rate. In all, 39% of the ammonia nitrogen present 1 day after opening was lost by the end of the sampling period. This loss accounted for the 18% reduction in total nitrogen recorded over the same period. Loss of nitrogen did not affect the digestibility of treated straw as determined by the nylon bag method using sheep. Digestibility, whether expressed as loss of dry matter or as digestibility of cellulose, remained constant throughout. Added water-insoluble nitrogen appeared to be more readily available than that initially present in untreated straw. The position of bales within the stack did not affect results significantly. 相似文献
