Intraventricular administration of the synthetic analogue of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (surfagon) results in increased humoral immune response and neutrophile activation including phagocytic and special functional indices in rats. Since testosterone blood level is not changed it may be concluded that the surfagon effect is mediated by nervous mechanisms. The conclusion is also confirmed by the obtained data of the brain stress-limiting system activation manifested by the decrease of oxidative stress. 相似文献

Effect of some protein and immunopeptide synthetic fragments on the humoral immune response has been studied. Some investigated peptides are shown to influence the antibody genesis at the secondary immune response to T-dependent antigen (bovine serum albumin) in mice. The serum antibody level specific for the bovine serum albumin is measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Possible mechanisms of the influence of such peptide fragments on the immune system is discussed. 相似文献

The suppressive effect of continuous infusion of bilirubin on the immune response in mice 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Mice (strains Balb/c and A/J) received an intravenous infusion of bilirubin for a 1 d period. The infusion was delivered at various phases of the primary reaction; the degree of the immune response was expressed as the number of antibody-forming cells against sheep erythrocytes. Bilirubin infusion during both the inductive and productive phase of the primary reaction decreased significantly the immune response. We assume that bilirubin influences the differentiation of immunocompetent cells immediately after their contact with the antigen; in addition it acts in the period of the quantitative increase of the number of antibody-producing cells. 相似文献

Abstract A study was made of the effect of humoral factors, isolated from bone marrow cell (BMC) supernatant fluid and capable of modifying CFU-S proliferation, on the generation of IgM plaque-forming cells (PFC) against sheep red blood cells (SRBC) in mice after adoptive transfer. Adoptive transfer of BMC, preincubated with the humoral factor RBME-III, which stimulates CFU-S proliferation, was shown to suppress the splenic PFC generation in recipients; treatment of BMC with a further factor NBME-IV, which inhibits CFU-S proliferation, was followed by augmentation of PFC generation. Similar effects were obtained while studying the IgM PFC generation in the bone marrow of mice after secondary immunization when relevant factors were injected, in vivo , 24 hr following primary immunization. The results of adoptive transfer experiments indicate that populations of T- and B-cells are not the targets for the action of CFU-S proliferation regulatory factors. These factors are shown to modulate the erythroid differentiation of CFU-S. The possibility of quantitative modification of immune response parameters with the help of bone marrow factors that influence the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-S is discussed. 相似文献

Aminoethylisothiuronium (AET) stimulated the formation of antibodies against sheep erythrocytes, not against E. coli, in X-irradiated (4 Gy) mice. The serum containing AET-induced interferon had the same effect. AET also promoted the rejection of the allogenic skin graft in mice irradiated with the same dose. In addition, AET and cystaphos stimulated the induction of interferon by the Newcastle disease virus in mice exposed to doses of 4, 5 or 6 Gy. 相似文献

The stability of mouse uterine cytosol receptor-[3H]estradiol complex was evaluated in the presence of neutral salts of the Hoffmeister series. Marked increases in the rate of dissociation of the complex were observed with the more chaotropic anions (SCN?, , , Br?), and the effects of these ions were greater at lower temperatures, where water assumes a more rigid structure. At higher temperatures F? and CH3COO?, which tend to stabilize water structure, led to retardation of the rate of dissociation of the hormone-receptor complex. There was essentially no change in steroid specificity in the presence of the markedly chaotropic salts. The perturbation of water structure adjacent to the steroid binding site is a factor to be considered in the isolation of steroid receptor complexes. 相似文献

Evidences available in home and foreign literature concerning the effect of normobaric hypoxia, adaptation to mountain climate conditions and trainings in barochamber on cellular and humoral indices of immunity have been critically considered. The data on the influence of permanent residence under mountain conditions on the level of sickness rate of population, bioenergy indices, and activity of the opiate brain system have been studied as well.
