Purified b-type cytochrome oxidase from Rhodopseudomonas capsulata was incorporated into phospholipid vesicles to measure proton extrusion with pulses of ferrocytochrome c for one oxidase turnover. In accordance with the pH shift of its midpoint potential, the purified oxidase showed a proton extrusion of 0.24 H+e? with uptake of 1 H+e? from the liposomes for the reduction of oxygen to water. This proton translocation could only be observed in the presence of valinomycin +K+ and was not inhibited by DCCD. Oxidase preparations from the first purification step, which contain other protein compounds especially a membrane-bound cytochrome c but not the ubiquinol-cytochrome c2-oxidoreductase showed a pumping activity of 0.9 H+e?, which was inhibited by DCCD for nearly 75%. Inhibition of the electron transfer was not observed, which could be explained by a ‘molecular slipping’ of proton extrusion and electron transfer. Proton extrusion from two oxidase-turnovers was only 80% of that from one turnover. The proton pumping of the b-type oxidase strongly depended on the enzyme/phospholipid ratio.  相似文献

The proton translocating properties of cytochrome c oxidase have been studied in artificial phospholipid vesicles into the membranes of which the isolated and purified enzyme was incorporated.Initiation of oxidation of ferrocytochrome c by addition of the cytochrome, or by addition of oxygen to an anaerobic vesicle suspension, leads to ejection of H+ from the vesicles provided that charge compensation is permitted by the presence of valinomycin and K+. Proton ejection is not observed if the membranes have been specifically rendered permeable to protons. The proton ejection is the result of true translocation of H+ across the membrane as indicated by its dependence on the intravesicular buffering power relative to the number of particles (electrons and protons) transferred by the system, and since it can be shown not to be due to a net formation of acid in the system.Comparison of the initial rates of proton ejection and oxidation of cytochrome c yields a H+e? quotient close to 1.0 both in cytochrome c and oxygen pulse experiments. An approach towards the same stoichiometry is found by comparison of the extents of proton ejection and electron transfer under appropriate experimental conditions. It is concluded that cytochrome c oxidase is a proton pump, which conserves redox energy by converting it into an electrochemical proton gradient through electrogenic translocation of H+.  相似文献

(1) H+/electron acceptor ratios have been determined with the oxidant pulse method for cells of denitrifying Paracoccus denitrificans oxidizing endogenous substrates during reduction of O2, NO?2 or N2O. Under optimal H+-translocation conditions, the ratios H+O, H+N2O, H+NO?2 for reduction to N2 and H+NO?2 for reduction to N2O were 6.0–6.3, 4.02, 5.79 and 3.37, respectively. (2) With ascorbate/N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine as exogenous substrate, addition of NO?2 or N2O to an anaerobic cell suspension resulted in rapid alkalinization of the outer bulk medium. H+N2O, H+NO?2 for reduction to N2 and H+NO?2 for reduction to N2O were ?0.84, ?2.33 and ?1.90, respectively. (3) The H+oxidant ratios, mentioned in item 2, were not altered in the presence of valinomycinK+ and the triphenylmethylphosphonium cation. (4) A simplified scheme of electron transport to O2, NO?2 and N2O is presented which shows a periplasmic orientation of the nitrite reductase as well as the nitrous oxide reductase. Electrons destined for NO?2, N2O or O2 pass two H+-translocating sites. The H+electron acceptor ratios predicted by this scheme are in good agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献

The proton translocating properties of cytochrome c oxidase in whole cells of Paracoccus denitrificans have been studied with the oxidant pulse method.H+2e? quotients have been measured with endogenous substrates, added methanol and added ascorbate (+TMPD) as reductants, and oxygen and ferricyanide as oxidants. It was found that both the observed H+O with ascorbate (+TMPD) as reductant, and the differences in proton ejection between oxygenand ferricyanide pulses, with endogenous substrates or added methanol as a substrte, indicate that the P. denitrificans cytochrome c oxidase translocates protons with a stoichiometry of 2H+2e?. The results presented in this and previous papers are in good agreement with recent findings concerning the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase, and suggest unequal charge separation by different coupling segments of the respiratory chain of P. denitrificans.  相似文献

Depletion of mitochondrial divalent cations by addition of the ionophore A23187 results in a marked increase in passive 42K+K+ exchange activity. The exchange is activated by increasing pH and temperature and inhibited by added divalent cations. The reaction is independent of the amount of A23187 present, but depends on the concentration of external K+ (Km = 25 mm). Intramitochondrial 42K+ in cation-depleted mitochondria exchanges passively with external Na+ and Li+, but not with choline+. The evidence suggests that removal of mitochondrial divalent cations by A23187 activates the endogenous K+H+ exchange component of the mitochondrion and that the activated exchanger promotes cation/cation exchange in the absence of a metabolic pH gradient.  相似文献

Immobilization of thermophilic bacterium strain PS3 has been performed by crosslinking with 0.4% glutaraldehyde in the presence of 4.6% bovine serum albumin at ? 20°C. After immobilization of bacteria the plasma membrane became permeable to NADH. The yield of NADH respiration of the immobilized strain was ~10%. The apparent Km for NADH with the immobilized thermophilic strain was 6 × 10?4m. After immobilization of this strain no variations of activities were observed between pH 4.5 and 9.5. Recycling of NAD+ is at least 10 times better with the thermophilic strain compared to Escherichia coli. In a preliminary experiment at 45°C the half life obtained with Escherichia coli was 1 h and with PS3 was 12 h. This temperature increased the rate of respiration by a factor of ~4 (compared to 20°C) and may avoid most of bacterial contaminations (most bacteria are not able to grow above 42°C).  相似文献

Using guanidinium and n-butylammonium cations (C+) as models for the positively charged side chains in arginine and lysine, we have determined the association constants with various oxyanions by potentiometric titration. For a dibasic acid, H2A, three association complexes may exist: K1M = [CHA][C+] [HA?]; K1D = [CA?][C+] [A2?]; K2D = [C2A][C+] [CA?]. For guanidinium ion and phosphate, K1M = 1.4, K1D = 2.6, and K2D = 5.1. The data for carboxylates indicate that the basicity of the oxyanion does not affect the association constant: acetate, pKa = 4.8, K1M = 0.37; formate, pKa = 3.8, K1M = 0.32; and chloroacetate, pKa = 2.9, K1M = 0.43, all with guanidinium ion. Association constants are also reported for carbonate, dimethylphosphinate, benzylphosphonate, and adenylate anions.  相似文献

The rate of reaction of [Cr(III)Y]aq (Y is EDTA anion) with hydrogen peroxide was studied in aqueous nitrate media [μ = 0.10 M (KNO3)] at various temperatures. The general rate equation, Rate = k1 + k2K1[H+]?11 + K1[H+]?1 [Cr(III)Y]aq[H2O2] holds over the pH range 5–9. The decomposition reaction of H2O2 is believed to proceed via two pathways where both the aquo and hydroxo-quinquedentate EDTA complexes are acting as the catalyst centres. Substitution-controlled mechanisms are suggested and the values of the second-order rate constants k1 and k2 were found to be 1.75 × 10?2 M?1 s?1 and 0.174 M?1 s?1 at 303 K respectively, where k2 is the rate constant for the aquo species and k2 is that for the hydroxo complex. The respective activation enthalpies (ΔH*1 = 58.9 and ΔH*2 = 66.5 KJ mol?1) and activation entropies (ΔS*1 = ?85 and ΔS*2 = ?40 J mol?1 deg?1) were calculated from a least-squares fit to the Eyring plot. The ionisation constant pK1, was inferred from the kinetic data at 303 K to be 7.22. Beyond pH 9, the reaction is markedly retarded and ceases completely at pH ? 11. This inhibition was attributed in part to the continuous loss of the catalyst as a result of the simultaneous oxidation of Cr(III) to Cr(VI).  相似文献

Extant photosynthetic organisms all appear to use transmembrane H+ fluxes as the coupling agent in the use of light energy in ATP synthesis. In the steady-state there is a large H+ free energy difference across the coupling membrane, and when this is reflected as a light-induced change in pH of the phase (cytosol or stroma) containing the enzymes of carbon assimilation, the H+ transport can have an informational role in activating and inactivating enzymes. The earliest organisms probably lived fermentatively (substrate-level phosphorylation) in an anaerobic environment provided with organic solutes synthesised abiotically. There are good reasons for believing that one of the earliest primary active transport systems (interconverting chemical and electrical/osmotic energy) was an H+ extrusion pump powered by ATP or PPi. Its initial function was extrusion of excess H+ from the fermenting cells, and the support of a number of co-transport processes. The earliest energetic use of light energy is envisaged as being the energization of an alternative H+ extrusion pump, with bacteriorhodopsin or (bacterio-) chlorophyll as the pigment. The former type of cyclic photoredox system (Halobacterium-type) is simpler than the latter: a “pre-respiratory” chemical redox H+ pump may have preceded the (bacterio-) chlorophyll-based process. Any of these H+ pumps could spare the use of fermentative ATP in powering active H+ efflux and would thus have been favoured as fermentative substrates became scarce; eventually the larger ΔμH+ generated by the light-powered H+ pump was used to drive the ATP-powered H+ pump backwards and thus generate ATP with light as the ultimate energy source.Scarcity of suitable reductants for biosynthesis as life proliferated provided a selective impetus for a non-cyclic photoredox system which could use light energy to generate a low-potential reductant at the expense of more readily available higher-potential reductants. The non-cyclic photoredox system is not possible in its simplest form (with all the redox energy coming from excitation energy of one or more photoreactions) in the bacteriorhodopsin line of evolution. Such a simple photoredox system is found in the Chlorobiaceae; even if (as seems likely) the non-cyclic photoredox process generates a ΔμH+ (and thus, potentially, ATP), some of the ATP needed for CO2 fixation and cell growth must be generated by a cyclic photoredox system. In the extant purple bacteria the generation of low-potential reductant involves a non-cyclic photoredox pathway which produces a reductant unable to reduce NAD+; the “energy gap” is spanned by “reverse electron transfer” which uses energy from a ΔμH+. It is not clear if this energetic requirement for the H+ gradient can be quantitatively satisfied from a non-cyclic photoredox H+ transport; it is certain that there is a major requirement for cyclic photoredox H+ pumping in these organisms. The photosynthetic bacteria are today restricted to reducing (low Eh) environments similar to those found in the early, anoxic earth; they are unable to use very weak reductants as donors for non-cyclic photoredox processes. As the sources of even weakly reducing donors (other than H2O) on the primitive earth were depleted the two photoreactions scheme of extant O2-producers evolved by modification of the bacterial photoreaction. This non-cyclic photoredox process is definitely H+-translocating and the role of cyclic photoredox processes in ATP generation in O2-evolvers is smaller than in photosynthetic bacteria. In parallel with the biochemical and biophysical changes in the photosystems there was a morphological evolution, with an increasing tendency for “internalisation” of the photoredox processes (originally present in the plasma membrane, as in extant Chlorobineae) into thylakoids (as in most Rhodospirillineae, Cyanobacteria and in all eukaryotes). With a plasmalemma-located photoredox system, and the constraints of a fixed, alkaline external pH and the cytoplasmic pH of 7–8, the ΔμH+ would be generated largely as an electrical P.D. The presence of a phase (intrathylakoid space) with a “negotiable pH” would permit the generation and use of a ΔμH+ largely present as a pH gradient. In both cases illumination can cause an increase in cytoplasmic (stromal) pH over the dark value; this is an important aspect of the regulation of “phototrophic” and “heterotrophic” enzyme systems in the light and in the dark. However, it is argued that these differences in pH are not absolutely light-dependent unless they depend upon some more uniquely light-dependent signal, probably based on a redox component only generated in the light.  相似文献

The action of xanthine oxidase upon acetaldehyde or xanthine at pH 10.2 has been shown to be accompanied by substantial accumulation of O2? during the first few minutes of the reaction. H2O2 decreases this accumulation of O2? presumably because of the Haber-Weiss reaction (H2O2+O2?OH?+OH+O2) and very small amounts of superoxide dismutase eliminate it. This accumulation of O2? was demonstrated in terms of a burst of reduction of cytochrome c, seen when the latter compound was added after aerobic preincubation of xanthine oxidase with its substrate. The kinetic peculiarities of the luminescence seen in the presence of luminol, which previously led to the proposal of H2O4?, can now be satisfactorily explained entirely on the basis of known radical intermediates.  相似文献

The influence of the mode of preparation upon some of the characteristics of white adipose tissue plasma membranes and microsomes has been reported. Plasma membrane fractions prepared from mitochondrial pellet were shown to have higher specific activities of (Mg2+ + Na+ + K+)-ATPase than plasma membranes originating in crude microsomes. Isolation of fat cells by collagenase treatment was found to result in a decrease in specific activity of the plasma membrane enzymes; in plasma membranes prepared from isolated fat cells, the specific activity values obtained for (Mg2+ + Na+ + K+)-ATPase and 5′-nucleotidase were only 42% and 6.3% respectively of those obtained in plasma membranes prepared from whole adipose tissue. Purification of whole adipose tissue crude microsomes by hypotonic treatment caused extensive solubilization of the endoplasmic reticulum marker enzymes, NADH oxidase and NADPH cytochrome c reductase. The lability of endoplasmic reticulum marker enzymes, however, was found to be greatly diminished in the preparations from isolated fat cells. The possibility that NADH oxidase and NADHPH cytochrome c reductase activities found in the plasma membranes are microsomal enzymes adsorbed by the plasma membranes is discussed. The peptide patterns as well as the NADH oxidase and NADPH cytochrome c reductase activity patterns of plasma membranes and purified microsomes were compared by means of sodium dodecyl sulfate or Triton X-100 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.  相似文献

(1) Treatment of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase from rabbit kidney outer medulla with the γ-35S labeled thio-analogue of ATP in the presence of Na+ + Mg2+ and the absence of K+ leads to thiophosphorylation of the enzyme. The Km value for [γ-S]ATP is 2.2 μM and for Na+ 4.2 mM at 22°C. Thiophosphorylation is a sigmoidal function of the Na+ concentration, yielding a Hill coefficient nH = 2.6. (2) The thio-analogue (Km = 35 μM) can also support overall (Na+ + K+)-ATPase activity, but Vmax at 37°C is only 1.3 γmol · (mg protein)? · h?1 or 0.09% of the specific activity for ATP (Km = 0.43 mM). (3) The thiophosphoenzyme intermediate, like the natural phosphoenzyme, is sensitive to hydroxylamine, indicating that it also is an acylphosphate. However, the thiophosphoenzyme, unlike the phosphoenzyme, is acid labile at temperatures as low as 0°C. The acid-denatured thiophosphoenzyme has optimal stability at pH 5–6. (4) The thiophosphorylation capacity of the enzyme is equal to its phosphorylation capacity, indicating the same number of sites. Phosphorylation by ATP excludes thiophosphorylation, suggesting that the two substrates compete for the same phosphorylation site. (5) The (apparent) rate constants of thiophosphorylation (0.4 s?1 vs. 180 s?1), spontaneous dethiophosphorylation (0.04 s?1 vs. 0.5 s?1) and K+-stimulated dethiophosphorylation (0.54 s?1 vs. 230 s?1) are much lower than those for the corresponding reactions based on ATP. (6) In contrast to the phosphoenzyme, the thiophosphoenzyme is ADP-sensitive (with an apparent rate constant in ADP-induced dethiophosphorylation of 0.35 s?1, KmADP = 48 μM at 0.1 mM ATP) and is relatively K+-insensitve. The Km for K+ in dethiophosphorylation is 0.9 mM and in dephosphorylation 0.09 mM. The thiophosphoenzyme appears to be for 75–90% in the ADP-sensitive E1-conformation.  相似文献

The cell-free preparations from autotrophieally grown Pseudomonas saccharophila catalyzed the process of electron transport from H2 or various other organic electron donors to either O2 or NO3? with concomitant ATP generation. The respective PO ratios with H2 and NADH were 0.63 and 0.73, the respective PNO3? ratios were 0.57 and 0.54. In contrast, the PO and PNO3? ratios with succinate were 0.18 and 0.11, respectively. ATP formation coupled to the oxidation of ascorbate, in the absence or presence of added N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine or cytochrome c, could not be detected. Various uncouplers inhibited phosphorylation with either O2 or NO3? as terminal electron acceptors without affecting the oxidation of H2 or other substrates. The NADH oxidation at the expense of O2 or NO3? reduction as well as the associated phosphorylation were inhibited by rotenone and amytal. The aerobic and anaerobic H2 oxidation and coupled ATP synthesis, on the other hand, was unaffected by the flavoprotein inhibitors as well as by the NADH trapping system. The NADH, H2, and succinate-linked electron transport to O2 or NO3? and the associated phosphorylations were sensitive, however, to antimycin A or 2-n-nonyl-4-hydroxyquino-line-N-oxide, and cyanide or azide. The data indicated that although the phosphorylation sites 1 and II were associated with NADH oxidation by O2 or NO3?, the energy conservation coupled to H2 oxidation under aerobic or anaerobic conditions appeared to involve site II only.  相似文献

(1) The total phospholipid content of a gradient purified (K+ + H+)-ATPase preparation from pig gastric mucosa is 105 μmol per 100 mg protein, and consists of 29% sphingomyelin, 29% phosphatidylcholine, 28% phosphatidylethanolamine, 10% phosphatidylserine and 4% phosphatidylinositol. The cholesterol content corresponds to 50 μmol per 100 mg protein. (2) Treatment with phospholipase C (from Clostridium welchii and Bacillus cereus) results in an immediate decrease of the phosphate content. Up to 50% of the phospholipids are hydrolyzed by each phospholipase C preparation alone, without further hydrolysis by increased phospholipase concentration or prolonged incubation time. Combined treatment with the two phospholipase C preparations, sequentially or simultaneously, hydrolyzes up to 65% of the phospholipids. (3) The (K+ + H+)-ATPase and K+ stimulated p-nitrophenylphosphatase activities are decreased proportionally with the total phospholipid content, indicating that these enzyme activities are dependent on phospholipids. (4) Phospholipase C treatment does not change optimal pH, Km value for ATP and temperature dependence of the gastric (K+ + H+)-ATPase, but slightly decreases the Ka value for K+. (5) Phospholipase C treatment lowers the AdoPP[NH]P binding and phosphorylation capacities, suggesting that inactivation occurs primarily on the substrate binding level. (6) Most of the results can be understood by assuming that hydrolysis of the phospholipids by phospholipase C leads to aggregation of the membrane protein molecules and complete inactivation of the aggregated ATPase molecules.  相似文献

A capacitor microphone was used to measure the enthalpy and volume changes that accompany the electron transfer reactions, PQAhv P+Q?A and PQAQBhv P+QAQ?B, following flash excitation of photosynthetic reaction centers isolated from Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides. P is a bacteriochlorophyll dimer (P-870), and QA and QB are ubiquinones. In reaction centers containing only QA, the enthalpy of P+Q?A is very close to that of the PQA ground state (ΔHr = 0.05 ± 0.03 eV). The free energy of about 0.65 eV that is captured in the photochemical reaction evidently takes the form of a substantial entropy decrease. In contrast, the formation of P+QAQ?B in reaction centers containing both quinones has a ΔHr of 0.32 ± 0.02 eV. The entropy change must be near zero in this case. In the presence of o-phenanthroline, which blocks electron transfer between Q?A and QB, ΔHr for forming P+Q?AQB is 0.13 ± 0.03 eV. The influence of flash-induced proton uptake on the results was investigated, and the ΔHr values given above were measured under conditions that minimized this influence. Although the reductions of QA and QB involve very different changes in enthalpy and entropy, both reactions are accompanied by a similar volume decrease of about 20 ml/mol. The contraction probably reflects electrostriction caused by the charges on P+ and Q?A or Q?B.  相似文献

The reactivities of anionic nitroalkanes with 2-nitropropane dioxygenase of Hansenula mrakii, glucose oxidase of Aspergillus niger, and mammalian d-amino acid oxidase have been compared kinetically. 2-Nitropropane dioxygenase is 1200 and 4800 times more active with anionic 2-nitropropane than d-amino acid oxidase and glucose oxidase, respectively. The apparent Km values for anionic 2-nitropropane are as follows: 2-nitropropane dioxygenase, 1.61 mm; glucose oxidase, 16.7 mm; and d-amino acid oxidase, 11.1 mm. Anionic 2-nitropropane undergoes an oxygenase reaction with 2-nitropropane dioxygenase and glucose oxidase, and an oxidase reaction with d-amino acid oxidase. In contrast, anionic nitroethane is oxidized through an oxygenase reaction by 2-nitropropane dioxygenase, and through an oxidase reaction by glucose oxidase. All nitroalkane oxidations by these three flavoenzymes are inhibited by Cu and Zn-superoxide dismutase of bovine blood, Mn-superoxide dismutases of bacilli, Fe-superoxide dismutase of Serratia marcescens, and other O2? scavengers such as cytochrome c and NADH, but are not affected by hydroxyl radical scavengers such as mannitol. None of the O2? scavengers tested affected the inherent substrate oxidation by glucose oxidase and d-amino acid oxidase. Furthermore, the generation of O2? in the oxidation of anionic 2-nitropropane by 2-nitropropane dioxygenase was revealed by ESR spectroscoy. The ESR spectrum of anionic 2-nitropropane plus 2-nitropropane dioxygenase shows signals at g1 = 2.007 and g11 = 2.051, which are characteristic of O2?. The O2? generated is a catalytically essential intermediate in the oxidation of anionic nitroalkanes by the enzymes.  相似文献

Furosemide (1 · 10?4M) inhibits a proportion of the total passive (ouabain-insensitive) K+ influx into primary chick heart cell cultures (85%), BC3H1 cells (75%), MDCK cells (40%) and HeLa cells (57%). This action of furosemide upon K+ influx is independent of (Na+ + K+)-pump inhibition since the furosemide-sensitive component of the K+ influx is identical in the presence and absence of ouabain (1 · 10?3M). For HeLa cells the passive, furosemide-sensitive component of K+ influx is markedly dependent upon the external K+, Na+ and Cl? content. Acetate, iodide and nitrate are ineffective as substitutes for Cl?, whereas Br? is partially effective. Partial Cl? replacement by NO3? gave an apparent affinity of 100 mM [Cl]. Na+ replacement by choline+ abolishes the furosemide-sensitive component, whereas Li+ replacement reduces this component by 48%. Partial Na+ replacement by choline+ gives an apparent affinity of 25 mM [Na+]. Variation in the external K+ content gives an affinity for the furosemide-sensitive component of approx. 1.0 mM. Furosemide inhibition of the passive K+ inflúx is of high affinity, half-maximal inhibition being observed at 5 · 10?6M furosemide. Piretanide (1 · 10?4M) and phloretin (1 · 10?4M) inhibit the same component of passive K+ influx as furosemide; ethacrynic acid and amiloride (both 1 · 10?4M) partially so. The stilbene, SITS (1 · 10?6M), was ineffective as an inhibitor of the furosemide-sensitive component.  相似文献

(1) Analysis of the data from steady-state kinetic studies shows that two reactions between cytochrome c and cytochrome c oxidase sufficed to describe the concave Eadie-Hofstee plots (Km ? 1 · 10?8M and Km ? 2 · 10?5M). It is not necessary to postulate a third reaction of Km ? 10?6M. (2) Change of temperature, type of detergent and type of cytochrome c affected both reactions to the same extent. The presence of only a single catalytic cytochrome c interaction site on the oxidase could explain the kinetic data. (3) Our experiments support the notion that, at least under our conditions (pH 7.8, low-ionic strength), the dissociation of ferricytochrome c from cytochrome c oxidase is the rate-limiting step in the steady-state kinetics. (4) A series of models, proposed to describe the observed steady-state kinetics, is discussed.  相似文献

Treatment by EDTA of purified plasma membranes from MF2S cells (a variant of the murine plasmacytoma MOPC 173) solubilized proteins and increased by a 1000-fold the sensitivity of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase to ouabain. When added back with Ca2+ to treated plasma membranes, these EDTA-solubilized proteins restored the initial sensitivity of the enzyme to its inhibitor. We report the purification of a protein of Mr 32 000, isolated from the EDTA-treated membrane supernatant. This protein was purified by a one-step procedure involving a preparative polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis without detergent. In the presence of Ca2+ it was able to restore the original sensitivity to ouabain of (Na+ + K+)-ATPase from EDTA-treated membrane. This protein was shown to be similar to the β-actinin described by Maruyama by the following criteria: (1) molecular weight and amino acid composition; (2) cross-reactivity with their respective antisera; (3) in the presence of Ca2+ the same quantitative biological activity on ouabain sensitivity of the (Na+ + K+)-ATPase. A possible interaction between β-actinin, calmodulin and membrane-bound (Na+ + K+)-ATPase is discussed.  相似文献
