In this ninth and final part of a revision of the ocypodid genus Macrophthalmus Latreille (Crustacea: Brachyura), eight species are considered— M. leptophthalmus (H. M. Edw.), M. boteltobagoe (Sakai), M. philippinensis SereGne, M. consobrinus Nobili, M. gastrodes Kemp, M. franchettii Maccagno, M. gallardoi SereGne and M. vietnamensis SereGne—and the status of a species previously considered valid, M. holthuisi SereGne, is reconsidered. Only M. leptophthalmus, M. boteltobagoe and M. philippinensis are considered valid. Macrophthalmus , as here revised, contains 38 living and three extinct species, whilst 33 species have been reduced to synonyms. These various species are summarily listed and a key to the living species is provided.  相似文献

Faecal samples from 514 kangaroos and wallabies representing 12 species of the genus Macropus were examined for oocysts of Eimeria spp. Six species of Eimeria were redescribed from their type hosts, and on the basis of finding homologous oocysts in the faeces of other Macropus spp., host ranges for these coccidia were extended. Eimeria hestermani Mykytowycz, 1964 is redescribed from M. giganteus (eastern grey kangaroo) and is described from M. fuliginosus (western grey kangaroo), M. rufogriseus (red-necked wallaby), M. dorsalis (black-striped wallaby), and M. eugenii (tammar wallaby). E. toganmainensis Mykytowycz, 1964 is redescribed from M. rufus (red kangaroo) and the host range is extended to M. giganteus, M. fuliginosus, M. rufogriseus and M. eugenii. E. wilcanniensis Mykytowycz, 1964 is redescribed from M. rufus, and the host range is extended to M. giganteus, M. fuliginosus and M. robustus (euro or wallaroo). E. macropodis Wenyon & Scott, 1925 is redescribed from M. rufogriseus, and is described from M. giganteus, M. fuliginosus, M. rufus, M. irma (western brush wallaby), M. parryi (whip-tailed wallaby), M. dorsalis, M. eugenii, and M. parma (parma wallaby). E. fausti Yakimoff & Matschoulsky, 1936, E. cunnamullensis Mykytowycz, 1964 and E. purchasei Mykytowycz, 1964 are synonymized with E. macropodis. E. marsupialium Yakimoff & Matschoulsky, 1936 is redescribed from M. giganteus, and from M. fuliginosus. E. gungahlinensis Mykytowycz, 1964 is redescribed from M. fuliginosus, and from M. giganteus. Seven new species of Eimeria are described. E. flindersi, new species, is described from M. eugenii, M. rufogriseus, and M. antilopinus (antilopine wallaroo). E. prionotemni, new species, is described from M. eugenii, M. parryi, M. rufogriseus, M. agilis (agile wallaby) and M. dorsalis. E. mykytowyczi, new species, is described from M. agilis, M. antilopinus, and M. parryi. E. parryi, new species, is described from M. parryi. E. yathongensis, new species, is described from M. fuliginosus and M. giganteus. E. parma, new species, is described from M. parma, and E. desmaresti, new species, is described from M. rufogriseus. E. kogoni Mykytowycz, 1964, and E. rufusi Prasad, 1960 are considered species inquirendae. The host-parasite associations of these coccidia, and of similar species of Eimeria in other genera of Macropodoid marsupials, are discussed in relation to the postulated phylogeny of the hosts.  相似文献

中国近海文蛤属(双壳纲,帘蛤科)的系统分类学研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
长期以来,我国的文蛤分类存在着严重的问题和混乱现象,它已影响和制约了我国文蛤的水产养殖和遗传育种等相关研究。利用比较形态学和分子生物学技术,对我国沿海分布的文蛤属进行了系统的分类学研究,澄清了混淆种,修订了物种名称,确立了我国沿海文蛤的分类地位,对文蛤属的分类系统进行分子重建。结果表明短文蛤和丽文蛤为近缘种先聚到一起,然后与斧文蛤聚到一起,而琴文蛤、文蛤与该属其它 3 种文蛤的分歧时间较早。研究结果将为文蛤的分类研究、遗传育种、资源保护和利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

对我国木兰属(Magnolia)12个种的核型进行了分析,x=19,厚朴、凹叶厚朴、红花山玉兰、山玉兰、天目木兰、夜合为二倍体,2n=2x=38;紫玉兰、玉兰、玉堂春为四倍体,2n=4x=76;乐东木兰、荷花玉兰、狭叶荷花玉兰为六倍体,2n=6x=114,该属具有属内多倍体(次生多倍化)。核型分析结果表明:木兰属种间核型差异较小,大部分为中部着丝粒染色体(m),少数为具近中部着丝粒染色体(sm),二倍体种中只有一对具近端部着丝粒染色体(st),其核型均为2B型。  相似文献

中国迷蚜蝇属Milesia厘订(双翅目:食蚜蝇科)   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
中国原记载分布有14种迷蚜蝇。本文通过对我国迷蚜蝇馆藏标本的收集、整理、鉴定,发现有6个新异名:瑞丽迷蚜蝇M.ruiliana Yang et Cheng和清华迷蚜蝇M.tachina Yang et Cheng为黄带迷蚜蝇M.cretosa Hippa的异名,茂兰迷蚜蝇M.tachina Yang et Cheng为锈色迷蚜蝇Mferruginosa的异名,黑色迷蚜蝇M.atricorporis Yang et Cheng为黑色迷蚜蝇M.quantula Hippa的异名,拟蜂迷蚜蝇M.vesparia Shiraki和隆顶迷蚜蝇M.turgidiverticis Yang et Cheng为隆顶迷蚜蝇M.verticalis Brunetti的异名。并首次报道杂色迷蚜蝇M.variegata Brunetti在中国有分布。到目前为止,我国实际有分布的迷蚜蝇共13种(其中,棕缘迷蚜蝇M.fuscicosta (Bigot)分布在我国南海,未见标本)。本文提供了每种的腹部特征图,并列出所有中国种类的分类检索表,同时附有地理分布图。中国迷蚜蝇种类如下:闽小迷蚜蝇M.apsycta Seguy、玉带迷蚜蝇M.balteata Kertesz、黄带迷蚜蝇M.cretosa Hippa、锈色迷蚜蝇M.ferruginosa Brunetti、裂翅迷蚜蝇M.fissipennis Speiser、非凡迷蚜蝇M.insignis Hippa、马氏迷蚜蝇M.maai Hippa、桔斑迷蚜蝇M.variegata Brunetti、寡斑迷蚜蝇M.paucipunctata Yang et Cheng、黑色迷蚜蝇M.quantula Hippa、中华迷蚜蝇M.sinensis Curran、隆顶迷蚜蝇M.verticalis Brunetti和棕缘迷蚜蝇M.fuscicosta Bigot。  相似文献

Twenty-six species of silica-scaled chrysophytes representing the genera Chrysosphaerella (1 species), Mallomonas (19 species) and Synura (6 species) are reported based on transmission electron microscopy from the springtime flora of the slightly acidic bog-lake Baláta-tó, a Nature Reserve, situated in Southwest Hungary. Ten of them ( Mallomonas alata, M. clavus, M. insignis, M. mangofera, M. oviformis, M. papillosa, M. pillula, M. scalaris, M. transsylvanica and Synura multidentata ) are new records for Hungary. Furthermore, two species, M. pillula and M. scalaris are for the first time found in the Carpathian Basin and M. alata f. hualvensis is a new record for the flora of Europe. Twelve mite species of the genus Macrocheles (Acari: Macrochelidae) were collected from the body surface of dung beetles in Java, Indonesia. Of these, three species, i.e., Macrocheles jabarensis, M. jonggolensis, and M. sukabumiensis, were described as new to science. Female of M. dispar was redescribed. Two species, i.e., M. baliensis and M. sukaramiensis, were recorded from Java for the first time. The occurrence of five species previously recorded from Java, i.e., M. hallidayi, M. kraepelini, M. limue, M. oigru, and M. merdarius, were reconfirmed. Taxonomic status of M. sp. aff. glaber was not settled in the present study, because we could not obtain the male and immatures which are indispensable for exact identification. In total 15 species of the genus Macrocheles, including 3 species already recorded but not collected in this research (M. crispa, M. krantzi, and M. subbadius), are known from Java up to date.  相似文献

鲂属团头鲂、三角鲂及广东鲂种间遗传关系及种内遗传差异   总被引:36,自引:2,他引:36  
采用形态判别、同工酶分析和RAPD分析相结合的方法,从3个层次研究分析了鲂属团头鲂、三角鲂和广东鲂的种间亲缘关系和种内遗传差异。结果表明:(1)3种鲂在形态可数性状上差异不显著,而可量性状与框架分析揭示团头鲂与三角鲂亲缘关系较近,它们同广东鲂差异较大;(2)团头鲂和三角鲂均具有MDH同工酶的s-Mdh-D位点,而广东鲂未见,引物S11扩增的结果在3种鲂间均显示种的特异性,这些同工酶谱带和DNA扩增带可作为3种鲂的种间分子标记;(3)3种鲂种间亲缘关系在三个研究层面上相互吻合:即广东鲂和头鲂、三角鲂差异较大,亲缘关系较远,而三角鲂和团头鲂之间差异小,亲缘关系较近;(4)同工酶和RAPD分析揭示,三角鲂种内遗传多样性显著地高于广东鲂和团头鲂。  相似文献

Maranta subgen. Maranta includes species related to M. arundinacea L. It is characterized by aerial shoots with a strong monopodial tendency, absence of root tubers, simple inflorescences or few-branched, often diffuse synflorescences, florescences with few, herbaceous spathes, and comparatively large, distinctly pedicellate flowers. There are occasional exceptions to all these characters. Most species are partial selfers, only two or three being allogamous. Sixteen species are recognized, eight of which are new: M. linearis, M. sobolifera, M. lindmanii, M. zingiberina, M. incrassata, M. rupicola, M. amazonica , and M. tuberculata. The new species are described, and all species are defined and discussed, data being given about distribution and habitat. Growth habit and rhizome structure are essential taxonomic characters, but leaf shape and indument distribution are more useful characters for routine identification. Of the species referred to subgen. Automaranta by Schumann in Das Pflanzenreich, three are excluded: M. cordata, M. pohliana , and M. foliosa.  相似文献

本研究应用特异寡聚核苷酸引物和双脱氧核苷酸终止法测定绿僵菌Metarhizium不同种的部分rRNA序列。这些序列分别选自小亚基(18S)和大亚基(25S)rRNA上的不同区域。校排的不同序列用于计算核苷酸的差异。绿僵菌的系统发育关系采用最大可能性(Maximum-Likelihood)方法分析。所有的分类单元聚类成二个分支。在产生圆柱状瓶形小梗的种中,M.anisopliae var.anisopliae,M.anisopliae var.majus,M.brunneum(NRRL1944),M.guizhouense,M.pingshaense和未知种M.sp.2组成一个密切相关的群组,而M.anisopliae(ACCC 30104)位于这群组之外。在产生棍棒状瓶形小梗的种中,M.album,M.cylindrosporae和M.flavoviride互相独立成支。实验结果不支持Metarhizium只能区分为M.anisopliae和M.flavoviride二个种的分类观点。文中还讨论了经典分类标准的系统发育价值。  相似文献

ABSTRACT. The Neotropical species of Metopia Meigen are revised, and a total of fifteen species recorded from the region. Five species are described as new; M.aurigans sp.n., M.pulverulenta sp.n., M.hispidimana sp.n., M.flava sp.n., and M.cubitosetigera sp.n. Three species are recorded for the first time from the Neotropical region; M.inermis Allen, 1926, M.krombeini Sabrosky, 1953, and M.sinipalpis Allen, 1926. Four new synonyms are proposed; M.tessellata Allen, 1926, syn.n. of M.perpendicularis Wulp, 1890, M.macrocera Dodge, 1968, syn.n. of M.brasiliana (Townsend, 1929), M.astuta Dodge, 1968, syn.n. of M.brasiliana (Town-send, 1929), and M.lucipeda Reinhard, 1961, syn.n. of M.campestris (Fallen, 1810). Males of M.polita (Townsend, 1935) and M.juquiana (Townsend, 1934) are recorded for the first time. A key to all American species of Metopia is provided, and the phylogenetic affinities of the Neotropical species are briefly discussed.  相似文献

Abstract  The genus Menippus is revised for Australia, with six species, three of which are new: M. cynicus Clark, M. darcyi sp. nov. , M. ewani sp. nov. , M. fugitivus (Lea), M. sufi sp. nov. and M. yulensis (Jacoby) comb. nov. (from Diorhabda Weise). Menippus yulensis was described from New Guinea. This species and M. darcyi were formerly confused in Australia with M. fugitivus , which is now considered endemic to Lord Howe Island. The species formerly considered M. fugitivus and protected under the Threatened Species Conservation Act, New South Wales, is now named M. darcyi . A key is provided for the Australian species of Menippus and a lectotype designated for M. yulensis . The composition of Menippus is discussed and three non-Australian species are transferred to this genus: M. inconspicua (Jacoby) comb. nov. (from Diorhabda Weise); M. laterimaculata (Jacoby) comb. nov. ; and M. marginipennis (Jacoby) comb. nov. (from Galerucella Crotch). A revised checklist of Menippus species is given. The recorded foodplants of Menippus are species of Celtis (Ulmaceae).  相似文献

Nucleotide sequences of the chitin synthase 2 (CHS2) gene of seven species, Malassezia furfur, M. globosa, M. obtusa, M. pachydermatis, M. restricta, M. slooffiae and M. sympodialis, were analyzed for their phylogenetic relationship. About 620-bp genomic DNA fragments of the CHS2 gene were amplified from these Malassezia species by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and sequenced. The CHS2 nucleotide sequences of these Malassezia species showed more than 95% similarity between the species. A phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of CHS2 gene fragments of seven Malassezia species revealed that the species were genetically distinct from each other.  相似文献

Melanetettix gen. nov. is described from Melanesia for 22 new species of leafhoppers. The new species fall into four groups. New species described are M. bicolor, M. bifidus, M. capitatus, M. curvatus, M. delmoi, M. elongatus, M. maai, M. marginatus, M. ocellatus, M. pallidus, M. rhamphodes, M. roseus, M. semeraroae, M. sinuatus, M. aculeus, M. bifurcatus, M. truncatus, M. clavatus, M. ensiferus, M. nielsoni, M. rotundatus and M. alatus. An identification key to the new species is provided along with discussion of the affinities of Melanetettix, which is close to Scaphoideus Uhler.  相似文献

Allozyme variation of 11 putative loci in five populations of the rare Myrica adenophora Hance, and four populations of its widespread congeneric species, M. rubra (Lour.) Sieb. & Zucc. was studied. Among the 21 alleles studied, no unique allele was detected for M. adenophora, whereas M. rubra had 3 alleles not found in the former species. In terms of genetic diversity, populations of the rare species contained fewer alleles per locus (1.5 versus 1.7), fewer effective number of alleles per locus (1.12 versus 1.20), fewer number of alleles per polymorphic locus (2.14 versus 2.46), lower percentage of polymorphic loci (30.9 versus 40.9), and lower expected heterozygosity (0.106 versus 0.163) than populations of the widespread species. Genetic distances within species average 0.043 for M. adenophora and 0.045 for M. rubra, and between species ranged from 0.052 to 0.177, with a mean of 0.103, which agrees with the very similar gross morphologies of these two species. Intrapopulation differentiation was similar in both species: G(ST) = 0.152 for M. adenophora, and 0.146 for M. rubra, whereas estimated gene flow based on G(ST) values were moderate in these two species (Nm = 1.39 versus 1.46). We inferred that M. rubra and M. adenophora are a progenitor-derivative species pair that emerged before migrating into Taiwan during the last glacial period. We consider the Hengchun population (Chiupeng, Hsuhai, and Chufengpi) and Taitung population (Tienkuan and Lanshan) of M. adenophora which probably arose from two subsets of the genome of M. rubra. Genetic drift was inferred to be one of the forces shaping the observed genetic structure in M. adenophora and M. rubra.  相似文献

本文以10种限制性内切酶研究猕猴属5个种(Macaca mulatta.M.nemestrina.M.assemensis.M.thibetana,M arctoides)线粒体DNA进化。在13个个体中,共检出8种限制性类型。恒河猴种内存在广泛的线粒休DNA限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)。结合日本猴(M.fuscata)的有关资料,构建了猕猴属6个种的分子系统树,并给出各个种的分化时间。结果表明,这6个种可分成4个类群,熊猴和藏酋猴、恒河猴和日本猴之间的遗传距离较近,可分别划为同一类群,红面猴与其他5种猴的遗传距离最远,在系统发生上分离最早。  相似文献

我们从国内外收集美登木属17种1变种,从叶片外部形状及内部结构进行比较,,发现在美登木属17种1变种美登木叶片组织中存在两种晶体(簇晶和方晶),可把美登木属分成三大类,一类具簇晶,二类具方晶,三类具簇晶和方晶。然后根据晶体的大小及其在组织中的分布部位,又将本属中的种分开。另外我们从美登木叶片解剖发现,成熟叶主脉横切面维管束的形状常是固定的,它不受外界环境的影响,也不受地理位置的影响,如滇南美登木分别采自云南省景洪和耿马不同地区不同生境,成熟叶横切面上维管束形状是相同的。成熟叶横切面上维管束的形状较稳定。所以用细胞内的晶体类型和维管束的形状把美登术属不同种进行分类是有意义的。  相似文献

以广东中山树木园20种含笑属植物为对象,研究其引种后的生长表现。结果表明:20种含笑属植物在中山树木园均生长良好,分析的13种含笑属植物在胸径、树高及冠幅的生长量上均存在显著差异。本地苗木黄兰、白兰、乐昌含笑及火力楠在树高、胸径及冠幅方面表现优异。2004年于湖南引种的5种含笑以灰绒含笑和多花含笑生长最好;2005至2009年引种的7种含笑属植物以亮叶含笑表现最佳。  相似文献

系统整理了小舟蛾属Micromelalopha Nagano, 1916的全部中国种类共10种,包括2新种异小舟蛾M. variata Wu et Fang 和细小舟蛾M.ralla Wu et Fang; 并将M.flavomaculata Tshistjakov 作为邻小舟蛾M.vicina Kiriakoff的亚种,赭小舟蛾秦岭亚种M.aemorrhoidalis cinereibasis Kiriakoff作为指名亚种M.Haemorrhoidalis haemorrhoidalis Kiriakoff的异名处理。文中提供了分种检索表、新种形态描述和外生殖器特征图。模式标本保存在中国科学院动物研究所动物标本馆。  相似文献
