Here we report the design, synthesis and antibacterial activity of 20 lysine-peptoid hybrids. The hybrids are based on the peptoid lead structure [N-(1-naphthalenemethyl)glycyl]-[N-(4-methylbenzyl)glycyl]-[N-(1-naphthalenemethyl)glycyl]-N-(butyl)glycin amide (1) and contain between one and six lysine residues each. The compounds were tested for antibacterial activity against S. aureus ATCC 25923 and E. coli ATCC 25922. Furthermore, the hemolytic activity toward human erythrocytes was assessed. Several compounds with potent antibacterial activity and low hemolytic activity were identified.  相似文献

A novel CCK8 derivative bearing a chelating agent at its N- end and its oxo-rhenium(V) complex have been synthesized and characterized. The chelating agent N-[N-13-(diphenylphosphino)propionyl]glycyl]cysteine (PN2S) ligand, the coordination set of which is made by the phosphorus atom of phosphine, the nitrogen atoms of the two amido groups and the sulphur atom of cysteine, has been used due to its high affinity towards the oxo-rhenium(V) moiety. Molecular modelling studies indicate that the CCK8 peptide adopts the right conformation for cholecystokinin receptor binding, and that modifications on the N-terminal side of CCK8 obtained by introducing chelating agents and its metal complexes should not affect the interaction with CCK(A) receptor.  相似文献

1,10-Di-0-acetyl-2,3,4,6,7,8,9-heptadeoxy-2,6-bis(2, 4-dinitrophenylamino)-L-lyxo-decopyranose (7) and -D-ribo-decopyranose (8) have been prepared from methyl 2-acetamido-2,3,4,6-tetradeoxy-6-nitro-alpha-D-erythro-hexopyranoside via a nitro aldol reaction with 4-[(tetrahydropyranyl)oxy]butanal in the presence of cesium fluoride, and their configurations at C-6 have been established by conversion of the precursor of 8, namely, methyl 2,6-diacetamido-10-O-acetyl-2,3,4,6,7,8,9-heptadeoxy-alpha-D - ribo-decopyranoside, into the known methyl 2,6-diacetamido-2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10-octadeoxy-alpha-D-ribo-d ecopyranoside. The title fortimicin A derivatives, 7'-(3-hydroxypropyl)fortimicin A and 6'-epifortimicin A, have been synthesized by condensation of compound 7 and 8, respectively, with 2,5-di-O-benzoyl-1,4-bis[N-(methoxycarbonyl)]fortamine B, followed by deprotection and introduction of a glycyl group. Their antimicrobial activities have been found to be weak compared to that of fortimicin A.  相似文献

Lysine tagging of hydrophobic peptides of parent sequence KKAAALAAAAALAAWAALAAAKKKK-NH(2) has been shown to facilitate their synthesis and purification through water solubilization, yet not impact on the intrinsic properties of the hydrophobic core sequence with respect to its insertion into membranes in an alpha-helical conformation. However, due to their positively charged character, such peptides often become bound to phospholipid head groups in membrane surfaces, which inhibits their transbilayer insertion and/or prevents their transport across cellular bilayers. We sought to develop more neutral peptides of membrane-permeable character by replacing most Lys residues with uncharged peptoid [N-(R)glycyl] residues, which might similarly confer water solubility while retaining membrane-interactive properties of the hydrophobic core. Several "peptoid-tagged" derivatives of the parent peptide were prepared with varying peptoid content, with five of the six Lys residues replaced with peptoids Nala and/or Nval. Conformations of these peptides measured by circular dichroism spectroscopy demonstrated that these water-soluble peptides retain the alpha-helix structure in micelles (lysophosphatidylcholine and sodium dodecyl sulfate) notwithstanding the known helix-breaking capacity of the peptoid tags. Blue shifts in Trp fluorescence spectra and quenching experiments with acrylamide confirmed that peptoid-tagged peptides insert spontaneously into micellar membranes. Results suggest that upon introduction of uncharged tags, the interaction between the membrane and the peptides is dominated by the hydrophobicity of the peptide core rather than the electrostatic interactions between the Lys and the head groups of the lipids. The overall findings indicate that peptoid residues are effective surrogates for Lys as uncharged water-solubilizing tags and, as such, provide a potentially valuable feature of design of membrane-interactive peptides.  相似文献

The synthesis, binding affinity, and structure-activity relationships of compounds related to the cyclic hexapeptide, c[Pro6-Phe7-D-Trp8-Lys9-Thr10-Phe11], L-363,301 (the numbering in the sequence refers to the position of the residue in native somatostatin) is reported. The Pro residue in this compound is replaced with the peptoid residues Nasp [N-(2-carboxyethyl) glycine], Ndab [N-(2-aminoethyl) glycine] and Nlys [N-(4-aminobutyl) glycine]. This series of compounds enables us to draw conclusions about the influence of positively or negatively charged residues in the bridging region on the binding affinity towards the isolated human somatostatin receptors. A loss of binding to the recombinant human somatostatin (hsst) receptors in the Nasp analog compared with L-363,301 and compared with the Ndab and Nlys analogs clearly demonstrates that the presence of an acidic residue in the bridging region is unfavorable for binding to the hsst receptors. Comparison between the Ndab analog and the Nlys analog suggests that the presence of a basic residue in the bridging region might be advantageous for binding to the hsst5 receptor provided that the residue bearing the basic group extends far enough to allow for interaction with the receptor, while the length of the basic peptoid residue does not influence binding to the hsst2 receptor. These results are useful for the design of hsst5 selective somatostatin analogs.  相似文献

To increase the efficiency of photoaffinity labeling of DNA polymerases, a binary system of photoaffinity reagents was applied. Photoreactive radioactive primers were synthesized by DNA polymerases beta (pol beta) or DNA polymerase from Thermus thermophilus (pol Tte) using a template-primer duplex in the presence of a dTTP analogue containing 4-azidotetrafluorobenzoyl group linked via spacers of varying length to 5-position of uridine ring- 5-[N-(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-4-azidobenzoyl)-amino-trans-propenyl-1]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (FAB-4-dUTP) or 5-[N-[[(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-4-azidobenzoyl)-butanoyl]-amino]-trans-3-aminopropenyl-1]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (FAB-9-dUTP). The reaction mixtures were UV irradiated (lambda = 365-450 nm) in the absence or presence of a dTTP analog, containing a pyrene moiety-5-[N-(4-(1-pyrenyl)-butylcarbonyl)-amino-trans-propenyl-1]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (Pyr- 8-dUTP) or 5-[N-(4-(1-pyrenyl)-ethylcarbonyl)-amino-trans-propenyl-1]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (Pyr-6-dUTP). The most efficient crosslinking of both DNA polymerases was observed in the case of photoreactive DNA primer, carrying the FAB-4-dUMP moiety at the 3'-end, and Pyr-6-dUTP as a sensitizer. The binary system of photoaffinity reagents allows increasing photoaffinity labeling of the both DNA polymerases in comparison to the primer crosslinking without photosensitizer.  相似文献

Two iodophenylazide derivatives of reserpine and one iodophenylazide derivative of tetrabenazine have been synthesized and characterized as photoaffinity labels of the vesicle monoamine transporter (VMAT2). These compounds are 18-O-[3-(3'-iodo-4'-azidophenyl)-propionyl]methyl reserpate (AIPPMER), 18-O-[N-(3'-iodo-4'-azidophenethyl)glycyl]methyl reserpate (IAPEGlyMER), and 2-N-[(3'-iodo-4'-azidophenyl)-propionyl]tetrabenazine (TBZ-AIPP). Inhibition of [3H]dopamine uptake into purified chromaffin granule ghosts showed IC50 values of approximately 37 nM for reserpine, 83 nM for AIPPMER, 200 nM for IAPEGlyMER, and 2.1 microM for TBZ-AIPP. Carrier-free radioiodinated [125I]IAPEGlyMER and [125I]TBZ-AIPP were synthesized and used to photoaffinity label chromaffin granule membranes. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) analysis showed specific [125I]IAPEGlyMER labeling of a polypeptide that migrated as a broad band (approximately 55-90 kDa), with the majority of the label located between 70 and 80 kDa. The labeling by [125I]IAPEGlyMER was blocked by 100 nM reserpine, 10 microM tetrabenazine, 1 mM serotonin, and 10 mM (-)-norepinephrine and dopamine. Analysis of [125I]TBZ-AIPP-labeled chromaffin granule membranes by SDS-PAGE and autoradiography demonstrated specific labeling of a similar polypeptide, which was blocked by 1 microM reserpine and 10 microM tetrabenazine. Incubation of [125I]TBZ-AIPP-photolabeled chromaffin granule membranes in the presence of the glycosidase N-glycanase shifted the apparent molecular weight of VMAT2 to approximately 51 kDa. These data indicate that [125I]IAPEGlyMER and [125I]TBZ-AIPP are effective photoaffinity labels for VMAT2.  相似文献

Nopaline (N-[4-[(aminoiminomethyl)amino-]-1S-carboxybutyl]-2R-aminopentanedioic acid and isonopaline (N-[4-[(aminoiminomethyl)amino-1S-carboxybutyl]- 2S-aminopentanedioic acid) have been synthesized and separated by crystallization. In addition, a derivative of each of these compounds that forms spontaneously from the parent compounds under the usual crystallization conditions was isolated and characterized. The chemical properties, elemental analysis, 1H-NMR spectrum, and electrophoretic behavior of the derivative from nopaline are consistent with N-[4-[ (aminoiminomethyl)amino]-1S-carboxybutyl]-2-pyrrolidone-5R-carboxylic acid, also called pyronopaline. The presence of pyronopaline in crown gall tumor tissue and the catabolism of it by the bacterium A. tumefaciens establish it as a new opine.  相似文献

Neuroimaging of GABA(A) receptors offers the potential for a better diagnosis of diseases related to a dysfunction of the GABAergic neurotransmission. A series of potent fluorinated analogues of the pyrazolopyrimidine Indiplon has been synthesized and evaluated in vitro as potential agents for imaging the GABA(A) receptor by means of positron emission tomography (PET). The most promising compound N-(3-fluoropropyl)-N-[3-[3-(thiophene-2-carbonyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-yl]-phenyl]-acetamide (5b) showed an IC(50) value of 2.78+/-0.63 nM comparable to the lead compound Indiplon (IC(50) 3.29+/-0.37 nM), thus making it an interesting candidate for further investigations. In addition to the fluorinated reference compounds, suitable precursors for (18)F-radiolabelling studies have been synthesized.  相似文献

A novel class of potent CCR3 receptor antagonists were designed and synthesized starting from N-{1-[(6-fluoro-2-naphthyl)methyl]piperidin-4-yl}benzamide (1),which was found by subjecting our chemical library to high throughput screening (HTS). The CCR3 inhibitory activity of the synthesized compounds against eotaxin-induced Ca(2+) influx was evaluated using CCR3-expressing preB cells. Systematic chemical modifications of 1 revealed that the 6-fluoro-2-naphthylmethyl moiety was essential for CCR3 inhibitory activity in this new series of CCR3 antagonists. Further structural modifications of the benzamide and piperidine moieties of 1 led to the identification of exo-N-{8-[(6-fluoro-2-naphthyl)methyl]-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3- yl}biphenyl-2-carboxamide [corrected] (31) as a potent CCR3 antagonist with an IC(50) value of 0.020 microM.  相似文献

The synthesis of a benzophenone-based labeling compound designed for comparative imaging studies with both in vivo positron emission tomograph (PET) and single-photon computed tomography (SPECT) and ex vivo autoradiography is described. The new compound can be labeled with either F-18 or iodine radioisotopes to give two different radioisotopmers: N-[2-fluoro-5-(3-[I-131]iodobenzoyl)benzyl]-2-bromoacetamide (1) and N-[2-[F-18]fluoro-5-(3-iodobenzoyl)benzyl]-2-bromoacetamide (2). Compound 1 and 2 have a 2-bromoacetyl group, which can be used to conjugate with biomolecules through a nucleophilic substitution reaction. Compound 1 was synthesized from the corresponding tributyltin derivatives via an oxidative destannylation reaction, and compound 2 was prepared via a four-step radiosynthesis (nucleophilic aromatic substitution, reduction, oxidation, and alkylation) starting from 4-(N,N,N-trimethylammonio)-3-cyano-3'-iodobenzophenone triflate. A remarkably high radiochemical yield (>90%) was achieved for the F-18 nucleophilic aromatic substitution under mild conditions (room temperature in less than 10 min), indicating the structural advantage of the designed molecule to facilitate the F-18 for trimethylammonium substitution in the presence of two electron-withdrawing groups (nitrile and carbonyl). The overall radiosynthesis time for compound 2 is less than 3 h after end of bombardment (EOB) with an unoptimized radiochemical yield of about 2% (not decay corrected) and specific activity of 0.8 Ci/micromol at EOB. The radiolabeling precursors for compound 1 and 2 were synthesized via a carbon-carbon bond-forming reaction between 2-substituted-5-lithiobenzonitrile and 3-substituted benzaldehyde derivatives. Compounds 1 and 2 should allow us to label biomolecules with F-18 or iodine isotopes and gives structurally identical products, which are expected to have identical biological properties and should be useful for comparative imaging studies.  相似文献

Ninety-nine percent 15N-enriched flavins were synthesized and their proton decoupled 15N resonances were observed. The enriched compounds were [1,3-15N]riboflavin, [1,3,5-15N]riboflavin, [1,3-15N]riboflavin 5'-phosphate, [1,3,5-15N]riboflavin 5'-phosphate, and [1,3,5-15N] flavin adenine dinucleotide, [1,3,5-15N] lumiflavin, and [1,3,5-15N] lumichrome. By comparison of their spectra and from th- nuclear Overhauser effect data each 15N resonance peak could be assigned to each 15N nucleus. The order of the chemical shifts well corresponds to that of the calculated pi-electron densities. The N-3 nucleus gives the most intense inverted peak and the N-5 nucleus a small noninverted peak. By changing pH from neutral to alkaline, the chemical shift and the intensity of signal were mostly affected in the N-3 resonance of riboflavin 5'-phosphate. The N-5 signal of flavin adenine dinucleotide showed a fairly large downfield shift with the increase of temperature. These observations can be well interpreted by the chemical structure and the proposed conformation of riboflavin 5'-phosphate and flavin adenine dinucleotide.  相似文献

An extended series of alkyl carboxamide analogs of N-(piperidinyl)-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-methyl- 1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (SR141716; 5) was synthesized. Each compound was tested for its ability to displace the prototypical cannabinoid ligands ([3H]CP-55,940, [3H]2; [3H]SR141716, [3H]5; and [3H]WIN55212-2, [3H]3), and selected compounds were further characterized by determining their ability to affect guanosine 5'-triphosphate (GTP)-gamma-[35S] binding and their effects in the mouse vas deferens assay. This systematic evaluation has resulted in the discovery of novel compounds with unique binding properties at the central cannabinoid receptor (CB1) and distinctive pharmacological activities in CB1 receptor tissue preparations. Specifically, compounds with nanomolar affinity which are able to fully displace [3H]5 and [3H]2, but unable to displace [3H]3 at similar concentrations, have been synthesized. This selectivity in ligand displacement is unprecedented, in that previously, compounds in every structural class of cannabinoid ligands had always been shown to displace each of these radioligands in a competitive fashion. Furthermore, the selectivity of these compounds appears to impart unique pharmacological properties when tested in a mouse vas deferens assay for CB1 receptor antagonism.  相似文献

A photoreactive, radioiodinated derivative of glucose, N-(4-iodoazidosalicyl)-6-amido-6-deoxyglucopyranose (IASA-glc), has been synthesized and used as a photoaffinity label for the human erythrocyte monosaccharide transporter. Photoinactivation and photoinsertion are both light-dependent and result in a marked decrease in the absorption spectra of the compound. When [125I]IASA-glc was photolyzed with erythrocyte ghost membranes, photoinsertion of radiolabel was observed in three major regions, spectrin, band 3, and a protein of 58,000 daltons located in the zone 4.5 region. Of the three regions which were photolabeled, only labeling of polypeptides in the zone 4.5 region was partially blocked by D-glucose. In the non-iodinated form, N-(4-azidosalicyl)-6-amido-6-deoxy-glucopyranose inhibited the labeling of the transporter by [125I]IASA-glc more effectively than D-glucose. The ability to synthesize this [125I]containing photoprobe for the monosaccharide transporter at carrier-free levels offers several new advantages for investigating the structure of this transport protein in the erythrocyte.  相似文献

J. B. Denny and G. Blobel (1984, Proc, Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 81, 5286-5290) have described the synthesis of a water-soluble novel heterobifunctional 125I-labeled photocrosslinking reagent, N-[4-(p-azido-m-[125I]iodophenylazo)benzoyl]-3-aminopropionyl-N'- oxysulfosuccinimide, which contains a cleavable internal azo bond. We report several modifications of their synthesis which greatly increase the yield of a synthetic intermediate, N-[4-(p-aminophenylazo)benzoyl]-3-aminopropionic acid (compound VII). Evidence is presented that direct iodination of compound VII with chloramine-T produces low yields of 125I-labeled compound VII in a reaction which is difficult to control. Alternatively, the yield of 125I-labeled reagent can be greatly improved if the iodination is performed following the derivatization of N-[4-(p-axidophenylazo)benzoyl]-3-aminopropionyl-N'-oxysulfosuc cinimide (compound IX) to a ligand such as dextran. We have demonstrated the transfer of 125I label from the reagent when derivatized to amino-dextran to proteins in solution after photolysis and cleavage of this 125I-labeled reagent.  相似文献

A series of (2R,3S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(5-[2-[4-aryl-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl]-tetrazol-2-yl)-1-[1,2,4]-triazol-1-yl-butan-2-ol (11a-n) and (2R,3S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(5-[2-[4-aryl-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl]-tetrazole-1-yl)-1-[1,2,4]-triazol-1-yl-butan-2-ol (12a-n) has been synthesized. The antifungal activity of compounds was evaluated by in vitro agar diffusion and broth dilution assay. Compounds 11d and its positional isomer 12d having 3-trifluoromethyl substitution on the phenyl ring of piperazine demonstrated significant antifungal activity against variety of fungal cultures (Candida spp. C. neoformans and Aspergillus spp.). The compound 12d showed MIC value of 0.12 microg/mL for C. albicans, C. albicans V-01-191A-261 (resistant strain); 0.25 microg/mL for C. tropicalis, C. parapsilosis ATCC 22019 and C. krusei and MIC value of 0.5 microg/mL for C. glabrata, C. krusei ATCC 6258, which is comparable to itraconazole and better than fluconazole. Further, compound 11d showed significant activity (MIC; 0.25-0.5 microg/mL) against Candida spp. and strong anticryptococcal activity (MIC; 0.25 microg/mL) against C. neoformans.  相似文献

1-Aryl-3-carboxamido-5-alkylpyrazoles were prepared based on a hit found in high-throughput screening of our corporate compound library in an assay measuring affinity for the human neuropeptide Y5 receptor. 1-(3-Trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-[N-(5-quinolinyl)carboxamido]-5-methylpyrazole (31) bound to the human neuropeptide Y5 receptor with a 80 nM IC(50 )and was shown to inhibit cumulative food consumption 43.2% 2-6 h after ip dosing in a fasting-induced feeding model in rats.  相似文献

New hydrazide derivatives of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine have been synthesized and evaluated for anticandidal activity. The reaction of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid hydrazides with various benzaldehydes gave N-(benzylidene)imidazo[ 1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide derivatives. Their anticandidal activities against Candida albicans and Candida glabrata (isolates obtained from Osmangazi University, Faculty of Medicine, Eskisehir, Turkey), Candida albicans (ATCC 90028), Candida utilis (NRLL Y-900), Candida tropicalis (NRLL Y-12968), Candida krusei (NRLL Y-7179), Candida zeylanoides (NRLL Y-1774), and Candida parapsilosis (NRLL Y-12696) were investigated.  相似文献

Syntheses of biotinylated and dethiobiotinylated insulins   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The 600-MHz proton spectrum of dethiobiotin (prepared from d-biotin with Raney nickel) was measured in order to gain information pertaining to its stereochemical homogeneity. The spectrum demonstrated clearly that the material is a 6:1 mixture of two stereoisomers. The cis compound, corresponding to the stereochemistry of d-biotin, is the major isomer. Two biotinyl- and two dethiobiotinylinsulins were prepared in which the distance between the biotins and insulin was varied by interposition of spacer arms. The synthesis of these compounds involved repeated N-hydroxysuccinimido ester condensations. Biotin N-hydroxysuccinimido ester, dethiobiotin N-hydroxysuccinimido ester, 6-aminohexanoic acid, and N-[3-[(3-aminopropyl)carboxyamino]-propyl]succinamic acid N-tert-butyl ester served as the building blocks for the spacers. The latter compound was prepared from N-[3-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]propyl]succinamic acid sulfate by the use of a selective amino-protecting method based on the differential stability toward acid of citraconyl and tert-butoxycarbonyl amino-protecting groups. The structure of N-[3-[(3-aminopropyl)amino]propyl]succinamic acid sulfate was established unequivocally by X-ray diffraction. The attachment of the biotinylated spacers to the insulin was exclusively at the N alpha, B1 position. Homogeneity of the final products as well as of the intermediates used in their synthesis was established by thin-layer chromatography, by high-pressure liquid chromatography, and in most instances by elemental analysis. The ratio of 6-aminohexanoic acid to lysine in hydrolysates of the insulin derivatives was in agreement with theory. The insulin derivatives were required for a study on the effect of avidin on their ability to interact with insulin receptors on rat epididymal adipocytes, which is described in the accompanying paper.  相似文献

Mast cell derived leukotrienes (LT's) play a vital role in pathophysiology of allergy and asthma. We synthesized various analogues of indolyl, naphthyl and phenylethyl substituted halopyridyl, thiazolyl and benzothiazolyl thioureas and examined their in vitro effects on the high affinity IgE receptor/Fc epsilon RI-mediated mast cell leukotriene release. Of the 22 naphthylethyl thiourea compounds tested, there were 7 active compounds and N-[1-(1-naphthyl)ethyl]-N'-[2-(ethyl-4-acetylthiazolyl)]thiourea (17 and 16) (IC(50)=0.002 microM) and N-[1-(1R)-naphthylethyl]-N'-[2-(5-methylpyridyl)]thiourea (compound 5) (IC(50)=0.005 microM) were identified as the lead compounds. Among the 11 indolylethyl thiourea compounds tested, there were seven active compounds and the halopyridyl compounds N-[2-(3-indolylethyl)]-N'-[2-(5-chloropyridyl)]thiourea (24) and N-[2-(3-indolylethyl)]-N'-[2-(5-bromopyridyl)]thiourea (25) were the most active agents and inhibited the LTC(4) release with low micromolar IC(50) values of 4.9 and 6.1 microM, respectively. The hydroxylphenyl substituted compounds N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-N'-[2-(5-chloropyridyl)]thiourea (37; IC(50)=12.6 microM), N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-N'-[2-(5-bromopyridyl)]thiourea (50; IC(50)=16.8 microM) and N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-N'-[2-(pyridyl)]thiourea (35; IC(50)=8.5 microM) were the most active pyridyl thiourea agents. Notably, the introduction of electron withdrawing or donating groups had a marked impact on the biological activity of these thiourea derivatives and the Hammett sigma values of their substituents were identified as predictors of their potency. In contrast, experimentally determined partition coefficient values did not correlate with the biological activity of the thiourea compounds which demonstrates that their liphophilicity is not an important factor controlling their mast cell inhibitory effects. These results establish the substituted halopyridyl, indolyl and naphthyl thiourea compounds as a new chemical class of anti-allergic agents inhibiting IgE receptor/Fc epsilon RI-mediated mast cell LTC(4) release. Further lead optimization efforts may provide the basis for new and effective treatment as well as prevention programs for allergic asthma in clinical settings.  相似文献
