中红侧沟茧蜂Microplitis mediator (Haliday) 是棉铃虫 Helicoverpa amigera (Hübner)的主要寄生蜂之一。在寻找害虫的过程中,害虫的寄主植物释放出的气味起着至关重要的作用。本文测定了中红侧沟茧蜂雌蜂对棉花中17种气味物质的触角电位反应,比较了雌雄茧蜂对6种气味反应的差别,并且测定了雌蜂对4种气味物质的剂量 反应。结果表明,在所测的气味物质中,中红侧沟茧蜂对脂肪族化合物的反应最强,对芳香族化合物的反应居中,而对萜类化合物的反应较弱。对所测的气味物质的反应,雌雄茧蜂之间的差异不显著。雌蜂对正己醛、苯乙酮、正壬醇的反应阈值为25 μL, 对苯甲醛的反应阈值为250 μL,在所测的浓度范围内,对4种化合物的反应均未达到饱和。 相似文献

日本柄瘤蚜茧蜂与其寄主豆蚜的相互作用:寄主龄期选择及其对发育的影响 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
在25℃下研究了日本柄瘤蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebus japonicus Ashmead对寄主豆蚜Aphis craccivora Koch龄期的选择和被寄生豆蚜的龄期对蚜茧蜂发育的影响。结果表明:在混合虫态寄主中,日本柄瘤蚜茧蜂通常选择较小龄期的若蚜寄生,其中2龄若蚜的相对被寄生率最高,为26.4%;其次是1龄若蚜,为20.6%;无翅成蚜与3、4龄有翅若蚜和成蚜的相对被寄生率较低。日本柄瘤蚜茧蜂的寄生延长了豆蚜若蚜的发育,其中1龄若蚜被寄生后,1~3龄历期显著延长;有翅3龄若蚜被寄生后,3、4龄历期明显延长;但无翅和有翅4龄若蚜被寄生后的发育历期均不受影响。各龄若蚜被寄生后羽化的成蚜寿命明显缩短,其中,被寄生的1龄若蚜不能发育至成蚜,其它较早龄期被寄生的若蚜羽化的成蚜繁殖力均显著降低。寄生时寄主的发育期也影响寄生蜂的发育,2龄豆蚜被寄生时的日本柄瘤蚜茧蜂个体发育最快,为194.10 h;1龄寄主被寄生时蚜茧蜂的发育最慢,需215.80 h。并对不同发育期蚜虫总蛋白质和总糖原含量进行了测定。 相似文献

“Y”型管嗅觉计及风洞测定试验明,小麦植株,麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae),禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)对燕麦蚜蜂(Aphidius avenae)雌蜂的吸引作用较小,而有蚜植株及蚜害植株对其吸引作用较大,并以麦长管蚜有蚜植株的吸引作用最强,尽管该蜂对禾谷缢管蚜的寄生率极你,工作量 由其危害诱导产生的挥发性信息化僵物对该蜂仍具有较强的吸引作用,GC-MS鉴定结果表明,麦蚜取食诱导的挥发性信息化合物主要是2-莰烯,6-甲基-5-已烯-2-酮,顺-3-已酰酸酯有水杨酸甲酯,其中6-甲基-5-已烯-2-酮和6-甲基-5-已烯-2-醇对燕麦蚜划蜂的吸引作用最强,水杨酸酯无明显吸引作用。 相似文献

豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebus fabarum Marshall和广双瘤蚜茧蜂Binodoxys communis Gahan是大豆田大豆蚜的重要寄生蜂。2009—2010年,采取棋盘式采样和随机抽样调查相结合的方法,在辽宁岫岩对大豆田内的豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂和广双瘤蚜茧蜂的发生动态进行了研究。结果显示,2009年,豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂6月20号前后在田间开始少量发生,7月上旬数量急速上升,中旬达到最高值,然后开始下降;8月中旬出现第2个高峰,数量上明显小于第1个高峰期,但2010年只有1个高峰,第2个高峰不明显;广双瘤蚜茧蜂6月底开始出现并不断上升,到7月上、中旬达到一定量后持续到8月底。总体来说,豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂发生的时间比广双瘤蚜茧蜂早,且数量也较多。同时在大田按照不同的处理,对豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂进行大田罩笼繁殖研究,当豆柄瘤蚜茧蜂与适龄蚜虫数量比值为1:100的情况下产生的僵蚜数量最多。为大田有效利用蚜茧蜂控制大豆蚜提供了必要的基础资料。 相似文献

采用单选试验,观察了可疑柄瘤蚜茧蜂(Tysiphlebus anbiguus)对不同发育时期黑豆蚜的寄生选择及其后代生长发育适合度相关特征,以检验寄主大小与其质量是否存在正相关关系。结果表明,黑豆蚜(Aphis fabae)1~4龄和成蚜均被寄生,但对2龄若蚜的寄生率最高(35.25%),对成蚜寄生率最低(14.75%);寄生低龄蚜虫的羽化率显著高于高龄若蚜和成蚜。寄生2龄若蚜的发育历期(8.4d)最短,而寄生1龄若蚜最长(9.3d);寄生2~4龄蚜虫的后代蜂体型显著大于寄生1龄和成蚜;寄生4龄若蚜的后代中,雌蜂比例(75.74%)显著高于1龄若蚜(62.89%)和成蚜(65.19%),但与寄生2~3龄若蚜无显著差异。寄主黑豆蚜的质量从高至低依次为2龄〉3龄=4龄〉成蚜〉1龄,因此,对可疑柄瘤蚜茧蜂而言。寄主大小与其质量并非存在正相关性。 相似文献

利用触角电位(EAG)技术测定了烟蚜茧蜂(Aphididius gifuensis)对蚜虫性信息素(荆芥醇和荆芥内酯)和报警信息素(反-β-法尼烯)以及烟草挥发性物质的电生理反应.结果表明:雌蜂和雄蜂对蚜虫性信息素、报警信息素、烟草挥发物均有反应,但雌雄蜂对这些化学信息物质的嗅觉敏感性存在差异,雌蜂对荆芥醇、荆芥内酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、反-2-己烯醛、水杨酸甲酯和里那醇的EAG反应都大于雄峰,证明雌雄蜂在利用寄主栖境中信息化学物质方面存在不同的策略,它们分别识别了不同的有关寄主的化学指纹图;烟蚜茧蜂对烟草气味组分具有不同的敏感性,对绿叶气味组分的EAG反应要强于对萜类化合物的反应,绿叶气味组分很有可能在其寻找桃蚜的过程中发挥远距离定向作用. 相似文献

在室内(25±1℃,L:D=16:8光周期,RH=40%~60%)条件下,研究了茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂Lysiphlebus testaceipes(Cresson)对苜蓿蚜Aphis craccivora(Koch)若蚜的寄生功能反应。结果表明:苜蓿蚜的龄期对茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂的寄生作用有很大影响,用功能反应HollingⅡ模型模拟,其模拟方程为Na=1.118 N/(1+0.0184 N)。通过该方程可明确单头雌成蜂在24 h内最多寄生60.60头苜蓿蚜,其寄生1头苜蓿蚜所需时间为0.396 h。在5个温度梯度下,茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂对苜蓿蚜的寄生功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,但不同温度下的功能反应参数有明显的差异。此外茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂自身密度对寄生有一定的干扰作用,其干扰作用通过Hassell-Varley模型拟合,方程为a=0.0621P-0.3062,表明茶足柄瘤蚜茧蜂雌蜂的发现域随着自身密度的增加而逐渐变小,寄生蜂雌蜂个体间的相互干扰效应降低了寄生效能。 相似文献

桔小实蝇寄主范围广,可危害芒果、柑橘、咖啡和红辣椒等250多种水果和蔬菜,现已成为中国、东南亚、印度次大陆和夏威夷群岛一带的危险性果蔬害虫。本文利用触角电位(electroantennogram,EAG)技术,测定了桔小实蝇雌雄成虫对8种寄主挥发物标准化合物(1,8桉叶素、α-蒎烯、β-石竹烯、柠檬醛、香草醛、乙醇、芳樟醇和月桂烯)的EAG反应。结果表明:上述标准化合物均能引起EAG反应,EAG反应值随着浓度增大(0.1μg/μL、1μg/μL、10μg/μL和100μg/μL)而显著不同。当柠檬醛和月桂烯浓度为100μg/μL时,桔小实蝇雌虫交配前、后的EAG反应值存在显著性差异。浓度为100μg/μL的1,8桉叶素对桔小实蝇交配后雌虫和雄虫的刺激反应存在显著性差异。桔小实蝇交配前雌虫和雄虫对浓度为100μg/μL乙醇的EAG反应值存在显著性差异。 相似文献

Electroantennogram (EAG) responses were recorded from females of two related butterfly species, Pieris brassicae L. and P. rapae L. (Lepidoptera: Pieridae) to 23 volatiles of plant origin, 19 of which have been reported to occur in the headspace of their preferred host plants, Brassica and Sinapis species (Cruciferae). In both species, selective responses were observed and the most effective compounds were the 6-carbon fatty acid derivatives trans-hex-2-enal, hexan-1-ol and hexanal, which are common green leaf volatiles. Of the 6 isoprenoids tested, myrcene and geraniol were most effective. Of the 4 crucifer-specific compounds tested, phenylacetonitrile was a distinctly stronger stimulant than the three isothiocyanates in both species. The rank order of mean stimulating effectiveness of all compounds tested was strongly correlated between the two species. Statistical analysis of dose-response relationships for 6 compounds revealed significant differences between compounds. The rank order of effectiveness changed with dose. Exclusive exposure to Sinapis arvensis during larval life and young adulthood resulted in quantitative changes in EAG responses to several compounds in both species, although the overall rank order of effectiveness was strongly correlated between the groups reared on the two host plants. 相似文献

采用活体蚜虫测定法,利用EAG技术比较分析了麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae和禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi有翅及无翅成蚜对小麦挥发物及麦蚜取食诱导挥发物组分的嗅觉反应,揭示了两种麦蚜的嗅觉变异特点。结果表明:麦长管蚜对水杨酸甲酯、反-2-己烯醛、反-2-己烯醇、-6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮和-6-甲基-5-庚烯-2醇的反应较强,禾谷缢管蚜对水杨酸甲酯、反-3-己烯乙酸酯、-6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮和-6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-醇的反应较强,并得到了剂量反应曲线。麦长管蚜的有翅和无翅成蚜对6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、反-2-己烯醇和水杨酸甲酯的反应差异显著;禾谷缢管蚜的有翅和无翅成蚜对反-2-己烯醇、辛醛、里那醇、水杨酸甲酯和反-3-己烯乙酸酯的EAG反应差异显著,其原因与禾谷缢管蚜迁移及转主为害的生物学特性有关。 相似文献

Abstract. Electroantennogram (EAG) responses of immature aphids were investigated for 30 plant volatile compounds in third‐ and fourth‐stadium nymphs of the black bean aphid, Aphis fabae. The nymphs were destined to develop into adult alate (winged) virginoparae. The EAG response profiles were similar to those previously reported in the adults. Among the compounds tested, hexanonitrile elicited the largest EAG responses in both nymphal stadia, corresponding to previously reported results with adults. Six‐carbon aliphatic compounds showed relatively higher EAG activities in the nymphs but, in contrast, (E)‐2‐hexenal, benzaldehyde, α‐pinene and β‐pinene, and citronellal elicited relatively smaller EAG responses in nymphs than adults. Although overall EAG response profiles were similar between the third and the fourth stadia for the majority of the volatiles, four aldehyde compounds, hexanal (E)‐2‐heptenal, 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde and citronellal, showed relatively higher EAG activities in the third than in the fourth stadium. The present study indicates that aphid nymphs possess a functional olfactory receptor system before the antennae are fully developed morphologically and physiologically. 相似文献

Abstract. In Y-tube olfactometer tests, Aphidius ervi Hal., Trioxys sp., Praon sp., Aphelinus flavus (Nees), Lysiphlebus fabarum (Marsh.) and Aphidius rophalosiphi De Stef. responded positively to the odour of the plant on which aphid mummies containing them had been collected. The response to host plant odour was greater than the response to the odour of host aphids, their honeydew or a combination of the two. The strongest response was to a combination of plant and host aphids. A. rhopalosiphi showed a strong positive response to three wheat volatiles (cis-3-hexenyl acetate, cis-3-hexen-1-ol and trans-2-hexenal) as well as to indole-3-acetaldehyde (a breakdown product of tryptophan in aphid honeydew). In both olfactometer tests with odours and choice trials with whole plants, newly emerged A. rhopalosiphi distinguished and preferred the variety of wheat on which their development had occurred to other wheat varieties. 相似文献

以顺3-己烯乙酸酯为标准化合物,研究了豆野螟雌、雄成虫触角对不同浓度的植物挥发性和性信息素化合物组分的触角电位(EAG)反应.结果表明:豆野螟雌、雄成虫触角对植物挥发性气味具有强烈的EAG反应,但在大部分浓度下,雌、雄虫的反应没有显著差异.在测试的9种植物挥发性化合物中,雌、雄虫对高浓度反-2-己烯醛刺激的相对EAG反应的最大值分别达到250%和260%,且雌、雄虫触角对这种化合物的EAG反应的形状也有很大差异;但对豇豆花气味中的柏木烯和柏木脑没有明显的EAG反应.雌、雄蛾对性信息素都有明显反应,且雌、雄虫的反应存在显著差异,雄虫触角对性信息素化合物主要组分(反10,反12)-十六碳二烯醛的EAG反应的最大值达到250%,远超过雌虫反应的最大值(53%).雌、雄成虫这种神经感觉反应的差异反映了它们在感器结构、功能和行为上的差异. 相似文献

B型烟粉虱对三种寄主植物及其挥发物的行为反应 总被引:20,自引:2,他引:20
利用Y型嗅觉仪,测定了B型烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)雌虫对3种寄主植物、挥发物提取液、挥发物标样以及寄主植物挥发物模拟样的行为反应,并比较鉴定寄主植物挥发物的组分和含量,以期明确植物挥发物在B型烟粉虱寄主定向行为中的作用。结果表明:1)番茄植株和甘蓝植株及其相应的挥发物提取物对烟粉虱雌成虫均具有显著的引诱作用,而辣椒植株和挥发物提取物的引诱作用不明显;3种寄主植物和挥发物提取物分别两两之间比较时,烟粉虱的选择行为均极显著地表现为番茄 > 甘蓝 > 辣椒。2)番茄、甘蓝和辣椒具有不同的挥发物化学图谱,且挥发物组分的相对百分含量差异很大;番茄挥发物总量远远大于甘蓝和辣椒;从组分来看,番茄挥发物中主要为萜烯类(89.8%),甘蓝挥发物中主要为烷烃类(53.0%)。3)8种寄主植物挥发物标样(10-1~10-6 μL/μL)中,除1,8-桉树脑始终对烟粉虱具有引诱作用外,丁子香酚、苎烯、里那醇和月桂烯则是分别在10-4~10-6,10-1~10-4,10-1~10-4和10-1~10-4μL/μL时,才具有引诱作用;α-蒎烯、顺-3-已烯-1醇则在高浓度下(10-1和10-2 μL/μL)对烟粉虱具有排斥作用,低浓度下对烟粉虱没有任何影响;正十二烷在任何浓度下对烟粉虱均没有任何作用。4)在辣椒上分别喷施番茄挥发物模拟样和甘蓝挥发物模拟样,均显著增加对烟粉虱的引诱作用,而在番茄上喷施辣椒挥发物模拟样则无明显增效作用。综合分析认为,挥发性物质在B型烟粉虱对不同寄主植物的选择偏好时具有重要的行为导向作用。 相似文献

用MS302生物信号记录分析系统,以顶端记录法测定松阿扁叶蜂成虫对不同树种挥发性物质的EAG反应。结果显示,该蜂成虫对其嗜好的油松、赤松、华山松挥发物的EAG反应敏感,雌成虫放电频率分别为45.2次/s、42.1次/s、42.3次/s,电位值依次为1 022 mV、1.139 mV、0.706 mV, 但对其非寄主树种的侧柏挥发物反应微弱,对空气无反应。雌成虫对油松挥发物的不同气流量17 mL/s、17 mL/s、85 mL/s的放电频率和电位值分别为24.8次/s、45.2次/s、46.6次/s和0.533 mV、1.022 mV、1.316 mV,表明EAG反应程度因挥发物气流量浓度不同而变化。触角电位与选择性行为的测试结果基本一致,表明松阿扁叶蜂在寄主选择过程中,触角的嗅觉功能起着重要作用。 相似文献

Plant volatiles have been demonstrated to play an important role in regulating the behavior of Cotesia plutellae, a major larval parasitoid of the diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella, but little is currently known about the function of each volatile and their mixtures. We selected 13 volatiles of the DBM host plant, a cruciferous vegetable, to study the electroantennogram (EAG) and behavioral responses of C. plutellae. EAG responses to each of the compounds generally increased with concentration. Strong EAG responses were to 100 μL/mL of trans‐2‐hexenal, benzaldehyde, nonanal and cis‐3‐hexenol, and 10 μL/mL of trans‐2‐hexenal and benzaldehyde with the strongest response provoked by trans‐2‐hexenal at 100 μL/mL. In the Y‐tube olfactometer, C. plutellae, was significantly attracted by 1 μL/mL of trans‐2‐hexenal and benzaldehyde. β‐caryophyllene, cis‐3‐hexenol or trans‐2‐hexenal significantly attracted C. plutellae at 10 μL/mL, while nonanal, benzyl alcohol, cis‐3‐hexenol or benzyl cyanide at 100 μL/mL significantly attracted C. plutellae. Trans‐2‐hexenal significantly repelled C. plutellae at 100 μL/mL. EAG of C. plutellae showed strong responses to all mixtures made of five various compounds with mixtures 3 (trans‐2‐hexenal, benzaldehyde, nonanal, cis‐3‐hexenol, benzyl cyanide, farnesene, eucalyptol) and 4 (trans‐2‐hexenal, benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, (R)‐(+)‐limonene, β‐ionone, farnesene, eucalyptol) significantly attracting C. plutellae. These findings demonstrate that the behavior of C. plutellae can be affected either by individual compounds or mixtures of plant volatiles, suggesting a potential of using plant volatiles to improve the efficiency of this parasitoid for biocontrol of P. xylostella. 相似文献
