对福建漳江口红树林沉积物中重金属汞(Hg)含量的时空分布进行了研究。结果表明漳江口红树林湿地汞含量为0.0815 mg•kg–1—0.3431 mg•kg–1。在潮间带水平分布上, 从光滩到高潮位汞含量显著上升(P<0.05), 相对光滩, 红树林沉积物更易富集汞, 其中高潮位红树林底泥中汞含量最高。在垂直方向上, 大多数的汞富集在表层及亚表层, 随着深度的加深, 汞含量呈现下降趋势。汞在红树林湿地沉积物中的积累主要与有机碳(TOC), 含水率, 盐度相关。从计算的单一污染指数(Pi)来看, 漳江口地区汞污染等级为Ⅲ级以下, 大多数采样点属于自由污染或轻度污染。就该地区汞污染的时空变化趋势以及和其他红树林区汞污染状况的对比来看, 漳江口地区存在一定程度的汞污染威胁加剧的现象, 值得引起注意。  相似文献

不同Hg浓度下水稻中Hg的分布累积特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
利用土壤盆栽实验方法,研究了土壤中Hg的形态分布,以及不同Hg浓度下,水稻不同生长时期各组织中Hg的分布规律和累积特征.土壤Hg存在的形态为:有机结合态>残渣态>>氧化态>>溶解与可交换态≈特殊吸附态,在水稻的生长过程中,土壤中的Hg呈现从残渣态向有机结合态转化的趋势,有机结合态Hg平均占比为61.7%,是土壤Hg最重要的存在形态.Hg在水稻不同部位的浓度分布呈现W根>W叶>W茎>W穗>W籽粒,分析表明,水稻根、茎和籽粒中的Hg与土壤各形态Hg浓度呈显著或极显著正相关,但在水稻生长后期叶片中Hg与土壤Hg浓度的相关性不显著,叶片Hg与大气Hg进行交换起主要作用,改变了累积状况.随着土壤Hg浓度的增加和生长期的延长,根对Hg的束缚能力逐渐增加,根部Hg累积量增大,所占比例上升,而茎和叶的累积量相对稳定.  相似文献

The 2,4,5-tris(2-pyridyl)imidazole ( L ) molecule has been evaluated as a probe for dual sensing of Hg2+ and Cu2+ ions in EtOH/HEPES buffer medium (5 mM, pH = 7.34, 1:1, v/v). Probe L shows a good sensitive and selective turn-off response in the presence of both Hg2+ and Cu2+ ions, which is comprehensible under long UV light. The probe can detect Cu2+ ion in the pH range 3–11 and Hg2+ ion in pH 6–8. The limit of detection for Cu2+ (0.77 μM) is well under the allowable limit prescribed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Two metal (Cu2+/Hg2+) ions are needed per L for complete fluorescence quenching. The probe shows marked reversibility on treatment with Na2EDTA, making the protocol more economical for practical purposes. Paper strip coated with the L solution of EtOH can detect the presence of Cu2+ and Hg2+ ions in the sample using visible quenching of the fluorescence intensity. Density functional theory–time-dependent density functional theory (DFT–TDDFT) calculations support experimental observations, and d-orbitals of Cu2+/Hg2+ provide a nonradiative decay pathway. Cell imaging study using HDF and MDA-MB-231 cells also supported the viability of L in detecting Cu2+ and Hg2+ ions in living cells.  相似文献

 主要从DNA一级结构及抗氧化酶系变化两方面,研究了Hg2+胁迫下浮萍体细胞的损伤。结果表明:运用随机扩增多态性DNA法(Random amplified polymorphism DNA, RAPD)和DNA梯法(DNA Ladder),5~10 mg·L-1 Hg2+处理组可检测到基因组DNA的明显损伤,20 mg·-1 Hg2+已导致细胞坏死;RAPD法较DNA Ladder法更灵敏。本文还发现,活性氧和抗氧化酶系很可能参与了浮萍体细胞凋亡过程。低浓度的Hg2+胁迫可刺激抗氧化酶活性升高,以清除体内活性氧,而一旦活性氧水平超出一定域值,抗氧化酶活性急速下降,导致细胞凋亡。   相似文献

Boron is an essential nutrient for plants, but it is toxic in excess. Transgenic rice plants expressing an Arabidopsis thaliana borate efflux transporter gene, AtBOR4, at a low level exhibited increased tolerance to excess boron. Those lines with high levels of expression exhibited reduced growth. These findings suggest a potential of the borate transporter BOR4 for the generation of high-boron tolerant rice.  相似文献

A Density Functional Theory method has been employed in this research to conduct an in-depth study of the correlation between the conversion of acetylene to vinyl chloride catalysed by MCl2 (M=Hg, Cd, Zn, Mn) and the electron affinity. From the analysis of the adsorption energy and energy profile of acetylene hydrochlorination reaction, combined with Fukui indices and outer-shell Mulliken population change alongside reaction pathway, it can be concluded that, the outermost electron migration is the main factor affecting the catalytic property of MCl2 (M=Hg, Cd, Zn, Mn) catalyst. The Mulliken population change of the central atom M2+ (M=Hg, Cd, Zn) share similar tendency along the reaction pathway, the only difference is Hg2+ gained more electrons than the other two when acetylene got absorbed, and that proved that Hg(II) got better electron withdrawing, which is a main motivator of better catalytic properties in acetylene hydrochlorination reaction.  相似文献

Combined effects of heavy-metal contamination (Cu, Zn, and CH3Hg) and starvation were tested on common quails (Coturnix coturnix japonica) and used as a model for comparison with a wild common guillemot (Uria aalge) population found stranded at the Belgian coast. Appropriate heavy-metal levels were given to the quails to obtain concentrations similar to those found in the seabirds’s tissues. The contaminated animals were then starved for 4 d to simulate the evident malnutrition symptoms observed at the guillemot’s level. In such conditions, food intake and total-body weight are shown to decrease in contaminated individuals with simultaneous significant hepatic and renal increase of the heavy-metal concentrations. Like guillemots, higher heavy-metal levels were observed in those contaminated quails that had also developed a cachectic status characterized by a general atrophy of their pectoral muscle and complete absence of subcutaneous and/or abdominal fat depots. Although likely the result of a general protein catabolism during starvation, it is suggested that these higher metal levels could as well enhance a general muscle wasting process (cachectic status).  相似文献

Two Hg(II) complexes with the cluster-complex ligand [Re63-Se)8(PEt3)5(PTA)](SbF6)2 (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane), {[Re63-Se)8(PEt3)5(PTA)(Hg3I7)](SbF6)}n·(CH3CN)n (1) and {[Re63-Se)8(PEt3)5(PTA)]2(Hg4I9)}(SbF6)3·2CH3CN (2), were prepared and structurally characterized. The two compounds were obtained from reactions conducted at different temperatures under otherwise identical conditions. Recrystallization of the room-temperature product 2 in a different solvent mixture produced yet another new Hg(II) complex, {[Re63-Se)8(PEt3)5(PTA)](Hg3I8)}·CH3CN (3) which may be considered as a consequence of the dissociation of the kinetic product 2 in solution and the re-assembly of necessary components to generate the new compound upon crystallization. The solid-state structure of 1 contains polymeric cluster columns, in which the PTA ligand adopts a hitherto unknown coordination mode with simultaneous coordination of all four (one P and three N atoms) potentially coordinating atoms.  相似文献

Abstract

The molecular structure of poly (dT)·poly (dA)·poly (dT) has been determined and refined using the continuous x-ray intensity data on layer lines in the diffraction pattern obtained from an oriented fiber of the DNA. The final R-value for the preferred structure is 0.29 significantly lower than that for plausible alternatives. The molecule forms a 12-fold right- handed triple-helix of pitch 38.4 Å and each base triplet is stabilized by a set of four Crick-Watson-Hoogsteen hydrogen bonds. The deoxyribose rings in all the three strands have C2′-endo conformations. The grooveless cylindrical shape of the triple-helix is consistent with the lack of lateral organization in the fiber.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction analyses of fibers of polydeoxyadenylic acid · polydeoxythymidylic acid show that this molecule exists as a 10-fold double-helix with axial rise per nucleotide h = 3.24 to 3.29 A?. The structure is very similar to B-DNA (h = 3.37 A?) in having C3-exo furanose rings and base-pairs positioned centrally on the helix axis, but distinctive enough to have two packing modes, neither of which has been observed for B-DNA. Although the triple-stranded poly(dT) · poly(dA) · poly(dT) also has a large value of h(3.26 Å), each of the chains is a 12-fold helix of the A-genus with C3-endo furanose rings and bases displaced several Angstrom units from the helix axis.  相似文献

We investigate the charge transport in synthetic DNA polymers built up from single type of base pairs. In the context of a polaronlike model, for which an electronic tight-binding system and bond vibrations of the double helix are coupled, we present estimates for the electron-vibration coupling strengths utilizing a quantum-chemical procedure. Subsequent studies concerning the mobility of polaron solutions, representing the state of a localized charge in unison with its associated helix deformation, show that the system for poly(dG)–poly(dC) and poly(dA)–poly(dT) DNA polymers, respectively possess quantitatively distinct transport properties. While the former supports unidirectionally moving electron breathers attributed to highly efficient long-range conductivity, the breather mobility in the latter case is comparatively restrained, inhibiting charge transport. Our results are in agreement with recent experimental results demonstrating that poly(dG)–poly(dC) DNA molecules acts as a semiconducting nanowire and exhibit better conductance than poly(dA)–poly(dT) ones.  相似文献
