1. A method for quantifying interstitial water velocity based on the dissolution rate of plaster of Paris standards was developed as part of a study of vertical, longitudinal (1–4 order sites) and seasonal variation in the biotic and physical characteristics of the shallow hyporheic zone (0–30 cm) of a headwater stream system in West Virginia, U.S.A.
2. A calibration model was developed using a water velocity simulation tank to relate mass loss of plaster standards to water velocity and temperature. The model was then used to calculate water velocity through artificial substrata embedded in the shallow hyporheic zone of four stream reaches based on in situ mass loss of plaster standards.
3. Water velocity in the hyporheic zone increased with stream order, was highest in early spring and winter during high stream base flows, and decreased with depth into the substratum. There was a strong interaction between depth and season: during periods of high stream discharge, water velocity through the upper level of the shallow hyporheic zone (0–10 cm into the substrate) increased disproportionately more than velocity at greater depths. Mean interstitial velocity in March ranged from 0 cm s–1 in the lowest level (20–30 cm) to 3.5 cm s–1 at the upper level (0–10 cm) at the first‐order site, and from 2.5 cm s–1 (20–30 cm) to 9.5 cm s–1 (0–10 cm s–1) at the fourth‐order site. Gradients in stream discharge and sediment permeability accounted for treatment effects.
4. Use of calibrated data improved the ability to resolve among‐season differences in interstitial water movement over the use of uncalibrated mass loss data. For some applications of the plaster standard method, empirical calibration may not be necessary.  相似文献

Aims Our objective was to determine the effects of supplemental irrigation by measuring the moisture content at jointing and anthesis on fluorescence characteristics and water use efficiency in flag leaves of wheat (Triticum aestivum).
Methods Four irrigation treatments were imposed, i.e. the average relative soil water content in the soil layer of 0–20 cm (D1), 0–40 cm (D2), 0–60 cm (D3), and 0–40 cm (D4) were raised to 65% (at jointing) and 70% (at anthesis), respectively, by supplemental irrigation, with zero-irrigation as a control treatment (D0) in 2011–2012 and 2012–2013.
Important findings The soil water consumption in the D2 treatment was significantly higher than in other treatments in the 40–100 cm soil layer from jointing to anthesis and in the 40–140 cm soil layer from anthesis to maturity; the latter stage showed the highest soil water consumption during wheat growing. The flag leaves of wheat plants in the D2 treatment showed the highest water use efficiency, potential photosynthesis activity of PSII (Fv/Fo), electronic transpiration activity of PSII (Fm/Fo), relative electron transport rate (ETR) and photochemistry quenching index (qP) after anthesis, followed by the D3 treatment, with those in the D0 treatment having the lowest values. In both growing seasons, the grain yield was ranked in the order of D2 > D3 > D1 > D4 > D0 among the treatments; water use efficiency (WUE) in the D2 treatment was 20.19 kg·hm–2·mm–1 and 21.92 kg·hm–2·mm–1, respectively, higher than in the D0, D3, and D4 treatments. No significant difference was observed in any of the variables between the D1 and D2 treatments. Hence, the D2 treatment, with application of irrigation based on the soil moisture measurement in the 0–40 cm soil layer at jointing and anthesis, is the most optimal treatment for achieving high grain yield and high WUE.  相似文献

合理高效的水肥集约经营是有效地提高速生丰产林生产力的重要途径。细根是植物吸收水肥和维持生长的主要器官, 了解细根形态及其分布对水肥耦合措施的响应机制有助于解释树木生长和吸收水肥能力的差异性。该文基于水氮耦合措施对欧美108杨(Populus × euramericana ‘Guariento’)幼林表土层(0–30 cm)细根形态及分布的影响研究, 在连续两年的水氮管理后, 开展了欧美108杨0–60 cm土层细根形态及垂直分布对水氮耦合响应的研究。田间设计3个灌溉水平(灌溉土壤水势起始阈值为–75 kPa、–50 kPa、–25 kPa)和3个养分水平(施N 150 g·tree–1·a–1、300 g·tree–1·a–1、450 g·tree–1·a–1), 组合成9个水氮耦合处理, 另设1个对照处理(CK)。研究结果表明: (1)垂直方向上, 各处理细根生物量密度、表面积和平均直径均表现为10–20 cm土层最大(该层生物量密度占0–60 cm土层总生物量的27%–37%), 随后在30–60 cm土层逐层递减; 根长密度则随土壤深度的加深而逐层递减, 0–10 cm土层显著大于其他土层(该层根长密度占0–60 cm土层总根长密度的33%–45%)。(2) 6个土层的细根生物量密度、根长密度和平均直径均表现为高水高氮(D3F3)和中水高氮(D2F3) 2个处理间差异不显著, 但均显著高于其他处理, 其中, D3F3处理6个土层生物量密度是对照的3.12–47.74倍; 细根表面积则是D3F3处理显著高于其他处理, 是CK的4.36–30.57倍。(3)连续的水氮耦合管理措施不会改变细根的垂直分布格局(各处理均具有与CK一致的分布格局), 但在第二个生长季, 欧美108杨细根的整体分布随着林龄的增加趋于深层化; 另外, 中水高氮的耦合处理也可有效地促进细根的生长, 这种水氮需求水平与第一个生长季内需高水高氮才可显著促进其生长的特性不同。欧美108杨细根在第2个生长季主要分布于0–20 cm土层, 9个水氮耦合处理中, 除低水低氮处理外, 其他处理各细根形态指标值均显著高于CK, 这种差异性在浅土层更为显著, 而在深土层表现出相对较小的差异。当灌溉量一定时(尤其中、高灌溉水平), 增加施氮量可显著促进细根生长, 但当施氮量一定时(尤其低、中氮水平), 增加灌溉量对细根生长的促进效果不显著, 即欧美108杨细根生长趋肥性强于向水性。  相似文献

Aims Irrigation and fertilization have great potentials to enhance yield in forest plantations. The integrated effect of water and nitrogen management on fine roots morphology and distribution of Populus × euramericana ‘Guariento’, however, remains unclear. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of water and nitrogen addition on fine root morphology and distribution in poplar plantations for developing the best water and nitrogen strategy for promoting fine root. Methods The soil core method was used to quantify the morphology and distribution of fine roots in the 0–60 cm in a poplar plantation with surface dripping irrigation and fertilization technologies. The experiment included nine treatments, which were a combination of three irrigation treatments where dripping irrigation was applied when soil water potential (ψsoil) reached –75, –50, or –25 kPa, and three fertilization treatments at nitrogen additions of 150, 300, or 450 g·tree–1·a–1, respectively). A control plot with non-irrigation and non-fertilizationtreatment in growing season (CK) was also included in the study. Important findings The fine roots biomass density, fine root surface area density, average root diameter in all treatments were mainly found at 0–10 cm and 10–20 cm depths, with root biomass density in the 10–20 cm of 1.03 to 1.21 times of that in the 0–10 cm, 1.25 to 1.80 times of that in the 20–30 cm, 1.62 to 22.10 times of that in the 30–40 cm, 2.77 to 54.35 times of that in the 40–50 cm, and 6.48 to 293.09 times of that in the 50–60 cm. The root biomass density in the 10–20 cm accounted for 27%–37% of the total biomass density in the top 60 cm. For root biomass density and average diameter, there were no significant differences between 0–10 cm and 10–20 cm depths, and between 40–50 cm and 50–60 cm depths. Fine roots in the irrigation and fertilization treatments were significantly higher than that of the CK, except the D1F1 treatment (i.e., with low water and low nitrogen level). Additionally, fine roots in the D2F3 treatment (i.e., with intermedia irrigation and high nitrogen level) and the D3F3 treatment (i.e., with high water and high nitrogen level) were significantly higher than those in other treatments, but not significantly different between D2F3 and D3F3. Compared with the CK, the fine roots biomass density in six soil layers were significantly enhanced at 359%, 388%, 328%, 3823%, 4774% and 2866%, respectively, for the treatment with high water and high nitrogen levels. The vertical distributions of fine roots appeared not affected by the interaction of irrigation and nitrogen addition. However, the surface dripping irrigation and fertilization treatments increased fine roots significantly. Finally, we found that the response of fine root growth and distribution was stronger to fertilization than to the irrigation in this poplar plantation.  相似文献

Grayling spawning sites were investigated in two French rivers, the Pollon (1 year) and the Suran (2 years) and described by current velocity, water depth, and substrate composition, completed by an assessment of bottom shear stress with FST-hemispheres. A comparison was made between used and available habitats, the latter being characterized by random sampling of 300 m long (Pollon) and 510 m long (Suran) river sections, both including three riffle/pool sequences. Mean velocities observed on spawning sites did not differ significantly between rivers or years (overall mean 48–9 cm s-1 S.D. = 11.9, range 25.8–91.7 cm s-1, n =150). Most water depths ranged from 10 to 40 cm in both rivers, but mean depths were significantly different ( P <0.05). Substratum of spawning grounds was dominated by gravel and pebbles (2–64 mm) in both rivers. Most spawning sites (99%) were characterized by a narrow range of hemispheres (nos 9–13), i.e. a range of shear stress of about 5–16 dyn m-2. In the Pollon, spawners between spawning acts were found in a resting pool located immediately downstream from the spawning area and characterized by slow-flowing water (mainly <20 cm s-1) and great depth (mainly >60 cm), with cover provided by overhanging branches and tree roots.  相似文献

In late summer (13 August–13 September 1998), at water temperatures of 12·0–15·7° C, grayling ( n =14) stayed mainly in the riffle-section where they were captured in a large regulated river in northern Finland, moving little between consecutive days. In autumn (2–30 October 1998), at 1·7–6·7° C, the fish ( n =16) migrated to potential overwintering sites 0–14 km up- or downstream by mid October, moving mainly short distances thereafter. The daily movement rates, and the total ranges covered by the fish in late summer and autumn were 54±32 m (mean± s.d ) and 1053±1636 m, and 190±168 m and 3135±1850 m, respectively. In autumn the fish used deeper habitats (most suitable range 150–400 cm) with lower current velocities (20–80 cm s−1) and finer bottom substrata (mainly sand) than in late summer (depth 100–325 cm, velocity 30–110 cm s−1, and cobble-boulder substrata).  相似文献

The three grayling Thymallus thymallus age-classes had strong preferences for their local habitat in the Ain river. All age-classes preferred high water velocities between 70 and 110 cm s-1, confirming that grayling is a typical rheophilic species. An important intraspecific segregation regarding depth occurred, as large individuals preferred deeper water than small ones (optimal ranges=50–60, 80–120 and 100–140 cm for 0+, 1+ and adults respectively). The three age-classes had similar preferences for small substratum articles, with optimal values between 0·5 and 16·0 mm. Preference curves were generally comparable between the two sites, despite important differences in habitat availability. It is emphasized that grayling needs various habitat conditions to achieve its entire life cycle. The increasing scarcity of this species underlines the urgency of protecting lotic habitat integrity and diversity.  相似文献

The spawning behaviour of bream Abramis brama was studied in 1993, in a harbour on the River Meuse, Belgium. Fish spawned from 22 to 27 April and from 11 to 14 May, when the water temperature rose to 14.5) C. The reproductive behaviour of the bream was studied within a 15 m long part of the harbour using a video camera. Territorial males with tubercles (33–43 cm total length; >5 years old) defended bank areas of diameter 80–150 cm which included spawning substratum, i.e. roots of alder and willow trees and aquatic plants. Water depth ranged from 25 to 50 cm. Non-territorial males without tubercles (24–33 cm; 3–4 years old), remained 2–4 m away from the bank. Aggressive behaviour between males was frequent and, occasionally, males with tubercles were unable to defend a territory. Mature females (25–43 cm; >3 years old), coming from the deeper water of the surrounding area, were followed by non-territorial males before spawning in territories near the bank.  相似文献

Tail beat frequency of sea bass, Dicentrarchus labrax (L.) (23.5 ± 0·5 cm, LT ), swimming at the front of a school was significantly higher than when swimming at the rear, for all water velocities tested from 14·8 to 32 cm s−1. The logarithm of oxygen consumption rate, and the tail beat frequency of solitary swimming sea bass (28·8 ± 0·4 cm, LT ), were each correlated linearly with swimming speed, and also with one another. The tail beat frequency of individual fish was 9–14% lower when at the rear of a school than when at the front, corresponding to a 9–23% reduction in oxygen consumption rate.  相似文献

The growth rate, food, reproduction and mortality rates of the red bass, Lutjanus bohar , are described for fish associated with coral reefs in the Tigak Islands of Papua New Guinea. Spawning intensity by month was investigated by examination of gonad maturation stages. The length–at–maturity of female L. bohar was estimated from the relationship between changes in gonad index with increasing size. Female fish matured at about 45–0 cm fork length. The Petersen method was used to obtain age–at–length data from length frequency data of L. bohar captured by hook–and–line fishing. The growth of L. bohar was described by a von Bertalanffy growth curve with the parameters AT=0.27 and L = 81.7 cm. There was a positive correlation between water depth (D) and the length of L. bohar (L) that was described by L = 318–8+ 3.050 D . The mortality rates ( Z ) of L. bohar from shallow (≤30m) and deep (≤80m) water were estimated from length converted catch curves and were 1–181 and 0–64 respectively. The high Z value for the shallow water population of L. bohar was ascribed to the migration of larger specimens into deeper water. The deep water population of L. bohar remains unfished and the estimate of Z was believed to be equivalent to the natural mortality rate ( M ). An empirical method of calculating M gave an estimate of 0.59. Lutjanus bohar is a carnivorous piscivore that feeds throughout the water column.  相似文献

Abstract: The effects of solar ultraviolet radiation (UV) on carbon uptake, oxygen evolution and motility of marine phytoplankton were investigated in coastal waters at Kristineberg Marine Research Station on the west coast of Sweden (58° 30'N, 11° 30'E). The mean irradiances at noon above the water surface during the investigation period were: photosynthetic active radiation (PAR, 400–700 nm) 1670 μmol m−2 s−1; ultraviolet-A radiation (UV-A, 320–400 nm) 35.9 W m−2 and ultraviolet-B radiation (UV-B, 280–320 nm) 1.7 W m−2. UV-B radiation was much more attenuated with depth in the water column than were PAR and UV-A radiation. UV-B radiation could not be detected at depths greater than 100–150 cm. Inhibition of carbon uptake by UV-A and UV-B in natural phytoplankton populations was greatest at 50 cm depth and the effects of UV-B were greater than those of UV-A. At depths greater than 50 cm there was almost no effect of ultraviolet radiation on carbon uptake. PAR, UV-A and UV-B decreased oxygen evolution by the dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum . Inhibition of oxygen evolution was greater after 4 h than 2 h but it was not possible to distinguish the negative effects of the different light regimes. The motility of P. minimum was not affected by PAR, UV-A and UV-B. The importance of exposure of phytoplankton to different light regimes before being exposed to natural solar radiation is discussed.  相似文献

SUMMARY. 1. Water temperatures were recorded at hourly intervals in the gravel of a trout spawning area in a small stony stream at depths of 0–20 cm in 1985–86 and 0– 40 cm in 1987.
2. As depth within gravel increased, the size of the daily fluctuations reduced and their time of occurrence was delayed by about 12 min cm−1' in 1985–86 and about 6 min cm−1 in 1987.
3. From October to February mean temperatures at 20 cm depth were, on average, 0.5°C higher than those at the gravel surface. This reflected elevated daily minima more than it reflected elevated daily maxima.
4. From March to July daily minima were lower and daily maxima were higher in the stream than in the gravel. Consequences were: (a) an appreciable increase in mean daily range at all depths in the gravel during the summer, (b) higher daily means (by an average of about 0.4°C) in the water than in the gravel in May to August.
5. Some implications for the early development of salmonid fish are considered.  相似文献

Major temporal changes in the importance of euphausiids and Atlantic herring Clupea harengus in the diet of Atlantic cod Gadus morhua , 10–75 cm L F, occurred in shallow waters (<100 m depths) of the southern Gulf of St Lawrence between 1959 and 2000. Euphausiids represented 6–70% of prey mass for Atlantic cod 31–60 cm L F from 1959 to 1987 but only trace amounts were detected in stomachs collected from 1990 to 2000. Mysids and gammarid amphipods (for Atlantic cod ≤45 cm L F), and Atlantic herring (for Atlantic cod >45 cm L F) largely replaced euphausiids in the Atlantic cod diets from 1990 to 2000. This diet change suggested there has been a major perturbation of the food web of the southern Gulf of St Lawrence. The importance of fishes (mostly Atlantic herring) in the diet of Atlantic cod >45 cm L F increased significantly between the periods 1959–1980 and 1987–2000. Atlantic herring comprised 0–4% (mean 1.3%) of prey mass of Atlantic cod 46–60 cm L F from 1959 to 1980 and increased to 2–42% (mean 19.6%) of the diet from 1987 to 2000. Atlantic herring comprised 0–25% (mean 9.4%) of the prey mass of Atlantic cod 61–75 cm L F from 1959 to 1980 and increased to 42–81% (mean 54.2%) of prey mass from 1987 to 2000. This increased consumption of Atlantic herring was consistent with observed changes in abundance of Atlantic herring in the ecosystem between the late 1970s and 2000. The large changes in consumption of euphausiids and Atlantic herring represent highly significant changes and would need to be included in the development and interpretation of ecosystem-based management models for this ecosystem.  相似文献

A study of eel catches from Lesina (444 specimens) and Varano lagoons (325 specimens), in southern Adriatic, Italy, was made. Male silver eels in Lesina ranged from 33.4–51.5 cm in length, with a mean of 42.6 cm; from 50–240 g in weight, with a mean of 141 g and were 1.5–6.5 years old with a mean of 2.5 years. The average length of male silver eels in Varano lagoon was 40.5 cm (range 31–48.5 cm); the average weight was 122 g (range 80–220 g)and a mean age of 2.6 years (range 1.5–7.5 years).
The females are bigger, heavier and older than the males with, in Lesina, a mean length of 61 cm (range 50.9–74.3 cm), a mean weight of 438 g (range 240–730 g) and a mean age of 3.4 years (range 1.5–6.5). The average length of Varano female silver eels was 58 cm (range 50.8–72.5 cm), and the average weight was 383 g (range 225–840 g). They were 1.5–7.5 years old, with an average of 3.8 years. Female silver eels were only 20% of the population at Lesina and 10% at Varano.
In comparison with the silver eel populations of the North Adriatic lagoons, the North Sea or the Atlantic Ocean, the silver eels of Lesina and Varano show a greater growth rate, are younger and have a sex ratio in favour of the males.
The water temperature, higher than in other countries, could be an important factor affecting the differences in age and growth rates between Lesina and Varano silver eels and those of other waters.  相似文献

Abstract. Xylem vessels in the apical 25 cm of barley seminal axes were examined by scanning electron microscopy of fractured freeze dried or critical point dried specimens. In the apical 11 cm, there were three cross walls cm−1 root in the central xylem vessel. The frequency then declined with distance but did not become less than 1.0 cm−1 root until the 22–25-cm zone.
Suction was applied to the proximal end of segments of seminal axes whose surfaces had been sealed with wax to prevent radial entry of water. Perfusion of the xylem with solutions of Tinopal CBS-X revealed the conductive xylem vessels by fluorescent staining of their walls. In the apical 20 cm of the axis, only a variable number of smaller xylem vessels conduct water. Beyond this zone, the much larger central vessel becomes functional.
The flow of water (Jv) in the apical zone was very much less for a given presure (△P) than in the proximal zone > 25 cm from the tip, and could be predicted by the Poiseuille equation provided the correct number of functional vessels are known. This information, together with earlier results on water uptake along the root length are used to predict the attenuation of the hydrostatic driving force for water uptake along the root length.
Estimates of K+ concentrations in stelar parenchyma and xylem vessels were made by electron microproble X-ray analysis. These results show that [K+] in the xylem vessels may be two to three times greater in the zone 1–2 cm from the root tip than in the basal zone. Such a gradient of solute potential may, to some extent, offset the decreasing influence of the leaf water potential in apical zones where xylem is not fully conductive.  相似文献

Radio‐tagged adult grayling Thymallus thymallus ( n  = 22), monitored from mid August to mid December 1999 in the River Kuusinkijoki, Finland, shifted by the end of September (water temperature 10·0–14·5° C) from riffle sites to deeper and slower pool sites 0·7–1·6 km up‐ or downstream. In early winter ( c . 0° C water temperature), eight of 13 fish still under study made a further shift into new pool sites, possibly triggered by ice formation. The summer range of grayling in the riffles was smaller (mean ±  s . d . length: 75 ± 146 m) than the autumn range (99 ± 46 m) in the pools, but gross daily movements were equally short in both the seasons (18 ± 34 m and 15 ± 7 m, respectively). In late summer, adult grayling preferred water depths 80–120 cm and mean velocities >40 cm s−1. In autumn, the preferred ranges were 100–240 cm and <30 cm s−1, respectively. Substratum was mainly boulders in the summer sites, and gravel or pebbles in the autumn sites.  相似文献

This paper summarizes the history of commercial exploitation of roundnose grenadier Coryphaenoides rupestris in the North Atlantic. Length frequencies of C. rupestris in 1993, from 400 to 1200 m on the slopes of the Rockall trough indicate a reduction since the 1970s in the modal length of fish found at 700–1000 m. Ages ranged from 2 to 50 years for males and 2 to 60 years for females, with most between 10–38 years. Females attained a greater asymptotic pre-anus length ( L =19.5 cm) than males ( L =15.5 cm) and had a greater weight for a given age (male W =761g, female W =1132g). This species may have a protracted spawning period. Using pre-anus lengths, 50% of male fish were mature at 10 cm (ages 8–10) while 50% of female fish were mature at 12 cm (ages 9–11). At the greatest depths sampled the length frequency of fish was bimodal with a hiatus between 9 and 11 cm (ages 8–12). Highest catch rates occurred on the Donegal slope in September at a depth of 800–1000 m.  相似文献

大气CO2浓度升高和氮(N)添加对土壤碳库的影响是当前国际生态学界关注的一个热点。为阐述土壤不同形态有机碳的抗干扰能力, 运用大型开顶箱, 研究了4种处理((1)高CO2浓度(700 µmol·mol-1)和高氮添加(100 kg N·hm-2·a-1) (CN); (2)高CO2浓度和背景氮添加(CC); (3)高氮添加和背景CO2浓度(NN); (4)背景CO2和背景氮添加(CK))对南亚热带模拟森林生态系统土壤有机碳库稳定性的影响。近5年的试验研究表明: (1) CN处理能明显地促进各土层中土壤总有机碳含量的增加, 其中, 下层土壤(5-60 cm土层)中的响应达到统计学水平。(2)活性有机碳库各组分对处理的响应有所差异: 不同土层中微生物生物量碳(MBC)的含量对各处理的响应趋势基本一致, 各土层中的MBC含量均为CN > CC > NN > CK, 其中0-5 cm、5-10 cm、10-20 cm 3个土层的处理间差异都达到了显著水平; 10-20 cm与20-40 cm两个土层中的易氧化有机碳处理间有显著差异; 而对于各土层中水溶性有机碳, 处理间差异均不明显。(3)各团聚体组分中的有机碳含量的响应也有所差异: 20-40 cm与40-60 cm土层中250-2000 μm组分的有机碳含量存在处理间差异; 40-60 cm土层中53-250 μm组分的有机碳对各处理响应敏感, CC处理和NN处理都有利于该组分碳的深层积累, 尤其CN处理下的效果最为明显; 在各处理10-20 cm、20-40 cm及40-60 cm土壤中, < 53 μm组分中的碳含量间差异显著。大气CO2浓度上升和N添加促进了森林生态系统中土壤有机碳的增加, 尤其有利于深层土壤中微团聚体与粉粒、黏粒团聚体等较稳定组分中有机碳的积累, 增加了土壤有机碳库的稳定性。  相似文献

Monthly changes in the gonadosomatic index indicate that the main spawning season of Parupeneus barberinus in Aqaba extends from May to August for females and from May to June for males. Males in the 4 years age-group (63–4%) and the 5 years age-group (65–1%) are predominant. The von Bertalanffy growth equation parameters calculated from mean total length data are: Lα= 32–8cm; K=0–225; (to=−0–73 for males and Lα= 32–7cm; K=0–206; to= −0.82 for females. The length-weight regression coefficients for males (2.85) and females (2.8) are not significantly different and they indicate a negative allometric growth. 通过幼苗萌发法和样方调查相结合的方法对三江平原不同演替恢复阶段的种子库特征及其与植被的关系进行了研究。将开垦湿地、不同演替恢复阶段湿地以及天然湿地不同土壤层次(0-5、5-10 cm和根茎)的种子库在两种水分条件下(湿润、淹水10 cm)进行萌发处理。结果表明: 随着演替恢复阶段的进行, 种子库的结构和规模逐渐扩大, 地表群落表现出由旱生物种占优势的群落逐渐演变成以小叶章(Calamagrostis angustifolia)占优势的湿生群落的演替趋势。恢复7年湿地、恢复14年湿地、天然湿地土壤种子库萌发物种数分别为24种、29种、39种, 植被物种数为21种、25种、14种。湿地类型、水分条件和土壤层次均显著影响种子库萌发的物种数及幼苗数(p < 0.01)。种子库具有明显的分层现象, 天然湿地0-5 cm土层种子库种子萌发密度是5-10 cm土层的4倍左右, 而恢复湿地仅1.3倍左右, 且土层间萌发物种相似性系数较低。湿润条件下的萌发物种数显著高于淹水条件, 且两种水分条件下萌发物种的生活型不同。由于恢复时间较短, 不同演替恢复阶段的种子库与植被相似性维持在30%以下。湿地中根茎分蘖出大量的湿地物种, 对于小叶章等优势物种的繁殖具有重要作用。研究表明, 在开垦湿地退耕后的次生演替阶段, 种子库能够保持大量的湿地物种, 通过对湿地种子库与植被的关系研究, 能够为三江平原湿地群落演替与湿地恢复提供策略指导。  相似文献
