UV-irradiated Chinese hamster cells on post-irradiation treatment with caffeine in growth medium for 24 h gave rise to biphasic UV-survival curves. At caffeine concentrations between 0.001 and 0.1 mM, control and caffeine-grown cells had similar survival curves initially from 0 to 30 J/m2. At fluences greater than 30 J/m2, there was effectively only little further killing of caffeine-grown cells beyond that observed at 30 J/m2. At concentrations of caffeine greater than 0.5 mM, there was a gradual sensitization in the early part of the survival curve with increasing caffeine concentrations; but at fluences greater than 3 J/m2, the slopes in the survival curves decreased very much.It has been proposed that the initial sensitization observed at low UV fluences is due to the suppression of post-replication repair by caffeine. After high fluences of UV exposures in these excision-deficient cells, in the presence of caffeine, the possibility of an induced ‘SOS’-like repair process has been suggested. This suggestion was supported by the observation that caffeine increased the yield of the UV-induced 8-azaguanine-resistant mutants only for the cell population exposed to UV fluences greater than 30 J/m2.  相似文献

Alkaline sucrose sedimentation studies of DNA from mouse L cells have demonstrated the following effects of several inhibitors of nucleic acid and protein synthesis on postreplication repair of ultraviolet (UV) damage to their DNA. The DNA newly synthesized by a 2 h [3H]thymidine (dThd) label following 254 nm UV irradiation of 20 J/m2 is made in smaller segments of the number average mol wt (Mn) of ~10 × 106 than the control of ~40 × 106. The presence of caffeine at a concentration of 2 mM during the labeling of the irradiated cells reduces the Mn value to 5.8 × 106, which is nearly comparable to, but somewhat larger than the expected distance between dimers in parental DNA. Afterwards, such an interrupted DNA made in the irradiated cells is completely repaired to the present maximum Mn value of 40 × 106 in the consecutive 4 h chase in unlabeled dThd. The presence of the nucleic acid inhibitor, either 2 mM hydroxyurea, 50 μM arabinofuranosyl cytosine, 2 mM excess dThd or 5 μg/ml of actinomycin D (AMD) during 2- to 24-h chase periods after a 2 h postirradiation label prevents the repair to various extents, while 2 mM caffeine completely inhibits it. In the unirradiated cells, these agents except excess dThd and caffeine also interfere severely with normal elongation of nascent DNA made by a 3 min pulse label, but do not appreciably induce single chain breaks of either newly synthesized or parental DNA. The inhibition of the repair by AMD suggests that de novo elongation of DNA to close the gaps in new DNA made in the irradiated cells requires at least a template-dependent DNA polymerase. In contrast, 100 μg/ml of cycloheximide allows to complete the gap-filling repair, while it simply reduces the rates of chain growth for the repair and normal replication. Therefore, the similar sensitivity of gap-filling repair and normal replication towards the above inhibitors indicates that a preexisting DNA polymerizing system appears to be responsible and to play a common role without new protein synthesis, as far as the repair at early time after UV is concerned.  相似文献

The effect of caffeine on Chinese hamster V79 cells after treatment with the highly mutagenic (+/-)-7 beta,8 alpha-dihydroxy-9 alpha, 10 alpha-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene, and the weaker mutagen (+/-)-7 beta,8 alpha-dihydroxy-9 beta,10 beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene, B[a]P-deiol-epoxide II, was studied at both the biological and molecular levels. Caffeine, at nontoxic dose levels, caused a synergistic reduction in cell survival induced by both isomers and also inhibited DNA elongation as measured by alkaline sucrose-gradient analysis of nascent DNA. However, caffeine did not affect the induction of either ouabain-resistant mutants or sister-chromatid exchanges by either isomer. These results suggest that enhanced cell killing by caffeine in benzo[a]pyrene-diol-epoxide treated V79 cells may be related to caffeine's inhibitory effect on DNA elongation. However, inhibition of DNA elongation by caffeine did not influence the resulting induced levels of mutagenesis or sister-chromatid exchanges.  相似文献

Asynchronously growing Chinese hamster cells (M3-1) were UV-irradiated (λ = 254 nm) and then incubated with/without caffeine (2 mM) for 20 h. Microscopic evaluation of metaphase spreads revealed that after UV-irradiation alone (5.0 J/m2) and caffeine treatment alone, the percentage of cells with condensed chromatin appearing fragmented and/or pulverized (‘GCS-like’ cells; GCS, Generalized Chromosome Shattering) was very low while it was high following the combined treatment. Cytogenetic and flow cytometric analysis of cells obtained by mechanical shaking cultures treated with UV and caffeine indicated that ‘GCS-like’ cells have the same DNA content as untreated cells in G2 phase and mitosis.  相似文献

Caffeine increases intracellular Ca2+ concentrations ([Ca2+]i) in a variety of cell types by triggering the mobilization of Ca2+ from intracellular Ca2+ stores. Caffeine also can change [Ca2+]i by affecting Ca2+ influx through voltage-operated Ca2+ channels (VOCCs). In the present study, we investigated the effects of caffeine on Ca2+ entry in GH4C1 pituitary cells. Pretreatment of the cells with caffeine attenuated the high K+-evoked influx of 45Ca2+ in a dose-dependent manner. This inhibition was not secondary to the caffeine-evoked elevation of [Ca2+]i because caffeine was able to inhibit VOCCs also in the presence of the intracellular Ca2+ chelator BAPTA. However, the inhibitory effect of caffeine on 45Ca2+ entry appeared to be dependent on the degree of depolarization of the plasma membrane. Only in cells depolarized with relatively high concentrations of K+ (20, 35, and 50 mM) was the caffeine-induced inhibition observed. A similar inhibitory effect of caffeine on the high K+-evoked calcium and barium entry was observed in experiments using Fura 2. Neither IBMX, forskolin nor dibutyryl cAMP reduced the enhanced [Ca2+]i induced by 50 mM K+, suggesting that the effect of caffeine was not due to increased intracellular cAMP. Furthermore, high doses of caffeine inhibited the plateau level of the TRH-induced increase in [Ca2+]i, which is caused partly by influx of Ca2+ through VOCCs. The inhibitory effect of caffeine was, in part, due to an hyperpolarization of the plasma membrane observed at high doses of caffeine. On the other hand, low doses of caffeine enhanced depolarization-evoked Ba2+ entry as well as the TRH-evoked plateau level of [Ca2+]i. We conclude that caffeine has a dual effect on Ca2+ entry through activated VOCCs in GH4C1 cells: at low concentrations caffeine enhances Ca2+ entry, whereas high concentrations of caffeine block Ca2+ entry. Replicative bypass repair of UV damage to DNA was studied in wide variety of human, mouse and hamster cells in culture. Survival curve analysis revealed that in established cell lines (mouse L, Chinese hamster V79, HeLa S3 and SV40-transformed xeroderma pigmentosum (XP)), post-UV caffeine treatment potentiated cell killing by reducing the extrapolation number and mean lethal UV fluence (Do). In the Do reduction as the result of random inactivation by caffeine of sensitive repair there were marked clonal differences among such cell lines, V79 being most sensitive to caffeine potentiation. However, other diploid cell lines (normal human, excision-defective XP and Syrian hamster) exhibited no obvious reduction in Do by caffeine. In parallel, alkaline sucrose sedimentation results showed that the conversion of initially smaller segments of DNA synthetized after irradiation with 10 J/m2 to high-molecular-weight DNA was inhibited by caffeine in transformed XP cells, but not in the diploid human cell lines. Exceptionall, diploid XP variants had a retarded ability of bypass repair which was drastically prevented by caffeine, so that caffeine enhanced the lethal effect of UV. Neutral CsCl study on the bypass repair mechanism by use of bromodeoxyuridine for DNA synthesis on damaged template suggests that the pyrimidine dimer acts as a block to replication and subsequently it is circumvented presumably by a new process involving replicative bypassing following strand displacement, rather than by gap-filling de novo. This mechanism worked similarly in normal and XP cells, whether or not caffeine was present, indicating that excision of dimer is not always necessary. However, replicative became defective in XP variant and transformed XP cells when caffeine was present. It appears, therefore, that the replicative bypass repair process is either caffeine resistant or sensitive, depending on the cell type used, but not necessarily on the excision repair capability.  相似文献

2 Strains of murine lymphoma L5178Y cells that varied from the point of view of sensitivity to UV irradiation (mean lethal doses: 3.6 and 8.5 J/m2 for L5178Y-R and L5178Y-S cells, respectively) also differed with respect to sensitization by caffeine. L5178Y-S cells were sensitized to UV irradiation by 0.75 mM caffeine, whereas in the same conditions L5178Y-R cells were not sensitized. Sedimentation analysis of the newly synthesized DNA indicated UV-induced gap formation in L5178Y-S cells only. The subsequent gap filling was inhibited by caffeine. Exposure to UV irradiation induced no gaps in L5178Y-R cells. However, when caffeine was added immediately after irradiation, DNA with reduced molecular weight was found in irradiated cells of both strains after a 2-h chase. On the other hand, caffeine inhibited elongation of undamaged DNA strands in neither of the 2 cell strains.  相似文献

Ultraviolet irradiation (254 nm) of immortal diploid human lymphoblasts killed cells, caused mutation at three genetic loci studied, and transiently inhibited 3H-TdR uptake into DNA. A shoulder of about 6 J/m2 and a D0 of 6 J/m2 was observed for survival. Mutation rose in a monotonic non-linear fashion through 6 J/m2; above 6 J/m2, complex behavior approximating a plateau in induced mutation was observed. Irradiation at 4.4 J/m2 caused a transient increase in the number of cells synthesizing DNA and a decrease in the rate of DNA synthesis relative to mock-irradiated controls. The parameter of rate of DNA synthesis per cell in DNA synthetic phase showed a rapid recovery toward control values between 2 and 4 h after irradiation and a slower recovery to control values by 22 h post-irradiation.Fractionated dose schedules were used to measure the effects of allowing a time interval between doses at nontoxic fluences (2.2 j/m2), moderately toxic fluences (8.8 J/m2) and toxic fluences (17.6 J/m2). These measurements indicate that in the non-toxic range of fluences common to human exposure, mutational response is mediated by a post-irradiation process which seems to show to shkow enchanced ability to protect against mutation induced by subsequent irradiation. However, at moderately toxic fluences there was little effect of dose fractionation, and at toxic fluences, a time-dependent increase in mutation fraction was observed at separation times greater than 7 h. We suggest that these latter observations arise primarily from cell cycle heterogeneity with regard to sensitivity to UV killing and mutation.  相似文献

It has been found that in BHK 21 cells caffeine potentiates cell killing by both UV irradiation and N-methyl-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). The potentiating effect is greater with UV than with MNNG. While non-toxic concentrations of caffeine inhibit the joining of newly-replicated DNA fragments into large molecular weight DNA (post-replication repair) after UV irradiation, they have no such effect after MNNG treatment. Furthermore, the joining of DNA fragments continues in cells treated with 3 μg/ml of MNNG, a dose which leads to less than 5% cell survival. While inhibition of the synthesis of large molecular weight DNA can explain the synergistic effect of caffeine upon cell survival after UV irradiation, it cannot explain the similar effect after MNNG treatment.  相似文献

The effect of caffeine on UV-irradiated Chinese hamster cells in vitro was studied on the cellular and molecular levels. Caffeine (1 mM) was shown to decrease the colony-forming ability and the frequencies of spontaneous and UV-induced mutations in Chinese hamster cells. The effect of caffeine in reducing the frequency of UV-induced mutations was demonstrated only if caffeine was present in the culture medium during the first post-irradiation cell division. Using alkaline sucrose gradient centrifugation, both parental and newly synthesized DNA in UV-irradiated and unirradiated cells were studied in the presence and absence of caffeine. Caffeine affected the sedimentation profile of DNA synthesized in UV-irradiated cells but not in unirradiated cells. Caffeine had no apparent effect on the incorporation of [3H]-thymidine into DNA of control or UV-irradiated cells, nor on the small amount of excision of UV-induced pyrimidine dimers. These results may be interpreted by a hypothesis that caffeine inhibits a certain S-phase specific, post-replication, dark-repair mechanism. The hamster and perhaps other rodent cells exposed to low doses of UV are capable of DNA replication, by-passing the non-excised pyrimidine dimers. This postulated repair process probably involves de novo DNA synthesis to seal the gaps in the nascent strand. This repair may be also responsible for the enzymatic production of mutations.  相似文献

This study was aimed at identifying the roles of caffeine and acriflavine, two repair inhibitors, on UV sensitivity of iron-oxidizing Thiobacillus ferrooxidans ATCC 13728. The UV-dose response survival curve was inflected in nature, suggesting the population heterogeneity of the isolate. Caffeine and acriflavine potentiated the UV-induced killing of the organism. With the increase in concentrations of these compounds, the extent of survival decreased. Similarly, the inhibitory effects of caffeine and acriflavine increased with the increase in dose of UV-irradiation. The cells irradiated with 10 s (equivalent to 5.6 × 10−5 J/m2/s) of UV-exposure tended to become resistant to the inhibitory effects of caffeine and acriflavine, as evidenced by the time course study of recovery. The cells appear to stage a dramatic recovery from UV damage in the presence of caffeine (3.0 mg/ml) and acriflavine (20 μg/ml) over a period of 25–30h and 35–40h respectively, when grown in the presence of energy sources. Chinese hamster cells were treated with an inhibitor of DNA synthesis (hydroxyurea or arabinoside-cytesine) in non-toxic concentrations for 20 hours in the presence or absence of caffeine (2 mM). Under these conditions caffeine considerably inactivates the cells. If cells are synchronized by hydroxyurea (0.25 mM) in the S-phase of mitotic cycle, the addition of caffeine kills all the S-phase cells, while gamma-irradiation or novobiocine treatment markedly decreases the sensibilizing effect of caffeine. These findings permit us to conclude that cell inactivation is due to anomalous reinitiation of DNA synthesis stimulated by caffeine in the presence of drugs which inhibit the DNA chain elongation.  相似文献

Summary Growth of a culture of E. coli strain B or 15 in medium containing caffeine resulted in the accumulation of inviable cells in the population. A caffeine concentration of 8 mM caused the death of between 30% and 50% of the cells in 12 independent populations grown for 15 generations or more. The thymine dimer excision-defective strains Bs-1, Bs-8 and Bs-12 and the exr mutant Bs-2 were resistant to this lethal effect. The reckless, hcr + mutant Bs-11 was more sensitive than the parental B strain. Although 100mM caffeine did not impair DNA synthesis in vitro, concentrations of the drug 8 mM caused a significant decline in DNA synthesis in vivo in E. coli B cells. From the fit of an experimental growth curve to an algebraic model of growth in which a proportion of cells are inactivated at each replication it is suggested that caffeine does not affect the replication rate of the viable cells. The observed impairment of DNA synthesis in vivo is equated with this cell death (caffeine-death). For E. coli 15 or B, 8 mM caffeine induced caffeine-death at a rate of 18% per cell generation. Caffeine-resistant mutants of E. coli B and E. coli 15 were isolated. Of those studied in detail a substantial proportion proved to be U.V. and X-ray sensitive and excision-defective. Others were more U.V. and X-ray resistant than strain B. Yet another class proved highly unstable. A chromosome breakage model of caffeine-death implicating enzymes of the excision-repair process is discussed.  相似文献

Twelve species of Antarctic diatoms were studied to assess UV sensitivity in relation to cellular and molecular aspects of DNA damage and repair. Responses of cell survival, induction of DNA damage, and DNA repair capacity were determined. There was a wide range of interspecific UV-sensitivity among diatoms. D37 values (average fluence to kill one cell) ranged from 681 J · m?2 (most sensitive) to 25,338 J · m?2 (most resistant). Molecular analysis (by radioimmunoassay) of UV-induced DNA damage [induction of cys-syn cyclobutane dimers and pyrimidine (6-4) pyrimidone photoproducts] also revealed considerable variability among species [0.98–84 lesions · (108 daltons DNA)?1 induced by exposure to 2500 J · m?2]. Repair of DNA damage ranged from 0.18 to 2.72 lesions removed · (108 daltons DNA)?1 in 6 h; removal represented 0.72–73.5% of initial damage. Comparison of cellular responses associated with photoenhanced repair and nucleotide excision (“dark”) repair indicated that light-mediated correction of UV damage was an important factor in cell survival. There was a relationship between the number of photoproducts induced and cell survival, but not between repair efficiency and survival. The data also indicate a general dependence of photoproduct induction and D37 values on cell size and shape (expressed as the surface area: volume ratio which ranged from 0.07 to 0.66 between species) and suggest that these factors are indicators of UV sensitivity. Smaller cells with greater surface area: volume ratios sustained more damage per unit of DNA, had lower D37 values, and were more sensitive to UV exposure. The wide species variations observed in molecular and cellular responses to UV exposure emphasize the ecological implications of changes in natural UV regimes. These changes can act as determinants of cell size and taxonomic structure within phytoplankton communities and have as yet unknown effects on trophic interactions within the Antarctic ecosystem.  相似文献

The inhibition of DNA replication in ultraviolet-irradiated human fibroblasts was characterized by quantitative analysis of radiation-induced alterations in the steady-state distribution of sizes of pulse-labeled, nascent DNA. Low, noncytotoxic fluences (<1 J/m2, producing less than one pyrimidine dimer per replicon) rapidly produced an inhibition of DNA synthesis in half-replicon-size replication intermediates without noticeably affecting synthesis in multi-repliconsize intermediates. With time, the inhibition produced by low fluences spread progressively to include multi-replicon-size intermediates. The results indicate that ultraviolet radiation inhibits the initiation of DNA synthesis in replicons. Higher (>1 J/m2, producing more than one dimer per replicon) cytotoxic fluences inhibited DNA synthesis in operating replicons presumably because the elongation of nascent strands was blocked where pyrimidine dimers were present in template strands. Xeroderma pigmentosum fibroblasts with deficiencies in DNA excision repair exhibited an inhibition of replicon initiation after low radiation fluences. indicating the effect was not solely dependent upon operation of the nucleotidyl excision repair pathway. Owing to their inability to remove pyrimidine dimers ahead of DNA growing points, the repair-deficient cells also were more sensitive than normal cells to the ultraviolet-induced inhibition of chain elongation. Xeroderma pigmentosum cells belonging to the variant class were even more sensitive to inhibition of chain elongation than the repair-deficient strains despite their ability to remove pyrimidine dimers. This analysis suggests that normal and repair-deficient human fibroblasts either are able to rapidly bypass certain dimers or these dimers are not recognized by the chain elongation machinery.  相似文献

A DNA-binding protein was partially purified from extracts of HeLa cells by high-speed centrifugation and chromatography on DEAE-cellulose, phosphocellulose and ultraviolet light-irradiated DNA-cellulose columns. It eluted from the phosphocellulose column with 0.375 M potassium phosphate and from the ultraviolet light-irradiated DNA-cellulose column between 0.5 M and 1 M NaCl. The protein binds preferentially to supercoiled PM2 DNA treated with ultraviolet light or N-acetoxy-N-acetyl-2-aminofluorene, as compared to native supercoiled PM2 DNA. The binding is non-cooperative. Nicked or linear forms of PM2 DNA (damaged or untreated) are not efficient substrates, indicating a requirement of DNA supercoiling for DNA binding. The sedimentation coefficient of the protein estimated by glycerol gradient centrifugation is 2.0–2.5 S, corresponding to a molecular weight of about 20 000–25 000 if the protein is spherical. The binding to DNA irradiated with ultraviolet light or treated with acetoxyacetylaminofluorene is optimal at around 100–200 mM NaCl and is relatively independent of temperature and pH. MgCl2 and MnCl2 at concentrations between 1 and 5 mM do not markedly affect the binding, but it is inhibited by sucrose, ATP and caffeine. The biological significance of the DNA-binding protein remains to be determined. It does not possess significant glycosylase, endonuclease or exonuclease activities. The dissociation equilibrium constant for the binding reaction of the protein to the ultraviolet light or acetoxyacetylaminofluorene-induced binding sites on DNA is estimated to be 4·10?11 M. There are at least 1·105 DNA-binding protein molecules/HeLa cell.  相似文献

Gametophytes of the shoe-string fern Vittaria graminifolia produce linear, six-celled propagules called gemmae. The terminal cells of each gemma elongate into primary rhizoids in culture, and the inner body cells divide asymmetrically to produce prothallial or rhizoid initials. The initiation of both asymmetric cell division and rhizoid elongation is delayed by light intensities greater than 2 w/m2. The maximal rates of cell division and rhizoid elongation are unaltered. A 24-hr pulse of high light intensity delays cell division and rhizoid elongation to the same extent, whenever applied during the first 3 d of culture. The model we propose for cell division hypothesizes the existence of a preparatory phase of finite duration prior to mitosis that is sensitive to light intensity. If a cell is irradiated by light intensities greater than 2 w/m2 while in the preparatory phase, its entrance into mitosis is delayed. A similar model is proposed for the initiation of rhizoid elongation. Despite the fact that both cell division and rhizoid elongation are dependent on photosynthesis, direct measurements of CO2-uptake rates show that the inhibitory effects of high light intensities are not due to an inhibition of photosynthesis.  相似文献

The effect of post-treatment with caffeine on the survival of a number of cell lines after UV-irradiation has been studied. The mouse lymphoma cell lines P388 and L5178YS were sensitized by caffeine but only after UV doses of 50 erg/mm2 and above. V79 cells also showed sensitization by caffeine but CHO cells and two cell lines YS and YR derived from Yoshida sarcoma of rats, sensitive and resistant to UV radiation, respectively, showed no effect.P388 and V79 cells were both mutable by UV, and caffeine, when studied at a single expression time (42–48 h) and at a single dose level (0.5 M and 0.75 M, respectively) suppressed the UV-induced mutation frequency in both cell lines. L51788YS cells although sensitized by caffeine showed no increase in frequency of thymidine-resistant (TdRr) colonies when irradiated with UV.On more detaled examination, caffeine was found to delay the expression of UV-induced mutations inV79 cells, and the delay was dependent on the dose of caffine used. The effect on expression time was less when caffeine was present 0–48 h than when it was present throughout the post-irradiation incubation period. Similar results were obtained in P388 cells. The data are discussed in relation to those of other workers and to the concept that caffeine inhibits an error prone post-replication repair process in mammalian cells  相似文献

Caffeine is known to stimulate gastric acid secretion, but, the effects of caffeine on gastric mucus secretion have not been clarified. To elucidate the action of caffeine on gastric mucin-producing cells and its underlying mechanism, the effects of caffeine on mucus glycoprotein secretion and agonist-induced [Ca2+]i mobilization were examined in human gastric mucin secreting cells (JR-I cells). The measurement of [Ca2+]i using Indo-1 and the whole cell voltage clamp technique were applied. Mucus glycoprotein secretion was assessed by release of [3H]glucosamine. Caffeine by itself failed to increase [Ca2+]i and affect membrane currents, while it dose-dependently inhibited agonist (acetylcholine (ACh) or histamine)-induced [Ca2+]i rise, resulting in inhibiting activation of Ca2+-dependent K+ current (IK.Ca) evoked by agonists. The effect of caffeine was reversible, and the half maximal inhibitory concentration was about 0.5 mM. But, caffeine did not suppress [Ca2+]i rise and activation of IK.Ca induced by A23187 or inositol trisphosphate (IP3). Theophylline or 3-isobutyl-1-methyl-xanthine (IBMX) did not mimic the effect of caffeine. Caffeine failed to stimulate mucus secretion, while it significantly decreased ACh-induced mucus secretion. These results indicate that caffeine selectively inhibits agonist-mediated [Ca2+]i rise in human gastric epithelial cells, probably through the blockade of receptor-IP3 signaling pathway, which may affect the mucin secretion. © 1997 Elsevier Science B.V. Transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) inhibits epithelial cell proliferation late in the G1 phase of the cell cycle. We examined the effect of TGFβ1 on known late G1 cell cycle regulators in an attempt to determine the molecular mechanism of growth inhibition by this physiological inhibitor. The results demonstrate the TGFβ1 inhibits the late G1 and S phase specific histone H1 kinase activity of p33cdk2. This inhibitiion is not dur to TGFβ1's effect on p33cdk2 synthesis, but rather due to its negative effect on the late G1 phosphorylation of p33cdk2. It is also shown that TGFβ1 inhibits both late G1 cyclin A and cyclin E associated histon H1 kinase activities. The inhibitor has no effects on the synthesis of cyclin E but to inhibit the synthesis of cyclin A protein in a cell cycle dependent manner. If TGFβ1 is added to cells which have progressed futher than 8 hours into G1, then it is without inhibitory effect on cyclin A synthesis. These effect on TGFβ1 on late G1 cell cycle regulators correlate well with its inhibitory effects on cellular growth and suggest that these G1 cyclin dependent kinases might serve as targets for TGFβ1-mediated growth arrest.  相似文献
