We have studied the influence of four antimicrobial peptides of different secondary and ternary structure - melittin (Mel), protegrin-1 (PG-1), peptidyl-glycylleucine-carboxyamide (PGLa), and gramicidin S (GS) - on the lamellar-to-nonlamellar transition of palmitoyloleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine (POPE) applying differential scanning calorimetry and small-angle X-ray diffraction. None of the peptides studied led to the formation of an inverted hexagonal phase observed for pure POPE at high temperatures. Instead either cubic or lamellar phases were stabilized to different degrees. GS was most effective in inducing a cubic phase, whereas Mel fully stabilized the lamellar phase. The behavior of POPE in the presence of PG-1 and PGLa was intermediate to GS and Mel. In addition to the known role of membrane elasticity we propose two mechanisms, which cause stabilization of the lamellar phase: electrostatic repulsion and lipid/peptide pore formation. Both mechanisms prevent transmembrane contact required to form either an inverted hexagonal phase or fusion pores, as precursors of the cubic phase.  相似文献

The infectivity of stocks of baculoviruses produced in serum‐free media is sensitive to freezing at ultra‐low temperatures. The objective of this work was to elucidate the causes of such sensitivity, using as a model the freezing of stocks of Anticarsia gemmatalis multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (AgMNPV), a baculovirus widely employed as biological insecticide. Titers of supernatants of cell cultures infected with AgMNPV in four different serum‐free media supplemented with lipid emulsions were reduced by 50 to 90% after six months freezing. By using a full factorial experiment, freezing and lipid emulsion, as well as the interaction between them, were identified as the main factors reducing the viral titer. The virucidal effect of the lipid emulsion was reproduced by one of their components, the surfactant Polysorbate 80. Damaged viral envelopes were observed by transmission electron microscopy in most particles frozen in a medium supplemented with lipid emulsion or Polysorbate 80. Additionally, Polysorbate 80 also affected the infectivity of AgMNPV stocks that were incubated at 27°C. The identification of the roles played by the lipid emulsion and Polysorbate 80 is not only a contribution to the understanding of the mechanisms underlying the inactivation of baculovirus stocks produced in serum‐free media during storage at ultra‐low temperature, but is also an input for the rational development of new procedures aimed at improving both the preservation of baculovirus stocks and the composition of culture media for the production of baculovirus‐based bioproducts in insect cells. © 2016 American Institute of Chemical Engineers Biotechnol. This study revealed large distinctions between the lamellar and non-lamellar liquid crystalline lipid phases in their spreading at the air/water interface and propensity to form bilayer foam films. Comparative measurements were made for the lamellar L(alpha), the inverted hexagonal H(II) and the bicontinuous cubic Pn3m phases of the phospholipid dipalmitoleoylphosphatidylethanolamine (DPoPE). With regard to monolayer formation, followed as the decrease of surface tension with time, the best spreading (lowest surface tension) was observed for the L(alpha) phase, and poorest spreading (highest surface tension) was recorded for the H(II) phase. The cubic Pn3m phase of DPoPE, induced by temperature cycling, retained an intermediate position between the L(alpha) and H(II) phases. According to their ability to lower surface tension and disintegrate at the air/water interface, the three phases thus order as L(alpha)>Pn3m>H(II). Clearly expressed threshold (minimum) bulk lipid concentrations, C(t), required for formation of stable foam bilayers from these phases, were determined and their values were found to correlate well with the bulk lipid phase behaviour. The C(t) values for L(alpha) and H(II) substantially increase with the temperature. Their Arrhenius plots, ln C(t) versus 1/ T, are linear and intersect at approximately 36-37 degrees C, coinciding with the onset of the bulk L(alpha)-->H(II) phase transition, as determined by differential scanning calorimetry. However, the C(t) value for the Pn3m phase, equal to 30 micro g/mL, was found to be constant over the whole range investigated between 20 degrees C and 50 degrees C. The horizontal C(t) versus T plot for the Pn3m phase crosses the respective plot for the L(alpha) phase at the temperature bounding from below the hysteretic loop of the L(alpha)<-->H(II) transition (approximately 26 degrees C), thus providing a certain insight about the thermodynamic stability of the Pn3m phase relative to the L(alpha) phase. The established strong effect of the particular lipid phase on the formation of monolayers and stable black foam films should be of importance in various in vitro and in vivo systems, where lipid structures are in contact with interfaces and disintegrate there to different extents.  相似文献

Within the family of nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have emerged as a new efficient scaffold for studying molecular interactions at interfaces. Poor dispersability of CNTs in any solvent presents a considerable drawback for the development of novel functional composite structures. Previous studies have demonstrated that the solubility of CNTs can be greatly enhanced by employing appropriate surfactants, some of them being biological molecules. In this work, we study the noncovalent wrapping of lipid chains onto the graphitic surface of single-walled material (SWCNTs) by electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Stable and homogenous aqueous suspensions of SWCNTs in the presence of lipids have been prepared, whereas their electrophoretic mobility was confirmed by zeta-potential measurements. Raman measurements revealed that smaller diameter SWCNTs are preferentially dispersed by lipid molecules in the aqueous supernatant part of the prepared suspension.  相似文献

The effects of protein entrapment on the structure and phase behavior of periodically curved lipid mesostructures have been examined by synchrotron small-angle X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectroscopy. The study was directed towards a better understanding of the effect of confinement in a lipid environment on the stability and unfolding behavior of alpha-chymotrypsin, and, vice versa, the effect of the entrapped protein on the lipid's mesophase structure and temperature- and pressure-dependent phase behavior. We compare the interaction of protein molecules of two different sizes (cytochrome c, 12.4 kDa, and alpha-chymotrypsin, 25.8 kDa) with the cubic Ia3d phase of monoolein (MO), which forms spontaneously in water. The cubic structure changes significantly when cyt c is incorporated: above a protein concentration of 0.2 wt.%, the interaction between the positively charged protein and the lipid headgroups leads to an increase in interfacial curvature which promotes the formation of a new micellar cubic phase, presumably of crystallographic space group P4(3)32, which the lipid system does not form on its own. The larger alpha-chymotrypsin leads to a different scenario. On the basis of an examination of the calculated geometric parameters and water volume fractions, it is concluded that the alpha-chymotrypsin molecules cannot be located exclusively in the water channels of the cubic Ia3d or P4(3)32 phases, but rather form new, less ordered (presumably cubic Pn3m) structures. The new structure disappears above the unfolding temperature of chymotrypsin and exhibits a pressure stability, which-- in contrast to cyt c in MO-- decreases with increasing chymotrypsin concentration in the system. While the secondary structure of cyt c remains unaffected in the confining lipid environment, the structure of alpha-chymotrypsin gets destabilized slightly, and the protein tends to aggregate even at relatively low concentrations.  相似文献

1,4-Naphthoquinone derivatives (NQD) containing lipophilic alkyl chains, i.e. 2-((Z)-heptadec-8-enyl)-3-methyl 1,4-naphthoquinone (QMe), 2-((Z)-heptadec-8-enyl)-3-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (QOH) and (Z)-octadec-9-enyl 1,4-naphthoquinone-2-carboxylate (QE) were synthesized. The redox behavior of these NQD was studied in ethanol and entrapped in the reversed bicontinuous cubic phase of space group type Pn3m (Q224) of aqueous monoolein. In ethanol, cyclic voltammetry curves exhibit two pairs of oxidation-reduction peaks arising from the redox processes controlled by adsorption and molecular diffusion. The NQD molecules are also electrochemically active in the cubic phase, indicating the participation in the 2e, 2H+-redox cycle at pH < 9. Therefore, it was concluded that the head group of the entrapped NQD reaches the lipid bilayer interface of cubic phase during the process.  相似文献

Monte Carlo simulations of the single- and double-walled carbon nanotubes (CNT) intercalated with different metals have been carried out. The interrelation between the length of a CNT, the number and type of metal atoms has also been established. This research is aimed at studying intercalated systems based on CNTs and d-metals such as Fe and Co. Factors influencing the stability of these composites have been determined theoretically by the Monte Carlo method with the Tersoff potential. The modeling of CNTs intercalated with metals by the Monte Carlo method has proved that there is a correlation between the length of a CNT and the number of endo-atoms of specific type. Thus, in the case of a metallic CNT (9,0) with length 17 bands (3.60 nm), in contrast to Co atoms, Fe atoms are extruded out of the CNT if the number of atoms in the CNT is not less than eight. Thus, this paper shows that a CNT of a certain size can be intercalated with no more than eight Fe atoms. The systems investigated are stabilized by coordination of 3d-atoms close to the CNT wall with a radius-vector of (0.18–0.20) nm. Another characteristic feature is that, within the temperature range of (400–700) K, small systems exhibit ground-state stabilization which is not characteristic of the higher ones. The behavior of Fe and Co endo-atoms between the walls of a double-walled carbon nanotube (DW CNT) is explained by a dominating van der Waals interaction between the Co atoms themselves, which is not true for the Fe atoms.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are largely produced and widely used because of their novel features, and the annual yield is expected to increase dramatically in the near future. Meanwhile, adverse health influences from exposure to CNTs are widely concerned, partially due to their asbestoid characteristics. In the current study, to assess the inflammatory responses and related mechanisms, we established a mouse model of chronic exposure to CNTs using intraperitoneal injection of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs). Our results demonstrated the fibre-like pathogenic behaviors of CNTs, reflected by increased total protein content in the lavageate from peritoneal cavities and increased serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, IL-1β and IL-6. The pro-inflammatory effects of CNTs were further validated with exposure to in vitro cultured monocyte-macrophage cells, J774A.1, as SWNTs and MWNTs significantly increased the expression levels of pro-inflammatory genes IL-1β and IL-6. Collectively, our data demonstrate that SWNTs and MWNTs provoke considerable inflammation presumably due to their fibre-like shape, and further confirm the length- and size-related structure-activity relationship for CNTs in stimulating inflammatory responses.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are nanostructures, allotropes of carbon which are made up of graphene sheets wrapped around it forming cylindrical structures. CNTs have been regarded to have interesting and attractive physical and chemical properties and have been tremendously used in genetic engineering. Understanding the role of CNTs in development of transgenic plants, review of research papers in the field was done. CNTs are classified into two categories: the single-walled and multiwalled (MWCNTs) structures. They are valuable vectors in various biomedicine fields such as Gene delivery, Drug delivery, Immunotherapy, Tissue engineering, and Biomedical imaging and also, they deliver the DNA without damaging the cells. Based on recent studies, the functionalization of CNTs when combined with some other suitable molecules can drastically subside their toxic effects. Having unique properties such as small size, larger surface area is useful in delivering DNA into mammalian cells as well. Modifications in CNTs can make nucleic acids adhere to them even more efficiently. Also, MWCNTs are crucial in delivery DNA into the cytoplasm. Based on other methods, the CNTs-DNA are a preferred choice and the inclination toward double-stranded DNA is used over single-stranded DNA in gene delivery shows effective results. The only downside of CNTs is that they are hydrophobic and are difficult to form an aqueous solution, thus limiting their applicability. This review will aid you in comprehending useful knowledge related to a general overview of topics related to CNTs.  相似文献

We report the observation of an inverted cubic phase in aqueous dispersions of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE) by small-angle X-ray diffraction. DOPE is a paradigm in the study of nonlamellar phases in biological systems: it exhibits a well-known phase transition from the lamellar (L alpha) to the inverted hexagonal phase (HII) as the temperature is raised. The transition is observed to occur rapidly when a DOPE dispersion is heated from 2 degrees C, where the L alpha phase is stable, to 15 degrees C, where the HII phase is stable. We report on the induction of a crystallographically well-defined cubic lattice that is slowly formed when the lipid dispersion is rapidly cycled between -5 and 15 degrees C hundreds of times. Once formed, the cubic lattice is stable at 4 degrees C for several weeks and exhibits the same remarkable metastability that characterizes other cubic phases in lipid-water systems. X-ray diffraction indicates that the cubic lattice is most consistent with either the Pn3m or Pn3 space group. Tests of lipid purity after induction of the cubic indicate the lipid is at least 98% pure. The cubic lattice can be destroyed and the system reset by cycling the specimen several times between -30 and 2 degrees C. The kinetics of the formation of the cubic are dependent on the thermal history of the sample, overall water concentration, and the extreme temperatures of the cycle.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Aqueous dispersions (pH 4.0) of a 2:1 (mol/mol) mixture of myristic acid with dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine undergo a sharp transition at 45-47 degrees C from a lamellar gel phase to a fluid phase which is optically isotropic. This fluid phase gives rise to 31P-NMR spectra, and 2H-NMR spectra of the chain-deuterated components, which are also isotropic. X-ray diffraction studies of the fluid phase at 49 degrees C, reveal reflections with spacings in the ratio square root of 2: (square root of 3): square root of 4: square root of 6: square root of 8, accompanied by a strong diffuse scatter. These reflections index on a cubic lattice of primitive space group Pn3 or Pn3m, or possibly the body-centered group Im3m, with a lattice constant of 21.2 nm. The dimensions of the phase are consistent with a structure composed of two systems of tetrahedrally (octahedrally) oriented inverted lipid cylinders, found for other cubic lipid phases with Pn3m (Im3m) symmetry. At higher temperatures the cubic phase gradually converts, with increasing temperature, to a coexisting inverted hexagonal phase.  相似文献

Molecular dynamic simulations of systems of single-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in liquid crystalline solvents were performed, in order to investigate the effect of the molecular structure and phase of the liquid crystal (LC) on the interactions between the CNTs. Three different LC molecules (5CB, 8CB and 5CF) were considered in our study. Our results with 5CB and 8CB suggest that increasing the chain length of the hydrophobic part of the LC molecule by three carbon atoms is insufficient to decrease the tendency for the CNTs to aggregate in the LCs. Additionally, varying the phase of the LC is also insufficient to decrease the aggregation tendency of the CNTs. However, simulations with 5CF (which has fluorine atoms in the head group of the LC molecule) suggest that this LC solvent can decrease the tendency of the CNTs to aggregate. This study is relevant to assist experimentalists with the development of high-quality dispersions of large concentrations of CNTs in the LCs.  相似文献

The formation of ‘lipidic’ particles corresponding to inverted lipid micelles in freeze-fracture replicas of aqueous dispersions of mono- and digalactosyldiacylglycerols can be greatly enhanced either by increasing the temperature from which the samples are thermally quenched or by the addition of cryoprotectants such as ethylene glycol. In the case of the heated samples, the lipids tend to form quasi-crystalline structures consisting of sheets of 8–9 nm diameter particles organised on an orthorhombic lattice. The orientation of alternate sheets varies giving rise to a characteristic herring-bone pattern. Ethylene glycol-treated samples, in contrast, form more regular structures consisting of 13–16 nm diameter particles. Lowering the temperature from which the samples are quenched and/or decreasing the concentration of ethylene glycol reduces the frequency of formation of such structures. A number of intermediate states associated with the reincorporation of the lipid molecules of the inverted micelles into the lamella phase are also identified. The factors influencing particle formation are briefly discussed. It is concluded that the destabilisation of lipid-water interactions play a major role in this process.  相似文献

We used x-ray and neutron diffraction to study the temperature- and pressure-dependent structure and phase behavior of the monoacylglycerides 1-monoelaidin (ME) and 1-monoolein (MO) in excess water. The monoacylglycerides were chosen for investigation of their phase behavior because they exhibit mesomorphic phases with one-, two-, and three-dimensional periodicity, such as lamellar, an inverted hexagonal and bicontinuous cubic phases, in a rather easily accessible temperature and pressure range. We studied the structure, stability, and transformations of the different phases over a wide temperature and pressure range, explored the epitaxial relations that exist between different phases, and established a relationship between the chemical structure of the lipid molecules and their phase behavior. For both systems, a temperature-pressure phase diagram has been determined in the temperature range from 0 to 100 degrees C at pressures from ambient up to 1400 bar, and drastic differences in phase behavior are found for the two systems. In MO-water dispersions, the cubic phase Pn3m extends over a large phase field in the T,p-plane. At temperatures above 95 degrees C, the inverted hexagonal phase is found. In the lower temperature region, a crystalline lamellar phase is induced at higher pressures. The phases found in ME-water include the lamellar crystalline Lc phase, the L beta gel phase, the L alpha liquid-crystalline phase, and two cubic phases belonging to the crystallographic space groups Im3m and Pn3m. In addition, the existence of metastable phases has been exploited. Between coexisting metastable cubic structures, a metric relationship has been found that is predicted theoretically on the basis of the curvature elastic energy approximation only.  相似文献

By means of x-ray diffraction we show that several sodium salts and the disaccharides sucrose and trehalose strongly accelerate the formation of cubic phases in phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) dispersions upon temperature cycling through the lamellar liquid crystalline-inverted hexagonal (Lalpha-HII) phase transition. Ethylene glycol does not have such an effect. The degree of acceleration increases with the solute concentration. Such an acceleration has been observed for dielaidoyl PE (DEPE), dihexadecyl PE, and dipalmitoyl PE. It was investigated in detail for DEPE dispersions. For DEPE (10 wt% of lipid) aqueous dispersions at 1 M solute concentration, 10-50 temperature cycles typically result in complete conversion of the Lalpha phase into cubic phase. Most efficient is temperature cycling executed by laser flash T-jumps. In that case the conversion completes within 10-15 cycles. However, the cubic phases produced by laser T-jumps are less ordered in comparison to the rather regular cubic structures produced by linear, uniform temperature cycling at 10 degrees C/min. Temperature cycles at scan rates of 1-3 degrees C/min also induce the rapid formation of cubic phases. All solutes used induce the formation of Im3m (Q229) cubic phase in 10 wt% DEPE dispersions. The initial Im3m phases appearing during the first temperature cycles have larger lattice parameters that relax to smaller values with continuation of the cycling after the disappearance of the Lalpha phase. A cooperative Im3m --> Pn3m transition takes place at approximately 85 degrees C and transforms the Im3m phase into a mixture of coexisting Pn3m (Q224) and Im3m phases. The Im3m/Pn3m lattice parameter ratio is 1. 28, as could be expected from a representation of the Im3m and Pn3m phases with the primitive and diamond infinite periodic minimal surfaces, respectively. At higher DEPE contents ( approximately 30 wt%), cubic phase formation is hindered after 20-30 temperature cycles. The conversion does not go through, but reaches a stage with coexisting Ia3d (Q230) and Lalpha phases. Upon heating, the Ia3d phase cooperatively transforms into a mixture of, presumably, Im3m and Pn3m phases at about the temperature of the Lalpha-HII transition. This transformation is readily reversible with the temperature. The lattice parameters of the DEPE cubic phases are temperature-insensitive in the Lalpha temperature range and decrease with the temperature in the range of the HII phase.  相似文献

Stearic acid (SA) is highly soluble in structurally diverse solvents. SA/solvent packing within a (24.8 A)3 cubic volume explains the stoichiometry of SA solubility at multiple temperatures in multiple solvents. In the absence of solvent, the cubic volume contains 25 molecules at van der Waals distances from each other. At 55 degrees C, SA occupied half the cubic volume in saturated solution of four structurally diverse solvents. Below 4% SA/volume (e.g. in acetonitrile), the head and foot of each SA molecules on average is more than one solvent molecule away from the head and foot of a neighboring SA molecule. At 50% SA/cubic volume, -CH2- groups on SA molecules are separated from neighboring -CH2- groups on SA molecules by a monolayer of solvent molecules. Lowering the temperature from 55 to 25 degrees C, the volume fraction of SA decreased by a factor of 2 (or more) for every 6 degrees C. Lowering temperature increased the relative number of column of solvent molecules in the cubic phase, and correspondingly, the distance between SA molecules within the cubic volume increased. In three of five solvents, molecular mechanics calculations demonstrated the van der Waals stabilization that occurs from SA/SA affinity in the absence of solvent is similar in magnitude to the van der Waals stabilization from SA/solvent affinity. Methyl-t-butyl ether was less stabilized than hexane, acetone or methanol because the more bulky molecules packed less efficiently within the cubic volume. The most efficient/most stable packing however was still as columns of solvent between columns of SA. The efficiency and stability of SA and solvent packing optimal within the (24.8 A)3 cubic volume. Between 100 and 8% SA, multiple SA molecules present within the cubic volume function as SA aggregates. Both inter- and intra-cubic (phase) volume properties of SA aggregates coexist. Although acetonitrile and SA at the molecular level are both rod shaped, acetonitrile disrupted the packing of SA molecules within the cubic phase. The disrupted packing explains the much lower solubility of SA in acetonitrile than in the other solvents. The same molecular structures (e.g. methanol) can either stabilize or disrupt the packing of aggregated SA molecules, depending upon temperature. The mechanisms of aggregation within cubic volumes could also occur with structurally more complicated lipids. Aggregation and dispersion from such cubic phases could also be present in more complex chemical and/or macromolecular environments.  相似文献

We have studied correlation of non-lamellar phase formation and antimicrobial activity of two cationic amphipathic peptides, termed VS1-13 and VS1-24 derived from a fragment (LF11) of human lactoferricin on Escherichia coli total lipid extracts. Compared to LF11, VS1-13 exhibits minor, but VS1-24 significantly higher antimicrobial activity. X-ray experiments demonstrated that only VS1-24 decreased the onset of cubic phase formation of dispersions of E. coli lipid extracts, significantly, down to physiological relevant temperatures. Cubic structures were identified to belong to the space groups Pn3m and Im3m. Formation of latter is enhanced in the presence of VS1-24. Additionally, the presence of this peptide caused membrane thinning in the fluid phase, which may promote cubic phase formation. VS1-24 containing a larger hydrophobic volume at the N-terminus than its less active counterpart VS1-13 seems to increase curvature stress in the bilayer and alter the behaviour of the membrane significantly enhancing disruption.  相似文献

Generation of adaptive immune response relies on efficient drainage or trafficking of antigen to lymph nodes for processing and presentation of these foreign molecules to T and B lymphocytes. Lymph nodes have thus become critical targets for new vaccines and immunotherapies. A recent strategy for targeting these tissues is direct lymph node injection of soluble vaccine components, and clinical trials involving this technique have been promising. Several biomaterial strategies have also been investigated to improve lymph node targeting, for example, tuning particle size for optimal drainage of biomaterial vaccine particles. In this paper we present a new method that combines direct lymph node injection with biodegradable polymer particles that can be laden with antigen, adjuvant, or other vaccine components. In this method polymeric microparticles or nanoparticles are synthesized by a modified double emulsion protocol incorporating lipid stabilizers. Particle properties (e.g. size, cargo loading) are confirmed by laser diffraction and fluorescent microscopy, respectively. Mouse lymph nodes are then identified by peripheral injection of a nontoxic tracer dye that allows visualization of the target injection site and subsequent deposition of polymer particles in lymph nodes. This technique allows direct control over the doses and combinations of biomaterials and vaccine components delivered to lymph nodes and could be harnessed in the development of new biomaterial-based vaccines.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of drug incorporation methods on the partitioning behavior of lipophilic drugs in parenteral lipid emulsions. Four lipophilic benzodiazepines, alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, and lorazepam, were used as model drugs. Two methods were used to incorporate drugs into an emulsion: dissolving the compound in the oil phase prior to emulsification (de novo emulsification), and directly adding a concentrated solution of drug in a solubilizer to the emulsion base (extemporaneous addition). Based on the molecular structures and determination of the oil and aqueous solubilities and the partition coefficients of the drugs, the lipophilicity was ranked as diazepam > clonazepam > lorazepam > alprazolam. Ultracentrifugation was used to separate the emulsion into four phases, the oil phase, the phospholipid-rich phase, the aqueous phase and the mesophase, and the drug content in each phase was determined. Partitioning of diazepam, which has the highest lipophilicity and oil solubility among the four drugs, was unaffected by the drug incorporation method, with both methods giving a high proportion of drug in the inner oil phase and the phospholipid-rich phase, compared to the aqueous phase and mesophase. Partitioning of the less lipophilic drugs (alprazolam, clonazepam, and lorazepam) in the phases of the emulsion system was dependent on the method of incorporation and the drug solubility properties. Emulsions of the three drugs prepared by de novo emulsification exhibited higher drug localization in the phospholipid-rich phase compared to those made by extemporaneous addition. With the latter method, the drugs tended to localize in the outer aqueous phase and mesophase, with less deposition in the phospholipid-rich phase and no partitioning into the inner oil phase.  相似文献
