Muscle mass is decreased with advancing age, likely due to altered regulation of muscle fiber size. This study was designed to investigate cellular mechanisms contributing to this process. Analysis of male Fischer 344 X Brown Norway rats at 6, 20, and 32 mo of age demonstrated that, even though significant atrophy had occurred in soleus muscle by old age, myofiber nuclear number did not change, resulting in a decreased myonuclear domain. Also, the number of centrally located nuclei was significantly elevated in soleus muscle of 32-mo-old rats, correlating with an increase in gene expression of MyoD and myogenin. Whereas total 5'-bromo-2'deoxyuridine (BrdU)-positive nuclei were decreased at older ages, BrdU-positive myofiber nuclei were increased. These results suggest that, with age, loss of muscle mass is accompanied by increased myofiber nuclear density that involves fusion of proliferative satellite cells, resembling ongoing regeneration. Interestingly, centrally located myofiber nuclei were not BrdU labeled. Rats were subjected to hindlimb suspension (HS) for 7 or 14 days and intermittent reloading during HS for 1 h each day (IR) to investigate how aging affects the response of soleus muscle to disuse and an atrophy-reducing intervention. After 14 days of HS, soleus muscle size was decreased to a similar extent at all three ages. However, myofiber nuclear number and the total number of BrdU-positive nuclei decreased with HS only in the young rats. IR was associated with an attenuation of atrophy in soleus muscles of 6- and 20- but not 32-mo-old rats. Furthermore, IR was associated with an increase in BrdU-positive myofiber nuclei only in young rats. These data indicate that altered satellite cell function with age contributes to the impaired response of soleus muscle to an intervention that attenuates muscle atrophy in young animals during imposed disuse.  相似文献

Acquired resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs by tumor cells is an important obstacle to effective therapy of human malignancy. We now describe a vincristine (VCR)-induced multidrug-resistant (MDR) human acute lymphatic leukemia cell line, the sustained in vitro growth of which is dependent on vincristine. The doubling time for parental drug-sensitive cells (L0) is 40.2 +/- 13.2 h and for the MDR subline (L100) 62.5 +/- 11.3 h. L100 cells have similar G2 and mitotic phase to parental cells, express the MDR phenotype, and are characterized by novel morphologic features with multilobulated nuclei and multiple small nucleoli. Compared with L0 cells which have 2-3 nucleoli per cell, L100 cells have 7-8 nucleoli per cell. Average nucleolar area is 11.3 +/- 7.3 microns 2 for L0 and 2.5 +/- 2.4 microns 2 for L100 cells determined by the laser scanning method. The striking morphologic abnormalities of L100 cells suggest a drug-induced cytoskeletal abnormality. The relationship of these abnormalities to the VCR growth dependence of L100 cells is discussed.  相似文献

Rhythmical changes in the activity of the neurosecretory processes have been compared in the supraoptic (SON) and paraventricular (PVN) nuclei in the C57Bl mice hypothalamus during vernal equinox. Parts of the neurosecretory cells, being at stages of synthesis, excretion and accumulation of secrete, volumes of the cell nuclei and nucleoli survey as criteria of their activity. Similar feature for the rhythmic of both nuclei studied is the highest activation of the processes during day time, when mice are resting; this is demonstrated as the maximal amount of actively synthesizing cells, maximal volumes of the cell nuclei and nucleoli. The peculiarities of the rhythmic display in the activity is manifested as a greater ability of the SON cells to accumulate neurosecrete. The accumulation of the secretory material in the SON cells precedes to the period of its maximal activity (1-7 PM) characterized: by making the cells free from the secrete and by a maximal increasing the volume of the nucleoli. In the PVN intensified display of the activity is noted at early hours of the day, and the amount of the cells not containing the secrete--at 6 PM. Lack of the neurosecrete accumulation in the PVN cells speaks in favour of more steady than in the SON cells excretion of the secrete. This demonstrates a more even maintenance of neurohormones concentration in the organism.  相似文献

WISH cell cultures 24 hours after passage were irradiated with 3 GHz microwaves (10 cm) at far field conditions in free space (anechoic chamber) for 30 minutes, at field power density 5 or 20 mW/cm2. Within 1,24 and 48 hours of the exposure to microwave fields the volumes of nuclei and nucleoli were measured with the use of a micrometer, and logvolumes and nucleo-nucleolar ratios were calculated. Under the applied irradiation conditions the culture medium temperature did not exceed 37 degrees C. In cultures irradiated at field power density 20 mW/cm2 increased number of cells with small nuclei and enlarged nucleoli was noted within 1 hour of the exposure. Within 24 and 48 hours after irradiation the nucleolar volume showed a slight decrease, whereas the nuclear volume increased. In cultures irradiated at field power density 5 mW/cm2 increased numbers of cells with enlarged nuclei and nucleoli were found. Analysis of the distribution curves of nuclear and nucleolar volumes suggests that non-thermal power densities of microwaves stimulate the metabolism of cell cultures. However, at higher power densities (20 mW/cm2) the stimulation phase is preceded by a period of reduced viability of cell cultures.  相似文献

The role of c-Ski, an oncoprotein encoded by the oncogene, c-ski, in Trichinella spiralis-infected muscle tissues during nurse cell formation, was investigated by following the expression kinetics and distribution of c-Ski (both protein and mRNA) in the infected muscle cell, as well as the expression kinetics of the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) signaling pathway factor genes (TGF-beta, Smad2 and Smad4) which cooperate with c-Ski. Immunohistochemical analysis using an anti-c-Ski antibody indicated that in the early stages of infection (13 and 18 days post-infection (p.i.)) the increased expression of the c-Ski protein was limited to the eosinophilic cytoplasm and not the enlarged nuclei or basophilic cytoplasm. At a later stage of infection (23 and 28 days p.i.) the c-Ski protein was limited to the enlarged nuclei in the basophilic cytoplasm, rather than the eosinophilic cytoplasm. At 48 days p.i., the c-Ski protein was barely detectable. Real-time PCR analysis showed that expression of the c-ski gene increased from 13 days p.i., reached a peak at 23-28 days p.i. and then decreased to a low level by 48 days p.i. Expression kinetics for the TGF-beta signaling pathway factor genes (TGF-beta, Smad2 and Smad4) were similar to that of c-ski. These findings provide evidence that the c-Ski protein is involved in nurse cell formation through the TGF-beta signaling pathway process in the host cell nucleus.  相似文献

The RNA and protein content of perennial ryegrass root-tip galls induced by Longidorus elongatus were measured from transverse sections and the morphology described. Galls progressed through five distinct stages and were viable for only 10-12 days at 18 C, after which they collapsed and became necrotic. In the initial stage hypertrophy occurred and cells contained enlarged nuclei and nucleoli, a greater proportion of cytoplasm, and increased concentrations of protein. This was followed by hyperplasia; cells divided to give two or four daughter cells, accompanied by a proportionate reduction in volumes of cytoplasm, nuclei, and nucleoli and reduced concentrations of RNA and protein. The third stage was secondary hypertrophy with enlarged, amoeboid nuclei and nucleoli and a significant increase in concentration of RNA and protein. In the final two stages, as feeding by L. elongatus progressively removed cell contents, most cells were devoid of inclusions and galls collapsed and were invaded by soil bacteria. This ordered development and exploitation of galls suggests that L. elongatus may have two phases in its feeding.  相似文献

The human Sertoli cell population was characterized in 14 men by histometric analysis and by direct counts of nuclei in testicular homogenates. Testes obtained at autopsy were perfused with glutaraldehyde and embedded in Epon. Nucleolar and nuclear volumes were determined by the formula of a sphere given the diameter of the nucleoli or average diameter of nuclei measured at the height and width. Nuclear volume was also estimated by adding volumes of nuclear profiles in 0.5-micron serial sections. Sertoli cell number/g was calculated by the product of the percentage nucleoli or nuclei in the parenchyma, parenchymal volume, and histologic correction factor divided by the volume of a single nucleolus or nucleus. Also, Sertoli cell nuclei were counted directly in homogenates of fixed parenchyma. Number of Sertoli cells/g was similar (P greater than 0.05) whether determined by serial sections or in homogenates, but the estimate based on the nucleolar method was higher (P less than 0.01) and the nuclear measurement method was lower (P less than 0.01) than that for serial sections. A group of 37 men aged 20 to 48 yr had significantly (P less than 0.01) more Sertoli cells than did 34 men aged 50 to 85 yr. It is concluded that: 1) the homogenate method is valid for quantification of the Sertoli cell population, 2) Sertoli cells are evenly distributed in different regions of the testis, 3) the average human Sertoli cell supports relatively few germ cells, 4) the human Sertoli cell population declines with age, and 5) there is a significant relationship between sperm production rates and number of Sertoli cells.  相似文献

Sarcocystis-like oocysts-sporocysts were found in four species of owls (Asio otus, Bubo bubo, Strix aluco, and Tyto alba) and in five species of predatory birds (Accipiter gentilis, Accipiter nisus, Buteo buteo, Circus aeruginosus, Falco tinnunculus). In addition, the muscles of 15 of 41 (36.5%) pheasants (Phasianus colchicus) and one of two jays (Garrulus glandarius) were found to harbor three types of Sarcocystis. Three of 15 (20%) infected pheasants had type I cystozoites (6-8 X 2 microns) in muscle homogenates, but sarcocysts were not seen whereas the other 12 infected pheasants had type II cystozoites (16 X 2-3 microns) and sarcocysts (90 X 600 microns) in their muscles. The one infected jay had type III cystozoites (8-10.5 X 2.5-3 microns) and sarcocysts (35-40 X greater than 770 microns) in its muscles.  相似文献

Adventitious rooting in microcuttings of Malus rootstocks MM106 was studied as regards their histological and biochemical aspects. Microcuttings from shoots raised in Murashige and Skoog's (1962) medium were transferred into a rooting medium containing IBA in the dark, then fixed 0, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after. Some cambial zone and adjacent phloem cells became dense cytoplasm, nuclei with prominent nucleoli and the first cell divisions were observed at day 3. Meristemoids became individualized, consisting of densely staining cells (with enlarged nucleoli) formed outside the xylem by day 5. Identifiable root primordia with a conical shape and several cell layers were present at day 7. Roots with organized tissue system emerged from the stem 10 days after the root induction treatment. From these histological observations, it can be established that the rooting induction stage ended before day 3. The initiation stage, with the first histological modifications to the formation of meristemoids, would correspond to the transient increase of our biochemical marker (peroxidase activity) until day 5. The best rooting percentage obtained with cultures in the presence of auxin during 5 days confirms this hypothesis. The expression of rooting can then take place.  相似文献

We expressed two green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged Nopp140 isoforms in transgenic Drosophila melanogaster to study nucleolar dynamics during oogenesis and early embryogenesis. Specifically, we wanted to test whether the quiescent oocyte nucleus stored maternal Nopp140 and then to determine precisely when nucleoli formed during embryogenesis. During oogenesis nurse cell nucleoli accumulated GFP-Nopp140 gradually such that posterior nurse cell nucleoli in egg chambers at stage 10 were usually brighter than the more anterior nurse cell nucleoli. Nucleoli within apoptotic nurse cells disassembled in stages 12 and 13, but not all GFP-Nopp140 entered the oocyte through inter-connecting cytoplasmic bridges. Oocytes, on the other hand, lost their nucleoli by stage 3, but GFP-Nopp140 gradually accumulated in oocyte nuclei during stages 8–13. Most oocyte nuclei at stage 10 stored GFP-Nopp140 uniformly, but many stage 10 oocytes accumulated GFP-Nopp140 in presumed endobodies or in multiple smaller spheres. All oocyte nuclei at stages 11-12 were uniformly labeled, and GFP-Nopp140 diffused to the cytoplasm upon nuclear disassembly in stage 13. GFP-Nopp140 reappeared during embryogenesis; initial nucleologenesis occurred in peripheral somatic nuclei during embryonic stage 13, one stage earlier than reported previously. These GFP-Nopp140-containing foci disassembled at the 13th syncytial mitosis, and a second nucleologenesis occurred in early stage 14. The resulting nucleoli occupied nuclear regions closest to the periphery of the embryos. Pole cells contained GFP-Nopp140 during the syncytial embryonic stages, but their nucleologenesis started at gastrulation. Skeletal muscle atrophy is associated with an increase in apoptosis, and we showed previously that endonuclease G (EndoG) is localized to nuclei following unloading. The goal of this study was to determine whether the onset of apoptosis in response to disuse was consistent with the hypothesis that EndoG is involved in myofiber nuclear loss. Atrophy was induced by hindlimb suspension for 12 h or 1, 2, 4 and 7 days in 6-mo-old rats. Soleus myofiber cross-sectional area decreased significantly by 2 days, whereas muscle mass and muscle-to-body mass ratio decreased by 4 and 7 days, respectively. By contrast, a significant increase in apoptosis, evidenced by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL)-positive nuclei, occurred as early as 12 h after suspension, preceding the elevation in muscle atrophy F-box gene expression. The early increase in apoptosis appeared to be specific to myofiber nuclei, whereas TUNEL-positive interstitial cells did not become significantly elevated until 2 days after suspension. Furthermore, TUNEL-positive myofiber nuclei colocalized with EndoG as early as 12 h after suspension, and no such localization was observed in interstitial cells. Although no significant change in total activated caspase-3, -7, or -12 protein abundance was apparent, activated caspase-3 was expressed in interstitial cells undergoing apoptosis, some of which were endothelial cells. These data indicate that apoptosis is an early, and therefore possibly causative, event in the process of muscle atrophy, and that EndoG nuclear translocation is specific for myofiber nuclear apoptosis, whereas interstitial cells may undergo apoptosis via a more classical, caspase-dependent pathway.  相似文献

This report describes the morphology of the smooth muscle cells, pericytes, and the perivascular autonomic nerve plexus of blood vessels in the rat mammary gland as visualized by scanning electron microscopy after removal of connective-tissue components. From the differences in cellular morphology, eight vascular segments were identified: 1) terminal arterioles (10-30 microns in outer diameter), with a compact layer of spindle-shaped and circularly oriented smooth muscle cells; 2) precapillary arterioles (6-12 microns), with a less compact layer of branched smooth muscle cells having circular processes; 3) arterial capillaries (4-7 microns), with " spidery " pericytes having mostly circularly oriented processes; 4) true capillaries (3-5 microns), with widely scattered pericytes having longitudinal and several circular processes; 5) venous capillaries (5-8 microns), with spidery pericytes having ramifying processes; 6) postcapillary venules (10-40 microns), with clustered spidery pericytes; 7) collecting venules (30-60 microns), with a discontinuous layer of circularly oriented and elongated stellate or branched spindle-shaped cells which may represent primitive smooth muscle cells; and 8) muscular venules (over 60 microns), with a discontinuous layer of ribbon-like smooth muscle cells having a series of small lateral projections. No focal precapillary sphincters were found. The nerve plexus appears to innervate terminal arterioles densely and precapillary arterioles less densely. Fine nerve fibers are only occasionally associated with arterial capillaries. Venous microvessels in the rat mammary gland seemingly lack innervation.  相似文献

A cytogenetic examination of spreaded cells of diapausing and early activated blastocysts obtained from 7 female western spotted skunks was performed. Mitosis was not observed in 1626 cells obtained from 9 diapausing blastocysts; however, 12 (1.5%) figures of diploid mitosis were seen in 851 cells from 5 early activated embryos. Diameter of the cell nuclei varied from 4 to 29 microm during diapause, and from 5 to 40 microm in activated blastocyst, and the heterogeneity in nuclear size was significantly different between diapausing and activated embryos (P<0.01). About 80% of nuclei from diapausing blastocysts measured 9 to 16 microm, whereas a similar percentage of nuclei from activated blastocysts ranged from 15 to 27 microm. Many enlarged nuclei exhibited morphological features characteristic of mammalian polytene (i.e. endopolyploid with polytenic organization of chromosomes) trophoblast cells. The number of silver stained nucleoli in all the nuclei did not exceed 2, which corresponds to the number of nucleolus organizers in the diploid karyotype in this species of skunk and suggests the polytene organization of chromosomes in enlarged nuclei. About 10% of large interphase nuclei were observed to undergo amitosis, i.e. direct division by constriction. The resulting nuclear fragments in diapausing blastocysts usually had normal morphology and active nucleoli. In activated embryos, nearly 15% of amitotically divided nuclei appeared to be dividing into fragments of unequal size, one of which had normal cell nuclear morphology and extremely large silver positive nucleoli, and the other fragment exhibited signs of cell death. We interpret these data as indicating that 1) amitotic division of trophoblast endopolyploid cell nuclei in the skunk blastocysts may generate new trophoblast cells which contribute to increased cell number during both diapause and activation stages, and 2) activation of blastocysts after diapause is related to the production of trophoblast cells with enhanced synthetic capabilities.  相似文献

Antibodies were elicited against a purified antigen with an apparent molecular weight of 43K. This antibody preparation also detected a second antigen consisting of a group of closely related components of 45-50K. These antigens are stage specific for the infective first stage larva of Trichinella spiralis and are among the repertoire of secreted antigens originating from the stichosome. Antibody raised against the 43K antigen reacted with the stichosome and cuticle of the mature larva and the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm, but not nucleolus, of all nuclei of infected host cells (Nurse cells) in sections of infected tissues. Studies on sections of synchronously infected muscle tissue revealed that antigen was present only within the worm on Day 7 of the infection. On Day 9 after infection, the stichosome and cuticular surface of the larva and the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm of each nucleus of the Nurse cell reacted with antibody. Nurse cell cytoplasmic and nuclear reactivity increased in intensity until Day 18 after infection. These results suggest that stichocyte-specific antigens are synthesized during the early phase of infection in the muscle, and that as the Nurse-parasite complex develops, some of the antigen is secreted into the milieu of the Nurse cell. The presence of antigen in the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm of the infected host cell is discussed in relation to Nurse cell formation and maintenance.  相似文献

In this report, an experimental infection of Apis mellifera by Nosema ceranae, a newly reported microsporidian in this host is described. Nosema free honeybees were inoculated with 125,000 N. ceranae spores, isolated from heavily infected bees. The parasite species was identified by amplification and sequencing the SSUrRNA gene of the administered spores. Three replicate cages of 20 honeybees each were prepared, along with one control cage (n=20) supplied with sugar syrup only. The infection rate was 100% at the dosage administered. The presence of Nosema inside ventricular cells was confirmed in the samples using ultrathin sectioning and transmission electron microscopy. By day 3 p.i. a few cells (4.4%+/-1.2) were observed to be parasitized, whereas by 6 days p.i. more than half of the counted cells (66.4%+/-6) showed different parasite stages, this value increasing on day 7 p.i. (81.5%+/-14.8). Only one control bee died on day 7 p.i. In the infected groups, mortality was not observed until day 6 p.i. (66.7%+/-5.6). Total mortality on day 7 p.i. was 94.1% in the three infected replicates and by day 8 p.i. no infected bee was alive. After the infection, the parasites invaded both the tip of folds and the basal cells of the epithelium and the autoinfective capacity of the spores seemed to spread the infection rapidly between epithelial cells. On day 3 p.i., mature spores could be seen inside host cell tissue implying that the developmental cycle had been completed. The large number of parasitized cells, even the regenerative ones, the presence of autoinfective spores and the high mortality rate demonstrate that N. ceranae is highly pathogenic to Apis mellifera. Possible relation with bee depopulation syndrome is discussed by authors.  相似文献

Grouper iridovirus in Taiwan (TGIV) infection in the Epinephelus hybrid is a major problem in the grouper industry. ATPase gene sequences indicate that this virus is closely related to cell hypertrophy iridoviruses. Histologically, the appearance of basophilic or eosinophilic enlarged cells in internal organs is the most characteristic feature of this disease. These cells are acid-phosphatase positive and are able to phagocytose injected carbon particles. In our study, TGIV infection inhibited normal phagocytic ability in these cells in vivo after 4 d post-infection (p.i.) but not before 2 d p.i. Their staining properties and phagocytic ability suggested a monocyte origin of enlarged cells, which appeared in high numbers in the trunk kidney, head kidney, spleen and gill. After infection, the enlarged cells first appeared in the spleen, with an abundance peak at 64 h p.i. (Peak 1); at 120 h p.i., a second peak (Peak 2) occurred in the spleen, head kidney, trunk kidney and gill. Lower numbers of enlarged cells were observed in the liver, muscle, heart, eye, intestine, but no enlarged cells were found in the brain. A TGIV-specific DNA probe labeled most of the basophilic but not eosinophilic enlarged cells. Nuclei of infected cells were labeled during an early stage of the infection; at later stages, both nuclei and cytoplasms were labeled. Ultrastructurally, heterochromatins of the infected cells were marginated or aggregated to one side of the nuclei during the early stages of infection. Damage and rupture of the nuclear membrane started before formation of the viromatrix. Capsids were assembled in ring-shaped or disc-shaped structures. Bullet-shaped electron-dense material was present near the incomplete virus particles, and is speculated to be inserted into the capsids later.  相似文献

The nuclear volume of the epithelial cells in the human urinary bladder mucosa has been estimated using point sampled intercepts in vertical sections (local vertical windows). The study included 27 specimens: ten from normal bladder mucosa, five from inflamed mucosa, seven from mucosa with flat grade II lesions and five from mucosa with flat grade III lesions. After standard fixation, embedding, sectioning and haematoxylin-eosin staining an unbiased estimate of the mean volume of nuclei sampled with a chance proportion to the volume = vV = pi/3 x (l0)3 was calculated using a frame for orientating the linear test probe in vertical sections. Here l0 is the length of the intercept through a test point hitting a nucleus measured in a random direction through the test point. The weighted mean nuclear volume of bladder mucosa with grade II and grade III lesions (537 microns 3 and 494 microns 3 respectively) was significantly larger than the weighted mean nuclear volume of normal (133 microns 3) and inflamed bladder mucosa (182 microns 3). This simple and fast estimation of nuclear volume seems to provide objective data useful in discriminating between neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions of the bladder mucosa.  相似文献

Recent events have heightened the need for the rapid development of vaccines directed against pandemic influenza H1N1 viruses circulating during 2009 to 2010. The current study was conducted to establish a virus challenge dose for a subsequent CA/04 vaccine efficacy study in 3-mo-old domesticated ferrets. An additional consideration in using CA/04 in ferrets is the selection of endpoints on which to base the challenge dose, given the potential nonlethality of this particular model. Four doses ranging from 10(4) to 10(7) TCID(50) units of CA/04 per animal were administered by intranasal instillation to groups of male and female ferrets, and virus titers in nasal washes obtained 1, 3, and 5 d thereafter were determined in MDCK cells. Dosed ferrets developed clinically mild infections. Peak virus titers occurred on day 3 after instillation regardless of dose. Virus-treated ferrets had less weight gain than did untreated ferrets. In conclusion, 3-mo-old ferrets can be infected with doses as low as 10(4) TCID(50) units of CA/04, and virus titers in nasal washes and decreased body weight gain can be used to assess the course of nonlethal infection of 3-mo-old ferrets by CA/04.  相似文献

Wild-type herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) multiplies, spreads, and rapidly destroys cells of the murine central nervous system (CNS). In contrast, mutants lacking both copies of the gamma(1)34.5- gene have been shown to be virtually lacking in virulence even after direct inoculation of high-titered virus into the CNS of susceptible mice (J. Chou, E. R. Kern, R. J. Whitley, and B. Roizman, Science 250:1262-1266, 1990). To investigate the host range and distribution of infected cells in the CNS of mice, 4- to 5-week-old mice were inoculated stereotaxically into the caudate/putamen with 3 x 10(5) PFU of the gamma(1)34.5- virus R3616. Four-micrometer-thick sections of mouse brains removed on day 3, 5, or 7 after infection were reacted with a polyclonal antibody directed primarily to structural proteins of the virus and with antibodies specific for neurons, astrocytes, or oligodendrocytes. This report shows the following: (i) most of the tissue damage caused by R3616 was at the site of injection, (ii) the virus spread by retrograde transport from the site of infection to neuronal cell nuclei at distant sites and to ependymal cells by cerebrospinal fluid, (iii) the virus infected neurons, astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, and ependymal cells and hence did not discriminate among CNS cells, (iv) viral replication in some neurons could be deduced from the observation of infected astrocytes and oligodendrocytes at distant sites, and (v) infected cells were being efficiently cleared from the nervous system by day 7 after infection. We conclude that the gamma(1)34.5- attenuation phenotype is reflected in a gross reduction in the ability of the virus to replicate and spread from cell to cell and is not due to a restricted host range. The block in viral replication appears to be a late event in viral replication.  相似文献
