The genetic mechanisms underlying fruit development have been identified in Arabidopsis and have been comparatively studied in tomato as a representative of fleshy fruits. However, comparative expression and functional analyses on the bHLH genes downstream the genetic network, ALCATRAZ (ALC) and SPATULA (SPT), which are involved in the formation of the dehiscence zone in Arabidopsis, have not been functionally studied in the Solanaceae. Here, we perform detailed expression and functional studies of ALC/SPT homologs in Nicotiana obtusifolia with capsules, and in Capsicum annuum and Solanum lycopersicum with berries. In Solanaceae, ALC and SPT genes are expressed in leaves, and all floral organs, especially in petal margins, stamens and carpels; however, their expression changes during fruit maturation according to the fruit type. Functional analyses show that downregulation of ALC/SPT genes does not have an effect on gynoecium patterning; however, they have acquired opposite roles in petal expansion and have been co‐opted in leaf pigmentation in Solanaceae. In addition, ALC/SPT genes repress lignification in time and space during fruit development in Solanaceae. Altogether, some roles of ALC and SPT genes are different between Brassicaceae and Solanaceae; while the paralogs have undergone some subfunctionalization in the former they are mostly redundant in the latter.  相似文献

A comparative study has been made of the mucogenic epidermis of the common carp, Cyprinus carpio var. communis, and the three Indian major carps, Catla catla, Labeo rohita and Cirrhina mrigala: on the basis of epidermis structural organization, these species are easily differentiated. The epithelial cells in the superficial layer, as in most fishes, show secretory activity, evidenced by positive histochemical reactions, which is high in C. carpio var. communis, moderate in C. catla and low in L. rohita and C. mrigala. The epithelial cells in the underlying two or three layers also give positive reactions, though their intensity is relatively weak. The mucous cells in C. carpio var. communis are distributed in large numbers arranged in several superimposed layers in the outer regions of the epidermis, whereas in C. catla they are fewer in number and are widely separated in the surface layers as well as in the deeper layers of the epidermis; in both species the mucous cells appear rounded, large, and open on the surface by wide pores. In contrast, in L. rohita and C. mrigala the mucous cells are smaller, restricted mainly to the superficial layer, close together in a single row, and open on the surface by narrow pores. The overall density of mucous cells in L. rohita and C. mrigala, as in C. catla, is much lower than in C. carpio var. communis. In the epidermis of C. carpio var. communis there are a large number of mucous cells, and the few club cells are restricted to the deeper layers. In contrast, in the epidermis of the three Indian major carp the overall density of the mucous cells is much lower and the club cells are very numerous. It is suggested that the high density of club cells compensates an overall low density of mucous cells as an adaptation for an effective defence mechanism. Increased mucus production in the epidermis of C. carpio var. communis, as evidenced by a large number of mucous cells in outer regions and high secretory activity of superficial layer epithelial cells, is associated with increased precipitation of mud held in suspension, needed as an adaptation to the species’peculiar bottom-scooping habits. The varied density of the taste buds in the epidermis of the four carp is associated with their feeding habits.  相似文献

Aluminum in lake water and in the organs of the fish Tribolodon hakonensis was investigated in Lake Usoriko (pH 3.6), Lake Inawashiroko (pH 5.0), and the Tenryu River (pH 7.7). The concentration of total soluble aluminum in the water was 0.51 mg l−1 in Usoriko, 0.05 mg l−1 in Inawashiroko, and less than 0.01 mg l−1 in the Tenryu. The chemical forms of soluble aluminum in the acid water were characterized as Al3+, AlL2+, and AlL≦1+. More than 90% of soluble aluminum in the water of Usoriko was Al3+, whereas AlL2+ was dominant in the water of Inawashiroko. The aluminum concentration in the organs of T. hakonensis in Usoriko was 42 μg g−1 wet weight in gills, 4.2 μg g−1 in muscle, 6.9 μg g−1 in bone, 12.7 μg g−1 in liver, 6.0 μg g−1 in kidney, and 6.0 μg g−1 in intestine, indicating accumulation of aluminum in the gills. The aluminum concentration in the organs of T. hakonensis living in Inawashiroko was approximately the same, in spite of the difference in water chemistry of the two acid lakes, especially for pH and aluminum. This suggests that aluminum accumulation might be controlled in the fish living in the acid lakes. In contrast, the aluminum concentration in the gills of T. hakonensis from the Tenryu was 2 μg g−1. The aim of this work was to determine the protective effects of intraperitoneally administrated vitamin E and Se on total lipid, total cholesterol, and fatty acid composition of rat liver and muscle tissues. Total lipid content of muscle tissue in Se and combination groups decreased as compared to the control group. However, the level of total lipid in the liver tissues was seen to decrease only in the combination group (P < 0.05). While the amount of total cholesterol in liver tissue was lower (P < 0.05) in the vitamin E and combination groups, the amount of total cholesterol in muscle tissue decreased (P < 0.05) in the combination group. The amount of linoleic acid in muscle tissue slightly decreased (P < 0.05), whereas the eicosenoic and eicosatrienoic acid amounts significantly increased (P < 0.01, P < 0.001) in the vitamin E group as compared to the control group. The amounts of most fatty acid decreased (P < 0.05) in the combination group. The proportions of eicosenoic, eicosatrienoic, and total polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) within the total fatty acid were higher (P < 0.05) in vitamin E group, whereas these fatty acids proportions were lower (P < 0.05) in the Se group. Although the proportions of palmitic, linolenic, and total saturated fatty acids were low (P < 0.05), oleic and total unsaturated fatty acid proportions were higher (P < 0.05) in the combination group than in the control group. The amount of palmitic acid and total saturated fatty acid in liver tissue decreased (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05, respectively) in the vitamin E and combination groups. However, the amount of linoleic acid only decreased (P < 0.05) in the combination group. The amount of PUFA was slightly higher (P < 0.05) in vitamin E. The proportions of stearic acid and linoleic acid decreased (P < 0.05) both in the Se and combination groups. However, the proportions of eicosatrienoic, ω 6, and PUFA were slightly higher (P < 0.05) in the vitamin E group, but total saturated fatty acid proportion significantly decreased (P < 0.01) in both the vitamin E and combination groups. In conclusion, the level of total lipid and cholesterol in muscle and liver tissues were reduced by administrating vitamin E and Se together. Additionally, the fatty acid synthesis in the muscle and liver tissues was decreased by this process. However, it was observed that the protective effect of intraperitoneally administrated vitamin E was higher than Se on fatty acid composition in muscle and liver tissues. J. Cell. 研究了北京市区沿城乡梯度带河流底栖硅藻的空间分布及其季节变化特征。通过在2014年的春季、夏季和秋季在山区对照溪流、城市上游河道和城市下游河道3个样区,共23个样点进行了底栖硅藻样品采集。分析表明,主要优势种的空间差异明显。在对照溪流,主要优势种为极小曲丝藻(Achnanthidium minutissimum);在城市上游河道,主要优势种分别为短文假十字脆杆藻(Pseudostaurosira brevistriata)和连结十字脆杆藻腹面变种(Staurosira construens var.venter);在城市下游河道,主要优势种为谷皮菱形藻(Nitzschia palea)。然而,3个样区内的主要优势种相对丰度季节变化较小(P0.05)。其中,A.minutissimum及P.brevistriata的季节变化特征均为春季秋季夏季,而S.construens var.venter及N.palea的季节变化特征均为春季夏季秋季。结果发现,北京市城乡梯度带的河流硅藻种类组成差异较大,但主要优势属种季节变化相对较小,表明硅藻种类能较好地反映城乡梯度带的河流环境变化状况,可用于北京市河流水质生物监测。  相似文献

The kelps Laminaria longissima and L. diabolica, belonging to the groups of L. angustata and L. japonica, respectively, differ greatly in their morphological characteristics although their geographical distributions overlap widely along the eastern coast of Hokkaido. To clarify the interaction between the morphological and physiological characteristics of the two species, and their link with environmental variables, hatchery-raised young sporophytes of L. longissima and L. diabolica collected from Hokkaido were cultivated simultaneously under similar conditions in Matsushima Bay, Miyagi, from January to July 2004. Seasonal morphological characteristics, gross photosynthetic rate, nutrient uptake rates, and resource contents were examined. The blade lengths of L. longissima and L. diabolica reached a maximum of 329.9 cm and 256.7 cm, respectively, in April to May, and decreased to 284.4 cm and 68.6 cm, respectively, in July. The total elongation length of L. longissima (412.5 cm) was similar to that of L. diabolica (373.8 cm). However, the total erosion length of L. longissima (145.9 cm) was approximately half that of L. diabolica (302.9 cm). The gross photosynthetic rate and uptake rates of NH4-N, NO3-N, and PO4-P of the two species were similar. However, the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents were transferred and stored in the whole blade tissues in the case of L. longissima, but in the meristem of L. diabolica from May to June. These results suggest that morphological differences are a response to different resource storage patterns. The storage patterns of L. longissima and L. diabolica are likely to be genetically fixed characteristics, which have evolved in adaptation to the specific habitat environments of the groups of L. angustata and L. japonica. The low water temperature and rich nutrients provided by the Oyashio Current are conducive to storage of resources in the whole blade tissues and a large surface area retained for photosynthesis and nutrient uptake in the L. angustata group. Conversely, high temperature and poor nutrients, or large fluctuations in these parameters, provided by the Tsushima Warm Current are more conducive to intensive storage of resources in the meristem for maturation and further growth in the L. japonica group. L. diabolica retains the storage pattern of the L. japonica group but grows in regions affected by the Oyashio Current, allowing it to become the widest distributed Laminaria species.  相似文献

Phylogenetic analysis of noncoding trnL plastid DNA sequences and morphological data for 43 species of Zygophylloideae, representing most of the morphological and geographical variation in the subfamily, indicates that the currently recognised genera Augea (monotypic, southern Africa), Tetraena (monotypic, China), and Fagonia (c. 30 species, widespread), are embedded in Zygophyllum (c. 150 species, widespread). A generic classification based on six monophyletic and morphologically distinctive entities is proposed: Roepera with c. 60 species in Australia and southern Africa, Zygophyllum with c. 50 species in Asia, Tetraena with c. 40 species in Africa and Asia, Augea with a single species in southern Africa, Melocarpum with two species in the Horn of Africa region, and Fagonia with c. 30 species in both the Old and the New World. Scanning electron microscopy studies of testa structure provided important characters for the delimitation of some genera. New combinations (61) are made in Roepera, a resurrected genus originally described from Australia, one new name is proposed in Zygophyllum, 35 new combinations are made in Tetraena, and two new combinations are made in Melocarpum (previously Zygophyllum sect. Objective

The aim of this study was to detect the effects of varying tissue sizes on the efficiency of baboon ovarian tissue vitrification.

Study design

The percentages of morphologically normal primordial follicles and the follicles expressing bax protein in ovarian tissues after vitrification–warming were measured. Besides, the 17-β estradiol levels in the culture supernatants were measured.

Results

The percentages of morphologically normal primordial follicles in vitrified–warmed ovarian tissues slicing in 0.5–1.5 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness were significantly higher than those slicing in 2.0 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness. Moreover, the follicles expressing bax protein in vitrified–warmed ovarian tissues slicing in 0.5–1.5 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness were significantly lower than those slicing in 2.0 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness. The 17-β estradiol levels in the culture supernatants slicing in 1.0–1.5 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness were significantly higher than those slicing in 0.5 mm or 2.0 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness.

Conclusions

Cortex piece slicing in 1.0–1.5 mm in length and wide, and 1.0 mm in thickness is suitable for baboon ovarian vitrification.  相似文献

森林生物碳储量作为森林生态系统碳库的重要组成部分,在全球碳循环中发挥着重要作用。以小兴安岭7种典型林型为研究对象,通过外业样地调查与室内实验分析相结合的方法,从林分尺度对林分生物量与碳密度进行计量,分析了林分生物碳储量的空间分配格局,并对林分年固碳能力与碳汇潜力进行了探讨。结果表明:小兴安岭不同林型从幼龄林到成熟林的乔木层碳密度增长速率为:蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)林>兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)林>云冷杉(Picea-Abies)林>樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)林>山杨(Populus davidiana)林>红松(Pinus koraiensis)林>白桦(Betula platyphylla)林。7种典型林型不同龄组(幼龄林、中龄林、近熟林和成熟林)林分生物量碳密度分别为:红松林31.4、74.7、118.4和130.2 t·hm–2;兴安落叶松林28.9、44.3、74.2和113.3 t·hm–2;樟子松林22.8、52.0、71.1和92.6 t·hm–2;云冷杉林23.1、44.1、77.6和130.3 t·hm–2;白桦林18.8、35.3、66.6和88.5 t·hm–2;蒙古栎林25.0、20.0、47.5和68.9 t·hm–2;山杨林19.8、28.7、43.7和76.6 t·hm–2。红松林、兴安落叶松林、樟子松林和蒙古栎林在幼龄林时林分年固碳量较高,其他林型在成熟林时林分年固碳量较高。7种典型林型不同龄组的林分生物量碳密度均随林龄增长而增加,但不同林型的碳汇功能存在差异,同一林型不同林龄的生物量碳密度增幅差异也较大。林分年固碳量在0.4–2.8 t·hm–2之间,碳汇能力较强、碳汇潜力较大。尤其是小兴安岭目前林分质量较差,幼龄林和中龄林所占的比重较大,具有较大的碳汇潜力。研究结果可为森林经营管理及碳汇功能评价提供参考。  相似文献

Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) administered in the diet in 0.01, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 1.0% concentrations to Aedes aegypti was found to enhance oocyst production. The most significant increase in oocyst production was in groups receiving 0.3 and 0.1% solutions. A combination of 0.01% PABA + 0.1 M NaOH, and 0.02 M HCL, 0.1 M KOH, 0.1 M NaOH, and 0.2 M MgCl2 likewise increased the susceptibility of A. aegypti to Plasmodium gallinaceum with 0.1 M NaOH being the most effective.Culex pipiens pipiens was found to exhibit a low degree of susceptibility to P. gallinaceum. This is the first report of oocyst development by P. gallinaceum in this species. PABA in 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 1.0% concentrations was tested and all concentrations increased the susceptibility of this refractory host. This compound was most effective in a 0.4% concentration.The susceptibility of C. pipiens pipiens to P. gallinaceum was also increased by inorganic materials. NaOH and KOH in 0.1 M concentrations yielded the greatest increase. A slight increase in susceptibility was effected by 0.2 M MgCl2 and 0.02 M HCL. Culex receiving the combination of 0.01% PABA and 0.01 M NaOH had the highest infection of those receiving inorganic compounds.Most of the oocysts produced in these experimental Culex were fairly typical of those found in A. aegypti; however, some were quite small and others showed evidence of deterioration, distortion, and shrinkage.  相似文献

The biogeochemical processes that drive nutrient transformations and recycling in organic marine sediment-water environments were studied for 17 months in a zero-effluent intensive recirculating culture system. The system consisted of a 10 m3 gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) tank coupled to aerobic and anaerobic water treatment elements. Nutrients and alkalinity were measured in the system to quantify the main biogeochemical processes. Fractions of the carbon fed in feed were found in fish (18.3%) and in sludge (11%); the missing carbon was respired by fish (45%) and by aerobic (8.4%) and anaerobic (7.7%) microorganisms. Fractions of the nitrogen fed in feed were found in fish (15.4%) and in sludge (14.3%); the missing nitrogen was eliminated by nitrification-denitrification. Most of the phosphorus and ash fed in feed and not found in fish accumulated within the sludge in the system. The rates of nitrification, denitrification and sulphate reduction increased with time, reaching 0.3 g N m− 2 d− 1, 53 g N m− 2 d− 1 and 145 g S m− 2 d− 1, respectively. Nitrification developed more rapidly than denitrification, leading at first to nitrate accumulation (to 20 mmol NO3 l− 1 by day 200) and a decrease in alkalinity. Once denitrification surpassed nitrification, nitrate concentrations decreased, eventually being reduced to < 0.3 mmol NO3 l− 1 by day 510, and alkalinity stabilized. Toxic hydrogen sulphide, generated within the anaerobic sludge, was oxidized by oxygen and nitrate as it diffused through the anaerobic-aerobic sediment-water interface. When nitrate levels in the water above the sludge dropped below 2 mmol l− 1, sulphide was also oxidized in the fluidized bed reactor. Denitrification reduced nitrate in the water, respired (jointly with sulphate reduction) carbon in the sludge, oxidized the hydrogen sulphide, and contributed to stabilization of alkalinity and accumulation of polyphosphate in bacteria as a major sink of labile P.  相似文献

We analysed the levels of Alternaria, Cladosporium, Fusarium and Penicillium verrucosum in grain samples harvested in 2011 and 2012 from conventional and organic farms using qPCR. In general, both Alternaria and Cladosporium occurred in all cereal grains in the highest quantities, followed by P. verrucosum and Fusarium. Alternaria, Cladosporium and P. verrucosum had the highest levels in crop mixtures, barley and rye and lower levels in wheat, while Fusarium levels were the highest in crop mixtures and wheat. The levels of Alternaria and P. verrucosum were higher in organic rye and wheat than conventional grains. Although the level of Fusarium was higher in conventional than organic rye, opposite results were obtained for crop mixtures. A positive correlation was found between Alternaria, Cladosporium and P. verrucosum, indicating that similar factors might affect the distribution of these fungi in grains.  相似文献

以江西九连山国家自然保护区常绿阔叶林为对象,研究林分不同层次优势种受灾程度,分析物种海拔、坡度对受灾程度的影响。结果表明:乔木上层和中层树木以断稍为主,乔木下层树木以断稍和腰折为主,小树和幼树以压弯为主。在平均受损指数MDI(Mean Damage Index)方面,乔木上层米槠MDI值最高,拟赤杨最低; 乔木中层鸭公树MDI值最高,浙江新木姜子最低; 乔木下层米槠MDI值最高,浙江新木姜子最低; 小树米槠MDI值最高,细枝柃最低; 幼树二列叶柃MDI值最高,狗骨柴最低。海拔对不同林分层次树木的部分受损指标有显著影响(P<0.05); 整体上,不同林分层次树木的受损指标在700~760 m海拔生境高于640~700 m海拔生境。不同坡度生境下树木的受损指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

Dinitrogen fixation in white clover (Trifolium repens L.) grown in pure stand and mixture with perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) was determined in the field using 15N isotope dilution and harvest of the shoots. The apparent transfer of clover N to perennial ryegrass was simultaneously assessed. The soil was labelled either by immobilizing 15N in organic matter prior to establishment of the sward or by using the conventional labelling procedure in which 15N fertilizer is added after sward establishment. Immobilization of 15N in the soil organic matter has not previously been used in studies of N2 fixation in grass/clover pastures. However, this approach was a successful means of labelling, since the 15N enrichment only declined at a very slow rate during the experiment. After the second production year only 10–16% of the applied 15N was recovered in the harvested herbage. The two labelling methods gave, nonetheless, a similar estimate of the percentage of clover N derived from N2 fixation. In pure stand clover, 75–94% of the N was derived from N2 fixation and in the mixture 85–97%. The dry matter yield of the clover in mixture as percentage of total dry matter yield was relatively high and increased from 59% in the first to 65% in the second production year. The average daily N2 fixation rate in the mixture-grown clover varied from less than 0.5 kg N ha−1 day−1 in autumn to more than 2.6 kg N ha−1 day−1 in June. For clover in pure stand the average N2 fixation rate was greater and varied between 0.5 and 3.3 kg N ha−1 day−1, but with the same seasonal pattern as for clover in mixture. The amount of N fixed in the mixture was 23, 187 and 177 kg N ha−1 in the seeding, first and second production year, respectively, whereas pure stand clover fixed 28, 262 and 211 kg N ha−1 in the three years. The apparent transfer of clover N to grass was negligible in the seeding year, but clover N deposited in the rhizosphere or released by turnover of stolons, roots and nodules, contributed 19 and 28 kg N ha−1 to the grass in the first and second production year, respectively. This study examined the importance of mycosporine-glycine (Myc-Gly) as a functional antioxidant in the thermal-stress susceptibility of two scleractinian corals, Platygyra ryukyuensis and Stylophora pistillata. Photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), activity of antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), and composition and abundance of mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) in the coral tissue and in symbiotic zooxanthellae were analyzed during 12-h exposure to high temperature (33 °C). After 6- and 12-h exposures at 33 °C, S. pistillata showed a significantly more pronounced decline in Fv/Fm compared to P. ryukyuensis. A 6-h exposure at 33 °C induced a significant increase in the activities of SOD and CAT in both host and zooxanthellae components of S. pistillata while in P. ryukyuensis a significant increase was observed only in the CAT activity of zooxanthellae. After 12-h exposure, the SOD activity of P. ryukyuensis was unaffected in the coral tissue but slightly increased in zooxanthellae, whereas the CAT activity in the coral tissue showed a 2.5-fold increase. The total activity of antioxidant enzymes was significantly higher in S. pistillata than in P. ryukyuensis, suggesting that P. ryukyuensis is less sensitive to oxidative stress than S. pistillata. This differential susceptibility of the corals is consistent with a 20-fold higher initial concentration of Myc-Gly in P. ryukyuensis compared to S. pistillata. In the coral tissue and zooxanthellae of both species investigated, the first 6 h of exposure to thermal stress induced a pronounced reduction in the abundance of Myc-Gly but not in other MAAs. When exposure was prolonged to 12 h, the Myc-Gly pool continued to decrease in P. ryukyuensis and was completely depleted in S. pistillata. The delay in the onset of oxidative stress in P. ryukyuensis and the dramatic increase in the activities of the antioxidant enzymes in S. pistillata, which contains low concentrations of Myc-Gly suggest that Myc-Gly provides rapid protection against oxidative stress before the antioxidant enzymes are induced. These findings strongly suggest that Myc-Gly is functioning as a biological antioxidant in the coral tissue and zooxanthellae and demonstrate its importance in the survival of reef-building corals under thermal stress.  相似文献

To assess evolutional changes in the expression pattern of Otx paralogues, expression analyses were undertaken in fugu, bichir, skate and lamprey. Together with those in model vertebrates, the comparison suggested that a gnathostome ancestor would have utilized all of Otx1, Otx2 and Otx5 paralogues in organizer and anterior mesendoderm for head development. In this animal, Otx1 and Otx2 would have also functioned in specification of the anterior neuroectoderm at presomite stage and subsequent development of forebrain/midbrain at somite stage, while Otx5 expression would have already been specialized in epiphysis and eyes. Otx1 and Otx2 functions in anterior neuroectoderm and brain of the gnathostome ancestor would have been differentially maintained by Otx1 in a basal actinopterygian and by Otx2 in a basal sarcopterygian. Otx5 expression in head organizer and anterior mesendoderm seems to have been lost in the teleost lineage after divergence of bichir, and also from the amniotes after divergence of amphibians as independent events. Otx1 expression was lost from the organizer in the tetrapod lineage. In contrast, in a teleost ancestor prior to whole genome duplication, Otx1 and Otx2 would have both been expressed in the dorsal margin of blastoderm, embryonic shield, anterior mesendoderm, anterior neuroectoderm and forebrain/midbrain, at respective stages of head development. Subsequent whole genome duplication and the following genome changes would have caused different Otx paralogue usages in each teleost lineage. Growth, photosynthesis, and Na+, K+, and Ca2+ distributions were investigated in 2-year-old hydroponically cultured Populus alba L. cuttings exposed to salt stresses (0, 0.85, 8.5, 17, and 85 mM NaCl in experiment 1 and 0, 50, 100, 150, and 200 mM in experiment 2) for 4 weeks in 2/5 Hoagland solution. Salt did not markedly inhibit height growth and diameter increment in 150 and 100 mM NaCl, respectively. The 85 mM NaCl treatment increased the dry weights of roots and total dry weight of plants, while 150 mM NaCl significantly reduced the dry weights of leaves, stems, and total plant weight. The decline in the photosynthetic rate lagged 2 weeks behind that of stomatal conductance in the 50 and 100 mM salt solutions. Different ions exhibited different distributions in different parts of the plant. Most Na+ ions were excluded and/or compartmentalized in roots at low and moderate salt stress (≤50 mM). K+ content in leaves increased with the increase in the salt concentration in the growth solutions.  相似文献
