石山苏铁与锈毛苏铁羽片解剖学研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
研究了石山苏铁与锈毛苏铁叶的羽片横切面结构,结果表明,石山苏铁叶表面具厚的角质层,表皮细胞壁厚,排成整齐的一列:下皮层厚壁细胞仅分布于中脉隆起区和叶缘:叶肉由栅栏组织和海绵组织构成,栅栏组织为排列整齐的柱状细胞组成,位于近轴面的表皮层下方,并延伸至中脉区:海绵组织的细胞分布于副转输组织两侧,含晶细胞少;韧皮部在远轴面,排成弧形;木质部在近轴面,管胞分散,锈毛苏铁的羽片横切面结构在叶缘的形态,叶脉区隆起形态,韧皮部形态,分泌道有无及下皮层厚壁细胞的特点等方面与石山苏铁存在较明显的差异,本文支持把两者作为独立种的观点。  相似文献

研究了锈毛苏铁(Cycas ferruginea)、石山苏铁(C. miquelii)、四川苏铁(C. szechuanensis)、海南苏铁(C. hainanensis)、仙湖苏铁(C. fairylakea)和贵州苏铁(C. guizhouensis)等六种苏铁属植物羽片的比较解剖学,结果显示锈毛苏铁与石山苏铁在下皮层厚壁细胞、海绵组织中含晶细胞、中脉隆起、叶缘形态、韧皮部形态及分泌道的有无等特征上具有较明显的差异;四川苏铁与海南苏铁和仙湖苏铁非常相近;海南苏铁与仙湖苏铁基本一致;贵州苏铁在中脉隆起、叶缘形态、韧皮部形态等方面与四川苏铁、海南苏铁及仙湖苏铁三者有差异。支持将锈毛苏铁、石山苏铁独立为种的观点,并认为海 南苏铁与仙湖苏铁不能区分。四川苏铁与海南苏铁和仙湖苏铁具有较近的种系关系,贵州苏 铁与其它种的种系关系相对较远。  相似文献

报道了波温苏铁Bowenia spectabilis Hook.ex Hook. f)根、茎、叶的解剖结构.根的初生结构由表皮、皮层和中柱三部分组成,为二原型木质部.茎具大量薄壁组织,薄壁细胞富含淀粉粒,维管束为外韧并生.叶柄中含有5-8束维管束,呈弧形排列.羽片叶角质层厚,有小叶脉产生,气孔主要分布在下表皮.根、茎、叶木质部中的管胞主要是螺纹和孔纹管胞,有少量纤维分化;茎中管胞的侧壁呈现凹凸不平,部分管胞具有分枝或分叉现象.  相似文献

在开展苏铁Cycas revoluta形态特征观测中,发现一株苏铁根蘖苗有5片羽片生长异常,其中一片比其他正常羽片长且中脉出现分叉(即一羽多脉现象),另外4片基部两两贴生。另一株苏铁的小孢子叶球生长奇特,其顶部为莲座状,形似大孢子叶球。这两种异常现象为苏铁类植物的系统分类与演化研究提供了新资料。  相似文献

考查广西百色西林县叉孢苏铁和广西百色田东县锈毛苏铁的生态环境,结合观测其叶片的内部结构来探讨其与生境的适应性。结果表明叉孢苏铁群落乔木和灌木均9种,藤本8种,草本18种,蕨类2种,空间格局明显;锈毛苏铁群落乔木和灌木均5种,草本6种,蕨类4种,空间格局不明显。两种苏铁的羽片均由表皮、栅栏组织、海绵组织和副转输组织构成;叶轴均由表皮、厚壁组织、薄壁组织和维管组织构成。不同之处在于,锈毛苏铁的羽片、角质层、栅栏组织和叶轴的厚壁组织均较叉孢苏铁的厚,分别是叉孢苏铁的1.82倍、2.32倍、1.79倍和2.45倍左右;锈毛苏铁叶片的表皮之下有下皮层、各组织中有丰富的异细胞,而又孢苏铁的无或较少;锈毛苏铁的羽片中有黏液道,而叉孢苏铁的无。又孢苏铁的叶片表现为弱旱生异面叶,锈毛苏铁的则表现为强旱生异面叶。  相似文献

利用21个筛选出来的RAPD引物,对苏铁属21个种的22份材料进行分析,获得333个RAPD标记,利用NTSYS(V.2.10e)软件,建立了22份供试材料的UPGMA聚类图,进而探讨了苏铁属21个种类间的亲缘关系。RAPD聚类分析结合形态学研究结果表明:多裂苏铁和叉孢苏铁的亲缘关系很近,聚为一类,多裂苏铁应为叉孢苏铁的一个亚种。西林苏铁、隆林苏铁、叉孢苏铁、尖尾苏铁、叉叶苏铁、长柄叉叶苏铁、多羽叉叶苏铁、长球果苏铁、贵州苏铁、四川苏铁、短叶苏铁、石山苏铁、宽叶苏铁、十万大山苏铁、元江苏铁、仙湖苏铁、海南苏铁、台湾苏铁、广东苏铁、滇南苏铁相互间的亲缘关系均较远,支持各自为独立的种。  相似文献

对叉孢苏铁茎的解剖结构进行了仔细的研究,结果表明:叉孢苏铁茎具有发达的皮层,皮层及髓中具有黏液道,有外韧型和周韧型的维管束分布在皮层中,但主要以外韧型为主,在同一切面上能看到横、纵、斜3种不同走向的维管束,所有皮层维官束韧皮部组成成份比较单一。维管组织区由多个生长环组成,每个生长环都具有木质部、维管形成层和韧皮部组成,各生长环韧皮部所占比例均大于木质部,在具4生长环的下部茎的维管组织中,环与环之间间隔2~10层不等的薄壁细胞。从纵向变化上看,从上至下,维管组织区的厚度及生长环数逐渐递增,在同一组织中,含晶及含单宁物质的异细胞呈从无到有,从少到多的分布趋势。  相似文献

Leaf anatomy is compared for 47 taxa of the tribe Inuleae (Compositae) from New Zealand and Tasmania. The taxa are tabulated according to their lamina structure. Noteworthy anatomical features are lamina type and grade of differentiation, stomatal position, epidermis and cuticle thickness, shape of palisade cells, number of bundle-sheath layers; presence or absence of sclerenchyma caps, water storage cells, secretory canals, abaxial collenchyma and protruding midrib. It is shown that leaf anatomy data provide characters which are taxonomically useful in classification of Inuleae.  相似文献

苏铁属花粉萌发及保存条件研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以不同浓度梯度的蔗糖与硼酸组合在不同pH条件下用悬浮培养法测定德保苏铁、叉叶苏铁、元江苏铁和越南篦齿苏铁花粉的活力;将元江苏铁和越南篦齿苏铁花粉分别保存在不同低温、不同湿度的环境中,研究温度和湿度对保存花粉的影响。结果表明:(1)最适合苏铁属植物花粉萌发的培养液配方为蔗糖(1%~2.5%)+硼酸(100~500 mg/L),pH6.0~7.0;(2)在室温下,将苏铁花粉密封保存在有干燥剂的容器中,可存活30 d以上;(3)在0℃条件下,不加干燥剂,花粉可保存4个月以上;(4)用液氮保存后的越南篦齿苏铁花粉进行人工授粉,结实率高达90.3%,与用新鲜花粉人工授粉的结实率无明显差异;(5)将花粉含水率降低到15.5%~13.2%后,能在液氮中进行长期保存,表明花粉液氮保存可以作为苏铁花粉长期和超长期保存的方法。  相似文献

The occurrence of extrafloral nectaries (EFNs) in Meliaceae has been reported for some genera, but little anatomical data are available. Therefore, to determine the distribution and structural aspects of EFNs, Cedrela fissilis Vell. leaves in different stages of development were collected, fixed, and processed for light and scanning electron microscopy. On the petiole, rachis and petiolule, EFNs were found to be arranged predominantly towards the abaxial surface, while their occurrence in leaflet blades was restricted to the abaxial surface of the major veins, noticeably on the midrib. Basal leaflets displayed few EFNs; however, we observed an increase towards the leaf's apex. The leaf can contain more than 300 inconspicuous EFNs, which show secretory activity throughout the leaf's life. Two EFN morphotypes were visible: flattened or elevated, both circular or slightly elliptical and similar in origin and tissue composition. The secretory tissue is embedded in the rachis cortex or in the major veins of the leaf blade and EFNs are not vascularized. The EFN secretory pole shows a uniseriate epidermis with compactly arranged cells and a thin cuticle; stomata and trichomes are absent. The observation of ant visits at these structures reinforces the assumption that EFNs mediate ant–plant interactions and play a protective role against herbivores throughout the life of a leaf.  相似文献

Ovule-bearing leaves from the Paleozoic of North America assigned to Spermopteris and Phasmatocycas have been interpreted as primitive cycad megasporophylls. According to this hypothesis, Cycas megasporophylls were derived from a Spermopteris-like ancestor via Phasmatocycas and various other taeniopterid forms. This putative transformation entailed the phyletic shift of ovule attachment from the abaxial lamina surface of Spermopteris to the leaf midrib in Phasmatocyas. However, reexamination of the original Spermopteris specimens from the Lawrence Shale of Kansas has shown that the ovules are attached to the leaf midrib. Therefore, Spermopteris and Phasmatocyas differ only in a few details of lamina morphology. The apical cleft of the ovules of both forms is interpreted as an original feature rather than a preservational artifact; however, the abaxial flange is probably a result of compression of a terete midrib. Spermopteris is typified by sterile specimens of Taeniopteris coriacea from Europe, which are of uncertain affinity to the fertile leaves. Therefore, we propose that the ovule-bearing leaves now known as Spermopteris coriacea be named as a new species of Phasmatocycas (Phasmatocycas bridwellii sp. nov.). The new concept of Phasmatocyas is less cycad-like than previously thought, and the phylogenetic position of the genus is unclear.  相似文献

采用叶片表皮离析法、扫描电镜和石蜡制片法,研究了中国分布的番荔枝科瓜馥木属19种植物叶片的形态结构。结果表明:瓜馥木属叶片形态和结构具有较多的相似性,如叶片表皮均具有2-多个细胞的单列丝状毛,表皮细胞内具有一个晶簇,气孔器均为平列型,只分布在叶片的远轴面,远轴面的表皮细胞平周壁形成一个乳突,叶片主脉的维管组织除具有正常的维管组织外,还具有一个小的副维管束等,这些特征有助于区分番荔枝科植物的属间关系,支持瓜馥木属是一个很自然的类群。但叶片表皮毛的形态及分布,表皮细胞的形状、叶肉中栅栏组织和海绵组织的结构、远轴面的乳突大小以及叶主脉维管组织的细微结构则具有种间差异。尤其有助于区分小萼瓜馥木和黑风藤、广西瓜馥木和独山瓜馥木、上思瓜馥木和东方瓜馥木等形态相似、难以区分的植物种类。该研究结果为该属的系统研究和种间正确区分提供了重要资料。  相似文献

The anatomical characters found to be of most use in distinguishing taxa are: in surface view-cuticular architecture as seen with the SEM, stomatal outline, occasionally stomatal density, presence/absence of hairs, hair type in adult leaves; in transverse section-petiole/midrib outline, midrib number of vascular bundles and number of secretory ducts, adaxial epidermis in 1/2 layers, dimensions of adaxial epidermal cells, thickness of outer wall of adaxial epidermis, occasionally chlorenchyma interrupted/not interrupted above the midrib vascular tissue in Pittosporum species; leaf margin.  相似文献

1. Trioza eugeniae (Homoptera: Triozidae) females oviposit pre‐ ferentially on the margin of young, incompletely expanded Syzygium paniculatum leaves. As the density of eggs on the leaf increases, females will oviposit on the surface of the leaf blades. 2. The survivorship of eggs laid on the abaxial leaf midrib and near the abaxial leaf margin was significantly greater than that of eggs laid on the leaf margin. 3. Controlled environment studies demonstrated that maximum carrying capacity for T. eugeniae nymphs on a fully expanded leaf is approximated closely by the number of eggs that can be laid on the margin of a young, unexpanded leaf. 4. In field populations, nymphal densities fell below the hypothetical carrying capacity calculated from laboratory studies on 71% of the leaves examined. 5. The leaf margin appears to be a proximal cue used by ovipositing females for resources available to developing nymphs. Females that limit oviposition to available leaf margins appear to improve the probability of survival of their progeny through reduced intraspecific competition.  相似文献
