通过对松阳花鳖、德清花鳖、黄沙鳖、黄河鳖和洞庭湖鳖5 个群体体色、背部花纹和腹部黑斑的观察, 同时测量这5 个群体的29 项生物学外部形态指标, 采用聚类分析和主成分分析方法进行统计分析。结果表明: 与其他中华鳖群体相比, 松阳花鳖在体色上与其他4 个群体存在着差异, 其背部主要呈青黑色或青褐色, 甲壳上雪花样斑点较多且明显, 腹部斑块图案较小, 颜色较浅呈青色, 腹部7 个斑块出现的概率均较低, 出现无斑块的概率为31.82%。其中斑块1 出现的概率最低。聚类分析显示5 个中华鳖群体可分为三支, 松阳花鳖与黄沙鳖相距最近, 聚为一支; 黄河鳖和德清花鳖聚为一支; 洞庭湖鳖与其他4 个群体相距较远, 单独聚为一支。主成分分析结果与聚类分析结果一致, 且群体间形态差异主要表现在中华鳖背甲周长、裙边宽、头部和尾部的形态变化。其中松阳花鳖、德清花鳖和黄河鳖的后侧裙边宽/背甲长较大, 与其他群体差异显著。  相似文献

三角帆蚌五个野生群体线粒体DNA 16S rRNA遗传特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对中国主要淡水湖泊(鄱阳湖、洞庭湖、太湖、洪泽湖及巢湖)三角帆蚌5个野生群体的线粒体DNA 16S rRNA基因片段进行了扩增和测序,得到473bp的碱基序列,没有发现插入/缺失突变的核苷酸位点。检测到了32个多态性核苷酸位点,共7种单倍型。鄱阳湖群体的222(C→G)和325(A→G)位点,太湖群体的233(A→G)位点,巢湖群体的40(A→G)、138(A→T)和294(C→T)位点,洪泽湖群体的241(A→C)位点的变异可以作为区分群体分子遗传标记位点。洞庭湖群体未发现特异位点。在5个群体间鄱阳湖群体多态性位点、核苷酸多态性、单倍型多态性和单倍型数量4个指标都最高,表明鄱阳湖群体具有最为丰富的遗传结构,遗传变异最大,可作为三角帆蚌选育的基础群体。  相似文献

长江中下游褶纹冠蚌10个群体COI基因序列变异分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以线粒体CO I基因为分子标记,对长江中下游褶纹冠蚌(Cristaria plicata)10个群体共200个个体的遗传多样性进行了研究.获得了620 bp的同源序列,A+T的平均含量为60.1%,明显高于G+C含量(39.9%),有105个核苷酸变异位点,占全部碱基数的17%,转换和颠换之比达到8.7,检测到了58个单倍型(GenBank登录号:EU698893~EU698950),Hap-5是主体单倍型,占总个体数的41%.褶纹冠蚌鄱阳湖群体(PY)平均核苷酸差异数和核苷酸多样性指数均最高,分别为25.426和0.041 01,太湖群体(TH)和衢州群体(QZ)遗传多样性参数较低.基于群体间遗传距离构建的NJ系统树中,洪泽湖内的3个群体与巢湖群体首先聚为一支,然后与由钱塘江群体、太湖群体、衙州群体和洪湖群体聚成的分支聚在一起,而后与洞庭湖群体聚在一起,最外侧一支为鄱阳湖群体.分子方差分析(AMOVA)得出群体间的遗传分化指数(Fst)为0.208 1(P<0.001),说明我国褶纹冠蚌不同群体间存在一定的遗传分化.  相似文献

FMMU白化豚鼠免疫学特性研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
目的 通过测定补体含量、免疫球蛋白含量、淋巴细胞的转化率及红细胞免疫功能 ,比较FMMU白化豚鼠和花色豚鼠的免疫学特性。方法 利用自动生化分析仪测定FMMU白化豚鼠和普通花色豚鼠的免疫球蛋白含量 (IgG、IgA、IgM)、C3、C4含量及总补体水平 ;利用淋巴细胞转化实验测定淋巴细胞的转化率 ;利用红细胞免疫复合物 (immunocomplex ,IC)花环形成试验测定两种豚鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果 FMMU白化豚鼠血清中免疫球蛋白含量 (IgG、IgA、IgM)、C3、C4含量及补体总活性均显著低于花色豚鼠 ;FMMU白化豚鼠淋巴细胞转化率比花色豚鼠略低 ;FMMU白化豚鼠红细胞C3bR花环形成率与花色豚鼠差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。而RBC IC花环率显著低于花色豚鼠 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 封闭群FMMU白化豚鼠具有独特的免疫学特性 ,总体免疫学功能低于花色豚鼠。  相似文献

饲料中Vc水平对中华鳖幼鳖生长及其组织中含量的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以中华鳖幼鳖为研究对象 ,以高稳定性维生素C磷酸酯为Vc源 ,研究饲料添加Vc对中华鳖生长及其Vc在组织中含量的影响。试验分别投喂基础配方相同而分别添加Vc 0、5 0、10 0、2 0 0、4 0 0、80 0mg/kg的饲料 ,在水温 31±2℃条件下养殖于结构相同、面积分别为 10 .5m2 的 18口水泥池中 ,进行为期 10 5d的养殖试验。结果表明 :(1)饲料添加Vc可提高中华鳖幼鳖增重率 ,其中添加 2 0 0mg/kg组效果最佳 ,与未添加组间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;饲料添加Vc能提高蛋白质转化效率 ,添加Vc2 0 0、4 0 0、80 0mg/kg组与不添加的对照组之间差异均显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而且 ,饲料添加Vc能降低饵料系数 ,但未达到显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;未添加的对照组和低剂量组未见有Vc缺乏症产生。(2 )基于试验幼鳖增重率折线法分析 ,中华鳖幼鳖获得最佳生长时的饲料Vc最低需求量为 184mg/kg ;(3)肝脏中Vc含量随着饲料Vc添加水平上升而增加 ,相关系数达 0 .95 4 2 ,各添加组与未添加组间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肝脏Vc含量的回归分析表明 ,获得维持肝脏组织Vc储存最佳的饲料Vc添加水平为 192mg/kg。 (4)饲料添加Vc可显著地降低鳖体水分含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,并略能增加体脂沉积 (P >0 .0 5 )。  相似文献

自长江干流限制无序采砂后,大量采砂船涌入鄱阳湖区作业导致水陆交错带形态与景观均发生明显的改变,人类活动深刻影响着鄱阳湖水陆交错带的稳定性。基于Landsat TM/OLI遥感影像数据,定量测算采砂活动对鄱阳湖水陆交错带形态和景观格局产生的影响,结果表明:(1)草滩与滩涂之间转化最为频繁,水域面积缩小,水陆交错带范围扩大;(2)东岸线和西岸线呈侵蚀状态,湖心岸线快速收缩;(3)鄱阳湖水陆交错带形状逐渐变得简单,而入江通道形状复杂化程度提高,其几何形态不规则化;(4)景观类型层次上,滩涂的破碎度最大,形状最为复杂,农田的破碎度和形状复杂程度最小,集聚性最强,草滩的连通性最好,沙地的景观指数幅度变化最大;(5)鄱阳湖水陆交错带破碎化程度逐渐降低,景观形状越来越复杂,景观多样性减少,整体连通性和集聚性增强;(6)采砂规模与鄱阳湖水陆交错带的形态指数呈负相关,与景观形状指数和入江通道的形态指数呈正相关,其均通过显著检验。  相似文献

鄱阳湖及洞庭湖红鳍原鲌的群体分化研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
结合形态和线粒体Cyt b数据, 研究了鄱阳湖及洞庭湖定居性鱼类红鳍原鲌的6个地理群体(湖口群体、星子群体、都昌群体、鄱阳群体、余干群体和洞庭湖群体)共186尾样本的群体分化情况. 形态分析结果显示地理群体间形态差异较小. 遗传分析结果中, 群体间遗传分化指数(Fst) 为-0.00567-0.33429, 显示群体间存在较大遗传差异, 而单倍型分布和分子变异分析(AMOVA)也得到相似的结果. 根据群体遗传距离构建的系统树, 6个群体分为两大支: 洞庭湖群体与其他群体距离最远, 单独聚为一支; 星子、都昌、鄱阳和余干4群体聚成另一支, 而湖口群体处于两支的过渡位置. 因此, 群体间已产生显著遗传分化, 且主要体现在洞庭湖和鄱阳湖各群体间. 综合上述分析结果及红鳍原鲌的生活习性认为, 鄱阳湖及洞庭湖红鳍原鲌群体间的遗传分化是红鳍原鲌定居性的生活习性导致不同地理群体间长期的群体隔离、缺乏基因交流的结果.    相似文献

摄食水平对中华鳖稚鳖生长、氮排泄和能量收支的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在 30℃水温下进行摄食 -生长实验 (实验周期为 5 6d) ,设饥饿、1%、2 %、4 %和饱食 5个摄食水平 ,研究了中华鳖稚鳖 (39 5 4— 4 4 2 2g)的生长和能量收支。结果表明 ,中华鳖稚鳖的特定生长率随摄食水平的增加 ,其湿重、干物质、蛋白质和能量的特定生长率均呈二次曲线增加 ,其中干物质的特定生长率 (SGRdr)与摄食率 (Rl)的关系式为 :SGRdr=- 1 8799 1 0 795Rl- 0 0 832Rl2 (r=0 90 6 ,n =2 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;除干物质转化效率外 ,湿重、蛋白质和能量的转化效率在 2 %组均达到最大 ,分别为 36 31%、2 1 4 7%和 2 8 10 % ;除能量转化效率外 ,4 %组湿重、干物质和蛋白质的转化效率与最大值均无显著差异 ;摄食水平对中华鳖稚鳖总氮排泄率、氨氮排泄率、尿素氮排泄率以及氨氮占总氮排泄率的比例均有显著影响 (P <0 0 1) ,除氨氮占总氮比例外其他指标均随摄食水平的增加而增加 ,氨氮比例在饥饿组最高为 5 5 83% ,由饥饿到饱食其变化范围是 4 4 5 0 %— 5 5 83% ;总氮排泄率、氨态氮排泄率和尿素氮排泄率的变动范围分别是 19 81%— 6 5 87%、9 4 4 %— 36 31%和 8 2 4 %— 2 9 5 6 % ,回归分析表明 ,幼鳖的总氮排泄率 (μmol/g·d) (G N)、氨氮排泄率 (μmol/g·d) (NH3 N)及尿素氮排泄率 (μmol/g·  相似文献

目的:观察小白鼠饮食磁处理党参药液后对血液功能的影响。方法:用血球计数仪测定白细胞数(WBC)、红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)及血小板数(PLT) ,采用比较法比较正常对照组、非磁处理党参药液组与磁处理党参药液组对小白鼠血液功能的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,磁处理党参药液组白细胞数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 ) ,红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度显著提高,差异极显著(p <0 .0 1) ,血小板数0 .2 5T药液组达差异显著(p <0 .0 5 ) ,0 .1T药液组差异不显著;与非磁处理药液组比较,磁处理党参药液组白细胞数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 ) ,而红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度及0 .2 5T血小板数均有提高,差异极显著(p <0 .0 1) ,0 .1T药液组血小板数差异不显著(p >0 .0 5 )。结论:磁处理党参药液对血细胞数变化有明显作用。  相似文献

The Poyang Lake is the largest lake and the main nursery area in the middle basin of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River. We compared molecular genetic markers of silver carp among populations of the Changjiang River, the Ganjiang River and the Poyang Lake using the ND5/6 region of mtDNA. Analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) of this region revealed distinct variation between the Ganjiang River and the Changjiang River populations. The Poyang Lake is linked with the Ganjiang River and the Changjiang River. Shared RFLP fragments between the Ganjiang River population and the Poyang Lake population are as high as 61.4%. The value is 47.74% between the populations of the Changjiang River and that of the Poyang Lake. Frequencies of bands peculiar to the Ganjiang River population are the same as in the Poyang Lake population. We conclude that the Poyang Lake silver carp population consists mainly of the Ganjiang River population. The water level of the Poyang Lake outlet, which is higher than that of the Changjiang River in the silver carp spawning season, supports this conclusion.  相似文献

Six polymorphic microsatellites (eight loci) were used to study the genetic diversity and population structure of common carp from Dongting Lake (DTC), Poyang Lake (PYC), and the Yangtze River (YZC) in China. The gene diversity was high among populations with values close to 1. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 11, and the average number of alleles among 3 populations ranged from 6.5 to 7.9. The mean observed (H O) and expected (H E) heterozygosity ranged from 0.4888 to 0.5162 and from 0.7679 to 0.7708, respectively. Significant deviations from Hardy–Weinberg Equilibrium expectation were found at majority of the loci and in all three populations in which heterozygote deficits were apparent. The analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that the percent of variance among populations and within populations were 3.03 and 96.97, respectively. The Fst values between populations indicated that there were significant genetic differentiations for the common carp populations from the Yangtze River and two largest Chinese freshwater lakes. The factors that may result in genetic divergence and significant reduction of the observed heterozygosity were discussed.  相似文献

Seven hundred and twenty base pairs (bp) of the mitochondrial control region from 73 finless porpoises, Neophocaena phocaenoides , in Chinese waters were sequenced. Thirteen variable sites were determined and 17 haplotypes were defined. Of these, 5 and 7 were found only in the Yellow Sea population and the South China Sea population, respectively, whereas no specific haplo-type was found in the Yangtze River population. Phylogenetic analyses using NJ and ML algorithm did not divide the haplotypes into monophyletic clades representing recognized geographic populations of finless porpoises in Chinese waters, suggesting the existence of migration and gene flow among populations. Analysis of molecular variance showed the obvious population genetic structure (φst= 0.41, P < 0.05); however, the structure was mainly between either the Yangtze River population or the Yellow Sea population and the South China Sea population. The genetic diversity (nucleotide diversity and haplotypic diversity) of the Yellow Sea population was significantly higher than those of the Yangtze River population and the South China Sea population, suggesting the relatively later divergence of the latter two populations and supporting the Yellow Sea population as the original center of Neophocaena .  相似文献

长江中下游四大淡水湖生态系统完整性评价   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
长江中下游地区是我国淡水湖泊集中分布区域,研究该区域湖泊生态系统完整性对于湖泊生态系统保护和恢复具有重要意义。物理、化学和生物完整性指标已经广泛应用于河湖生态系统健康评价,但是缺少物理、化学和生物完整性的综合评价方法。以历史调查状况为主要参照系统,构建了基于物理、化学和生物完整性的多参数湖泊完整性综合评价指标体系,结合近年来长江中下游四大淡水湖(洞庭湖、鄱阳湖、巢湖、太湖)生态系统调查数据,对四大淡水湖生态系统完整性进行了评价。结果表明,洞庭湖、鄱阳湖、巢湖和太湖的综合得分分别为66、71、57和57。根据评价等级划分标准,洞庭湖和鄱阳湖生态系统完整性状况都达到"好"的等级,而巢湖和太湖则处于"一般"等级;结果显示,该指标能够表征人类活动对于湖泊生态系统完整性不同方面的干扰,且能够反映四大淡水湖生态系统完整性历史变化状况。因此,该方法可以作为长江中下游淡水湖泊生态系统完整性综合评价的工具并能够为湖泊生态系统的保护和恢复提供科学支撑。  相似文献

作者根据近年在长江中下游对江豚进行考察的资料和收集到的标本,系统分析评价了长江中下游江豚的种群现状,主要结果如下:1.长江江豚上至宜昌(距河口1669公里),下至长江口,以及洞庭湖、鄱阳湖均有分布。分布型式是沿长江纵向呈集群性分布,横向呈趋岸性分布;2.长江中下游江豚种群数量估计为2700头。其数量冬季最高,夏季最低。夏季的SPUE值仅为冬季的48.7%—58.6%;3.长江中下游江豚群体以1—5头最为常见,占88%;4.理论推算长江中下游每年新产生个体为539头,年出生率为20%;5.通过分析比较长江中下游和中国沿海以及日本Inland Sea江豚种群数量变动趋势,推测长江中下游江豚很可能进行“江—海”、“海—江”长距离大规模的迁移,这种迁移与生殖有关。  相似文献

鄱阳湖区灰鹤越冬种群数量与分布动态及其影响因素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
1998—2011年,采用地面同步调查法开展了鄱阳湖越冬灰鹤种群监测,并整合1984—2011年鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区历年的越冬灰鹤最大种群数量,分析了鄱阳湖灰鹤越冬种群动态以及影响其数量变化与空间分布的环境因素。结果表明,近13年来鄱阳湖区越冬灰鹤种群平均数量为(2 335±651)只,种群数量呈增长趋势,2011年冬季记录到最大种群数量7 640只。灰鹤越冬种群数量与10月平均最低气温以及10月平均气温存在显著正相关,与10月平均最大风速存在显著负相关,与各月的平均水位没有显著的相关性。每年冬季灰鹤在鄱阳湖呈聚集型分布。大湖池、大莲子湖、三湖、汉池湖、企湖、珠湖、南湖(共青)、大汊湖等8个湖泊是灰鹤的重点活动区,(74.9±5.6)%的越冬灰鹤分布在保护区之外。灰鹤的空间分布与滩地面积存在显著的正相关,与农田面积、人口密度、村庄数量、8月份初级生产力、11月份初级生产力等环境因子存在显著负相关。滩地面积是影响灰鹤空间分布的重要因子,对灰鹤利用频次空间变化的解释率为15.0%,与11月份初级生产力共同解释了灰鹤年平均群体数量空间变化的24.6%。如竞争、小生境结构、干扰等局地尺度的环境要素对灰鹤空间分布的影响研究将有助于更全面地认识鄱阳湖越冬灰鹤种群动态的影响机制。  相似文献

Impacts of the Yangtze River water transfer on the restoration of Lake Taihu   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
In order to improve the water quality and to abate the jeopardy of water bloom in Lake Taihu, China, two experimental water transfers from the Yangtze River to Lake Taihu were conducted in winter–spring 2002 and in summer–autumn 2003. In this study, an ecological model (EcoTaihu) was introduced to assess their environmental effects. First, the model was re-calibrated and reverified for the periods of the water transfer, then numerical calculations with and without the water transfer were carried out. The percentage of the area where water quality was improved by the water transfer was calculated in seven sub-zones of the lake. The results show that the experimental water transfers in both of the periods have notable positive effects on debasing the concentration of phytoplankton, total nitrogen and dissolved oxygen in some sub-areas. The positive effects fluctuated with the duration of the water transfer, and were different for different water quality parameters and in different sub-zones. Among the five water quality parameters considered, chlorophyll a achieved the most significant improvement. There are no notable positive effects on the total phosphorus in any sub-zones. Meiliang Bay, Gonghu Bay and Northwest Zone had more positive effects than the east epigeal zone and Dongtaihu Bay. As the water transfer results in net input of nitrogen and phosphorus to Lake Taihu, it can only be used as an emergency measure to abate the jeopardy resulting from water bloom. Otherwise, the water transfer would increase the risk of eutrophication in Lake Taihu if the concentration of phosphorus and nitrogen in the influent water was not cut down to a reasonable level.  相似文献

利用线粒体DNA的D-Loop区序列, 对来自长江水系(邗江、吴江、九江、石首、木洞和万州)、珠江水系(肇庆)和黑龙江水系(嫩江)的8个草鱼野生群体开展了遗传变异分析。在424尾鱼中检测到34个变异位点, 34个单倍型, 单倍型多样性介于0.4740.708。群体间Kimura双参数遗传距离介于0.00200.0049。长江下游3个群体间遗传距离最近, 遗传分化不显著(P0.05); 肇庆群体与长江上游3个群体遗传距离较近, 与九江群体遗传分化不显著(P0.05); 嫩江群体与长江上游2个群体遗传距离较近, 与万州群体遗传分化不显著(P0.05)。遗传距离与地理距离存在极显著正相关(R=0.61, P0.01)。分子方差分析显示, 不同流域间遗传变异占总变异26.24%, 差异极显著(P0.01)。34个单倍型分为2个分支, 分化极显著(FST=0.644, P0.01), 推测分化时间为第四纪更新世纪晚期。    相似文献

Catchment population structure and divergence patterns of the rainbow darter Etheostoma caeruleum (Percidae: Teleostei), an eastern North American benthic fish, are tested using a landscape genetics approach. Allelic variation at eight nuclear DNA microsatellite loci and two mitochondrial DNA regions [cytochrome (cyt) b gene and control region; 2056 aligned base pairs (bp)] is analysed from 89 individuals and six sites in the Lake Erie catchment (Blanchard, Chagrin, Cuyahoga and Grand Rivers) v. the Ohio River catchment (Big Darby Creek and Little Miami River). Genetic and geographic patterning is assessed using phylogenetic trees, pair‐wise FST analogues, AMOVA partitioning, Mantel regression, Bayesian assignment, 3D factorial correspondence and barrier analyses. Results identify 34 cyt b haplotypes, 22 control region haplotypes and 137 microsatellite alleles whose distributions demonstrate marked genetic divergence between populations from the Lake Erie and Ohio River catchments. Etheostoma caeruleum populations in the Lake Erie and Ohio River catchments diverged c. 1·6 mya during the Pleistocene glaciations. Greater genetic separations characterize the Ohio River populations, reflecting their older habitat age and less recent connectivity. Divergence levels within the Lake Erie catchment denote more recent post‐glacial origins. Notably, the western Lake Erie Blanchard River population markedly differs from the three central basin tributary samples, which are each genetically distinguishable using microsatellites. Overall relationships among the Lake Erie sites refute a genetic isolation by geographic distance hypothesis. Etheostoma caeruleum populations thus exchange few genes and have low migration among tributaries and catchments.  相似文献
