The first [Pd(Ln)2(ox)] xH2O oxalato(ox) complexes involving 2-chloro-N6-(benzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L1; complex 1), 2-chloro-N6-(4-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L2; 2), 2-chloro-N6-(2,3-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L3; 3), 2-chloro-N6-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L4; 4), and 2-chloro-N6-(4-methylbenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L5; 5) have been synthesized by the reactions of potassium bis(oxalato)palladate(II) dihydrate, [K2Pd(ox)2]·2H2O, with the mentioned organic compounds (H2ox = oxalic acid; x = 0 for 1-3 and 5 or 2 for 4). Elemental analyses (C, H, N), FTIR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C, 15N) spectroscopies, conductivity measurements and thermal studies (thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses, TG/DTA) have been used to characterize the prepared complexes. The molecular structures of [Pd(L2)2(ox)] (2) and [Pd(L5)2(ox)]·L5·Me2CO (5·L5·Me2CO) have been determined by a single crystal X-ray analysis. The geometry of these complexes is slightly distorted square-planar with two appropriate Ln (n = 2 or 5) molecules mutually arranged in the head-to-head (2) or head-to-tail (5) orientation. The Ln ligands are coordinated to the central Pd(II) ion via the N7 atoms. The same conclusions regarding the binding properties of L1-L5 ligands can be made based on multinuclear NMR spectra. In vitro cytotoxicity of the complexes 1-5 has been evaluated against human chronic myelogenous leukaemia (K562) and human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) cancer cell lines. Significant cytotoxicity has been determined for the complexes 3 (IC50 = 6.2 μM) and 5 (IC50 = 6.8 μM) on the MCF7 cell line, which is even better than that found for the well-known and widely-used platinum-bearing antineoplastic drugs, i.e. oxaliplatin and cisplatin. 相似文献

In vitro antitumour activity of the [Pt(ox)(Ln)2] (1-7) and [Pd(ox)(Ln)2] (8-14) oxalato (ox) complexes involving N6-benzyl-9-isopropyladenine-based N-donor carrier ligands (Ln) against ovarian carcinoma (A2780), cisplatin resistant ovarian carcinoma (A2780cis), malignant melanoma (G-361), lung carcinoma (A549), cervix epitheloid carcinoma (HeLa), breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) and osteosarcoma (HOS) human cancer cell lines was studied. Some of the tested complexes were even several times more cytotoxic as compared with cisplatin employed as a positive control. The improved cytotoxic effect was demonstrated for the platinum(II) complexes 3 (IC50 = 3.2 ± 1.0 μM and 3.2 ± 0.6 μM) and 5 (IC50 = 4.0 ± 1.0 μM and 4.1 ± 1.4 μM) against A2780 and A2780cis, as compared with 11.5 ± 1.6 μM, and 30.3 ± 6.1 μM determined for cisplatin, respectively. The significant in vitro cytotoxicity against MCF7 (IC50 = 8.2 ± 3.8 μM for 12) and A2780 (IC50 = 5.4 ± 1.2 μM for 14) was evaluated for the palladium(II) oxalato complexes, which again exceeded cisplatin, whose IC50 equalled 19.6 ± 4.3 μM against the MCF7 cells. Selected complexes were also screened for their in vitro cytotoxic effect in primary cultures of human hepatocytes and they were found to be non-hepatotoxic. 相似文献

Reactions of potassium bis(oxalato)palladate dihydrate, K2[Pd(ox)2]·2H2O, with two molar equivalents of N6-(benzyl)-9-isopropyladenine-based organic molecules (L1-7), i.e. 2-chloro-N6-(2-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L1), 2-chloro-N6-(3-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L2), 2-chloro-N6-(3,5-dimethoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L3), 2-(1-ethyl-2-hydroxyethylamino)-N6-(benzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L4), 2-(1-ethyl-2-hydroxyethylamino)-N6-(2-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L5), 2-(1-ethyl-2-hydroxyethylamino)-N6-(3-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L6) and 2-(1-ethyl-2-hydroxyethylamino)-N6-(4-methoxybenzyl)-9-isopropyladenine (L7), provided a series of seven palladium(II) oxalato (ox) complexes of the general formula [Pd(ox)(L1-7)2]·nH2O (1-7; n = 0 for 4, 5 and 7, ¾ for 1 and 2, 1 for 6, and 3 for 3). The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, Raman, 1H, 13C and 15N{1H} NMR spectroscopy, ESI+ mass spectrometry, molar conductivity and TG/DTA thermal analysis. The geometry of [Pd(ox)(L2)2] (2) was optimized on the B3LYP/6-311G∗/LANL2DZ level of theory. The complexes 4-7 represent the first palladium(II) oxalato complexes with a PdN2O2 donor set, which involve highly potent purine-based cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors (L4-7) as carrier N-donor ligands. The selected complexes 1, 3-5 and 7 were tested by an MTT assay for their in vitro cytotoxic activity against human osteosarcoma (HOS) cancer cell line. The highest activity was found for the complexes 5 (IC50 = 34.9 μM) and 7 (IC50 = 39.2 μM). 相似文献

Reactions of [PtMe3(bpy)(Me2CO)][BF4] (2) with the thionucleobases 2-thiouracil (s2Ura), 4-thiouracil (s4Ura) and 2,4-dithiouracil (s2s4Ura) resulted in the formation of complexes of the type [PtMe3(bpy)(L-κS)][BF4] (L = s2Ura, 3; s4Ura, 4; s2s4Ura, 5). The complexes were characterized by NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 195Pt), IR spectroscopy as well as microanalyses. The coordination through the C4S groups (4, 5) was additionally confirmed by DFT calculations, where it was shown that these complexes [PtMe3(bpy)(L-κS4)]+ (L = s4Ura, s2s4Ura) are about 5.8 (4b) and 3.3 kcal/mol (5b), respectively, more stable than the respective complexes, having thiouracil ligands bound through the C2X groups (X = O, 4a; S, 5a). For [PtMe3(bpy)(s2Ura-κS2)][BF4] (3) no preferred coordination mode could be assigned solely based on DFT calculations. Analysis of NMR spectra showed the κS2 coordination. In vitro cytotoxic studies of complexes 3−5 on nine different cell lines (8505C, A253, FaDu, A431, A549, A2780, DLD-1, HCT-8, HT-29) revealed in most cases moderate activities. However, 3 and 5 showed significant activity towards A549 and A2780, respectively, possessing IC50 values comparable to those of cisplatin. Cell cycle perturbations and trypan blue exclusion test on cancer cell line A431 using [PtMe3(bpy)(s2s4Ura-κS4)][BF4] (5) showed induction of apoptotic cell death. Furthermore, the reaction of [PtMe3(OAc-κ2O,O′)(Me2CO)] (6) with 4-thiouracil yielded the dinuclear complex [(PtMe3)2(μ-s4Ura-H)2] (7), which has been characterized by microanalysis, NMR (1H, 13C, 195Pt) and IR spectroscopy as well as ESI mass spectrometry. X-ray diffraction analysis of crystals yielded in an isolated case exhibited the presence of a hexanuclear thiouracilato platinum(IV) complex, possessing each three different kinds of methyl platinum(IV) moieties and 4-thiouracilato ligands. This exhibited the ability of 4-thiouracil platinum(IV) complexes to form multinuclear complexes. 相似文献

Two new 3,5-dimethylpyrazolic derived ligands that are N1-substituted by diamine chains, 1-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (L1) and 1-[2-(dioctylamino)ethyl]-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (L2) were synthesised. Reaction of the ligands, L1 and L2, with [MCl2(CH3CN)2] yielded [MCl2(L)] (M = Pd(II), Pt(II)) complexes. These complexes were characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 195Pt{1H} NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of [PdCl2(L1)] was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The structure consists of mononuclear units. The Pd(II) atom is coordinated by a pyrazolic nitrogen, an amine nitrogen and two chlorine atoms in a cis disposition. In this structure, C-H?Cl, C-H?H-C and C-H?C-H intermolecular interactions have been identified. 相似文献

The novel N,N-type bidentate ligand precursors, diethyl, dipropyl esters of ethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetic acid dihydrochloride (HOOCCH2NHCH2CH2NHCH2COOH · 2HCl, H2edda · 2HCl), and the corresponding tetrachloroplatinum(IV) complexes, [PtCl4(R2edda)] · H2O (ROOCCH2NHCH2CH2NHCH2COOR, R = Me, Et, n-Pr), were synthesized. The esters coordinated as bidentate ligands via both N donor atoms. The esters, as well as the complexes, have been characterized by infrared, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Solid state structures of both dimethyl and diethyl ester platinum(IV) complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Quantum chemical calculations were performed in order to investigate diastereoselectivity in the formation of the platinum(IV) complexes. The in vitro cytotoxic evaluation of the investigated complexes in human tumor cell lines 1411HP, H12.1 (both testicular germ cell tumors), DLD-1 (colon carcinoma), 518A2 (melanoma), A549 (lung carcinoma) and liposarcoma showed a dose-dependent antiproliferative effect in all cell lines. Remarkably, the highest cytotoxic activity was observed in the cisplatin-resistant cell line 1411HP. In addition, at higher concentrations the treatment with these complexes led to the induction of apoptosis in all cell lines except for DLD-1. 相似文献

Four dipeptide complexes of the type [PtX(2)(dipeptide)] x H(2)O (X=Cl, I, dipeptide=l-methionylglycine, l-methionyl-l-leucine) were prepared. The complexes were characterized by (1)H, (13)C, (195)Pt NMR and infrared spectroscopy, DTG and elemental analysis. From the infrared, (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy it was concluded that dipeptides coordinate bidentately via sulfur and amine nitrogen donor atoms. Confirmed with (13)C and (195)Pt NMR spectroscopy, each of the complexes exists in two diastereoisomeric forms, which are related by inversion of configuration at the sulfur atom. The (1)H NMR spectrum for the platinum(II) complex with l-methionylglycine and chloro ligands exhibited reversible, intramolecular inversion of configuration at the S atom; DeltaG( not equal)=72 kJ mol(-1) at coalescence temperature 349 K was calculated. In vitro cytotoxicity studies using the human tumor cell lines liposarcoma, lung carcinoma A549 and melanoma 518A2 revealed considerable activity of the platinum(II) complex with l-methionylglycine and chloro ligands. Further in vitro cytotoxic evaluation using human testicular germ cell tumor cell lines 1411HP and H12.1 and colon carcinoma cell line DLD-1 showed moderate cytotoxic activity for all platinum(II) complexes only in the cisplatin-sensitive cell line H12.1. Platinum uptake studies using atomic absorption spectroscopy indicated no relationship between uptake and activity. Potential antitumoral activity of this class of platinum(II) complexes is dependent on the kind of ligands as well as on tumor cell type. 相似文献

Pt(II) and Pd(II) compounds containing the free radical 4-aminoTEMPO (4amTEMPO) were synthesized and characterised by X-ray diffraction methods. The disubstituted complexes cis- and trans-Pt(4amTEMPO)2I2 were studied. The trans isomer was prepared from the isomerisation of the cis analogue. The two Pd(II) compounds trans-Pd(4amTEMPO)2X2 (X = Cl and I) were also characterised by crystallographic methods. A mixed-ligand complex cis-Pt(DMSO)(4amTEMPO)Cl2 was synthesized from the isomerisation of the trans isomer in hot water. Its crystal structure was also determined. In all the complexes, the 4amTEMPO ligand is bonded to the metal through the -NH2 group, since the nitroxide O atom is not a good donor atom for the soft Pt(II) and Pd(II) metals. The conformation of the 4-aminoTEMPO ligand was compared to those of the few reported structures in the literature. 相似文献

The complexes dichloro[2-(phenylselanyl)ethanamine]platinum(II), dichloro[2-(benzylselanyl)ethanamine]platinum(II) and dichloro(O-methylselenomethionine)platinum(II) have been prepared and the structure of dichloro(O-methylselenomethionine)platinum(II) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The Pt(II) is in a square planar environment and is coordinated by two cis chloride ligands and a chelating O-methylselenomethionine ligand. The cytotoxicities of the compounds have been assessed in the human cell lines HeLa and K562 and they are at least threefold less toxic than cisplatin in both cell lines. 相似文献

Platinum(II) compounds containing purine analogs as ligands have gained increasing attention in pharmaceutical applications as, for example, antitumor drugs. This article reviews the molecular and antitumor properties of this class of compounds. The large amount of available spectroscopic and crystollographic data allows possible elucidation of geometrical parameters, such as bond lengths and angles, which may have an impact on the behavior of platinum(II) complexes against tumor cells. 相似文献

A series of novel octahedral ruthenium(III) complexes involving 6-benzylaminopurine (L) derivatives as N-donor ligands has been prepared by the reaction of [(DMSO)2H][trans-RuCl4(DMSO)2] with the corresponding L derivative. The complexes 1-12 have the general compositions trans-[RuCl4(DMSO)(n-Cl-LH)] ⋅ xSol (1-3), trans-[RuCl4(DMSO)(n-Br-LH)] · xSol (4-6), trans-[RuCl4(DMSO)(n-OMe-LH)] · xSol (7-9) and trans-[RuCl4(DMSO)(n-OH-LH)] · xSol (10-12); n = 2, 3, and 4, x = 0-1.5; and Sol = H2O, DMSO, EtOH and/or (Me)2CO. The complexes have been thoroughly characterized by elemental analysis, UV-visible, FTIR, Raman, and EPR spectroscopy, ES + (positive ionization electrospray) mass spectrometry, thermal analysis, cyclic voltammetry, magnetic and conductivity measurements. The X-ray molecular structure of trans-[RuCl4(DMSO)(3-Br-LH)] ⋅ (Me)2CO (5) revealed the distorted octahedral coordination in the vicinity of the central atom, and also confirmed that the 3-Br-L ligand is present as the N3-protonated N7-H tautomer and is coordinated to Ru(III) through the N9 atom of the purine moiety. The tested complexes have been found to be in vitro non-cytotoxic against K562, G361, HOS and MCF7 human cancer cell lines with IC50 > 100 μM in contrast to the moderate results regarding the antiradical activity with IC50 ≈ 10− 3 M. On the contrary, in vivo antitumor activity screening showed that the prepared Ru(III) complexes possess higher pro-apoptotic activity than NAMI-A. The reduction of Ru(III) to Ru(II) and Ru(II)-species formation in tumor tissues was confirmed by means of a simple method of detection and visualization of intracellular Ru(II) by fluorescence microscopy. The originality of this method is based on the preparation of a Ru(II)-bipyridine complex in situ. 相似文献

A series of four mononuclear manganese (II) complexes with the N-tridentate neutral ligands 2,2′:6,2′′-terpyridine (terpy) and N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethylamine (bpea) have been synthesized and crystallographically characterized. The complexes have five- to seven-coordinate manganese(II) ions depending on the additional ligands used. The [Mn(bpea)(Br)2] complex (1) has a five-coordinated manganese atom with a bipyramidal trigonal geometry, while [Mn(terpy)2](I)2 (2) is hexa-coordinated with a distorted octahedral geometry. Otherwise, the reactions of Mn(NO3)2 · 4H2O with terpy or bpea afforded novel seven-coordinate complexes [Mn(terpy)(NO3)2(H2O)] (3) and [Mn(bpea)(NO3)2] (4), respectively. 3 has a coordination polyhedron best described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid geometry with one nitrate acting as a bidentate chelating ligand and the other nitrate as a monodentate one. 4 possesses a highly distorted polyhedron geometry with two bidentate chelating nitrate ligands. These complexes represent unusual examples of structurally characterized complexes with a coordination number seven for the Mn(II) ion and join a small family of nitrate complexes. 相似文献

Combined pH-metric, UV-Vis, 1H NMR and EPR spectral investigations on the complex formation of M(II) ions (M=Co, Ni, Cu and Zn) with N-(2-benzimidazolyl)methyliminodiacetic acid (H2bzimida, hereafter H2L) in aqueous solution at a fixed ionic strength, I=10−1 mol dm−3, at 25 ± 1 °C indicate the formation of M(L), M(H−1L)− and M2(H−1L)+ complexes. Proton-ligand and metal-ligand constants and the complex formation equilibria have been elucidated. Solid complexes, [M(L)(H2O)2] · nH2O (n=1 for M = Co and Zn, n=2 for M = Ni) and {Cu (μ-L) · 4H2O}n, have been isolated and characterized by elemental analysis, spectral, conductance and magnetic measurements and thermal studies. Structures of [Ni(L)(H2O)2] · 2H2O and {Cu(μ-L) · 4H2O}n have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The nickel(II) complex exists in a distorted octahedral environment in which the metal ion is coordinated by the two carboxylate O atoms, the amino-N atom of the iminodiacetate moiety and the pyridine type N-atom of the benzimidazole moiety. Two aqua O atoms function as fifth and sixth donor atoms. The copper(II) complex is made up of interpenetrating polymeric chains of antiferromagnetically coupled Cu(II) ions linked by carboxylato bridges in syn-anti (apical-equatorial) bonding mode and stabilized via interchain hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. 相似文献

The reactions of Pd(II) and Pt(II) with 2-Acetyl Pyridine N(4)-Ethyl-Thiosemicarbazones, HAc4Et and 2-Acetyl Pyridine N(4)-1-(2-pyridyl)-piperazinyl Thiosemicarbazone, HAc4PiPiz and 2-Formyl Pyridine N(4)-1-(2-pyridyl)-piperazinyl Thiosemicarbazone, HFo4PiPiz afforded the complexes, [Pd(Ac4Et)], 1, [Pd(HAc4Et)2]Cl2, 2 and [Pd(Ac4Et)2], 3[Pt(Ac4Et)], 4, [Pt(HAc4Et)2]Cl2, 5, [Pt(Ac4Et)2], 6 and [Pd(Fo4PipePiz)Cl], 7, [Pd(Fo4PipePiz)2], 8, [Pd(Ac4PipePiz)Cl], 9 and [Pd(Ac4PipePiz)2], 10. The crystal structure of the complex [Pt(Ac4Et)2], 6 has been solved. The platinum(II) atom is in a square planar environment surrounded by two cis nitrogen atoms and two cis sulfur atoms. The ligands are not equivalent, one being tridentate with (N,N,S) donation, the other being monodentate using only the sulfur atom to coordinate to the metal. The tridentate ligand shows a Z, E, Z configuration while the monodentate ligand shows an E, E, Z. Inter-molecular hydrogen bonds stabilize the structure, while the crystal packing is determined by –, and Pt – C interactions. The antibacterial effect of Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes were studied in vitro. The complexes were found to have effect on Gram(+) bacteria, while the same complexes showed no bactericidal effect on Gram(–) bacteria. The effect of the Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes on the in vitro DNA strand breakage was studied by agarose gel electrophoresis. The complexes 1-6 were found to exhibit a cytotoxic potency in a very low micromolar range and to be able to overcome the cisplatin resistance of A2780/Cp8 cells (Kovala-Demertzi et al. 2000). 相似文献

From the reaction between dihydroxoplatinum(II) and l-ascorbic acid, two types of platinum(II) ascorbate complexes were obtained and structurally characterized with ethylenediamine (en), N,N-dimethylethylenediamine (dmen) and N,N,N′-trimethylethylenediamine (trimen) as stabilizing ligands. In [Pt(en)(asc-C,O)] (1), [Pt(dmen)(asc-C,O)] (2) and [Pt(trimen)(asc-C,O)] (4), the ascorbate dianion forms a five-membered chelate ring, coordinating to the Pt(II) ion at the 2-carbon and the 5-oxygen atoms (C,O-chelate). From the same mother solution, crystals of [Pt(trimen)(asc-O,O′)] (3) were obtained during the precipitation of 4; in 3 the ascorbate is bound to the Pt at the 2- and 3-oxygen atoms (O,O′-chelate). Compounds 3 and 4 are the first well-characterized linkage isomers among the transition-metal ascorbate complexes. The O,O′-chelated 3 slowly changes to the C,O-chelated 4 in an aqueous solution. Bulkiness of the stabilizing ligand, i.e. en, dmen and trimen has an influence on the formation of the C,O-chelated species, 1, 2 and 4. 相似文献

Palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes with N-alkylpyridylpyrazole-derived ligands, 2-(1-ethyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L1) and 2-(1-octyl-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (L2), cis-[MCl2(L)] (M = Pd(II), Pt(II)), have been synthesised. Treatment of [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1, L2) with excess of ligand (L1, L2), pyridine (py) or triphenylphosphine (PPh3) in the presence of AgBF4 and NaBPh4 produced the following complexes: [Pd(L)2](BPh4)2, [Pd(L)(py)2](BPh4)2 and [Pd(L)(PPh3)2](BPh4)2. All complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity, IR and NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structures of cis-[PdCl2(L2)] (2) and cis-[PtCl2(L1)] (3) were determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction method. In both complexes, the metal atom is coordinated by one pyrazole nitrogen, one pyridine nitrogen and two chlorine atoms in a distorted square-planar geometry. In complex 3, π-π stacking between pairs of molecules is observed. 相似文献

Treatment of the spatially congested 5-(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-3-trifluoromethyl-1,2,4-triazole (fmptzH) chelate with K2PtCl4 in basic media gave a pale-yellow complex [Pt(fmptz)2] (1), for which the single crystal X-ray diffraction study showed a highly distorted square-planar coordination geometry with one N-Pt-N vector significantly deviated from linearity. This complex undergoes slow equilibration in refluxing THF to afford a dinuclear complex [Pt(fmptz)(μ-fmptz)]2 (2), showing reversible transformation of one fmptz chelate to the distinctive bridging mode. Synthesis of the less spatially congested, heteroleptic complexes [Pt(fppz)(fmptz)] (3) and [Pt(iqbpz)(fmptz)] (4) were successfully achieved by combination of [Pt(fppzH)Cl2] and [Pt(iqbpzH)Cl2] with one equiv. of fmptzH ligand under similar condition, fppzH = 5-(2-pyridyl)-3-trifluoromethyl-pyrazole and iqbpzH = 5-(1-isoquinolyl)-3-tert-butyl-pyrazole. Only the derivative 4 was found to be weakly emissive in both fluid and solid states at room temperature. 相似文献

The reaction of cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] with trisubstituted thioureas [R1R2NC(=S)NHR3] in refluxing methanol with triethylamine base, followed by addition of NaBPh4 gives the salts [Pt{SC(=NR1R2)NR3}(PPh3)2]BPh4 in high yield; a range of thiourea substituents, including chiral, fluorescent and chromophoric groups can be incorporated. The azo dye-derived complex [Pt{SC(=N(CH2CH2)2O)NC6H4N=NC6H4NMe2}(PPh3)2]BPh4 has been characterised by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The formation of a fluorescein-derivatised platinum–thiourea complex is also described. Reaction of cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] with PhNHC(S)NHPh or EtNHC(S)NHEt, triethylamine and NaBPh4 gives, respectively, [Pt{SC(=NHPh)NPh}(PPh3)2]+ and the known cation [Pt{SC(=NHEt)NEt}(PPh3)2]+, isolated as tetraphenylborate salts. Reaction of cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] with an excess of Na[MeNHC(S)NCN] in methanol gives the bis(thiourea monoanion) complex trans-[Pt{SC(=N---CN)NHMe}2(PPh3)2], characterised by NMR spectroscopy and an X-ray crystal structure determination. When cis-[PtCl2(PPh3)2] is reacted with 1 equiv. of Na[MeNHC(S)N---CN] in methanol, with added NaBPh4, a mixture of isomers of the [Pt{SC(=NHCN)NMe}(PPh3)2]+ cation is obtained. 相似文献

The fluoroquinolones constitute an important class of synthetic antimicrobial agents. The interaction between these compounds and metallic cations has been investigated primarily with the goal of identifying the functional groups directly linked to the metal. Furthermore, there has been some additional work investigating the effect of metal ions upon antibacterial activity. The vast majority of the metallic complexes reported in the literature show coordination of the fluoroquinolone through the carboxylate and the carbonyl oxygen atoms. In this work, we report the synthesis and characterization of platinum(II) complexes with ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin, sparfloxacin, and gatifloxacin. The resulting complexes present the fluoroquinolone coordinated through the nitrogen atoms of the piperazine ring, which is unusual. The proposed structures were supported by spectroscopic evidence (IR, NMR, and mass spectra) as well as by theoretical studies. 相似文献

Aiming to contribute to the design of new antitumoral drugs, we synthesized new hydrophilic Pt(II) complexes of general formula [PtCl2(N,N′)] containing nitrogen bidentate amine-imine and di-imine ligands derived from glucose. Some chemical properties were discussed. The X-ray molecular structure of [PtCl2(α-d-glucopyranoside-methyl-6-deoxy-6(2-(methylimino)methyl)pyridine) (D) was reported. [PtCl2(β-d-glucopyranosylimine-N-(2-pyridinylmethyl))] (A), which is well-soluble both in organic solvents and in water, was tested for cytotoxicity. 相似文献
