从功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、功能团个体数量、群落主要参数及群落结构相异性等方面,就含crylAb/crylAc融合基因的Bt水稻和化学杀虫剂对稻田节肢动物群落影响进行比较研究.结果表明,与对照田相比,Bt稻田的节肢动物功能团组成及其优势度、各功能团内科组成及其优势度分布、功能团内个体数量的时间动态、群落参数(物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势集中性指数)及时间动态在大多情况下均无显著差异,两者间群落结构相似性较高.Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落基本无明显的负效应、而化防田的功能团优势度等群落特征指标与对照田相比,有时具有明显甚至显著的差异;群落结构相似性也较低.综合分析表明,Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落的影响明显弱于化学杀虫剂。  相似文献

将稻田节肢动物群落按营养关系划分为5个功能团,即植食类、寄生类、捕食类、腐食类和其它类,从功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、群落主要参数及群落相异性等方面,经两年四点的调查就2个转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因籼稻(Bt水稻)品系TT9.3和TT9.4对稻田节肢动物群落的影响作了较系统评价。植食类、寄生类和腐食类功能团内某些优势科的优势度在Bt水稻田与对照(IR72)田之间有时呈显著或极显著差异,如Bt水稻田中茧蜂或姬蜂科的优势度有时明显低于对照。但是,在大多情况下Bt水稻田与对照田之间功能团优势度、功能团内科组成及其优势度、群落主要参数(物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀性指数、优势集中性指数)及其时间动态基本无明显差异;Bt水稻田与对照田间植食类、寄生类、捕食类亚群落和整个节肢动物群落的相异性大多较低。可见,Bt水稻对稻田节肢动物群落基本无明显的负面影响。  相似文献

【目的】研究转Bt基因水稻"赣绿1号"对田间节肢动物群落的影响。【方法】以含有转cry1Ab/Ac基因水稻与常规对照为材料,2012和2013连续两年在江西南昌县开展田间试验。【结果】转Bt基因水稻"赣绿1号"田间节肢动物群落结构物种数、优势集中度、香农指数和均匀性指数与对照相比,均无显著差异;"赣绿1号"田间节肢动物5类功能团的优势度与对照田均无显著差异;"赣绿1号"田与对照田田间节肢动物群落相异性数值大多较低。【结论】转Bt基因水稻"赣绿1号"对田间节肢动物群落结构没有明显的不利影响。  相似文献

在将稻田节肢动物群落按营养关系分为植食类、寄生类、捕食类、腐食类和其他类等5个功能团的基础上,从功能团优势度、群落结构参数及群落相异性等方面,经2年3点的调查就2个转cry1Ab基因粳稻(Bt粳稻)品系KMD1和KMD2对稻田节肢动物群落结构的影响做了评价。结果表明:在大多数情况下,Bt粳稻与对照间各功能团优势度、群落结构参数[物种丰富度(S)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、均匀性指数(J)、优势集中性指数(C)]及其时间动态无明显差异;Bt粳稻与对照间植食类、寄生类、捕食类亚群落,及整个节肢动物群落的相似性也较高。综合分析认为,Bt粳稻对稻田节肢动物群落结构无明显的负面影响。  相似文献

Risk assessments of ecological effects of transgenic rice expressing lepidoptera-Cry proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) on non-target arthropods have primarily focused on rice plants during cropping season, whereas few studies have investigated the effects in postharvest periods. Harvested rice fallow fields provide a critical over-wintering habitat for arthropods in the Chinese rice ecosystems, particularly in the southern region of the country. During 2006-08, two independent field trials were conducted in Chongqing, China to investigate the effects of transgenic Cry1Ab rice residues on non-target arthropod communities. In each trial, pitfall traps were used to sample arthropods in field plots planted with one non-Bt variety and two Bt rice lines expressing the Cry1Ab protein. Aboveground arthropods in the trial plots during the postharvest season were abundant, while community densities varied significantly between the two trials. A total of 52,386 individual insects and spiders, representing 93 families, was captured in the two trials. Predominant arthropods sampled were detritivores, which accounted for 91.9% of the total captures. Other arthropods sampled included predators (4.2%), herbivores (3.2%), and parasitoids (0.7%). In general, there were no significant differences among non-Bt and Bt rice plots in all arthropod community-specific parameters for both trials, suggesting no adverse impact of the Bt rice plant residues on the aboveground non-target arthropod communities during the postharvest season. The results of this study provide additional evidence that Bt rice is safe to non-target arthropod communities in the Chinese rice ecosystems.  相似文献

如何设置庇护所使其在转基因作物靶标害虫抗性治理中达到更高的效率,就此,本文 研究了Bt水稻与非Bt水稻不同种植方式对Bt稻田节肢动物群落的影响。结果表明,整体上,块块种植和列列混栽方式对Bt稻田节肢动物群落多样性、均匀度和优势集中性无显著影响;但混栽方式下的Bt稻田节肢动物群落个体密度和物种丰富度显著偏低。在水稻发育中期,混栽方式下Bt稻田节肢动物群落季节动态与块块种植方式下的明显不同,其多样性、均匀度、优势集中性指数均类似于同种植方式下非Bt稻上各参数的季节动态。混栽方式下的庇护所效应更明显。  相似文献

Transgenic corn producing Cry1Ac toxins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) provides effective control of Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenée), and thus reduces insecticide applications. However, whether Bt corn exerts undesirable effects on non-target arthropods (NTAs) is still controversial. We conducted a 2-yr study in Shangzhuang Agricultural Experiment Station to assess the potential impact of Bt corn on field population density, biodiversity, community composition and structure of NTAs. On each sampling date, the total abundance, Shannon''s diversity index, Pielou''s evenness index and Simpson''s diversity index were not significantly affected by Bt corn as compared to non-Bt corn. The “sampling dates” had a significant effect on these indices, but no clear tendencies related to “Bt corn” or “sampling dates X corn variety” interaction were recorded. Principal response curve analysis of variance indicated that Bt corn did not alter the distribution of NTAs communities. Bray-Curtis dissimilarity and distance analysis showed that Cry1Ac toxin exposure did not increase community dissimilarities between Bt and non-Bt corn plots and that the evolution of non-target arthropod community was similar on the two corn varieties. The cultivation of Bt corn failed to show any detrimental evidence on the density of non-target herbivores, predators and parasitoids. The composition of herbivores, predators and parasitoids was identical in Bt and non-Bt corn plots. Taken together, results from the present work support that Bt corn producing Cry1Ac toxins does not adversely affect NTAs.  相似文献

对3个类型稻田早、晚稻捕食性节肢动物群落调查,结果表明:共有捕食性节肢动物67种,丰富度以蜘蛛高于捕食性昆虫类;早稻高于晚稻;中抗品种高于抗虫和感虫品种。早稻以皿蛛科Linyphiidae的食虫沟瘤蛛UlmmeliatainsecticepesBoes.etStr.占优势,晚稻则以狼蛛科Lycosidae的相对丰盛度最高。早稻捕食性天敌数量动态以中抗品种峰期最长;感性样田中天敌平均密度与中抗样田差异不显著,与抗虫品种差异显著;捕食性节肢动物多样性随着品种抗性的增强呈降低趋势,优势度随着品种抗性的增强而增强。晚稻3个品种样田中天敌的平均密度差异不显著;各品种样田的多样性明显高于早稻,且波动幅度小于早稻,品种之间多样性差异较小,晚稻群落可能具有较高的稳定性。  相似文献

【背景】随着转基因抗虫棉在我国的广泛种植,一种具有抗虫和耐除草剂(草甘膦)的双价棉被培育成功。这种转双价基因棉和转单价基因抗虫棉对棉田节肢动物群落结构的影响可能不同。因此,在该类转双价基因棉花进行环境释放之前,有必要研究其对棉田节肢动物群落的影响,评价其环境安全性。【方法】试验于2010年5月9日~9月23日和2011年5月10日~9月24日在河南省安阳市中国农业科学院棉花研究所试验农场进行,棉田类型有3种——转基因抗草甘膦抗虫棉田、转Bt棉田和常规棉田,每种棉田种植3个小区,每个小区面积为200 m2(8 m×25 m)。采用对角线5点取样方法,每5 d调查1次棉田的节肢动物群落,通过目测对节肢动物鉴定到属。【结果】抗草甘膦抗虫棉田、Bt棉田和常规棉田节肢动物群落、害虫亚群落和天敌亚群落的结构与组成无明显差异;抗草甘膦抗虫棉田害虫种群数量低于抗虫棉田和常规棉田,而其天敌种群数量与常规棉田相当,略低于Bt棉田;3种棉田节肢动物群落、害虫亚群落和天敌亚群落的多样性指数、均匀性指数均无明显差异。【结论与意义】种植转基因抗草甘膦抗虫棉花不会对棉田节肢动物群落组成造成显著影响。本研究为转基因抗草甘膦抗虫棉田的环境安全性评价提供了依据。  相似文献

【目的】转Bt基因棉花和转Bt基因杨树在我国已推广使用。本研究的目的是调查和分析不同转基因杨棉复合系统内地上节肢动物群落多样性变化,为转基因杨树大规模应用提供生态安全方面的数据。【方法】2019年4-10月,在河北任丘采取欧洲黑杨Populus nigra林下种植转基因棉花Gossypium hirsutum的模式,设置转基因杨树 转基因棉花(复合生态系统1)和非转基因杨树-转基因棉花(复合生态系统2)两种杨棉复合系统,调查杨树和棉花地上部植株节肢动物种类和个体数量,比较节肢动物各功能群的物种数量和个体数量以及香农指数、优势集中性指数、均匀度指数等群落多样性指数,并测定了转基因杨树和棉花叶片Bt蛋白含量。【结果】复合生态系统1中转基因杨树和棉花各自植株上鳞翅目种群累计个体数均显著低于复合生态系统2相应植株上的个体数量。转基因杨树上叶甲类累计个体数量显著高于非转基因杨树上的,寄生蜂类累计个体数量则显著低于非转基因杨树上的。在6月5日、6月21日和9月7日的调查中,转基因杨树上的节肢动物群落香农指数显著高于非转基因杨树上的。除鳞翅目害虫外,2个复合系统中棉株上节肢动物各功能群累计个体数量无显著性差异,香农指数、优势集中性指数和均匀度指数随时间变化的趋势基本一致且同一调查时间无显著性差异,仅在8月17调查中复合生态系统1中棉株上节肢动物香农指数显著高于复合生态系统2棉株上的。将杨树和棉花上节肢动物各类群累计数量相加作为系统整体,复合生态系统1和复合生态系统2在香农指数、优势集中性指数和均匀度指数数值上无显著差异。在调查后期,2个复合系统中节肢动物种群均向杨树叶片聚集。转基因棉花叶片Bt蛋白含量在各调查期均显著高于转基因杨树叶片的。【结论】转基因杨树对靶标害虫种群数量有较好的控制作用,对同系统内棉花上鳞翅目害虫数量亦有协同控制作用。转基因杨棉复合系统中地上节肢动物群落结构稳定,对系统内棉花地上部节肢动物群落多样性无显著影响。靶标害虫对转Bt基因杨树的抗性发展需持续监测。  相似文献

为了掌握休耕季节不同生境冬水田节肢动物群落多样性及生物量特征,于2017年2—4月在重庆市璧山区通过陷阱法对3类冬水田耕作区及期9个小区生境进行了定点调查,分别为水稻和蔬菜及荒地耕作区、水稻和蔬菜耕作区及水稻和林地耕作区。共捕获节肢动物108367只,隶属于3纲119科(种)。Berger-Parker优势度指数表明,冬水田节肢动物群落以罕见或稀少种(类群)数量最多以及优势类群数量稀少且突出为最基本特征,圆科和长角科是最主要的优势类群。节肢动物密度和生物量的百分比分析表明,腐食者和捕食者是节肢动物群落的主要功能团;弹尾虫以及不同种类蜘蛛和天敌昆虫类群分别构成了腐食者和捕食者中的主要类群(种)。3类冬水田及其小区节肢动物群落主要功能团密度和生物量以及群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)和Simpson优势集中性指数(C)均有明显的规律变化,且出现了显著性差异(P0.05);节肢动物群落及其主要功能团腐食者和植食者分别在密度和生物量间,以及捕食者与其猎物腐食者和植食者在生物量上都具显著的相关性(P0.05)。群落相似性及相关性分析显示,3类冬水田及其小区节肢动物群落组成总体上差异明显,显然受到了稻田生境及耕作/管理等非生物因素的影响;其中生境类型(FH)作用最大,其次是蓄水量(EWQ)、稻桩生物(BR)、种植模式(PP)和收割方式(HM);它们与节肢动物群落密度及参数H′、D和C,以及腐食者密度和生物量、捕食者密度等显著正相关或负相关(P0.05)。主成分及聚类分析结果进一步指出,3类冬水田的生境异质性差异较大,这与它们小区在节肢动物群落密度(AI)、腐食者密度(DI)及FH等生物和非生物因素上的较大不同有关。总之,3类冬水田主要营养链“水稻秸秆-腐食者-捕食者”中存在不同程度的级联效应;弹尾虫作为该效应中腐食者的代表承担着冬水田“关键或中心”节肢动物类群具有的双重生态功能;不同冬水田及其小区节肢动物群落多样性及生物量特征差异明显,这与FH、EWQ、BR、PP和HM等非生物因素密切相关。  相似文献

利用正交设计考察了B t水稻种植面积大小以及与非转基因水稻相间距离两个因素对稻田节肢动物群落稳定性的影响。结果表明:在转B t稻斑块与非转B t稻斑块共存格局下,尽管两因素对两个品种上节肢动物群落物种丰富度影响不大,但较大斑块面积对两个品种水稻而言均有利于其上节肢动物群落多样性的保持。同时还发现,两个因素对两个品种斑块上的节肢动物群落影响不尽相同,且起显著效应的时间分布也因品种而异。对转B t稻斑块上节肢动物群落显著影响集中在水稻生育期前期(7月份)和末期(9月份),以斑块面积因素相对而言对节肢动物群落稳定性影响更大,具体表现在其面积越大,多样性越高,优势集中度越大。而对于非转B t稻两个因素对其上节肢动物群落的影响几乎贯穿整个调查期,其中又以斑块相间距离因素的影响更大,距离越小,多样性越高,优势集中度越低。进一步品种间的比较发现,转B t稻对田间节肢动物群落影响显著,在靶标害虫危害盛期其上节肢动物群落明显比非转B t稻上的稳定,而在非靶标害虫危害为主的时期,转B t稻田上节肢动物群落均不如非转B t稻上的稳定,尤其在水稻移栽后初期表现显著。  相似文献

Declining biodiversity in agro-ecosystems, caused by intensification of production or expansion of monocultures, is associated with the emergence of agricultural pests. Understanding how land-use and management control crop-associated biodiversity is, therefore, one of the key steps towards the prediction and maintenance of natural pest-control. Here we report on relationships between land-use variables and arthropod community attributes (for example, species diversity, abundance and guild structure) across a diversification gradient in a rice-dominated landscape in the Mekong delta, Vietnam. We show that rice habitats contained the most diverse arthropod communities, compared with other uncultivated and cultivated land-use types. In addition, arthropod species density and Simpson’s diversity in flower, vegetable and fruit habitats was positively related to rice cover in the local landscape. However, across the landscape as a whole, reduction in heterogeneity and the amount of uncultivated cover was associated, generally, with a loss of diversity. Furthermore, arthropod species density in tillering and flowering stages of rice was positively related to crop and vegetation richness, respectively, in the local landscape. Differential effects on feeding guilds were also observed in rice-associated communities with the proportional abundance of predators increasing and the proportional abundance of detritivores decreasing with increased landscape rice cover. Thus, we identify a range of rather complex, sometimes contradictory patterns concerning the impact of rice cover and landscape heterogeneity on arthropod community attributes. Importantly, we conclude that that land-use change associated with expansion of monoculture rice need not automatically impact diversity and functioning of the arthropod community.  相似文献

通过模拟刀耕火种过程 ,对刀耕火种前后的次生林、旱稻地 (第 2年 )和火烧迹地 (火烧后直接撂荒地第 2年 )土壤节肢动物群落结构特征及季节变化进行了调查研究。结果显示 :3块样地土壤节肢动物群落的优势类群组成相同 ,均为蜱螨目、膜翅目和弹尾目 ,但不同生境样地中各优势类群所占群落总数的比例不同 ,并且 3样地常见和稀有类群的组成差异较大 ;土壤节肢动物类群数、个体数和 DG多样性指数表现为次生林高于其它 2块样地 ,而旱稻地和火烧迹地则无较大差异 ,但一些类群在旱稻地、火烧迹地的数量分布与次生林具有差异 ,且在土壤层的表现较为突出 ;3块样地土壤节肢动物群落具有较好相似性 ,其中旱稻地与火烧迹地达到极相似水平 (D、DS>0 .9)。3种不同类型生境土壤节肢动物群落在类群数、个体数和多样性指数的季节变化总体呈现出雨量少的干季或雨季初末期高于雨量最大的雨季中期 ,与当地降雨量和气温变化有密切关系 ,同时各样地土壤节肢动物群落因生境条件不同及人为活动干扰强弱而形成各自的季节消长特点。研究表明刀耕火种后的旱稻种植对土壤节肢动物群落的恢复和发展在一定限制条件 (面积、周围次生林和坡度 )下无破坏性影响 ,但植被改变、农事活动等对直接撂荒地和旱稻地土壤节肢动物群落的季节消长产生  相似文献

A field study was conducted over 2 yr to determine the effects of transgenic sweet corn containing a gene from the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) on the diversity and abundance of nontarget arthropods. The Bt hybrid (expressing Cry1Ab endotoxin for lepidopteran control) was compared with near-isogenic non-Bt and Bt hybrids treated with a foliar insecticide and with a near-isogenic non-Bt hybrid without insecticides. Plant inspections, sticky cards, and pitfall traps were used to sample a total of 573,672 arthropods, representing 128 taxonomic groups in 95 families and 18 orders. Overall biodiversity and community-level responses were not significantly affected by the transgenic hybrid. The Bt hybrid also had no significant adverse effects on population densities of specific nontarget herbivores, decomposers, and natural enemies enumerated at the family level during the crop cycle. As expected, the insecticide lambda-cyhalothrin had broad negative impacts on the abundance of many nontarget arthropods. One insecticide application in the Bt plots reduced the overall abundance of the natural enemy community by 21-48%. Five applications in the non-Bt plots reduced natural enemy communities by 33-70%. Nontarget communities affected in the insecticide-treated Bt plots exhibited some recovery, but communities exposed to five applications showed no trends toward recovery during the crop cycle. This study clearly showed that the nontarget effects of Bt transgenic sweet corn on natural enemies and other arthropods were minimal and far less than the community-level disruptions caused by lambda-cyhalothrin.  相似文献

以小区随机样方的田间调查方式,研究了茶园不同景观斑块环境对茶园节肢动物群落的影响.结果表明: 小乔木斑块茶园(QM)与台湾相思树斑块茶园(XS)中蜘蛛类占节肢动物的比例最高,分别达到62.3% 和 69.5%,显著高于稻田斑块茶园(DT)和人居生活区斑块茶园(RJ)(P<0.05).QM的节肢动物多样性和丰富度指数最高,均匀度指数、优势度指数与其他斑块茶园间差异不显著(P>0.05).QM与XS的天敌资源较丰富,多样性指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数的大小顺序为QM>XS>DT>RJ.表明景观斑块结构对茶园节肢动物群落结构和多样性有较大影响.  相似文献

通过对沈阳地区稻田生态系统节肢动物群落结构及群落生态研究。共查得。属昆虫纲的有10个目的29科66种,其中天敌昆虫种类有7目20科51种,属蜘蛛纲的有蜘蛛目10科20种。用空间及时间生态位分析了害虫与天敌两个营养阶层间的关系。稻田生态系统节肢动物的多样性指数、均匀度与优势度分析表明,各类群落受外界干扰都很敏感,且表现一致性。依据节肢动物群落的结构及规律,结合沈阳地区水稻生长、栽培条件,用最优分割方法将稻田群落分为4个阶段,并提出了不同阶段害虫群落特点及害虫防治对策。  相似文献

【背景】节肢动物群落是农田生态系统的重要组成部分,转基因作物的种植对节肢动物群落结构及多样性的影响是环境安全评价的重要内容之一。转植酸酶基因玉米是我国首例获得生产应用安全证书的转基因粮食作物。【方法】以转植酸酶基因玉米10TPY005、非转基因亲本玉米蠡玉35和当地常规品种郑单958为试验材料,在大田种植条件下,采用直接观察法定期调查了玉米田间主要节肢动物的种类和发生数量,通过分析比较3个玉米品种田间节肢动物群落、天敌亚群落和害虫亚群落的多样性指数、均匀性指数以及优势集中性指数,研究了转植酸酶基因玉米对田间节肢动物群落多样性的影响。【结果】在各个调查时间,转植酸酶基因玉米10TPY005与亲本玉米蠡玉35相比,各群落指数均不存在显著性差异;随着玉米生育期的延长,各群落指数的变化趋势也基本一致。【结论与意义】转植酸酶基因玉米的短期种植,对田间节肢动物群落多样性没有明显影响。  相似文献

Numerous studies have addressed variation in the local occurrence and abundance of species, but only recently have investigators begun considering the influence of spatial context on community structure. We examined the influence of geographic position within a species’ range on its dominance (relative abundance) within the community. Our three primary questions were: 1) Does dominance within a community vary across a species’ range? 2) Do dominance‐location trends differ between widely and narrowly distributed species? and 3) Does dominance within a guild vary across a species range? We examined 40 passerine species (20 widely distributed, 20 narrowly distributed) and their communities using North American Breeding Bird Survey data, of which, a subset of 11 species belonging to a single foraging guild were used for addressing guild effects. Data were gathered from communities at the center (10 locations) and periphery (10 locations) of each species’ range. Focal species were significantly less dominant at locations on the periphery of their ranges compared to central locations, and did not differ between widely and narrowly distributed species. In examining factors influencing these patterns, it was found that narrowly distributed species occur in communities of fewer individuals and fewer species compared to widely distributed species irrespective of locale. Within the foraging guild, dominance was also lower at the periphery than at the center of focal species’ ranges. However, guild abundance was also lower at the periphery of ranges while guild richness did not vary with locale. Specifically, focal species abundance decreased at a greater rate than abundance of other members of the foraging guild. Contrary to overall community data, widely distributed species were more dominant members of their guild at the center of their ranges. No significant patterns were found between distribution and guild dominance at the periphery of ranges.  相似文献
