采取超临界CO2萃取和水蒸气蒸馏提取荷叶挥发油,利用GC-MS对它们进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明这两种方法提取荷叶挥发油的化学成分及含量皆有很大差别。超临界CO2萃取的荷叶挥发油更具天然性,超临界CO2萃取法为提取荷叶挥发油的理想方法。  相似文献

以汉麻茎叶为原料,分别采用水蒸馏提取法、亚临界萃取法以及超临界萃取法来获得汉麻精油,比较不同提取方法下获得的精油全组分的差异性、特征性。采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对精油全组分进行鉴定分析,并通过NIST质谱库和人工解析对所提取成分进行鉴别分析和相似度的检索,最后根据峰面积归一化法得出这三种提取方式下汉麻精油各组分的相对含量。三种提取方法下所得精油组分差异性明显,共计鉴定出154个成分,且含有13个共有成分,相似度均在80%以上。其中水蒸馏提取法共鉴定出89种,含量最高组分是大麻二酚(19.69%);亚临界萃取法鉴定出62种,含量最高组分是邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(17.56%);超临界萃取法鉴定出59种,含量最高组分是油酸(22.50%)。三种方法所得精油组分种类和含量均有不同程度的差异:水蒸馏法获得的精油组分种类最多,多为烷烃、烯烃、醇类、醛类、倍半萜类等小分子化合物,而亚临界法和超临界法在一定程度上具有相似性,二者共有40个共有成分,多为酸类,醇类,酯类,酚类等高沸点化合物或大分子化合物,但含量差异明显。  相似文献

采用同时蒸馏-萃取装置分别提取国产及进口岩蔷薇浸膏中挥发性物质,将其进行GC-MS分析。结果显示:国产岩蔷薇浸膏中挥发油含量为10.52%,进口岩蔷薇浸膏中挥发油含量为21.80%。分别从国产及进口岩蔷薇浸膏中鉴定了48种和38种挥发性成分。对比进行感官评价表明:国产岩蔷薇浸膏香气特征明显,具有典型的龙涎香-琥珀膏香香气,但余味欠干净需控制用量谨慎使用。进口岩蔷薇浸膏似经过人工复配,特征明显,与烟草的配伍性表现良好。  相似文献

本文通过水蒸气蒸馏、超临界CO2萃取和顶空萃取三种方法并结合GC和GC/MS技术分析藏药镰形棘豆(Oxytropis falcate Bunge)中的挥发性成分,共鉴定出58个化合物,分别占71.0%,85.6%和84.5%。烷烃类、黄酮类和醛类化合物为主要挥发性成分。3种方法得到的挥发性成分在保留时间值上具有一定的连续性,能更完全地阐述清楚藏药镰形棘豆的挥发性成分,为进一步开发利用这种药用植物提供科学依据。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取生当归及其不同炮制品中的挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术测定和分析其化学组分.在相同提取方法和测定条件下,从生当归及其不同炮制品饮片中得到的挥发油组分存在一定的差异,主要表现在E-藁本内酯、Z-藁本内酯和Z-丁烯基酞内酯等化合物的含量差异较大.当归经过炮制后其所含挥发油的化学成分组成发生了较大变化,说明不同炮制方法对当归挥发油成分的影响是显著的,表明根据临床应用目的不同对当归进行炮制有一定的物质基础.  相似文献

用超临界流体萃取法(SCFE)、可食用石油醚和酒精抽提蒸馏三种不同的抽提方法,提取了咸宁桂花品种——银星的花精油;气质联用(GC-MS)分析不同方法提取精油的香气成分及其相对含量。结果表明:SCFE提取的精油得率最高(0.19%),紫罗兰酮、醇类的相对含量高达36.99%;石油醚浸提结果次之(0.13%),酒精抽提法不可取(0.07%)。  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)、固相微萃取法(SPME)和动态顶空吸附法(DHA)三种方法提取的印度紫檀挥发性成分。结果表明:三种方法提取印度紫檀挥发油的化学成分有差异。同时蒸馏萃取法提取印度紫檀挥发油鉴定出25种化合物,主要成分为2-硝基乙醇,相对含量为35.29%;固相微萃取法提取印度紫檀挥发油鉴定出27种化合物,主要成分为乙酸叶醇酯,相对含量为33.62%;动态顶空吸附法提取印度紫檀挥发油鉴定出27种化合物,主要成分为2-硝基乙醇,相对含量为30.42%。三种方法共检测到2种相同组分,检出的主要物质是醇类、酯类和缩醛。  相似文献

本文研究了用乙醇法提取桃花精油,通过正交试验的方法得到了乙醇抽提桃花精油的较优工艺条件,对其多酚和黄酮含量进行了测定,并对所得的桃花精油进行了气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)分析。结果表明,对乙醇提取桃花精油影响最大的因素是抽提时间,其次是料液比,影响最小的是桃花形态。乙醇抽提桃花精油的较优工艺条件是抽提时间为6h,料液比为1∶150(m∶V),桃花形态为粉末。此时,黄酮含量为0.24%,多酚含量为0.067%。桃花精油含有大量的酯、酸、酰胺和腈类化合物以及少量的酚、酮和多糖。  相似文献

花椒挥发油的超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取的比较   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
采用超临界萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法从花椒中提取花椒挥发油,用GC—MS方法测定各种提取方法得到挥发油的化学成分及相对含量。结果表明,水蒸气提取挥发得率为3.8%(W/W),主要成分为柠檬烯(22.75%)、沉香醇(21.70%)、罗勒烯(3,7-二甲基-1,3,7-辛三烯)(14.27%)等。超临界CO2萃取法挥发油得率为5.9%(W/W),主要成分为柠檬烯(14.01%)、沉香醇(13.18%)、罗勒烯(3,7-二甲基-1,3,7-辛三烯)(26.23%)等。两种方法所得到的挥发进行比较,水蒸气蒸馏法分离法得到的挥发油中分离出78个峰,其中含量和相似度高的成分有31种,占86.31%。超临界CO2萃取法提取的花椒挥发油中分离出了152个峰,含量和相似度高的成分有36种,占74.72%。两种提取方法所得到的主要挥发油中有27种成分相同。  相似文献

In this study, the essential oil composition of five Thymus species, belonging to Sect. Hyphodromi (A. Kerner) Halácsy – Thymus atticus Čelak., T. leucotrichus Halácsy, T. striatus Vahl, T. zygioides Griseb. and T. perinicus (Velen.) Jalas. was studied by GC/MS/FID. T. atticus, T. leucotrichus, and T. striatus were characterized by high amounts of sesquiterpenoids (57.7, 78.9 and 79.7 %, respectively) with β-caryophyllene and caryophyllene oxide as the main constituents. Aromatic compounds (61.2 %) were the most abundant group in T. zygioides essential oil, with thymol (51.2 %) as the principal component. The essential oil from the endemic species T. perinicus contained almost equal amounts of monoterpenoids (37.8 %) and aromatic compounds (36.0 %) with borneol (17.9 %) and thymol (20.9 %) as the major components. The obtained results revealed the existence of new chemotypes of T. atticus (caryophyllene oxide/β-caryophyllene), T. leucotrichus (β-caryophyllene/elemol/germacrene D) and T. striatus (β-caryophyllene/germacrene D/caryophyllene oxide). The essential oil content of endemic T. perinicus is reported for the first time. Principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA) were used to investigate the variations in the essential oils of different Thymus species from Sect. Hyphodromi (A. The production of self-pollinated plants could be important for improving medicinal plants secondary metabolites. In this study, 11 Thymus populations from eight species were evaluated to determine the effect of self and open pollination on agro-morphological characteristics, total phenolic content (TPC), essential oil (EO) content, and EO components. Inbreeding led to some positive effects of above mentioned traits in most of the studied populations. Total phenolic content ranged from 7.07 to 52.69 mg tannic acid equivalents (TAE) g−1 dry weight (DW) in open pollinated derived populations, while it varied from 1.2 to 55.03 mg TAE g−1 DW in self-pollinated ones. Under open and self-pollination condition, the highest EO content was obtained in T. trautvetteri (3.37 %) and T. pubescens (1.96 %), respectively. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) identified 42 compounds including thymol, carvacrol, linalool, p-cymene, γ-terpinene, terpinen-4-ol, and α-terpineol as the main compounds. In most cases, selfed plants compared to open pollinated ones, revealed higher thymol content. T. daenensis-1 showed a significant increase in thymol content (from 25.22 % to 74.3 %) due to self-pollination. Moreover, self-pollination led to emergence of some new compounds. Carvacrol methyl ether was the constituents of Thymus EO that are being reported in self-pollinated populations. Finally, inbreeding in Thymus might be suggested as a useful tool to increase genetic homogeneity for the selection of superior plants for improving secondary metabolite.  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析阔叶百里香(Thymus pulegioides)鲜、干茎叶精油含油率、化学组成及其相对含量的差异,并比较精油对链格孢(Alternaria alternata)、粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum)和意大利青霉(Penicillium italicum)的抑制效果。鲜、干茎叶含精油率分别为0.53%、0.37%,分别鉴定出35、40种化合物,其主要化学成分相同,均含有百里香酚(鲜样31.30%,干样26.82%)、麝香草酚甲醚、右旋龙脑和邻伞花烃等,只是相对含量略有差异;在抑菌实验中,百里香精油对链格孢菌的抑制作用最为明显,其次是意大利青霉和粉红单端孢。鲜、干阔叶百里香精油的组分较为接近,相对含量略有差异;阔叶百里香精油对3种真菌具有较好的抑制效果,且鲜样精油的抑菌效果好于干样精油。  相似文献

The profile and bioactivity of essential oil (EO) depends on genetic, environmental, and other factors. We hypothesized that the basil EO may be influenced by the distillation methods. Hence, a study was conducted to evaluate the effect of steam distillation (SD) and hydrodistillation (HD) extraction method on the yield, composition, and bioactivity of EO of sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum) and holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum). In both basil species, the EO yield (content) was significantly higher from SD than from HD. There were significant differences in the compounds’ concentrations of EO obtained from SD and HD as well, however, the same compounds were identified in the EO from HD and SD. In the EO of O. basilicum, the concentration of 74% of the identified compounds were higher in SD than HD, whereas in the EO of O. tenuiflorum, the concentration of 84% of identified compounds were higher in SD than in HD. However, the concentrations of two of the major compounds of O. basilicum EO (estragole and methyl cinnamate) and a major compound of O. tenuiflorum EO (methyl eugenol) were significantly higher in HD than in SD. The type of distillation did not affect the antioxidant capacity of basil EO within the species. This study demonstrated that the type of distillation may significantly affect oil yield and composition but not the antioxidant capacity of the EO from sweet and holy basil.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the essential oils isolated from the aerial parts of Senecio vulgaris plants collected in 30 Corsican localities was characterized using GC‐FID and GC/MS analyses. Altogether, 54 components, which accounted for 95.2% of the total oil composition, were identified in the 30 essential‐oil samples. The main compounds were α‐humulene ( 1 ; 57.3%), (E)‐β‐caryophyllene ( 2 ; 5.6%), terpinolene ( 3 ; 5.3%), ar‐curcumene ( 4 ; 4.3%), and geranyl linalool ( 5 ; 3.4%). The chemical composition of the essential oils obtained from separate organs and during the complete vegetative cycle of the plants were also studied, to gain more knowledge about the plant ecology. The production of monoterpene hydrocarbons, especially terpinolene, seems to be implicated in the plant‐flowering process and, indirectly, in the dispersal of this weed species. Comparison of the present results with the literature highlighted the originality of the Corsican S. vulgaris essential oils and indicated that α‐humulene might be used as taxonomical marker for the future classification of the Senecio genus. A study of the chemical variability of the 30 S. vulgaris essential oils using statistical analysis allowed the discrimination of two main clusters according to the soil nature of the sample locations. These results confirmed that there is a relation between the soil nature, the chemical composition of the essential oils, and morphological plant characteristics. Moreover, they are of interest for commercial producers of essential oil in selecting the most appropriate plants.  相似文献

The essential‐oil composition of 60 individual trees of Juniperus phoenicea L. from four Tunisian populations in three different periods were investigated by GC and GC/MS analyses. 59 Compounds were identified in the oils, and a relatively high variation in their contents was found. All the oils were dominated by the terpenic hydrocarbon fraction, and the main component was α‐pinene (20.28–40.86%). The results of the oil compositions were processed by hierarchical clustering and principal component analysis (PCA) allowing establishing four groups of essential‐oils differentiated by one compound or more. Pattern of geographic variation in essential‐oil composition indicated that individuals from the continental site (Makthar) were clearly distinguished from those from littoral localities (Tabarka, Hawaria, and Rimel).  相似文献

The chemical composition of Phagnalon sordidum (L.) essential oil was investigated for the first time using gas chromatography and chromatography/mass spectrometry. Seventy‐six compounds, which accounted for 87.9% of the total amount, were identified in a collective essential oil of P. sordidum from Corsica. The main essential oil components were (E)‐β‐caryophyllene (14.4%), β‐pinene (11.0%), thymol (9.0%), and hexadecanoic acid (5.3%). The chemical compositions of essential oils from 19 Corsican locations were investigated. The study of the chemical variability using statistical analysis allowed identifying direct correlation between the three populations of P. sordidum widespread in Corsica and the essential oil compositions they produce. The in vitro antimicrobial activity of P. sordidum essential oil was evaluated and it exhibited a notable activity on a large panel of clinically significant microorganisms.  相似文献

The chemical composition and antioxidant activity of essential oils and MeOH extracts of stems, needles, and berries from Juniperus rigida were studied. The results indicated that the yield of essential oil from stems (2.5%) was higher than from needles (0.8%) and berries (1.0%). The gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) analysis indicated that 21, 17, and 14 compounds were identified from stems, needles, and berries essential oils, respectively. Caryophyllene, α‐caryophyllene, and caryophyllene oxide were primary compounds in both stems and needles essential oils. However, α‐pinene and β‐myrcene mainly existed in berries essential oils and α‐ionone only in needles essential oils. The high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis indicated that the phenolic profiles of three parts exhibited significant differences. Needles extracts had the highest content of chlorogenic acid, catechin, podophyllotoxin, and amentoflavone, and for berries extracts, the content of those compounds was the lowest. Meanwhile, three in vitro methods (DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP) were used to evaluate antioxidant activity. Stems essential oil and needles extracts exhibited the powerful antioxidant activity than other parts. This is the first comprehensive study on the different parts of J. rigida. The results suggested that stems and needles of J. rigida are useful supplements for healthy products as new resources.  相似文献

Perennial plant Mentha pulegium L. (pennyroyal, Lamiaceae) can be found in Europe and Mediterranean. In areas where it thrives, M. pulegium is used in nutrition and as medicinal plant. Essential oil of M. pulegium is also a frequent constituent of foods and fragrances, because of mint-like odor. Regarding the use of M. pulegium in traditional medicine and nutrition, as well as fact that essential oils are potential sources of bioactive components, this study was conducted to examine the chemical composition of essential oil of M. pulegium wild growing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its biological activity. The chemical profile testing was made using GC/MS and GC/FID technique. Potential of cholinesterase inhibition was tested by Ellman's assay. The antioxidant activity was tested by DPPH and FRAP assay. The dominant components in analyzed oil were pulegone 54.4 %, p-menthone 14.0 % and piperitenone 12.8 %. Good antioxidant activity and moderate cholinesterase inhibition potential of tested essential oil indicates to possibility of its use in treatment of diseases related to free radicals, Alzheimer disease and as lipid protecting antioxidant.  相似文献
