中国红树植物红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)的化学成分研究

从红树科红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)小枝的石油醚提取物中分得5个三萜化合物,通过波谱方法鉴定,它们分别是taraxerol(1),taraxerone(2),careaborin(3),cis-careaborin(4)和palmitoyl-β-amyrin(5),均为首次从该植物中分得。     

中药王不留行化学成分的研究

从河北产麦蓝菜(Vaccaria segetalis(Neck)Garcke.)的种子王不留行中分离得到5个化合物,经波谱分析和化学方法分别鉴定为:Tetracosanoic acid(1),E-3-phenyl-2-Propenoic acid(2),stigmast-7,22-dien-3-ol(3),stigmast-7,22-dien-3-ol 3β-O-[β-D-glucopy-ranoside](4),9,12-octadecadienoic acid N-(2-hydroxyethyl)(5)。以上各化合物都是首次从该植物中分得。化合物5为首次从天然界分得。     

翻白草根中可水解丹宁的研究

从蔷薇科植物翻白草根的70％含水丙酮提取物中,利用Toyopearl HW-40等柱层析分离,精制,分得5种多元酚类化合物。经化学及波谱方法证明,这5种化合物分别为:可水解丹宁agrimoniin(1),gemin A(2),pedunculagin(3),casuarictin(4)及tellima-grandin Ⅱ(5)。上述化合物均系首次从该植物中分得。     

麦冬块根化学成分的研究

从麦冬(Ophiopogon japornicus)块根中分得两个环二肽类化合物,一个酰胺类化合物和一个多羟基脂肪酸类化合物。通过光谱数据分析,分别鉴定为eyclo-(Phe-Tyr)(1),cyclo-(Leu-ILe)(2),N-(2．(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl)-4-hydroxycinnamide(3)和天师酸(4)。这四个化合物均为首次从沿阶草属植物分得。环二肽类化合物为首次从沿阶草属植物中分得的化合物类型。     

东北石杉生物碱成分的研究

从东北石杉中分离得到7个石松生物碱,通过NMR、MS及IR等光谱分析,分别鉴定为：luciduline(1),dithydroluciduline(2),lycocline(3),huperzine B(4),serratinine(5),serratidine(6),mecleanine(7)。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。     

福建金线莲的化学成分研究Ⅲ

从福建金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)乙醇提取物的己烷萃取部分分得3个化合物和-甾体混合物,三个化合物结构分别鉴定为Sorghumol(1),木栓酮(2)和棕榈酸(3),甾体混合物经EI-MS、ESI-MS／MS技术确定含有24-异丙烯基胆甾醇、开唇兰甾醇、β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇和菜油甾醇。所有化合物均为该植物首次报道,其中化合物1为首次从兰科植物中分得,并首次对其光谱数据进行了详细的分析,化合物2为从该属植物中首次分得。     

羊耳朵叶化学成分的研究

从羊耳朵叶(密蒙花 Buddle ja officinalis Maxim的叶)中分得8个化合物,分别鉴定为3个萜:羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(lupeol acetute)(1),cycloeucalenol(2),chondrillasterol(3)和5个苯丙素酚甙:verbascoside((4),poliumoside(5),β-hydroxyacteoside(6),echinacoside(7)和cistanoside F(8)。化合物1,2,3为首次从该属植物中获得。     

桑白皮化学成分的研究

从桑白皮(Cortex Mori)的水提液中分离得到5个化学成分,通过波谱数据结合理化性质分别鉴定为4,4’-二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸甲酯(4,4’-diphenylmethane-bis(methyl)carbamates,1),东莨菪内酯(seopoletin,2),伞形花内酯(umbelliferone,3),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol,4),对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(4-hydroxy ethyl-benzoate,5)。其中,化合物1为新的天然化合物,4和5为首次从该植物中分得。     

丹参抗肝纤维化有效部位化学成分研究

从丹参抗肝纤维化有效部位提取物中分离得到7个化合物,经物理常数测定、波谱分析等鉴定为,4、5、4’、5’-四羟基1、2双苯醚(1),原二茶醛(2),原二茶酸(3),异阿魏酸(4),咖啡酸(5),丹参甲素(6),丹酚酸D(7),其中化合物1为首次从丹参中分得的化合物。     

云南透骨草的化学成分研究

从云南透骨草全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为山奈酚3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1),番石榴苷(2),滇白珠甲苷(3),槲皮苷(4)(,-)-5’-甲氧基异落叶松脂醇9-O-β-D-木糖苷(5),五味子苷(6)(,–)-表儿茶素(7),异槲皮苷(8),金鸡纳素Ia(9),熊果酸(10)和2,5-双-(β-苯乙基)苯酚(11)。其中化合物1、2、9和11为首次从该植物中分得,化合物11是首次报导的天然产物。     

山牡荆的化学成分研究

研究山牡荆根茎的化学成分。山牡荆根茎经80%丙酮提取,采用硅胶和凝胶进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定。从山牡荆中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、牡荆葡基黄酮(2)、20-羟基蜕皮素-20,22-单丙酮化合物(3)、3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸(4)和胡萝卜甾醇(5),这5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。     

Antioxidative and free radical scavenging effects of ecdysteroids from Serratula strangulata

The antioxidative and free radical scavenging effects of four ecdysteroids, 20-hydroxyecdysone (E1), 25-deoxy-11,20-dihydroxyecdysone (E2), 24-(2-hydroxyethyl)-20-hydroxyecdysone (E3), and 20-hydroxyecdysone-20,22-monoacetonide (E4), isolated from the Chinese herb Serratula strangulata have been investigated in vitro. These ecdysteroids could protect human erythrocytes against oxidative hemolysis induced by a water-soluble azo initiator 2,2'-azobis(2-amidinopropane hydrochloride) (AAPH). They could also inhibit the peroxidation of rat liver microsomes induced by hydroxyl radicals, as monitored by the formation of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), and prevent radical-induced decrease of membrane fluidity as determined by fluorescence polarization. They reacted with galvinoxyl radicals in homogeneous solution, and the pseudo-first-order rate constants were determined spectrophotometrically by following the disappearance of galvinoxyl radicals. Compounds E1 and (or) E3 were the most active in both antioxidative and radical-scavenging reactions.     

华麻花头根中的蜕皮甾酮类成分

从华麻花头(Serratula chinensis S．Moore)根中分得7种蜕皮甾酮类化合物,经光谱分析和化学方法,分别鉴定为：20-羟基蜕皮松(1),podecdysone C(2),3-氧-乙酰基-20-羟基蜕皮松(3),20-羟基蜕皮松-20,22．-缩丁醛(4),shidasterone(5),atrotosterone C(6)和carthamosterone(7),其中20-羟基蜕皮松-20,22．缩丁醛为一新的化合物。     

Bufadienolides from the southern African Drimia depressa (Hyacinthaceae: Urgineoideae)

Two bufadienolides, 3beta,16beta-dihydroxy-5beta-bufa-20,22-dienolide and 16beta-hydroxy-5beta-bufa-20,22-dienolide-3beta-O-beta-d-galactoside, have been isolated from bulbs of the poisonous South African geophyte Drimia depressa (Hyacinthaceae).     

Ecdysteroids and bufadienolides from Helleborus torquatus (Ranunculaceae)

Three bufadienolides, hellebortin A (5-[beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-10,14,16-trihydroxy-19-nor-[5beta,10beta,14beta,16beta]-bufa-3,20,22-trienolide [1]), hellebortin B (5-[beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-3,4-epoxy-14-hydroxy-19-oxo-bufa-20,22-dienolide [2]) and hellebortin C (5-[beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy]-3,4-epoxy-10,14-dihydroxy-19-nor-bufa-20,22-dienolide [3]), together with 20-hydroxyecdysone 3-O-beta-D-glucoside (4) and 20-hydroxyecdysone (5) have been isolated by bioassay- and RIA-directed HPLC analyses of a methanol extract of the seeds of Helleborus torquatus. The structure and relative stereochemistry of the novel bufadienolide hellebortin A (1) and the structures of hellebortin B (2) and hellebortin C (3) were determined unambiguously by comprehensive analyses of their 1D and 2D NMR data. These five compounds are isolated from Hellborus torquatus for the first time. The biological activities of compound 1, 4 and 5 as ecdysteroid agonists and antagonists have been assessed.     

苍白秤钩风中木脂素类化学成分的研究

从中药苍白秤钩风Diploclisiaglaucescens的藤茎中首次分离得到三个木质素类化合物 ,根据理化性质 ,波谱分析 ,化学方法以及X衍射实验 ,分别将其结构确定为左旋丁香脂素 (1)、(7S ,8R ,8’R) 5 ,5’ 2甲氧基落叶松树脂醇 (2 )和 (7S ,8R) 二聚松柏醇 (3)。     

Chonemorphine, stigmasterol, and ecdysterone: steroids isolated through bioassay-directed plant screening programs

In a bioassay-directed screening programme of plants for the identification of active constituents the following steroids were isolated. Chonemorphine was identified as the antiamoebic and antitrichomonad principle of Chonemorpha fragrans. Stigmasterol from Coleus forskohlii and ecdysterone from Diploclisia glaucescens were inactive constituents isolated during the process of purifying the active principles of the plants. D. glaucescens roots are a high-yielding source (0.5% of the dry root weight) of ecdysterone.     

美花圆叶筋骨草化学成分研究

研究美花圆叶筋骨草Ajuga ovalifolia var.calantha的化学成分和生物活性。实验采用硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和半制备型高效液相色谱等分离纯化方法,从美花圆叶筋骨草全草70%丙酮提取物乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了12个化合物,根据波谱学数据进行结构鉴定为:2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、oct-1-en-3-yl-β-glucopyranoside(2)、异地黄苷(3)、20-羟基蜕皮素-20,22-单丙酮化合物(4)、n-辛基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(2S)-3-O-octadeca-9Z,12Z,15Z-trienoylglyceryl-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(6)、地黄苷(7)、乙酰哈巴苷(8)、水龙骨素B(9)、香草乙酮(10)、筋骨草内酯(11)、α-(9Z,12′Z,15′Z)-octadecatrienoicacidmonoglyceride(12),其中化合物1~6、8、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~9、11~12为首次从美花圆叶筋骨草中分离得到。运用脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7生成NO的细胞模型对化合物3、4、7、9、11进行抗炎活性筛选和磷酸甘油酸脱氢酶(PHGDH)活性测定。所筛化合物均无抗炎活性,化合物7对PHGDH具有一定的抑制作用。     

The recently proposed 20,22-epoxycholesterol as the intermediate in the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone by adrenal cortex mitochondria must be 5α,6α-epoxycholestan-3β-ol

Recently proposed 20,22-epoxycholesterol as the obligatory intermediate in the NADPH-dependent conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone by bovine adrenal cortex mitochondria was isolated and found to be a misassigned metabolite. It was identified as 5α,6α-epoxycholestan-3β-ol by gas-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry as well as by the reverse isotope dilution method. The thin-layer chromatographic behavior of the proposed 20,22-epoxide which had been reported to have a higher polarity than pregnenolone was in good accordance with that of the identified 5α,6α-epoxycholestan-3β-ol. All four diastereoisomers of 20,22-epoxycholesterol had much lower polarity than pregnenolone in thin-layer chromatograms obtained in various solvent systems. Endogeneous cholesterol, contained originally in the mitochondria, was also converted in the presence of NADPH to pregnenolone and 5α,6α-epoxycholestan-3β-ol as observed with radioactive cholesterol added as the exogeneous substrate.     

A new ecdysteroid, 2-deoxy-5beta,20-dihydroxyecdysone from the fruits of Diploclisia glaucescens

Chemical investigation of ethyl acetate extract of the fruits of Diploclisia glaucescens of the family Menispermaceae furnished a new ecdysteroid 2-deoxy-5beta,20-dihydroxyecdysone, together with 20-hydroxyecdysone, 3-deoxy-1beta,20-dihydroxyecdysone, 2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone, 24-ethyl-20-hydroxyecdysone (makisterone C). Latter two ecdysteroids are reported first time from the family Menispermaceae.
