When trans, trans-farnesol [4,8,12-14C3,1-3H2] is isomerized to cis, trans-farnesol by soluble enzymes from Andrographis paniculata tissue cultures, 50% of the tritium label is lost. The same loss is observed when isomerization occurs in the opposite direction. This is in accordance with the proposed mechanism for isomerization via aldehydes. 相似文献

采用超声波辅助提取法和微波辅助提取法同时提取白玉兰、凹叶厚朴、深山含笑和醉香含笑四种木兰科植物的种子油,种子油甲酯化后,运用气相色谱—质谱联用技术测定其脂肪酸成分。结果表明:四种植物种子油的提取率不同,白玉兰平均为27.35%、凹叶厚朴23.34%、深山含笑31.66%,醉香含笑9.27%。不同提取方法所得到的种子油脂肪酸成分和相对含量不同,但四种种子油的主要脂肪酸成分相同,包括油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸和棕榈酸。 相似文献

通过气相色谱 GC 分析了华山松籽油的主要脂肪酸组成.结果表明:华山松籽含油率为56.5%,其中主要含有亚油酸63%,油酸26%,棕榈酸5%,硬脂酸2%,花生酸1%,芥酸1%,不饱和脂肪酸总量达90%.抗氧化研究采用Schaal烘箱法63±1℃,即在松籽油中加入几种不同的抗氧化剂进行加速氧化.结果表明:抗氧化剂二丁基对甲苯酚、没食子酸丙酯、特丁基对苯二酚对松籽油有明显的抗氧化作用,其中特丁基对苯二酚效果较好,柠檬酸对其具有协同增效作用,添加50mg/kg柠檬酸,抗氧化效果显著.VE无显著作用. 相似文献

目的考察西伯利亚白刺籽油的抗疲劳活性,为开发利用白刺提供依据。方法以西伯利亚白刺籽油为供试品,以ICR小鼠为受试动物,分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和样品组低、中、高3个剂量进行小鼠负重游泳实验,观察样品对小鼠抗疲劳的影响。结果西伯利亚白刺籽油高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间显著延长(P〈0.05),运动后血乳酸含量比空白对照组小鼠减少40%,同时肝糖元含量显著提高。结论西伯利亚白刺籽油在提高抗疲劳性方面有一定的功效。 相似文献

The fatty acid compositions of the seed oils from ten pine species have been established by capillary gas-liquid chromatography
of the methyl esters. With regard to either normal fatty acids or Δ5-olefinic acids, the general pattern of fatty acids did
not differ from that of other pine seed oils reported previously. The main fatty acid was linoleic (9,12–18:2) acid (44.4–57.1%),
followed by either oleic (9–18:1) acid (13.4–24.5%) or pinolenic (5,9,12–18:3) acid (1.5–25.2%). When applying multivariate
analyses to the chemometric data (13 variables) of 49 pine species (ca. 40% of the living pine species), it was possible to
distinguish between several sections: Pinea, Longifolia, Halepensis, Ponderosa-Banksiana, Sylvestris, and Cembra. The latter section was clearly divided into two sub-groups. A few species that presented a low overall content of Δ5-olefinic
acids, and that grow in warm-temperate regions, were isolated from the bulk of other pine species. It is hypothesized that
Δ5-olefinic acids might be related to cold-acclimation.

华山松籽油中富含不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是亚油酸。采用尿素包合法对华山松籽油中的多不饱和脂肪酸进行分离。一次尿素包合后气相色谱(GC)分析华山松籽油亚油酸从63%增加到93%,油酸由26%减少到6%,不饱和脂肪总量提高到99.9%。尿素包合法能有效地分离华山松籽油中的多不饱和脂肪酸,其较理想的包合条件为:乙醇作溶剂,脂肪酸、尿素的比为1;1.5,包合温度为5℃。 相似文献

选择不同的脱色方法分别对处理方式不同的花椒种子籽油进行脱色实验,结果表明,化学脱色法对不同处理的花椒种籽油都有脱色能力。但由于未从根本上除去油中的色素和其它使油色加深的物质反而增大了油的粘度,碱为地的脱色效果明显较化学脱色法,处理后的油色可以满足食品及工业用油对色度的要求;脱蜡碱炼后进行吸附剂脱色的实验表明,如处置不当油的色度不会下降反而可能升高,蛋白质类发生降解形成了油溶性的红褐色物质,是导致花椒种籽油色泽加深的主要原因。 相似文献

以石油醚为提取剂、料液比为1∶7,进行单因子和正交试验及急性毒性实验。结果表明:超声波辅助提取绞股蓝种子油的最适工艺条件为提取的温度60℃、功率200 W和时间50 min,此条件下种子油提取率为28.13%;绞股蓝种子油的密度为0.895 g·mL-1、折光值1.518 n D20、酸值0.85和皂化值180.2 mg KOH·g-1、碘值135.7 g I2·100g-1,为优良的干性油;绞股蓝种子油含有10种脂肪酸成分,主要为亚麻酸(80.49%)、油酸(8.05%)、亚油酸(7.08%)、硬脂酸(1.79%)和棕榈酸(1.28%),不饱和脂肪酸质量分数达总脂肪酸的96.48%;以剂量65 mL·(kg·d)-1的绞股蓝种子油灌胃小鼠,在连续14 d的实验期内,没有发现小鼠的中毒症状和死亡现象。初步判定绞股蓝种子油无急性毒性,有望作为营养保健油源进一步开发。 相似文献
