利用常规石蜡制片技术研究了单叶蔓荆胚珠和胚囊的发育以丰富牡荆亚科的胚胎学资料。单叶蔓荆的胚珠横生、单珠被、薄珠心、具珠被绒毡层、珠孔狭长。胚囊发育类型为葱型,可能由蓼型胚囊演变而来。葱型胚囊在牡荆亚科及整个唇形科属首次报道。  相似文献

TAKASO, T. & TOMUNSON, P. B., 1992. Seed cone and ovule ontogeny in Metasequoia, Sequoia and Sequoiadendron (Taxodiaceae–Coniferales). Structural features of seed cones, up to the initiation of ovules, are developed in the three genera in the summer and late fall prior to pollination in the following spring, when cones renew their further development. Bracts are initiated in a decussate manner in Metasequoia but spirally in Sequoia and Sequoiadendron. No ovuliferous scale is initiated, at most there is a shallow mound of tissue on the adaxial surface of the bract from which the ovules are developed. Metasequoia produces a single series of up to eight ovules in acropetal (centripetal order), Sequoia and Sequoiadendron produce a double series of six to nine ovules, also in acropetal order, since a second series of ovules appear distal to and alternate with the first series. Common features that unite the genera are the somewhat peltate configuration of the cone scales due to late intercalary expansion, the derivation of the vascular supply to the bract-ovule complex from a single bundle and the usual inversion of the seed during late development, to which can be added developmental features. The absence of tooth-like structures, present in some other Taxodiaceae, is discussed in relation to cone evolution in the family being determined by changes in developmental timing. Emphasis is made on the way in which features of morphogenesis, determine cone organization in the three genera independent of an interpretation that relies solely on hypothetical ancestral forms.  相似文献

Auxin has long been implicated in many aspects of plant growth and development including flower development. However, the exact roles of auxin in flower development have not been well defined until the recent identification of auxin biosynthesis mutants. Auxin is necessary for the inltiation of floral primordia, and the disruption of auxin biosynthesis, polar auxin transport or auxin signaling leads to the failure of flower formation. Auxin also plays an essential role in specifying the number and Identity of floral organs. Further analysis of the relationship between the auxin pathways and the known flower development genes will provide critical information regarding mechanisms of organogenesis and pattern formation in plants.  相似文献

生长素参与植物生长发育的各个阶段,如胚胎发生、发育,营养器官发生与形态建成,极性与轴向的建立,维管组织分化,生殖器官的发育等。虽然生长素在植物的各组织器官和细胞中发挥着重要的作用,植物内源生长素的生物合成却是在特异的组织——细胞快速分裂的幼嫩组织中完成的,然后通过韧皮部或受严格控制的细胞—细胞运输系统运送至植物各个部分。生长素的极性运输导致其积累在某些局部组织和细胞内,形成特定梯度分布。生长素对植物生长发育众多方面的调节正是依赖于这一特性。该文综述了近年来有关植物生长发育过程中生长素浓度梯度的形成和相应的生理功能,以及细胞骨架中的微丝参与调控生长素极性运输的研究工作。  相似文献

The tips of the tap roots of Pinus pinea seedlings were dipped in zeatin or iso-pentenyladenine solutions. Immediately after cytokinin application to the root tip or after a 24 h lag phase, [2-14C]IAA was applied to the shoot apex. Treating with zeatin resulted in an increase in [2-14C]IAA transport from the shoot to the root. Iso-pentenyladenine also caused a slight increase in transport of radioactivity to the root but this was less pronounced compared to the results obtained with zeatin. With zeatin treatment increasing amounts of radioactivity accumulated in the lateral root emerging zone of the tap root (Section III). This was in sharp contrast to the treatment with iso-pentenyladenine where little radioactivity accumulated in this section of the root. Recovery of radioactivity 48 h after applying [2-14C]IAA showed that 33% of the recovered radioactivity co-chromatographed with authentic IAA. The implications of the effect of different cytokinins on the distribution of radioactivity along the tap root of Pinus pinea following [2-14C]IAA application to the shoot are discussed.Abbreviations Z zeatin - iP iso-pentenyladenine - TCL thin-layer chromatography  相似文献

以15 a生银杏(Ginkgo bilobaL.)品种‘佛指’(G.bilobacv.‘Fozhi’)为材料,观察了授粉后胚珠结构、雌配子体发育和种皮分化形成的过程。结果表明:(1)授粉后2 d胚珠已分化出珠心、珠被和珠托组织,珠被顶端形成直径为162.16μm的珠孔与540.54μm长的珠孔道,珠心组织顶端形成长约520.83μm、最大直径约125.06μm的瓶状贮粉室,花粉粒经珠孔道已到达贮粉室并在其中停留;(2)雌配子体的发育先后经历了游离核阶段(授粉后5~30 d)和细胞化阶段(授粉后30~45 d),之后在近珠孔端形成颈卵器,其余部分发育为胚乳薄壁细胞,其营养物质的积累高峰期为授粉后60~80 d;(3)种皮分化与形成分别经历珠被分化期(授粉期至授粉后30 d)、种皮分化期(授粉后30~50 d)、种皮形成初期(授粉后50~80 d)、种皮形成期(授粉后80~90 d)。  相似文献

Seed cone in Platycladus orientalis (L.) France consists of four or five pairs of decussate bracts. Usually, two pairs of the fertile bracts in the middle of the cone subtend six ovules, which initiate in an acropetal manner. Only one ovule presents on each of the upper fertile bract, while two ovules initiate from a common primordium in the axil of lower bracts. In Beijing, most female cones initiated in July. All parts of the cone formed before dormancy, which occurred during November to the next January. After pollination in March, bract morphology changed dramatically; intercalary growth of the bract base formed a conspicuous protuberance, in which inverted vascular system developed. Furthermore, ovules on different pairs of bracts initiated in an acropetal manner and two ovules in each lower fertile bract initiated from a common primordium, which was different from the basipetal initiation of ovules and independently formed single ovule as reported by Takaso in Calltris.  相似文献

The contents of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellins (GAs), abscisic acid (ABA), and cytokinins were determined in ovules of normal cotton (Tm-1) and a kind of fiber differentiation mutant (Xin) before and after flowering by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. It was found that 24 h before flowering, a peak of IAA content was observed in ovules of Tm-1, whereas in ovules of Xin, a low level of IAA was determined. From –1 day (1 day before flowering) to +3 days (3 days after flowering), GA1+3 levels in ovules of Xin were 40–70% lower than those of Tm-1; GA4+7 levels were very low, and there was no visible difference in GA4+7 content between normal and mutant cotton. The ABA content in ovule of Tm-1 decreased by 70% 3 days after flowering, whereas that of Xin only decreased by 20%. Abstract: The embryology and seed structure of Paepalanthus sect. Actinocephalus species were studied. The embryological and structural seed characters fit well with those of the other commelinaceous families. Within the Commelinales sensu Dahlgren, Eriocaulaceae and Xyridaceae represent two embryologically close families. In Paepalanthus sect. Actinocephalus the ovule is orthotropus, bitegmic, and tenuicellate with a micropyle formed by the inner integument. The seeds are endotestal. The outer cell layer of the testa and the outer periclinal wall of the endotesta disintegrate during development. The endotegmen is tanniniferous. The outer layer of the tegmen becomes compressed and is no longer recognizable in the mature seed. The seeds are operculate.  相似文献

很多微生物通过分泌生长素和生长素前体与植物建立了有益的关系并改变植物根系的形态结构,此外,微生物分泌的其他代谢产物也能改变植物生长素信号通路。因此,生长素和生长素信号通路在微生物调控植物根系发育的过程中起着至关重要的作用。该文从生长素合成、生长素信号和生长素极性运输3个方面总结了生长素在微生物调控植物根系发育过程中的作用,主要包括微生物增加了植物内源生长素的含量、增强了生长素的信号和调控PIN蛋白的表达水平,进而如何调控植物生理和分子水平来适应微生物对其根系的改变,为进一步开展该方面的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献
