Two new dibenzoxazepinones have been isolated from the leaves of Carex distachya, an herbaceous plant growing in the Mediterranean area. The structures have been elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic properties. Bidimensional NMR (DQ-COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY, HSQC, and HMBC) furnished important data useful for the characterization of the molecules. The compounds have been assayed, for the antioxidant activity, by measuring its capacity to scavenge the DPPH, the superoxide anion, and nitric oxide radicals.  相似文献

Four metabolites, named carexanes I-L, have been isolated from the roots of Carex distachya Desf, an herbaceous plant living in the Mediterranean maquis, together with three known compounds, already isolated from the aerial part of the plant. All the compounds have been characterized on the basis of their spectroscopic properties. Carexane I derived from the lose of a proton from the C-18 carbon of an intermediate isopropyl cation. Its stereostructure has been elucidated by Mosher's method, NOESY/ROESY experiments and computational calculations. The bioactivity on seed germination and root/shoot growth of Lactuca sativa L. of all the isolated compounds is also reported.  相似文献

One new flavonol glycoside, myricetin 3-O-(6″-3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-β-glucopyranoside (1) and 13 known compounds (2 − 14) were isolated from the leaves of Homonoia riparia. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Among them, compounds 112 were obtained from the genus Homonoia for the first time. Compounds 4, 5, 8 and 11 were isolated for the first time in Euphorbiaceae family from present investigation.  相似文献

Two galloylglucosides, 6-hydroxy-eugenol 4-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-beta-D-4C1-glucopyranoside (4) and 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,2-diol-2-O-(2',6'-di-O-galloyl)-beta-D -4C1-glucopyranoside (7), and two C-glycosidic tannins, vascalaginone (10) and grandininol (14), together with fourteen known metabolites, gallic acid (1), methyl gallate (2), nilocitin (3), 1-O-galloyl-4,6-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl-(alpha/beta)-D-glucopyranose (5), 4,6-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl-(alpha/beta)-D-glucopyranose (6), 3,4,6-valoneoyl-(alpha/beta)-D-glucopyranose (8), pedunculagin (9), casuariin (11), castalagin (12), vascalagin (13), casuarinin (15), grandinin (16), methyl-flavogallonate (17) and ellagic acid (18), were identified from the leaves of Pimenta dioica (Merr.) L. (Myrtaceae) on the basis of their chemical and physicochemical analysis (UV, HRESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR). It was found that 9 is the most cytotoxic compound against solid tumour cancer cells, the most potent scavenger against the artificial radical DPPH and physiological radicals including ROO*, OH*, and O2-*, and strongly inhibited the NO generation and induced the proliferation of T-lymphocytes and macrophages. On the other hand, 3 was the strongest NO inhibitor and 16 the highest stimulator for the proliferation of T-lymphocytes, while 10 was the most active inducer of macrophage proliferation.  相似文献

报道了浙江薹草属一新种,即近头状薹草Carex subcapitata X.F.Jin,C.Z.Zheng&B.Y.Ding。新种以秆侧生,叶片狭,小穗1-2个生于各节及小穗雄雌顺序,而与大舌薹草C.grandiligulata K kenth.相近,区别在于苞鞘无毛,小穗宽卵形,近头状,长5-7mm,具4-7 朵雌花,雌花鳞片近卵形,果囊的喙长1.5-2mm。  相似文献

The ethyl acetate extract of leaves of Moldenhawera nutans Queiroz & Alkin (Leguminosae) furnished, besides methyl gallate and gallic acid, the flavonols named laricetrin, laricetrin 3-glucoside and laricetrin 3-galactoside as well as the new one named laricetrin 5-galloyl-3-beta-D-xylopyranoside. It also was isolated from the hexane extract: beta-sitosterol, lupenone, beta-amyrinone, alpha-amyrinone, lupeol, beta-amyrin, alpha-amyrin and alpha-tocopherol. The antioxidant activities of flavonoids were measured through DPPH radical scavenging and inhibition of auto-oxidation of beta-carotene methods. The structures of the compounds were determined by analyses of spectral data. This is the first report dealing with phytochemical studies of leaves of M. nutans. In addition this current work describes the unequivocal attribution of 1H NMR and 13C NMR data of laricetrin.  相似文献

采用硅胶柱层析法对黄连木叶粗多酚进行纯化,并且对纯化后的多酚、单宁、黄酮组分进行测定。结果表明,纯化产物中的多酚、单宁、黄酮含量分别为1.0125g当量没食子酸每克样品、0.8600g当量单宁酸每克样品和0.1453g当量芦丁每克样品。与粗多酚相比,多酚含量提高了20.54%,单宁含量提高了13.53%,黄酮含量提高了12.03%。采用DPPH自由基清除法、FRAP总抗氧化法对纯化产物进行体外抗氧化活性检测。同时,以秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditiselegans)为模式动物检测纯化产物对胡桃醌诱导线虫体内活性氧(ROS)的抑制效应和对线虫存活率的影响。结果表明,黄连木多酚纯化产物体外抗氧活性强于黄连木叶粗多酚,强于维生素C,但稍逊于纯茶多酚;且能显著提高线虫的存活率和降低线虫细胞内ROS浓度。以上结果说明黄连木叶多酚是很好的天然抗氧化剂,具有在食品、医药、化妆品等领域广泛应用的潜力。  相似文献

A novel flavonol glycoside named camellianoside and three known flavonol glycosides were isolated from the leaves of Camellia japonica. The structure of camellianoside was established as quercetin-3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside by spectroscopic and chemical methods. The antioxidant activities of these glycosides evaluated by the diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging reaction was higher than those of L-cysteine and L-ascorbic acid used as the reference antioxidants.  相似文献
