植物在受到病原物侵染时,会产生一系列抗性反应,病程相关蛋白是其中参与抗病性的重要物质,能够被病原物诱导产生并在植物体内积累,对于诱导植物系统抗性,阻止病原物侵染具有重要作用。对植物病程相关蛋白的性质、诱导因素、分类和功能进行综述,并概述病程相关蛋白与烟草系统抗性的紧密联系以及烟草病程相关蛋白基因在增强系统抗性中的应用,为烟草抗病育种和病虫害防治提供了理论。  相似文献

鸡是我国主要的家禽品种,抗病分子育种在鸡的疾病尤其是传染病控制中有着重要地位,抗性基因选择是其技术关键。鸡主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)基因具有高度多态性,与多种传染性疾病抗性紧密相关,受到家禽育种专家的高度关注。文章介绍国外有关鸡MHC与传染性疾病抗性的相关性及抗性基因研究进展,并展望其在鸡抗病育种中的应用前景。  相似文献

为筛选出可提供抗病育种选择使用的抗TMV烟草种质资源,2001-2003年对471个烟草品种资源进行抗性鉴定,并把这些资源对TMV的抗病性进行分类,初步筛选出抗病品种67个,中抗品种183个.2003年还进行了抗病植株的田间筛选,对抗性较好的品种进行综合评价和留种,并推荐用于烟草新品种选育.  相似文献

纹枯病是世界性水稻病害, 在中国南方部分水稻种植区已成为水稻第一大病害. 但对水稻抗纹枯病遗传育种研究却进展缓慢. 抗性鉴定方法、抗病基因定位和抗性资源发掘是抗病遗传育种研究中的最重要内容, 亦是抗病品种选育的基础. 本文综述了近年提出的水稻纹枯病抗性鉴定方法, 对抗病基因QTL进行物理图谱整合, 分析了抗病QTL的定位概况, 同时对抗源发掘和抗病育种方面的新进展进行了归纳与讨论, 最后提出下一步研究方向, 以期为加速水稻抗纹枯病遗传育种进程提供帮助.  相似文献

水稻(Oryza sativa)是世界上最重要的粮食作物, 但稻瘟病和纹枯病等病害严重危害水稻的产量和品质, 给我国乃至全球粮食安全带来巨大威胁。鉴定水稻抗病资源、克隆抗病基因、揭示抗性机理并在育种中加以利用, 对抵御水稻病害和保障粮食安全具有十分重要的作用。准确评价水稻资源的抗病性, 是开展抗病机理研究和育种生产应用的关键环节。该文详述了水稻幼苗期人工喷雾接种、分蘖期和孕穗期田间注射接种与离体叶片戳伤接种的稻瘟病抗性鉴定方法, 以及水稻分蘖期田间接种、孕穗期温室接种和离体茎秆接种的纹枯病抗性鉴定方法, 以期为同行鉴定水稻资源、开展抗病理论和应用研究提供参考。  相似文献

广西是报春苣苔属植物的世界分布中心,特有种较多。该研究针对线叶报春苣苔(Primulina linearifolia)、条叶报春苣苔(P. ophiopogoides)、刺齿报春苣苔(P. spinulosa)、大根报春苣苔(P. macrorhiza)、线萼报春苣苔(P. linearicalyx)、癞叶报春苣苔(P. leprosa)、桂中报春苣苔(P. guizhongensis)、百寿报春苣苔(P. baishouensis),八种广西特有种的开花物候期、开花动态、子房发育情况、花粉活性等开花生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)八种广西特有报春苣苔属植物在野外及人工环境下部分种在花期、单株开花量、单花开放持续时间具有显著性差异。人工栽培植株在单株开花量、单花开放持续时间要优于野生植株。(2)不同物种的单花花期长短不同,为3~14 d。雄蕊在花蕾阶段已经基本完成生长。雌雄蕊成熟期不一致,雄蕊先于雌蕊成熟。(3)花冠半开放至完全打开阶段的花粉活性最高,均在90%以上。(4)花冠完全开放阶段的柱头可授性最强。(5)自花授粉不能结实,异花授粉可正常结实,自交种子发芽率在80%以上。综上结果不仅为解决珍稀物种的繁殖障碍和保存种质资源提供了数据支持,而且对后续提高报春苣苔属的杂交育种成功率具有重要意义。  相似文献

In flowering plants, pollination success is strongly dependent on the timing of when flowers start to bloom and when they start to close. To elucidate the genetic mechanism influencing the timing of flower opening and closing, we obtained F1 and F2 hybrids of Hemerocallis fulva (a diurnally blooming species, pollinated by swallowtail butterflies) and H. citrina (a nocturnally blooming species, pollinated by nocturnal hawkmoths) and observed their flowering behavior from blooming to closing with the use of digital cameras. For flower opening times, F1 hybrids were highly variable, and F2 hybrids showed a bimodal distribution of flower opening times with peaks in both the morning and evening. The ratio of morning flowering and evening flowering among F2 hybrids did not deviate from 1:1. For the start to close time, both F1 and F2 hybrids were similar in showing the major peak in the evening. The ratio of evening closing and morning closing among F2 hybrids did not deviate from 3:1. These results suggest that the time of flower opening and the start of closing are regulated by different major genes.  相似文献

水稻发芽期和幼苗前期耐碱性的鉴定方法研究   总被引:20,自引:2,他引:20  
通过采用4种不同浓度的Na2CO3模拟碱胁迫,以水稻发芽期发芽势和发芽率的相对碱害率以及幼苗前期的根数、根长和苗高的相对碱害率为鉴定评价指标,研究水稻发芽期和幼苗前期耐碱性鉴定的碱胁迫条件。结果表明,水稻发芽势对碱胁迫的反应较发芽率更为敏感;根长对碱胁迫的反应较苗高和根数更为敏感;幼苗前期对碱胁迫的反应较发芽期更为敏感。在0.15%或0.20%Na2CO3胁迫下水稻发芽势和发芽率的相对碱害率平均值、方差和变异幅度较大。且其分布均匀合理,可作为水稻发芽期耐碱性鉴定的碱胁迫条件;而在0.10%或0.15%Na2CO3胁迫下,幼苗前期根数、根长和苗高的相对碱害率以及综合相对碱害率的平均值、方差和变异幅度较大,且分布相对均匀合理,可作为水稻幼苗前期耐碱性鉴定的碱胁迫条件。在碱胁迫下,水稻发芽势、发芽率、根数、根长和苗高的表型值分别与它们自身的相对碱害率呈极显著的负相关;发芽率的相对碱害率与根数、根长和苗高的相对碱害率呈显著的正相关;发芽期的综合相对碱害率与幼苗前期的综合相对碱害率呈显著的正相关;因此,以水稻发芽期的耐碱性可间接判断水稻幼苗前期的耐碱性。  相似文献

Abstract

Swertia chirayita, a critically endangered medicinal herb, is being over-harvested in the wild. Understanding seed germination is a pre-requisite to ensure species conservation. The germination of seeds collected from six microhabitats was studied at 20°C, 25°C, and 30°C, both under a 14/10 h light/dark photoperiod and in continuous darkness. Two-way ANOVA indicated that microhabitat and temperature significantly affect seed germination, germination rate, germination recovery (GR), and GR rate. Overall, the seeds collected from under canopy showed a significantly (p < 0.05) higher germination than those from open habitats, at 20°C, 25°C, and 30°C (14/10 h light/dark photoperiod). Germination was negligible in continuous darkness but after transfer to a 14/10 h light/dark photoperiod, the seeds from under canopy significantly recovered at 20°C and at 25°C (p < 0.05), and showed the highest germination percentage compared to seeds collected from tree base, stump base, shrubberies, and grassy slope. Similarly, at 30°C, seeds from under canopy recorded the highest GR percentage. In general, seed germination, mean germination rate, seed GR, and GR rate were significantly greater (p < 0.05) at 25°C. Among the microhabitats tested, variation in GR rate was significant (p < 0.05). Seeds were confirmed to be positively photoblastic.  相似文献

通过显微结构及不同处理条件下种子萌发率的观察,对早春短命植物小拟南芥(Arabidopsis pumila)种子萌发特性及影响因素进行了研究,并对其生态适应性进行了讨论。结果表明:(1)温度和光照变化对自然生境和温室收获种子的萌发率影响均不显著,说明此种群在前期萌发阶段对光、温不敏感;(2)自然生境中采收的小拟南芥种子萌发率显著低于温室收获种子,说明环境条件的变化对短命植物种子的发育具有重要作用,可显著改变种子的萌发行为;(3)赤霉素使自然生境收获种子胚活性增强从而对萌发有较大促进作用,可使萌发率增加50%以上;(4)对种皮进行各种机械损伤处理使得种皮松弛或透气,可以显著提高自然生境种子的萌发率(超过70%);(5)盐和干旱胁迫对种子萌发均具有明显的抑制作用,但复水后部分被抑制种子可重新萌发,显示盐和干旱胁迫可导致种子产生浅度休眠。结合小拟南芥自然生存环境及本研究的结果,显示其种子萌发特性与生境具有高度适应性。  相似文献

为了探讨温度对叶用莴苣春化的影响,进而明确其春化类型,本试验选用两个易抽薹叶用莴苣品种GB-30和GB-31为试材,分别进行20 d的4、20和25 ℃处理,然后均进行高温胁迫促进抽薹,采用石蜡切片观察茎尖花芽分化进程,并结合后期抽薹开花情况来判断是否进行春化,并确定其春化类型.结果表明:两个品种在前期经过3种温度处理后,在高温胁迫第8天时均有不同程度的抽薹.两个品种不同温度处理下花芽均进行了分化,前期4 ℃处理并没有使其花芽分化明显提前,后期的高温胁迫可以明显促进花芽分化进程.两品种间在不同温度处理下完成各发育阶段所需天数存在差异,两品种各处理从催芽到开花以及从高温到开花的有效积温也存在差异.前期未经低温处理的叶用莴苣也进入花芽分化、抽薹、现蕾及开花阶段,表明叶用莴苣为非低温春化型植物,后期高温处理能明显促进其抽薹开花,而且从催芽开始只有有效积温达到约2500 ℃·d才能开花.  相似文献

The principal antioxidant enzymes and metabolites were reported to play a very important role in eliminating reactive oxygen species and maintaining vigour in dormancy breaking and germination of Davidia involucrate seeds. However, the researches on the change laws of content and activity are seldom. In present study, we chose Davidia involucrate seeds which collected from the Mabian Nature Reserve as experimental materials, and then investigated the activity of principal antioxidant enzymes and the content of metabolites in dormancy breaking and germination of the seeds. The results showed that the activity of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione reductase (GR) exhibited an increasing trend but the activity of total antioxidant capacity (T AOC) decreased greatly in early stage of stratification. Comparing with the decrease of protein (Pr), the content of ascorbic acid (Vc) and free amino acid (FAA) significantly increased. In middle stage of stratification, the activity of SOD and T AOC increased firstly and then decreased at last. The activity of POD always maintained a higher level although the activity of CAT and GR decreased greatly. In terminal stage of stratification, the activities of POD, GR, T AOC and the content of FAA and Vc exhibited an increasing trend, while the activity of CAT and SOD maintained a low level. In germination stage, the activity of all antioxidant enzymes and the content of Vc and FAA were increased obviously (P < 005), but the content of the protein was decreased. These results suggested that Davidia involucrata seeds may have a good ability to efficiently remove the effects on cell structure caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS) by keeping the interaction of antioxidant enzymes and metabolites successively during the period of dormancy breaking and germination. This adjustment helps to ensure the germination of seeds by acceleration the post ripening in morphological and physiological of progresses.  相似文献

Sown seed of many wild flower species have slow or delayed germination which can allow unsown and undesirable species to colonise a prepared site. Ideally all seed sown should germinate immediately. Priming seed in an inert osmoticum can improve synchronisation and speed of germination. The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy of priming on a selection of 60 wild flower species from a total of 21 different families. The majority of the species selected were common constituents of commercial seed mixtures. Seeds were primed in the light at 15CC for 14 days in a polyethylene glycol ‘6000’ solution giving an osmotic potential of either -10 or -15 bars. Priming had a highly significant effect on speed of germination reducing the median germination time by 2.8 ± 0.27 days in the -10 bar treatment and 1.6 ± 0.27 days in the -15 bar treatment. At the species level, 28 species had significantly reduced median germination times following priming. Priming significantly enhanced the final germination percentage in 15 species and significantly reduced it in eight species, with the adverse effect being more pronounced at -15 bars than at -10 bars. Non-hierarchical cluster analysis showed no clear patterns in response to priming either in relation to the comparative ecology or the plant family of the species tested, with the possible exception of the Leguminosae species. Only one out of six members of this family showed any enhancement in germination rate or percentage. The study demonstrates that a priming treatment could improve speed of germination, in a wide range of commonly sown semi-natural grassland species.  相似文献

以切花菊品种‘神马’为试材,采用顶空-固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)技术,分别测定菊花不同花期及花序不同部位的香气成分种类和含量,并利用生物显微镜观察花瓣的表皮细胞和横切面组织细胞的结构特征。结果表明:(1)菊花花蕾期共检测到香气成分24种,始花期31种,盛花期43种,终花期22种;随着花朵的开放和凋谢,酮类、萜烯类和醇类化合物的含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,在盛花期含量达到最高,而酯类、醛类和杂环类化合物则呈持续下降的趋势。(2)盛花期,在舌状花中共检测到香气成分种类31种,在管状花中共检测到50种;舌状花对菊花香气的贡献比管状花大;菊花舌状花由内轮向外轮香气成分种类变化不大,但是同类香气成分含量的变化出现由内轮向外轮逐渐减少的趋势。(3)异环柠檬醛、桉叶醇、α-蒎烯、β-金合欢烯和石竹烯等化合物可能为菊花的主要特征香气成分。(4)显微观察结果表明:舌状花的香气可能是通过表皮细胞间隙释放的,上表皮是菊花释放香气的主要部位。  相似文献

蒙古扁桃的植株可分为长花丝植株、短花丝植株和中花丝植株。群落花期约50d,单花花期约8d,分为露粉、微开、盛开、凋谢4个时期。过氧化物法测定4个时期花粉均具活力,可保持30d左右,联苯胺-过氧化氢测定柱头可授性,花粉活力与柱头可授性重叠,长花丝植株为8d左右,而中花丝约为5d。蒙古扁桃花一般在9:00开始泌蜜,11:00分泌量达到高峰,之后产蜜量减少直至停止,日泌蜜和散粉集中在10:00~14:00。蒙古扁桃开花受环境的影响。  相似文献
