(木坚)木属Dysoxylum Bl.在云南有十种,并仍有新的发现。本文在重新考证了有关标本和资料的基础上,增加了一个新纪录种dysoxylufm densiflorum(Bl. )Miq.及中文描述,并将D. spicatum并入D. binectariferum,将D. hainanense并入D. mollissimum,将D. gobara并入D. excelsum,对个别云南特有种作了补充描述。  相似文献

The genus Dysoxylum is a large genus comprising of about a dozen species, distributed in India. This is the genus which is rich in compounds like terpenoids and alkaloids. The isolated compounds from the genus were reported to have interesting biological activities. Dysobinin, a new tetranortriterpene of the meliacin group showing general CNS-depressant action and mild anti-inflammatory activity was isolated from the fruits of Dysoxylum binectariferum. Alkaline hydrolysis of dysobinin gave a new diol named dysobindiol. The structural elucidation of dysobinin and dysobindiol is described.  相似文献

Dysoxylum mollissimum Blume, the accepted name of the species known by more than a dozen names has been extensively studied for its chemical constituents under the name Dysoxylum hainanense Merr. Congruent with the observation that the chemical constituents of this species might be affected by its geographic distribution, the leaf samples of this species from Quezon Province, Philippines were investigated. The dichloromethane extract of the air-dried leaves of D. mollissimum Blume afforded four new glabretal-type triterpenoids (1a2b) along with the known compounds, 24,25-epoxy-3β,23-dihydroxy-7-tirucallene (3), squalene, polyprenol, linoleic acid and lutein. The structures of 1a2b were elucidated by extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by mass spectrometry.  相似文献

This article documents the addition of 411 microsatellite marker loci and 15 pairs of Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) sequencing primers to the Molecular Ecology Resources Database. Loci were developed for the following species: Acanthopagrus schlegeli, Anopheles lesteri, Aspergillus clavatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus terreus, Branchiostoma japonicum, Branchiostoma belcheri, Colias behrii, Coryphopterus personatus, Cynogolssus semilaevis, Cynoglossus semilaevis, Dendrobium officinale, Dendrobium officinale, Dysoxylum malabaricum, Metrioptera roeselii, Myrmeciza exsul, Ochotona thibetana, Neosartorya fischeri, Nothofagus pumilio, Onychodactylus fischeri, Phoenicopterus roseus, Salvia officinalis L., Scylla paramamosain, Silene latifo, Sula sula, and Vulpes vulpes. These loci were cross-tested on the following species: Aspergillus giganteus, Colias pelidne, Colias interior, Colias meadii, Colias eurytheme, Coryphopterus lipernes, Coryphopterus glaucofrenum, Coryphopterus eidolon, Gnatholepis thompsoni, Elacatinus evelynae, Dendrobium loddigesii Dendrobium devonianum, Dysoxylum binectariferum, Nothofagus antarctica, Nothofagus dombeyii, Nothofagus nervosa, Nothofagus obliqua, Sula nebouxii, and Sula variegata. This article also documents the addition of 39 sequencing primer pairs and 15 allele specific primers or probes for Paralithodes camtschaticus.  相似文献

Rohitukine is a chromane alkaloid possessing anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and immuno-modulatory properties. The compound was first reported from Amoora rohituka (Meliaceae) and later from Dysoxylum binectariferum (Meliaceae) and Schumanniophyton problematicum (Rubiaceae). Flavopiridol, a semi-synthetic derivative of rohitukine is a potent CDK inhibitor and is currently in Phase III clinical trials. In this study, the isolation of an endophytic fungus, Fusarium proliferatum (MTCC 9690) from the inner bark tissue of Dysoxylum binectariferum Hook.f (Meliaceae) is reported. The endophytic fungus produces rohitukine when cultured in shake flasks containing potato dextrose broth. The yield of rohitukine was 186 μg/100 g dry mycelial weight, substantially lower than that produced by the host tissue. The compound from the fungus was authenticated by comparing the LC–HRMS and LC–HRMS/MS spectra with those of the reference standard and that produced by the host plant. Methanolic extract of the fungus was cytotoxic against HCT-116 and MCF-7 human cancer cell lines (IC50 = 10 μg/ml for both cancer cell lines).  相似文献

Four tirucallane derivatives, 3beta,22S-dihydroxy-tirucalla-7,24-dien-23-one, 22,23-epoxy-tirucalla-7-ene-3beta,24,25-triol, 3beta,25-dihydroxy-tirucalla-7,23-diene, 23,26-dihydroxy-tirucalla-7,24-dien-3-one, together with two known triterpenoids, 24,25-epoxy-3beta,23-dihydroxy-7-tirucallene, tirucalla-7,24-diene-3beta,23-diol, were isolated from Dysoxylum hainanense. A chemical investigation of the alkaloidal fraction of Dysoxylum acutangulum leaves led to the isolation and characterization of two new chromone alkaloid analogs named chrotacumines E and F ( 1 and 2 , resp.). Structure elucidation of 1 and 2 was achieved by spectroscopic analyses, including 2D‐NMR. Both of these alkaloids exhibited modest activities as tyrosinase inhibitors with 29.2 and 25.8% inhibition at 100 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

Four new chromone alkaloids, chrotacumines G–J (14), have been isolated from the barks of Dysoxylum acutangulum. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated on the basis of NMR and CD data. Chrotacumines G and J (1 and 4) showed osteoclast differentiation inhibitory activity in a dose dependent manner.  相似文献

本文是对广东楝科植物种类的初步整理、研究,记载了16属33种7交种,包括本省产的13属27种7变种和外来引种的3属6种。其中有1个新变种(封开地黄连Munronia hainanensis How et T. Chen var. microphyllina X. M. Chen),3个新组合(曾椤Amoora tsangii (Merr.) X. M. Chen, 雷楝Reinwardtiodendron dubium (Merr.) X. M. Chen, 毛香椿Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) M. J. Roem. var. schensiana (C. DC.) X. M. Chen), 3个分布新记录[雷楝属Reinwardtiodendron (我国新记录),鹧鸪花Trichilia connaroides (W. et A.) Bentv. var. connaroides(广东新记录),海南(木坚)木Dysoxylvm hainanense Merr. var. hainanense(广东大陆新记录)].  相似文献

从茎花葱臭木种子中分离得到5个化合物,经理化与波谱分析鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、没食子酸乙酯(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3S,4R,8Z)-2-N-(2 ′-羟基二十四烷酰氨基)十八二氧鞘氨-8-烯(4)和2,3,2″,3″-四氢穗花杉双黄酮(5).这5个化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到.其中化合物5进行细胞毒活性测试,没有显示抑制活性.  相似文献

In recent years, use of environmentally friendly and biodegradable natural insecticides of plant origin have received renewed attention as agents for disease vector control. Methanol extracts of leaves from the Indian white cedar Dysoxylum malabaricum Bedd. (Meliaceae) were tested against mature and immature Anopheles stephensi Liston (Diptera) mosquitoes under laboratory conditions. The extract showed strong larvicidal, pupicidal, adulticidal, and antiovipositional activity. The maximum leaf extract concentration tested in this study was 4%, which produced pronounced effects. In general, first and second instars were more susceptible to leaf extract than older insects. Clear dose-response relationships were established, with the highest dose of 4% plant extract causing 97% mortality of first instars.  相似文献

Two triterpenes 21R,23R-epoxy-21alpha-ethoxy-24S,25-dihydroxyapotirucall-7-en-3-one and 24R-acetoxy-3beta,25-dihydroxycycloartane were isolated from the leaves of Dysoxylum malabaricum together with eight known compounds lupeone, lupeol. sitosterol, dipterocarpol, cycloart-25-ene-3beta,24-diol, 24R,25-dihydroxycycloartan-3-one, 3beta,24R,25-trihydroxycycloartane and ergosta-5,24(24(1))-diene-3beta,4beta,20S-triol. The complete 1H and 13C NMR spectral assignment of the new apotirucallene triterpenoid has been achieved by 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments.  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜,对葫芦科8属10种1变种植物的花粉形态进行观察研究。结果显示:冬瓜属、葫芦属和栝楼属的花粉粒为近球形,具3孔沟;苦瓜属、西瓜属和丝瓜属的花粉粒为长球形,具3沟;黄瓜属的花粉粒为近球形,具3孔;南瓜属的花粉粒为球形,具散孔。花粉粒大小、形状和外壁雕纹属、种间差异显著。  相似文献

The present paper deals with the pollen morphology of 23 species belonging to 6 genera of Guttiferae occurred in China. All pollen grains have been observed under light microscope, and those of 11 species in 5 genera have been examined with SEM as well. The pollen grains of Guttiferae are subspheroidal, spheroidal or prolate, (17–43) × (15–26)μ in size. Mostly 3-eolporate, less frequently 4-colporate or 5-colporate. The exine is 2-layered, but the occassionally demarcation of these layers is generally indistinct. The exine is 0.8–2.6 μ in thickness. The oramentations of all the pollen grains is generlly finely reticulate under the light microscope. Pollen morphology of the 11 species of 5 genera observed under the SEM is stressed. Their exine oramentations may be classified into four major groups, ie. reticulate, finely reticulate, baculate and perforate. Calophyllum: pollen grains reticulate and rugulo-reticulate. Cratoxylon: pollen grains reticulate, with finely and densely granulate over entire muri. Gareinia: pollen grains baculate, reticulate, and exine with perforate oramentation; in reticulate grains, muri with spinulation. Hypericum: pollen grains reticulate, perforate and finely reticulate. Mesua: pollen grains finely reticulate. From the comparison of pollen morphology, Hypericaceae has much connection with Guttiferae (sensu stricto). Because their pollen grains are all 3-eolporate and the exine is reticulate or oerforate under light mieroseope, but it is different between the pollen grains of Hypericum and those of Guttiferae.  相似文献

The present paper deals with the pollen morphology of 10 species and 1 variety of Loxostemon in China. The pollen grains were all examined under light microscope. The pollen grains of Loxostemon are subspheroidal, spheroidal or prolate, 18--33×11.8-28 μ in size, 3-colpate, colpi 15-21 μ long and 1-2 μ wide. The exine is 1.5-3 μ thick with two indistinct or distinct layers. All the pollen grains are generally reticulate under light microscope. They are distinctly or obscurely and finely reticulate. L. axillus and L. repens are generally similar in gross morphology, but the pollen grains of these two species are different. The pollen grains of L. axillus are regularly polygonally reticulate, colpi are acute-ended and the exine is about 3 μ thick, whereas those of L.repens are irregularly polygonally reticulate, colpi are enlarged at both ends and the exine is about 2.8 μ thick. L. incanus and L. stenolobus appear to have similar gross morphology, but the pollen grains of the former have exines with two distinct layers and a densely and finely reticulate ornamentation and those of the latter have exines with two indistinct layers and a flexuosely reticulate ornamentation.  相似文献

The process of decay of dust structures formed of polydisperse grains injected into an RF discharge is investigated. The dust grain velocities after switching-off of the discharge are measured.
