采用比较分析与野外调查的方法。对沙地樟子松人工林天然更新特征进行了研究,能够进行天然更新的引种地区天然更新在时间上是不连续的,与特定年份的某些降水因子密切相关;在空间上主要有3种更新方式;林隙更新,林缘更新,阔叶林下更新;天然更新幼树生长情况与人工林的生长差异不大。  相似文献

森林更换是一个重要的生态学过程,一直是森林生态系统动态研究中的主要领域之一。森林更新受物理环境、自然干扰、人为干扰、更新树种特性、树种对干扰的反应等因素及其相互作用的影响。这些生物和非生物的因素随空间和时间而不断变化,构成了森林的空间异质性和时间异质性,使森林更新具有空间和时间上的变化特点,表现在异质性的格局和过程中。探索森林更新与空间异质性的内在规律,可揭示空间格局对更新的生态学过程的潜在作用机制。本文主要综述了近年来有关森林更新与空间异质性研究的主要内容和一些观点,分析了更新中空间异质性的来源,着重评述了空间异质性的生境及更新树种的反应、小尺度的空间异质性与更新动态、林分中光有效性的空间异质性与更新格局以及土壤和更新的空间异质性尺度的关联性等方面的研究。  相似文献

Traditionally, regeneration research has been closely tied to flatworm research, as flatworms (Plathelminthes) were among the first animals where the phenomenon of regeneration was discovered. Since then, the main focus of flatworm regeneration research was on triclads, for which various phenomena were observed and a number of theories developed. However, free-living flatworms encompass a number of other taxa where regeneration was found to be possible. This review aims to display and to compare regeneration in all major free-living flatworm taxa, with special focus on a new player in the field of regeneration, Macrostomum lignano (Macrostomorpha). Findings on the regeneration capacity of this organism provide clues for links between regeneration and (post-)embryonic development, starvation, and asexual reproduction. The role of the nervous system and especially the brain for regeneration is discussed, and similarities as well as particularities in regeneration among free-living flatworms are pointed out.  相似文献

In our study, we investigated the effects of regeneration conditions on both green and albino rice plants (Oryza sativa L.). The regeneration frequency of an albino cell line was compared to a normal cell line obtained from mature seed under two kinds of culture conditions; namely, the static culture on semi-solid regeneration medium and the suspension culture in liquid regeneration medium. The albino cell line, from which only albino plantlets were regenerated, was induced from the albino leaf segments. There were no significant differences in the regeneration frequencies between normal and albino calli on the semisolid regeneration medium. On the other hand, the frequency of regeneration of albino calli was significantly lower than that of the control specifically in the liquid regeneration medium.  相似文献

A method for effective regeneration of the protoplasts of N. orientalis, a vancomycin-producing organism into viable cells on a rich organic medium was developed. The dependence of the regeneration on the conditions of the protoplast plating out and the level of the regeneration medium dehydration was studied. The highest positive effect was observed when the protoplasts were suspended in the agarized medium and then plated out on the regeneration medium dehydrated by 2.5 per cent. The frequency of the protoplast regeneration increased on addition of bovine serum albumin to the regeneration medium. The effect of bovine serum albumin depended on its concentration. When the albumin concentration was optimal (0.01 per cent) the regeneration amounted to 100 per cent.  相似文献

Deer antler regeneration: cells, concepts, and controversies   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
The periodic replacement of antlers is an exceptional regenerative process in mammals, which in general are unable to regenerate complete body appendages. Antler regeneration has traditionally been viewed as an epimorphic process closely resembling limb regeneration in urodele amphibians, and the terminology of the latter process has also been applied to antler regeneration. More recent studies, however, showed that, unlike urodele limb regeneration, antler regeneration does not involve cell dedifferentiation and the formation of a blastema from these dedifferentiated cells. Rather, these studies suggest that antler regeneration is a stem-cell-based process that depends on the periodic activation of, presumably neural-crest-derived, periosteal stem cells of the distal pedicle. The evidence for this hypothesis is reviewed and as a result, a new concept of antler regeneration as a process of stem-cell-based epimorphic regeneration is proposed that does not involve cell dedifferentiation or transdifferentiation. Antler regeneration illustrates that extensive appendage regeneration in a postnatal mammal can be achieved by a developmental process that differs in several fundamental aspects from limb regeneration in urodeles.  相似文献

The influences of cefotaxime and carbenicillin on regeneration potential of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) mature embryos were investigated. Filter-sterilized cefotaxime enhanced regeneration capacity although it did not affect the average number of shoots per explant. The highest regeneration capacity of 55.4 % was obtained on regeneration medium supplemented with 100 mg dm?3 cefotaxime. Filter-sterilized carbenicillin did not stimulate plant regeneration. However, higher concentration (100 mg dm?3) accelerated callus browning and inhibited the following regeneration. Autoclaved antibiotics at all tested concentrations showed detrimental effects on callus morphogenesis and plant regeneration.  相似文献

Because research on regeneration has a long history, some classic definitions and concepts about regeneration which were established in earlier times have been retained without reconsideration for a long time, even though many relevant new findings have accumulated. To clarify the points on which research should be focused on for elucidating the mechanisms of regeneration, we should reconsider such classical definitions and principles of regeneration at the cellular and molecular level. Here, we consider two differing principles of regeneration which have been classically defined as 'epimorphosis' and 'morphallaxis', and propose the abandonment of these classical categories and their replacement by a new unifying principle in order to facilitate regeneration studies.  相似文献

In this study, tissue culture method for plant regeneration from immature embryos of elite Hungarian winter wheat varieties was established. The influence of the growth regulators and the concentration of macroelements in the regeneration medium and of the incubation temperature and light intensity on regeneration frequency were investigated. The most noticeable effect on regeneration frequency was achieved by simultaneously reducing both the incubation temperature to 23 °C and the concentration of macroelements in the regeneration medium to half-strength. This modification increased the average regeneration frequency from about 10–78%. Changes in the light intensity and temperature gave an average plant regeneration frequency of 83%.  相似文献

植物自然更新是一个复杂的生态学过程,它对种群的增殖、扩散、延续和群落稳定及演替具有重要的作用,是植被动态研究的热点。目前国内外在这方面的多数研究主要从更新过程中的某一或几个阶段入手,分析各生态因子对更新的影响,或从林窗、火烧、动物等干扰对自然更新影响的角度揭示植被自然更新的机制。本文从植物自然更新方式、干扰对更新的影响及群落的更新等方面进行了总结,并提出了今后该领域的研究建议。  相似文献

The successful application of recombinant DNA technology for crop plants requires efficient regeneration systems. A detailed study on the regeneration potential of callus and callus-derived protoplasts of a recalcitrant species, sugarbeet, was performed. A reproducible and highly efficient method for induction of regenerable friable callus was established from etiolated hypocotyl explants. A reduced sucrose concentration proved beneficial. Successful shoot regeneration could be demonstrated in 10 out of 12 tested lines. Seed germination, followed by callus induction and shoot regeneration required only a single culture medium. Additionally, the regeneration capacity of roots and root-derived callus was demonstrated. Highly efficient plant regeneration was also achieved when using protoplasts isolated from regenerable friable callus induced on etiolated hypocotyls explants. To our knowledge this represents the first report on callus protoplast to plant regeneration in sugarbeet.  相似文献

Extracellular matrix plays a dynamic role during the process of wound healing, embryogenesis and tissue regeneration. Caudal fin regeneration in zebrafish is an excellent model to study tissue and skeletal regeneration. We have analyzed the expression pattern of some of the well characterized ECM proteins during the process of caudal fin regeneration in zebrafish. Our results show that a transitional matrix analogous to the one formed during newt skeletal and heart muscle regeneration is synthesized during fin regeneration. Here we demonstrate that a provisional matrix rich in hyaluronic acid, tenascin C, and fibronectin is synthesized following amputation. Additionally, we observed that the link protein Hapln1a dependent ECM, consisting of Hapln1a, hyaluronan and proteoglycan aggrecan, is upregulated during fin regeneration. Laminin, the protein characteristic of differentiated tissues, showed only modest change in the expression pattern. Our findings on zebrafish fin regeneration implicates that changes in the extracellular milieu represent an evolutionarily conserved mechanism that proceeds during tissue regeneration, yet with distinct players depending on the type of tissue that is involved.  相似文献

In vitro regeneration techniques have been optimized for seven strains and cultivars of sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.) bred in Russia. The frequency of shoot regeneration from somatic cells and tissues of sugar beet varies from 10 to 97% depending on the explant type, culture-medium composition, and genotype. The in vitro regeneration potential has been estimated in plants with different genotypes. The effect of medium composition (phytohormones and carbohydrates) on the frequency of the formation of a morphogenic callus competent for plant regeneration has been determined. The effect of the types and concentrations of various cytokines (zeatin, kinetin, and 6-benzylaminopurine) on direct shoot regeneration from cotyledon nodes has been estimated. The culture-medium composition has been optimized for direct shoot regeneration from petioles. The effects of different concentrations of abscisic acid on the frequency of shoot regeneration from a morphogenic callus has been studied. Micropropagation has been used to obtain petiole explants and reproduce the shoots obtained by direct regeneration from cotyledon nodes, petioles, and calluses. Improved shoot-regeneration methods can be used for both agrobacterial and bioballistic genetic transformation of the sugar beet genotypes studied.  相似文献

An improved method for adventitious regeneration from apricot leaves is described. The use of the ethylene inhibitors silver thiosulphate (30-60 micro M) or aminoethoxyvinylglycine (0.5 micro M) increased regeneration percentages in Helena and Canino apricot cultivars and also the consistency of results from different experiments. Use of "Pure Agar" also improved regeneration from Helena leaves as compared with agargel or agarose. Regeneration rates for Canino were dependent on the medium in which the shoots were micropropagated. When different antibiotics were tested for their influence on regeneration, the combination of cefotaxime (0.13 m M) plus vancomycin (0.63 m M), which efficiently controls Agrobacterium growth, also increased regeneration percentages in Helena two-fold but did not affect regeneration in Canino. Kanamycin, an antibiotic widely used for selection of nptII transformed cells, promoted more rapid regeneration and higher regeneration rates from Helena leaves when added at low concentrations (8.6 and 17.1 micro M). With this improved procedure, regeneration from apricot leaves has been increased more than 200% as compared with rates reported previously.  相似文献

The regenerative ability of the pectoral fins of 14 species from 6 euteleostean families was tested. Blastema formation and distal outgrowth was observed in all species, indicating the initiation of regeneration in all species tested. Interspecific variation exists with respect to the frequency of malformations and the patterns produced by heteromorphic regeneration. Taking into account published reports on pectoral fin regeneration, the systematic distribution of homo- and heteromorphic regeneration leads to the following conclusions: 1) regenerative ability of pectoral fins is a property inherited from the common ancestor of euteleosteans. Whether it is also the ancestral condition for the whole teleostean group cannot be determined, because reports on more primitive teleosteans like the herring and the osteoglossimorphs are missing. 2) A propensity to produce high frequencies of heteromorphic regenerates originated independently at least three times in Cypriniformes, Scorpaeniformes, and Perciformes. 3) Impaired regeneration is most commonly found in bottom fishes, although not all ground fish groups show heteromorphic regeneration. This suggests that impaired regeneration is not directly related to bottom dwelling, but most probably originated as a side effect of other adaptive changes. Hence, neither the presence nor the loss of faithful regeneration can be associated with particular adaptive scenarios in this group, since regeneration seems to be ancestral to all major euteleost groups and its loss has no clear adaptive significance. Whether there are adaptive reasons to maintain regenerative capability or whether there are cases of reestablishment of regeneration after it was lost cannot be decided on the basis of recent evidence. More observations on phylogenetically closely related species with variable regenerative capability are necessary to assess adaptive explanations of regeneration.  相似文献

This report presents the history of the involvement of the Department of Cytology in studies of different aspects of regeneration. It can be divided into two major phases; the first focused on the regeneration of Turbellarians and the second on the regeneration of rat skeletal muscles including the differentiation of satellite cells in vitro. Regeneration of Turbellarians was investigated both at the cellular and molecular levels including the role of the protein kinase C (PKC) in this process. Studies on skeletal muscle regeneration initially focused on factors involved in regulation of signal transduction pathways. Next, we explored the influence of growth factors on the modulation of the regeneration process. Another important aspect of our studies was investigating of the distribution and function of different proteins involved in adhesion and fusion of myoblasts. Finally, we are also conducting research on the role of stem cells from other tissues in the regeneration of skeletal muscle.  相似文献

Interactive effects of genotypes with callus induction and regeneration media combinations on green plantlet regeneration response were studied for three indica rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars, IR-72, IR-54 and Karnal Local. Isolated mature-embryos were used to derive scutellar callus and fifteen media combinations involving MS, N6, R2, SK1 and some modifications were tested. Regeneration percentage as well as the shoot-bud induction frequency were influenced by genotype, callus induction medium, regeneration medium, interaction between genotype and the two media (callus induction and regeneration) as well the interaction between the callus induction medium and regeneration medium. Basal media combination of SK1m (callusing) and MS (regeneration) was found to be the best for cv. Karnal Local in which regeneration frequency of 88% and shoot-bud induction of 233% was observed. In IR-72, the highest regeneration frequency of 47.5% and shoot-bud induction frequency of 77% was obtained on MS-MS combination. In IR-54, highest regeneration frequency (25%) was recorded on MMS(N)-MMS(N) combination, whereas, highest frequency of shoot-bud induction (50%) was observed on MMS(S)-MS combination. Although genotype and the composition of the callus induction basal medium were the major determinants of regeneration response, an overall analysis of variation also revealed a significant interaction between the media used for de-differentiation (callusing) and re-differentiation (plantlet regeneration). 以“全明星”草莓叶片为外植体,探讨植物激素、基本培养基、pH值、叶片放置方式等对叶片再生的影响,得出在MS+BA2.0mg/l+NAA0.2mg/l的培养基上,叶片不定芽再生率达64%,最适pH值为5.8,叶片背面接触培养基有利于芽的再生。建立了“全明星”叶片再生系统,为草莓的微繁和基因转化打下基础。  相似文献
