研究工业运输活动释放出的重金属元素对周边荒漠草原植被群落特征和土壤性状的关系,为工业活动影响下的荒漠草原植被恢复和重建提供科学依据。以宁夏盐池县高沙窝工业集中区邻近的荒漠草原为研究对象,结合前期土壤和降尘的重金属含量,根据内梅罗污染指数划分了五个污染梯度(梯度Ⅰ、梯度Ⅱ、梯度Ⅲ、梯度Ⅳ和梯度Ⅴ),采用野外调查和室内分析的方法,对比分析了不同污染梯度下的植被群落特征与土壤性状的关系。结果显示:在前三个污染梯度下物种组成相对较多,禾本科(Gramineae)、藜科(Chenopodiaceae)、豆科(Leguminosae)和菊科(Compositae)为优势科。其中,牛枝子(Lespedeza potaninii)和短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)的重要值分别为59.41和44.26,是研究区工业生产和交通运输影响下的主要物种。随着污染梯度的升高,植物群落均匀度指数显著下降(P<0.05),工业交通运输活动造成研究区荒漠草原植被组成单一,群落结构不稳定。表层土壤养分受重金属影响波动较大,土壤全氮和有机质是影响物种多样性指数的主要土壤因子,随着污染梯度的升高显著降低(P...  相似文献

伊朗稀疏橡木林片段对草本植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响 温带和热带森林中的森林边缘现象已经得到了很好的研究,但在稀疏的橡木林片段中的相关研究却较为缺乏。本文研究了稀疏橡木林片段对植物物种多样性和土壤特性的边缘影响。本研究沿着伊朗克尔曼沙赫省3个小型(<10 ha)和3个大型(>10 ha)橡木林片段的3个横断面收集了从边缘到内部的相 关数据,测量了0(森林边缘)、25、50、100和150 m处的草本植物(高度<0.5 m)和土壤特性。使用香农指数量化了物种多样性,使用稀疏标准化方法比较了两个大小不同片段中的物种丰富度,并应用了非度量多维测度排序研究了物种组成的变化。通过随机化测试估算了边缘影响的距离,并利用Tukey HSD事后检验法的广义线性混合模型评估了距边缘距离和片段大小对多样性和土壤特性的影响。研究结果表明,大小片段边缘具有较高的物种丰富度、多样性和均匀度,而大片段边缘的土壤氮和有机碳含量则较内部更低(边缘50 m范围内的变化最大)。大小片段的物种组成、土壤有机碳和氮总量都存在显 著差异。本研究关于这些稀疏森林对草本植物和土壤特性产生显著边缘影响的发现,对于边缘研究,尤其是边缘和草本植物的相关研究具有重大贡献。  相似文献

Theoretical and empirical evidence exists for a positive relationship between environmental heterogeneity and species diversity. Alpine plant communities can exhibit exceptional diversity at a fine scale, which niche theory would suggest is the result of fine scale spatial heterogeneity of the environment. To test if species diversity of alpine plants is driven by environmental heterogeneity, we sampled vascular plant species composition, microtopography, and ground cover within 1?m2 plots with and without solifluction forms in Glacier National Park, MT. We analyzed the relationship between microtopographic heterogeneity and species richness at the plot and sub-plot scale with linear and quantile regression, respectively. Species richness does not differ between the plots varying in cover type. Species richness is negatively related to the fractal dimension (D) of the ground surface and non-vegetated ground cover within 1?m2 plots. At a finer scale, the standard deviation of elevation and slope appear to impose a limit on species richness such that more variable sub-plots have lower species richness. Contrary to our expectations, microtopographic heterogeneity does not promote the diversity of alpine plants. The negative relationship between topographic heterogeneity and species richness is contrary to the theoretical prediction that environmental heterogeneity generally results in greater species diversity. It is possible that microtopographic variability represents a measure of soil disturbance, which would be expected to have a negative effect on species diversity in alpine tundra due to its low productivity.  相似文献

Plant communities in the montane forest of Mount Elgon National Park were studied in order to assess the impact of grazing and cultivation on species composition. Present and former land uses, tree, shrub and herb species, soil properties and the percentage cover and height of trees, shrubs and herbs were determined in 40 plots. An indirect ordination of these plots showed that species composition was primarily determined by successional stage and agricultural disturbance. In forest plots (ordinated separately) where the widest range of former and current grazing intensities had occurred, evidence of grazing history, soil phosphorus and vegetation height correlated negatively with the strongest ordination axis. Least grazed forest plots had fewer tree seedlings and saplings than more intensively grazed plots. This may be due to the increase in Mimulopsis alpina (Acanthaceae) in less grazed forest where tree regeneration might otherwise be more advanced. Tree seedlings and saplings were uncommon in the forest, rarely exceeding 30cm in height and there was no tree understorey. Although grazing is important for preserving species diversity in Mount Elgon National Park through the maintenance of species-rich grasslands, long-term effects on montane forest communities must be considered in future park management.  相似文献

为探讨不同地形植物群落物种多样性与土壤理化特征之间的相互关系。该文以茂兰喀斯特森林为研究对象,分析了不同地形植物多样性与土壤理化特征以及两者之间的相互关系。结果表明:(1)不同地形木本植物的物种组成存在差异,坡地木本植物有35科65属78种,槽谷木本植物有38科64属89种,漏斗木本植物有35科61属84种。同时,丰富度指数、多样性指数、均匀度指数大小表现为槽谷>漏斗>坡地;优势度指数大小表现为坡地>漏斗>槽谷。(2)不同地形土壤物理性质差异性显著(P<0.05),其中土壤容重和非毛管孔隙度表现为坡地>槽谷>漏斗,自然含水量、田间持水量、总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度等指标均表现为漏斗>槽谷>坡地。(3)除全K外,大多数土壤养分指标表现为漏斗显著高于槽谷、坡地,即漏斗>槽谷>坡地。(4)冗余分析表明,植物多样性与土壤理化性质具有相关性,不同地形植物多样性指数受土壤理化性质的影响明显。以上结果旁证了茂兰喀斯特森林地形条件的复杂性和土壤理化性质的差异性是该区小生境多样、物种组成丰富的原因之一,为喀斯特森林物种多样性维持机制提供了科学依...  相似文献

在样方调查的基础上,研究大雾岭天然次生林中大田顶、茄顶两座山东、南、西、北四个坡向植物多样性、蚯蚓多样性和土壤有机质含量。结果表明:大雾岭天然次生林1)乔木总数以南坡偏低,在大田顶、茄顶南坡分别0Ind·m-2和0.06Ind·m-2;各坡向乔木Shannon-Weaver指数在0~2.24之间,Margalef指数在0~3.15之间,乔木多样性指数没有坡向差异;2)灌木总数没有坡向差异,灌木多样性指数南坡最低,Shannon-Weaver指数与Margalef指数在大田顶南坡分别为1.52和1.70,在茄顶南坡则分别为2.05和2.33;3)草本植物总数以南坡最高,在大田顶、茄顶南坡分别有87Ind·m-2与244Ind·m-2;草本植物多样性指数以南坡较高,其中Shannon-Weaver指数与Margalef指数在大田顶南坡分别为2.46与3.36;4)蚯蚓总数以南坡偏低,在大田顶与茄顶分别为7Ind·m-2和0Ind·m-2;各坡向蚯蚓Shannon-Weaver指数在0~1.63之间,Margalef指数在0~2.20之间,蚯蚓多样性指数没有坡向差异:5)土壤有机质无坡向差异,各坡向离地面50cm以内的土壤有机质含量在11.2~40.6%,离地面0.5~1m的有机质含量在5.6~17.5%。由于生物资源分布有坡向差异,因此在天然次生林管理时可根据不同的坡向选择相应的开发或保护模式。  相似文献

Semuliki National Park is a rich lowland forest in terms of biodiversity. The bird species list currently stands at 428, of which 31 species occur nowhere else in East Africa. Although the park was severely encroached for agricultural activities, all the encroachers were evicted and many species of birds still survive. A total of 61 species with 1270 individuals were trapped from all the forest types. There was no significant difference in the species diversity between the swamp, mixed and Cynometra forest types. The Little Greenbul, Yellow-whiskered Greenbul, Slender-billed Greenbul, and Olive Sunbird were significantly more abundant in the mixed forest than in the swamp forest while the arboreal insectivore frugivores, terrestrial insectivores and sallying insectivores were significantly more abundant in the Cynometra than in the swamp forest type.  相似文献

球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(glomalin-related soil protein, GRSP)在土壤物理结构调节和土壤碳库稳定性中发挥着重要作用,但植物多样性和优势种如何影响GRSP还缺乏系统性研究。本研究依托东北林业大学哈尔滨实验林场的72块样地, 对1 m深土壤剖面分5层采样, 测定土壤易提取球囊霉素(easily extractable GRSP, EEG)、总提取球囊霉素(total GRSP, TG)及土壤理化性质, 并同时计算植物多样性指数及优势种重要值(importance value, IV), 进一步通过相关分析和冗余排序分析判断影响GRSP的主要因素与贡献。结果表明: (1)在整个土壤剖面上均表现为TG和EEG与土壤有机碳(SOC)正相关, 在部分土层深度与全氮(total nitrogen, TN)和含水量(moisture content, MC)正相关, 而与电导率(electrical conductivity, EC)和pH值负相关。(2)部分土层TG和EEG与黑皮油松(Pinus tabuliformis var. mukdensis)、樟子松(P. sylvestris var. mongolica)、胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)、黄檗(Phellodendron amurense)、榆树(Ulmus pumila)优势种重要值显著相关, 表现为黑皮油松重要值越高, 而黄檗、榆树重要值越小, 越有利于EEG的积累, 并且伴随EEG-C/SOC (EEG中C占SOC比例)增加、EEG/TG增大; 群落中胡桃楸、黄檗、榆树更有利于TG积累, 黑皮油松、落叶松(Larix gmelinii)、樟子松不利于TG的积累。(3)植物Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、物种丰富度与EEG、TG、EEG/TG无显著相关性, 而与EEG-C/SOC、EEG-N/TN (EEG中N占TN的比例)、TG-C/SOC (TG中C占SOC比例)、TG-N/TN (TG中N占TN的比例)显著负相关; 土壤EEG/TG和EEG-N/TN与植物均匀度指数显著正相关, 在1 m土壤不同土层趋势类似。(4)方差分解分析表明: 生物因子对GRSP变化的解释率是20.2%, 土壤理化因子解释率为7.8%, 而生物因子中植物优势种重要值的解释率最大(16.4%), 而植物物种多样性指数解释率仅为0.4%。冗余排序发现常绿针叶树种(黑皮油松和樟子松)越多且阔叶树种越少时, GRSP含量和GRSP对土壤碳氮的贡献越高(P < 0.01), 其机制可能与树种菌根类型有关: 外生菌根树种重要值与TG显著负相关, 丛枝菌根树种重要值与TG显著正相关。本研究解析了植物物种多样性对GRSP含量的重要影响, 并强调未来土壤管理和评估可以通过调整优势物种而不是树种多样性来促进GRSP积累。  相似文献

合理的森林恢复方式能提高植物多样性,进而提高生态系统服务功能.在我国南方红壤区研究了3种典型森林恢复方式(引进种恢复的湿地松(Pinus elliottii)人工林本地种恢复的马尾松(Pinus massoniana)人工林和自然恢复的天然次生林)的植物区系构成和植物群落多样性.结果表明:(1)湿地松人工林有155种植物,隶属66科118属,马尾松人工林有137种植物,隶属59科97属;天然次生林有226种植物,隶属86科160属,3种森林恢复方式的乔木层、灌木层和草本层的优势科属明显不同,马尾松人工林的优势物种和天然次生林更相似;(2)天然次生林的植物区系基本构成、植物区系类型种类高于马尾松人工林和湿地松人工林,并且天然次生林的温带成分比例高于湿地松人工林;(3)恢复方式对植物群落的多样性指数有显著影响,天然次生林的物种丰富度、辛普森指数明显高于马尾松人工林和湿地松人工林,两种人工林之间差异不显著;(4)3种森林恢复方式的植物群落结构存在显著差异,相比湿地松人工林,马尾松人工林的植物群落组成与天然次生林更相似.总之,自然恢复的天然次生林植物群落多样性高于人工恢复的马尾松人工林和湿地松人工林,本地种马尾松人工林在维持区域植物群落结构功能上优于引进种湿地松人工林.  相似文献

Exotic ant species are a primary threat to ant biological diversity, posing a negative impact to native ant communities. In this study, we examine species richness of ants (family Formicidae) in Acadia National Park, ME, as a fundamental step toward understanding the present impact of the exotic species Myrmica rubra on native ant species. Twelve habitat types were sampled, along six transects, with pitfall traps, visual searching, bait traps, and leaf litter extraction, and the aid of 34 volunteers. We report 42 species of ants in Acadia National Park, comprising five subfamilies (Amblyoponinae, Dolichoderinae, Formicinae, Myrmicinae, and Ponerinae) and 15 genera; the cataloged species represents 75% of the species originally recorded in the area by Procter (1946). Our findings suggest M. rubra is currently not a dominant species throughout the entire island. However, where this species has invaded locally, few competing native species coexist. The species Lasius alienus, Formica subsericea, Myrmica detritinodis, Camponotus herculeanus, Formica argentea, Formica aserva, and Tapinoma sessile occurred most often in our survey. We report the ant species Amblyopone pallipes and Dolichoderus mariae as two new records for the state of Maine.  相似文献

The diversity and abundance of amphibians were investigated in Meru National Park, Kenya, using transect sampling, drift‐fence and pitfall trapping and opportunistic collecting. A total of 430 individuals under seven genera (Amietophrynus, Hemisus, Hyperolius, Phrynobatrachus, Phrynomantis, Ptychadena, Xenopus) comprising eleven species were sampled in three different habitats (apart from this, two additional species are known from Meru National Park): Acacia‐wooded grassland; Combretum‐wooded grassland; AcaciaCommiphora bushland. The sex ratio for almost all species was balanced (chi‐square, χ2; P > 0.5) and was not affected by habitat type (ANOVA: F = 8.3026, P = 0.6914). Shannon–Weaver Index (2.227) and Simpson's Index (8.244) were relatively high, and most of the eleven species sampled appeared to have a relatively even distribution (Shannon's Evenness Index, E = 0.927). However, Hemisus marmoratus and Phrynomantis bifasciatus were exclusively recorded in Acacia‐wooded grassland and in low abundances. There was a positive linear relationship of body weight against snout–vent length for two randomly selected anurans (Hyperolius glandicolor, Phrynobatrachus natalensis) among all three vegetation communities.  相似文献

土壤微生物是土壤生态系统的重要组成部分,对土壤微生物群落结构多样性的研究是近年来土壤生态学研究的热点。本文综述了有关植物、土壤类型以及土壤管理措施对土壤微生物群落结构影响的最新研究结果,指出植物的作用因植物群落结构多样性、植物种类、同种植物不同的基因型,甚至同一植物不同根的区域而异;而土壤的作用与土壤质地和有机质含量等因素有关;植物和土壤类型在对土壤微生物群落结构影响上的作用存在互作关系。不同的土壤管理措施对土壤微生物群落结构影响较大,长期连作、大量的外援化学物质的应用降低了土壤微生物的多样性;而施用有机肥、免耕可以增加土壤微生物群落结构多样性,有利于维持土壤生态系统的功能。  相似文献

Knowledge of the distribution and ecology of East African nightjars is, to a large extent, unknown. We collected ecological information on the diversity and microhabitat use of nightjars in Nechisar National Park in January 2015 by executing field captures and observations. We also attempted to find a live specimen of the Nechisar Nightjar Caprimulgus solala. During the course of 18 nights we observed five nightjar species, captured 49 individuals and observed that nightjars were closely associated with protective landscape elements. In spite of the intensity of our survey, we were not able to find a living specimen of the Nechisar Nightjar, which could indicate the species is either migratory or extinct.  相似文献

浙江天童森林公园植物群落演替对土壤物理性质的影响   总被引:19,自引:0,他引:19  
对浙江宁波天童森林公园内的裸地、灌丛、马尾松林、马尾松木荷林、木荷林、栲树木荷林和栲树林等演替阶段土壤物理性质进行了比较分析。结果表明,尽管由于样地坡度和母质等因素的影响,演替群落土壤呈现趋砂性特征,但植物群落进展演替能明显降低土壤容重,阔叶林群落减少的幅度更显著;同时,演替能提高土壤空隙度;土壤含水量、土壤最大持水量、毛管持水量和最小持水量在演替过程中的增长趋势明显;土壤固相率减少,气相率增大。因此,植物群落进展演替能明显降低土壤紧实性,改善土壤通气性及持水性能,呈现出与土壤质地效应相反的变化趋势,促进了土壤肥力的发挥。而土壤物理性质的改善,也有利于群落物种更替和演替进程  相似文献

道路在多种尺度上影响多种景观过程,确定道路对植被的影响距离和估算其影响面积是整合道路影响和生态过程的核心问题.本文在黑龙江省大兴安岭呼中林区选择不同等级道路(呼林主路、运材主线和运材支线)设置10条长50 m垂直于道路的样带,每条样带设置25个2 m×2 m的样方,依据样方植被调查数据计算每个样方的重要值,并利用该值进行移动窗口分析,确定道路对植物多样性的影响距离.结果表明:该区道路对植物多样性的影响距离为20~34 m,且呼林主路、运材主线和运材支线之间无显著区别.道路影响距离内灌木层和草本层的植物多样性大于森林内部生境,Shannon-Weiner指数分别增加21%和60%,灌木层对道路影响的反应比草本层更加稳定,而乔木层没有显著变化.草本植物柳兰(Chamaenerion angustifolium)是路域植被的特征物种.以该影响距离为基础估算,2000年呼中林业局和黑龙江大兴安岭林区道路占地面积均约为0.10%,对植被的影响面积分别为1.70%和1.53%.  相似文献

Aims Soil plays an important role in the formation and heterogeneity of habitats and thus can cause changes in vegetation structure and plant diversity. The differentiation between Cerrado/savanna and forest is well known, but the relationship between soil and habitats from savannic or forest formations still needs to be better understood, particularly in tropical ecotonal areas. We studied the association between attributes of plant communities, namely structure and diversity, and physicochemical characteristics of soils in the Caatinga domain at the transition to Cerrado in Brazil.Methods Chemical and physical analyses of soils were performed in samples of 38 plots from savannic formations and 30 plots from forest formations. Vegetation was characterized floristically and structurally in all plots, five habitats being assessed in each plant formation. Soil features and vegetation parameters were highly distinct among the different habitats.Important findings In general, forest habitats were more nutrient rich than savannic formation. Furthermore, soil variables showed effects both on vegetation structure and on its species diversity, more pronouncedly in the savannic formations. Habitats were structurally distinct, and diversity differed between savannic and forest communities; however, a higher differentiation occurred when the savannic formation habitats were compared among them. Although plant diversity did not differ among forest formation habitats, soil attributes showed a close relationship with edaphic factors and can contribute for similar vegetation. The soil–vegetation relationship in highly diverse ecotonal landscapes is important from the conservation biology point of view and aid in the execution of proactive plans for the maintenance of biodiversity. Earthworms have significant effect on vegetation and soil physical and chemical properties. The relationship between earthworms and biodiversity is important in ecological researches. Therefore, the effects of earthworm on plant diversity and various indices of diversity and richness, as well as physical and chemical properties of soil in shrub, grass and bare vegetation types on exclosure and grazing sites of Miankaleh Mazandaran biosphere reserve is investigated in this work. Accordingly, sampling was carried out randomly-systematically in three different vegetative types (shrubs, grass and bare soil) at 0 to 20 cm depth. Each vegetative types was placed on three transects of 100 m, 10 plots at a distance of 30 m. Earthworm and soil were sampled from the center of each plot of 25 cm × 25 cm. The Simpson and Shannon-Wiener indexes and Margalef and Menhinick richness indices were used to evaluate diversity and richness of species at different grazing intensities. Stepwise regression was used to study the relationship between diversity and richness indices with different earthworm parameters. The results showed that there was significant difference of potassium and nitrogen in vegetation types of both exclosure and grazing sites at P ≤ .01. Furthermore, the organic carbon, organic matter and potassium in the exclosure site and nitrogen and soil moisture in the grazing site are increased by earthworm abundance.  相似文献
