A new isoflavone, 7,2′,4′-trihydroxyisoflavone-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside has been isolated from the aerial part of Crotalaria sessiliflora. The isoflavone glucoside enhanced the proliferation of the MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, which possesses estrogen receptor (ER) and responds to estrogen in culture. The estrogenic property of the isoflavone glucoside was blocked by the known ER antagonist tamoxifen, indicating the involvement of the ER. Furthermore, the isoflavone glucoside was found to enhance the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity of the rat neuronal cell line PC12 at low concentrations of nerve growth factor (NGF).  相似文献

A new nor-oleanane triterpene 24-nor-4(23)-12-oleanadien-2α,3α,28-triol (1) and two new sesterterpenes salvidominicolide A (2), salvidominicolide B (3) together with fifteen known compounds were isolated from Salvia dominica L. growing wild in Jordan. The known compounds comprised six flavones, three triterpenes, one diterpene, one sesterterpene, two oxygenated monoterpenes, one sterol glucoside and one flavone glucoside. The isolated compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods including NMR (1D and 2D), UV, IR and MS (HRMS).  相似文献

A new dihydropyranocoumarin, (+)-cis-(3′S,4′S)-diisobutyrylkhellactone (1), together with five known compounds, 3′-senecioyl-4′-acetylkhellactone (2), 3′-isovaleryl-4′-acetylkhellactone (3), 3′,4′-disenecioylkhellactone (4), 3′-isovaleryl-4′-senecioylkhellactone (5), and 3′,4′-diisovalerylkhellactone (6), was isolated from Glehnia littoralis. Their chemical structures were elucidated based on the spectroscopic data interpretation, particularly 1D and 2D NMR data including HMQC and HMBC. All the isolated compounds showed the potential to inhibit LPS-induced nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values ranging from 7.4 to 44.3 μM.  相似文献

From the aerial part of Teucrium flavum subsp. glaucum a new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, teuflavin, and a new 19-nor-neo-clerodane glucoside, teuflavoside, have been isolated, besides the previously known diterpene teuflin. The structures of teuflavin (19-acetoxy-4α,18:15,16-diepoxy-6β-hydroxy-3-keto-neo-cleroda-13(16),14-diene-20,ξ,12S-hemiacetal) and teuflavoside (18-acetoxy-15,16-epoxy-19-nor-neo-cleroda-4,13(16),14-trien-20,12S-olid-6β-yl-2′-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranoside) were established by chemical and spectroscopic means and by correlation with known compounds. In addition, the previously known flavone salvigenin has also been obtained from the same source.  相似文献

A new acylated flavonoid glucoside named algerianin 1 and a new as natural product, 4′-methyl gossypetin 2, together with 10 known compounds, isovanillic acid ethyl ester, β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol 3-O-glucoside, a mixture of α and β-amyrin, 3′-hydroxyflindulatin, chrysoeriol, jaceidin, corniculatusin and centaurein were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the flowering and aerial parts of Centaurea africana Lamk var. africana (Bonnet) M., an endemic species to Algeria and Tunisia collected from El-Kala in the eastern Algeria. The structures were established by chemical and spectral analysis, mainly HREIMS, ESIMS, UV and NMR experiments (GOESY, COSY, ROESY, HSQC and HMBC). Algerianin showed cytotoxicity against the human myeloid leukaemia cell line HL-60.  相似文献

Two new furan derivatives, lannefuran A (1) and lannefuran B (2) were isolated from the stem bark extract of Lannea kerstingii Engl. & K. Krause together with five known compounds, namely: taraxerol, stigmast-4-en-3-one, monoglyceride of hexacosanoic acid, β-sitosterol and its glucoside. Their structures were determined by means of 1D and 2D NMR, IR, and HR–EI–MS spectra and comparison with the data of known analogues reported in the literature. 5-Formylfurfuryl esters, duabanganals A–D, together with sixteen known compounds, a known 5-formylfurfuryl ester, latifolinal, eight pentacyclic triterpenes, a benzofuran derivative, an ellagic acid derivative, vanillin, β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol glucoside, 3-hydroxy-4-methoxycinnamaldehyde, and 5-formylfurfurol, were isolated from the stem bark of Duabanga grandiflora. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Several of these metabolites were evaluated for cytotoxic activities against six cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The new triterpene saponin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid oleanolate was isolated from the roots of Chenopodium ficifolium. The known compounds stigmasterol-3-O-glucoside and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid, 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl oleanolate were also isolated. The latter compound, oleanolic acid, beta-sitosterol and its glucoside were isolated from the aerial parts. The identity of these compounds was verified through different chemical and physico-chemical evidences including different 1D and 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

Sixteen major components have been detected in woody tissues of Eucalyptus polyanthemos. The components identified include 2,3- and 4,6-(hexahydroxydiphenoyl)-glucose, a di-(hexahydroxydiphenoyl)-glucose known as pedunculagin, an ellagitannin which appears to be a cyclic di-(hexahydroxydiphenoyl)-diglucose, 3,4,3′-tri-O-methylellagic acid and its 4′-glucoside, 3,4,3′,4′-tetra-O- and 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acids. A 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid glucoside and 2 gallotannins are possibly present in addition to the unidentified ellagitannin D-13. The distribution of these components in the woody tissues is discussed in relation to heartwood formation. The trimethylellagic acid glucoside was also present in the heartwood of other members of the red-box group of eucalypts.  相似文献

A new lignan characterised as (-)-4-hydroxy-2,6-di-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxy)phenyl-3,7-dioxabicyclo-(3.3.0)octane along with n-10-nonacosanol, scopoletin, syringic acid, β-sitosterol and its glucoside, has been isolated from the aerial parts of Lonicera hypoleuca. The stereochemistry of the lignan has been established by its spectroscopic analysis and those of its derivatives, and by its conversion to (+)-pinoresinol. β-Sitosterol-β-D-glucoside displayed good spasmolytic activity.  相似文献
